Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot prepared to embrace the uncomfortable truth. Because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiasts, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Well, hello and good morning, my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show. Today's Tuesday. It's September the 24th and
we're live right now. For those of you who are joining us after the fact, I've got one video today that I'm going to cut out. I'm going to let you know right up front, we've got some noise that is Joe Biden wandering around. And why is Joe Biden wandering around on the tarmac in a video that I want to play? It's because we're going to talk about the legacy. I keep doing these throwbacks. I did one last week as well.
Number one, I'm, I'm shocked that every time I think about it and I have to remember that Joe Biden is the one who's apparently the president. He's just kind of disappeared in the news cycle and he's back. He's back in, at this moment, he is going to burnish another word for Polish his legacy. But you know what they say about polishing a turd, right? It just destroys the hanky that you're using. Joe Biden is going to speak to the UN. And it made me do a little bit of a retrospective.
I don't know that anybody out there has not figured out what they're about. In fact, I've talked to some folks who are social media analysts and people that do policy analysis, and they basically said that whatever people have decided, they've already decided. If you're a Kamala person, it's happening because you were a Biden person, that she might have picked up a couple. But there's not a lot of votes that are out there that are in
play. There's not a lot of people out there that are undecided at this point. Most people have an opinion about Donald Trump and they've had an opinion for quite a long time. And the people that were up for grabs, they've been grabbed. So now it's just a matter of getting people out to the door, out the door and into the voting booths. Assuming that we have anything that resembles a normal election that's going to be critical turn out.
I'm not hearing that Donald Trump has a good ground game right now. It doesn't sound like there's people knocking on doors. So if that's something that you're interested in doing, you need to find a way to go out there and do that. But let's talk about a couple of really easy reasons to motivate people. They may not be changing their mind, but if people are looking for a reason to go out and vote, I've got a few and I'm going to
share them with you today. Today's program in part is brought to you by you, our viewers who go to kyleserafin.com and sign up for our local channel. I'm really appreciate it for all of you that are over there. Got some neat stuff that's coming in. The equipment is mostly here. Just talked to George Hill. He's like, we need to go on a hunt and we need to bring all your gear with me. And it's like I actually have the gear now. It'll fit in a Pelican case.
We can go do that. If you guys want to join us, go do it at kyleserafin.com. Sign up for the local channel. You can do it as part of the free community. You can do it as part of the paid community. Take your pick. And I also want to say thanks to my buddies over at Patriot Coolers who continue to be a great sponsor of ours. Patriot coolers.com is the website. Go check it out. It's a fantastic looking website. They've got great looking products and I have a bunch of
them. I just, every time I look around, I have more of them. I've got their hard coolers, I've got their soft coolers, I've got their tumblers, got their coffee mugs. I have some of their hats sitting in, Although I don't wear a ton of hats these days. Mostly I wear suspendables hats. But check out Patriot coolers.com. Use the promo code KYLEKYLE. Saves you 10 percent, 50 bucks or more. You're going to get free shipping. The the spill proof lids are legit.
The design is really good and I just had noticed yesterday that my major, which is their 40 oz monster cup, it's got this big circular handle. That thing is coming in and I will have one of those to show you guys fairly soon should be customized as well. Laser etching pretty good stuff. Anyway, Patriot coolers.com promo code Kyle and let's get right into today's program. So there it is. This is what led me to this little trip down memory Rd.
It's ACNN article. Biden looks to burnish foreign policy legacy as the at the UN as leaders grapple with a world on fire. Yeah, why is that world on fire? It turns out that if the leadership in the United States is weak, the world suffers and has. And that's been pretty clear. One of the most amazing things about running AVP candidate after they had to drop Joe Biden because he was terrible in debate.
One of the things that's really wild, I guess, is that she's running against her own administration while running on behalf of her administration. That seems really hard to do. It seems like a difficult way to go about things. You have to tell people that you're going to do a better job.
This is that whole concept. I understand that it comes from Karl Marx or that it's a paraphrase of Karl Marx, But the idea that you're going to imagine what can be, that you could be great even though you should be burdened by what you've done as AVP, as your administration, and that they haven't done a terrific job. CNN talking about burnishing a foreign policy legacy. And then every single front page, they're all about war. There's wars that are happening.
We've had conflicts with Yemen. There have been pirates, not of the fun kinds of the Caribbean, but pirates out there running around in the Indian Ocean and off the coast of Africa. You've got people that are trying to take over ships. You have the the Iranians picking up a nuclear program from a lot of money, which we're going to cover, but a lot of money given or unlocked by the Biden administration. You have the emboldening of various terrorist groups.
Hamas decided to go in October last year. We're coming up on the the one year anniversary of that conflict. I had to look at the at the date. Yeah, we got, you know, the Palestinian terrorist group marching into Israel. Then you have Hezbollah in Lebanon. It's just it's a mess. Oh, not to forget, Zelensky is in the United States campaigning on behalf of the Biden administration somehow. And they're all pushing this, this legacy at the UN General Assembly.
So I want to read a couple little pieces here. It says after more than 5 decades at the forefront of the United States foreign policy, Joe Biden may have hoped to use his speech to over 100 world leaders, who I assume will be snoozing because it's so boring at the UN General Assembly in New York, to burnish both his legacy and the country's leadership on the world stage. But even CNN has to call the stuff out. Here's their here's their
headline again. But in an escalation of what was already a major crisis in the Middle East. It means the world will be listening for short term solutions. On top of the capstone remarks on how his presidency will be regarded by history, senior administration officials acknowledge that Biden must confront the reality that Israel carries out Extensive military strikes in Lebanon so far have killed hundreds, including children. Oh, they got that lefty lean in
there, don't they? They also targeted a lot of members of Hezbollah, which is pretty brilliant. I don't know if you guys were tracking what they did, but the, the pager thing, right? Like can we, can we go down the, the, the rabbit hole this for a second? Apparently like a 15 year op. The amount of patience it takes to unleash a 15 year op requires a certain amount of incredible focus that you don't see other countries doing, at least not in
recent memory. 15 years to plan and own the logistical chain to be able to create a beeper that goes out there and at what, at the right moment, it explodes and kills a bunch of people that were associated with with Hezbollah. And how do we know that? Because it's 2024 and there's better technology all over the globe. Whether you're a broke wannabe assassin of Donald Trump or you're a person living in Lebanon OR you're in Palestine,
you have access to a cell phone. And so they sent these beepers and the beepers blew up and people went, oh God, what are we going to do? Hence the cold open we did the other day showing that the electronics were terrifying. And then they went to these two way like Nextel style comms and those blew up. So that drove that drove them into an in person meeting of 10 senior leaders of Hezbollah, which is real, then tactically and targeted and bombed.
