Take a look. Behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot prepared to embrace the uncomfortable truth. Because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphim. Well, hello my friends, welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show. Today's Wednesday.
It is August the 28th. We're rolling live right now on Rumble and we're rolling on Twitter and X whatever you call it, we're on YouTube and so on. You guys know, want to say a big thank you to those of you who have joined our locals. Last couple days have been kind of interesting because we put some stories out, put some information out into the space. Of course, people could take that one way or another, but we did see was people joined locals.
It's Kyle seraphin.com that is the website. It will redirect you to our local site. You can sign up there. You can sign up as a subscriber if you want to support the work, you can sign up as a free member and you can just hang out with the community. You can also watch the program over there. I'm streaming it to both places at this point and I want to say a big thank you. Some of you also have signed up as subscribers on Twitter or X Very appreciative of that too.
It's really, really nice to see. I actually expected to take a much bigger negative dosing from regular people cause a lot of people have a hard time seeing their idols knocked around. I don't do idol here. We kind of believe in something that we call the truth. The truth is something that has to do with early Christianity for me. I went to a Jesuit school. You guys may know this.
I learned a little bit about the history of the way that the early Christian Church was brought up and they were called followers of the way. They didn't know the term Christian yet. That's a, that's a later Advent. And so as someone who's come back and forth and fallen away from the way, I'm sure come back to it.
The way is also part of a longer little phrase, the way, the truth and the life, the way that we are sort of given this example here on Earth. I am a very imperfect version of it. I am actually a lot more nasty and mean than I want to be. I would love it if I was better, but I do the best I can do. I'm going to keep trying. We're going to aspire to more, but the truth is very important
for its own sake. Truth with a capital T. It doesn't care about politics, it doesn't care about elections, doesn't care about people or politicians or who you like or who you don't. The truth cares about principles that are eternal and things that are immutable, and the truth is interested in preserving that which is accurate and good. It's often inconvenient and it's often uncomfortable.
So if we are interested in the truth, then we're going to upset people that we love, people that we like, people that we would otherwise get along with. If you're willing to compromise that for money or for power or for position or for not having an uncomfortable conversation with a colleague, then I'm not interested. And I've never been interested. I'm actually going to read this before we get started with any sponsor. I'm going to read something to you. I posted it on Twitter.
If you guys follow me there, many of you do, but you may not have seen this. I came across a lot of this stuff. I keep going back to the well of how the hell did we get here? Because there was an allegation made and I'm going to play it actually because I'll let him say it in his own words. Dan Pagino had something kind of nasty to say about me yesterday. And not just me, but also my friends, the suspendables, the people who lost their jobs. Some of them are still in that fight.
Gerrita Boyle, I see him in the chat. If you guys are not following G OB actual anywhere that you're on social media, you're making a mistake. You should do that. You will be better off for it. They, they made decisions based on principles and the consequences be damned. Full speed ahead. Don't worry about the torpedoes. We saw the torpedoes in the water. We knew about it.
I'm going to read you something. It's an excerpt from a letter that I sent off to my supervisor and his boss and his boss and his boss at the FBI. And this was out in January of 2022. This is before any of you would have heard about me. I'd already done congressional whistle blower activity. I was being removed from my job and my paycheck, and I spent a couple of months of what they
called a wall being unpaid. I paid before they let me come back in. For six weeks, I sat in the corner, literally had my my desk taken. I got moved into a corner by myself by a copy machine where you'll be amused to find out, but I printed off a picture of Ronald Reagan holding oozies and riding on a velociraptor and Donald Trump standing on a tank with a golden bazooka.
You've probably seen these cartoons and I put them up next to me and they were historically amusing things that I thought would be sort of irritating to the Lib idiots that I worked with. Because I did work with some real Lib idiots who wore their politics on their sleeves, who took the day off to watch Katanji Jackson Brown, who we're going to talk about later doing something. And so there I am sitting January of 2022, no paycheck at home. And I penned this.
And I'm fairly confident I penned this on my phone so I could send it in the e-mail system, which was unclassified. And so it said this in part, this country represents a righteous ideal to me and one that I would still sacrifice my life for. And whether the FBI or the military or any other position that I hold, I dedicated my life to protecting the legacy of our forefathers and trying to preserve the country I was blessed to grow up in for my children. This is what this has always
been about. When my wife and I volunteered to move to a small town near the border in New Mexico, I found out that only two people in the entire core of FBI special agents were willing to take the spot. And when I moved to Las Cruces, I volunteered to take a spot on the Mescalero Apache reservation for work that was described to me as one that no one in America, but certainly no one in
the FBI, would ask for. My boss was actually The only exception to that, and there's nothing about my work that has changed since I joined the Albuquerque division, except that the arbitrary an arbitrary date on the calendar has passed and a week present desperately flailing at the unvaccinated to defend his horrific decisions and catastrophic results in Afghanistan. Which I have felt the results in many ways, personally. How interesting.
Because this is the week now, the three-year anniversary of Abby Gate, I'm revisiting this. This is my message that I gave to them. It's the same message I have for anybody from the Conservative Incorporated sort of brand, the mainstream media. Even if you are, even if you think of yourself as independent media. If you are going to go to bat for someone who is a liar. And if you're going to go to bat for someone who has said
falsehoods with no questions. If you will close ranks and cover the truth simply for convenience, or for some bullshit election, or for some other sort of nonsensical non principled stance, you might be opposition, but you are controlled. You're controlled by your own interests. You're controlled by your finances. You were controlled by principles that are not mine. Here's what I said. So I will be at home from now until the policy changes.
They wanted me to put things up my nose every 72 hours and I said no because I saw that as a genocidal path. Identifying those who are Christians who are not willing to comply, who did not believe that they were, they were talking about something immutable. They believe that they were subjective and that they could just sort of comply and be purged. I said I will be here until I run out of leave and I'm fired. I'm willing, able and ready to work. And this is never stopping the case.
But if the FBI has moved on and abandoned the values of individual liberty and the apolitical goal of finding the truth to protect the Constitution, then I'll be grateful to be left behind. I will add, I feel that way about all media, conservative media, non conservative media, all media. I said I'll continue to train the skills within my graphs that I'm ready to answer the call back to service or the next call to service, whichever comes
first. And very sincerely, that's what I wrote that resulted in me being tossed out. Not surprisingly, I had no longer worked for the FBI because of that. I'm confident that that and also alleging that these people were involved in a Nuremberg type good German, good American behavior, people who comply mindlessly with things that are obviously immoral, illegal or unethical. I told people when I did my first interview with Dan Bongino that I would not be interested
in politics. It's not about politics for me. That was never what the whistleblowing was about and it's never been what my goal has been. So if you're just joining this program for the first time, what you're going to hear very simply is I care about the truth. I care about what's true. I care about accuracy and reporting. If that hurts some feelings of people around me, so be it. If they would like to call me offline, they know how to do that, but they didn't.
So all the folks that have decided to run roughshod over months and months of good cordial relationships, that's fine. You weren't on my team. I don't mind exposing people for who they are If they choose to act a certain way than they do. And that's not that's not coming from nowhere. If you guys didn't see this, I believe this is the video. I actually didn't mark it, but this is the this is the response to what was called Apparently I do weird things in basements with hot pockets.
