I'm Sherry Small. Thanks for joining us. Here's what's happening. President Trump says he's not joking about seeking a possible third term, despite what the constitution says. Here's ABC's Mary Bruce with Moore.
In some of the strongest comments yet. President Trump says he's considering his options to serve a third term in office, a breach of the Constitution's two term limit for presidents. I want to talk about it.
I'm just telling you I have had more people say please run again. I said, we have a long way to go before we even thinking about that.
In a phone call with NBC, Trump saying, quote, there are methods which you could do it, including possible urging his Vice president jd Vance to run and then seed power back to Trump.
And the twenty second Amendment bars a person from being elected president more than twice. And it's going to be a busy week at the White House as the President gets ready to levy and announce new tariffs on US allies. ABC's Perry Russom has the timeline.
We're now counting down to what President Trump is calling Liberation Day April tecond that is this Wednesday, when he plans to roll out as most significant tariffs. Today. He now says he is planning reciprocal tariffs on all countries. That means if a foreign country has a tariff on a US product, the US puts the same tariff on that country. The Wall Street Journal reports those new tariffs could be as high as twenty percent.
And the President is also set to announce tariffs on pharmaceuticals sometime soon. All right, Today is International Transgender Day of Visibility, a day to celebrate the trans community and raise awareness about obstacles that trans people face. Local leaders marking the occasion. The Boss and City Council adopted a resolution declaring today trans Day of Visibility in the city, and Lieutenant Governor Kim driscoll will hold an event at
the State House this afternoon as well. If you're looking to celebrate, the Pride Center in Hyde Park is hosting festivities including an art collage workshop and a community dinner. Today we will get to hear from Needham astronauts Sunny Williams about her unexpected extended s day in space.
From the Johnson Space Center in Houston, astronauts Nick Haig, Butch Wilmore and need of native Sunny Williams, we'll talk about their long duration space mission and their current recovery. Before coming home, Williams had to transfer command of the space station to her Russian counterpart.
We are absolutely thankful for that opportunity and hopefully we did your proud.

It'll be breezy, but turning much warmer, high between sixty and sixty four degrees, a couple of showers around as well. Tonight. Then we'll see periods of rain that could lead to ponding on roads. Back to news now, Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton is calling on Defense Secretary Pete Hexseth to resign over the group chat scandal, where highly sensitive information about pending US military action was discussed over a non secure messaging app, with the editor of The Atlantic accidentally included in that chat. Maulton, who has a marine vet himself, spoke to CBS Boston political analyst John Keller.
The honorable thing to do, the right thing to do is to resign, because you've lost all moral authority to tell people near command to follow orders basic orders that you're unwilling to follow yourself.