Kind of awesome. One, you just said you don't mess with the Zohan. I was. I might be the only person who really liked that movie. I would watch it again. It's actually back on my list. I'm going to go put that on my list of things to watch over the next couple days. Yeah, you don't mess with them. It's brilliant. It's brilliant stuff to get your
enemy. Basically, you give them a bunch of distractionary things that drive them to the place where you want them to be and then you cut off the head of the snake. So that's going on whether you like it or not, whether you agree with what Israel did or not. It's ongoing. And it becomes very obvious that weak leadership in the United States causes significant problems and instability around the globe.
So you have all these problems and these problems can be directly pinned on bad foreign policy. We've been dealing with domestic policy quite a bit. That's mostly what I'm interested in because I live in America and I just don't actually care that much. I'm but I'm more and more concerned about people getting sent overseas. I'm more and more concerned about my friends that are involved in special operations. And I do have buddies in that community still, and they're the
ones who feel the brunt of this. I feel a little bit concerned that Kamala Harris got up on a debate stage and claimed that there were no troops in active war zones when my friends just got back from Iraq, where they had significant kinetic involvements. So they're out there and they're doing the work that that the United States military always
does. And it's easy to forget about it when you're worried about the domestic policies, like an invasion over the southern border or you're worried about immigration, if you're worried about inflation or money being worthless and the amount of debt. Yeah. So here you have it. This one is coming in from ABC. Again, all all of the major news agencies had to cover down of this. Actually, this is another CNNP. So ABC covered it talking about the final speech of the General Assembly.
Same story from CBS and then CNN officials work feverishly to stop the Israel Hezbollah confrontation from spiraling into a regional war. This is the the legacy of Joe Biden, whether he likes it or not. He doesn't get a real choice on how to define it when there is active burning and smoke and rubble, when there are people that are bleeding and dying around the country, around the world. Rather, because the man didn't have a strong hand, He didn't, he didn't jump into that office
and do it definitively. In fact, I have this video and I, I hadn't seen this one before. There's a lot of like flubs of Joe Biden, but this little video clip is how I imagine this speech is going to go. I've got another one from the DNC where he kind of does his like final moment thing. He's trying to Polish his legacy at the DNC. That's a friendly crowd. This was a crowd of people sitting outdoors and basically he doesn't know who he's introducing and he's pissed.
And the person that he's introducing is a national, I'm sorry, an international leader of one of the largest countries in the world and is sitting directly behind him. He must have seen him on the way in. He has to have. How about this? Who am I introducing next? I want to thank you all for being here and now. Who am I introducing next? Who's next? Distinguished guests The Prime Minister of the Republic of India. How bad was the pucker factor of that girl that wasn't planning
on getting on the microphone? Because he's like, who's next? He's looking around and yeah, the Prime Minister of India was sitting right behind you, dude. That was who is next. How did he not know that? Can you imagine him just looking out there in the sea of like unfamiliar faces at the at the UN General Assembly? He's going to go out there and he's going to try to basically lie to them.
He's giving a speech to basically the American people at this point because nobody in the world is looking around and going like, yeah, this guy's got great leadership and he's going to do a great job. Maybe it's because he's been arming terrorists because he's confused and it's obvious to all of them and has been for a number of different engagements overseas. I got this little one here. This is a gem coming from the New York Times, the US.
This is going. Let me see how far back we had to go. We only had to go back to August of 2023. Just over a year ago, the United States reaches a deal with Iran to free Americans for jailed Iranians and funds. That's when we got 5 American detainees. They're allowed to leave, and they unlocked $6 billion in money that was held under sanctions, and it's for humanitarian purposes. The funny thing about money, we always talk about it being
fungible. If you're not familiar with the concept, it basically means that $1.00 is as good as any other dollar. Your money is as good in one thing as it is in another thing. And if I give you a certain amount of money, if I give you $100 and you use that $100 to go by the thing that I tell you that it was for. Let's say I gave you $100 that you could go to the store and buy groceries and you turn around and use it for groceries. But it frees up another $100 that you would have had to use
for groceries to go buy meth. Am I not funding your meth habit? So if I give you $6 billion that has been locked up because you've been a terroristic state, and I go, OK, fine. I'm going to unlock the $6 billion that has been that's been under lock and key internationally. I'm going to allow it to flow to you, but it's only to be used for humanitarian purposes.
And Iran goes, oh, absolutely. But now that $6 billion that they're going to have to use for infrastructure or for hospitals or for whatever it was that they were going to use can now be used. The other $6 billion that's not going to be spent on that stuff will now be used on enriching uranium and creating a nuclear weapons program. You remember the whole thing? I it's become kind of a, it's like a joke at this point. We do not negotiate with
terrorists. We had Harrison Ford say it in that movie Air Force One. We had George Bush sort of say the same kind of idea. This was this American policy that we don't negotiate with terrorists, except when you decide to release a lot of money. I'm being more disciplined, a lot of money for five people. I'm sure those lives are infinitely better coming back home than not being there. But man, seems like $6 billion
is a pretty one sided trade. What we've seen his legacy is being a horrifically bad, a terrible negotiator. I think that's been pretty obvious. We've seen it with Russia. We've seen it with Iran. That's not what Barack Obama thinks though. Barack Obama thinks that Joe Biden, for all of his faults, he defended democracy. No idea what that means.
