Episode description

On January 20, 2017, I arrested an American University student on the streets of Washington DC. After being charged with a felony in the District of Washingon, DC, Herdeg was released and eventually, all charges were dropped. The "Disrupt J20" movement was prevalent at Donald Trump's inauguration, and I believe we need to talk about it to understand what is coming in the next few months. Buckle up, y'all. ______________________________________________________________Check out BETWEEN THE LINES on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@CatholicVote PREPARE or REPAIR:http://PrepareLikeKyle.com (MyPatriotSupply Food Prep) Use PROMO CODE "KYLE" at these sites: http://PatriotCoolers.com/ (Tumblers & Coolers)http://MyPillow.com/Kyle (Pillows/Towels/Bedding)https://matthatjerky.com/kyle (premium Beef Jerky)http://The-Suspendables.com (Show Merch)http://ShieldArms.com - maker of the S10 and S15 magazines (Montana build firearms and accessories) Border,Czar,Kamala,Harris,BorderCrisis,GovernmentCorruption,News,Politics

Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot prepared to embrace the uncomfortable truth. Because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphim. Well, hello my friends, welcome to the Kyle Serafin show. Today is Monday, it is July the 29th, and we are rolling live right now on rumble.com/kyle Serafin.

See, some of you guys are starting to join us over on X and on YouTube. Feel free to join us and the live chat will be available over there as well and we'll check in on you. Pretty, pretty busy chat going on before we got started today over on Rumble and you can do that. Join us there at rumble.com/kyle Seraphin either on the app or a browser. And we appreciate if you guys do make sure you hit the like, make sure you subscribe to the channel if you are doing so.

Pretty strange weekend y'all? I guess the Olympics is going on and this is the first time that I can really remember where I didn't know the Olympics was going on. I don't care about the Olympics and that kind of saddens me because I grew up in sports like many of you did. I, I played sports, I was a swimmer when I got into high school, so that was kind of like a non team sport. But we found ways to make a team oriented and I always cared how

the United States did. I was always proud even though I didn't pay attention to all the time. Every four years or so we tune into the sports that we cared about, didn't we? I can't find anybody that cares. I can't find anybody that is looking around and saying, oh, I can't wait to see the are you watching the Olympics? Nobody's talking about that. Nobody around me at least. It's very strange. It's sad, actually.

It's a sad statement. And we're going to talk briefly about what's going on in Paris. I actually think that what is happening in France is sort of a look into where the United States could go. And it's not good. It's not a good look at what happens when a Western democratic society and otherwise liberal democracy type group gives in to foreign invasion and gives in to destroying their values. And I think all of that kind of falls in line with what is happening.

The the mocking of Christianity, the burning down of, of cathedrals, just a lot of really sad stuff going on. And as you guys mentioned in the chat, those, those athletes work really hard. No doubt about it. I was around people who spent their whole life aiming to get into the Olympics. They would start when they were 5-6 years old. They would swim everyday. I mean, I swam 10,000 yards twice a day most days of my high

school career. And these people do that into their 20s, sometimes even into their 30s. They're just non-stop and we don't care as a country. The Olympics left us because of some of the things and some of the values that are being pushed. Very sad time. Additionally, what I want to do is kind of go in a retrospective #1 there's some some claims being made about Kamala Harris and the need that she has in order to be successful within her party, not nationally.

And so we're going to talk about what those are Then kind of a look in CNN says what a Kamala Harris presence he would look like. You guys are going to be shocked, but it looks exactly like what's written down on that pad of paper that I keep holding up. OK. And then we're going to push forward into some of the wild stuff that happened at the Capitol on Capitol Hill. There was this riot that gets out of control the the capture the flag thing.

We talked about it on Friday, we talked about it on Thursday and that is nothing new. Political violence from the left and doing stupidity and not being held accountable. I want to do a retrospective. We're going to go back to January 20th of 2017. It is the the date that is on the thumbnail. It is a date that I was in Washington DC on the street doing work. We're going to talk about a personal story and I'm going to

expand it broadly. So you guys have a concept of what we're looking at and what's coming down the line. And then lastly, we're going to touch on Trump, Trump assassination stuff. The SWAT team from Beaver County got forward and I was able to do an interview with ABC and I want to cover down on that too. So that's where we're going to start. If you guys are interested in what's going on in this program and you want even more news, we're going to touch as many things as we can.

catholicvote.org/give is how you can support us. catholicvote.org/loop LOOP is how you can get the loop just like I have here on my phone. If I pull it hard and following it back, can you see it? Probably not the lights wrong. Their first story is, is Donald Trump calling out Kamala Harris on an anti Catholic record. And I think that's a really important thing for those who are Catholic, but it's also important for those of you who are Christian.

The reason why I always thought what the FBI was doing in Richmond, VA was a big deal was not because of Catholic specifically, but because they were trying to target religion and Christianity. We're seeing that during the Olympics. We're seeing that over in France. It's it's pervasive on the political left and it's not just one of us or one denomination that is in the crosshairs. They've targeted Catholics

specifically. But that is not to say that all Christians are not sort of getting into the same values. We have the same, we have the same perspective on most things. So when it comes to the LGBTQ agenda and the pro-life agenda, anti abortion, I love the that's the two things, right? It's it's pro-life, but it's anti abortion. Yeah. Anti killing of babies, the LGBTQ agenda that you don't want that shoved on your kids, all these things are all kind of related.

So let's get right into this thing. So there was a piece that came out on Substack and it was written by Seymour Hersh, who is a famous and and very well respected journalist. And essentially, it's reported the same thing that a number of smaller outlets have, but he's got a lot more gravity that the behind the scenes machinations

of the coup. And the coup has everything to do with how they were able to grab the power and put Kamal in, how they did the the Indiana Jones switcheroo, grabbing the gold idol and swapping in the bag of sand. Actually, in that I'm using that Biden was the golden idol for a little while and then the bag of sand. Like it reminds me of a 40 year old virgin, but you've got Kamala hair. She's the bag of sand that just flops in. By the way, it's not a good

substitute. Just like in the movie, it releases all the bad things that huge stone comes down and Indiana has to run through all the blow darts and all the other kind of craziness that goes on. And right. So we're we're in the moment where we're about to go through that gauntlet of escape and there's a narrow, narrow path. And if you remember even the movie Raiders of the Lost Ark.

And I don't know why I'm fixated on this particular imagery, but movies and imagery, this is what I'm all about. We're talking about sliding underneath an enormous vault that either seal shut or crushes us in the process, and then we're trapped forever inside some ancient stone edifice. The first thing that I want to bring in here, and this is interesting because if you look at this article, this is coming from the API. Saw this in about 10 different places. I also saw this to the Google

News feed. And you think, Kyle, why do you go to Google News? Google News feed number one, it shows me local news from Las Cruces, which I find very interesting because it's just one little border town that's big enough to be on the map and none of you have heard of what's going on there. And there's some really wild stuff going on there. There's a dude that I saw this

weekend, face tattoos. He'd been convicted of murder in California, then was living in New Mexico, and then like murdered somebody's dog in the backroom for no reason. He just shot it because he wanted to be put back in jail, I guess, because he lived with face tattoos. Somehow. He was also married, from what I can understand anyway, that guy, I wouldn't see that if it wasn't for Google News. What I did see is that they pushed this forward a bunch. This is from the AP.

