Episode description

The hallmark of being a whistleblower - particularly in law enforcement - is an ability to stand against the ENTIRE crowd/department/agency and say "You are ALL wrong." Today, I'll give you two important takeaways: you can choose truth or you can choose tribe. But you can't have both. The second is the 5th Gen Warfare technique that is easily tearing the GOP base into small pieces. Today's show will require you to engage your brain, and detach your emotions. But in the Age of the Internet - being ignorant is now a choice._______________________________________________________________Visit https://www.youtube.com/@CatholicVote for more content Check out BETWEEN THE LINES on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSFLOMTzHvU BOOK: https://store.catholicvote.org/products/for-god-country-sanityUse PROMO CODE "KYLE" at these sites: http://PatriotCoolers.com/ (Tumblers & Coolers)http://The-Suspendables.com (Show Merch)http://MyPillow.com/Kyle (Pillows/Towels/Bedding)https://matthatjerky.com/kyle (premium Beef Jerky) 🇺🇸 Follow Kyle on X/Truth Social/Instagram: @KyleSeraphin⭐️ APPLE Podcasts 5-star Reviews (Leave one and listen for us to read it): https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-kyle-seraphin-show/id1654162813

Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Well, hello my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Seraphin Show. Today is Wednesday. It is May the 22nd, and we are rolling live right now on rumble.com/kyle Sarpin.

If you're listening to us anywhere else, if you're listening on X, if you're listening on YouTube, come join us on Rumble. I'm probably going to kill the feed on YouTube midstream. There is an easy way to go do it. You're going to see the link right here. Go to rumble.com/kyle Sarpin. Make the switch. Why is that? Well, that is because we continue to tell you things that are true and obvious and fair, balanced information that is based on experience and based on evidence.

And that means that you've got to be destroyed when you're sitting over on YouTube. We got our little strike yesterday for talking to you about COVID. If you guys saw yesterday's show, it got destroyed, it got removed and they claimed that it was 54 minutes in. Interesting. When I start telling you that the the mainstream media is pushing fear porn, that they are going to destroy that particular episode that we punched out

there. It's not the first time that they've removed one of our episodes, but it might be the last time because I just don't care. And yes, obviously we're getting censored and throttle there in a big, big way. It's not good. It's not a good game. So today we're going to talk about something that's very uncomfortable for most of you. It's something that we are going to get into in a big way.

The question is this conservative folk I've asked you what are you conserving, and I'm going to give you an option. You can be involved in the business of truth, or you can get into tribalism. You can't do both. You can Only you can only serve one master, in this case, truth or tribalism. That's where we're going today. Before we do, I thank my sponsor real quickly. Thank Patriot coolers. Guys, if you want to get your own, a lot of you've been tagging me on social media.

I won't be seeing them on Twitter for a little bit because I'm going to take the week off because it's awful there. But this is one of mine. I got one in white that also looks awesome. You guys are all getting the suspendables merch, put on your tumblers. Totally, totally good looking stuff. I've seen you do it on the big water bottles. I've seen on the tumblers, I've seen on the coffee cups.

They look awesome. You guys are doing a great job and I appreciate you going to patriotcoolers.com with my promo code. It's basically free to do the engraving, etching. You can also get it printed on there. Those are two options. Go to customize, go to stock art and then go down to the suspendables tab and you can add it. There's some other things you can add on there as well.

If you want to add like a first responder flag or other things you can do kind of a little mixed bag of the of the suspendables and some of their other stock art, which is really good looking stuff. It really is. They make an outstanding product and as Garrett told me yesterday, it is superior if only for the fact that you can screw on the lid and then it is a like a leak proof seal. Really good stuff from patriotcoolers.com promo code Kyle. Kyle saves you 10% free shipping

for 50 bucks or more. Get yourself two and then you will clear that threshold and you'll be like the suspendables who I'll have at least two. I sent three to Garrett. I sent two over to Steve. Yeah, they're my sponsor, but I want my guys to have good stuff and and they do so today. You guys ready for this? When you are a whistleblower

against the federal government. When you are a whistleblower specifically against the law enforcement agency, it requires a thing that I would call examination of conscience. It makes you look inward. First, you have to evaluate, is the thing that I'm saying true or did I miss the thread? Is it possible that I'm wrong and everybody else is correct because they're all doing this thing? To become a whistleblower, you have to have a little bit of

faith. You have to have a faith in your ability to discern what is true and what is false. You have to believe that the thing you're doing is righteous and you have to stand against the many. You have to step out in front of a group, a group of people that accepted you in this case, that pay you, a group of people that

have some scary authorities. Especially when you're dealing with law enforcement, you have to step out in front of a lot of people and they are all looking the same direction. You have to look back in their faces and say you are all wrong. Everyone of you is incorrect, and some of them know that they're incorrect and some of them don't. Some of them think that they are actually in the right. Those people I don't have as much problem with.