No idea what defending democracy, actually what the tangible aspects of it. And we keep seeing this over and over again, buzzwords, sound bites, sort of feel good phrases and and marketing ploys. But what did Joe Biden actually do when it comes to quote UN quote democracy? He seems to have divided this country at a level that I can't imagine. And on the foreign stage, he's weakened us at a level that makes our friends unsafe as they travel around the world. Barack Obama, Here's his two
cents. And by the way, I think he believes himself. That's why he's a better actor than any of the other ones out there. History will remember Joe Biden as an outstanding president who defended democracy at a moment of great danger. And I am proud to call him my president. But I am even prouder to call him my friend. So proud, so proud. How can Iran use the $6 billion that was involved in this hostage exchange? They can only use them to be paid.
They can only use it to pay for vetted third party vendors and food and medicine and products that are agricultural in nature that go to Iran over a period of years. And if there's any diversion in these funds, then we'll know it says the White House coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa. That's the only way that they're going to be able to use that money.
And yet as Joe is defending democracy, he's also funding this America hating terrorist state that continues to go out there and do the thing that they do, which is take that money and say, yes, we'll happily use it for food and products and medicine. And by the way, when you think about what it takes to put a military force in the field or to operate any kind of kinetic terrorist or armed uprising anywhere, what does it take? Logistics.
It takes money, it takes food, it takes comms, it takes potentially emergency medicine to keep these people going. We're going to talk at the end of the program about the would be Trump assassin who had a plan. All those things take money. So freeing up money that is Joe Biden's legacy and then also giving our money away, not just money that we allowed other places to have, legitimately
giving our money away. There was a video that went viral and I'm not going to play it because it's not really particularly interesting when it comes to the it's visual, but it's not, there's no audio to it that that matters. We had people in Pennsylvania, one of the critical swing states, that were hanging out with this guy, Vladimir Zelinsky, the president of Ukraine, the guy that was playing Dick Chops where he was hammering his his member on a
piano not very long ago. Now he's a like a war president. He's an actor and he always appears in a military uniform. There's no particular reason why he's he's an actor in the same way. A lot of other people, they just get excited about the role and then they just play it. Has he been a hero? Not to my knowledge. Has he ever understood anything about tactics or engagements? I don't know. He seems to be a pretty good puppet and he seems to be pretty good at receiving a lot like
billions and billions of U.S. dollars as well as munitions and other things. The problem is, is that even folks that I talked to, and this is not all that recent anymore, the people that I talked to that went to Ukraine, they didn't see these munitions showing up on the front lines. They didn't see like, the effect of U.S. dollars flooding into that country. And then you see that they're still having nightclubs, that people are still living regular parts. So it's not like it's an
entirely wartime footing. Like, we imagine that everybody is hunkering down in bunkers. You keep seeing these videos of, of younger people. And I'm glad that they're doing it because I don't want to go over there. I've got kids and I've got a family. I have no interest in going to Ukraine. But they go over to Ukraine and they check it out and they go, oh, yeah, look, there's nightclubs, there's grocery stores. There are people that are
walking around in the streets. It's not all air raids and bombs. There's regular life going on. People are just chilling. And we're funding it and paying their pensions. So that is also part of Joe Biden's legacy. And this one's coming from ABC News Zelensky says he has a plan, a victory plan, and he's going to present it to Biden. And he sat down with Good Morning America. Because it's totally normal for
some propped up dictator. And yeah, he's a dictator at this point because they've actually eliminated all the elections over there, have they not? They've eliminated the elections because the war, the war that happened on Biden's watch one year in yet another one. The legacy. I mean, I, I would say it's a legacy of ashes, but that's already a book about the CIA. So, so we have this, this this sort of Eastern European gangster type who's also likes to run around in skin colored
onesies. And he's going to give Good Morning America because Americans are so interested in Ukrainian politics that they're going to feature him on a morning show. It's not like they're going to sit down with the Donald Trump, are they? And actually talk about things in the United States. It's a shiny object and it continues to distract. It's ongoing. Maybe it has to distract because it's the same reason why we have a Kamala Harris running.
Look at this nonsense. This is the actual, I think, legacy of those of us who will remember Joe Biden, will remember him wandering, confused, looking around and thinking, which one of these is my car? How do I go home? I'm going to cut this out of the audio show only because it's about a minute of him wandering around. But I just, I'm just saying this is the actual Joe Biden legacy most of us remember. In addition to all the bad stuff.
This is him at his best when he's not causing any problems. He's just confused. Did you hear him? The press is like, hey, do you have any response to Chuck Schumer? And he's like, thumbs up corn. Julio, let me just let me just throw this hoodie over my head and slowly walk my way in there. Does he even know what where he landed or that he landed? Does he know what happened? It's it's hard to imagine that that's the person that's running the United States. But listen, that video footage
is available all over the world. That's the brilliance of the Internet. And if that's the case, you think world leaders didn't go like, we can do anything we want. We can and we will, which is maybe why when he tells you that he's given America his best. I don't disagree. At 80 something years old, he's doing the best he can do. It's just not good enough and it hasn't been good enough for the entire for the entire time he's
been in office. He ran a basement campaign in got installed in in 2021 and basically sucked at it and a lot of people died over it. He can't even deliver his speech at the the the DNC where they're supposed to be. The moment. The one thing you're supposed to be able to do is the little Doctor Seuss rhyme that he has at the end here. I'm going to play you that as well, the Doctor Seuss rhyme. And I can only imagine that this UN speech will be equally bad. They'll cut away from it.
This is a like best of clip. I went looking for Joe Biden legacy like best of clips and this is some of the best. He did the work of centuries. He gave America his best. You tell me. The work and prayers of centuries have brought us to this day. What shall our legacy, our legacy, be? What will our children say? Let me know in my heart when my days are through. America. America, I gave my best to you. I mean, we know it's just wasn't
that good and legacy. Is that the stutter that I've always been hearing hearing about? Has anyone actually seen the stutter in decades? It only comes out when you make fun of the fact that he doesn't know what he's saying anymore, that he's confused. So as this goes on, this is the motivational, this is the reason that you're you should be motivated to go out and get people to the polls. Like I said, I don't think there's a lot of evidence that that there's any undecided
voters out there at this point. I just don't think there are. I think that people have made-up their mind. They figured out what they're into and the question is, will they or will they not show up? So that's where it has to come down to. Will they be out there doing the pulling the lever or are they just going to stay at home because it's not that interesting? They're kind of bored, They're sick of it. Couple of things should should motivate people, at least in my
take. And those things are. I don't want to hear about racism for the next 4 years. I don't know if you do, but I don't. I don't want to hear about everything. Everything you disagree with is racist. That sounds terrible. And I also don't want a continuation of this. So people just need to be reminded of some of the worst. Here was a a little tarmac scene as well where Joe got to actually name his legacy. People asked him, what do you want to be remembered for?