It says Harris raised $200 million in the first week of the White House campaign and signed up 170,000 volunteers. So the narrative being pushed, and it is being pushed is that she has the ability to move the needle and she's gotten, you know, upwards of 100,000 people to come and sign up and tons and tons and tons of money. It's it's literally because Joe Biden was so bad. Who could get excited about Joe

Biden? 81 years old human Roomba, as Steve friend likes to say, not anything that anyone is going to get excited about. So the AP calling this out and by the way, you're seeing this old man, look at the people that are there, blue haired, weird fat chick wearing a shirt saying childless cat ladies for Kamala Gross. A man wearing that. Call him a man if you want, but

he's a male, obviously. And he's, you know, a Gray beard, couple of other kind of frail looking Gray beards with biceps that, you know, look like my daughter's couple of women with shaved heads. I mean, this is the this is the contingency of people that are excited about Kamala Harris.

If you don't think you can find 170,000 people in this country who basically have nothing else in their life and are going to get excited about Kamala Harris, I, I, I challenge you to go out there and meet more of the weirdos in your neighborhoods. We have 350 million people, 170,000 people signing up because they have no purpose in their lives.

That's not surprising. And they're, they're hinging in on this childless cat lady thing, which is something that JD Vance said apparently in 2021. Look, the childless cat ladies, whether you call them cat ladies or Karen's, that that persona, that person, the white Lib awful human being that has no empathy for another person that was calling the cops on you and your kids when you were trying to go to the park while they were doing COVID shutdowns.

They're the same people. It doesn't matter whether we call them childless cat ladies or we call them Karen's or we call them just bad neighbors or the HOA president, right? Like there, there are a million ways that we can characterize that same person. So I don't want to get hung up on and I I got private messages and I got public messages. You guys are really upset about the word childless. I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about that guy.

I'm talking about a man wearing a teal shirt that says childless cat ladies when he obviously is a penis owner wearing khaki shorts. That guy is the problem in this country. So let's talk about who they are and what they see going on. The fact is they need to show a quote UN quote grassroots. That's why you're getting this

like, oh, it's incredible. She has this amazing track record and all these people have come out of the woodwork to excite her #1 The weirdos on the left want someone who's further left than Joe Biden, and that is Kamala. And two, they needed anybody with a pulse that was like actually able to move forward because Joe Biden was clearly not going to be the guy once they put him in front of a national audience that the left saw. Because we saw it from the beginning, did we not?

We've been seeing this for a while. There's no doubt in my mind that people on the political right looked over and said, are you, are you kidding me? You think that Joe Biden is OK? You're you're listening to the Rachel Maddow's. You're listening to the Joe Scarborough's. You're listening to the joy reads and hearing them say, like, he's stronger than ever and he's more virile than ever. And nobody could say otherwise.

You think that people on the right were listening to that and going like, oh, that's reasonable. But the people on the left were taking this as gospel. So meanwhile, you've got people from the campaign. This is literally, this is the unbiased news of the AP. In the third paragraph, they quote the momentum and energy for Bryce. Vice President Harris is real. When you have to tell me the energy is real, I know it's not real. And so do you. It's just not. And so are the fundamentals of

this race. This election will be very close and decided by a small number of voters in just a few states. I thought they were the ones about democracy and that every vote counts. Isn't that one it was all about? No, no, it's not about that. They actually need just a targeted view. And by the way, they selected somebody who never got a vote in a primary. So there's that. They said they've had 2300 organizing events in battleground states this

weekend. Several high profile Democrats have thrown their their considerable support behind, including former President Obama and his wife in a staged telephone call, which I will not play you. But it was every bit as cringy as you would imagine it would be. It's fake, it's fraudulent. She's on speakerphone, but she's got the thing in her ear. She's like, she's like Ricky Bobby in the first press conference in Talladega Nights. She's like, I don't know what to

do with my hands. I got this phone and I could be talking to it like this like normal people who have it on speakerphone or somebody else could be carrying it near me because I'm very busy and I have to walk. But instead I'm going to put it near my ear because I still am old enough to remember holding phones to my ear. It's very strange and so is she. Oh, my goodness.

Mandy Robbins, 45, of Decatur, GA, is one of the few people who drove to an organizing events in the suburbs of northern Atlanta and wanted to to say that she finally feels hopeful. Now we can win this with Harris, a childless cat lady, a Karen, an HOA board member. So let's let's pivot over to CNN. Like, you know, my favorite. This is where I start my days. What does a Harris presidency look like? And it's relevant?

What does it look like? Is it about the things that are most important to Americans, like, I don't know, sovereignty of the nation? Maybe a little bit of pride and respect. The people in the political right are the only ones that are screaming and chanting USA and talking about raising American flags. In fact, you are looked at sideways. You are assumed to be on the political right if you raise an American flag. Do you know, bizarre that is in

this time? Meanwhile, if you're on the left and you raise like, I don't know, a Palestinian flag or you're holding one of those green banners for Hamas, a terrorist organization, then you're going to be accepted as part of the mainstream. Now it's a big deal. I want to play a little clip from JD Vance because it talks about loyalty. And you would assume that a Harris presidency, like the pitch would be, is that like, I love this country and it's a great place and we want to make

it even better. That that's actually only on the political right. Political left is doing the same thing that I keep telling you about, which is that we need to transfer kids. We need to leave the border open because you're totally racist and you're trying to keep all of the America to yourself, but you also want to share. We want to share the racism with everybody because they can't get their their thoughts aligned. And we also want to kill off all

the babies. So particularly the poor people. We love the poor people as long as we kill off their babies. And then we want to replace those babies with people from other countries that are also poor and also vote for us. I don't understand how any of this lines up. It doesn't make any sense to me, but let me play JD Vance. A question of loyalty kind of an interesting thing. I grabbed a couple clips of him. One, Kamala's getting a lot of play. Let's get some JD Vance play.

Also, we haven't heard from as much of him over the last, let's say 2-3 years. I've I've heard as much as I can handle of the cackle. Here we go. I saw the other day Kamala Harris question my loyalty to this country. That's the word she used loyalty, and it's an interesting word. Semper Fi loyalty, because there is no greater sign of disloyalty to this country than what Kamala Harris has done at our southern

border. And I'd like to ask the vice president, what has she done to question my loyalty to this country? I served in the United States Marine Corps. I went to Iraq for this country. I built a business for this country, and my running mate took a bullet for this country. So my question to Kamala Harris is, what the hell have you done to question our loyalty to the United States of America? It's a perfectly reasonable

question, isn't it? It, it's, it is the people on the political left that want to call you out. I got right when I first started going public with my story and what was going on. I got called out as a traitor. I don't know what to, by the way, over and over again. It's like since I was 27, my adult life has basically been dedicated towards things that I believe in this country. Naively, I might add patriotically and sort of a stupidly, childishly in some ways, because I actually think

it matters. JD Vance is worth a lot of money. He's been very, very successful. That actually is very American. Meanwhile, you've got Kamala Harris calling us out. I got this really fun little word salad. This is something that was making the rounds. This is from 20/21. This is right when they took office. Notice that you'll see Alejandro Mayorkas in the background at this hangar. The audio is not great.

So I did a little boost on this. So hopefully it sounds OK for you to be able to hear it. Word salads. When asked what you're going to do this border thing, JD Vance goes on to say essentially that if you're going to question my loyalty, the biggest thing that is a disloyal action is opening up our border and flooding our countries. That our citizens feel pain and squeeze. And there's a lot of evidence of that actually affecting people

on the left now. It's always been there, by the way, but they're starting to realize it in a meaningful way and it's not good for them and they know it. They actually know it just borderline shocking 'cause they're actually having the awareness. I don't think they have an idea of who to blame. Here's who to blame. Here she is saying why even the GOP leader? I am meeting with a lot of folks and the work that we have begun is the work that is going to be

ongoing. There is no question and I said this from the very beginning that our approach to this issue has to be with a commitment to a long term investment and it has to be a commitment to consistency. the United States has to be consistent. There were times when we were more engaged and we saw good results, less engaged and and we can see where where the work and the partnerships then

deteriorate. None of that means anything, by the way, but this was like right about the time that she was being named, the borders are and being told that she had to

handle diplomacy. We've got some more discrediting of that going on. Pete Buttigieg is doing like yeoman's work, trying to shove this into the public, saying, listen, she was never the thing that she was, even though people on the left and by the way, they're getting owned left and right because all the reporting from the political left, they were super excited about it. They were like, yeah, we're going to put Kamala on it. She's going to solve this

problem even though she's never solved anything, even though she has no real experience. She doesn't show any loyalty to this country. She just goes out there and says word salads that, you know, they're completely illogical. One word leads to the next word, which he tries to define with the previous word. She's just got these sick like

things. She she's basically like listening to every person that you saw in the documentary that Matt Walsh did What is a woman when they define things with the thing useless. But if you're non critical, then you start thinking like, well, that's that's totally fine. Yeah. Like she's saying words in order. Let's talk about the word she's saying because they're relevant. So a Harris presidency could look like the following. This is what CNN is honed in on.