That's a hot allegation. I don't even have a basement. I live in Texas, brother. And it is an ugly, weak thing if you can't face the issues that you just skirt past it. And the issue is, is that Julie Kelly, who is not a reporter, as far as I can tell, she's a Blogger. She's the print equivalent of a TikTok reaction video to me, a non serious person, unlike a Steve Baker who's facing prison time from the FBI, unlike people who actually went to prison.
JD Rivera comes to mind. Scott Witzman served probation, still on it, still dealing with that. These people actually covered as journalist for whatever that was worth on January 6th. Meanwhile, this is the response. This is what we got, not a phone call, not a hey, disagree with you. Can we talk this out? A radio show to millions of people. So I'll share it to a few of you and that will be what it is. It always comes back to the same things. It comes back to principles about.
Grifters. Losers. Zeros. You know, people who do strange things with Hot Pockets in their basement when mom's not around. There's a lot of, what are you laughing at you? There's a lot of these. And, you know, I try to help
people out a lot. I do, I do, I try to, I try to do my best to try to, you know, give people a platform because when I first started out in the business, I had people who did it for me, you know, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and others when I was running for office, they gave me a shot. I mean, folks, when I say I was a big unknown, I'm not being I'm, I'm not being dramatic about being candid and honest. I mean, no one had any idea who I was.
And people help me out a lot. But sometimes it goes wrong, you know, and I think if you've seen what's happened with this, with this former FBI guy, you see what I'm talking about. I mean, it's really a shame to see these guys just go from, you know, whistleblowers to and then I guess they fall in love with themselves and just get crazy. It's just nuts. It's so sad. Julie Kelly is just a wonderful person. I don't know if you've seen the story, but Julie. And there's some donations, but
the husband has a job. Hey, listen, I'm not, I'm not vouching for any of that. You shouldn't, you know, whatever. I don't, you know, I make donations to Republicans. But Julie Kelly's work is amazing. And I'm going to tell you something, Jim, you know this as well because you and I
communicate with her. There isn't a single person out there, I'd say her and Darren Beattie putting them in a class by themselves who have done more to expose the massive January 6th scandal than Julie. And if if you're going to attack her on personal stuff, fine. She's a big girl, she can handle it, she'll take care of it. But Julie has been a regular guest on the show that you would have no idea what really
happened on January 6th. None if it was not for Julie Kelly and Darren Beatty. Period. So if you're going to claim that she's some type of bad person or bad asset, then you damn well better go attack her information too, because we'd be nowhere without it. So I wanted on the record that I absolutely supported work I'd have her on today. As a matter of fact, I think she's busy or occupied today, but may have her on tomorrow.
Whatever. Because you know nothing about it. I, I don't want to waste your time with a big back story, but I'm done with these people. They're dead to me. I've never seen a group of people. There's this group of people who just, I don't know what happened. Like they went on a few TV shows and just got obsessed with being lunatics. I mean really like psychopathological lunatics and just started losing their minds. Nuts what goes on Moving on though.
Moving on though, don't address the point. Don't bother me with the facts. I already have an opinion. If you guys haven't heard that. That was from the radio show, so it didn't make it on the podcast. If you're a regular podcast listener, that's what the that's the take. It's pretty disappointing. That's from the same guy that I got on a phone call with when no one had heard my name and I didn't have any interested. I didn't have any interest at all in being in the media.
If you thought that this is what I wanted with my life, you are very much mistaken. I had people telling me I should have a podcast for years. I wanted to be an FBI agent. I wanted to do my job. I wanted to go get bad guys. I wanted to carry a gun for a living and go out there and be the person in the Air Force. There's an airman's career that talks about being your nation's sword and shield.
That was my goal. That was the plan doesn't work out, but my my dream was not to run a podcast from a a spare bedroom in a rental house. However nice it looks. That wasn't the goal. And I'd certainly didn't fall in love with myself on television. I despise television. I hate being on television. And I cannot tell you how many times I've turned down television. OAN, Newsmax, Fox, I turn them all down. I don't like the media, I don't like the format.
I don't like the medium, the way that it conveys short information. That's not true. I'm interested in the truth. So long form is all I really care about doing and radio is about the shortest version of it. 15 to 20 minute interviews, you'll notice not a lot of short hits from Kyle Serafin out there anymore. Not because people aren't asking or didn't ask. I just stopped answering those requests and I don't do it. So you're going to do cover, You're going to cover for
people. Knock yourself out. Here's some more of the donations. I found these on the state side. I didn't even realize this. The address that's unblurred. Don't worry about it. It's a, it's a big corporate building. It looks like it's probably her husband's office for all Circo,
which is his lobbying firm. But there you have $6000 to the Secretary of State, who is the current Secretary of State that runs the elections in Illinois, who beat out a Republican for that seat, $6000 January, end of January of 2022, deep into the Biden era, well after January 6 and additional contributions for Summer for Chicago. The the Summer for Chicago campaign listed itself As for Kurt Summers and any Democrat running for office in Chicago. She gave $1500 there and $2000
to Friends of Fox or Friends for Fox, which is Kim Fox, who's the prosecutor that went after Kyle Rittenhouse that allowed all the things that happened to George Floyd. Answer for yourself. I don't need to. The facts speak for themselves. The truth is a lion. I just let it free you guys deal with it. Seb Gorka decided to come after us too. Look, none of those people are getting removed from my intro because they had nice things to say when they thought that I was
on their team. And all those things are still true. I'm still the same person. I haven't changed at all. But if you decided the morph on move on, shame on you. The honestly shame on you. You should feel shame. People that do not move on from us are friends over at Catholic vote catholicvote.org. There's some really good stuff in the loop today. I'm going to highly recommend that you guys get the loop.
If you want to be informed, if you want real fresh takes of, of honest reporting, you're going to find it at Chicago. I'm sorry, at Chicago at catholicvote.org. Actually, the president does live outside of Chicago. Brian Birch, Really, really good guy, a solid man. The deal that we have for our sponsorship was done on a handshake over breakfast. We did it over like bacon and
eggs, like two regular men. And we've never put anything in writing and they've supported us since April of last year. That's something really special. Those are people that you can get behind. You can follow their social media. It's at Catholic Vote, it's on Twitter on X, whatever it's on. It's on true social as well. They don't use it nearly as much. It's also on YouTube. So if you're on YouTube and you haven't followed their channel, look for some new stuff coming
from us over there. But Catholic Vote is a great organization of good people, and they have lifted my family from the possibility of having to compromise on the truth, which we wouldn't do anyway. We would have gone starving instead. We're not starving because of folks like them. So I'm incredibly appreciative, and I want to lead off with a story from them if that's acceptable. Let's go with this one, because I think this actually does tell us a little bit about the
country. Let's talk about what's true. Zuckerberg, the media censored post in 2020 and 2021 after communications from the FBI and the Biden Harris administration, which we're now having to add to Harris because they've swapped in their candidate. They've done the Indiana Jones swap, have they not? Mark Zuckerberg was on the Hill and or sorry. He sent off a letter and was addressed as of what Monday to Jim Jordan talking about his regret for censorship. Why does Mark Zuckerberg now
regret the censorship regime? I think he kind of accidentally dropped it. He thought he was excusing something, saying, like, look, our behavior was totally because the FBI is so credible. And then he realized, like, there's not a lot of faith in the FBI, particularly in people on the right, which is about half this country and maybe
more. They wrote a letter saying that the FBI warned us about potential Russian disinformation operations on the Biden family and Burisma that would lead up to the 2020 election. And so therefore, we had to squash it. And so we know that conservatives were squashed and now they're sorry about it. He wants to let everybody know, particularly the House Republicans, that they are going to say, OK, we did the wrong thing and we know it. We want to apologize.
