We’ve started the season with a bang under Thomas Frank, beating Manchester City and showing the kind of tactical adaptability we’ve been crying out for. Mohammed Kudus and João Palhinha look like inspired signings, Richarlison is thriving, and for the first time in a while, we’re genuinely excited to watch Spurs. But alongside that optimism is the familiar frustration with transfers. We came close to landing Eberechi Eze only for the deal to collapse, leaving us short of creativity with Maddison and Kulusevski sidelined.
