After apple picking on October fifth, The mom of two, claims she was racially profiled by an employee.

Five women accusing Matthew Rutledge of grooming and sexually assaulting them between nineteen ninety two and twenty ten, The Globe reporting at least two of the women claim Rutledge began a sexual relationship with them after
they turned sixteen years old. In Massachusetts, the age of consent is sixteen, even if eighteen is coerced into a sexual relationship. The Berkshire District Attorney releasing a statement saying the investigation concluded that under Massachusetts general law, no criminal conduct occurred, an attorney for the women calling the age of consent law terrible. A lot of sunshine, very pleasant, high texters and the loads of mid seventies mainly cleared to an eight to a low of fifty three. Plenty of sunshine, very warm for October Tomorrow, high seventy nine won't be too far from the record high of eighty two set in nineteen twenty. Closer to seventy for the
Cape at Islands, sunshine, just a few clouds. Tuesday not as warm, high sixty seven in Boston, mid seventies inland, and then back into the low and mid seventies on Wednesday, with sunshine much of the time. And let's check the region. Right now on the cape, we are seeing anywhere from a fifty nine to sixty three degrees. Right now we have sixty degrees and beautiful sunny skies. A five week long strike could be coming to an end. Boeing and the thirty three thousand member Machinist Union reaching a tentative settlement.
Last week, Boeing announced it would cut seventeen thou and jobs, that's ten percent of its workforce. In the past five years, Boeing has lost more than twenty five billion dollars and has been plagued by two deadly crashes of its seven thirty seven Max jet and a blowout of a jetline door Plug. Union leaders are recommending their members ratify this deal, with a vote set for Wednesday.
