Homicide detectives have been unseen since last night. We saw a visible police presidence over at the Harris South End
apartment building around seven pm. Boston Police say they were initially called to do a well being check at this complex. They have been very tight lipped. Two prosecutors and investigators are compiling a mountain
of evidence against Luigi Mangioni. The twenty six year old Ivy League graduate is accused of murdering the CEO of United Healthcare in the streets of Manhattan last week. ABC's Aaron Katski brings us the latest.
Police sources tell ABC News at least three search wards have been issued for the alleged shooter's phone, backpack and the Manhattan hostel. Wry state and sources tell US prosecutors have started presenting evidence to a grand jury seeking an indictment that could strengthen their case. From Mangioni's extradition from Pennsylvania. A judge seat of hearing for December thirtieth.
Mangioni's lawyer is vowed to fight the extradition after a judge denied bail earlier this week. The prison shooting is prompted authorities to warn about potential copycat threats. Now, a Florida mother has been arrested after police say she threatened a health insurance company. It's not clear if she was inspired by the United Healthcare killing, but CBS's Deve Kathon says the two incidents have their similarities.
Authority say forty two year old Brianna Boston used some of the same words found on shell casings and the United Healthcare CEO's murder. At the end of a recorded call to Blue Cross Blue Shield. Boston is alleged to have said delay, denied depos you people are next and arrest, affidavit says. Former students in Massachusetts get a second chance at a high school diploma. Last month, voters passed that ballot measure to nix the MCAST graduation requirement. Now the state is up with new guidance, saying former students who were denied diplomas because they've flunked the MCAST exam can now get their diplomas retroactively. Now it will be up to the schools to pour through all their records from high school and find out who missed out on a diploma solely
because they failed that exam years ago. State education officials say the new guidance could apply to about seven hundred students a year. WBZ News Radio has reached out to the Teachers Association for comment. Chile. Now, through the weekend showers of mild their air early next week, we're in

In November, Gloucester teachers went on strike for two weeks, hoping for better pay. Eventually they struck a deal for Ron sympathizes with the educators and expected the lost school days to be made up.

They're still going to Disneyland. Marblehead is also forced to make up school days because of their teachers strike. Well, Stanley is striking out. That's because they could have faulty lids. Official say the defect has led to dozens of people getting burned. The recall includes all Stanley switch back and trigger actions Dainless Till Travel mugs sold in the US. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the recalled mugs were
sold between June of twenty sixteen. In this month, Stanley's telling people who have the mugs to stop using them and contact the company for a free replacement lid. It'll be freezing in Boston tomorrow and I'm not talking about the weather. The Museum of ice Cream officially opens in the Seaport, giving Bostonians the chance to explore a number of interactive exhibits and flavors. One of those exhibits is Funway Park, inspired by Fenway Park, with lots of cotton candy flavored ice creams close by. This will be the sixth museum of ice cream in the world, but thanks to a partnership with Friendlies, there's some exclusive ice
