~What you do every day in your life defines and illustrates the concept of "self" that you hold..  There is a dualistic nature to this which may become confusing to the human who begins to awaken to the fact that the character they have been portraying in the world... and the truth of who they really are seem to be at odds..  We have gone from exerting our energies in the "external real world" for long enough to understand that our journey does not continue first in that direction.. The journey is an inward one ... it always has been... we were just living an illusion for a while .. But now you are awake ... now you understand and you are ready to dive into the compartments that you would have otherwise continued to push down or ignore .. now comes the hero's journey.  One of the most powerful ways I have been able to not only explore this inner journey and connection to "everything" and my place in it... was to look at the actions I was taking every day in the world ... These actions are based on beliefs ... beliefs were developed in most cases by trying to fit into the external world...  Now you can track your behaviors backward to the origin of them at your core... From this place and from extreme shadow work... You can find the freedom you have been searching for ..
