Universal Team Members aren't as well-known as their counterparts over at Disney World for guest service. In recent years, we have really had some out of this world experiences with Team Members at Universal Studios Orlando. This episode is a quick story about what a senior Team Leader did out of the blue at my family's second favorite attraction.