This is not me. This is not Kyle Serafin's assessment. This is CNN. The first things, what we know about her views. And these are the views they think are important. Abortion, the economy. Many voters give Biden poor marks for his handling of the economy. And Harris may also face their wrath. Even though these high prices are a top concern. We're going to try to argue that they're doing great. That's why we've given them a refundable tax credit. We tried to buy things off OK, fine.

Healthcare. Healthcare also, again, a euphemism for abortion, but also sort of her communistic lean towards the Medicare for all system, which they want to get in less than 10 years. The thing is, is we already have healthcare for all. Do you guys know that if you've never worked in an emergency room, if you've never worked in a hospital, you'd probably don't realize that we already have universal healthcare in this country. They can't turn you away for anything.

I used to get people coming in from an ambulance. I had to bring people in to an emergency room. The highest tier of care for the most intense, the most intense illnesses, the most intense injuries. This is where we are supposed to take our highest acuity patients and we would get people riding in on the on the way ambulance, which is what you call it when they're not actually there for an emergency. And they would be homeless. So they had no insurance and they had no intention of paying.

And they would tell us that they spent their last $5 on cigarettes, but not on paying $5 down on their bills. So they would have endless collections. Basically, these people are going into a cycle of debt that would never end and these homeless. Like bums. My wife and I had this conversation the other day. It's like, what did we used to call homeless people? Homeless was a euphemism. It was like a nice word for bums.

And some of the bums are mentally ill and they have real problems and they are deserving of compassion and help. And some of them have just chosen to jump into drugs and some of them have other, I don't know, there's a lot of problems there. We're not going to solve any of them. But calling them homeless was actually the nice way. Now you can't call them homeless. Now you have to call them unhoused. So I'm going to go back to calling them bums until proven otherwise.

And the bombs would come in and they wouldn't have any money. And I had a guy show up seven days in a row. I worked a seven out of seven shift, so 70 hours for the week. And I saw this guy every single shift. And what did he come in doing? He had allergy like symptoms half the time. Do you know what allergy like symptoms are? You know, puffy eyes.

My nose is a little stuffy. And had one of those that caused him to call 911. He had a phone that worked, by the way, and he would call 911 or he would flag down an ambulance and ride into the hospital tying up an ambulance so that your mother-in-law or your, you know, your, your great aunt would die of a heart attack because the paramedics were tied up transporting this derelict bum. And he was fine. He got up and walked off. We would be like, hey, we're going to switch you over.

And you'd be like, no, no, no, no, no. Last time you guys bumped me too hard. I'm going to actually just get off the Gurney, which I could have walked in on and I'm going to go and sit down over here. But my throat healthcare for all is something we already have in this country. We just have it at the least efficient way. Like how about we get rid of some of the garbage and then try to figure out like a solution instead of adding to the garbage.

They also want to talk about the climate, which is amazing. She's been a champion for the climate and environment justice for decades. Allegedly she sued big oil companies. Oh, that's good. Driving up the prices on all of our our fuel.

That makes a lot of sense. And if elected, one of the biggest climate goals you would have would be to figure out how much the US can reduce pollution by 2035 as required by the Paris Accords. The thing about reducing the the reducing the population or the, sorry, the pollution from the United States is that it's not relevant. We're like, not a big polluter on the big scale. It's kind of like when you come after guns and you're like, guns cause violence. Well, no, they don't.

But let's just assume that the guns are the actual solution. Getting rid of guns would be the solution. It's not even one of the highest top ten causes of death in this country. So maybe get to me when you've

handled the real problems. If you're not going to deal with India and China and some of these other countries out there, the developing nations, which by the way, need fossil fuels so that people can be pulled out of it, like abject poverty, maybe shut up. Maybe I don't want to hear about it. All right, climate immigration, that's going to be the thing. Israel and Gaza is now on the list, which we're going to talk about later. And Ukraine, These are the things that CNN thinks are the

most important. Again, this is the article. Here's what a presidency, a Harris presidency could look like. And these are the things that they want to nail down. Absolutely shocking.

Let's handle the immigration thing because it continues to go on. And I've got a great clip from Warren. Elizabeth Warren basically makes the argument that we need to, we've let all these people in and we probably should keep letting them in and we should make them citizens, this country because what your white guilt because we owe them, but also we owe them so that we can give

them systemic races. Look, there's a reason why even people in the hard political left in history, in American history went after illegal immigration because it drove down wages for the people that got here and work their butts off. And even the legal migrant workers who are here on a work permit, it destroyed their ability to do the negotiations. Cesar Chavez used to have guys go down and beat the living hell out of people sneaking over the

border. Just saying. Cesar Chavez is pretty hard on the left. So here's a little, here's a little tip or an opening. Elizabeth Warren is always a good voice for like the worst ideas. She is kind of like the childless cat ladies. I guarantee she was in charge of an HOA at some point. Recognize, and I know that Kamala Harris knows this. This is a problem that ultimately has to be solved by Congress.

We need the tools in order to have more resources at the border, to have more resources in the States and cities that are supporting migrants, and I believe we need to create a pathway to citizenship. All of that is a part of what we need to do for comprehensive immigration reform. Kamala Harris will work with Congress and get that done. OK, great. Worst ideas ever. I'm going to show you a couple more of her ideas. One of them that JD Vance is going after.

Like I said, I want to show a couple of these things, the idea of cash bail. So I actually am going to add something to my list here. That's on that's on my my sheet. And it's this sort of pro criminality, this pro political violence. As long as it's not towards us, we get really, really mad because of January 6th. That's that trauma will last forever.

And we're going to talk about that at the end of the show, but as long as it's like affecting change in our positive way, then we're totally into getting rid of cash bail. So we're going to have JD Vance kind of share that before we do. How about my friends over at Patriot Coolers? If you guys want to support the program, if you want to support a good American company, Patriot coolers.com, they're based in Houston, TX. You can use promo code Kyle for letters. Saves you 10%.

It's not the steepest discount ever. It's just our discount. It's the same as you get if you were a member of the military. You don't even have to serve. They will still set you up. And you guys can also customize your Tumblr the way that we have. You've seen our customized tumblers. Mine are actually in the wash right now, but you can get suspendables logos on there. You can get first responder logos. You can get something snarky about coffee, if that's what you're all about.

And just like you see on the screen here, my 50 quart Patriot cooler, which is the hard sided roda molded like sort of Yeti style that's always in the back of my minivan. And it was full of stuff even this weekend. Yesterday we went to Costco, filled it all up. I always put the frozen stuff down, then any of the dairies and we keep it. And then you know what, if we want to go get lunch, we can go get lunch. We don't have to get home right away because it keeps it cold

forever. And it's fantastic. patriotcoolers.com, use that promo code. Kyle, shall we get into the stupid stuff? Let's do the the cash bail thing. As I said, it's not this organization. This, this, this left side. They don't care about what this country even is supposed to mean. Like we can't even agree on common values. That's why Christianity is in the crosshairs and that's why criminals are actually celebrated. And I think JD Vance calls it out well.

