Twenty four hours ago, at this very moment, it was pouring rain and much of the eastern side, much of Massachusetts really, and the heaviest rain was still to come. This morning, it's much different still, some clouds in the air, thirty nine degrees right now. We will see some sunshine emerging before long, and temperatures will jump into the lower fifties. It will be a breezy day today. In fact, if your travels are taking into the Cape and Islands, it's

not going to get out of the forties. These are the final days of the winter season and it's really going to be above average. Temperatures for this time of year. Will be in the mid fifties again tomorrow with a mix of sun and clouds, and then on the first day of spring coming up on Thursday, it looks like it's going to rain. Temps will be in the fifties. Critics say this will leave the nation short on air quality monitoring, the cleanup of toxic sites, and leave US short unclean water sources.

It is not clear specifically what the President has on his mind today, but it is believed that a territory exchange will be a key part

of any agreement. Skeptics, including Zelensky, say Putin's demands might make it next to impossible to achieve a real and lasting cease fire meantime. A new NBC News poll finds most Americans favor Ukraine over Russia, but almost half of those surveyed say President Trump sides with Vladimir Putin.
