There's a feeling of shock on Colony Road.
There's a lot of downlines that's known. The power's out, but we're trying to make sure people also are aware.
Residents of Lexington are left dealing with the aftermath of a storm that happened so quickly.
It's probably like fifteen twenty seconds. It was that fast, and then it just spent still.
And then immediately right after we hear like a lot of sirens and stuff. So then came out of the house and I was like, wow, what's going on.
Burst of strong winds whipped through the neighborhood Saturday night, and.
It was crazy. I've never seen anything, and I've just heard a lot of noise. I heard stuff, you know, kind of pattering on.
The roof, causing so much damage that neighbors tell me it all feels a bit unreal.
Trees fully ripped out of the ground like roots and everything, one completely broken in half.
When the worst was over, one resident walked us around his property showing exactly what those broken trees had done to his roof. One of them crashed into his neighbour's home, forcing her to evacuate.
That CBS News Boston Samantha Cheney reporting a deadly weekend in Dorchester. Boston homicide detectives investigating a shooting death. The male victim located at around nine o'clock last night in the area of Blue Hill Avenue and Georgia Street. He was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. His name has not been released. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them. British police arrests more than a half dozen Iranian nationals in two separate operations.
The first arrest of three Iranian nationals took place in London yesterday morning, officers detained the men using national security laws aimed at those suspected of involvement with a foreign power. Scotland Yard says the second operation was separate. Five men were arrested in Manchester, Rochdale, Stockport, Swindon and London yesterday afternoon, and all five were arrested under anti terror legislation on suspicion of plotting an attack on a specific, as yet unnamed location.