She wants to end cash bail. And what that means is that if you assault a police officer, you can be back on the street the very next day. In fact, when rioters and looters were burning American cities to the ground, including Minneapolis, Kamala Harris was raising money to bail them out of jail. Let's throw them in jail and support the cops. It's, it's hard to believe, but

it's true. She helped a group of anti cop extremists raise more than $40 million to free scores of criminals right here in Minnesota. That's not across the country, that's just here in Minnesota. You'll notice he's smart, he's tying it to the local issue, but it is a serious issue and it is actually a nationwide issue of these bail funds that are trying to get people out that are just on the left. You didn't see these kind of things coming up the same. They didn't apply this standard

across the way, not even close. So the question is, do people like this? What about regular dudes? That's what I want to know. What is a regular dude who has an hourly job working in manufacturing in a service industry who is doing things traditionally even in a left like left-leaning thing like let's say a Workers Union.

What do those people think? They think what you what you expect because the non cat lady wearing shirt guys, they think what regular guys think, which is that she's terrible. Here's kind of a little taste. You can listen to the shock of the host when they when they actually interviewed this man walking through the parking. Lot we did run into plenty of fervent Trump supporters to say the new challenger has only made them more enthused about the former president.

Does Kamala Harris getting in the race change the equation at all for either of you? Change it, ruins it. She gets in, we're done. So I don't know what America's done for. That's pretty strong and even the people on across the pond, you've got the Guardian reporting that if she wins, it's going to be 100% based on the

DOP decision. There's a reason why CNN listed abortion first, and this is it. She's emphasized bodily autonomy and Affordable Care, and that's what they think is going to make this thing successful. Well, who is being sold on the idea of reproductive freedom, their euphemism for killing babies? Who is actually buying into that? And it's the childless cat ladies. That's why that that line of attack is so fruitful. And clearly it is upsetting. If they put it on T-shirts, you know better.

Donald Trump's record is actually pretty good. Even though they're not going to put it on the national platform. They've already done the the work. And the work is they were able to send people into the Supreme Court who are not lunatic on the far right. They're just kind of middle of the road center, right. But they did the right thing by saying that, you know, at the end of the day, the states should have the default position and we're going to send it that way.

So Trump's already good. He doesn't need to make any arguments about this. They don't need to bake any additional politically. I think morally there's a different animal here and Christians know this, But if they want to campaign on abortion for all, which is the number one thing that is listed on my little pad over here and it continues to be, that's the legacy they want to do.

Honestly, if that's the thing that wins the election, America is not a place that should be saved or people who care about America actually not voting or they stole it, which we all kind of have this sort of instinct. How about the other thing that they really, really love again, climate pagans hate babies and then love Mother Gaia, this thing that doesn't love them back. The the this this bizarre worship of the inanimate. It is kind of like rolling

backwards, isn't it? Centuries and centuries before the monothealistic, the monotheistic Christian sort of take over even the judeo-christian tradition. This is the one that that kind of blew my mind. I saw this over the weekend and I saw it in multiple places. So I have to talk about it. Politico. Janet Yellen says $3 trillion of fresh capital is needed annually to fight climate change. And it's not like annually for one year or two years she was in Brazil.

The thing that always blows my mind when they start talking about climate change and the evils of carbon is that they're surrounded. Like in this case, she was down near the Amazon and she's talking about how carbon is the enemy when it literally is required. CO2 is required by the greenery that is behind her. I don't know if they just think that they're their voters are dumb, which is real possibility, or if they don't know anything,

also a real possibility. It's just kind of amazing that this that this is the the take. So again, you kill off the babies and you go for this being. So close to the magnificent Amazon is also a reminder that the transition to a lower carbon global economy is also the single greatest opportunity of the 21st century. The transition will require no less than $3 trillion in new capital from many sources each year between now and 2050. Being so close to the magnificent Amazon is also a

remind to bear with me, folks. I just had something click up out of nowhere. I have absolutely no idea. There's nothing that's turned on in my audio feed, but meanwhile it just started buzzing in my ear. Hopefully it didn't come across, yes, $3 trillion annually for the foreseeable future. In order to do what? Like this is the woman that's supposed to be in charge of helping us run our economy. It's actually shocking. She's the Treasury Secretary. This is the single greatest

opportunity. And by the way, it's such a good opportunity that we're going to demand it. We want to mandate this thing for you. Neglecting to address the climate crisis and the loss of nature and biodiversity is not just bad environmental policy, it's also bad economic policy is what she says. Again, CO2. I don't know why we're talking, but like we're we're dealing with some of the dumbest people out there. So I wanted to kind of take a

peek into where this goes. If you follow these to the natural conclusions. And that's what it looks like. It looks like allowing people that are radical leftist, as long as they have the right climate beliefs, as long as they think that being a, a, a baby killing is a great idea. As long as you want to like bend over to, to Islamic terrorist organizations, which is an ongoing problem. And that's where we're going to end up today.

You end up with acts of sabotage, unknown if it's if it's foreign or if it's domestic, if it's happening because of the local people. This is what I, I pulled up. This is from dw.com. So I want to give credit where it's due. It's just a sports in France. The, the, the French trains remain affected by the sabotage

act. Authorities have not ruled out of foreign involvement in the acts of sabotage which crippled much of Paris's train services on the opening day of the Olympics. And the disruptions are expected to keep bothering people and stopping as many as 160 thousand of the normally 800,000 passengers that were moving around on the weekend. Well, The thing is, it doesn't have to be foreign involvement, does it?

Because they've imported the foreigners that don't share the same ideals, that don't have the same values, that don't think that the country has any redeeming qualities. It's just a place to be occupied and conquered. And we've done the same thing. We've done the same thing on our southern border. We've done the same thing. I actually, I found this letter and I may even read it to you all. Yeah, I might. I'm just going to read this to you because it's it's I think

it's quite interesting. It's something that I wrote and I'm going to just give you a little snippet of. It's something I wrote in November of 2021. I'm still at the FBI at this point. I send this off to a senior executive and I said there's nothing about my work that has changed since I joined the Albuquerque division except an arbitrary date on a calendar. They were getting rid of us because of the because of the Biden Harris vaccine mandate, right?

I said a week pre president desperately flailing at the unvaccinated to defend his horrific decisions and catastrophic results in Afghanistan. They brought in 100,000 people from just Afghanistan alone. Do you guys remember this? And many of them, hundreds of them just walked off into the ether. They just came to this country and they rolled on. We brought them in from the southern border by the millions.

An incredible number of people have come into our country and France has experienced a lot of the same. France is a much smaller place and they're much more gentle. They don't have nearly as many meat eaters that are on their police forces like we're going to talk about. At the end of the day, they don't have people to defend them

in the same way. And they've sort of just like given up on it. So of course, it doesn't really make a difference whether or not we have foreigners that have decided to destroy and and sabotage the infrastructure there. Whenever I see the French police, they always show these guys wearing berets and they actually look like, you know, decent sized men and they're carrying submachine guns. And you think, is this the normal? Like, how come they're getting

overrun? They're getting overrun because their policies do not support the people that need to do it. They're getting overrun because the right people, even though, even though they may move forward, the judiciary and the people on the political left actually run the machine. And it's the same story here, all right. Feds bring criminal charges. After the anti Israel rally, DC prosecutors let some misdemeanors go. So they're going to charge the felonies is what you believe.

This is coming from Washington, DC, Fox 5 and it is dated the 26th. What it says is that eight people associated with the anti Israel protest in the nation's capital face federal criminal charges. As you might expect, the local prosecutors in DC, which by the way are federal prosecutors, have dropped some of the less serious against the other individuals and they have decided that this is still an ongoing investigation. They may file some more charges. They ended up doing that.