They're just confused. But some of them know what they're doing is incorrect, immoral, illegal, unethical, and they have to go along with it anyway. Those are the people that are really dangerous but all of those people are called the ordinary men in the the trials that happened in Germany. Nuremberg. I'm sorry not in German. Yeah. So the the post Nazi era trials what do they do? They went out there and they tried to root out the so-called good Germans. The good Germans were people who

went along to get along. This is exactly what the suspendable stand against. Let me show you something. This is our little removal for medical misinformation yesterday. That's the claim. But what was I talking about throughout that show yesterday that would put that kind of thing on the radar for a YouTube? And why are they worried about a show that has a couple 1000 followers and gets a couple dozen views on any given podcast that we do over there?

We're talking about beer porn. We're talking about using the amygdala as a tool to short circuit rationality and reason. We're talking about using tools that are otherwise successful. And then we want to just cast a light on it. Because once you understand what it is that is happening and why it's happening, it's impossible for them to use that tool on you again. Some of you guys may have seen a movie. It's one of my favourites.

It's called Lucky number Seven. It's one of my favourites because it's Bruce Willis. I've always felt like Bruce Willis and my dad had a lot in common. I don't know if any of you guys are in my age bracket and saw that kind of thing, but they sort of look the same. They sort of have the same kind of sense of humour from what I can tell. And there's a little con game that's played in Lucky number 7, and we're going to talk about that at the end of the show today because it's what's

happening. But I'm going to tell you, you got two choices. The choice is tribalism or truth. Truth with a capital T means that which is actually happening, a factual reality that can be agreed upon that exists outside of your emotionality. And any of the the lenses that you have or any of the covers that you are seeing, tribal Ness, tribalism is when you say it's my team. And a lot of people right now in the political right are going for tribalism, they're all in on it.

They're in on it to the point where it is a weapon that can be used against them. And yesterday was a great example of that. All right. It's pretty dangerous. It's pretty dangerous when you are so interested in one particular outcome. There's another great movie that I like. It's called 0 Effect. It's one of the greatest, one of the best hands down Bill Pullman movies that was ever made and it is one of the least seen. It's also one of the best

performances. I think of Ben Stiller who makes my family very uncomfortable because he awkward and he does like things that are really awkward. Meet the Fockers type stuff. What they explain in this movie, Daryl 0, which is based on the life of Sherlock Holmes, it's a modern take on a Sherlock Holmes, someone who's sort of socially dysfunctional and unable to kind of process reality. But he has this objective clearview because he's outside of it.

He's not really a person. He's just this weirdo. Bill Pullman plays Daryl Zero, this, this great detective. And he said these really bizarre statements that are great monologues, and they bring some, like, underlying truth about the human condition that I think is incredibly important to consider. It's one of the reasons why I always felt like I I was like, yeah, I get that.

He says when you go looking for something, if you're looking for one particular thing, you are very unlikely to find it because you're looking for only one thing and the world is full of many things. But if you're looking for anything, then you have a very high probability of finding it. You can find a clue. If you're not looking for only the solution, but you're looking for some broader piece of the picture, then you can find it. Because there's a lot of things

in the world. And if you're looking for many things, in a world of many things, you very well may find one of the things. And that's something it's something to consider right now. So yesterday, yesterday we had a bombshell. I'm going to put that in air quotes a bombshell put out by Julie Kelly picked up by Dan Bongino covered down on by Jesse Watters, opined upon by former CIA guys like Brian Wright. Said his name. Brian Dean Wright shared by Judge Jeanine Steve Bannon.

Everybody's got an opinion and nobody knows what they're talking about. And that's an awkward moment when you live on the political, right? This is why I'm not a Republican, folks. I'm not, and I really never have been. This is what's going on right now, All right? It's right there. I'm going to break it down for you so you guys understand exactly what I'm talking about. I have no disrespect for Julie Kelly as a person. Think she's a nice lady. She's very often correct.

But nobody has a monopoly on truth. We all are just trying to to accomplish it. And the same for Dan. Dan has done wonderful things for my family. He's a wonderful person. I would stand and fight for Dan Bongino anytime. But Dan is inaccurate in this particular situation. But he's not inaccurate because his information is generally wrong. In this case, Dan is actually missing the point of what the real story is.

