Hey, guys, this one was hard. You know, I've I've tried recording this five or six different times, and every time, at a certain point I get a little misty, my voice starts to crack, and it becomes real, you know, the way that all of this is, you know, except for the most important part, because that shit's fucking fake anyway, ten years, man, you know, it didn't really click in my
head. You hear the the TLFX, you know, sort of run up audio that you guys have done in terms of all these testimonials, and you know, anytime you mentioned TLFX and you know what's coming and ten years, you hear the term ten years, and it just it doesn't really mean anything. You have to you have to be affected by it. And I was, I don't know, a month or two ago, somebody on Twitter x
said I spent the entirety of my thirties with these guys. I'm forty now, and that it hit me like a freight train man like I am, that I'm in the same boat. You know, I came on very very early. I won't say day one, it was more like day eleven or twelve, but very early on you you you fellas stuck in my craw and my ass and and it was a full steam ahead ever since my buddy Andy introduced me to you guys. And you know, I thought I had found
two brand new best friends. Frankly, and I think that's the the magic of all this. We talked about it when we did that that failed podcast that I that I put together, and we we did something around Mania a couple of years ago, and that was really fun. But it's it's true, you guys, You guys loom large in our lives, in the lives of your listeners, and that's because you go so hard for us, you know, like and yeah, everything is a transaction, right, except when
when it's real, it doesn't really matter, does it. It doesn't matter that it's it's about. And then sounds cynical, right, It sound cynical to say this is transaction transactional, But you know, if we're being intellectually honest with each other, of course it is. But uh, success doesn't come without a level of ingenuity and level of genuine love for the subject. And that is what you provide constantly and consistently. I spent my entire thirties
with the lapsed fan as part of my life. A quarter of my life. Fuck, that's wild to think about. A quarter of my life has been dedicated Uh well, I don't know about dedicated, but a large chunk of that quarter of my life has been dedicated to having you in my ears, the two of you. And that is not a unique position. That's not a unique thing to say out loud, because there are thousands more just like me that are that you know, have the same have the same story.
I have been lucky and fortunate enough to have been in positions throughout the last ten years to be able to bring something to the table for the two of you occasionally as well. And we've had the opportunity to stay to be in each other's presence a couple of times, and that is that is also invaluable to me, and so I thank you both for the kindness that you have shown in person as well, from star Cast to the Ring of Honor
show at at the the Hammerstein too. I guess another star cast, Yeah, yeah, Vegas too, Right anyway, it's it's so it's so inspiring what you do and what you've found from a creative standpoint, that that that not only were you there for a quarter of my life and my ear holes, you know, making the mundane so much less mundane. You know, I think just about everybody who's done one of these testimonials has mentioned the pandemic
and how integral you were to that. For us, I don't have a story where I was suicidal or I got really sick or any of that stuff. Not to discount those because those are incredible. But what I do have is the gift that you gave to me during the pandemic was that you introduced me to not directly, but through you Fellas. I was introduced to this group of amazing people that we still have an active group chat, seven or
eight of us in there, and we talk every single day. And you know, one of those people have become, you know, probably the best friend I've got in this life where I've got a a ten month old and very rarely leave the house or anything except something to do with a kid. And so, you know, not only have we become incredible friends, but
Blake and I have even started our own thing. You know, we're doing this this baseball podcast that is essentially a spinoff or you know, frankly a rip off of what you guys do just with baseball from when it used to be better straight up with you know, complete with voices and nonsense and boil boy, do we work blue. But it's the it's the most fun I have every week or two when we get together, because you know, we get to be the boys right and be together and just have fun. It's
like playtime, right, even though it's two am. It's like playtime. We get to do that. And none of that would have ever happened without you. And the pebbles cast deep ripples on this pond, and those ripples create ripples and so on and so on and so on, and there's something pretty beautiful about that, if you ask me. And in the tapestry that the two of you have woven in the past ten years. The programs themselves are something to be proud of, but I think what is what you should
be most proud of is the solar system that you have built. The connections that you have made between people that never would have been made if not for you. There's something so powerful about at that, and uh yeah, I am very thankful for it and for you both. If you stop tomorrow, that would be really shitty. That would that would not be great, but we would have quite the legacy of of things too to live up to and
and to to to to fall back on. I think Phil mentioned that in his recording as well, and that is that's that's the whole ball game. Thank you both. Really, I can't wait for Philadelphia, Uh, Blake and I'll be there along with a whole hell of a lot more of this older system. So looking forward to seeing the two of you there, not going to WrestleMania and uh and you know, having some bagels and munching on
some bullshit. But truly thank you for the last ten years. You are your inspirations and you don't get the credit you deserve in that regard, So thank you.
