Episode description

I've spent a lot of time reflecting on Kobe Bryant since his passing a few weeks ago. One of the things that strikes me most is his relentless pursuit of excellence. His burning desire to be the absolute best version of himself possible.

To do this requires an extraordinary level of commitment, and also a massive amount of courage. To be the best version of ourselves requires us to acknowledge and embody parts of ourselves we've kept hidden for a long time. It also requires a willingness to go all-in towards the fulfillment of our purpose and run the risk of failing publicly.

In this episode we explore what it really means to be relentless in the pursuit of what you came here to accomplish, what's required of you, and why so many people are unwilling to do what's required.
