Episode description

Today America will observe a total solar eclipse. Earthquakes and floods and terror warnings abound - but the real eclipse is happening in American politics as people on the Left AND the Right look at a desperate Democrat party and their feeble candidate for 2024. Americans may not agree on much, but they agree that Joe is not getting it done. So the gaslighting MUST push deep into the red._______________________Today's podcast supported by https://CatholicVote.Org (Get in The LOOP)Use PROMO CODE "KYLE" at these sites:https://contingencymedical.com/ (Emergency Antibiotic Kit!)https://4Patriots.com/KYLE (Survival foods)http://The-Suspendables.com (Show Merch)http://PatriotCoolers.com/ (Tumblers & Coolers)http://MyPillow.com/Kyle (Pillows/Towels/Bedding)https://matthatjerky.com/kyle (premium Beef Jerky) 🇺🇸 Follow Kyle on X/Truth Social/Instagram: @KyleSeraphin⭐️ APPLE Podcasts 5-star Reviews (Leave one and listen for us to read it): https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-kyle-seraphin-show/id1654162813

Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serafin. Hello my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Serafin Show. Today is Monday, April the 8th. I started with the sound off. Yeah, I got that. There was a hardware problem.

This time it's not software. Welcome to our program. Today is eclipse day as my 6 year old told me running down the stairs letting me know that today the moon will pass in front of the sun. That's very exciting. That's very difficult for those of you that are in the Flat Earth Camp, if you got that. I've been getting messages all day or all last couple days from my buddy Ryan Mata. Apparently there's going to be earthquakes and cats and dogs

laying down together. I actually wish I had a clip queued up from Ghostbusters talking about what happens if you were to let out all of the ghosts, if you were to, like, release the containment unit on New York City. I think that's from Ghostbusters too. Is that what's going on? Is that what we're looking for? I don't think so. Today we're going to be talking about a terror alert issued by the FBI, which means that we are safe. So that's good.

The FBI investigating the Libertarian Party? What that actually means and maybe some context that might scare you guys way worse than a terror alert. What else? Money being spent in Wisconsin to slant the elections, Slush funds and fundraising. Things that presidents do and former presidents do in order to stay relevant and keep their family going.

We're going to talk about the grift of January 6th because it's been trending in my mentions on social media and I will finish up with how to subscribe. For those of you who have not subscribed to our channel, you can do so by coming to rumble.com/kyle Serafin. Make sure you hit the like while you are there. The subscribe starts off with a button that says follow. If you're not following the channel, you have to be part of rumble to do that, but you can follow the channel.

Then you hit the second version of that which says subscribe and it looks I might as well just do this because it's really easy what you're seeing on the screen that surprised the hell out of me you guys. That's the That's how you subscribe to the Rumble channel. All you got to do is click the subscribe button and then it'll give you an option to just load

up in there. If you guys have already used Rumble before, then you will have payment options, or if not, you can upload if you want to get it. Did you guys just get hit with that weird video of of the coach? I don't even know what she's doing there. All right, so be it. It's going to be a weird day. Then obviously that's just how

we're going to play the game. All right, let's get started with #1. Now before we get that, let's actually just say thanks to 4 patriots, you guys know that you got two choices. I actually saw you in the chat already talking about I heard it last night on the family chat Prepare or repair. This is starting to stick home with you all. You got two options in life most of the time. And for patriots.com/kyle is one of those places where you can prepare.

Yes, they offer prepper food. Yes, you can use it for camping. Yes, you can store it for up to 25 years. If you get into a situation where you need calories and you don't want to be stockpiling nasty tasting Mr. ES, going to get the chat going on at for patriots.com/kyle.

Get some variety in your diet. Make sure that you can hold on to those calories and make a good decisions in case of emergency, in case there's a solar eclipse and then earthquakes follow on and then chaos ensues in all the major cities. Yeah, make sure you guys are stocked up if you haven't figured out what your emergency food plan looks like. There's only a few things that you actually need to survive. Food is one of them, water is one of them. Protection from the elements.

You guys can get started at least with some of that, including the water stuff on fourpatriots.com/kyle. Check them out, go to that landing page, and then cruise on through. All right, so we've already started off to kind of a rocky note here. Let's get weird and get started with terror alerts. Why not? The FBI, according to lawofficer.com has issued a warning, a terrorist alert warning for large gatherings to include churches.

Expert in church crimes joined this this website to discuss what that means. Let me help you. And what it means is, is that it's on the FBI's radar of possible threats, which means that it will not happen because that's how these things go down. The FBI apparently had a bulletin that specifically mentioned large gatherings, including sports stadiums and churches surrounding Eclipse viewing, right? Is that how you guys go? Is that how you guys want to operate?

You're going to listen to the FBI telling you not to go to church? I'm pretty confident that's exactly what a terror alert means. In fact, multiple very experienced former FBI agents reached out to me and let me know that this is a near guarantee that we will not have any threats or danger because they don't know what's going on. I've actually got a little video about how goofy the FBI is when it comes to telling us things, and how we can basically set our watch.

The exact opposite of it. This is not exactly news, it's parody, but it's truer than most of the news that you'll actually listen to. Let's give this a little taste. This is our friends at the Babylon Bee doing the best impersonation of the FBI. Better than the actual FBI would do it. Because at least they're being honest. Hi, I'm Cito Gassin from the FBI. Last week we released our 2023 crime statistics and it's a lot of good news.

Crime was significantly lower in 2023 in the United States. Murder dropped by 13%, and both robbery and aggravated assault dropped by 5%, while all violent crime declined by 6% and property crime was down 3%. Truly a massive win for the current administration. Now, I'm sure you're sitting there at home thinking that it feels like crime is higher than it used to be. Well, you're wrong, because our statistics don't lie. We're the FBI. We would never lie to the public.

We love you. I know we don't say that enough here at the FBI, but we really, really love you.

Now some people argue that crime is actually up and the reason our numbers show it being down is people not reporting crimes due to police departments being unwilling to help prosecutors not going after criminals, and also the fact that in our crimes that we don't have data from 20% of the country, including both New York and Los Angeles. Based on our analysis, however, we deem that to be Russian disinformation.

Yes, you heard that right. Many of you are not aware, but Russia is still very active in trying to destabilize America. So while two of your neighbors did have their car stolen last week, we assure you that they actually did it and they too fell for Russian disinformation and just can't remember where they parked. That sounds about right, doesn't it? Doesn't that sound like the FBI that we're kind of familiar with right now? Yeah, they released crime stats and they didn't include 20% of

the country. Now here's the thing, they always release crime stats that are incomplete. The difference is, is because the Biden administration is so far behind in their messaging campaign, because the things that they are doing is not hitting with the left, the extreme left, which should be their base, being the most extreme leftist president that we've had maybe ever. I don't know, FDR might give him a run for his money. That's who he's aspiring to be, right?