I think, and I'm going to give you some real experience from it now, People always like to mistake wisdom equals like age equals wisdom, and that's not true. It's age plus experience. It's time plus experience in that particular category will give you wisdom in that area. So in the case of the story of the FBI bombshell saying that they authorized deadly force at Mira Lago, everybody that is taking this, this one tinge on it is wrong.

They're absolutely wrong. The the outrage should come from the following the FBI executed a search warrant at Mira Lago. That's the end of the story. It's outrageous on its face. It's the first thing that I sat with Dan Bongino and talked about. I was appalled. In fact, I considered it was the most important and and probably that the my most proud moment was that the FBI considered me unworthy of being in the FBI before they went and executed

that search warrant. Now, unlike people who claim certain things and say they know certain people, I know people that were on that raid and they don't speak to me anymore because of the ways that I've spoken about what happened. I know things apparently that most people don't know, including people like Julie Kelly. She was absolutely shocked to learn when Steve Friend reached out to her yesterday and said listen she goes what was it? Was it a SWAT raid? It's like it wasn't a swat raid

it was effing HRT. The FB is hostage rescue team, the elite tier one operation that spends time training with the seals and dev grew with the Delta force guys. The people that are the FBI's best of the best, their selection by the way one of my buddies went through, went through the selection for Delta Force what he calls D fo he finished it. He wasn't selected. He's an absolute stud. He's an FBI agent.

He also went out for HR TS selection and nearly died doing so. It is unreasonably difficult for no particular reason because there is no mission set that actually fits the bill for HRT to be the hardest, most elite physical selection that there is. But it's really, really difficult. The problem is it still selects federal agents who basically are beholden to a deadly force policy that falls under DOJ.

They're training these operators that basically could go and exist and theoretically run side by side if they spent everyday training with Delta Force guys. But they don't have the discernment of working in foreign operational areas where they are sending rounds down range and rounds are coming back all the time. That's what that's what the CAD guys do. That's what. That's what Orange does. It's a counterterrorism unit, that's what. That's what Devgru does.

SEAL Team Six HRT is not that, but they're outstanding at what they do. And I've trained with HRT because my surveillance team was theoretically the primary set up team. We were the default set up team because we were in Washington field. We are in Washington field doing surveillance. We would set up surveillance to what's called interdiction.

We would create a surveillance bubble around targets, whatever it was, theore in the, you know, theoretical hostage situation, possible, you know, dangerous guy would want to be terrorists. We would follow said wannabe terrorists. And when the order came in, then HRT would assume what we call the surveillance bubble. They would take over our positions, continue, and then they would be able to execute whatever it was, the interdiction or the execution of

that person. And when I say execution, this should blow your mind. The FBI has a thing that's referred to as hurricane authority. All of this crazy nonsense that you're hearing in the media right now about authorizing deadly force. Deadly force is always authorized. It's always on the table when you're dealing with armed federal agents. Period. End of story. There's no negotiation about this. This is not even close to a

debate. The minute that you get your badge and your gun at Quantico, whether you're an FBI agent or whether you're DEA agent, whether you get it at flexi when you are a federal agent working for ATFDEAUS Marshals or the FBI. Those the ones I can speak to. That's the DOJ deadly force policy. Deadly force is always authorized. Period. End of story. Full stop. That's it. No more. It doesn't matter what's written

on a piece of paper, ever. The only thing that's usurps that and and withdraws the deadly force policy and gives you something much more dangerous, which is what Fox News is talking about, which is what Dan and Julie are talking about. They're they're an error, they're mistaken. But the things they're talking about is the thing that's called hurricane authority. And almost nobody knows that that exists. I've revealed it to Congress. We've seen no action on it.

Hurricane authority is this idea that there would be a finding by a senior executive member person within the DOJ and this scares the shit out of me. By the way, people, this is the scariest single thing there is that they would pull back the legal and constitutional protections of the deadly force policy which exists for the DOJ for all agents. They would withdraw that and they would usurp it with this authority to proactively kill somebody based on a probable

cause, belief in advance. Like we believe that they're carrying a weapon system that would be deployed. We're going to shoot them in the head before they get a chance to move their hands and detonate it. That kind of deadly force is not something that is common. It is not farmed out to anybody. It is actually in the SWAT briefings. Steve Friend has sat in these briefings. Garrett Boiler sat in these briefings. I sat in these briefings where they've talked about hurricane authority.