Why are they apologizing right now? Let me let me let me weigh in on my thoughts on this because there's a Meta analysis to go on here talking about Meta. Meta owns Instagram and Facebook. And while I'm not on Facebook in any meaningful way, we do stream there and some of you are now actually watching over there. So thanks so much for doing that. Usually there's like a couple, but our stuff is still censored
there, is it not? You guys have tried to share information about gold that we put out the other day, which by the way, all of the people that were just mentioning, they all get a lot of money on these gold IRA companies, don't they? There's a lot of money to be made.
I can't tell you how crazy it is that after I had 3000 followers we've got over 22,000 now on Rumble alone 100 and almost 145,000 and change over on X. But when I had 3000 followers, I had people approaching me offering me $3000 a month to advertise Gold Iris, and I said no, that's $36,000 a year that we turn down here. Why principles. It's not about money for me. I've had $5000 offers. You read our thing, you put it out there.
We also give you 10% of whoever we convert from your listening audience. I'm not going to profit off your backs in that way. I'll tell you if you want to buy a cup, you can buy one for my friends at Patriot. If you want to get a good newsletter, you do it for my friends at Catholic Vote. If you want to get some decent jerky, we get a little percentage of that. It's true. I don't even know what the percentage I get from Shield Arms. They sent me a check for like 85 bucks the other day.
I just think they're an awesome company. This is not about money. It turns out that we make a little bit of money doing it, and I don't think anybody begrudges us. But let's talk about Facebook and Meta Instagram. What do you think that they do? Are they offering that product because it doesn't make money? And what is the money that they're really making? Meta, as a corporation is a data mining infrastructure.
It pulls down who you are, where you are, how you can be sold to, what you're interested in, what you click through and what you don't. It's targeted marketing. They sell who you are to their audience of advertisers. That's what they do. You think that they don't have an incredible read on what the American population is really actually thinking? Forget polling. I could give two craps about 1600 people that answered a phone call and said yes or no to some weirdly phrase questions.
Meta is an information company, that's what. That's what big tech is. Google is an information company. They are interested in who you are and who all of us are. Mark Zuckerberg knows what this country is about right now, what the people in this country think in a way the FBI could only dream of having access to.
You think that he's coming and apologizing to House Republicans because he doesn't see a groundswell of support behind reasonable policies in opposition to what's happened in the last 3 1/2 years underneath the Biden Harris administration? Because I don't. I think he's a disingenuous
actor. I think that they got their hand caught in the cookie jar and they're looking at the American population and saying, holy crap, there is a huge swell of people that do not agree with all the things that we did to them and we better get on the right side of it or we're going to lose both our audience and our money. The FBI has that same instinct, by the way.
We're hearing rumblings that there are people, senior executives that are looking for their corporate jobs like, like they are frantic, like a drunk who lost their keys crawling around the ground trying to find it anywhere in the alley. FBI executives are looking for a way out because they think that Trump's going to win and they're going to get shit canned. That's what they think is going to happen and they're getting
desperate. The problem is there is no indication to me that there is going to be a fair election. I'm going to present to you a little bit of verbal evidence in just a little bit, but I don't think that that's likely. Even if Trump has all the votes, they are setting up for the real tyranny. And I'm not saying that to be flamboyant and I'm not saying it to get you activated or to black
pill you and have you not vote. You should do all the things you should normally do. You should also prepare for the alternative, which is that this doesn't happen. We've already seen it. The American population has been tested and found wanting. And we were found wanting in 2020. For all of us that decided to wear a mask in a hospital to do something, to decided to do anything to let your your parents die alone or your grandparents die alone behind a glass pane instead of being in
the room with them. Anybody that did that was found wanting and you get another shot at it. But I'm not confident that human nature has changed because it hasn't changed since 1930s Germany. It always goes back to what that COVID proved to us. Everybody thought it was about getting a shot. No, it was about compliance. To me, it was about compliance. And would people be willing to take on something that was obviously false and didn't have any veracity or facts behind it?
Would they stand tribally and say, I've been told to do this and therefore I will do it? And the conservative incorporated types, they're just behind it. They're the same. They're so desperate and so interested in having power that they rather become like those that they thought that they were fighting against, which is why someone who donates to a Democrat is not a problem as
long as they're on our team. Do you know how many phone calls or emails or private DMS that I've gotten from people that are names you would recognize saying you really don't want to take on this fight, just let it go, pick on something else? No, I am not going to allow people inside what I believe because I'm not part of their team and I never was. I was only interested in things that are true conservative lowercase C from the beginning. All right, this is RFK.
He's anti gun, he's pro abortion. Regardless of what he said, he spent a lifetime of doing weird things. He's incredibly wealthy, he's very smart, and he's right about some things, probably. But apparently he took a dead bear and found it on the side of the road, took pictures with it and dumped it in Central Park. And apparently there's a story about him taking a whale head, whether he did it or not, and whether he sawed off the head of a whale. Do you know what a weird?
Do you know how weird it would have to be for you to come up with a story that my uncle or my father cut the head off a dead whale and put it in the back of his truck? That is so beyond anything that like most people could imagine making up, the odds are it's probably real. The Kennedys are a weird crew, and I don't know why we care about them. I certainly don't. And I don't care what Robert Kennedy thinks about the Trump situation or what election he wants to vote.
I just don't. I don't care. But he's right about kids, because the next story we're going to talk about is right here. Look at the left pushing this. Death threats, legal risk backlogs, weigh in on clinicians treating trans minors. This is just medicine, people. That's what the left is selling. Destroy children. Destroy innocent people, abortion for all. So Kennedy's not wrong when he starts talking about the fact that we have poisoned our kids.
And you know what's also crazy? When you write for a a big agriculture group and you're pushing things like Monsanto and GMO foods, which we've all seen the results of, Kennedy puts a pretty good point on the fact that we have something broken in our food system. And unfortunately, before the Magagrift, Julie Kelly was writing about that because that was the thing she was trying to push. Why? Because that's how her bread is
buttered. Because her husband, as we talked about yesterday, made more than $12 million in an 8 year period lobbying for groups like Big Agriculture and she decided to sign her name onto like some ghost written pieces by Monsanto. Here's RFK. Percent of our children 120 years ago when somebody was obese, they were, they were sent to the circus. They were literally there were case reports done about them. Obesity was almost unknown in Japan.
The childhood obesity rate is 3% compared to 50% a year. Half of Americans have pre diabetes or type 2 diabetes. When my uncle was president, I was a boy. Juvenile diabetes was effectively non existent. A typical pediatrician would see one case of diabetes during his entire career, a 40 or 50 year career. Today, one out of every three kids who walks through his office door is diabetic or pre diabetic.