He owned it, the environment and the economy. So we'll, we'll play that a little bit about the economy in a second. But this is the way he says it, which again, just remember, the lady who is running right now hid this, covered for this and up until the day before he was removed in that little coup they did said that he was a brilliant and amazing capable person. The economy environment. Small thing. He cured, cured the economy. What has cured the economy means?
Have we ever had someone that was that bad in that office? What he's done is he's shown that Americans are not serious people because they have unserious people as leaders. And they've also done this. This is another thing. Iran got $10 billion in this particular situation. This comes from November of last year, dated November 15th. They extended the sanctions waiver and they allowed now $10 billion from electricity revenue that was held in escrow in Iraq.
This is like a a Gulf War holdover. That's a lot of money to do a lot of things. And what can they do with it? As this organization, which is called FDD, that's the foundation for the defense of democracy. You know, the thing that Joe Biden is defending? He's defending democracy, except that he's not, except that he's releasing funds. His foreign policy goes right here funding terrorist groups. I'll just read it to you. Iran has armed and funded
terrorist group for years. Iran provides Hamas, Oh, coming up on the one year of October 7th. So there you go, $100 million annually and about $700 million per year to Hezbollah. So that's almost a billion dollars. So we just funded those organizations at Iran's current rates for the next like decade and a half. And it's there in addition to numerous other terrorist groups in Iraq. Do we have people fighting there? Yes, Syria. Do we have people that are
engaged in conflict in Syria? Yes. Lebanon, how about that? Probably at this point. Yemen, definitely. It funds groups like the Hutis in Yemen and Hezbollah in in Lebanon. Advanced weaponry for Tehran itself. Like this is not even talking about what Iran can do with the money itself. And it funds all their proxies that have attacked American forces 55 times. In this case, they're talking about in the last 30 days in
those regions. Because unlike what Kamala Harris said, there are active war zones, There are active conflicts that the United States has troops deployed to. And maybe they don't even know. Maybe Joe doesn't even know. I would imagine that Kamala should, but maybe she doesn't either. So let's remember the real legacy 'cause this is the one that I will never be able to forget. And it's been far enough in the new cycle that we should re remind ourselves.
One of the reasons that I no longer work for the FBI is because I brought forward whistleblowing activity. And some of that whistleblowing activity, government malfeasance, was that we had people that were not being accounted for being flown in from Afghanistan. Do you remember we took in like 100,000 Afghan parolees is what they called them and a whole bunch of them and just walked
off to the US with no paperwork. They didn't get accepted by the State Department. I saw that there was an entire enclave that was being ignored by the US military of guys that as far as I could tell, and based on what people on the camp were telling me, we're working with the CIA or they were actually CIA case officers. They were running sources within the camp, which they were not supposed to be doing. And I brought this to members of Congress attention.
What did that pull out look like? I will never forget this. The probably the same way people remember the fall of Saigon and seeing American helicopters lifting off the embassy before it felt like literally as it was falling. I will never be able to forget people falling off US Air Force transport jets that are trying to fly out at the last moment and people holding on to the the the wheels like this. Do you know how that video ends?
It ends with some of those people falling to their death from thousands of feet. And do I care about those people that much? Not really, honestly. Those people made terrible decisions. They didn't understand how a plane worked.
I guess that's OK. What I remember is that the pilots that were flying them had to drive down the runway and taxi and then take off with hundreds if not thousands of people on it. And some of those people clung to the landing gear and fell to their deaths, which is pretty awful. And the cameras caught it and they stopped playing it. They're not playing it every single minute. This should be the another line
of of ads that should be run. And maybe one of the reasons that we're not seeing as many ads from Donald Trump is because they're really wealthy people. They want to Kamala Harris. And that should tell you something too, because one of the legacies of the Obama to Biden to Harris hand off, which would have included Hillary, Hillary Clinton as well.
One of the legacies is moving the Democrat party so far away from the working class and the people that they claim to represent, the union types, the people that have like blue collar and no collar jobs. It is a complete transition. How do I know? Look at this, this is coming from is this, this is an ABC article. Harris raises $27 million in New York fundraiser. Do you know what screams every man regular people to me? Going to a fundraising dinner in New York City and pulling in $27
million in a night. That's what normal people can go do. I mean, think about it. I was thrilled that I was able to raise $600,000 for a couple of my buddies that had their jobs taken, that they lost their jobs for doing something that was righteous and they didn't get paid for like 2 years. Kamala Harris strolls in and people who are multi millionaires and billionaires wrote checks totaling $27 million in a night. And that's somehow going to be good for our economy.
How is it going to be good for our economy? Because it only favors those that are Uber wealthy. The kind of people that can write those checks are the kind of people that benefit from it. And if there are regular people out there that are worried about like, I don't know, something stupid like abortion, if they're worried about something that doesn't make any sense, like how you treat immigrants, immigrants rights. Look at this polling also from ABC showing Trump up by 5 in Arizona.
That's interesting. Remember, unless Fox News calls it too early, same story up by two in North Carolina. The polling kind of irrelevant. What I'm interested in is what voters think about when they think about who they trust on the issues. When it comes to the immigration issue, the people that are flooding the southern border and basically putting downward pressure on jobs, 54% to 33% lean towards Trump. That makes a lot of sense. The economy 50% to 41%. I don't know who that 41% is.
About to play you a little video clip of that as well. Is that, how is that possible that almost half of this country thinks that Harris would be decent on the economy? Is it because she talks in platitudes with no plans? Maybe so. But then there's like nonsensical issues like abortion, the ability to kill your baby, which is a state's issue. At this point. It actually should be a non issue. It should be don't do it.
