009: It Rained and We Were Blessed

Rain can interfere with our plans—plans to mow the yard, plant the garden, go for a walk, play golf, or go fishing.  The kids get stir-crazy when they can’t go outside. We have all had times when we have had to change our plans due to a rainy forecast. On one particular occasion, I remember being particularly frustrated when my plans were interrupted, but, in the midst of my sulking, I recalled a trip to Mexico. That memory helped me to adjust my attitude and gain a new perspective. Join me on the journey as we discover how attitude is important when you are living unleashed.