Nobody else has ever heard this kind of stuff as far as I'm aware. And that is what they are talking about when they talk about deadly force being authorized outside of the deadly force policy. Otherwise, deadly force is always at play. When I'm at church and I'm an FBI agent, deadly force is at play. The deadly force policy always counts. I've got it up here for you

guys. OK And I want to show you this Julie Kelly supposed bombshell was that we have the DOJ putting it into what is actually known as a. What do we call it? It's called an OPS plan. Anybody who's ever done a military operation knows what I'm talking about. I want to show you guys this. OK, this is from an OPS plan. Now in the federal system it's referred to as FD 888. That is an arrest plan and they have more broadly used almost all the pieces of the arrest

plan as an OPS plan. The OPS plan is the federal document 888. You guys can go look it up yourself. This is an excerpt that is pre filled in. All the other parts are filled in by the agent. You have to fill them in. Who's Who's the the person that's on the case? Who is the person that is going to do the hands team? That's the people that actually put their hands on the subject. Who is going to be on the search team? Who's the search team leader? What kind of equipment will you

bring? Who? How many boxes are we going to bring? Every single thing is nailed down because when you leave things to chance, you leave things to failure. That's the way our plans are written. Anybody who's been in the military knows exactly what I'm talking about. That doesn't mean that this plan doesn't go to shit the minute you go and do something, but

these are all written down. The only thing that is pre filled in on every single OPS plan that I've been able to find going back to as you see they're effective November 2020, November 21st of 2000. This is a 2425 year old document. The newer one has the more extended deadly force policy which I'll read you in a moment but I don't need to read it to you because I know by memory. The newer version of it will tell you the deadly force.

It is always pre populated because it is always on the table as you guys are losing your minds on the on the chat a little bit. Let me just say again, this should never have been a search warrant. That should have been a consensual search in the same way it was done at the Biden residence. And fact, for those of you that have been paying attention and very few people have paid attention the way that I have or

Steve or Garrett has. Steve D'antuano, the Assistant Director in charge of the FBI field office in Washington DC, The FBI Washington field office, which is where I used to work, Steve D'antuano was my boss. Steve Dantuano has said nasty things about me in front of Congress incorrectly, by the way. He doesn't know what he's

talking about. Steve Dantuano said it should be a consent based search and he was supposedly overruled by people below him, which was the special agent in charge of the counterintelligence program that executed this raid. By the way, that was my boss too. For a period of time. I knew the people on that floor. I worked there for two years on that specific floor, not just in

the building with these people. There's like 1000 plus agents that work for Washington Field. I worked with the people that specifically engaged in the Mirror Lago raid and I speak to none of them anymore. You get it. This is a real big problem for me that they executed a search warrant on a former President's house that was protected by the Secret Service. That's absolutely categorically a stupid and dangerous and irresponsible decision.

And yet the paperwork that they did is completely normal and not a bombshell. It is a joke because people don't know what they're talking about. They did not authorize deadly force. Look, this is, and I'm going to tell you why this is so dangerous. I'm going to tell you as we get going here, Let's do Bret Baier first. He's the one covering it. It gets, like, more and more breathless as people go on and on and they get more and more hyperbolic. The right is being whipped up

into a frenzy into this. And I'm going to caution you right now. That is exactly what is at play. That is intentional. OK, here we go. Repair. Former President Trump's attorneys argue the Biden administration Justice Department authorized the use of deadly force if necessary during that raid of the former president's home in Mar a Lago down in Florida as they're searching for classified materials. Again, this is an exhibit that is just one of many documents released by the judge, Eileen

Cannon, in recent days. Correspondent Kevin Cork has these breaking details as they're coming some 400 pages released just in the past few minutes. Good evening. Good evening, Brett. I've been going over this. It is quite shocking what we have been able to glean based on what Judge Cannon has released.

As you mentioned, the Biden administration authorizing the use of deadly force during the FB Is raid on former President Trump's Mar A Lago estate in August of 2022 as part of its investigation into classified records. That again, according to court documents now an operations order Brett produced in discovery as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the former president's alleged improper retention of.

Classified records revealed that the FBI believed its objective for the MAR a Lago raid was to seize classified information, NDI, and government records as described in the search warrant. Here's where things get very interesting. The order, according to a court filing, contained a policy statement regarding the use of deadly force, which stated, for example, law enforcement officers of the DOJ may use deadly force when necessary. That's not the.