And the mitochondrial disorder that cause diabetes, also causing Alzheimer's, which is now classified as diabetes. And it's costing this country more than our military budget every year. There's been an explosion of neurological illnesses that I never saw as a kid. ADDADHD, speech delay, language delay, Tourette's syndrome, narcolepsy, ASD, Asperge's, autism. In the year 2000, the autism rate was one. In 1500. Now autism rates in kids are one
in 36, according to CDC. Nationally, nobody's talking about this. One in every 22 kids in California has autism, and this is a crisis that 77% of our kids and not are are too disabled to serve in the United States military. What is happening to our country and why isn't this in the headlines every single day? There's nobody else in the world that is experiencing this. This is only happening in America about 18%.
And by the way, you know the, the, there has been no change in diagnosis with the industry sometimes, right, It hasn't been changed. They do have better ways of of assessing it. But how about all of that? How about Western values say that we care about our children and that's the reason for it? Just like I read in my letter, I don't care about America for me as much as I care about it for my children. So what the hell is wrong with
us as a as a country? What is wrong with people who are not willing to look after the next generation? It's it's a biological Cliff that we are looking at. We are making a a group of, of human beings that we are supposed to be able to protect and give everything that we have for them. How many of you that are parents would not lay down your life for your kids? There's not a lot of things that. Most people will die for but their kids is really up the top
of the list I would bet. Most people won't die for. Their faith, but they would die for their kids. They would cave. On something, but it's really hard for you not to put a line down in front of your kids. And this. Caused the other Kennedys to go after his voice. By the way, the sort of a spagmodic dyphnia. I think it's what it's called dyphonium. The this apparently is like a genetic condition that runs down a number of the Kennedys. Somebody made a claim about inbreeding.
I don't know anything about their genetic structure, but I do think it's funny. Kerry Kennedy is also gone out and they've gone on the attack and they've disowned him and they said that he's terrible and like, God forbid. And he's he's, you know, misrepresented the, the Kennedy legacy. OK, fine, all of that, whatever. Here's what I found really interesting in this clip, which is a couple of propaganda speaking, by the way. Very wealthy ones. At that listen to how she says
they need to re elect. Vice President. Harris and Coach Waltz what do you mean re elect? Get ahead of yourself a little bit here. I think she used the wrong word, but it is interesting that they actually think that they've already won this. That's what it tells me. You think we're having an election, but why do? You feel so compelled to to
speak out at this moment. You know, I think this is really a the, the stakes this November couldn't be higher, which is exactly why my whole family will be fighting so hard to reelect Kamala Harris and Coach Waltz, who've been champions for the values that my family has fought for for years. Donald Trump is the polar opposite. He's a threat to most basic freedoms. That are core to. Who we are as Americans right
for women to control our bodies. The right to live in communities, say, from gun violence to love who you love. And I think if my. Dad were alive today, the real Robert Kennedy would have detested almost everything Donald Trump represents. His his lying, his selfishness, his rage, his cynicism, hatred, racism, fascist sympathies, deliberate misinformation about vaccines, criminal felony convictions, blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah, all of the bad things that. He is.
Is it not hard to listen to? It really is hard to listen to that. I got to be honest with you. What's also interesting is that it's always about these claims, but there's never need for substantiation. You don't need to substantiate things if you're just saying them and and no one's going to question you, especially when you're on friendly media. So it's very interesting. We're supposed to see a debate coming up pretty soon. It's supposed to be about issues.
Now, we know this sort of general premise that if Democrats make the election about personalities, then they win. And if Republicans get it to be about the issues, then they win. If it's personality versus policy, the policy is probably not going to be the most interesting to the most dimwitted and the most dimwitted people are the ones that still get to vote. It's a reason why I don't think that voting for president is
great. I would love to go back to what our Constitution said, which is that you have no right to vote for the the president. It's not supposed to represent you basic, basic civics. And that's been reaffirmed, by the way, as recently as 2020 by the Supreme Court, Chioflo versus Washington. Go read it. The plenary power. Still, to appoint electors sits not in the people's hands, but in the state House's hands. The states have that power and they should use it.
I think they should, but. That's because I'm a conservative. I actually want to go back to what we had and try to conserve something pre 1913. I'd be fine with them appointing our senators to go figure. I want less democracy and I want the Republic to actually be strong. This is an interesting little. Moment though, if they can get it to be about issues. This is axios reporting. Harris flip flops on building the border wall. You guys have probably heard this. She's picked up Trump's idea
about taxes on tips. I think that's pretty. I think it's an attempt to buy people's votes. I think it's lame. I worked in that industry. Most tips back then didn't get actually counted as income. Now they're all on credit cards. If you want to do no tax on tips, stop putting your tips out on credit cards. It's convenient but if you really want to be pro service industry you just do it in cash. Most of you that are sort of. Skeptical of the government, probably should be using more
cash anyway. I myself included, I'm speaking to myself here. Why does this matter? Well, she flipped off on a bunch of different liberal positions. She's talked about Medicare for all. She's talked about banning fracking. These are all things that she says she's now against. Why? Because she's trying to tack towards the middle. This is the general election. She wants to be less commie, just like that sort of AI generated thing we played the other day.
She wants to be less communist. She wants to be more palatable. Because she needs white liberal suburban women and she needs white whatever women, squishy women, you know, like the pro abortion Republicans. She needs them. And so she's going to flip flop on the border wall. Why? Because they're scared. They're scared of things like this happened. We need to get people. Here's a video from a guy in Liberty Hill down the street from my, this is miles from my
home. They need to get the people that are married to this beta effeminate man who's lucky to have a gun. He's just luckily had one. Listen to this story and then I'm going to play you her take on the border wall previously because she's always full of it. This woman doesn't have any principles. Again, principles matter. If you vote based on principles, the personalities and the people and the politics of it are
irrelevant. Liberty Hill Machete Man, this is should kind of scare some of you because this is a real thing. We are nowhere near the border. We are as far away from the border as Colorado is from the border, the Mexican border. And like, I don't know what this guy's story is. They call him Jerry in the story, by the way. So maybe that's his nickname. But he looks a lot like the guys that I used to go rundown that
were like MS13 types. El Salvadorian gangsters carrying machetes in video from Wednesday. Around 5:00 PM, you see a man with a machete and a dog approaching a home in Liberty Hill near Bear Creek. He appears to pass out. This is when homeowner Darrell Stevens was looking at the backyard with a contractor and they noticed the man at that moment. You know, I obviously freaked out. I have two young children here in the house and.
Just went into like. Complete fight or flight mode, the man gets up. Comes up the stairs, pulls on the door, start running. Through the house, I lock every door as fast as possible. Run upstairs. Luckily I had a firearm here so I I grabbed my 9mm, unlocked it, ran down as fast as possible. The suspect climbed the fence and was on the upper deck. I came out here with my. Gun and he was standing right in. Front of this couch. This couch is back couch with
the machete. And that's when I came out like this, told him he's got to leave or he's going to lose his life, you know, and luckily after I did that, he dropped to the machete. On video, you can see the intruder climbing back down and a gun pointing at him as he walks away. I just had to protect my family and that's what I did. And luckily I didn't have to
discharge my firearm. Steven's wife had called 911 in the meantime and deputies arrested 43 year old Jerry Escamilla. He is charged with criminal trespassing and failure to. It's just not. Something you expect to happen in Liberty Hill in the country. We're way out in the country. We're in the very back of this new, nice neighborhood. And you're just like, you know, we moved out here. We moved further out of the city to feel safe in Texas. Yeah, you move further out of
the city. To be safe. But you're still a beta male from California who moved here and doesn't understand what America's about. You don't have those principles and luckily you think that you have a gun because the government allows you to have a gun. He didn't have to discharge his. Firearm. Now someone else is going to have to deal with that guy that was a threat to your family. That's what's called deadly force situations, folks.
