Those coming in from out of state are making sure they get the most bang for their buck. Vice President Harris and former President Trump swing through battleground sun Belt states today. Yesterday, both candidates appeared in another swing state up North. ABC's Perry Russam reports.

Former President Trump and Green Bay, Wisconsin last night wearing an orange vest used by sanitation workers. Kamala Harris is not fit to be president of the United States.

New poll show Harris with a six point lead over Trump and Wisconsin and a five point lead in Michigan. In Pennsylvania, it's a tie Perry EBC News Washington.

The FBI warns voters should be extra cautious of fraud schemes to have this election day.

The Bureau said scammers will use names, images, and slogans of the candidates to steal victims personal information. They're looking to fraudulently sell merchandise and suppose it campaign donations scammers may promise a return if the candidate wins. The FBI also said that voters should be cautious whenever receiving unsolicited messages and check the status of PACs on the Federal Election Commission website before donating anything. A knock on the door opens a new era in the Boston Archdiocese. Today, Rhode Island Bishop Richard Henning is about to be installed as the Archbishop of Boston. Hundreds of clergy will be on hand for a ceremony installation ceremony this afternoon at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. Now Cardinal O'Malley, of course stepping down pity actually resigned five years ago. Pope Francis asked him to stay on. O'Malley will continuing to lead the church's panel on the

sex abuse scandal. And we're seeing mostly sunny skies out there, a few clowns and places like Chickapee and bill Ricca. And we're already seeing seventy three degrees in downtown Boston. We're headed for seventy seven for our high. Incredibly mild weather tonight are low sixty for warm. That's our low tomorrow nearing a record with a high and seventy six. Little bit of a spattering of rain in the morning,

otherwise is going to be sonny. Seven stop and shop stores across the state are closing down for good today. This is it and wbz's Jim McKay reports from one.

For shoppers here at the stop and shop on Mattacisa and Pembroke, they weren't surprised when they heard the news.

There are seven stop in shops closing today over in Halifax, then down forty four to Rainham, up twenty four to Brockton, Worcester, Shrewsbury and Springfield also losing locations. It's never easy. Grocery stores are focal points for communities. It's going to be missed and not much can replace him.

Students line a new nature trail on the campus of Essex Tech with all sorts of trees in honor of their late peer North Andover resident Time Mohan died by suicide last year at the age of eighteen. His parents tell The Eagle Tribune their son was an avid arborist who loved the outdoors. Their nonprofit Dirty Hands Project is sponsoring this new path, which intersects with the Danvers Rail Trail. The project also raises money to support people struggling with

their mental health. The Menendes brought there's hope some recent developments in their decades old murder case could become a new path to freedom. ABC's Andrew Dimbert has more.

Days after announcing that he's asking a court to re sentence the brothers. Los Angeles DA George Gascone is requesting clemency from Governor Gavin Newsom. The brothers have served thirty four years in prison for the shotgun murders of their parents in their Beverly Hills home in nineteen eighty nine. Advocates argue new evidence of the alleged abuse the brothers suffered at the hands of their father justifies a review

of the case. By law, the governor is not allowed to decide on clemency for ten days.

The case came back in the national spotlight earlier this month when Netflix released a new documentary about the Menendez brothers. Better Luck Next Year, Yankees. The Yankees lose the World Series to the Dodgers, and Game five Scott Pringle with Moore.

The Yankees jumped out till five nothing lead, in part thanks to an Aaron Judge homer. However, the Bronx Bombers had a disastrous fifth inning, allowing five unearned runs. They lost seven to six and lost the World Series four games to one. Manager Aaron Boone says, this one hurts.
