Start by asking yourself, what does success look like to me? Whether it's revenue, customer retention, or scaling your team, get crystal clear on your end game. Now.

When I launched my businesses, I didn't chase vanity metrics, guys. I honed in on what would move the needle for my business. Your goal is determine your metrics. Second. You got to separate the noise from signals. Not all data is meaningful. You need to focus on the metrics that drive action. For example, if you're in sales, tracking leads generated is great.

but tracking leads that converted is what really matters. In my businesses, I've learned that obsessing over likes and views actually doesn't build me any revenue, but understanding my customer acquisition costs will. measure what impacts growth not what looks good on paper lastly you got to review and refine regularly