When someone poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to yourself or to your family, to another person, you use deadly force if necessary. And in that case, they're trying to get into your home. They're on your flippin balcony. They climbed up your house on the side of the siding to get in. You kidding me? Why are you asking questions? Why are you threatening him that he's going to lose his life?
He forfeited his life. Do you know why he showed you that getting into your house was more important than keeping his own life? It's men like that, males like that, let's call them that's going to not call the men, let's call the males like that that are going to enable people like Kamala Harris. And I guess they probably he probably. Also watches the View. So here's a little taste of what she thinks about the border wall. Again, we're all border states.
If they're going to fly these people to you, if they're going to move people, and it doesn't matter whether that guy's an illegal immigrant or not. He fits the perfect profile of people carrying machetes and willing to do violence to you. We've seen examples of it. So I don't care if that guy is or not. It's the default position that we assume. First question, my wife says, oh, was he an illegal? We don't know. The news is not going to report about that.
It's inconvenient. The right wing media might spin it up because it's good for outrage. All I care about is if somebody tried to do something and we have a person who is on the ballot for president who says that you shouldn't even be able to own some guns. I'm coming down there with a with a spear Lt. 76239 suppressed and I'm going to. Drop a couple of. Like AK rounds right to his face even though I don't like a case.
And yeah, I might even shoot for the head at that distance because I don't want him getting up with a machete. If any of you guys have ever seen knife wounds, I've treated them as a medic. They suck. And a machete might as. Well be called a sword. That that that thing looked. Like it was probably about 20 inches long. So that's not a that's not a knife. In any case, let's do Kamala Harris on the border wall again. This is what she said.
Let's hold her accountable. I do look forward to a debate where Trump destroys her. Not because I love Trump, but because I do want to see it. Because she's awful. Especially off script this issue. Is about a vanity project for this president. And it is a problem of his own making, right?
And listen, when I travel this country, folks have plenty enough problems that they need their president to focus on instead of a wall that, by the way, 'cause I was a prosecutor for many years, including the attorney general, California. I specialize on transnational criminal organizations. Yeah, that's that wall. Ain't gonna stop them. No, no, no, I can't do it there. There's.
Actually, more talking at the end of it, but if I had to sit and listen to her cackle more, I'm not going to do it. That wall ain't going to stop them. Really. Why did you have it at the DNC? Why did you have security at the DNC checking people's IDs? Steve Cortez did a really nice version of it and said, oh, I'd like to go and bring this guy and he's a Venezuelan migrant.
He'd like to come in and see the people that want to welcome to America. Well, you can't come in without ID. Oh, weird. You need ID to go into the DNC but not to vote. That's what their push is. So y'all cut up y'all. I also want to to bring it back to the Afghanistan situation. Because that is something. That is going to come back and haunt us. We left a lot of military equipment, billions and billions and billions of our taxpayer dollars funded weapons for our sworn enemies.
People that some of you in the chat actually went out and physically engaged kinetic warfare. We're going to do it here now. Because we've given them all the tools to be able to build up their stronghold again. So let's see you're accountable for that. This is this is another example of the the mainstream media. They want to prove how smart they are by giving people their opinion, by saying their opinion, by giving their opinion and not letting the the guest that they brought on speak.
This is this is just silliness. Eventually, John Kirby gets to answer his take on ending the longest war in America and why it was such a good thing for the Biden administration. Let's hold them to that. Let's hold these issues out there to people. But you know, today is. The 3rd anniversary of that Abby gate attack that that killed 13
of our servicemen. And I know you've addressed that today by saying today our longest war is over, but our commitment to preventing attacks on the homeland our people will never be. But as you know, John, a lot of people harken back. To Joe Biden, the saying that the truth is I'm the only president of this century, this decade that doesn't have any troops dying anywhere in the world like he did, referring to Donald Trump when in fact that
was the case. And besides those 13 who died, 2 Navy Seals who were killed in January of 2024 while attempting to board a ship down for Yemen. And he has never clarified it himself or apologized for the those remarks himself. I know he he offered praise and recognition of the soldiers bravery three years ago but he has never corrected the record to say I was wrong and I was callously wrong what he was referring. To and he understands.
There were family members that. You know, that didn't like that. But what he was referring to was the fact that he ended America's longest war and that we don't have American troops, you know, on the ground in major waves fighting overseas wars. Now, that doesn't mean that we don't have troops in harm's way. Of course we do. We have some in Iraq. We have some in Syria. We have some at. Sea and. Certainly we have some in the air every single day and he knows that it's.
Very. Little comfort. Right. To those families, John, and I don't want to extend this beyond it's very little. Comfort because 13 service members did not come home. And we're still at war all. Over the globe. So he's acting like we got out of conflict. But what they've done under this administration, if they are held to account for the politics of the policies that they engaged in, and they should have some political accountability for it. They abandoned. People, they got people killed.
My friends have been in firefights right now, like running firefights over and over again. Still in Iraq, it's still ongoing. They're funding Iran. They've given them all this money. And then they're surprised that they're hacking and trying to put up assassins coming after Donald Trump. Are you serious? Like these are. Direct results of policy. So how about? Kamala, in her own words, how did she feel about that withdrawal? And by the way, they've agreed to do one sit down interview.
They said that they would do a sit down interview. They're going to do a sit down interview. They've got what, a day or two to do it? They're going to do it with Dana Bash. Isn't this Dana Bash? I think this is Dana Bash just made a really big decision. Afghanistan, yes. Were you the last? Person in the. Room, yes. And you feel comfortable. I do. And, and I, and I'm going to add to that. This is a president who has an extraordinary amount of courage. Oh, it was very courageous.
For him to abandon people and to destroy something over there, OK, well, that's who she's going to interview with. That's how she's going to give the the real truth to the American people. It's very simple. She's going to go to Dana Bash, a woman who softballed that as much as possible. How about, like, people actually died? Are you cool with that? Does that feel good? She came up laughing when she did the interview, coming off the plane on that same day.
And that's something. It's pretty wild. It makes sense, though. They don't like this country, so they're going to do this. We're back in this game again. This happened yesterday. Superseding indictment dropped by. Yeah. The supposedly unconstitutional, inappropriately appointed special counsel Jack Smith. Just going back to the same. Playbook do you know what it means when they do a superseding indictment and the subject is not in jail?
Usually when that happens, a superseding indictment, the person is already on conditional release or something like that. This is a totally new indictment basically of the same stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if they had to go reprocess him. Steve friend and I were talking about it. It's another stat for the FBI to get another arrest stat so they may go and make Donald Trump process again. I wouldn't be shocked FBI Gwen's special counsel gets their optics. You think this isn't about of
political prosecution? It actually should make it really sticky for her. It should actually play in his favor when he goes out and does a debate, assuming we do see that debate. The prosecutor said. That he's a candidate for president rather than describing him as the 45th president of the United States when they open up.