They give some names here. Frederick Coats, Crow Mamawamani, Antonio Somerville, all carried a dangerous weapon. Zachary Cam is charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer, Nathaniel Lawrence, Sonia Christian Rodger Miller face charges of attempted theft, some other unpronounceable name, threats related to the protest, so on and so forth. And then they dropped charges, too, didn't they? They just dropped them. Here we go.

This is Washington Post charges dropped against 11 anti Netanyahu protesters arrested in DC That's interesting, isn't it? They're anti Netanyahu Post protesters. They weren't anti Israel, they weren't pro Hamas, they weren't pro Palestine protesters. There's something in a name. There always is. The move drew condemnation from police union official. Yeah, you want to know why? Why would they condemn that? Maybe because this kind of stuff

happened. What you're seeing on the screen right now is a United States Park Police officer. And by the way, I worked with Park Police and I have nothing but respect to them. I always like them. They always seem really squared away. They had great medics that were on their helicopters. They had decent human beings that were working there. I always thought very highly of them. This is hands on a police officer while he's down wearing camouflage and I would say uniform type material.

This is, I can't even read what it says, but it says like Ceasefire now or whatever it is. These are radicals and they're fighting with the cops. They're putting hands on federal agents. I was told that was the biggest thing that you could do, that you have to support the cops, especially the federal cops, the ones who are in DC. So we need to prosecute them like January 6th. Wouldn't you think? Wouldn't that be the reason that you wouldn't? Wouldn't you want to do that?

Here you go. More reporting. This is coming from Washington Examiner. This 11, anti Israel. Again, anti Israel. Now they're a little bit more honest about it, and they're showing some of the violent rhetoric that's out there. Are you allowed to have violent rhetoric? Of course. Yeah, for sure. It's when you steal the flag that doesn't belong to you and light it on fire that you step a foul.

It's when you start getting in fisticuffs with police officers who are trying to do their job, and I've been very consistent about this and I will continue to be. If you were there at January 6th and you started getting into fights with cops, particularly when you went proactively when they were doing their job, you should probably go to jail. We cannot have that in this country. Rule of law is important or we could be pro criminal, which is

what we keep seeing. The thing is, is this is not new, not even a little bit. What we are starting to see is that the effects are being felt downstream. I'm going to play you a video from people that are in Brooklyn. This is actually not too far away from where my wife grew up. And she said, you know, it's kind of interesting to see it having grown up there and, and known what it was like. More importantly, this apparently was like a 97% Joe Biden dominated 2020 election

area. So if people are voting for this, are they going to turn against Kamala Harris? There's a reason why her poll numbers, even though they're better than Joe's, they're not great, but maybe, maybe they don't actually equate 1:00 to 1:00. And it's because there's lies and there's federal lies. And that's the biggest issue. Our FBI is out there carrying water. I'm going to show you some some

evidence. And that's the main thing I want to show you today is that the evidence is, is that the the DOJ has never been on the political right, at least not in the last, let's say, close to 10 years. That it was captured under Jim Comedy and under Barack Obama and they moved all their people into place. So DOJ and FBI have been doing

the bidding. Even if people like me and Steve Friend and Gerardo Boyle and George Hill, even though we saw problems with what was going on and we were on, I would say the middle ground, but lean conservative in our political blaze. But that doesn't affect our work. The other people are letting it affect their work. All right, check this little little clip out from Brooklyn. Some here are frightened now

just to go outside. Now it feels like that whole section, it's just not available to the community. Our local, our parks are not available. You can't go there, you can't go to the parks. Migrants from a 4000 bed shelter nearby fill the sidewalks. They sit on park benches on Stoops and curbs under the BQE overpass. So many people crowded in here. Residents feared what was coming. We have been witnessing the escalation and violence on the street and in the community for months now.

We've been pleading with the mayor, as we've seen increased violence, that this was going to be inevitable. And on Sunday night, it came. Two people were murdered here, 1/3 critically injured just outside one of the two adjacent shelters in Clinton Hill. It is a neighborhood now

pleading for help. Residents came together tonight to demand the city provide more protection for them now and move to downsize the two enormous and crowded migrant shelters in Clinton Hill. There's there needs to be a Direct Line drawn between failed border policies and what is going on there, and it needs to be hammered home. And the second thing is, and I'll make this argument to you

guys that you voted for this. That's not a political winner and it and it never will be. How many times does someone try to tell you something? The thing happened and they came up and told you. I told you so. And you were like, man, you really convinced me. Now I'm on your side. Has that ever happened? Does that ever happened? Certainly not with men. Maybe. Maybe that works for women, but I wouldn't. If if a man says that to a woman, it definitely doesn't work.

Don't ask me how I know. Feeling good, which Jubilee just said in the chat, Feeling good. That's not the goal. It feels great to spike the football and and be victorious, but that's how you get penalized and the penalty happens in the game for bad sportsmanship. In the same way right now, politically, it is not a good win. It's not going to be able to to help these people. Like these people have an opportunity to change their mind

if presented gently. I'm just going to say I've talked to guys who are now like I, I talked to Dexter Taylor for a long time. If you guys haven't seen that interview, go back and look at it. He says. You can't look at people who are on the political right that are in these captured areas, whether it be Maryland or whether it be Delaware or whether it be New York City and then be like, screw you, you live there, it's

your fault. There's a lot of people that vote against it. But if you're going to claim, and I think many of us do, that the election results of 2020 were fraudulent and they were they were stolen and that there was things that did not get looked into properly, then how are you not going to say that these captured areas are not like that? Like, should they just abandoned them if that's where they live? It's not good to to do the I told you. So this may be the opportunity

to move. Like, did you see the people being interviewed? Do you think those people vote Republican ever? But they do understand safety. Those are weak women with blue hair, right? They're wearing like crunchy fabrics that I'm sure my wife would not have a problem with owning. Like these are these are just women who are now looking around saying the consequences of what I'm doing are coming home, but they're not seeing them as the consequences of their actions.

And it's an important chance to maybe cross that line. And the and the reason that they believe that they're, you know, that has to be hammered home is that they're being lied to. And can you really fault them for believing stuff? Because a lot of folks do not pay attention. If you go out and talk to the average person, they have no idea what's going on, that the FBI has been lying to them. They have no idea that that that agency has has lost all of its

credibility. The tuned in on the right have a lot of people that are just independent and don't care. There's a ton of people in that camp. And then the people that are on the hard left that they've been lied to and they're they're dedicated to it. That's what the concept of illusory truth is. They've heard something, they believe it. And then as my dad said the other day when he was on the program saying it, don't give me facts.

I already have an opinion, OK? The only way that you're going to loosen that thing up is is a gentle approach. That frontal attack doesn't work. Here's Jesse Watters making one of the point. I don't know if he's making it a way that's going to get through them, but it is true. Our federal agencies are moving and moving further away from being accurate and truthful. They're still putting out information.

And some people believe that it has force of, you know, government statistics, like it actually means something and when we know it doesn't so. If crimes everywhere, why do they say crimes down? A new report from the FBI shows that there was a 13% decline in murder. Fight what the data shows, which we've been talking about, the fact that time is going down in most places is not registering

with the. Public I can safely walk my dog to the Capitol today in a way that you couldn't do when when we all got here. I'm glad Pete can walk his dog, but why should we believe the FBI? Well, turns out we shouldn't. The Washington Examiner did some digging and discovered the FBI has been cooking the books. Did you know about half the country doesn't send their crime statistics to the FBI? So the FBI just estimates the number of crimes and then they estimate in the wrong direction?

