So here you are, overwhelmed, unsure of what to do about it; the feeling gets bigger, the problem, even though it’s unnamed, also gets bigger, and so you start throwing big solutions at an unnamed problem that don’t work, which then causes you to feel even more overwhelmed. 

Instead, today I want to share with you seven ways to meet overwhelm.
