This episode I am joined by matron for older adults Lee-Ann Boardman as she discusses the innovative diversional therapist that have been piloted at UHNM. The team are focussed on improving patient experiences whilst being on the elderly care wards. The team have been recognised locally at UHNMs Night Full of Stars winning clinical team of the year as well as nationally winning the Patient Safety Pilot Project of the Year at the HSJ Patient Safety Awards.