The the fact that they can't even get their messaging campaign on, they've got to go out there and push FBI crime stats, which as he said did not include New York, did not include Los Angeles and 20% of the country. That's one fifth. That's a lot that actually could skew every single stat, including some major population areas that are not included in there, which have not been going

well. That doesn't stop the Biden administration from trotting out cabinet level officials to try to push forward their talking points. They're only getting it through places like MSNBC. The the reason we're going to play this is not look at the loony libs. Look how crazy they are. The fact of the matter is it shows two things and I think those are very relevant #1 we are seeing a massive eclipsing of yeah, you just hear that in a little segue move.

We're we're seeing an eclipsing of the the the left not even accepting their own guy. There's not an excitement about this and that's got to terrify them. This leads people like my friend George Hill and others that I talked to in the intelligence community to say if they are feeling scared, that actually is a good sign that we may actually have an election. Because if you are not feeling scared and your guy is as bad as Joe Biden, we should be scared.

That's how it should work. They should be really concerned because their messaging doesn't hit. And I'm going to show you some examples of that. We're going to show the people that are trotting out on the weekend programs, kind of pushing this information forward. And the information doesn't even ring true to the people that are hearing it. The only stations that are willing to carry these types of things, it seems like are the MSNBCS.

They're the ones that are going to carry this water. And why would that be? Because they're essentially the ID of the Democrat Party. They are the feelings. They are the hope and the emoji sort of the the, the emotional center. They're not interested in logic or reason, and they're willing to do it totally uncritically. I want to share with you some inside baseball, though, because as we continue, as we continue to expose things that have been going on, it's got terror alerts.

Stay away from churches. The other thing that's really wild to watch is in real time and let me pull this down our our FBI is sort of dismantling itself. They also do not believe the hype that the FBI has sold. What I have for you here is some inside baseball. This is not publicly available. This is stuff that Steve Friend and and Garrett and I have all gotten from various sources.

We've confirmed it from more than one individual inside the FBI, and this is the list of the top five issues for the SAAC. The SAAC is the Special Agents Advisory Committee. It's an internal group of FBI agents that volunteer put their hands up and say, yes, I'm willing to go and be part of the advisory Committee. And the advisory Committee is supposed to tell the FBI Director the problems from the most important job set within the FBI, the Special Agent.

Now, as I've told you on this program and I've told on many others, the FBI Special Agent role is actually not the most powerful role anymore. And it's something that has not existed for at least 15 years, maybe 20 years, where it's slowly lost ground inside the FBI, where the Intel people are running the show, but they still have an advisory committee trying to tell the Bureau, listen, we're the ones out in the front. We are the ones who see the real

problems with the public. The Intel people don't see that they're crawling on social media, but they're not seeing real people say, I don't respect you, I am now videotaping you and I'm going to release ring, you know, footage of you knocking on my door like an idiot. And these are the top five issues that they brought. Look how many of these are familiar to most of you.

V CAC, The number one issue listed for the Special Agents Advisory Committee talking to the Director is that the program does not receive adequate funding. What is V CAC? You say Kyle V CAC is the thing that Steve Friend was removed from. V CAC is violent crimes against children, otherwise known as child pornography, otherwise known as the one thing that we can probably all agree on in this country that the FBI should

be doing saving children from sexual predations. the V CAP program doesn't get enough funding. It doesn't enable investigators to succeed. Over the past five years, the average V CAC agents caseload has grown from 18 cages and eight guardians. Those are threat cases, 26 total investigations to 38 cases and 18. That's the average. They've gone from 26 to 56. In other words, what they've done is they've reduced the number of V CAC agents like Steve Friend was put on terrorism garbage.

They've increased it to an unmanageable workload, which means they are going to lose. And we've seen agents fired because they weren't able to do their job properly. Should they have done it? Yes. Are they put in a lose lose situation? Yes. And it's because they don't have the ability to staff, because these field offices are not letting them staff enough. V CAC agents, #2 guardians Guardians are the things that we talked about, the E Guardian

lead system. We've said this on this podcast a number of times, but it's worth noting. E Guardians is the system by which most January Sixers were reported. E Guardians are the way that threat cases are reported in the so-called threat to life. And that's how you could get investigated by the FBI because your neighbor doesn't like your politics. E Guardians, the volume and the immediacy immediacy of these leads have increased significantly.

The leads don't involve criminal or federal violations, and some are improperly tagged as TTL. That's threat to life or time sensitive. OK, One of the things we keep telling you is the federal government needs to stay within its lane, and if it does not do that, we are going to be in deep, deep shit. When you start using the federal government in a weaponized way. And your neighbors have figured

this out. If they don't agree with you politically, they can call the FBI on you, report a TTLA threat to life, and the FBI will show up at some point. OK, the things that are not criminal or federal violations of law, things that are free speech related, are flooding the boxes of FBI agents. The problem is, is nobody has the cajones to actually do the right thing and say this is not

the FBI purview. Pass it to local, which should be done in the case of things like red flags for local possible crime school shooters and the like. Or it should actually be properly vetted and say this is not a federal crime. No further investigative steps are required. They don't have the courage of their convictions to do this because the management doesn't

support them. So you've got a bunch of babysitting expeditions and people that are reporting free speech and folks from the FBI are going out and infringing on that free speech by following up on the Guardians because they don't actually know what is and what is not out of bounds. Constitutionally speaking, the agents are upset about this. This is worth you knowing. There is an undercurrent. The things that we are reporting are moving the needle, but this

has not been news. This has been going on for a long time. What the suspendables have done is show you that this agency is upside down. It is underwater that the inmates are running the asylum and is not the agents that actually believe in the constitution. The ones that don't are the ones running it, which is why our badge is upside down if you guys

are seeing this on the screen. If you're not familiar with how the suspendables work, we flip the badge upside down the same way that Americans fly the the, the, the flag upside down, a nation in distress, an agency upside down. Leadership. Accountability is the #3. Many of us know that leadership is the issue. There is none. There's just management. Failure to include inspection data and subordinate input is is

an issue. They're talking about how it creates risk to the FBI, contributes to low morale in the workforce. This is just, you know, standard federal stuff. The OPR process, oh, things that affected the suspendables, the increase in time limits and adjudications of internal investigations have increased. They are basically letting the process be the punishment. They are going after guys like Gerardo Boyle, whose shirt I am wearing in solidarity today. As usual, the FBI doesn't hold

itself adequately accountable. The OIG cannot do anything. They have no ability to actually prosecute. We're dealing with a weaponized OPR, which is the Office of Personnel Management. That is the FBI's internal affairs. I just want you to know. And then the last thing is, is that FSL, that's field staffing levels, that's just your employment levels. They're nearly full and that means that nobody is able to be able to transfer to what they call an OP, the office of

preference. This is the one time when the office, the the agent puts up and says, hey, I'd like to move to this place, those spots are all full. There's no way to transfer. So the senior people are sad because they don't get to transfer to places they might want to do. The seniority system is not working either. All of this stuff is suspendables, information, by the way.

They're putting people in places like guys like Kyle Seraphin in Washington, DC When I wanted to go to Shelby, Mt, I wanted to get the hell out of everywhere urban. All of these things are related. It's a bunch of sad frustrations, some of which are probably criminal because of the way that they are being prosecuted. In other words, the FBI stepping into free speech and some of them are just bad for for morale.

