This afternoon will be breezy and less humid compared to yesterday as sunshine fades behind increasing clouds. Could be a shower or two into the early evening as well.
And that's hack you weather meteorologist Bill Dicker. The full forecast is coming right up. Last night, a Mexican ship crashed into the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The NTSB now investigating. We get the latest from ABC's Rena Roy.
The training ship had been docked at a nearby pier. It had just departed for its journey to Iceland. Flavio Morira was sightseeing with his family for his graduation weekend when he saw it all happen.
I just remember thinking, Wow, this is so odd. It's getting too close, and then it crashed. It crashed under the bridge.

Police see. It initially appeared a mechanical problem led to the crash, although nothing final has been determined yet. Israel releasing a barrage of strikes on Gasa overnight and announcing that it is launching extensive new ground operations there. Dozens are dead. Jerusalem says the ramp up is meant to pressure Hamas into releasing the remaining hostages.
We've had a few details out apart from some key points on which I think both sides agree. That is that Hamas would release about nine of the living Israeli hostages in exchange for about sixty days of a ceasefire. It will be unspecified number of Palestinian prisoners released from Israeli jails, and quite importantly, about four hundred AID trucks each day being allowed into Gaza to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
And that's a BBA sees Weery Davis reporting the humanitarian crisis in the region is only getting more dire, and last night strikes forced the main hospital in northern Gaza to close. Journalism rallies from Way off the pace to win the second leg of horse Racing's Triple Crown.
There was an inquiry because things got a little physical in the final twenty to thirty yards, but the results stand the favorite wins. Journalism came from behind, surging multiple lengths to earn the Black Eyed Susan's. Saturday's race marks the final preakdistakes at Pamlico Park before the stands are knocked down and they begin renovating the track. The race is expected to be held at nearby Laurel Park for at least the next couple of years.

A massive flag display in the Seaport honors those military members who gave their lives in the War on Terror.
It's a sea of red, white and blue in Boston Seaport. Thousands of American flags on the lawn at the mass Fallen Heroes Memorial as the organization kicks off Patriot Week. Jason Farrar is with the group Mass Fallen Heroes.
Three times a year we put this flag gotten in Now there's almost six thousand flags in this area escape right next to the memorial, which lists every name from being the first killed in the Pentagon at September eleventh up until the most concurrent.
The flags will be on display through Memorial Day. Next week there'll be a rededication ceremony with more names added to the glass panels in tribute to the most recent fallen heroes in the War on Terror in Boston Seaport Mike Macklum, WBZ Boston's news Radio.