Murders are actually up 23% across 70 cities since 2019. In Milwaukee, the FBI reported a 13% drop in robberies, but Milwaukee police reported a 7% increase. The Biden administration is using Enron style accounting to cook the books on everything from. All right. And, and how are they doing that and how are they getting away with it?

Essentially, it's very simple that the mayors in these cities don't want to be accountable to people throwing FBI crime statistics in their face when there's active and accurate accounting. So they just tell their cities that you don't report. They still have to publish it locally. They just don't send it to the FBI and the FBI doesn't proactively go get it because they're federal agency. And that shouldn't shock anybody. The myth of competency is very

real. The laziness of not going out and actually doing like there's enough people at the FBI that they could have an analyst assigned to every single major city that just does nothing but run crime stats and then compile them together and and then a whole squad of people to take all those things and put them together, get realistic crime stats. If they were an objectively a political organization, that would happen.

It doesn't because there is a goal and the goal is getting accomplished, and it's been accomplished since before Trump even got into office. And I'm going to show you some example. But before we do that, let's do a little plug for my friends over at the Mad Hat Jerky company. It's Mad Hat jerky.com/kyle. There are better promo codes then Kyle right now.

good. Like it's a good American company by like an 18 year old kid who's started the business and is employing people. He's got 20 employees. It's pretty neat. Let's talk about where this is going. OK, Give me a second here to throw this on the screen. We'll take you back to January 20th of 2017. Donald Trump was going to be inaugurated in Washington, DC. I was on the ground. In fact, I have this to show you.

There's my certificate of appreciation from the FBI, grateful recognition of my outstanding support of the FBI's work on the inauguration. I've got coins from it and so on and so forth. The thing that happened there that was unusual for me is that I was a new FBI agent within my first year of employment, and I was walking around in plainclothes with the Secret Service Uniform division. And we kept hearing we're on the South side of the protests.

We kept hearing over and over again that something was happening on the north side. We wanted to get up there, but that's not where our post was. So you stay your post, you don't follow the action, you stay. Even though we wanted to get into it cuz we're both like young guys ready to solve problems like you would. And so this article that you're seeing here is coming from The Washington Post.

And that's going to be relevant because it's also going to be the one that's going to show you that it goes away. This was three days after it says an American University student appeared in court Monday on federal felony charges of aiming a laser pointer at the US Park Police helicopter, which was codenamed Eagle One. That's not in the article. That's just what I'm telling you on Inauguration Day on Friday.

The student, George Herdig HERD e.g, 21, from San Antonio, is an International Studies major in his senior year, the university has confirmed. Prosecutors disclosed his arrest same time they announced charging 230 demonstrators with felony writing after damage was done to storefronts and a limousine was set on fire in the four block radius. It looked like this. This is the limousine that was on fire. It was spray painted with an anarchy symbol. The windows were knocked out.

It was firebombed on the interior. It turned out to be the limousine that was apparently part of the Secret Service directors detail. It says we the people spray painted on there in silver writing. If you're not listening to, if you're just listening to us, Magistrate Judge name was Deborah A Robinson, ordered that he not possess a laser pointer and released him on his own recognizance pending another court date which was set for February 8th.

Now, at that time, I had gotten calls from the United States Attorney's Office and I was told we're going to need your full report, we're going to need your FT3O2. We want to make sure that we have all the details and the details are as follows. Throughout the day, there were calls going over the radios to Secret Service and FBI and other federal enforcement and also for the DC Metro PD that somebody was firing a very powerful laser into the Park Police helicopter

and it was incredibly dangerous. It's also a felony for every single time that you do it, punishable by up to five years. Now, it can basically disperse throughout the windshield because the way the windshield is done in a helicopter and also in other aircrafts. And it can basically blind the pilots, one because of the way that the light goes into their eyes, but more importantly because it actually temporarily blinds them by filling up the entire glass structure.

And so it's it's you know, it's, it's a, it's a hazard not just for the pilots, by the way, but also for the people below. Imagine you've got a million people in the streets. Let's, let's see, there's 500,000 people in the streets and a helicopter decides to go crashing into a busy area. That's not that's not acceptable, particularly in a heavy urban area. And this is the nation's capital

in a very restricted fly zone. So firing the laser all over the place, we kept hearing it over and over again, but nobody knew who the person was. How do you pick out a laser strike in the middle of a crowd? And then because of just the fortuitous nature of of of our placement, as the crowd started to disperse and the pair and the parade route dropped, we were able to cross over from the South to the north side.

And we went up to the area where all of these chaotic happenings were going on. And this was an area that was near K St. if memory serves, I'm going to scroll through. It was a four block area where damage was done between 13th and K St's Northwest. It was done as the tail end of the parade was going on. We were hearing about it.

And so we went up there and we found that there was a punk rock concert going on. There was a line of uniformed members of the DC Metro PD wearing all their riot gear. They look like MEC soldiers. They're huge. They've got like these like Spartan Shields and these big huge batons and stuff like that. And they're standing off while these women, again, sort of the childless cat lady types are

screaming into their faces. We pay your salaries and you're looking at them and you're like, dude, you don't even pay your own living. I'm fairly confident you're living on your parents dollar and that universal healthcare we talked about earlier. So they're screaming at the cops. And while we're standing there looking around, I just happened to glance over while my partner's on the phone with Secret Service headquarters and he's calling in to tell him where our position is and that

we moved and what we're doing. And I look over and see about a handful of men, young men. And then I hear the helicopter come over the top of the of the buildings. And right when that happens, I see a laser pointer go right through the trees. And the trees don't have any leaves on them. So it's just bear individual branches and the laser hits all those branches as it's going up

at the at the helicopter. And I see it go off a couple times and I realize where it is. I grabbed my partner and we start going. And so we start following this group of men. Now as that happens, I see the the man who actually has the laser pointer points it at a cop car and lights up the windshield while the cop is driving. So we follow him, we isolate him. He ends up going into a kebab place.

We pull him out. We we come out of roll because we had to clear it that we are going to come out of the undercover roll because nobody was nearby show them our badges. We ended up talking to him. We're putting up against the wall. We frisk him and of course we find this laser pointer, which is about the size of his forearm. It was probably like a 12 to 13 inch long, like it looked like a lightsaber.

It was huge. So we arrested him and Park Police comes in, transports them, they take the the, the actual arrest and they fill out the paperwork. And of course, he was charged. And what do you guys think happened to that guy? Well, he's free right now, but interestingly, he was let go. He's released, they dropped the charges against him and he was an American University student. They dropped the charges and many other things. He apparently works for some sort of lefty organization right

now. And if you look at his his LinkedIn, which is available and publicly, you know, visible, you can easily see that he's supporting gender ideology and climate change. And if it is and a bunch of other woke garbage and we found out that this was going on, there was a thing called Disrupt J20. Disrupt J20 was leftist, anarchist, Antifa types and they were all involved in the so-called Resist Trump movement. So there it is, the anarchist resistance to the Trump

inauguration. You have to understand the events of January 20, 2017. This has been going on for quite a while now. The thing that's important is, is Donald Trump's organization, Donald Trump's regime, the the administration came in and took over the DOJ in theory, right? Wrong. None of these people actually faced prosecution. They all got away with it. This should bother you. Why did they get away with this

sort of thing? It's because it was never an organization that was run by Donald Trump or or his ideologically aligned people. Chris Ray was chosen to be in charge of the FBI. Chris Ray was chosen by Chris Christie and he was the fixer on the bridge gay scandal. So when Chris Ray comes out and says things to you, you should see him as more of a continuation of the status quo and not some sort of thing that like Donald Trump should get

credit for. Even though he made the appointment, it was a terrible one. And I think he realizes that now. This is some more of this stuff. Disrupt J20 was the was the hashtag. If you guys are familiar with the Tim Poole and the Tim cast stuff, they were covering this pretty well. These protesters should be remembered as part of the anti Trump resistance is what these

things say. And and these organizations I'm quoting from right now like crimethink.com, which are basically like pro leftist, radical leftist type, you know, quote UN quote news sources. This is other one you're seeing on the screen right now. It's from team Vogue make racist afraid again. And you're seeing the three, the three direct action arrows. And if you follow Andy, no, you already understand that this is an Antifa sort of banner.