All of these equal, the Bureau is underwater, but they know it and they are telling the director, these happen every year, by the way, and they never do anything about it. I just wanted you to know that people within that that agency that you pay for are not satisfied with the things that

you are not satisfied as well. The fact that they are unable to go out there and do their job, particularly the fact that V CAC and E Guardians are the top two violent crimes against children not being taken care of and threats that are not threats being reported to the Bureau are the two biggest things in those orders. And they turn out to be the same thing that Americans want to know.

I just want you to know that even though these people are not stepping up publicly, they are internally disagreeing with those policies. It's worth knowing that. I think it's worth knowing that It should make you feel like maybe just a modicum better than you did a few minutes ago. Doesn't mean they're fixing it, obviously. All right, want to say thanks to our friends over at the Patriot

coolers guys. Patriot coolers.com is where I got this thing back in 2017. I've been running this exact same cup for many, many years at this point. It's been on surveillance with me. It's been in case briefings on East Guardian threats, which were garbage. It's been in my FBI vehicle. It's been in my pack. You guys can have your own at patriotcoolers.com. The promo code is Kyle. We are working on getting those things uploaded.

You will soon have access to an entire suspendables in engraving group. We put the vector files over to the folks at Patriot Coolers, so look for that soon and I will get an update as soon as I can. This week I will try to report it. The promo code is Kyle Kyle. That saves you 10% and if you spend 50 bucks or more you're going to get free shipping again. Patriot coolers.com is the website.

You can follow them on social media as well and make sure if you guys get something cool because I haven't seen all the products but I've seen most and whatever I see them, they always look better. They always look better in pictures than they do on the website, even just like your actual use. Go ahead and tag me on those too because I I get a kick out of seat it and then it makes me think like I probably need more cups. I don't need more cups in my life, but I'm always wanting to

buy them. Maybe you guys are like this too. I'm the same way with jackets. You know what I'm talking about. I wanted to bring up another thing on here. This is another sort of FBI think why? Because we know more than most people do. Tara Reid, who credibly accused Joe Biden of sexual assault and then had to flee to Russia, shared this with me. This is really scary stuff. Actually, this is one of the scarier things that you will find. Some of you who pay attention on

social media saw this. The National Libertarian Party, the Libertarian National Committee, which is the third major political party in this country. They may be small, but they exist. Got this letter, they got this letter, this is says reply to 601 4th St. NW.

That's the Washington field office, the Washington field office of the FBI where I used to work and they're referencing a file number on this and I'm going to tell you what the the entire context, what this is and what it means in just one second. The file number is CG dash and then a bunch of numbers CG stands for Chicago. That is the Chicago field office. The way that FBI case files work is that there is an alphanumeric that tells us what kind of file it is, what kind of case is

being done. Those are called Turks, which is the time utilization and record keeping system that the FBI use. The same way that like an attorney might bill hours to a case, the FBI bills hours to a threat and there is going to be something there that's that's left off. So that file number CG, we don't know what what kind of file it is, but that doesn't actually relevant. It's not relevant because the numbers will actually tie to

that case. So Chicago opened up a case and what they claim is, is that the FBI has an active investigation seeking to identify activities for a hostile foreign government and their Intel services when they target U.S. government agencies, private sector and political processes.

The FBI recently obtained information showing that one of these foreign threat actors was in control of various IP addresses and those IP addresses were used to log into the Facebook account controlled by your organization, in this case the Libertarian Party. It happened between August of 23 and February of 24. The FBI recommends changing the password, doing multi factor authentication and some other things and you can reach out to us and we'll tell you a little

bit more. Libertarian Party, rightly so, doesn't trust the FBI, and I don't blame them. But here's what's really scary about this, because we've been talking about this since I've been public. I started this talking about this sort of issue with Dan Bongino going back to September of 2022.

It's my estimation, in my professional opinion, that this notification, it's fairly standard, but it also serves as a CYA for the FBI because there's almost no chance that that case file from Chicago, which has a major counterintelligence cyber crimes group, just like Washington Field does as well. The odds are is that this is an intelligence investigation, not criminal, because we're talking about a foreign threat actor. They've already said that.

And under the classified Appendix G, like golf, which exists in the FBI's dialogue, this is the, the playbook for how the FBI goes about doing investigations, classified Appendix G, which is referenced all the time in the FBI Academy and they never tell you what it is. Then you get to the field and you read it and you're like, oh, it's one paragraph that will essentially allow any agent that's working on these threats to open a case on almost anybody. Yeah, one paragraph.

And it justifies the opening of a federal intelligence case on almost anybody. How does that work? They identify a threat or a victim. The victim part is the scariest. If they've identified that you, I'm talking to you listening right now, that you are potentially a target of a foreign intelligence service. A full investigation can be opened on you with all the resources that would happen if you were the actual threat. I'm going to say that one more time because it's worth hearing.

They can open a full investigation on you, the potential victim, with all the tools that they would have if you were the threat. Because they've got to get into your finances, they've got to get into your your phone records, They've got to get into your Internet search history and all the things that may be available through secret subpoenas known as NS, LS or actual subpoenas or FISA

warrants. They may need to get into all of that stuff to protect you, the victim, by destroying your civil liberties. They can do that to the national Libertarian Party. They can do that to little old you or me. They can certainly do it to politicians and people who are major names, because all of them are potential targets of our foreign nation threat actors. Does that concern everybody? Just a little bit. I've said this on some larger programs. It should scare the crap out of you.

The ability to do this, the ability to take and weaponize their, their mission, set against American freedoms. It's the opposite of the reason why we set these things up. Imagine if you were the victim of a crime. Someone stole your car. And so the police started doing subpoenas into your bank records and into your phone calls to try to figure out where the car was or who might want to target you. That's not a good way to do that situation.

They can ask you, and you can volunteer to help should that be necessary. But we're talking about national security here. We're talking about things that they'll never tell you that they're doing. There's nothing you can do to find out whether that case

exists on you. The only way you're going to find out is if you get a letter like the Libertarian Party did, like this, and all that says is to me sitting on the outside having sat in those skiffs, is that they are concerned that someone might find out that the FBI is snooping around in their private records. They probably got some warnings saying, listen, we know that you don't want us to disclose it's

from a bank. Maybe a bank said, hey, look, we know you don't want us to disclose the fact that you guys are looking into their records, but at some point we are going to. Or they might tell you a little bit about how the fact that they were going into your credit, as one of you just mentioned the chat. Yeah, B, you're correct, like my credit. Why would they do that? Because they want to find out

where all my banks are. They want to find out what credit cards I use so they can go and find out where I've been and what I've been doing and who I've been talking to. And did the Russians pay for lunch? You know, Kyle's the target of Russia, isn't he? It's real, real scary, which is what the guys at the Babylon Bee are making, making light of. Of course, that's a real problem. It's a legit concern and it's

really out there. Let's let's talk about just the the nature of misinformation and disinformation that exists in our public sphere at the moment. A lot of it is just based on angle of coverage, which is kind of wild to watch because you can see it actually happening right now.

What you can see is the the contrast between the Donald Trump story, which hits with people, and the Joe Biden story, which doesn't even hit with people on the political left, who should be the ones that follow suit and understand that this is their guy, he's not their guy and they're terrified of it. I've got a couple of different videos I want to share with you. The first one is covering down on the single biggest night in fundraising history.

