Turning to the tariff wars and negotiations, major deadlines looming this week that have already been pushed back to August first, just.
Ninety day pause on those sweeping trade tariffs is set to expire in a matter of days, sparking fear of market whiplash, major retailers like Amazon launching huge sales ahead of a possible spike and prices. But now the administration is pushing back the original July ninth tariff deadline. President Trump saying letters will go out today to various countries urging them to finalize trade negotiations.

with that sunshine and for the rest of today. We have a heat advisory that continues through eight o'clock tonight except for the South coast Cape and the Islands. And then for tonight mostly cloudy with another shower thunderstorm in different spots. For Tuesday Tomorrow, more clouds than sunshine with
a few gusty thunderstorms especially later in the day. We're gonna have highs up around ninety degrees for Tuesday, and then Wednesday, clouds may break for some sunshine with a few showers around highs in the mid seventies and then lower eighties inland, and then by Thursday, we're feeling cool once again, back around seventy degrees as we head off

A scary moment in the skies over Martha's Vineyard, A small plane forced to make an emergency landing on the beach following an engine failure.
Sarah sullivanted her eleven year old cousin Poppy, thought they were in for a fun experience taking a small plane for a tour Martha's vineyard. A few minutes into their flight, the plane's engine failed, going completely silent.
She told us that we were going to have to crash land on the beach. So he told us just tighten our seatbelts and brace ourselves.
They made an emergency landing on Chappy Beach. Sarah says for a crash landing, it wasn't as bad as she expected.
Within minutes we were on the sand. He made a really safe landing and we just we glided right through because the engine wasn't working, so we glided right through onto the sand.
Sarah, who's from Long Island, gives all the credit to the pilot, who she says, handled the situation as well as he could, guiding them safely back to land and comforting them throughout the entire process.
CBS News Boston's Logan Hall reporting, Sarah says this will be her first and last time on a small plane. A new groundbreaking research in China aiming to help people who are paralyzed gain more control.
The Chinese government has identified brain computer interface technology and devices as a priority area of research in medical trials, rapidly advancing the field of study. According to the journal Nature, one deep brain device, which places eight sensors on the brain surface, helped a paralyzed man regain hand control, allowing him to eat and drink again. So far, twenty people
have received this implant. Other technology can decode Mandarin speech in real time, and another device allowed a man with no limbs to play computer games using only his thoughts. It's similar to implants being developed by Elon Musk's company Neuralink, but the Chinese technology has fewer probes and is smaller and less invasive.