And then 30% of people think that Donald Trump will be OK on immigrant rights, like immigrant rights. What the F are we talking about? We're talking about being president of America. Like coming into the United States is a is not a right. There is no right and you have no rights. Welcome to the program. Get in line, wait your turn and then be grateful. You have to be just suicidally empathetic.
You have to be completely unhinged and disconnected from the realities if you think that the immigrants need to have rights. And that's something that's going to turn it. But I don't think people come out and vote based on their their feelings of people they've never met. I think they vote based on their feelings of jobs that were taken. Like the people that are in Springfield.
OH, right now they're seeing downward pressure and Haitians coming in and taking jobs that I don't understand how they have when Americans are there. And I think they feel it when they go to the grocery store and they have to buy things again. If you're going to try to motivate people to get off the couch, the issues that that are going to make people go and vote the way that you think they should. They'll feel it if they they turn out and they have to turn
out in order. They have to not sit at home and wait it out. It has to be overwhelming. And I'm not 100% confident that any of this stuff is actually going to be fair. Here's one more thing a disrespect for faith. There's a little story that my buddies over at Catholic Vote did. So I'll, I'll just say real quick thanks to them. But this is an article they wrote. So I'll cover the article and then we'll, we'll do a, a read. Make sure you guys are following them.
Sad, but not surprising. Donald Trump is talking about Kamala Harris snubbing a Catholic charity dinner, which is a regular campaign stop and has been for all of the presidential nominees from each party since 1984. She has a contentious history with American Catholic. She has a contentious history with religion in general, particularly Christianity, because that's the problem with being a Marxist. There's actual values.
There's a, you know, believing that there's a God over you and that it's not called the US government. This is a thing called the Alfred E Smith Memorial Dinner. If you guys don't read Catholic Vote, you're not going to be aware of this. But it's put on by the Archdiocese of New York, and it is a benefit for children. This seems like a pretty easy thing to do.
It's an annual dinner, but it receives particular attention during presidential election seasons when both major party candidates attend and take turns making comedic speeches. It's a, it's a moment of levity to step out and, and have a, you know, that's Donald Trump's jam. I don't know that Kamala Harris needs to be making those statements because she's terrible at him. But she is breaking with
tradition. It's a tradition that is almost as old as I am. So that's yet another thing that we can talk about is that that disconnect from the historical norms in America, and there's a lot of them, but this is a good example of one. If you guys are not following my friends at Catholic Vote, you're not getting this information. catholicvote.org is the website. Just go check it out.
It's worth your time. You don't have to be at a Roman Catholic if you're a Christian, if you're a conservative more broadly, the emails that they send out are excellent. And the emails they send out are every morning. It's just a quick news brief. They're not selling you anything. You simply read through. You can click into the stories that you want to read more on. Otherwise you can catch the headlines and get kind of a good semblance of what's happening in the world.
And this is one of the things catholicvote.org is the website. Just put your e-mail in at the main page. Or you can follow them on social media. And they have good takes. They're put their money and their time behind Donald Trump. They're trying to get Catholic voters out of the pews and into the voting box, into the, the, the, what did Joe Biden call it? The battle box, Faith, family and freedom guiding principles. Check them out.
They're our friends and they're our friends because they have been able to support this program. We have new stuff going on over there. I did more work on the pending program coming from Catholic Vote. Stay tuned for more of that. If you guys want the inside scoop on that, you can go check it out at locals, which is again, Kyle serafin.com. There's the little tab doom and make sure that you've liked and subscribed to this channel wherever you're listening to us.
While you do, let's keep going. Let's go a little bit deeper. I want to give the real legacy, the real legacy of Joe Biden. So here, here's what I have. I've got it listed as real Biden legacy. Let's take a little taste of this. The middle class are the people who got screwed by the SPY of inflation. In June of 2022, inflation peaked at a high of 9.1%. 800,000 people the federal government claimed had jobs who don't have jobs. Whether it's groceries or.
Car. Insurance or daycare life is just a lot more expensive than it was a few years ago. Another caravan of migrants in Mexico is headed for the US border. This latest caravan passing through Mexico now numbering in the thousands these migrants, many from Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti and El Salvador.
Biden is facing criticism from both sides of the aisle after thousands of mostly Haitian immigrants camped out under the bridge in Del Rio. We hear it from the president, we hear it from the vice president, we hear from the DHS secretary. Do not come. This isn't acceptable. But their policies, their actions are a big loud megaphone shouting. Come on in. I love you, Joe Biden. Thank you for everything, Joe Biden. He just made a really big decision.
Afghanistan. Yes. Were you the last person in the room? Yes. And you feel comfortable. Afghanistan Al Qaeda is rebuilding in proximity to billions of dollars of, yes, US weapons that Joe and Kamala left behind. Chaos erupting at that airport as thousands of people flocked there to try to flee the country. This video going viral, some people even hanging onto an airplane as it takes off.
The Taliban walked across that same runway in Kabul inspecting U.S. military equipment, all left behind by the. US right? It's been one year since the Biden administration desperate for retaliation after their idiotic withdrawal that led to 13 soldiers being murdered in Afghanistan. They conducted an air strike. They killed an innocent Afghan family in Kabul.
Remember that. Apparently our most experienced foreign policy president ever was so busy trying out trying to figure out how to use those TV remotes at Camp David that he had not spoken to another world leader during the crisis that he helped create. An Inspector General report found more than a billion dollars worth of weapons the US sent to Ukraine hasn't been properly tracked and remains delinquent. We did it. We did it, Joan. The middle class are the people
who got screwed by this. So there you go, It's the middle class, it's the working class, it's the you and the Me's. That's it. That should be the legacy that he's burnishing as the world is on fire. That's the he's, he's now focusing on the UNP so we can try to tell world leaders that he did a good job. But if you guys want, I'll post that. That video I found that, I don't know where I found it online,
but it was a good one. It's a good compilation once you put these things together over and over again. I know that our daily lives are probably not horrific. There are not people falling off planes near us as we walk outside in our neighborhoods. And yet you can only live like this so long. I do think that the country will continue on either way. I think that we will continue to fight as because that's our fighting spirit no matter what
happens. But I think this guy's been freaking terrible, as bad as anybody has been. And this is that continuation again, 12 of the last 16 years, Democrat control, the slide of the dollar, the slide of affordability, the the lowering of a lot of people's living standards. The like young people can't step out of college and buy it. Like I came out when it was the
most difficult housing market. A lot of people that were my age when we graduated College in the beginning of the 2000s wasn't a real good option either. Then we had a crash and a redirect and some people were able to get into it. But, you know, as you hit your stride in the workforce, we got these guys lying about how many people are even getting jobs and they're trying to make proclamations, opportunity, economy. It sounds good.
