Phantom of the Paradise (Ep. 002)

On this Episode of the MacGuffin Guild, we'll be purchasing our tickets to the big show and witnessing Brian De Palma's Phantom of the Paradise.

The classic 1974 Rock Opera Starring William Finley as the disfigured composer known as the Phantom who has had his life's work stolen by an evil record tycoon played by the legendary Paul Williams.

We're going to dig into the struggles of the music industry, the comparisons between Phantom of the Paradise and the Rocky Horror Picture Show, as well as what came first. As well as Jessica Harper's connection to both franchises.