Interesting part. There's nothing interesting about it. Let me just show you what that looks like. This is actually available to you right now. You can go to DOJ website. You can go search for one dash 16.200, the deadly force policy, Law enforcement officers and correctional officers. The Department of Justice may use deadly force only when

necessary. That is, when the officer has a reasonable belief the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or another person. I have said this upwards of 1000 times because I briefed this every single day when we did surveillance, because every single surveillance operation was an operation. And as you just heard the Fox News guy say, it was an OP order. An op order is not a search warrant affidavit.

It is not a sworn statement. It is simply a specific document meant for a specific audience. I'm going to give you guys an analogy. It's very important to understand this analogy. If you're sitting at a restaurant and you hear a couple next to you at a table telling a joke, and it sounds really filthy and sounds really diminutive to the woman, it sounds kind of like a really abusive sort of statement and they're laughing about it. Inside. Jokes are meant for an inside

audience. This document was not meant for anybody. It's not that you can't read it, It's just that you don't understand it. You're like, I don't understand why that's funny. That seemed really abusive. That guy's saying some crazy stuff. No, it's probably from some joke that they had from when they were dating or a movie that they used to know. An inside.

Audience has to understand what's being done, and an FBI agent who gets the deadly force policy on a search proposal on an FD 888 or an OP order understands that the deadly force policy is always on the table. They simply use every single mass gathering of FBI agents as an opportunity to rebrief it. The reason why is CYA cover your ass. Cover your ass means if you were to get involved in a shooting, it doesn't matter what operation it is. If you get involved.

In a shooting, the first question is going to be when were you last briefed on the deadly force policy and can you articulate it and the answer should be it was briefed prior to the operation as is FB is policy, it's always the policy. It has to be done with about 24 hours of doing it.

They do a briefing and then they do the whatever the hit is, whether it's a search warrant, whether it's a a surveillance operation, you're going to get briefed and then you're going to go do the thing if it's an arrest operation, etcetera. It's very, very simple. The FBI does proactive investigative steps like doing. Search warrants. Arrest warrants, long term investigations, etcetera.

The Secret Service does a very, very small number of those, but primarily involves itself in protection. And protection is a different animal. It's defensive, it's not offensive, It's not going after people specifically. It's trying to keep people away. So they do investigative work against people that are threatening their targets. But the odds of them? Doing something the way that we do it is very, very unusual. It's not very high. Bill Shipley, who?

One of you just mentioned in the chat, talked about it. He sent me a private message, he said. In 21 years of being an assistant United States Attorney, in 21 years, he signed one search warrant for the United States Secret Service. That's not very many. That's that's an AUSA whose job it is to to review search warrants. It's not a bombshell. Folks, I'm sorry. The bombshell is, is that the FBI went into Mira Lago. That's flipping crazy.

It's absolutely insane. It's insane that the assistant director of the field office that was like running the investigation said we shouldn't do this. And they did it anyway. They overruled him from above and below in headquarters and also in his own field office. That's freaking crazy. That's the bombshell. But that already happened. So now we're stirring up outrage and things that are wrong. It's mistaken. So here's Julie Kelly talking about stuff.

Unfortunately, I reached out to Julie Kelly very privately and I told her I said, look, I'm not mad at you. I'm disappointed. You have access to people like me and Steve Friend and Garrett O'boyle, 2 guys that are former SWAT. One guy that was SWAT, like I was on the all the SWAT operations for Washington field for for years. I showed up at all of them because I'm a medic. I was one of like 50 medics in the FBI that was an agent. I got brought into all this

stuff. I went to trainings with HRT. I went and taught at the SWAT Basic school. I know how these things go down because I've been in dozens and dozens and dozens of these briefings, like probably at least 60 SWAT briefings, plus whatever search warrants I've done with other squads. I'm not telling you this because I want to defend the FBI. The FBI should be disbanded. It is my general contention that it is a is a a threat to American Civil Liberties in a big way.

It's the scariest. Thing to me it's way scarier than any other government agency but. That's what I've been talking. About for two years, folks. Deadly force is. Always authorized.

When you have a group that uses national security tools and then also has the ability to take your life at any time, should you meet the threshold that I just read to you in the deadly force policy where they can articulate that you're in imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or someone else, then you are screwed. And that's why we're screwed. With the FBI being the way it is, we cannot have it be the way it is.

But that has nothing to do. With this, these are people getting whipped up about the wrong thing. And I'm going to tell you in just a moment why I think this is George Hill and I compared notes after our discussion. And we both came. Up with the same conclusion, the answer is what you're seeing right now is called Rope a dope, and it's a fifth generation warfare version of Rope a dope. Here's Julie Kelly. On Bannon, and this is embarrassing stuff. Bannon's wrong.