If you don't know anything, the president can't do that kind of stuff. What they can do is lead. And when your leadership equals the world is on fire around you, then that's what happens. All right, I also found this article, which I found very interesting. We've spent some time talking about the other team. Let's talk about Donald Trump's legacy because I actually was curious. How has the press covered Donald Trump's legacy, assuming he only gets one presidency, right?
We're talking Joe Biden one term so far, Donald Trump one term. And this one was quite interesting. This is something from foreignpolicy.com. This is written by one of their columnist named Michael Hirsch. Trump's most enduring legacy isn't what you think. It's not treason, mendacity or profidity. It's the upheaval in the trade policy. This is not actually something that I think about Donald Trump. I don't associate it with Donald Trump.
Maybe you do. So this the the description in this article, which I had to kind of peruse through and then go listen, I guess the he was a former ambassador within the Trump administration. His name is Robert Lighthizer. And Lighthizer wrote a book that was called No Trade Is Free.
And his statement is essentially that there's been a fundamental shift in American trade policy, a shift that was long overdue and in the interest of all working Americans, a movement away from the, the actual like total free market, which we always talk about as conservatives being the thing that we want. Yes, in the marketplace of
ideas. But on a nation state level, he's kind of kind of destroyed what they refer to as neoliberalism and moved into a post post Cold War neo protectionism and economic nationalism, which is to say that if your country is not prospering, it doesn't really matter if the market is doing well for everybody. I listen to a couple different interviews with this guy and he's he's got kind of an interesting take that that protectionism. It is an America first attitude.
It's the opposite of what we've seen with inviting people in and trying to make a global, you know, a global community. Feel good about things. No, the answer if you are in charge of a nation is that your nation should be prosperous economically, that it should be able to to, you know, achieve the goals of the citizens who pay for that government that works. This is the major problem, I think with leftism, particularly the leftist that we have that
are running things. They're trying to advance a moral argument that there is some sort of good that government does, because government is in fact sort of like the the God of their religion. And if they are trying to advance it and use the God of their religion, they pray to the God of their religion and they think the God of their religion should be bringing about good for all people instead of the actual God. Then you have this real problem where they're trying to get
outcomes. They're not doing the thing that government was designed to do, particularly under our Constitution. You're allowed to worship who you want in this country, but that's because the right is God-given. They've forgotten that. They've forgotten the focus. When your rights are God-given and not government granted, then you operate differently. You operate as a citizen and not as a subject.
And the Democrat Party in the, in the hard political left that has taken over it, they really do want subjects. They want people that look to government to define good and evil, what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. And one of the things that they think is really a moral good is that all people benefit from the US government. The problem is, is that in this country, that's just not how it
operates. We don't have the ability to bring the entire world up. And actually we have already through good policies. But I like this. I like the idea that Trump's legacy is very different. And by the way, Joe Biden's administration has already embraced it, not in the industrial policy, according to them, but that he is basically followed suit with what Donald Trump kind of did, a fundamental pivot again, away from the the free trade neoliberalism and towards this protectionist
national economic nationalism. I just think it's, I think it's a useful thing to consider that for all of the, the talk that you hear about Donald Trump on the left, they still followed this, the thing that he claims that he's good at, which is his economic policy, particularly on the world scope. You know, it's one of those things, since we're talking about Trump, let's talk about, let's talk about guns.
Before we talk about these guns, let's talk about my friends who make guns over at shieldarmsshieldarms.com. If you guys haven't visited their website, check it out, especially if you're a gun person. If you're not familiar with them, they're a small company. They're just outside of Kalispell, Mt. They're an American manufacturer, so they have their own manufacturing facility. They make soft goods which are going to be like pouches and chest gear and stuff like that.
You know, chest rigs. They also make hard products like magazines and actual firearms. 9mm pistol caliber carbines, 556 folding. They have some really good designs. They have shooters that design them because the people that own the company are shooters. Use my promo code Kyle. You'll save 5% site wide, including on firearms, which is not a deal. You'll find. You can find their actual products in places like Cabela's. You can find them in Bass Pro, but you won't get the discount.
Promise you that you'll get a better deal going direct. Check them out at shieldarms.com. We're talking about guns. So let's talk about this gun. This is the, the, you know, this is the legacy of Biden as well. Two assassination attempts on his political rival. And I don't think he can run from this. I don't think he should be allowed to. I think we need to continue talking about it. The suspect claimed that the that he was doing an assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
This is something that was released yesterday. Look, there's been a lot of talk about what this means. Let's first look at the rifle that's on the screen, folks. If you haven't tuned into the program, 50 minutes in, I got a picture of the rifle on the screen. Otherwise you can go to a various different places online. I I like the take that Mister guns in gear does. He's a solid commentator. So this is an SKS.
It's in a plastic, it's in a plastic chassis if you will, or it's got plastic, what we call furniture on the gun. And that's where it stops making any sense because the serial numbers were obliterated, which means the gun was obtained illegally either way. But the real wild thing for me is he had 11 rounds in the magazine, which holds 30. He's got scope rings that are mounted incredibly low because it's just not meant to be mounted that way.
And then he has what either looks like duct tape or electrical tape. You guys can see this if you're looking at the screen, it looks like electrical tape kind of bracing the firearm. This is janky as all get out. This is a crap, crap weapon system. It is not an Assassin's tool. There was a bayonet that's supposed to go in there and that looks like it's been removed. This is just a piece of garbage. Now, interestingly enough, you've got these people claiming all kinds of wild stuff.