They also like made proclamations in the indictment that are supposed to be factual, which is to say that the election was fair and he used false information to discredit the election results. They didn't adjudicate that the election was fair. These are BS claims. The FBI ran away from that job. I've been telling some people privately about some of the stuff that happened during that time. It all goes back to COVID.
It all goes back to 2020 and in 2021, right after January 6th, we sat around a table, like eleven of us on my on my FBI squad. We were all surveillance guys and we had prior Marines, prior Army officers, prior Army enlisted, prior Marine Corps officers. A Ranger commander. A former HRT operator.
In the room. Combined, probably 200 year, I mean, like 150 to 200 years with the law enforcement experience, local law enforcement, state law enforcement, federal law enforcement, different federal agencies were all at the table. And we agreed 12:50 that Ashley Biden was shot in an unjustifiable manner according to the deadly force policy that we have to operate under. There's no way you can justify it. That was number one. And #2 we demanded some answers from our boss and said, listen,
this is not right. Whatever is going on, we are not as an organization investigating these credible claims of fraud, the FBI has a duty to the American people to get out there and do that damn job. Will you please go up the chain and find out what the Hell's happening? Because it wasn't our, it wasn't in our field office. It wasn't something we could do. And he did. And when he came back, and this is a brave person, somebody who's seen a lot of combat, was a very physically tough human
being. Was on operation Red. Wing looking for Marcus Luttrell like a solid, capable human being. We didn't agree on everything, but we did. Did I say Ashley? Babbitt or Ashley Biden, you guys are all freaking about it. Ashley Babbitt. That's what I meant. You know what I meant. I'm accountable for that shot. I will correct it. That's why I keep an eye on the the chat here. So he, he went up the chain and he came back down and he looked like someone slapped his pee
pee. That's what I would call that in the military when you get your pee pee slapped, when you come up and ask a question that the command structure says no. And you know who the top of our command structure was? A woman named Jennifer Lee Moore and Jennifer Lee Moore was the same woman that suspended me and suspended Garrett O Boyle and suspended Marcus Allen and suspended Steve Friend and got rid of all of us. She was the hatchet person for
the FBI. She was also in charge of intelligence on January 6th at the Washington Field Office. So it was her failure. F up, move up. Classic Peter Principle stuff. And she told him to mind. His his business and I transferred out of that division in March of 2021 and he transferred out a couple months later and he left the FBI before getting the pension and he went
off to do something else. And I haven't been in contact with him and I don't know and I'm not sure if I want to reach out to him, but he's welcome to reach out to me if he wants to. I just don't want to invade his privacy. But he. Left because I don't. Think he liked what he saw because he was a man of principle. He was also a guy that was like very skeptical of vaccines very early on.
I thought he was nuts in 2019 when he told me that 20/20/20 early on. And then you started seeing 2020 and I think I'm on his on his team right now. So that's something. He was right. So Aaron, I looked at you askance when you said that thing, you probably saw a lot of that. You're, you're surrounded by a lot better company now, people who have looked in and seen something similar things RFK included. So that's worth knowing they
really did something. And I don't like seeing a special counsel out there making proclamations in indictments. But that's what our judiciary. Is doing that's our that's our executive branch. Here's the judiciary. Katanji Brown, she's concerned about the Trump immunity ruling. They had to reinvent the indictment simply to be able to cover down on the Supreme Court's ruling, which is what made that thing basically null and void and mute and moot
rather. So there you have her, a woman who was sworn in while I was sitting in the Albuquerque field office. This is Biden's pick and she's advancing something. I'm going to play you something from Lawrence O'Donnell because it's very important that you understand these people hate America as it's designed, the constitutional Republic of America. They hate it, despise it. Before we do that, let me just.
Suggest arm yourself just in general, you should be prepared for all the outcomes and you'll see why I say that in a second. shieldarms.com promo code Kyle, you'll save yourself 5% because I don't know what we make off this other than they're a good company. They're on Montana based company in America. They're shooters, 4 shooters. They make shooter products. If you buy their rifles, you're not going to need to upgrade things, which is pretty cool.
You're going to buy something that is quite, quite good. Folding stock. ARS and 9mm and five 5-6 and so on. You can get them in pistol short barrels. You can buy them in rifles long like the regular 16 inch barrels and so on. They come pre visited with a adapter that's going to be able to look, you put a suppressor on there. They've already got muzzle devices, they've got upgraded triggers, they've got the ambidextrous stuff, outstanding
stuff. And then everyday I carry their magazines in my Glock 43 X, which is what I carry on a daily basis. You can get 15 rounds instead of 10. That's a game changer. A 50% upgrade in the number of rounds carried. So check themoutshieldarms.com, shieldarms.com promo code Kyle, if you forget, it's in the show descriptions. How about this? You ready? This is Lawrence O'Donnell. It's mainstream media. This is the non opposition part of it. This is the messaging part of it.
The Supreme Court is a problem. They're illegitimate. Why? Because American presidents who are Republicans were not elected by a majority. They were elected. They won in the in the the Electoral College, The way that our Constitution is written, they play by the rules, but we don't consider them correct because it's not democracy. This is a freaking radical take.
It's truly radical and it's normalizing something of stacking the courts, and you can only stack the courts if you get more people in office that decision. Was not a product of legal scholarship. That decision was a product of Republican convenience. Every justice who voted in support of that opinion is a Republican. Only one of those Republican justices was appointed by a president who entered the presidency by winning the most votes.
George HW Bush is the last Republican president who entered the presidency by winning the most votes. That was in 1988, and he gave us Clarence Thomas. If you lived in a democracy where the candidate with the most votes wins, there would be no other Republican justice currently serving on the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas would be the only one. The current composition of the Supreme Court stands in my view, and in my view alone, as a stain on America's claim to the world
that it is a democracy. In no other democracy in the 21st century would seven out of the 50 states decide presidential elections through an electoral contrivance created in a slave holding country 235 years ago, a contrivance they tried to make sound serious by calling it a college, the Electoral College. The Electoral College gave us this Supreme Court, not the voters.
And the Supreme Court has given Donald Trump his immunity, which in Jack Smith's interpretation of that immunity decision, still allows Donald Trump to be charged with all the crimes he committed while president that were not committed in his official capacity as president of the United States. And so the indictment stresses that Donald Trump and his Co conspirators, quote, were acting in a private capacity.
In the new indictment. All of Trump's Co conspirators are people who were blah blah blah. Blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. I'm going to speak like this because I'm wearing a suit and I have a blue tie on, which means I'm on your team and now I'm going to feed you the party line. The party line is exactly what you are meant to believe. And here this is officially approved by our sanctioned overlords. We are in a democracy that
should be ashamed of itself. And Clarence Thomas is the only legit Republican. Yeah we know bro, we love Clarence Thomas. Give me 9 Clarence Thomas's you racist asshole. That stuff is amazing. It's a slave holding. How dare they call themselves a democracy. We're not a democracy, you propagandist. You guys get this stuff. They're shoving this down the people on the left's throat. They're listening to this and that man has credibility.