Now, many of you may have seen this over the over the weekend. For some reason, the Biden campaign pushed out this thing saying we have $192 million cash on hand. Donald Trump only has like $90,000,000. We're out fundraising him. And they thought that was a flex. They're like, what's Donald Trump spending his money on? He's spending it on lawsuits.

He's spending it on trying to defend himself because we're locking him up. When the weaponized federal government celebrates their own weaponization, you should be very concerned. They have no idea how tone deaf that feels to the American people. None, apparently. And so people that have a lot of money and people who have not very much money are supporting a guy like a Donald Trump. That's pretty normal because they look and they see something.

It's not that Donald Trump has indictments and that makes him relatable to black people, which is what we heard our friend Dexter Taylor talk about on Saturday night. If you join us for that, that's not what's going on here. What they're saying is, is that the underdog spirit and people that are being wronged, fighting back, is a fundamentally American way to look at things. America always saw itself as an

underdog. We are an underdog against the Brits. Multiple times we were an unknown quantity going into World War One and twos, right? We had this sense of being the underdog. And then by the time we got to the top, suddenly we made ourself the bad guy. That's the nature of the political left's messaging, that we have gone from being the good guy to the bad guy. Or maybe we were never the good guy at all. But that's not how Americans feel about our country, not your average American.

They still want to feel like they're righteous and good, so they've got it. They can't message on that, though. You can't do that and say that we've tied up our political opponent into a in a bunch of knots and that we are we are stumbling him up with a bunch of lawsuits and and come out looking good about it. It doesn't make any sense to normal people but that's the take. So here's a little piece from Fox News covering down on the biggest fun nighting fundraising

night in history. Then I'm going to show you how they came out and they tried to gaslight. Acting like this isn't a good thing for for for Trump because rich people donated money. We'll we'll comment on that in just a second here. Let's get let's get this Fox News clip. Trump is calling it the biggest night in fundraising history. The fundraiser at hedge fund billionaire John Paulson's home raked in over $50 million,

according to the RNC. That's up from early estimates of $43,000,000 and nearly double what President Biden raised at his New York City fundraiser with former Presidents Obama and Clinton. This was the first major fundraiser for Trump. And the RNC? Since he became the Pres. The party's presumptive presidential nominee, Trump said his supporters are contributing to a 'cause that will restore faith in our country.

People are just wanting change. The rich people want it, poor people want it. Everybody wants change. A country is really doing poorly. We're laughing stock all over the world and we're going to get that changed very quickly. That's a pretty simple message. Rich people want it. Poor people want it. I'm here to represent all those folks. Like I said, Trump isn't always the best, but that's a pretty solid message. He's not emotional. He's not making any hyperbolic statements.

He's not saying anything that's outlandish, which is why the political left and the people over at MSNBC have to bring on spokespeoples from the Biden regime to say the opposite. They've got two because that stuff doesn't hit. Doesn't make any sense to normal people, does it?

You. I mean, didn't they just do a fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall with Liza, Lizo, Lizo, whatever her name is, the heavyset gal Biggin, and then Stephen Colbert, where they just sort of made fun of people that that think Trump is reasonable as a solution? It it doesn't hit the way they think it does. And they they were touting how they raised $25 million. You just heard Trump said they just doubled it in one night and they're they're making fun of the fact that it was at a

billionaire's house. Like, who do you think raises that kind of money? Who do you think attends the the Lizo performance at Radio City Music Hall for $250,000 a ticket? People that don't have $250,000 to blow on an evening. Can any of you blow that on anything right now outside of a house? It's full crazy. It's a crazy take, but they're going to do it anyway, so let's see what they have to say.

This is the spin. Here comes the spin I. Think it stands in stark contrast to the lack of fundraising that you see out of the Trump campaign. But as important is how they are raising it. He's down in Mar a Lago tonight with a bunch of billionaires, people like John Paulson, who not only wants to cut Social Security, but he's famous for as a hedge funder, rooting against the American economy, betting against the American economy.

So I guess it's no surprise that he's investing in somebody like Donald Trump who's rooting for the economy to crash. But the whole lot of them is a bunch of billionaires, Scammers, extremists, Racist. Oh. Anybody who doesn't like us is a scammer, an extremist and a racist. That that's the take they're going to run with. It's a hot take. It's pretty strange. I'm going to show you what it looked like outside of Radio City Music Hall, where Joe Biden

was raising funds. I want you to show you how well liked he is. And this is the people that ideologically lean far left and are pro Hamas, pro Palestine. Take your pick. This is his constituency. This is how they were reacting. This is how happy they were with that guy. By the way, none of this outside of Marilaga the other day. That's enough of that. That's how happy they were. And this is the CBS News coverage of it. Are you ready?

Oh Biden holds record-breaking fundraiser outside New York with Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. Yeah, look how dignified that was. It was so good. And this is how the news when you just punch it into the Google machine pops up. Melania at Mira Lago fundraiser. I by the way, I typed in Mira Lago fundraiser. That was it. Trump claims ready. He claims he didn't raise. He claims a record busting amount And then Melania's appearance and the Internet

having a blast with photos. Do they cover the fact that he brought on a significant chunk of change on that day? No, because that's not part of it. Even CBS to CBS ready. So hold on we'll do we'll do side by side. Biden holds record-breaking fundraiser. Trump campaign says it raised 50.5 million in fundraiser. Why? Why can't they just say that he raised it? Because they have to act. They have to discredit it.

Even with the language, we could just look at the titles and know that the discrediting has to start happening there. There's fear because you've got people that are rioting outside of a Biden fundraiser. People are throwing hands and getting arrested because they're pissed off at his policies. Now what are those policies? Apparently, if you want to believe the folks that are hanging out inside his brain trust. Apparently he's full of wisdom.

Apparently he knows how to solve problems, problems that didn't exist under the Trump administration, right? This is the this is what they're going to they're going to try to trot out to convert these people. The leftist that are mad and rioting. Check this one. This is a hot take the.

Fact that the American people elected him in the 1st place because he has the wisdom, the judgment and the temperament to take on difficult, complex situations like the one that we're facing in the Middle East. And we believe that stands in stark contrast to Donald Trump who we saw the way that he

governed. And we see the way that he's campaigning and he's not demonstrating the temperament, the judgment, the wherewithal to do anything like handle situations like this, whether it's abroad or here at home. And so that is a contrast that we're going to present to the American people every single day between now and November.

It's incredible that he mentions contrast because while he's talking about Joe Biden's wisdom and his capabilities and his knowledge of foreign policy in the way that he would interact and that's why the American people put him in the job, they're showing the wreckage of Gaza, which didn't happen under Trump in the same way. Is that not? He said Contrast. I listened to Dan Bongino's show from, I think it was from Friday last week when I was mowing the lawn. And yeah, I still mow my I'm

like a regular dude. I mow the lawn just like all of you. And as I'm listening to this, Dan made this really, really important point that that political campaigns are about contrast and he's 100% correct. There are significant contrast that are being shown right now. The contrast of how the news covers him is 1. The contrast of Joe Biden holding a $25 million and a $250,000 a ticket fundraiser while Donald Trump is at the wake of a slain police officer. Those are contrast that you

can't overcome. That's part of the reason why that fear exists inside this Biden campaign and why they're trotting out nonsense. They're trotting out things that are obviously untrue. And even as they try to do it, MSNBC, which is doing their best to carry the water for this administration, even as they do it, they are showing wreckage that only happened under Biden and didn't happen under Trump, which is why the people on the political left are incensed.

