Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot prepared to embrace the uncomfortable truth. Because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphim. Well, hello my friends and welcome to the Kyle Seraphin Show. Today is Monday, it is July the

22nd, and we're rolling live. We're on rumble.com/kyle Seraphin, we are on Locals, we are on X, we are on YouTube, we have all of the channels up and running. We're on Facebook too, don't ask me why. And Twitch. What's that all about guys? If you haven't joined us in the chat, you can do so right now. Make sure you have hit the like button at some point in time during this stream and we really appreciate you spending your morning and your time with us. We had a record week last week,

so that goes down to all of you. Really grateful for you guys being here and sharing your time with us. It's kind of weird, kind of in a slow news cycle, huh? There's not a lot going on, nothing really to talk about. Of course, that's ridiculous. So let's get into it. Before we do, let me say thanks to my friends over at the catholicvote.org. If you guys want to support them, which supports us, you can do so at catholicvote.org/give.

They are America's top Catholic advocacy group in the fight for faith, family, and freedom and God. We need it right now. We just lost, we just lost him. Our option for a Catholic president, if you believe that, got a bridge to sell you? Listen, you guys can buy their book of which I am featured in. There's a chapter from Kyle Serafin along with twelve others in here. This is for God, country, and sanity. Don't we need it right now? How Catholics can save America?

You guys can see that at store.catholicvote.org. Again, store.catholicvote.org. You can find all those things in our descriptions of in the show description. So very easy to find anybody that is sponsoring us and everybody that is sponsoring us and what on earth is going on people. All right, let's try to attack

this in a reasonable way. I actually prep my show starting on Friday. You guys may not know this, but the weekend shows are almost always going to have the most information coming out of the weekend. So of course, we're going to be talking about Joe Biden and the abandoned Brandon scenario. Yeah, we didn't see it coming this way. There is a trending topic right now on social media looking for proof of life for Biden. Proof of life because he hasn't been heard from.

Apparently, he dropped out of the race on Sunday. In the afternoon, he basically broke up with the Democrat primary voters via text message, via tweet. It's like changing your status on the on the old Facebook app back in the day, right? Or on Myspace. It was like, in a relationship, considering my options, like, where'd you go, buddy? No press conference Sunday with no pressure on him to do so. No one's seen from him. We haven't heard from him. Weird, real weird.

We're going to get into all of that. I want to start actually, though, because the prep begins on Friday. The stories that come out are interesting. One of the fun things that I have is a a snapshot, a moment in time, a retrospective on the campaign season of 2024 that I grabbed. And I did it before they had to scrub the Internet of any mention of Joe Biden because we can't actually act like what is going on is going on. We're living in an unprecedented

times right now. And if you guys are not preparing yourselves, you're getting ready probably for a real rough fall. I, I don't know how bumpy this road is going to be, but it looks really bumpy from where I'm at. My wife and I went out for dinner last night with the kids and I told her I was like, I feel like I should be at home, like loading magazines and just staring out the window. It's absurd.

And then we got to this, we got to this pizza place and, and they're playing these music and it's like Stevie Wonder and everybody's smiling and there's sports on TV and nobody's talking about the fact that we just had this moment in time, that craziness just unfold in front of us. And I felt like we were in the last bar at the end of the universe that the news hadn't gotten to yet. And I think a lot of people don't actually know that.

It's good to remember that unlike people who listen to this program and people that are interested in what's going on and how this country is going to change dramatically and how it may, there's a lot of people that are just just doing their job. They're just making pizza and slinging beers and showing up to work and having their car troubles and all the regular things that happened for normal people that do not pay attention.

And then they're going to wake up one day and look around and go, like, how did this all change? We're not those people, but they're out there. OK, So let's start with this because I think this is one of the great articles written recently. It's a good retrospective. It's worth our time to consider. This is written by Lee Smith, who wrote the plot against the

president, right? This was written on July 19th, so prior to any of the chaos, and it's under the news and politics section saying who normalized political violence in America until Joe Biden decided to hijack the news cycle with an anonymously written essentially letter that was scanned in onto Twitter. The big conversation was who done it, why they done it, who shot Trump?

How do we end up in a situation where our political rival, if you're on the political left and the the guy who is running for office and trying to represent people on the right, how did that guy get shot in the ear? Somebody died behind him.

Really a wild moment. If you guys want to hear some retrospective on that, go back and listen to the episode I did with my dad, who has a lot more time on this planet than me, but also was a news man covering a lot of the chaos of the 60s and the 70s where political assassinations happened that they even happened in the 80s if we remember. And what's kind of interesting is is a lot of people on the right seem to have been the targets, JFK and Bobby Kennedy

being the exception there. But MLK and Reagan in in recent time, we've seen more violence attacks coming towards the right. So here's Lee Smith kind of evaluating it. He says the Democrat Party officials and the media deny that there's any connection between their inflammatory rhetoric labeling Donald Trump fascist and would be dictator or even Adolf Hitler reincarnated in his and the attempt on the 2024 presidential resident Republican candidate that they didn't have any sort of

responsibility for this. But media executives must believe that Trump supporters have a point or that MSNBC would not have given Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski a 24 hour time out, putting a little bit distance between the shooting and the normal fair that Morning Joe has been dishing out for nearly a decade. It's interesting in that way.

The left wing journalist will say that it's not their fault that a 20 year old man whose adolescence was saturated with murderously anti Trump rhetoric tried to kill Trump, that they would have a point. The media is reactive, it's not creative. The Democrat aligned media did not invent the idea for the Democrats 2020 candidate, despite the massive video and audio evidence to the contrary, who was 100% cognitively climbed. They just sang from the sheets of music they're handed.

Lee goes on to talk about this goes back to the Obama era. But I I think it's worth noting that the saturation of aggressive language that this complete blackout or this blanket coverage that is ubiquitous on the political left has led to this moment when it comes to getting shot at, when, when Donald Trump is taking a bullet to the ear.

