We share thoughts on the importance of quality training within a High-Performance Work Team. Why is it important and what are the aspects of "Quality Training". We pull back the curtains on key elements of instructing and some of the traps we see teams fall into when selecting the trainers for the team. We touch on the topic of Training Within Industry and how powerful the method can be when used to train people. Additionally, we connect the importance of training with what inspires and motivates people at work through Autonomy, Purpose and Mastery.

As leaders, we owe it to our team to develop a great training program for them!
