But without digging deep into what initial experiences or thoughts allowed or experienced the fear .. all you will have is an adult that knows how to act brave in the world and even BE brave in the world... but is fueled and controlled by a child version of themselves inside that was never able to be reassured.. never able to understand why it suffered.. or what was happening or why....