That kid was 20 years old. Donald Trump started catching hate in what, 2015, more aggressively in 2016 until the election and then all the way through his presidency and all the way after. So this kids, 20 years old, you're talking about 8-8 and a half, nine years. All of his time when he was actually functionally online in this country, all of that time was saturated with this kind of talk. I want to play you someone that he probably was looking at the kind of people who are thought

leaders for young folks. Why? Because they're somewhat pretty and they're on Instagram and they they leave TikTok videos and going into the debate, I'm pretty sure a lot of people knew that the president is old. President is very old. Donald Trump is also very old and a racist and a neo Nazi. But anyways, but anyways, let me just just leave that hanging out there. I don't require facts. I just going to put out my opinion and I'm going to state it as though it were in fact

factual. I'm going to demonize somebody and call them a neo Nazi. I'm going to refer to them as racist regardless of the evidence. Not not necessary. Why? Why does anyone need evidence of this kind of stuff? And that has a profound effect on growing minds. People in their teenage years, they're looking to those that they would say, oh, well, that's a congressperson.

There was a time. And it's interesting because Steve friend told me that he's working on a, on an episode right now called The Myth of Competency. We had this sense for a while that people who were representing us were serious people, that they were folks that were rooted in patriotism, that they may have disagreed on ideas, but they had principles and they knew things. And that's why they were in the position of making the decisions. And that's why you were not.

And then you get on places like Twitter and you talk to Matt Gaetz, and he's a pretty regular guy. I mean, he says funny stuff. You talk to George Santos, who's ridiculous, lovable, but ridiculous. And you go, oh, these aren't serious people. You take information to Jim Jordan's office, who seems like a guy that should be in charge of things, that should have everything kind of lined up, his ducks in a row.

And you take it to a staff and you say, I have credible information that the attorney general of the United States is lying to you, Underoath, which I did in October of 2021. And their reaction is nothing. And then you get word back six months later, eight months later, after you've lost your job and your family has to sell their house. And they say things like, oh, well, you're too politically hot right now. That myth of competency is real.

We did believe it, and if you're young enough to not know better than maybe you still do. And maybe you decide that when someone says there's a Nazi and an existential threat to democracy and that everybody in this country is in danger because the guy that they don't like politically represents some different ideas on how to use our money. Donald Trump spent a lot of our money too, by the way, folks. It's not like he turned off the spigots.

He just spent it on different priorities than Democrats. When you normalize that kind of stuff, then maybe you think I should go after it. Maybe I should go and take a shot at this guy. Which leads us to something that NPR is now covering. It's very interesting to me when the political left is in on the game and they go to friendly outlets. This is an an article written by someone called Joe Hernandez. The Secret Service says full federal resources were not given to Trump, quote in some

instances. Oh, is that so? In some instances where specific Secret Service specialized units or resources were not provided, the agency made modifications to ensure the security of the protectee, said their spokesperson in a statement on Sunday. Oh, OK, well that's fine, I'm sure it all worked out, right? Oh, except the proof is in the pudding, is it not? Folks, It didn't actually work out very well when they shorted

resources. Because somehow, subject to many, many conspiracy theories now, somehow a kid was able to climb up on a roof of an unprotected building inside of 200 yards, inside of 150 yards from everything we can tell, and took shots that narrowly missed possibly the next president of the United States and he took head shots. I've, I've had a lot of people ask me like, why? Why would he take headshot? That's something that only professionals do now. That's what people who play

video games do as well. So I want to push out there before we get deep into the rest of this, let's debunk a couple of things that are running wild on social media. I'll show you this one first. This is a social media account from something that was called Steam, Steam member since 2023. So predating last week and the last the week before. It's kind of insanity. There's a picture, it's a high school yearbook picture of Thomas M Crooks, the alleged

shooter who's dead on the roof. And what you'll see here is the personal history from steam shows that that person was known as blubber when the when the account was created and then fit Figler and then bubbles and then Thomas M Crux. What I'm showing you is that someone basically added this kids picture to an account that already existed and then acted like it was something that it wasn't because the media is not serious then they don't know how to do basic skepticism.

People ran with it and said, Oh, he's there's multiple stories talking about how he was going to announce himself to the world that he was going to show everybody who he was. It was like, that's just what people do when they want to announce that their new stream is coming out on these types of websites. This is a British website. So this is some of that international connection we keep hearing about. I want you to be skeptical.

You have to be skeptical. You must remain skeptical whenever anybody gives you that magical theory that sews everything into a perfect bow, but it actually involves ninjas jumping down off zip line so they can escape from the tower that is further away than the shot that was actually taken. Here's where I want you to start with. Why do we need to have multiple shooters in this in this scenario when all of them missed? The only story that I ever understood about the oh, there

was another set of shooters. They were on the grassy Knoll. They were up on the water tower. They were like any of these things. There was always somebody else involved. How does that work? It's because the shooter is dead on scene and they were successful in the assassination attempt. Someone pulled it off you. You think that somebody was up on the water tower. Let me show you the water tower.

This is another angle that you're not seeing in these stupid grainy videos that people are going forward. And by the way, folks, if you are not a consumer of all this idiocy, I get tagged in every conspiracy that exists online. And by conspiracy, I mean multiple people got together and decided to do something nefarious. That's what I mean by conspiracy. And they theorize that there was somebody sitting up on that water tower, which you can see in the picture on the top right

in a very clear shot. There's nobody up there. It's already been sort of shown that this was a shadow and so on. There's nobody up there. And the angle from the water tower was blocked by a big screen and some other things, like maybe some speakers. There's nobody up there. And if you have any idea, George Hill and I were talking about this over the weekend. A zip line is incredibly heavy when it starts getting a little bit longer than let's say 20 or 30 feet.

Maybe you guys have done that. Now with a child, you can get away with it. But a long zip line that's going to hold both the weight of the zip line and a person plus kit plus a rifle to get away. Because this is the argument. The argument was there's some ninja up on the on the back channel over there that's hanging out on the top of the water tower that took a couple of pot shots and missed, by the way, because Trump didn't get killed. So they didn't succeed in their mission.

Then they absconded away from the water tower on a zip line, which would have to weigh hundreds of pounds to get them to where they wanted to go at an angle that wasn't lethal. And then after all of that happened, they had a cell phone that some guy online says he traced to the FBI and then was able to land and then get into a black SUV that was owned by the Department of Agriculture. What does any of that mean? Like, what on earth are we talking about?

