The Corporation For Public Broadcasting has announced it will begin winding down its operations, a popular restaurant on the South Shore was damaged by fire early Friday morning, and if you're heading for the cape this weekend, be sure to pack bug spray.

Admiralson Viscano inside of Bill Rica seven eleven around two o'clock Thursday afternoon, he allegedly steals a gas can, some soda and chips from the store, and outside seems to casually load the items into a car. All this after having just left a Medford gas station where he was

reported to be acting erratically. Police answering nine to one one calls just missing him along the way, but an hour later they caught up with him outside the Encore casino and Everett police firing shots after trying to taste him as allegedly armed with a knife. He tried to get the driver of a Republic Services trash vehicle out of the seat right in the middle of Broadway and the now injured, Voscano took off, crashing into fire hydrants and light poles as he tried to make his escape.

He koremed a half mile down the street before stopsticks caused him to crash.

The crash happening on the Alfred Street bridge, and at last report, Miss Cano was in critical condition. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting announcing that it will begin winding down its operations.

Popular restaurant on the South Shore damage by fire early yesterday morning. The two ninety one Ocean Street restaurant in Marshfield was vacant at the time of the two alarm blaze, which was reported at about five am. Firefighters from a number of local communities brought that fire under control by about seven thirty. The restaurant had previously been known as it Add's Ocean caf Bay before it was sold and reopened under its new name last year. The four day

Twas still weeks before Austin Christmas, and all through the roads, U hauls are unloading into new humble abodes. That's because these are the lucky few that managed to dodge a September first move in date.

Yeah, it feels good. It's better than moving in with everyone else. I guess maybe a little bit faster.

My complex did have other people moving in, so I think they just everyone moves in on August first, so still had a bit of the craziness. But driving in was so much better than it would have been.

But more time before move in often means getting first DIBs at the best of Austin Christmas.

I did find some plates and bowls, like handmade that I've been really enjoying. I just found them on the street. I hope by that I'll have a clothing rack. But if I somehow don't, definitely looking for one of those from Austin.

The town of Foulmouth has detected West nine virus in another mosquito sample. The town says this latest sample is collected this past Tuesday. It's found its second positive sample of the summer. There's still yet to be any human cases of West Nile in Massachusetts this season, and the town says the Cape Cod Mosquito Control Project routinely treats the area where this recent sample was collected. Despite all that, officials are still urging people to protect themselves, bug spray

being a good start. Right now, most of the state, including the Cape and Islands, is listed as low risk for West Nile, though Boston and some of its northwestern suburbs are considered moderately at risk. Jeremy Russ WBZ Boston's news radio.

In a statement, the executive and artistic director at Jacob's Pillow say that Sirico was an essential and hugely devoted leader.