So what the Hell's going on? They were able to get away with this stuff because we have selective memory, we have selective prosecution, and we have people that are not willing to call a spade a spade. Which is to say that these organizations leaned for an outcome. Why did all the people from January 6th get prosecuted? Why did all the people from Disrupt J20 get away with it? They chose the outcome. They wanted the outcome.

This is the ideological and the institutional capture that the left has been very successful with. And you can see this whether it's happening in France or what happened in DC in January of 2017, or whether it happened the other day on Capitol Hill when the pro Hamas, pro Palestinian types got out there and got violent. They get let off. They don't face consequences, and all that does is embolden them. They realize that they may get arrested, but it's only going to

be for a short period of time. And the news media is also complicit in as well, even though they will publish it when necessary. You're going to have guys like Scott McFarland. This is what spurred this. I saw this over the weekend. Listen to the way he's talking. I'm going to share some things that are very upsetting because it's not just the left media, it's also the left social media

and the huge tech companies. This is a massive push to basically rewrite history, which is why Kamala Harris obviously is not a Borders R. So let me just make that point, which we did the other day. I'm going to continue to make it on a finer way. Scott McFarlane talking about Butler, PA. Oh, you remember that He's actually going to acknowledge that Donald Trump got shot at. How about the encrypted? That is not the right guy.

Sorry. Let me switch over here, number 10, Scott McFarlane. Hey, it's Scott McFarlane. Hard to believe. Two weeks ago now, Two weeks ago Saturday, it was that assassination attempt in Butler, PA. I can tell you as somebody who was there and who has stayed in touch with so many people who were at the event, working the event, there's still no shortage of trauma from having to duck bullets inside an event that has

the expectation of safety. It was supposed to be the safest place around, you know, inside the Secret Service force field. It was so jarring and so traumatizing to hear and witness political violence. And it's this feeling as described to me, this combination of this squirrely feeling of anxiety and nausea and fatigue. And it can last. It can hang on you. And it has all these echoes of what I've heard in all the January 6 cases, you know, going to so many of the trials and the

court hearings. I've heard police officers tear up describing the trauma that remains. So many people who were witnessed that day inside what was supposed to be the safest place around inside the US Capitol during an official proceeding and having that expectation jarringly dashed, being attacked by fellow Americans. Trauma lasts with so many of the congressional staffers who for years formed a trauma support group to overcome those feelings.

Members of Congress have texted me that they suffered trauma hearing the voices of the screams of Americans trying to attack them, if not killed. OK, there you go. The trauma, the trauma, the trauma. Oh my God. And we're going to have to go back to January 6th because Butler, PA is always going to

get you back to January 6th. What you're seeing right here on the screen is an ABC piece saying that the local SWAT team, which came out of Beaver County and the sniper, who we we were a sort of making fun of. And I didn't mean to make fun of him, per SE, other than that they named him in that video. And his name was Gregory Nichol, apparently Gregory Nickel, AKA Greg, the guy that you saw on the video last week that was on

the roof. And they're like, yeah, Greg, he's the one who took the picture. The story is actually now emerged. What this what what happened? And he took a picture of the kid. Thomas Crooks took a picture and sent it around to a group chat of all the locals. But what they're saying here in the article is actually entitled local SWAT team blames Trump assassination attempt on a lack

of planning and communication. The two things that we've called out as the most probable that somebody did something stupid, got off and didn't cover, you know, left open an area and that they didn't have good comms to deconflict. You can imagine that if you were in that position, taking a shot on a fellow cop would be probably the worst thing that you would ever do. People lose. Like people kill themselves over this kind of stuff. Shooting another cop in a blue on blue.

That's the one thing that they're not going to try to do. So if somebody was supposed to be up on that roof and somebody was up on that roof with a weapon and you're like, Oh my God, that doesn't look like the guy that's supposed to be up there. And it doesn't sound like it was Greg. Greg was the one taking a picture of it. So my about my apologies right there for for calling sort of flippantly.

But this guy, Greg Nichols is out there talking that they basically looked around and said, holy crap, we've got to go talk about this because this is not acceptable. We need to go ahead and get the story out. And the story is, is that the snipers that came from Beaver County got involved with the other snipers from from Butler, but they didn't have Secret Service there and they didn't show their faces. And I'm sure it's going to haunt them that that guy got through the security detail.

This is an interesting quote from the team leader, Jason Woods. He says we were supposed to get a a face to face briefing with Secret Service members when they arrived and that never happened. And So what he ends up saying is that they had this sort of like local team chat, but they didn't have communications with the people that needed to have communications. There wasn't interplay between the local law enforcement and the federal.

That is a catastrophic failure. Even if it just means that you carry around a bunch of radios and you hand them out to the people and then you go get them back later, so be it. And I've done this. I've done this work on task force where we were working with locals. Either give them one of your radios or they give you one of theirs. Usually you take one of theirs because they were used to using them and you're the visitor.

They said something that I thought was very poignant in this particular article, he says. I think it's probably a pivotal point. I started thinking that things were wrong because that briefing never happened. We had no communications, not until after the shooting, and by then it was too late. And moreover, the reason why they didn't push that envelope is because this group, Beaver County, considered this an away game. They were the visiting team,

right? I'm telling you that that the the fog of war and the chaos happened because there wasn't proper prior planning. Now, there may be some additional malfeasance that we find out, and I'm open to finding out about that. And there may have been an FBI plot involved in this and I'm open to finding out about that.

But it's just as likely, if there was any plot at all, that Steve friend and I hammered it home on Friday that the most likely thing is that somebody was being groomed by either DHS or FBI or somebody else, some other little entity, and that thing got away from them. If anything happened at all. That's the way the feds work. And I want to be totally fair that whenever the feds are actually setting somebody up, they always give them like a gun that can't go off.

They don't give them a live weapon. But if that person decided like, hey, I've been goaded and I've been told that was a great idea and my friend who happens to be a fed is going to do this thing, I'm going to go over and get my own rifle. And I'm going to handle this on my own if that's the possibility that happened. Like, I don't know that we'll ever get any information. We're certainly not going to get it from the FBI.

But the Advance team didn't identify a real important problem that roof needed to be considered one of the critical things. And these guys even said they're like, look, when they put us up in the spots that we are in, we took over the spots they gave us. But those are not the places that we would have selected if we were trying to set up our own successful counter snipe

operation. And when local law enforcement tells you that and the people that are tasked with doing it every single day, either you had some absolute failure, some sort of DEI hire somebody that was advanced and had no business being in that position. That's always a real possibility. You cannot rule it out in the

federal situation. Also, the other possibility is, is that we're talking about a lot of overlapping failures, none of which should have been critical, but all of which combined together equals that tolerance stacking, that eventual failure and the and then maybe you. We can't rule this out either. How many times have they had these failures and no one has gone out to test it?

Because I got to assure you that every time that there's an event, there is not someone out there trying to do something crazy. But I will tell you that at Trump's inauguration, they were at least a dozen calls over the radio throughout the day of people that were bringing weapons in to the metro stations or trying to come in through the magnetometers and abandoning guns and knives.

And they were being found when nobody else was around them because someone walked up to the magnetometer and then dumped them and left or dumped them and went in. So there are threats, and there have been threats for quite a long time. Worth noting and add some stuff on the screen up here. This is the thing that is maybe very the most unsettling to some of us. And you guys follow social media. You would have seen this over the weekend.

