It's twenty nine degrees in Boston at four o'clock and good Saturday afternoon. Let's start off with our eyes on the skies. We have another winter storm moving in.

Flurries are approaching some Metro West communities right now. This is a system that could get very messy out there.

A winter weather advisory goes through seven pm Sunday, as the NWS warns of power outages and tree damage inland due to the ice, saying travel could be nearly impossible. While President Donald Trump's administration is advocating for swift peace negotiations with Russia, European leaders alongside Ukrainian President Zelenski stressed the importance of maintaining Ukraine's sovereignty and caution against fast agreements that could undermine regional stability. Vice President JD Vance's recents meeting with far right German politician Alist Vital has further complicated the discourse, raising concerns about US support for

French political elements in Europe. On Honoriskevich CBS News Munich and also today, President Trump's Special Envoy for you Kraine in Russia has all but ruled out that Europeans could be included in any Ukrainian peace talks.

There's new concern over the health of Pope Francis. The eighty eight year old pontiff spent the night in a Roman hospital where he's being treated for bronchitis. A Vatican spokesperson says the Pope had a RESTful night and his fever has decreased.

But the doctors, though, are prescribing what they're calling absolute rest for him. So he's not going to be performing the Angelus tomorrow. It's the weekly prayer here in the square where it normally appears on the balcony. He won't be doing that, but he will be sending a text, a message to the faithful when they congregate here tomorrow, and he's very pleased by all the messages of affection. The message goes on to say and thanks everyone for their continued prayers.

ABC's at James Longman reports from the Vatican City. There's more work underway along the MBTA this weekend, and it means a ride on the shuttles for many. On the Orange Line, service is shut down between North Station and Oak Grove through the holiday. Monday, the Commuter rail will also be free between the two stations. Looking at the four day wbz ACU weather forecast, again, we're expecting four to eight inches of snow accumulation in Boston and pretty

much across the Bay State. You could see less snow toward the South Coast and Cape Now. This should start around sundown this evening and continue then mixing with and changing over to sleet and freezing rain by early tomorrow. We're expecting any lingering icy weather to turn over to rain in the city and along the coast. However, in some inland spots we will continue to see sleet and freezing rain out there. In Boston, we're up near forty for the high. Then tomorrow night the rain moves out,

but it stays very windy out there. We could see gus up to fifty miles an hour on Monday. It's also much colder, with highs close to thirty and some sunshine. Lots of sunshine but cold. For Tuesday, we'll have a high round twenty five. It's a gray skuy over Boston right now, twenty nine degrees at four oh five. A Boston hotel is out with a new wedding package for dog lovers.

If you've ever wished your dog could be just as involved in your wedding as the bridesmaids or the groom's men. Fairmount Copley Plaza is out with something.

Lauren Soriano, the director of public relations at the hotel is telling me about their new wedding package. Well, the bride and groom are being spoiled and getting ready ahead of the wedding, so does the dog.

It starts from everything from a pre wedding bath at a dog spot on Newberry Street. Because we want the dog looking and feeling.

Their best, and that's just the start.

The dogs will be with them for pictures. We'll have the dog potograph a marriage certificate, a ceremonial one of course.

An Attleborough man is dead after a multi car crash in Foxborough yesterday evening. It happened just after five. The crash involved three cars on ninety five South near exit twenty three. B Stay Police say preliminary details suggests a driver had a medical event that caused his car to go off the road, into the median and then back into the road, where it hit two other vehicles. First responders took the man to a local hospital, where he

was pronounced dead. He's been identified as William Martindale. One of the other drivers had minor injuries and was hospitalized as well. In the Middle East, there are just two weeks remaining in the first phase of the fragile cease firing Gaza and both sides have completed their sixth exchange now.

Here in Tel Aviv at Hostage Square, there were emotions of relief and happiness, people applotting Israeli's applotting as they were watching these images of the hostages being released, But those emotions quickly shifted to that of concern for the seventy hostages who still being held in captivity and in exchanged. Israel releasing more than three hundred and fifty Palestinian prisoners, a majority of whom were detained up after October seventh and held in prison.
