Doctor Russell testified today that she believes a dog attacked John O'Keefe based on his arm injuries, and that she does not believe that the injuries were from being backed into by Karen Reid's SUV. Eighteen year old Marcelo Gomez was on his way to volleyball practice Saturday when witnesses say he was surrounded by ice vehicles and taken by agents. Federal authorities now say Marcello wasn't even their target. His father was.
He made a traffic stop on that vehicle, which was the father's vehicle.
He was driving that vehicle.
He's eighteen years old.
He's unlawfully in this country, and unfortunately we had to go to Milford to look for someone else, and we came across him and he was arrested. Acting Ice director Todd Lyons and Boston Ice Director Patricia Hyde say the father hasn't come for Marstello's being held in Burlington, and a federal judge is ordered he not be moved for seventy two hours. People continuing to recover in Boulder, Colorado after an attack on a group of people showing their support for Israel and the freeing of hostages in Gaza. Police said the suspect used a makeshift flamethrower and allegedly yelled Free Palestine during the attack, which the FBI calls terrorism. There still are questions.

The US Supreme Court declining to hear a challenge to state bans on assault weapons. It comes from Maryland and a split court turned down a case against a decade old law similar to those in several other states. The decision coming three years after the High Court handed down a landmark ruling that expanded Second Amendment rights. Gun advocates and attorneys from Maryland disagree over whether the AR fifteen
and similar weapons are protected by the Second Amendment. Justice has also turned out a bid to overturn state bands on high capacity gun magazines in a case out of Rhode Island. Last month, the US and Chinese officials met in Geneva and essentially agreed to sort of a truce in this ongoing trade war, and the thought was that the US would ease some of these tariffs, the Chinese would start exporting again so rare materials that are needed for various technological medical products in the United States and drive down.
