As we close Mental Awareness month and dealing with all of the social unrest, we are checking in on YOU! You are not in this alone, there are resources available if you feel like you are struggling mentally. What about if you are mentally fine? Someone around you might need that life line.
This Sunday at 6PM Central, we will have Command Chief Master Sergeant Hope Skibitsky on to talk with us the importance of checking in on people, the effects of empathy, expectation management (particularly in this unprecedented time), and sharing resources.