Here's what the FBI really looks like. I alluded to this the other day. I I mentioned that I had a classmate who was horrifically incompetent. And there they are. That's a picture for my Quantico class. I want you guys, if any of you want to come and look, we're about to what, 20 minutes into the show right now? You want to see something that nobody else ever show you is a picture of my Quantico class on the far left. You see Deshawn, He's crouching

down. He's the the gentleman that I talked about being a former unarmed security guard at the Detroit Zoo. He is somehow pointing his gun up up the stack in a a weird Crouch position for no particular reason. You've got one person that's actually crouching. That makes sense because they're going up stairs and they're holding a shield. He's actually fairly competent. You've got two women that didn't

graduate. They're sticking their butts out weirdly for unknown reasons, pointing their guns awkwardly. You can see the fitness level is mediocre at best. And then the guy in the back was actually my favorite and he was just sort of like over it the whole time. He's just standing there looking around going, what are we doing? That that Hispanic gal that is the same height as the man standing 2 stairs below her, That's Elena Para. That's the one who is now working for the Secret Service.

Yep. And she was a Marine. I don't get it. That's what the FBI looks like to me. So anybody who tells me that there are ninjas that are jumping off the back of a water tower, I will show them this picture and you can, too. This is an absurd thing. This is in Hogan's Alley. This is standing at, I don't even know where this picture came from. People have been sending me this picture for years, by the way, because it's really funny. There's the there's the water tower.

There's nobody jumping off of it. It's worth knowing. That's the world we're living in right now. But that is how we ended up in a scenario where Joe Biden is dropping out. And it's a shock to anybody because we're living in a fantasy world. And a lot of these people are doing what we would call LAR ping live action role play. They're pretending to be something and they're acting like they are that thing. I don't understand it any more

than you do, folks. Before we get to that quick message from our friends at My Pillow, you guys, you can check out mypillow.com/kyle. That is our link that will auto populate our promo code. Kyle, save up to 50% on any number of things out there. Some of these things are up to 75%. Mike is always running random specials. I didn't look for today's specials, but you can find them on mypillow.com/kyle.

I actually got so deep in the weeds putting together today's show from all the things over the weekend that I ignored it. But mypillow.com/kyle is where you'll find it. It's just a list. It's like a, it's like an old fashioned newspaper article actually, or newspaper advertisement. It's just a bunch of little boxes showing you things that you can click on that we will save a significant amount of money. They were running a deal on pillows last week.

They're probably running the same one. Also, my wife was surprised to find out that they have dish towels. anyhowmypillow.com/kyle promo code. Kyle, if you guys want to save all the deals that they've got out there. Let's keep pushing on to this because this is where it comes down. I'm going to show something on the screen.

I'm going to read something to you if you would, if you'll, if you'll tolerate me. This is from Hans Christian Andersen. So off went the Emperor in possession under his splendid canopy. And everyone in the streets in the window said, Oh, how fine are the Emperor's new clothes, Don't they fit him to perfection? And see his long train? Nobody would confess that he couldn't see anything, for it would prove him either unfit for his position or a fool.

No costume the Emperor had worn before was ever such a complete success. But he hasn't got anything on, a little child said. Did you ever hear such innocent prattle? It's it's father said one person whispered to another person with a child had said He hasn't got anything on. A child says he hasn't got anything on, but he hasn't got anything on. The whole town cried. At last the emperor shivered, for he suspected they were right. But he thought, this procession has got to go on.

And so he walked more proudly than ever as his nobleman held high the train that wasn't there at all. Fact checkers and anti information experts. Anti disinformation experts spread misinformation in order to protect Biden. This is a small piece on sub Stack that is from Andrew Lowenthal. When the president finally withdrawing. With the president finally withdrawing, remember those who shield him from accountability. This is a reminder to you that

the Emperor has not had clothes. Since 2019. And there is a list of the people in cartoon form. There's Rachel, Dick Levine, General Miley. We've got Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Jen Pasaki, the Ginger Gobbles. There's Putin. I don't know why he's in there. Hunter Biden, Obama, the Clintons and Fauci and Xi Jinping. Interesting isn't it? For years the media, fact checkers and the anti disinformation initiatives told the public there was nothing wrong with Joe Biden.

And yet a few weeks ago in the space of 5 minutes they all flipped. This rapid onset dementia struck the president and it was time for a change. We've been watching this happen like a car accident in in fast motion. Honestly, we've watched these people just disappear from I'm with Joe riding with Biden, and now they've all turned their guns on the man and where is he? Do we need proof of life? I haven't seen anything saying that he is announcing that he's got.

Did Joe Biden even know that Joe Biden wasn't going to continue his run for president when that letter came out? Should we read the letter? I can read it to you right here. This was dated from yesterday. We might as well discuss what what was thrown out there. Here we go, my fellow Americans. Over the past 3 1/2 years, we've made great progress as a nation. Today, America has the strongest economy in the world.

We've made historic investments in rebuilding our nation and lowering prescription drug costs for for seniors and expanding affordable healthcare to a record number of Americans. We're providing critically needed care to 1,000,000 veterans exposed to toxic substances, passed the first gun control safety law in 30 years, appointed the first African American woman to the Supreme Court, and passed the most significant climate legislation in the history of the world.

America has never been better positioned to lead than we are today. I'll take a deep breath. Bullshit. Sorry, I know none of this could have been done without you, the American people. Together we overcame a once in a century pandemic, the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. We've protected and preserved our democracy, capitalized the D for some reason, and we revitalized and strengthen our

alliances around the world. It's been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your president. Those words never start the beginning of anything very good, do they? And while it has been my intention to seek re election, I believe it is the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and let them solely focus on my duties as present for the remainder of my term. I will speak to the nation later this week in more detail about my decision.

Does this lead us to believe that he didn't even know? He didn't even know this was happening. We got to get him on board because the speech hasn't been written yet because nobody asked him. It would be interesting to find out if an intern wrote this. There's all this speculation, by the way, the the letter shows a signature that has an underline and nobody can find him underlying his name when he signs things, for whatever that's worth. Let's keep going for now.