I typed this in this morning. So these are my Google search results about what happened in Butler, PA assassination attempt. They give you the auto, the auto recommendation from Google assassination attempt on Truman, on Reagan, on Hitler, on Fidel Castro, Slovakia, on Lennon, Gerald Ford, Saudi Arabia, John Paul the 2nd and FDR.

Those are the things, if you type in assassination attempt that are trending or that are being suggested by Google, and if you type in assassination, assassination attempt Trump, you get no recommendations, none. That is fairly shocking, is it

not? Google is actually trying to cover this thing up. And here's the other thing that I typed in Butler PA July, it'll tell you about 4th of July fireworks, July 2023. It'll tell you about the pollen count, that it's a good place to live, the cost of living, and so on and so forth. And if you type in Butler, PA July 13th, it doesn't give you any predictive results.

The media, the social media, the tech companies, even the the the parts of government, they're all in on the same kind of push. And that's worth knowing. And that's why I had this little clip from Chris Wray. Because whatever the story is, the story is going to pivot into something that benefits them. They'll let people go quietly. They'll allow this sort of stuff to try to get whitewashed over. And then they're going to try to

use it for their own agenda. And this is the agenda that I think that all of this is going to lead towards for Chris Wray. Everybody thinks it's always about getting rid of Trump. Everyone thinks it's going to be about there's something far like scarier, bigger. Donald Trump is a symbol. He's a person, he's important, he's a politician. And that is a pane of glass that we cannot unbreak. OK. But this is where they've been going. And this is a long term plan.

And this has been going back to at least 2014. George Hill said the first time he brought up this being a problem, he basically was PNG at the at the FBI. I did the same thing. I dropped out of the FBI Agents Association over this exact problem. And this is going to be in congressional testimony with Chris, right? Here you go. This is the this is when he did a decent job. And he's happy to tell us about how many casings there were and some of the failures and so on. And about the drone.

This is the stuff that they actually really want to introduce. How about the encrypted applications on his phone? Were those there for a while or did he download them, you know, in the days or weeks leading up to the assassination attempt? I don't have the answer to that sitting here right now. I think it may vary from platform to platform because he had a number of encrypted messaging apps on it. And again, as I've I've said, we're, we're trying to get access to that content.

And that's important. I think it's important for everybody on this committee to understand that this is a real problem for law enforcement, that these companies, let's be clear here, these companies are designing their platforms in a way to no matter how heinous the crime, no matter how rock. Solid the legal process. Yeah, Next question at this moment. No matter how heinous the crime, they're designing their platform so that we can't get into it.

Of course they are. That's the purpose of this stuff, guys. The point is, is they want to break privacy and that is a far bigger thing than just Donald Trump. I understand everyone's like affection for Donald Trump. I understand that he is a symbol and he means something. But this agenda predates Donald Trump and it is bigger than Donald Trump because the idea of getting rid of encrypted in communications is a really big

one. It's been going, it's called the Going Dark Initiative. And when the FBI agents Association got behind it and they said we're going to be putting our political weight behind the directors, you know, going Dark initiative, trying to make sure that we can get into end to end encrypted apps. I said stop taking money out of my paycheck for this. I'm not supporting you and I don't need you because I'm an American first. I'm a citizen first. I'm a husband and a father

first. Those things all come first in my ability to communicate with my wife or my friends are more important than the FB is ability to like hack into some data set and be able to find the small number of people who break the law and that we might be able to use encrypted apps to be able to find it. They want a skeleton key to all this stuff and they always have and they try to breeding out any

time. And this is an awesome opportunity for Chris Wray to talk about how dangerous these encrypted apps are, because secrecy and privacy are the enemy of a totalitarian state. They are the enemy of the police state. As long as you can communicate freely your open ideas, whether or not you're being censored, whether or not they're whitewashing it, whether or not they're letting people go quietly who have a riot. Those people, the ones that are, that are able to be dissidents,

they need to have secret calms. They need to be able to say things that are legal and free and dangerous. What we call Mal information. They are are detrimental to the government narrative and we have been talking about this stuff on this program since day one. I think that is the bigger story here. I think it will continue to be the bigger story. Security failures are a big deal. Donald Trump's people are going to have to handle that. He's been alerted.

If he didn't know then he knows now, right? Nobody can unknown that except Google, except freaking Google. And what are you in the chat of which you guys said I'm really humble, I'm not, I'm just being funny with you guys. But I'm not making this up and it like it's out there. I don't need to make it up. I actually tried it this morning. There it is again, Trump assassination stuff. It is not there. It was called out by Mike Waller.

So kudos to him. A lot of people have seen this lives of TikTok and so on. The whitewashing is happening. The memory holding is happening and the biggest search engine in the world is doing it. Big, big problem. And I agree with you guys in the chat as well. Renzo Ranch was talking about just said how the the the Fleck of glass or whether it was shrapnel or not. Look in the opening barrage in the opening sort of news cycle, we don't know. But now we do.

And the medical records say it. So the FBI director trying to throw shade on Donald Trump, whether he took a bullet or whether it was like, you know, glass, that's all bad. Everything about that is bad. We can't live in that America. All right folks, that's what I got for the day. Let's do a 5 star view. I do have a decent little palate cleanser for you, so hopefully you'll enjoy that. But let's start off with a 5 star view from someone I saw in

the chat earlier. Magellan, DeMarco, this guy, this guy right here. Yeah, five stars Kyle and fam, what better infotainment could one ask for? Lots of other streamers don't like Kyle because he's not all yay Trump and save the MAGA save the world. But that's one of the reason why I got enjoy Kyle's stance on things. He seems to be talking from the heart, not led by the winds of happenstance or fad.

Keep that up Sir, and you will go further refresh, which many of you have to do as you join us live. If you guys want to join us live, it is rumble.com/kyle Serafin. You guys can do that. You can join the live chat over here or we will actually put up the stuff from X and from YouTube. So I can see all of you out there. You guys can can join us on either one of those, but we do favor those on Rubble because we like the free speech and we like not being cancelled. Appreciate all of that.

Thanks for joining us this morning. How about a little bit of a palate cleanser? My dislike for the childless cat lady blue hair type HOA Karen presidents notwithstanding, this guy makes an interesting point in a biblical sense. Maybe you agree Adam and Eve, Adam and Steve gay agenda. Is there something funny about taking those things and out of context? This guy seems to have a decidedly conservative lean despite trying to do a leftist talking point.

Enjoy a. Lot of people say it's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. I say to myself, I kind of wish it was Steve because I bet he wouldn't have been so dumb to talk to a snake. I mean, hell, Eve, did you even do a little bit of research? Do the other animals talk? They don't then sums up girlfriend, sums up. Steve wouldn't have fell for that. Steve would have been like, what the hell is that? Is that a talking snake? You can't, you can't, you can't

you get out of here. You can't you get out of here. Get out of my yard. Steve would have already called the Garden of Eden his yard right out of the gate. So Men for the win is the statement there. But you know what? Isn't it interesting because that is the thought of the day. Should we not zoom out and ask that question? It's not about what the snake is saying is why the hell is that snake talking? All right, That is the basic original skepticism that was

maybe lacking. I'm just saying be a skeptic. Go out there as you evaluate this information. What are they trying to sell you? Why they're trying to sell to you? Who benefits and what are they not telling you? That's what we do here on this program. As usual, you guys have seen a little bit of it and this has been going on for a long time. This is not a new fight. This apparently goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden. Anyway, a little bit of a, a light hearted take on that.

And I hope you guys join us again tomorrow at 0930 Eastern Time here live on rebel.com or on X on Facebook, on YouTube and so on. We'll see you then. Thanks for joining us.