Isn't it interesting that a white, like very wealthy, well dressed, sunny, chubby, non militant, educated dude sitting on a television screen is going to tell them how to think about slavery? What the hell are we talking about? It's 2024. We don't have any civics. We don't have anybody educating our kids. We've got trans agendas being pushed so they do not know. They don't even know. That they're being lied to and that this is a constitutional Republic. And the Constitution lays.
Out the rules, asshole. It lays out the rules. I cannot I'm I'm I'm infuriated by these people because they are going to do it again. You don't think so? They're. Going to do it again. Here's some evidence of that. This is the Secretary of State of Michigan. The Secretary of State turns out to be a pretty important position, we've found out, have
we not? They have like, all these powers over how the election actually gets certified and enforced and like, whether or not it's considered kosher and how they send along the slates and all this. The the Secretary of State actually has like a fairly unexpected amount of power. Do you know that I just showed you a second ago, Julie Kelly threw $6000 behind the leftist Secretary of State in Illinois. And. Helped to beat out the. Republican.
I'm just saying people put their money where their mouth is sometimes. This is Michigan Secretary of State telling you you better certify the election. Whether you like it or not, we're going to put you in jail if someone. Were to violate the law and not certify the election at the local level, we will come for you So any local certifier thinking of skirting the law and not certifying the vote, don't even think about it because
we'll get. Listen, that music, it itself, APD, we're going to come and get you. Little threats of tyranny, little threats of violence. We've already used all of our police to do bad things. Really. That's what we're living with, people. You think these people are going to let an election happen? They just got smacked. By the Supreme Court of the United States.
And a guy who's already. Been ruled as not a legitimate prosecutor underneath the way the law requires him to be set up. Went back and put another indictment in, which means more lawfare, more money, more time away from a campaign, more distractions.
And more pushing back. On the idea that the president doesn't have a meeting, but the DOJ has the ability as part of the executive branch to just rule by Fiat and say what isn't what has not been legislated because it hasn't been legislated and it hasn't been adjudicated. That election was was not investigated the way that you would want it to be. And the only reason that you want to keep that stuff is because you're bearing something. And you know what else they're
bearing? The incapability of this woman Kamala, who is very good on script. As I mentioned the other day, she was very good, but she's atrocious on the fly, absolutely terrible. And so that's why they want to have a sit down interview. She's going to do a sit down interview. Actually, I think I have a slide on this. Oh, yeah, there it is. Harrison Waltz. They agreed to do a sit down interview with Dana Bash on CNN. It's going to be she needs A tag team.
She needs a buddy. This is like the the interview maybe that the that the guys from Step Brothers did where it's like, hello, Miss lady. Like they're both wearing tuxedos for some reason. Applying for an hourly job. That's what this is. You need, you need a waltz to sit next to. You need the coach. I need my coach behind me. He's going to sit right next to me and help me do this interview. It's going to be taped so they can edit it later. So it's going to make her look the best.
She needs an old white man next to her. Yeah. As a as a black woman who can't stand on her own. I don't know. Kind of goes against everything they say. Here's Kamala Harris talking about DEI on the fly. And what? Does it sound like? Word salad nonsense. Can't stay on the issue, can't answer the simple question being asked. That's why she has to have a buddy. That's why she's going to do tag team on a one man match.
On a different front, access this week reported that President Trump if he gets a second term will sort of dial back for like a better term. DEI programs that the by administration has put in fourth. Obviously I know you disagree with that. I obviously believe that you don't want him to get a second term. That said, if that does happen, what do you think that would do to race relations in this country? Well, let me. Say we're going to win, so it's not going to happen.
But I think that, listen, we today is actually, I believe an anniversary in terms of Doctor King, right? And, and we'd, I was just in Selma and we celebrated it well acknowledged the 59th anniversary of, of Bloody Sunday. I think it's really important that we as Americans always embrace our history, the parts that we're proud of and the parts that we're not proud of,
but that we can't forget. And we should all agree that we should teach history, We should learn history if we're to ever have an accurate idea of where we want to go and where we don't want to go in the future. And that means also acknowledging the importance of diversity. It means acknowledging the importance of, of, of the fact that everyone should have equal opportunity to compete and, and
equity. And then of course, inclusion that, you know, hey, let's look around the room and see who's not here. And did we leave the door open and like, hey, like. We're just like these regular cool people and we're just going to force this stuff down your throat. It's interesting, Robbie Starbucks been doing pretty, pretty interesting work. If you guys follow him on Twitter, you'll see some of the
things he's been doing. He's been punching down on on Harley-Davidson. He's gone after Tractor Supply, he's gone after John Deere. All these like policies, these like real American sounding brands were like real blue collar Americans that work with their hands would go.
Like masculine men? Kind of things and they've tried to feminize these brands and he's been pushing back on it in kind of an interesting way and he's been winning, which is amazing because these influence campaigns are basically saying, hey, a holes, it's real simple. The people who buy your products don't agree with your BS, so stop it. Make it stop. It's not a winner and. That is why I think Mark Zuckerberg is out there looking at the the data that's coming in from Meta.
It's why I think they're seeing the Instagram stuff and going, man, this anti diversity thing actually flies because we're more about meritocracy here. We are not a democracy. We should. Be a meritocracy. Based constitutional Republic and if you have skill sets then you should be able to use them. And we don't need you to shove it down our throats that we're supposed to believe something if we don't believe it because it doesn't stand on its own merit.
The idea loses in the marketplace of ideas. It competes and loses. Unless you do communism. Which means I'm going to choose who the winners and losers are before the debate is had. If you have the debate about DEI garbage or meritocracy, Meritocracy wins in the market. Because people don't want a doctor that was chosen based on skin color or based on their sexual preference.
They don't want a pilot chosen on those things, and they don't want to go buy a tractor from someone that doesn't know anything about tractors. But is it like an expert on cutting off genitals of little kids? All of that stuff is insane. So good for Robbie Starbuck. I will say I wish Robbie would get a haircut. That's maybe just the military guy and me, the law enforcement,
law and order kind of guy. Unless your name is Lorenzo Lamas, you should not be a man with a ponytail, especially if your space looks that soft. Only Lorenzo Lamas can pull off it. And you got to be driving a Harley. You got to be riding a Harley around the country. And they made Harley gay for a little bit. We've seen some people do some funny things like destroy Harley, shoot it with 50 cows, mini guns and so on. It's a statement that Americans
still have some balls. Women, you know what I'm talking about. It's not excluding you, but here's somebody that doesn't have any balls. This is one of the senior advisors to the Kamala campaign, apparently, and I want to play it for you because they're claiming they really want a debate. Please let it happen. It doesn't matter what the what the format is. A debate against Donald Trump by this woman who's not on a script will be very dangerous for her.
I hope. I hope he just eats her alive. Only because I want to see it. But this guy says they have a real debate and they want to see the real Trump and they want to, like, let the American people decide. That's why they want to do a real unscripted interview, except they need A tag team, and it's Dana Bash.
Well, the vice president thinks that the American people deserve a real debate where the candidates can go back and forth in real exchanges to talk about the issues that matter and to respond in real time to what you would see from President Trump,
outlandish lies and attacks. And so we want that opportunity for the American people to see Donald Trump for who he is, not censored, not muted, but the unfettered guy that he is going to be if he becomes president again, especially now that we know the Supreme Court has given him the authority to have unfettered power. Oh, OK. The Supreme Court gave him. Unfettered power, No.
