Episode description

In today's episode, I'm chatting with Marissa Gerchikov about how she went from teacher to virtual assistant and ultimately made the leap to becoming a work-from-home mom!

Marissa started freelancing while working full-time as a teacher, fitting client work into her evenings. Within a few months, she managed to replace half of her teaching income by working just 14 hours a week. In this episode, Marissa shares her journey, how she learned new skills, and the importance of client onboarding. She also discusses her current clients, achieving her income goals, and the support she received from her past colleagues.