Let me express my deepest gratitude for all that have worked so hard to see me re elected. I want to thank Vice President Kamala Harris for being an extraordinary partner in all this work. Let me express my heartfelt appreciation to the American people for the faith and trust you've placed in me. Not an endorsement, by the way, and I have yet to see the actual endorsement other than they've changed Biden HQ to Kamala HQ.

Let's see how that goes. I believe today what we have here is that there's nothing America can't do when we do it together. And that's why we have to eliminate the the Republicans and the MAGA extremists. Oh, you remember how he said that stuff? Yeah. Biden totally a unifying figure. So we've got that moment in time. And apparently that means that he's supporting Kamala, but I haven't seen it. This is a statement by the president's brother talking about what time he has left.

People have indicated, oh, does that mean that he's terminally ill? I mean, he's terminally ill. He's ancient and he's falling apart. So he's terminally Biden. When you're old, you only have so much time left. Let's not read more into it than necessary. And once again, it's possible I can't confirm it. Neither can you. But the word coup has been thrown around quite a bit. What if someone forced him out? And I'm totally speculating on

that. I have no evidence that other than it's very strange that a man who has the ability to call a press conference and people will run from their homes, they will wake up their reporters and send them into the field at any time, day or night to cover this. And this is big, big news because the Democrat Party is thrown into massive turmoil like they're they're upside down. They're going to scramble and have to get behind Kamala Harris

in an open convention. We're going to talk about how ugly that is. Here's a quote from Frank Biden, Also not Frank Biden. CBS News had a brief conversation with Frank Biden, one of President Biden's two younger brothers, and here's what he told us. He said I'm incredibly proud of my brother. Selfishly, I will have him back to enjoy whatever time we have left. He is a genuine hero. Country over self sounds corny in our cynical political environment, but he nor I are cynical.

The goal remains the same. Defeat Trump and continued the work that Joe has done. My hope is that our party rallies around this heroic act. We asked him whether he feels that his brother's overall health and vitality played a major role in this decision. And he says, in my humble opinion, absolutely. So a member of the President's family now confirming that the President's health was indeed a major factor. Yeah, that's what I want to

hear. I want to hear from some guy that has not been in the public light in any meaningful way. I want to hear from one of the Biden crime syndicate family members. That'd be really good. Could you just get us a quote from a Frank Biden? Don't worry about the president. Don't worry about a spokesperson from the president. Don't worry about Cream Jean Pierre. I don't want Sideshow Bob telling me. I want a guy who's going to go on record in a printed text message.

You know, by the way, some of these these statements like that, that's how they come in. Reporter reaches out to you. Hey, do you have any statement on this thing going on? And you look at your phone and you go, yeah, I do, but all right, fine. And then you type out a response and you edit it and you clean up. You make sure that you don't have any grammatical errors. And then you send that thing off and then they run with it, they print it, and that's fine. That is your statement.

Is that the best we're going to do? This is what I grabbed from the AP Amazing stuff. I grabbed this on July 19th. This was Friday. Highlights from the 2024 presidential election campaign. It's so good. It's so weird. It's it's already outdated. This news. That's how fast our cycle is moving. Trump and Zelensky apparently had a quote UN quote very good phone call is a perfect phone call. It's really good, As good as all the other phone calls I had, Right. OK, so there you go.

That's what happened. You got other people calling for Biden to end his election campaign. Sherrod Brown, senator from Ohio. Biden basically probably looked at the polls assuming that he actually decided to do this and was like, this is unwinnable. Why go out on a loss? There's something to be said about that. Give it over to Kamala. That'll be good. This whole thing is so strange, though. Everybody is just talking about how it's going to be an uphill battle.

This is the the moment, right? And then this one was my favorite because I actually saved this entire article specifically because National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on Friday that Joe Biden, President Joe Biden is, quote, more than up to the job of being president here. For all of you naysayers out there that think there's no way he can't even finish the term, Jake Sullivan's got you covered,

OK? He cited the night of April 13th when Biden oversaw an hours long operation to shoot down unprecedented Iranian air strikes on Israel. Quote, I'll tell you when 110 ballistic missiles are in the air and must be shot down, quote, You get to see in living color in real time the capacity of your commander in chief, end of quote. And the US and Israel and the allies knocked out 99% of the 300 missiles and drones.

And Sullivan says he walked out of that night thinking, quote, I am damn glad we have that guy at the head of the table in THE SITUATION room. End of quote. Oh, that's what's up. Jake Sullivan. Jake Sullivan, this did not age very well, Speaking of age, because your guy is no longer there.

Also, is this not weird when somebody tells you that the national security advisor is talking about the president, the commander in chief, you get to see in real time the capacity of It's not like Joe Biden was manning the missile batteries, knocking down the incoming right. He didn't knock out ballistic missiles or whatever the hell Iran was sending. He was personally targeting the

drones. It's not like he's sitting in a bunker somewhere with a shotgun that's got like some of these new Maverick rounds that like throw like a a net. No, he's like an old guy that's up past his bedtime, sitting at a table, probably in his pyjamas. It's such a weird move to talk about that. And then two days later, he resigns by a text message. He breaks up with us. So then there's a scramble.

What are you going to do? And suddenly we've got this story coming out of CNN, which is my favorite. We'll go that in one second. Let me also just say thanks to my buddies over the Patriot Coolers guys. They are out there in Houston, TX getting it done for you. Here is mine. This is the 19 oz. This is the one that will fit in your coffee cup colder in your minivan when you go to church on Sundays. We fill it up. Promo code Kyle will save you 10% on that very mug right there.