Kelly's wrong. They're all wrong, folks. I can't help it. Just everything. No picking the lots in the room and and. No, no, no, no, They're all but no there. There's one lead and this is it. They actually got authority for use of dead force. And they had. Plans for casualties. They brought a medic, they had plans for casualties. They had a a trauma center set up and they had a map to the trauma center. That's all part of a component of one thing. I take it Julie Kelly. Correct.

This is part of the plan to conduct the 9 hour raid armed raid of Mar A Lago, and I know some other people are extrapolating that this was a plan to harm the former president or someone at Mar a Lago staff, God forbid his family. I'm not so sure that that is where this leads, but. It's not. I'm just asking questions. I'm just saying suppositions of things that I have no experience in and I have no knowledge of

this woman. Like she doesn't know she's never sat in an FBI search warrant briefing. Ever. Ever. No chance. Sorry, Julie Kelly. They're they're talking about how they were in plain clothes. There's no uniform for the FBI folks. There's no uniform. I was never given a uniform. It doesn't exist. SWOT has a uniform, and they regularly and on a frequent basis go in street clothes. Why? Because then you can disguise a SWOT hit to look like a regular agent search.

HRT does it. All the time too. They have a uniform allowance for it to be able to buy street clothes. They'll go out and buy flannels or construction outfits. They've told me great stories, really, really good stuff, like sort of tier, one level thinking where you know that a subject comes down the same Rd. every single day. So you put a construction unit out there that's just digging a hole and filling it in all day long. And so there's a flagger and

there's a guy wearing the vest. It just turns out every one of those guys is actually carrying an AR underneath all that stuff. HRT does this. And then what they'll do is they'll block the guy and another freaking dump truck will come in and drop a whole load of dirt on the back of the guy's truck. And while he's trying to figure out what the hell happened, rifle in your face, nobody moves. OK? It's a great technique. It's called tactical

surveillance to interdiction. TSI is the acronym my team used to set this sort of thing up. For dangerous. People, it's safer for the subject, It's safer for the operators. Sorry, it's not. It's not. Crazy to be in street clothes. I could easily do a search warrant in this. I could do it in anything that any of you are wearing, even a dress. There's probably an articulation for all that none of these things.

None of these. Things are exceptional or wild, but what is wild is this reaction, and this reaction tells us exactly what's been going on. I didn't realize this until until I started thinking about the whole insanity and the the uproar about saying something. But it's obviously true about stuff that James O'Keefe is doing in some of these other like really shitty undercovers type journalists. Why are they? Why? Are they so promoted?

Why are they super viral when the things that we're telling people that is true are not viral and are not being promoted? And I think once again, it looks like the rope a dope. This is what it looks like, folks. You're getting taken advantage of. This is the Kansas City Shuffle. It's being played out on a wide scale. There's a con, you know there's a con, but you don't know how the con is being done. And they are counting on you misunderstanding what the con is.

They are misunderstanding it. Everybody here is getting whipped into this frenzy about something that is not true and it's dangerous. Now here's the worst thing. I'm now put in a position you guys remember. You've ever heard Trevor Aronson. Trevor Aronson is the guy that wrote The Terror Factory. I told you he's on the left. He would admit it as well. He thinks the FBI, specifically Tarvik's black, black and brown

people and that he does. They do so unjustly, Trevor Aronson told me. He's been giving speeches about that book. He would go on this like little run around. And the things that he said was the most difficult was when crazy people or people that were fully misinformed would come in talking about certain things about 911 and make him defend the FBI. Folks, you're making me defend the FBI. They're actually correct in their statement about this. They're wrong about what they did.

But the fact that this is boilerplate, standard paperwork is not negotiable. It's not even close. It's insane that they did this. It's insane that they didn't have a liaison contact. Just reach out, ask Secret Service. Hey, when can we come in and do it? By the way, can you get, can you get your boss to go ahead and give us a consent form for us to come and get these documents? We're coming in. We don't want to do the search warrant.

Very, very. Easy. I'm now having to defend the freaking FBI, which I despise with a passion, And the people that I despise who say the same things, they're correct. In this case, balls and strikes. Ladies and gentlemen, it's balls and strikes. We're only going to call what's true. Listen to this. Fox News. Alert. The FBI just responded to the bombshell allegations from the Trump team that the FBI was authorized to use deadly force during the MAR A Lago raid.

