Episode description

When we launched our new podcast series we had a list of ex-players, managers and legends we wanted to interview this season and high up on the list was ex-Leeds United manager, Simon Grayson. During his tenure at the club, they achieved some of our best memories and achievements pre-Marcelo Bielsa. We’ve got an hour of everything Simon Grayson achieved at his time at Leeds, starting right from the academy days playing under the great Billy Bremner, learning from the likes of Gordon Strachan and leaving to ply his trade at Leicester City, Aston Villa, Blackburn and Blackpool. He got his first taste in management at Blackpool and later took the managerial hot seat of his boyhood club, Leeds United. We talk in-depth and honestly about his time at Elland Road; all the highs and the unwanted lows during his four years at the club. We also hear his thoughts on the current Leeds United team and Marcelo Bielsa himself. Our Leeds United podcast is now available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Mixcloud players or by searching ‘Right In The Gary Kellys’ in your favourite podcast hosting site.  Subscribe, review and enjoy.