Patriot coolers.com is the website. My wife and I both filled up coffee mugs. Actually, I filled up the coffee mugs for her. We put them in our our little cup holders. We drive to church. They're scalding hot. You can have a burned tongue all the way through church. An hour later, get out and guess what, it's still scalding hot. It was still too hot to drink. This is the weirdest thing in the world. CNN inside Biden's unprecedented exit from the presidential race. The thing that blew my mind about this 'cause this was written last night at almost midnight. Jeremy Harab, MJ Lee, Zef, Zeleny, Matt, Phil Mattingly, Arlette sent like, these are all names. There's like 1234. There's six people credited with writing this like non story 6 of them there's there's just not

much there. And CNN, like they don't know what to do. They are going to go out there and start the cover job today. They are going to start gilding this man's memory. So even though he was tyrannical, destroyed the lives of all the suspendables, by the way, his mandate destroyed the lives of the suspendables, it did expose the underbelly of tyranny and the people that are willing to do anything that they're told in government

service. So that's useful but wrecked our military ran like 10,000 plus troops out on on unfair discharges. We're already going to start covering for him. And who better to cover for him than CN NS Van Jones? Van Jones will always be the guy that cried when Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump in 2016. My memory will always be that Van Jones had tears in his eyes asking, what am I going to tell my children? This is the same kind of people that cry about how democracy

works. So Van Jones has some thoughts, and they're gilded and they're, they're touching. And I think this guy, I don't know that he has kids. I guess you could have kids if you're homosexual. That's what this is like. This is the most effeminate, weak, ridiculous comment. I don't know how they decided he would be that guy. I don't know how you decide to be that guy for CNN, but Ben Jones is that guy.

Tears for Hillary Clinton, tears for Joe Biden, tears for anything that's not for the Democrats. Joe Biden's body may not be as strong as it used to be. His language skills may not be as sharp as it used to be. His heart is as big as ever. His heart is as as big and as true and as strong. And this is, this is the difference between a politician and a leader. He, he, he, he, he made a selfless decision. And people are heartbroken, even people who are pushing for this

to happen. It's kind of like, like when, when your, when your grandpa, you got to take the keys and everybody, you got to take his keys. You got to take his keys. You got to and, and, and, and he's fighting and he's fighting and everybody's so frustrated. And then you finally get the keys back. And then you just cry because this is somebody that you love. This is somebody that you care about. This is somebody who was there for, this is somebody you

wouldn't be here without him. And you have to take something from him. Now, this is not, look, this politics is politics, but this is a human moment for one of the great humans in America. This is a huge moment for him, for his family, for all of us who love him, for all of us who want him to get across the finish line. But if you're a young person watching this, this is leadership. That's leadership, guys. That's what it is, how the decision was made.

Biden's final decision to leave a race was reached within the last 48 hours, a senior campaign adviser said, as he consulted with his family and top advisers by phone while recovering from COVID. A source familiar with the matter says the plans to exit the race began on Saturday night and they were finalized on Sunday. He hadn't even thought of it until that moment. And then he realized it's the right thing for America.

The adviser said the president was, quote, not dug in but was studying the data coming in and became convinced that he would weigh down the ticket and will be a complication to defeating Donald Trump. And so let the rewriting begin. The New York Times has a brilliant story here about what a great man it is. It's written by a nonpartisan person, by the way, not a Democrat, not a Republican.

And he says this here is the story I believe history will tell of Joe Biden. This is a historian by trade with American democracy in an hour of maximum danger in Donald Trump's. This sounds this reason I got like a Hollywood movie intro, doesn't it? With America's democracy an hour of maximum danger in Donald Trump's presidency, Mr. Biden stepped in the breach.

He staved off an authoritarian threat at home, rallied the world against autocrats abroad, laid the foundations for decades of prosperity, managed the once in a lifetime pandemic, and successfully litigated on final issues of climate infrastructure, and has conducted A presidency worthy of his greatest predecessors. History and fate brought him to the pinnacle in this late season of his life. And in the end, he respected fate and he respected the American people. Wow, wow.

Listen, fiction is fun, right? I mean, it's fun to write things that are make believe, and it's fun to write stories. Character, as the Greeks taught us, is destiny. And Mr. Biden's character is both a mirror and a maker of his nations, like Franklin Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. He's optimistic and resilient and kind, a steward of American greatness, a lover of the great game of politics, and at heart, a hopeless romantic about a country that has given him so much. This is nauseating.

It's absolutely disgusting. It will make you puke. And if you are not doing the puke emoji in the chat, what is going on? I cannot help but read these things with like self with like self aggrandizing bass thrown into the voice. It just seems like garbage. Like there's no way these people believe this. They can't believe this stuff at all. Maybe they do. Maybe they're that nuts. And I'm going to tell you why, because Reuters is already

reporting my new favorite thing. They're already making excuses for Kamala Mamala. If we don't elect her, it's because you're racist and you're sexist. And the Democrats are going to have to rival with that at their convention. The Democrat Party will be taking a historic gamble if it turns to Vice President Kamala Harris to become the presidential nominee, betting that a black woman can overcome racism and sexism and her own missteps as a politician to defeat Republican Donald Trump.

How about her own missteps as a politician? How about she's been garbage since she's been garbage. My wife was telling me that there's these little like pop ups right now. They're talking about who she is. And they're like, you might remember that she was the attorney general in California.

Like, maybe it's time for us to remember that that Kamala Harris, who's basically just been walking around and been a token in this administration, she's accomplished none of the things that she was charged with. Not one. Did she fix the border? No. Has she solved the problem that we're going to have with AI? No. You can still get all kinds of crazy AI stuff.

Follow my timeline. I just figured out how to use it. Now I've got pictures of Kamala Harris holding Joe Biden hostage, very fun. And Joe Biden holding Joe Biden hostage, also fun. Thanks, AI. It's so weird. It is some of the weirdest stuff, but we actually have some pretty good video of how this is going to work out. And who's she going to run with? Maybe Pete Buttigieg. He's already stepping into the gap. He's probably one of the smartest members of the

administration. You don't have to like Pete Buttigieg. I'm not even sure that Pete is gay. I've been watching him for quite a while, and every time that I look at him, I'm like, gay. People think he's probably not gay, too. I've talked to them, You know, they have this thing called the gaydar where you loon, you tune and you go, is this person really gay or is it really politically expedient? He is definitely the kind of guy that is projecting.

Listen to this little quote. He's talking to Bill Maher here and you're wondering is he is he attempting to get on the ticket 'cause he might be Here we go. The other thing you get to do at the. Convention is roll out your vice presidential candidate, which in this case was JD Vance. Yeah, I know him a little bit. What do you think of him? Look, we're from the same generation. We're both from the Midwest, different parts of the Midwest. I know a lot of guys like JD Vance.