They are furious. They are pissed off at their guy who's not doing the thing that they expected him to do. And that's something, and it's something when you don't live up to your own hype and then you're trying to still run on the hype because that's all they've got. Here's another good one. This is funny. This woman's name is Julie Hsu or Sue. She's the acting secretary of Labor. Another. This is a cabinet level position. We'll show Pete Buttigieg in a minute.

Just bear with me here. We're telling a story. This is a piece where she's out there talking about the numbers don't lie. We know the numbers lie. The FBI just told us that their numbers lie because 20% of it wasn't included and they're going to run on that. This woman says the numbers don't lie. People that are interested in Trump are interested in a nostalgia. Now I need you to just consider your nostalgia for Donald Trump era politics.

But some of Donald Trump's stuff was really good. Some of it was really bad, like his COVID response, but overwhelmingly financially. We were in a better spot when he was doing the Donald Trump routine and he wasn't being targeted with the insanity that happened 2020, you know, March and onward, right when the economy was tanked, when it was doing the things that he claimed that he was going to get done and they didn't have a massive motivation to shut down the

entire world. Donald Trump was pretty good. Here's this lady saying that they haven't. Listen, I want you to just TuneIn on this. She talks about an infrastructure decade that Biden is is doing an infrastructure decade. Biden has been in office for like 3 1/2 years. Let me know how that becomes a decade. Anytime you guys want to put it in the chat, if you like.

Here we go. I mean, I say it's unfortunate that some people try to peddle a story for, you know, of of nostalgia for something that just wasn't true. I say that. I mean, look at the numbers, right? The numbers don't lie. You know, the last president kept talking about an infrastructure week that never materialized. President Biden has delivered on an infrastructure decade where we're seeing projects, you know, shovels hit the ground in communities all across the country.

And it's just you know, it's it's it's irresponsible to to suggest anything else and you know, I I don't know what to say about. It. I just don't have anything to say because I can't lie any longer. I've run out of fake words. I came out with talking points and they don't work. It just doesn't. No, I can't get it done. I can't get it done because it's nonsense. So there you have it. She told you. I just. I just don't have any more words because it's nonsense. It's fake.

Here's this nostalgia, by the way, of Joe Biden, the man that never was. Joe Biden is so fun because he's been lying for 50 years and there's documented evidence of him lying for 50 years. And so when you say the nostalgia for the Joe Biden, I miss the Joe Biden that was the Puerto Rican, Jewish, black, Greek. You guys know what I'm talking about, right? The man that is the he's, he's everywhere.

And he was raised by everybody. He's the most American person ever, because apparently he just spent his childhood being passed away from his his actual family to a bunch of like diverse ethnic groups to learn about their cultures. This is apparently what he's claimed. This is the nostalgia of the Joe Biden. You want to talk about something that never happened? This never happened. It's fun though. Let's watch it. I was sort of raised in the

Puerto Rican community. I had a very close relationship with the Greek American community. For real, I am Joe Bidenopolis. I grew up in a heavily Irish Catholic community in Scranton, PA, In a heavily Italian Polish community. When I say I got, I I I got raised in the black church. He knows I'm not kidding. The Persian culture is amazing. As a student of the Persian culture, I probably went to shul more than many of you. I come out of the black community.

The background of my family is Irish, American, not fundamentally unlike the Palestinian people. I, you might say raised in synagogues in my state. Everybody in town is either Polish or Italian. I grew up feeling self-conscious. My name didn't. And then SK I I was raised in the neighborhood where I felt self-conscious. My name didn't and didn't know. That's kind of how I was raised, like so many Americans of fire charities in. HBCU in your home state, Mr. President.

Sammy K Forget about it. That's right. That's where I got raised, man. Just like rabbis, synagogues and Jewish community centers in your hometown, and that's your tradition. I got raised hard working people. The middle class, the neighbors. I got raised in. I was raised on GM. I was raised by Danny Norway. I was raised by a righteous Christian. I got raised on automobile. I mean, you could just run that all day. Can any of those things all be true?

Is there some? I mean, he's old, he's old, but did he have 20 childhoods that he was raised by so many different people? Or is he just an old man that's full of shit all the time non-stop? So it's no wonder that the people that work for him are constantly attempting to do the same garbage. They're doing the best that they can to cover down on the same nonsense. I'll tell you one thing that he's not. He's not Catholic. You know who is? My friends over a Catholic vote.

They're really good people actually and and I got to spend some lovely time with them. In Florida, we went to a shrine, Our Lady of La Leche. I get to stay mass with them a bunch of times. They've got an outstanding they probably have the most, like aggressively Catholic priest. A real true conservative man who's not scared of saying the right thing. Big fan of the way that they found their their chaplain. He actually was my priest when I was in Virginia. Kind of amazing.

Kind of a weird confluence. If you guys are not following Catholic vote on social media, check them out. We're starting to do some short form content over there and I want you guys to see them. It's at Catholic vote. Make sure you give them a follow if you're following them on True Social or on Twitter. And then again, catholicvote.org is the place that you can go get the loop.

The Loop is not explicitly for Catholics, it's for people that are Christian that want the universal information that is available out there in the world. They've got a great news team that puts together just a good smash of news stories, and we touched a couple of them. We're going to touch a couple more. Make sure that you guys are looking at the loop again. Go to catholicvote.org and you can just click Loop Me in there.

It's on the main page. I highly recommend that it's the best single e-mail that you'll get every single day when it comes to just a handful of news stories. The commentary is excellent and it's it's really smooth, unlike these clowns over in the Biden administration who are out of control. Just silly. Like I pity them. Imagine being Pete Buttigieg. Pete Buttigieg. For all the things that we dislike about him, he's very smart, he's slippery.

He's I'm like, my wife and I used to joke we don't even know if he's gay, like he would just do that. Because that's how you get power. I think many of you guys can relate to that sort of instinct. You look at him, you're like, I don't trust anything this guy's saying, but the words he's saying are good. In other words, they are strung together articulately,

intelligently. He's not a fool, but imagine that guy, Pete Buttigieg who's clearly smarter and clearly more consistent and actually has a far better working mind than Joe Biden. Who ran against Joe Biden is out there trying to carry water for this. The claims are despite a 20 year high in Washington DC crime, that Washington DC is now safer because of the Biden administration. That's utterly amazing. That's an amazing claim in and of itself.

