YOUR BODY KNOWS WHAT TO DO .. TRUST IT #382

With all of the external stimulus coming into and out of our awareness every single moment .. It can be very easy to forget that our bodies have a natural frequency and state ... and that your body is quite capable of reaching a state of homeostasis and balance just by focusing on our breath and the moment itself.. Current state humans have become unconscious to the fact that we can do this on our own and we rely very much on external factors to create the illusion that we need to take this... or not take that .. or check this ... listen to this .. believe that ... All part of an external reality that is a projection of your internal reality..  Remember .. YOU are the starting point for your state of attraction and awareness ..  YOU CAN shift from the old paradigm of allowing the world to have power over you... To the natural state of trust and remembering that YOU set the tone ... and the tone will match what you emit ... Always ...   And if you are being faced with something that seems incomprehensible ... not fair .. incredibly traumatic or unreasonable ... know that as you suffer through.. struggle through or fully succumb to the situation .. You were given this because you ARE strong enough and powerful enough to transcend.. transmute .. and shift your perspective .. By doing this not only will you find a state of balance and peace ..
