In this episode, I will be talking about the psychology of transitions.  We are about to start summer and things are about to change, which often goes overlooked. We rush into this new season trying to do all the summer things, and travel, and get the kids to camps, which are now outrageously overpriced, and see family, and all this rush, rush, rush which never seems to end. There are many nuances that come with change as well as the distinction between change and the psychology of transition and why it matters.

The psychology of transition applies to the human side of things in a variety of contexts, including organizations, schools, personally, or even the beginning or ending of relationships, friendships, and so on.
