Although it's wildly different from most of the stuff we read, and although we had a lot of fun tearing it to pieces, we both enjoyed it quite a bit and recommend it as a quick, interesting read. We do some of our usual complaining about a few things, but mostly we defend "the slump" and give Robert Jordan some props for how much level-three stuff he fit into one conversation between two side characters.
