Boston Police release photos of a suspect they say vandalized and harassed people around the Hemenway and Gainsborough Streets. Cloudy sky's in Boston, thirty eight degrees. It's eleven o'clock on this Sunday morning. I'm Sherry Small and here's what's happening. Is deja vous? Where the weather's concerned today?

Police investigating after a TESLA protester claims that he was grazed by the side mirror of a pickup truck, claiming the driver intentionally targeted the group of demonstrators. CBS News Boston's Paul Burton report.

Tense moments at a TESLA protest on Pleasant Street in Watertown on Saturday, when Frank Gary says he was clipped by a black pickup truck.

But he hit me with this the mirrors. You know those talks of the big side mirrors, But they hit me right in the iron. I chased after them to get the number, and I gave it to the police officers.

Frank says he was standing on the sidewalk chanting with the group of protesters when the black f one to fifty truck turned the corner close to the crowd. Police say the driver of the pickup struck two people. Their injuries were not serious. You think he was aiming for you all.

Absolutely, he had parked here or like that car was, and then he just went right here. So he was planning the whole time. It was intentional and deadley. Weapon is a car.

There was a strong police presence during the protest. Police say they did locate the truck a short time later and have spoken with the driver and.

No charges have been filed. Meanwhile, Boston police releasing photos of a suspect that they say vandalized and harassed people around him and Way and Gainsboro Streets. Officials say the suspect targeted Tesla's early in the morning during the week of March ninth. Photos showed the suspect wearing dark colors, possibly gray or white, shoes and a red backpack. Team stas Local twenty five held their sixteenth annual Autism Gala at Encore last night.

It gives us a lot of pride that our students are up there.

Mike Kelly, the executive director of the Boston Higashi School, says the jazz band playing at the gala is a big source of pride for the school.

It's amazing what they do and really builds their confidence of self esteem.

A big deal performing for the one thousand or so in attendance. The Teamsters Local twenty five Autism Funds supports nearly one hundred organizations, including the Higashi School.

They've been a great supporter of ours, and it's really helped us enhance some of our programming, particularly with same facilities. They've helped us to build an athletic field.