Quote, The President has nothing to do with and had zero input on the plan. The FBI followed standard protocol, which includes a statement limiting the use of deadly force. There was no departure from the norm in this matter. Totally normal. Probably going in arm to the teeth. And do a former. Did you notice? Both Jesse Watters and Julie Kelly probably doing this, maybe

doing this. They don't actually know anything about what we're talking about and they have the access to people that will tell them. It's totally. Normal to do that on an OP order. It's totally abnormal to go after a former president. Do you understand that? There's some nuance here. You can either choose truth or you can choose the tribalism. If you want to be outraged, you can be outraged. But when you are emotional that that's when you're most vulnerable to have an advantage

taken of you and. That's what we're seeing. Right now. People, there's a lot of. Real threats that are happening out there. This is fifth generation warfare being used as a rope, a dope. They are burning you up with all the chaos. The FBI, the CIA is coming after you look at this, get really outraged and you're like, oh, I know I'm going to be conned. What is the con? The con is, can we get enough factionalization on the political right to divide and conquer? Here's my supposition.

Look at the political left. How do they operate? They operate in a world where they're unified. They're behind Antifa, they're behind the BLM protest, even though those things are antithetical to a lot of civil liberties and it actually hurts their base people that they claim are going to be really great. They're like, oh, we we we really care about black and ethnic minority businesses. We want to make sure that they're taking care of, they're all burning down in their

neighborhoods. They back the Antifa play. Why? Because they back all plays on the left. The left is united in a very, very small amount of time. We're seeing a small divide between the Free Palestine idiots and the people that are in the mainstream left. But generally speaking, they'll even call cover for that. And you'll even see that the people in the mainstream left will tack more towards the Free Palestine people. Why? Because they're united. So you can.

Buy them. You can buy them off and they do. They will buy them off anytime they get a chance. OK. The buy off is like, how do we give them something that they want? I just saw this on. ABC Biden administration is cancelling student debt loans for another 160,000 borrowers. Borrowers. We need young people that are dumb and don't know anything. We're going to tell them that they're getting free money from the government. That's how we do it.

We buy them off on the left. What do you do to the right? The right is unified behind a guy like Donald Trump. Even people like me who are not like big pom pom cheering Donald Trump Guys, what do we say? We say it's an obvious choice. One guy is pro death, loves baby death, leaks, leaves an open border, makes things markedly worse than the financial situation. For my family, that's easy. Trump's the choice. It's a default choice for me.

It's not my best choice. My best choice isn't running for office. I put Steve friend. In there. I put Garrett O'boyle in there. They're all better options. They love America as much as anybody, and I think that they're beyond reproach. Those are my better choices. But I've got one choice and it's very clear it's not Joe Biden. And that means we're 100% going towards the Donald Trump. So how do you break that up? Everybody on the right is on the same page, but the right can be

factionalized. Why? Because we care about truth. And some of us are. Very tribal. We see people like Laura Loomer attacking people for their loyalty to Donald Trump. That's not required. That's not required. If you're a conservative, loyalty to any politician is not required. That's absurd. We don't elect kings. I don't like the king. I don't like the role model for anybody. I just want someone who's going to do a good job. I don't care about the politician per SE.

I care about the outcome of the politician. And if that's going to be better than, that's my choice. It's very simple. It's rational, it's not emotional. It's not based on cult of personality. So how do you divide? That up, Well, you got to find the people that are interested in cult of personality and you got to pit them against the people that are interested in rationality. You have to do that. OK.

They're doing that right now. How many of you are mad at Jenna Ellis, who agrees with like 80% of what you say as a political ally and almost everything you want to do? How many are? Mad at Ron DeSantis because he decided to throw his hat in the ring in a primary, like everyone has done forever. People always throw their hat in the ring for a primary. That's what they do, particularly when we don't have an actual incumbent. Now, Trump is sort of like a de facto type in incumbent, but

he's not an actual incumbent. He's not sitting in the office. You're not running against him. And we even had debates historically in my childhood, in my lifetime, where you would run against the incumbent. People did all the time. They didn't go out there and try and demonize those people that follow that person we're talking about. We're talking about cult of personality and tribalism and the interest in just what's true.

If you are only interested in what's true, then it doesn't make you emotional to find out that the the thing that always happened, here's the real outrageous thing that happened at Mar a Lago. They treated it like every other raid. That's actually the bombshell story. They treated it like every other raid. In fact, they actually upped the ante and they brought in HRT. HRT. Is brought in for like the most dangerous operations and then sometimes when they need stuff. They bring in.