I've. I've run into a lot of guys like him. Not so much when I was growing up. Peter Teal. Peter Teal is his big backer. Yeah, for sure. OK. And people don't know who that is. He started PayPal. He's gay. He's a billionaire. I mean, I've had a couple of people who knew you were coming on this week said ask Pete what he thinks about Peter Teal being so in love with JD Vance, who is against, flatly against gay

marriage. So I think it's a profound contradiction, but maybe it's not that complicated. I know there are a lot of folks who say what's going on with some of these Silicon Valley folks veering into Trump world with JD Vance and and backing Trump. What are they thinking? Silicon Valley's supposed to be, you know, they're supposed to care about climate. They're supposed to be, you know, pro science and rational and libertarians. So normally libertarians don't

like authoritarians. What's up with that? I think it's actually, we've made it way too complicated, super simple. These are very rich men who have decided to back the Republican Party that tends to do good things for very rich men. He just said that the reason that JD Vance is willing to do that and why Peter Thiel is going to back him in and, and that's how why he supported JD Vance is because of the cynical idea that they're just doing

what's best for them. Well, that's actually fairly American. There's nothing wrong with that. But moreover, that's what we call projection, when you're willing to do exactly what needs to be done in order to be in a place of power, that you're willing to sell out your principles because you don't have any, because your principal is gaining power. That's kind of what Pete Buttigieg always seem like, Smart McKenzie, right?

The people from McKenzie are the ones who helped create the modern FBI the way that it runs right now. I don't know if you guys know this, but McKenzie is a consulting firm in DC that charges a ton of money for really, like, untested ideas from really smart people, very smart people that don't seem to have any principles. I don't think that Mayor Pete has much on the principal end.

And again, this brilliance of Kamala Harris having to fight upstream against sexism and racism, we're already setting it up. Biden apparently wrote that my very first decision as the party's nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my vice president. It's been the best decision I've ever made, the best decision I've made, the smartest man I know. You know, today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year.

Again, on X, we already know that there's an intern that runs that. It's not Biden that runs that. So I've got a video here. I guess this is what is referred to as the moment that Kamala Harris's presidential aspirations were destroyed and it was done by none on Earth and Tulsi Gabbard. I trust none of these women.

But I'm here for watching this. If you guys don't remember watching sort of the the debates that were going on as the Democrat Party was trying to suss out who was going to be their nominee for 2020. This is one of those moments. By the way, there's some really weird stuff going back historically back in O8, I want to say it was there was a debate where where Biden got up and casually kind of tossed out that Barack Obama might be gay because he was talking about AIDS tests. Very weird.

And then Obama's super slick about it, by the way. But But yeah, anyway, there's some strange quotes. We're starting to dig into the archives now. Now it's allowed. So anyhow, let's get a little taste of this at this video may not be sized properly. So give me just one second here. I'll get it right up. I want to bring the conversation back to the broken criminal justice system that is disproportionately negatively impacting Black and brown people all across this country today.

Now, Senator Harris says she's proud of her record as a prosecutor and that she'll be a prosecutor president. But I'm deeply concerned about this record. There are too many examples to cite. But she put over 1500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana. She blocked evidence. We blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so.

She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labour for the state of California. And she fought to keep tax bail system in place that impacts poor people in the worst kind of way. Thank you, Congresswoman, Senator Harris. That's how that's how you destroy people. You just talk about her record. Her record is atrocious.

It's not good. And if you guys are just seeing us, if you're joining us in the chat, wherever you're at, whether you're on YouTube and I see you guys out there talking on YouTube, those of you that are on Twitter and X, those of you that are on Rumble at our home, you can always join us in the bigger chat, but I'm putting them both on the screen right now. It's rumble.com/kyle Serif. If you want to go over there, if you want to subscribe to us on locals, just go to kyleseraphin.com.

Very easy to do. But mostly, give us a like, if you're enjoying this program, if you guys like what you're hearing here, I want to try to give you guys a little bit more. So much of the news cycle is going to be just stuck on this. And yes, I think racism and sexism and on poor people are disproportionately hurt by the justices. That's probably true. In some ways. I'd think they're very disingenuous about it. So I'm not really interested in litigating that.

But that's when she was cooked because Kamala is a chameleon. And just like Pete Buttigieg, she's willing to be whatever it takes to be in power. And that includes calling Joe Biden a racist and then immediately saying, I'm with Joe, I'm riding with Biden. These people don't have principles, it's worth noting, and they're willing to show it to you all the time. All right, I want to pivot to some other things here. We covered this the other day. It's getting a little bit more traction.

And it should. This is the story of an Army training program labeling pro lifers as terrorist groups. The story goes, according to The Washington Times and Valerie Richardson, that this was being used for seven years. Folks, you're seeing the slide here in better format. Terrorist groups, pro-life organizations, They're anti abortion. Remember, if you want to be pro-life, that's something else. We're talking about anti abortion groups. And then they go like, oh, yeah.

But they're also pro-life. They oppose Roe V Wade. Of course, they misspelled Roe. This is the fun stuff. They are an advocacy group that does demonstrations and protest and mass demonstrations and life chains and rescues. Rescues are like when you try to talk somebody out of having an abortion and the truth display, which is when they show like what abortion really looks like and picketing. That's what terrorists do, isn't it? And then they also get down there, they have license plates,

they're accepted by the state. You can have a pro-life choose life license plate even in the state of New York, which wants to kill babies all the way up to the point of birth. But also lastly, violence, arson and bombings of clinics. We've actually covered it on this program before that the number of arsons and bombings of clinics, they're so low, but they are carried out like they're pushed forward, like they are a real thing by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

It's not common. The most recent one we know of is that somebody, a woman actually in Wyoming, burned down an abortion clinic before it was actually functional. And so she set them back like a year or so. And think of the number of babies that she saved. But I just love that they just throw randomly murders and attempted murders because that's what pro lifers are all about. There are a few people that are nuts in every movement.