The fact is that the guy supposedly had 6 cell phones. I'm just going to lay out some facts. 6 cell phones, a letter that he wrote up either a month or several months ago says months before, so unclear saying, dear world, this was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump. But I'm so sorry I have failed you. He wrote that, left it with a guy. The guy didn't read it until after the shooting. That's really weird. And the claim is, is like, why
would DOJ release this? That's that's the question, right, $150,000? He says anybody who will finish my work will get $150,000. No indication of where that money would come from. I've listened to some other talking heads that are screaming about this and talking about how the DOJ is trying to get Donald Trump killed. No, the the DOJ released this visual from months ago and introduced it as evidence. Let me show you the actual letter here so you guys can see what it looks like.
See if I got on the screen. Boop, There it is. OK, so there it is. There's this dear World letter, OK. And it's attributed to the US District Court. The reason they released it is because at the moment, DOJ charged him under exactly 2 statutes, statute #1 was 18 USC 922G, if memory serves. And the other one was 922 K. And that's possessing a firearm that has obliterated serial numbers. So that's an illegal firearm based on U.S. law.
And then the second one is a felon who is possessing any firearm. And by the way, they could charge him for the ammo as well. Multiple counts of possessing the firearm and every single individual round in that magazine could be charged. So he's charged with those. They wanted to add the attempted assassination of a president or a political figure, which is another law that is federal, that is a violation. And this is the evidence that he was calling it an assassination. It's his own words.
This is the probable cause evidence and they released it simply. I'm hoping out of transparency. And even if not, who cares? Like does anyone think that a guy that's sitting in DOJ custody is going to be able to offer $150,000? Like where did he get the money? Why would anyone think that he has it? No serious person is going to, but it did get the political right. Completely outraged. They're all screaming about it. They're trying to get him killed. He had 6 cell phones.
He had a perfect map. One of the cell phones contained a Google search on how to travel from Palm Beach County, Florida, where the Trump golf courses to Mexico. And so I saw, OK, here's what this is actually a list of what they said he had during the search of the SUV, which was a Nissan Xterra. An unmarked Nissan Xterra. It didn't have any markings that said, you know, attempted Trump assassin on it because that's the other thing I saw people talking about. Oh, it was unmarked, like all
vehicles are unmarked. Give me a break. They found additional license plate. That's good. That's that's good. Tradecraft. 6 cell phones. That's terrible tradecraft. 12 pairs of gloves. You can find that in almost all my backpacks as a paramedic. Who cares? Hawaii driver's license with his name on it. Way to go. He's got real documents with his own name on it. I don't care. And other documents. No further information on that. They said that the license plates on the SUV were not
registered to that vehicle. By the way, that's a pretty good red flag when you run license plates that are what we call dead plates. You could buy them on eBay. I used to do this for a living, folks. I actually used to go and and drive around.
When the police run your dead plates, they are very, very hanked up. And if someone happens to be behind you as a police officer and they run your dead plates and you don't have a good reason to show them who you are, that's a really good reason to go to jail. So this is not a brilliant plan. It's not a terrible plan, but it's not a brilliant plan. And having 6 cell phones is an
indicator of 0 tradecraft. Anybody who thinks that running around with a cell phone while doing some sort of operational work for intelligence, it is the opposite of what we teach. We being the intelligence agency people, People who run sources, people who run assets. Having a cell phone, having six of them, like dudes on the corner have 6 cell phones running drugs. You know what's really suspicious? Having 6 cell phones that stick around each other. It's bad tradecraft.
When you want to go do something secret, you do it with no cell phones, period. Or you're changing them up on a regular basis because you only need one and then you give it to a homeless person so it goes off into the blue and actually has a different pattern. None of this stuff screams super secret spy capable operative and not. Neither does this weapon system. And there's no indication that he has $150,000 to give to anybody despite his writings.
Doesn't mean that he didn't cross paths with intelligence agencies. I think most likely right now, this is very speculative. Let me just throw that out. The most likely thing that we're going to be talking about with this guy is that he was in fact approached and or had been working on behalf of or at least was being monitored by U.S. intelligence overseas. That would be ridiculous if he
wasn't. And then on top of it, domestically, the fact that he probably was at least targeted and potentially recruited by some sort of US agency, DHSDOJ, that would be FBI or, you know, the DEAATI doesn't matter. That's that's totally reasonable to assume. But I highly doubt that any of them directed him specifically to go do this thing. I think this guy acted as a lone wolf and as a fool because all of his plans and the weapon systems and everything else, they're terrible.
They're not the tools of someone who's going to actually accomplish that mission, right? Just not, you're not going to be able to pull it off with that rifle at a range that makes sense. And you're certainly not going to get away with it with your six different cell phones that track you to to Mexico. I just don't.
I just think it's a distraction. I think we should keep talking about it because it is the legacy of Joe Joe Biden that his political opponents have been attacked by his own government, by state governments that are also Democrats, by local governments that are run by Democrats. And then people decided to try to kill him because they were unsuccessful. That's a serious legacy. That is a real thing that he should have to own.
And at the end of the day, that's the emotional version of it. And the non emotional version is talking about the numbers. You guys may know who Joe Pags is. He's got a radio show. I like Joe. I talked to Joe in the background. I've been on the show a few times. I think he's very sensible. Here's a totally unemotional take on numbers. I like I said, I don't think that you're going to be able to get people from one side to the other at this point in the game.
I can't rule it out, but I just don't think there's a lot of it. But what I will say is the numbers are pretty conclusive. And the legacy of Trump being about trade and changing U.S. policy, that is kind of a a needle mover for me. It makes me think about remembering. OK, yeah. Not only was there domestic, this is the domestic version I'm about to show you, but the foreign policy part of it, when it comes to trade, it was a
pivot. And Democrats actually agreed and they stayed with it because they kind of know, hence Biden announcing tariffs on China. All right, here's Joe Pags doing kind of a breakdown. If you missed the visual on this, it's worth finding it. You can go find it on his Instagram page and Tiktok or whatever. And those are at at Joe Pags PAGS.
