Episode description

Being able to lead people is a form of art that requires the ability to understand what approach is needed for certain situations.  One size does NOT fit all when dealing with people and leaders must be able to adapt in order to be effective.  One common misconception is that it’s up to the subordinates to make adjustments to a leader’s style... that kind of leader will struggle and likely fail!!

Todd Simmons is a retired Command Chief Master Sergeant and is now the founder and president of Courageous Leadership Alliance.  Mr. Simmons has made it his life’s work to help develop leaders and mold organizations to foster healthy a work environment.  He will come into The Lion’s Den to share his 25 years of global leadership experience with all of you!
