Right now we have sixty degrees and beautiful sunny skies. A five week long strike could be coming to an end. Boeing and the thirty three thousand member Machinist Union reaching a tentative settlement.
Last week, Boeing announced it would cut seventeen thou and jobs, that's ten percent of its workforce. In the past five years, Boeing has lost more than twenty five billion dollars and has been plagued by two deadly crashes of its seven thirty seven Max jet and a blowout of a jetline door Plug. Union leaders are recommending their members ratify this deal, with a vote set for Wednesday.