There's no doubt about that. And if you thought about it, and if you really internalize the idea that the people that are involved in abortion, the doctors, the technicians, the clinics that are doing it are killing people off wholesale in a clinical operation, in a, in a commercialized and industrial operation, and that it results in a million babies being killed every year. It's possible that you could get nuts to the point where you start thinking that maybe

violence is justifiable. More likely, what you're going to see is that people, old ladies and young men who have many children already, will sit and pray and sing outside of an abortion clinic. It's incredible that the Army was allowed to talk about these people being pro-life, but they were also terrorists. And for me, the biggest piece there is, I keep telling you, if you think that your government would not come and attack you, I think you're wrong.

It took seven years for someone to leak that slide. Seven years. People were being indoctrinated with this garbage at Fort Bragg and other places under the Directorate of Emergency Services. At least seven years calling the National Right to Life Committee and Operation Rescue terrorist organizations. Why? Why is it 7 years and we haven't heard about it? Is it because people are afraid? Is it because people don't care? Is it because people are indoctrinated? That is almost always true.

Let it be known your your government would absolutely go after you because we already had a compliance purge and that's what the COVID stuff was all about. Which leads me to my story here. This is always interesting when

I see these opinion pieces. This is written by someone called Christine Emba, who was a columnist but also a member of the editorial board over at the Washington Post and she took it upon herself to go and analyze the nation's gun show, which happens in Chantilly, VA annually. It is an NRA type event if my memory serves. She said that the spirits seem high. People wander from boot to boot with the scent of popcorn in the

air. It could have been mistaken for a State Fair or a weakened flea market. It's basically a weakened flea market, folks, if it were not for the rows of weapons and accessories, gun parts and AR build kits and body armor laid out on every surface. Yeah, it's a gun show. It was easy to overlook the one common emotion underlying the event, fear. You want to know what the least fearful place you can go to? Like if you want to go in somewhere and be unarmed, like

go to a gun show. There's so many bubbles there. Carrying guns doesn't mean that they're going to be safe with them. My fear is like, I hope someone doesn't do something stupid, but nobody's going to go rob a gun show. It turns out you have a bunch of people that carry guns for a living. You've got cops there. You've got guys in the military, You've got people like me who wander around and think, Nah, these prices are not great. I can find it better online.

By the way, if you guys are looking for something really cool, go to Shield Arms and check out my friends over there. Just use promo code Kyle. It's not really an ad for them. They just gave me a promo code but I don't even know if I get anything out of it. But they they sold me a a folding AR15 pattern 9mm pistol caliber carbine. You can save 5% by using my name So what the hell I did. You can too. They sell magazines for Glock 40 threes and 43 XS and 40 eights and so on.

They have a 15 round mag that would otherwise fit the 10 actually empty magazine right here. This is the the factory Glock. It's a 10 round and you can flush fit 15. And there's it's pretty badass actually. That's what I'm carrying these days to church because it's way smaller. Anyway, Shield arms is good. Is it, Is it fear? Is that what we walk around with? No, it's confidence. It's confidence.

It's not fear. And then she says the weekend shoppers were intently inspecting tools of death. Mom's testing the heft of handguns, father stocking up on ammo. If you're stocking up at a, at a gun store gun show, you're doing it wrong. You want a like a truck to back up and drop a pallet on you. That's where, that's where you're going to get real work. I now have a a a series of ammo crates that are wider than me and almost as tall. That's what my like grab and go

stuff looks like. My buddy was Ryan Maddow was making fun of me. He's like, you can't even care all that. I'm like, of course I got to just throw it in the back of pickup truck. I now have a stack of food that is as tall as I am as well and twice as wide. At least twice as wide. It's not fear. Attendees and gun sellers asked about gun ownership meant to them. Most of them replied with the same word, protection. Why would they need protection folks?

Why would that be? I own guns for protection and for target practice. I own guns because F you, because I can, because I'm an American, because the the God-given rights that we have in our Constitution are non negotiable and we don't need to ask you for them. That's what the real answer is. It's pretty interesting.

It's pretty interesting that that's what they're going to push and I'm going to show you a little taste of why you might want to be a gun owner in the world because everything goes fine and everything goes smoothly right up into the point when it doesn't. These are a couple of Los Angeles police officers just doing their job in a non gun state called California. OK, I'm going to show you the video, then I'll show you the coverage of it because that's

also interesting. You can't really own a lot of the guns that you might want to own. In fact, we have a guy at my local gun store that just moved in. He used to work for Terran Tactical and Taryn Butler, so he was an armor over there. Really nice guy by the way. And if he hears me talking about him, then I think nice things about him. He moved in to Texas from California and he's selling off some of the pieces that he had from there.

And one of the guys behind the counter was like, yeah, he's just, he's going to get more Texas oriented, some freedom oriented stuff. In Texas you can own all the things that you might want to own. I just picked up 3 suppressors the other day from my gun store. 78 days, by the way. Only only the ATF would get praise for doing something that takes 10 minutes to do in 78 days. Only the ATF would get that kind

of credit. They're like, they're doing such a great job right now, but you can go get a suppressor right now. If you don't use a trust, you can get it in 24 to 48 hours. A lot of people are buying suppressors and getting them the next day. For those of us that waited 14 months for the government to tell us that the property that we paid for, that we paid a tax stamp for that we can actually have our own stuff, that's pretty wild. So, you know, that's cool that

it only takes a day. You only have to take two trips to the gun store now instead of multiples. But it's still stupid and you never know when this might happen to you. I don't think it happens very frequently. The numbers are very low. But with the happy switches and the Glock switches that can make things fully automatic, people aren't using legal machine guns that are on the NFA registry that have been, you know, non new and and not created since 1986.

That's not what people are using. People being criminals. It's illegal guns. I don't know what that is per SE, but it's people who shouldn't own guns using them irresponsibly and dangerously. Watch this. Still cancel. Do you want to call it a reckless or do you? If they take off, he's been swerving. There they go. Yeah. Move your hand real quick. Let's stop this. Stop this. What was that? You guys go, just go, go, go, go.

We're going to be northbound anywhere in your location, northbound Broadway from Rosecrans I. Hit a split. Dude, hey, no, go, go, go, go, go. Cancel. What do they hit us with? Dude, life comes at you fast sometimes. LAPD video showing machine gun attack on 2 LAPD officers in Willowbrook. One officer suffered A graze wound to the head.