Let me play this video. The inflation rate year over year under Trump 1.89% under Biden Harris 5.28% Inflation cumulative 7.8% higher under Trump, 19.2% higher under Biden Harris. Average gas price under Trump down 5.4% to $2.49, Average up 46.6% under Biden Harris $3.50 Average. 30 year mortgage rates down 34.8% under Trump, 3.86% average, up 132% under Biden Harris, 5.45% Average if you can get a mortgage. Average rent cost up 11.8% under Trump, up 21.6% under Biden Harris.
NASDAQ Composite was up 138.2% under Trump, up 39.4% under Biden Harris. Grocery prices up 6.5% under Trump, up 20.9% under Biden Harris. Electricity prices were up 4.2% under Trump, up almost 30% at 29.6 under Biden Harris. And real hourly wages, a big indicator, up almost 7% under Trump, 6.8% down 2.2% under Biden, Harris. These are real numbers that I didn't make up. These are numbers you can go and
research and verify. These are numbers that are based on July 12th, 2024. The jobs numbers of course got worse since then, with a readjustment down by about a million jobs now. So there it is. It's straightforward. If you're, if you're a non emotional person, which is what Joe actually encourages at the beginning of this, if you're a non emotional person, then that's where you end up. And then you have to ask
yourself why? Why are the people that can do this sort of thing throw $27 million out in a night of fundraising? Why are they backing Kamala Harris? I think the answer is pretty clear. There are more of us than there are of them. And us, I mean people that work for a living, that show up and expect a paycheck, that are not independently wealthy and able to throw checks around that total $27 million. When a couple of our friends get together for our favorite political candidate, there's
more of us by a lot. The pyramid looks like this and it's very, very pointy at the top. But the people at the pointy top seem very cool with trying to get the bottom and hope that they're dumb enough to vote for the person that they prefer. And it's not out of altruism, I can assure you that much. That seems pretty clear. Here's the lady in her own words. I think I've got a little clip of her talking about the legacy of Joe Biden as a father as well.
His legacy as a father is having a political, a political lawyer son and having a crackhead and then having a daughter who's in and out of rehab. Listen, I'm sympathetic to people who have problems. I used to work in the medical field. I get it. A lot of them come from parental abuse and being a pretty poor example of the one thing that is the most important thing you do, being a decent father, whether you like it or not.
My wife always pointed this out. Donald Trump's offspring seemed pretty functional as human beings. They don't have nearly the issues that you see on the other side. And Kamala Harris has nothing to compare to that she stepped in as a stepmom to a 16 year old and a college age kid, which is basically not at all. No formative, no formative thing to example. So here's the legacy. Joe Biden's legacy.
In one term, he has already surpassed the legacy of most presidents who have served 2 terms in office. And I first came to know President Biden through his son Beau. We worked together as attorneys general in our States, and back then Beau would often tell me stories about his dad. He would talk about the kind of father and the kind of man that Joe Biden is. The qualities that Beau revered in his father are the same qualities that I have seen every day in our president.
His honesty, his integrity, his commitment to his faith and his family. Yep, sure. All those things. I don't believe any of it, neither do you. That's why you listen to this program. All right, let's wrap this sucker up. It's been an interesting thing. We'll let you guys know about a couple things going on as the week ends. My friend Saul Greco is going to come on by popular demand tomorrow. There's a press conference for Mayor Adams today.
He's going to watch that and bring some spicy takes on what is going on. The scandal in New York City that is happening in the police Commissioner's Office. So we'll go over all of those things, all things New York City. He's also going to join me, I believe for our locals call in show, which you guys can get the number if you are a subscriber or if you're subscriber subscriber on X, you can get the number to call into the studio and you can chat with me and Skulls.
He's a character. Let me just say it that way. So Kyle seraphin.com, if you want to do that or follow us on X and do a subscription over there. We have the cheapest subscription on X that I found mostly because I just, I don't know why we do it, but we do. And now we're going to allow you to do the call in piece. So that's Thursday night. That's at 8:00 PM Eastern Time again, 8:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday night.
And then lastly, on Friday, I'm flying out to go do some speaking with Joe Altman. And one of the Hoff Bros from the Gateway Pundit, I'm going to be talking on a stage, I guess, outside of Knoxville. So if you were in the Knoxville, TN area, I think it's in Loudon is the name of the town. We're going to be speaking out there on Saturday the 28th. If you guys want to go check that out. I'll put some more details out on social media.
But yeah, I'm doing the thing I hate doing, which is getting in a plane and flying somewhere and going to hang out with people that are strangers. Anyway, If you're in the far eastern side of Tennessee and you want to come say, hey, you can go do it there, let's do a pallet cleanse. We need 1 today. Say women, Some of you don't understand what it's like being a dude. And so this guy kind of boiled it down.
The difference between men and women, I think, comes down to that inner monologue that we all have. I don't think Joe Biden has the same monologue, but this is how actual men think most of the time, and it's kind of dark. That's why we look at the world the way we do. Life as a man is hard, but hard times create strong men. A man must chase pain in order to achieve greatness. I don't chase, I attract. I deserve everything. I deserve nothing. Nobody is coming to save me.
I am loved. Nobody loves me. I don't even like myself. I'm a strong independent woman, so here's 12 reps of I don't need a man. I don't need a man. I need to be a better man. I need to be a better man. Don't need a man, I deserve a nice snatcher. 209 two hundred What am I doing? Is that it? Is this the power of my bloodline? My family is counting on me. I must push forward. Did I even go gym if I didn't take a meal? A selfie.
Every time I stop, my enemies get one step closer to the throne so I cannot give up. I wouldn't accept anything less than Emperor. That was such a good workout. What a shit workout. No cheat meal this week. If you're busy praising yourself, maybe you're a woman or maybe you're a feminine dude. If you're over there critiquing yourself, if you are your own biggest critic, maybe you guys get it. Anyhow, thanks for joining us.
If you guys were in the chat and I see you out there, make sure you guys sign up to be notified when we go live. Make sure you've liked this video as we end it. And thanks for all of you that are listening on Apple, on Spotify, on iHeartRadio and so on. Really appreciate all of you guys sharing the show, watching the show, listening to the show, learning with me, and hang in there. The world may be on fire, but we'll get to experience it together.
God bless all of you. I will see you again tomorrow morning for what I assume will be an interesting and weird Wednesday with my buddy Saul Greco. Have a great day.