And then he just sort of talks around about how there's a ton of money on the Trump side. They've already claimed that there's no money on the Trump side, that they have all the money, but there's a lot of money and energy that's working to present a false narrative. This isn't that absolute sign that, like I said, there's an eclipsing happening right now where they just don't have the ability that they can't get in

front of just the truth. The Donald Trump actual experience is blocking out this, this over present shining light of garbage that comes out of the White House. And it's just like, look, we all know that you're full of crap. It's just blocking it out and they're scared. Hence all of these different interviews, these are all from different people. These are all different times. I'm showing it to you because this is what happens over the

weekend. This is what our people on on the left are listening to. This is how they're listening to it. And they're going like, oh, yeah, Mayor Pete, like, who's got a lot of, I mean, Washington, DC is safer. They said from Seattle not knowing anything about Washington, DC, there was an FBI agent who was carjacked. People like we covered it on this program. An FBI agent, an armed federal agent, had her car taken. Yeah, her car. I said it. OK, here we go.

So we need to talk about the reality. Here and again, there is a a a lot of funding and a lot of energy going into telling a different story, especially on ideological news outlets and online. But the the simple facts and the simple reality are right here staring us in the face. Including the fact that I can safely walk my dog to the Capitol today in a way that you couldn't do when when we all got here, we couldn't do that when you got here, you couldn't walk your dog to the Capitol.

It's so weird. It is such a difficult thing to hear these people do it, but they actually saved the best for this. For this last two clips, I've got a guy named Dan Kildee. Who or yeah, he's a a representative out of Michigan. This is my absolute favorite. Take one, This guy sounds very sober. He sounds very rational and reasonable, and he thinks that you're just a bigoted racist. But he doesn't know why you're a

bigoted racist. He doesn't know why you're uncomfortable with millions and millions of people coming in to our southern border and rolling into this country and fundamentally changing it. He can't understand why you would be so evil in this country that is built by immigrants. How dare you? How dare you feel that way? I'm going to play some fun, some fun back to backs because what happened in Dearborn, MI you know his state that he represents this weekend also is a good time.

Let's start with listening to his words. I keep telling you the Biden administration doesn't have a lot to run on. They're running on massive inflation. So they're not going to talk about that that things have become unaffordable for people that don't have a lot of money. That's not something you can run on. So what are they running on? You're a racist. White supremacy is everywhere.

Trans the kids and or respect trans people because that's really important and abortion is great for everybody. If that's your take, then you got to trot this guy out who sounds decent right up until the point you look at what's going on in his own state. Here we go. This is really a question about who we are as Americans.

We are a nation of immigrants. But what Donald Trump is trying to do, in the name of his own political expediency, is to normalize bigotry again, to make it OK to to hold those bigoted views and to try to motivate people to act the the worst instincts that they all carry inside them and and. I'm you're a racist. And all of your thoughts about things that are not pro immigrant and giving everything that this country has worked for to build up, that makes you a

bad person. OK, let's just go with that. Let's let's say we even accept him. Now, he's not going to be a psychologist, but he's going to just say you're a bad person. He doesn't want to be, he

doesn't want to be your shrink. If you guys are not following us on rumble.com/cal Serif and that's what you're missing out on, join the chat I see about 1000 of you guys watching over on Twitter looks like, so come on over, join us in the chat here and you guys can subscribe to the channel if you so choose. Here's Kildee going again, same interview. It's a good little take, though. For whatever reason, there's a cohort of the American people, and I don't.

I I can't psychoanalyze them entirely, but I've got to believe part of that is that he does appeal to their fears, to their anger, to their sense that somehow they've been wrong. And rather than deal with the core inequities in our system, he finds a villain. And the villain happens to be people who don't look like his base, who speak with an accent, who come from somewhere else. Yeah, maybe.

Maybe the people that are villains are the ones that speak with an accent or don't look like his base. Or maybe they're this guy. We've been asked in the past, why are our protests on the International Day of Quotes? Why are they so anti America? Why don't we just focus more on Israel and not talk so much about America? The Gaza has shown the entire world why these protests are so anti America. Because it's the United States government that provides the funds for all of the atrocities

that we just heard about. And This is why Imam Khomeini who declared the International Day of Quotes. This is why he would say to pour all of your all of your chants and all of your shouts upon the head of America. Malcolm X said, and I quote we live in one of the RAW in his countries that have that has ever existed on this earth. It's not genocide, Joe, that has to go. It's the entire system that has to go.

Any system that would allow such atrocities and such devilry to ahead to happen and would support it, such a system does not deserve to exist on God's earth. And so when these fools ask us if Israel has the right to exist, the chant Death to Israel has become the most logical chant shouted across the world. Today I know the Israel I know. The Israel Ivan Khomeini recognized that Israel is an evil settler coloneliest project. He realized it is a cancer and he established this day.

Yeah, run on that. Guys, even those guys don't like Joe. But what you know, they really don't like is America. Ain't that something? So maybe, just maybe, the tolerance of this country is running out and people don't want to see that crap. You can't tell me that People that are on the, like the liberal left that served in our armed forces, because there's a bunch of them. I don't know how that works in their head, but that's how they ended up. Those people, they're down with that.

America is the most rotten country that's ever existed, per Malcolm X, and so therefore we must remove it from the earth. Death to America is what they were screaming. Death to Israel. Look, I don't care about the Israel thing. Like America first. No TM, just America. Let's deal with our issues here at home. How about that? That guy had pretty damn good English, did he not?

That guy seems to have benefited from Western styles of dress that we have been able to allow him to experience a ton of freedom. And he's out there saying his peace in a free country. Go, say the opposite of that. Go say America is the best death to Iran in Iran. Let's see how long that lasts. Do that in any Middle Eastern country because it doesn't exist. They abuse and they think that they can mistake our kindness for weakness. That's the thing that we talked

about in the military. Do not mistake kindness with weakness. There's a difference between weakness and meekness. America is a nation full of meek people that do not wish to go after and stop our political enemies. Except that's what we are seeing. The political left weaponize and lionize and say it's great. And now they're starting to see some of it on their end. It's coming after them.

They've allowed this alligator out of the out of the trap and it's going to turn around and it probably is not going to bite them last because they're actually the closest to it.

Isn't that something? When I shared a couple of their little stories that were fun, this came out of Catholic votes thing today worth looking at. How about New York Post reminding us that those those lovely people at the Clinton Foundation when it comes to fundraising, you remember how excited we were about fundraising? Yeah, their mega charity took in $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013, but spent $9 million on direct aids. Isn't it always just a grift in these with these people?

And that really what it's all about? That's the most recent form that we have, by the way, for them. So they went into this deep dive. This whole article is pretty funny. It's talking about how they spent $30 million on payroll and employee benefits, that there was almost $9 million spent on rent and office expenses, over $9 million on conferences,

conventions and meetings. You know, like every nonprofit needs to do $9.2 million on conferences, conventions and meetings, $8 million on just raising more money, $8 million on just fundraising for the $140 million they got. That's an interesting turn around somebody in the marketing world. Let me know if that's a good payout. And then $8.5 million on travel.

Of course the Clintons are not on the payroll, but they get all the first class flights paid for by this foundation and the private jets are all funded out of it. So you know it's a slush fund. This is what it was referred to as by a number of different watchdog groups. Kind of fun to see that coming back out. Isn't that worth remembering that they wanted all this stuff hidden in 2016 and they obviously don't want to talk about this kind of stuff. They're funding all kinds of

other weird charities. Their money is not well spent. It's far below the 75% of money that's supposed to go into the actual mission of the charity. Which is what? A reasonable charity. 75 percent? 25% operating expenses. It's considered normal. Ish. They're not even close, $9 million in direct AIDS. They had dozens of executive that made over 6 figure salaries. Nobody knows why, Nobody knows what they're doing.