That's how close that came. The other, both of them were treated for a broken glass wounds because they got shattered windshield glass all up in their face. As you can imagine, they released the video of a fully automatic rifle. They actually don't know that could be some sort of a some other kind of tool, but the rate of fire approximates a fully automatic weapon. I don't know if they even found the weapon.

It's an 11 minute video. There's dash Cam, there's body Cam. It captured the events. They released all of that. You know what the one thing they didn't do is? Look at this little article that you're seeing from the LA Times up there. Seven time felon charged with using a machine gun and shooting that injured LAPD officers. They're showing the front of the building and a bunch of cops in their dress Blues walking. Where's the picture of the subject? Where's he at? Why can't we see him?

I did a search for him and that's what it looks like the the search for the guy's name is. He's his name is Malcolm. Hold on. I just scrolled past it. Sorry. His name is Malcolm Darnell Gus Junior. And he was charged with one count of attempted murder on a peace officer, 2 counts of assault with a machine gun on a police officer, one count of shooting into an occupied motor vehicle, one count of possession of a machine gun, and two counts of possession of firearms by a felon.

Seven time convicted felon. No pictures. None. That's all the results for Google. By the way, I use Google because why not? 0 pictures of the man. The one picture that you see of this, this guy on the on just next to my my photo on the screen. There's one black guy there. He's a member of the neighborhood that's just talking. His bond was set at $2,000,000. If convicted, he faces life in

prison. Sometimes when someone opens up with a machine gun on your officers, then even the lefty looney prosecutors have to go after it. This is LA County District Attorney Gasol. Gasol, they're going to charge him. It's a heinous attack on law enforcement officers. Should have been a routine traffic stop. Yeah, that's why people own guns. For the Washington Post, That's curious protection.

Because wouldn't you like to know that if somebody started opening up on you with a machine gun like that, that you have an opportunity to do something about it, especially if they can't hit you? You notice the cop managed to get shots back off. It's really wild. If he had a red dot and his heart rate wasn't going at like 190 beats a minute from taking a hit to the head, then maybe he actually could have stopped that. But in the meantime, you had people run off.

One of the things that they say that the only reason that you're allowed to shoot someone in the back, particularly the DOJ protocols, is when somebody is trying to gain the tactical advantage of cover. And the idea is, is that during the time that you're involved in an active violent situation with law enforcement, you are willing to do things. You've already shown that you're going to go after law enforcement, so God knows what you'll do to regular people.

So if they're running to like, let's say, get behind a car so they can turn and have cover and then shoot back at you while you're in the open St., you actually can shoot them in the back. And there's some, I think it's Tennessee versus Gardner, if my, if my memory serves. But there's there's court cases that essentially you have to make concrete arguments that somebody is doing these things. But there are reasons why people would run from you and still be

engaged in the fight. And that's one of them. In any case, wild times out in Los Angeles. I just, I can't get over the fact that they they brought this on themselves. And with that sort of situation, I don't know that Gavin Newsom has a chance. I don't think Gavin Newsom wants to walk into this insane race right now. I think this is Kamala Harris's game and she's terrible. Tulsi Gabbert took her apart and Tulsi Gabbard was being friendly. Donald Trump is nowhere near as friendly.

He's already indicated that he knows exactly what line of attack to go after. He's going to talk about the open border, which is probably still the number one of the number 2 issue for voters in this cycle. It's worth noting I got something funny for you. We might as well have it. We were talking about assassinations and the insanity of that before the new cycle got snapped into something new. So I have a palate cleanser for you that will involve our previous topic.

Before we do that, let's do a five star review. If you were listening to us on Apple, if you were on Spotify, if you are on iHeartRadio, if you are listening to any of the audio apps, we'd love it if you gave us a five star review. We like to read them on the show. Mostly it just amuses me because you guys say some fun and funny stuff. This one is coming from an 08/02, a good source of information. Five stars. Great show, I listen everyday.

He's one of the few podcasters that have fed Leo that actually knows a bit about guns. I know a little bit about guns. I got a little bit about guns. I've got a few $100 worth of gun parts just sitting on my floor right now. I went through and realized that I have boxes that I've forgotten about. I could probably build a spare AR for my extra parts just laying around. I've got something like 10 extra triggers. I have no idea why. Any factory triggers? They all got taken out of old guns.

Unlike a lot of government trained people, he doesn't actually recite wrote what I learned at recruit training info. I mostly understood that to mean, yeah, it's nice having someone that owns a little bit about firearms. As I said, it's my passion. If I had a choice about it, I wouldn't be talking about any of this nonsense. I would be talking about guns because that's what I love talking to people about.

Anybody who knows, it's a family topic that's off limits most of the time, but instead we're dealing with the other thing, the reason why we need to have guns, which is that our government is completely out of control. Folks, I want you to keep an eye on the social media, particularly mine and some of the other whistleblowers today. We've got some information dropping.

I don't want to be ahead of the game, but you're going to learn a little bit about what happened and why to some of your favorite suspendables, information that's not been public. Obviously, we've known about it for years. We'll talk about on tomorrow show most likely. I hope you guys stick around for that. Here is a palate cleanser. Just to laugh a little bit. The Secret Service has obviously had a little bit of trouble.

They are embroiled. There's going to be a news conference with the Secret Service director, it sounds like, later today to explain why she wants to resign. And it was her own idea and also this new initiative. Factor that would be considered there that we wouldn't want to put somebody up on a sloped roof. Think you're an operator? Think you got what it takes to get on top of this slightly sloped roof? Well, we've got a career opportunity for you.

The Secret Service is recruiting operators for its new sloped roof division. For too long, bad guys have been getting away due to the Secret Services inability to get onto slightly sloped surfaces. That ends now. Slightly sloped roofs are the most dangerous obstacles our agents face on a daily basis. That's why the Secret Service is forming an elite force of ninjas capable of climbing onto the most treacherous roofs with a 2%, sometimes even a 3% slope.

Let's hear a word from Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheadle about the dangers of these slightly sloped roofs. There has a sloped roof at its highest point and so, you know, there's a safety factor that would be considered there that we wouldn't want to put somebody up on a sloped roof.
