Episode description

Hello everyone! This time we approach a very dear short story from an incredible Brazilian writer, Clarice Lispector. As we talk about "Love" we investigate the social conditions of the family and Brazilian middle class in the 1960s; how capitalism forces labour and work upon us as all meaning; the overwhelming power of an epiphany; and the important search for Revolutionary Love, and what that is. It is quite a wild and fun episode, making for a fascinating conversation, and one neither of us we'll forget anytime soon! We hope you enjoy it just a bit as much as we did as well, it is our continuous gift to you! The short story, in English: https://theoffingmag.com/fiction/love-amor/