Most of the people there seem to be friends of the Clintons, some of them making $400,000 for just a couple weeks worth of work. You know, that's 2013. I wonder how much that dried up after 2016. And I'm sure you guys do too, but those numbers are not available to everybody, so ain't that a shame. That's fundraising. This is also about money. This money is money that has already been spent in Wisconsin. Don't take your eyes off the prize. Y'all.

This is a really good article out of Daily Signal and I recommend you guys check it out from Fred Lucas, the the Zuckerbucks that have been out there. They're actually outlawed in in Wisconsin, but that was not before they spent $1,000,000 in private grant money out there trying to move forward their election. Wisconsin was banning this money because, you know, maybe private citizens should not be paying to fund our elections. Doesn't that seem like a massive problem?

And so they have a constitutional amendment on it. But the whole point of it was just to to try to basically throw a bunch of money into moving the needle and getting the right voters. Not you, not everybody. They don't always believe in universal voting. What they believe in is the voters that they want, and that's what they're talking about there.

They got a good statement from Ken Cuccinelli, who was the former VA. I'm sorry, he was the former AG of VA, Ken Cuccinelli. But he was also a major guy over at Homeland Security with Trump, He said, when you're trying to put down these scams and these schemes, it's basically like trying to stay ahead of hackers. This is the real world. It's not digital. We're dealing with actual votes,

maintaining clean elections. The other side constantly is trying to muddy up the waters, and we're always trying to clean it up. That's the problem with being a conservative is that you're always playing defense because these people are offensively looking to weaponize the system against you, whether it's DOJ coming after you, whether it's sending threats, right, whether the threats out there are are being weaponized because there are real threats.

Just like we talked about with the FBI agents, there are real ones, but the opportunity cost is that they're sending fake ones. Are we investigating that dude from Iran for his free speech or his Iranian free speech? I don't think we should. Like what? What law did he break? But somebody could report him. But I guarantee you, if you were out there giving a MAGA speech, you have the possibility of having them reported to the FBI

for your dangerous rhetoric. We know people like like Joe Oldman have been reported like that way. It's a real thing. Some of you have had knocks on your doors talking about your social media post. Like what kind of crazy world are we living in? That's what happens. It's not all bad news. I don't want you guys to go out leaving like this. There is backlash. It happens on a regular basis,

it turns out. And when that backlash happens, then sometimes people are held to account, which is not nothing. It's actually kind of good. We've got this story coming out of LSU. Essentially, the the women's basketball team did not step up and do the right thing. They didn't come out for the national anthem. And so there was a maybe a a

change. Jeff Landry, who's the governor over in Louisiana, said that he's going to urge a state policy change that requires student athletes to be present for the national anthem, that you don't get to have a discretionary time. Whether or not you're going to skip out on our nation's national anthem, that seems reasonable. I feel pretty good about that. I think most of you would as well. Would you not? In any case, it also comes on the heels of this other goofy situation.

You guys want to see what happens when you have to try to weigh your paycheck and decide whether or not you're going to, whether or not you're going to answer the question where that's truly the the reality of it or whether you're going to go with the sort of the woke and try to make sure that you still have a job. This this gal who is a the winning coach for the for the NCA tournament, she had this moment and you can see her making that deliberation in real

time. That's the video that actually accidentally queued up earlier. Let me just play this for you and just watch what happens when you make a decision right? Like, am I going to say the right thing or am I going to be afraid of being canceled? There are still people that are

afraid of being canceled. And slowly we have to make sure that policies coming from maybe even the governor's office for the state universities help them make the right decision where they can say that women are are not men, men are not women, and that men have no business playing women's basketball. She just talked about, you know what a massive weekend this is, Obviously for women's basketball, women's sports in

general. One of the major issues facing women's sports right now is the debate, discussion topic about the inclusion of transgender athletes, biological males in women's sports. I was wondering if you would tell me your position on that issue. Damn, you got deep on me didn't you I, I I'm on the. I mean I'm on the the opinion of of if you're a woman you should play. If you consider yourself a woman or and you want to play sports or or vice versa, you should be

able to play. That's that's my opinion do. You. Want me to go deeper? Do you do you think transgender women should be able to participate? That's the question you want me to ask. I mean, you want to ask, So I'll I'll give you that. Yes, yes. So now the barnstorm of people are going to flood my timeline and be a distraction to me on one of the biggest days of of of our game. And I'm OK with that. I really AM. OK, Did you see how difficult

she was making that calculus? She was doing that decision making as she was speaking. She's like, I'm a hostage here. I'm held hostage by what I think the administration is going to want me to say versus what I know is actually true and in real time. She decided to not be suspendable. Why does that happen? That happens because she didn't decide it upfront. She didn't know what the answer was.

She decided that women can suffer or she's going to say the woke BS without really expressing a real opinion. And then she turned around and was like, well, I might as well make myself the victim out of this. And so that's why you're going to flood my social media timeline and be really mean to me when this is a big day that we won. No, no, no. You just had an opportunity to use your microphone and say the truth, capital T, and you chose not to.

You chose weakness and frailty. And yes, rightly so. You will now receive the backlash of not having courage. That's supposed to happen. Don't let them, don't let them try to change the narrative on there. What was the thing we talked about the other day? The technique, right, The technique from Bill Burr. I'm not going to play it for you again, but we'll play it again

later this week. I'm sure the technique equals the minute that you ask the question and they can't answer it, they're going to turn around and try to make it about something else. You're going to attack me. No, no, no, no, no, no. Stay in the pocket. Dodge that, that racist insult, dodge that misogyny garbage. And you stay in there and you stick with the issues. The issues are actually winning. The issues are the numbers are on the side of truth. The money is on the side right

now of truth. The energy is on the side of truth. And if you're going to have to gaslight and lie and be this nonsense and try to deflect and dissuade and you're going to try to tell me that everybody is racist because we think there's a problem with people coming in that don't like this country. And then I can turn around like

Dan Kildee did. He says that he's a representative from Michigan. And in Dearborn, MI, there's literally a protest of people that are celebrating Ayatollah Khomeini. And they're saying that that guy has the right idea. Malcolm S is correct. And that the United States is the most rotted country on earth, and it needs to be eliminated. Death to America, in America. Give me a break. Let him run that game, guys. All we got to do is expose it to

light. All we got to do is put that sunlight right on it and say, yeah, this is what you want to back. And all you're going to get is one of two things happening. Either they're going to run away from it, or they're not going to turn out and vote because they're not excited about their dude, Joe Biden, who is a black, white, Puerto Rican, Asian, Jewish, Greek, Irish, Scottish, whatever, Croatian, like that guy. It's so weird. It's so weird. OK, let's. Let's let's throw this out there

a couple things. I got one, one or two more things I'm going to go. So we're going to crush right past that one hour. But before we do that, if you guys want to support our program, you can go to check out Matt Hat Jerky. We got a review. Yeah. Eric, Jason, I'm looking at you out there in the chat. And if you are not watching this on Rumble, make sure you guys do that.