The Supreme Court said that there is a certain thing that's known as executive privilege, and executive immunity is obviously the case. It's the reason why the AG has the ability to allow certain illegal activities to take place in order to get a prosecution. By the way, the FBI actually went along with doing that very recently, and it included letting somebody into this country from Pakistan who was supposedly going to go and kill Donald Trump.
They did that because. Otherwise, illegal activity is allowed under executive authorities. There's obviously executive authorities. They've used them. Biden has used them. It's disingenuous to argue otherwise. In any case they want. A real debate. The funny thing is, is Trump actually put out the real debate? What? It should be I. Assume he will take a lot of
these positions. This is what it happens if you do it about the issues and you let Kamala Harris debate the only person who should be dumb enough to have to deal with her and that's Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris V Kamala Harris in a Trump political ad. We don't play a lot of political ads simply because I think that they are pushing an agenda. This one pushes my thoughts as well.
She's a dim bulb, especially when you hold her up against her own record, which is flip floppy as we talked about on the border wall. There's many other issues. She has a real hard time defending the economy. She is essentially an incumbent running against her own administration that she is a part of trying to argue that she's an agent for change. We cannot let them have it like the cake and eat it too sort of scenario. So enjoy this. This is quite fun.
Everyday prices. Are too high Food, rent, gas, back to school clothes. That is called Bionomics. A loaf of bread cost 50% more today. Ground beef is up almost 50%. There's not much left at the end of the month. Bionomics is working. The price of housing has gone up. It feels so hard to just be able to get ahead. And we are very proud of Bionomics, they are. Very proud of it. So let them stand on their
record. It's like, how are you proud of your work as vice president and what your administration has accomplished? Yes, great. I'd like to talk about your record. You guys just had housing or you just had jobs numbers readjusted downward by 800,000 plus jobs. So you just made-up facts and had the government release them to try to strengthen your claim. The economy is not garbage, but the economy is is not good.
That's why you guys are having to talk about a housing shortage and giving illegal immigrants money to buy houses in California. My buddy Alpha Alpha Luna hit me up yesterday and he's like, there's a program that if you leave this, if you like, if you're an illegal immigrant in California, they're going to give state money and they'll give you up to $150,000 state backed. That's the same deal you get by the way of being a flippin veteran. That's what the VA does for you.
They're going to do that for people that don't even have citizenship in this country, let alone serve this country. You got to be shitting me like I don't know any way around it. I'm going to do my best to do less swearing. This is maybe the last time if I can help it. I don't want to do it on these shows anymore because it feels like it lets them have control of the emotion, but I don't want to be emotional. But man, just think about that.
Giving illegal aliens in this country the same benefits for housing under the State of California's policy to the federal government gives veterans who are maybe injured, who has a disability, and that's where you get that sort of veterans benefit. It is so nauseating. That these people did that, it's so unpleasant to know that that is the way that they're going to run this game. So let her stand on her record and hold up the truth, the actual truth, the inconvenient truth to the left.
Sometimes the inconvenient truth to the right. Like I said, that's what we want to be about here. That's what I'm interested in. I'm going to give you guys a. Pilot A5 Star review and this another truth that we brought to you which is that if you are being sold a gold IRA, someone is making an awful lot of money off it. Do not accept fake scarcity claims and make sure that you have listened to that episode that we did. It's episode 372. It's with the president.
The owner, I like somebody doesn't call himself the president, CEO or the director of the board or whatever. He's the president and he's the owner of Miles Franklin. His name is Andy Scheckman and he's excellent and he's very, very sharp. We talked about a little bit about the the world and the and the money system in the world. But mostly, we talked. About how people get scammed and those companies are out there and I don't know the names of
all of them. And even my mother was hitting me up yesterday and asked me like, what about this company? I don't know all the names of them. If they're trying to sell you a fake scarce coin for 100 to 200% over the spot value of gold as a single asset, then you are getting scammed and everybody's going to profit from your money. It's going to be influencers. They get some of your money. It's going to be the president of that company. They get some of your money. It's going to be the
salesperson. They get some of your money. And they're going to basically take half of your retirement account, your IRA, and they're going to divide it amongst themselves and they're going to give you the other half and hope that you basically don't die or they don't care. It's an it's an uncomfortable truth. This is coming from I. Don't know how to pronounce whatever this one one YLDNDNDN episode 372 five stars. Excellent information about gold Iras and how the gold business
is ran is run. You need to listen to this episode if you're looking to get into buying precious metals. We agree with that. Thank you for sharing that five star view. You'll be surprised maybe because I grew up in an era of mindfulness, maybe because I grew up in an era when just at the, I was just at the end of the this little time of people who didn't have a cell phone in their pocket. I don't think I had my first smartphone until after I was in my mid or late 20s. I had a flip phone for sure when I was in the military at 27. So I actually did get to live a time that was a little bit different.
It's more like my, my elders than my those younger than you. And if you don't know what mindfulness is. This guy's going to give you a. Crash course. There's some swearing in this. You've been warned. This is not my take. This is a comedian. He seems a lot like Bill Burr. He sounds like Bill Burr, which means I love him. Enjoy this little palate cleanse for the day. Because nobody when I was a teenager mentioned the word mindfulness.
And do you know why that was? Because we were mindful half of every fucking day. Because we didn't have a choice. We didn't have a fucking cable service in our fucking pocket. Waited for somebody. You waited. Mindfulness, you were on the bus. You're. On the bus watching condensation drip. Mindfulness. I didn't realize I was like a fucking guru before I got a cell phone. You want to return to VHS? You got to rewind that shit. Mindfulness. Have you ever rewound anything in your life?
You are the post rewind. Generation and I'm not judging you, I'm just saying that there were times when we were forced to be with ourselves, Phil. I used to take a shit just. Shit, I can't remember the last. Time I just took a shit. It was definitely over a decade ago. Is he right? The post rewind generation. That's what they're marketing towards. The people that have never sat still with their own thoughts. How many times have you guys sat in a waiting room?
I've done it for hours. I remember watching a clock spin around when I was in the military, just going in circles. I wasn't even allowed to have a phone on me at that time. Watching it go around 3 hours waiting for some doctor or something. Just playing Tiddlywinks in my mind. It's a thing. It made us a little bit of a different animal. Some of us can endure a little bit more.
Psychological torture is not what it was to the other people that were younger than me, I'll tell you that much. When I went through Sears school, standing in a box was not a big deal. I stood in the box for like 48 hours by myself with nothing but my thoughts and it didn't bother me a little bit. But we are all getting more conditioned to being less mindful. So there you go. We used to be all gurus, Gen. X and before, and I'm right on the tail end of what that should
have been. So anyhow, thanks for joining us today. I do appreciate it. I hope you guys will share the show. I hope you like it. If you did, make sure you hit the thumbs up button on wherever you're watching it. Share it around if you Cho choose or interested in the truth. As best as I can approximate it, it will never be perfect. I will do my best to get there. But if you're not, it's. Probably not the show for you. That's OK Join us over on locals, Kyle serafin.com.