Let's not be hasty. We've got a couple more things I want to run down on. I told you I would talk about the grift of January 6th. It's really important to embrace nuance on this day of all things when we are looking at things. Capital T truth, I want to put this thing up. This is from Bill Shipley. Bill Shipley spent 20 years as a federal prosecutor. Bill Shipley knows a little bit about January 6th. He's defend, I think he's got

like 50 January 6th clients. He spent a lot of time in this space and let's just talk about what this particular tweet came from a couple days ago. It's starting to come out that there are a number of people in the January 6th game that are grifters, that are con artists, that are using it as a way to make money. And there's a guy named Jake Lang that is specifically guilty of this. There's probably others. I don't know of all of them, but I know Jake Lang has called me from jail.

Do you know how many people can call me from jail on a non recorded line? None of them. They've never done that to me. It's weird. I get text messages from him. So does Steve friend. Anybody that's got a public face is getting messages from this guy. I've had dozens of you reach out on DM and yeah, it's a lot of you have reached out and said this dude is doing something that nobody else does.

He's known as Jake the Snake or Snake Lang for those of us that deal with him, including my friend Sean Whitman who's dealt with him quite a bit, he was working at Gateway Pundit and any negative statement about Jake Lang will get you kicked out of Gateway Pundit. That was a stream of income from my friend Sean. He's no longer at Gateway Pundit because Gateway Pundit makes money on Jake Lang From what everything I can tell he they run his podcast.

This is shipwreck Crew, also known as Bill Shipley saying all of you. Jake Lang has not had a trial by his choice. Not all J Sixers are equal. And that's why we talk about nuance. That's why guys like Steve Baker come on here and talk about the truth. He's asked for his trial to be delayed pending the outcome in Fisher. Fisher is the Supreme Court decision for the 1512 count. His case before Judge Nichols in the 1512 count against him was

dismissed. The government appealed the dismissal, which paused the case. The case has remained paused. With Lang's agreement, he is agreeing to stay in jail while the 1512 issue has been appealed in court. Why is he OK with this? Because he knows he's getting convicted on multiple other counts, the video evidence against him is overwhelming. The video evidence is that he showed up with a bat, that he rushed a police line and he tried to hit police with a bat.

I've said this many times, I will continue to say this. If you were involved in physical violence that you initiated against law enforcement on January 6th, you belong in jail, just like the people from Antifa did in 2020. Just because they did not play that game fairly and just because DOJ did not go after him doesn't mean people who who came up to cops with a bat don't need to go to jail. You're garbage. Lang is garbage.

He says. Right now the basically that there's a a overwhelming sentiment that he is serving his sentence in advance because even though he has, he has delayed his send or his his case. He's doing it on purpose knowing that he's going to get time served if he serves enough time. And while he's in there, he's making a ton of money. I've had people tell me shocking amounts of money. They think he's making 10s of thousands of dollars a month.

I don't know if that's true or not, but even just the buy in to be able to get access to a prison phone when you're a jail phone when you're not supposed to have a phone can be upwards of $2000 a month. And I'm told that he has that all the time. And then he uses it on his Google Voice account. So Bill Shipley says he's simply serving his sentence upfront, but he's using the fact that he's been in custody as part of a quote UN quote martyrdom

fundraising tool. He is con people like Patrick Burns. He's conned a bunch of different January 6 type folks. All of these people realize that. This guy at some point in time they realize like he's out there raising money on this stuff. He wouldn't be able to raise nearly as much money if he was out on bail or if he just went to trial and was actually serving a sentence. It's a multi faceted money making exercise. I don't care if you guys agree

with me or not. I've have quite a bit of experience when it comes to people reaching out and I can smell when they're fake and when they're not. I've been doing it for a while. If you don't know what a liar looks like, it looks like Jake Lang and his text messages are nuts. You tell me, another person who's hosting a podcast from prison or from jail, it doesn't happen. Not without spending a bunch of

money and buying off people. It's ugly and weird, so we have to have nuance if we are going to be honest and truthful. If you want to be using the power of truth with a capital T, then you have to know when somebody is lying and they are using your kindness. They are mistaking your kindness for January 6th or weakness. It's happening a lot. There are small number of people that are insidiously using that moment and they are, they're going after you.

I got blocked, by the way, having never dealt with him on Twitter ever. I don't care. I just want you to know what the truth is because it's ugly and it makes me sad that he's using that against decent people. All right, that's what we got for the day. Let's do a five star review. I think I've got a long one. This actually came in through the website, folks. You can see that it came in through the website.

So I just snip it. It's like paragraphs and paragraphs of really good stuff since I first heard about Kyle and his story. Listening to Dan Bongino soon afterwards, I was delighted to find he started a podcast. I travel for a living, often binge various shows to stay informed. Kyle has now become my note, my go to platform for world events, national security and

suspendable related news. Much like Tucker Carlson, I appreciate Kyle's ability to look at issues from a perspective that everyone else is screaming that you don't Consider. Kyle's a natural interviewer and his preparation is obvious. Besides being a man's man, multiple life experiences and service in the Air Force before joining the FBI, it makes him a credible and authentic, all

things considered. It's obvious why he's able to speak to so many topics with experience and have the ability to relate to things he goes on. This is really good. Also, this is the thing that actually moved me a bit. I've always attempted to live my life as a devout Catholic, so I appreciate the fact that he invokes the Catholic faith from

time to time. In fact, since all the COVID restrictions, I've struggled with many of the things that the Church and our country has done and hasn't done. And I found inspiration from action men like Kyle and Mark Howell and others that have taken and continue to be in all the example that Kyle and others have demonstrated by becoming white martyrs. For their belief to give me hope and a preview of how to actually better live out my faith. That's a really powerful statement.

I I shared it. It was it was kind of overwhelming to get stuff like this. But I do really appreciate you all when you tell me that it's moving. It's like I'm trying to inspire myself half the time, too. I know I'm an imperfect vessel at this and and it would be very funny to 27 year old Kyle or 25 year old Kyle to look at 42 year old Kyle go like, dude, what are you about? What what happened in those years? What happened is life. It's a big deal. It happens, all of us.

And being a white martyr is something that that woman who was out there in front of the the West or what what was it, the the NCA tournament, she had an opportunity. That coach had an opportunity to become a white martyr. Potentially by just saying what's true, she may not have been cancelled at all. She's a black lady. She probably would have been fine, but she was afraid to do the right thing. That's how you know people who are not going to be white martyrs.

If you want to be a white martyr, all it means is you do the right thing for the right reason. Cost, be damn. And sometimes it cost you a job or friends or finances and so on. So anyway, be be that. Be be aware that it will be asked of you at all times. Prepare so you don't have to go back and repair your reputation because that's really, really hard to do. If you're dishonest. It will never come back to you folks. We'll see you guys again tomorrow morning.

I really appreciate all of you joining us. Like again I said earlier, if you want to subscribe to the channel, you guys know how to do it has to be while the show is live.