HRT to Puerto Rico to do this thing called Operation Guard Shack every year because they think they're going to have to shoot it out with the Puerto Rican State Police. That's who they bring in. HRT for they bring in Puerto like the the HRT guys when they think that there is a highly high probability of having to engage in very sophisticated tactics. And so you can almost argue that, OK, it makes some sense because there's the possibility of blue on blue. You want your best trained guys

there. HRT doesn't accidentally shoot anybody that I'm aware of. Not very often of course. There's always what happened at the Bunny Ranch. I don't know exactly how that place but the outrage there should be that they treated it like every other rage. They treated it like a tactical search warrant when in fact it was a property that was already secured by another another government agency and it should have been a liaison contact. It should have been done with consent.

And how do we know it should have? Been done with consent because they did that for Biden. That's how it should have been treated, not the way that it was. That's the outrage. Not that they wrote the deadly force policy like they do on every other damn search warrant. From the first day that I started in the Washington field office, My first day on the job in December of 2016, I read the Deadly Force policy. I read it from a little piece of paper that was in my wallet to

all the agents there. Not only do they read the deadly force policy to everybody that's an agent, they also say for any other law enforcement that's part of the task force, which is commonly the case. You'll have people from State Department. You'll have Secret Service.

If there's one of those people on a TFO for like a J TF, that's a joint terrorism task Force. If you have any other local police officers, State PD you will say all other officers were are not covered by DOJ's deadly force policy. You stay within the policy for your own department. That's actually the add on when you have task force officers there. It's standard. It's read every time. People getting heated. Up about the wrong stuff and in the meantime this is going on.

Cyber attacks on the. Water system are increasing EPA warrants urging utilities to take immediate action. OK. It's fear porn and device they have to divide up the right. They're going to give you things to be fearful of and they're trying to tell you look look it's the next COVID outbreak right. It's the bird flu that we talked about yesterday that that was apparently medical information that was that was missed dis or malinformation according to the according to the YouTube folks.

I strive. To be malinformation, things that is inconvenient to the narrative and that can be on the left or the right. I'm only going to tell you the things that I know is true and I'm 100% correct on this. If you have more. Experience than me as an FBI agent. And you know for a fact that in your experience, they never read the deadly force policy for every single one of the search warrants. Please come forward. I will give you a seat and you can you can have the microphone for an hour.

Easy, there isn't one. I've even talked to people that are in Trump's investigative team that are former FBI guys, and they all know what I'm talking about. This is an opportunity for the Trump team on the legal side to make, hey, they're making an argument. They're making an argument in a court filing. What they are not doing is telling you something that is factually true. They're trying. To craft an argument, that is the purpose of the lawyers, and

they're allowed to do that. They don't have to say things that are objectively factual. It can be played with, and when they do that, they can push it any way they want. But if you are part of the MAGA base and you are going to be conned in by what lawyers are trying to slant an argument in court, then you are the mark in this case. You're getting outraged about something that's very dangerous. And in the meantime, the left is uniting behind the things they want to do. They're.

Going to tell you about. The big thing? Look, cyber attacks, It's on water systems. That's why we got to crack down on your speech. That's why we need to do AI filtration. We need to go out there and be able to have better control. We need federal control of your local water in case we want to turn that off and create real chaos in the streets. It's a cyber attack. Folks, Sisa Sisa's out there. It's really dangerous. The Cyber Security Infrastructure Security Agency. Yeah.

So they need to go out there and make sure that they take over all of your water supply, your electrical power grid, all this other kind of things. You always, I always tell you guys you got two options, prepare or repair, right? Now you're in the. Middle of it. So you can do a little. Bit of both. You better start repairing what you're thinking about. If you think that this is only about a bombshell reveal, this is a federal judge who just released some basic paperwork.

If you're making a. Mountain out of this molehill. What's the end game? What's the goal there? How about this stuff that's happening in North Carolina? North Carolina lawmaker fights, anti state masking law. You got people on the political left. She's a Democrat. She's trying to make sure that they have the public health carve out. We talked about fear porn yesterday. One of the big pieces of it is this new avian flu, this H5 N 1. That's the COVID. Variant of of November 2024, it

looks like. At least that's what they're floating out there. Can we get people scared about it? You've got the people on the political left running with it, even though they admit it only killed one person so far and it's not a big deal. That's how it started with COVID. That's just how it. Starts. We get you whipped up. Into a frenzy. You get the left really excited about wearing masks again and lockdowns, and the government needs to take over all of the

infrastructure. You get the right divided on who's the the most conservative and who's saying things that are on Team Trump or on Team Republican. Now you can fight. Now you can fight against them and they're wearing you out. Y'all they're wearing you out. They're giving you all this fear porn. It's coming from all sides, including Fox. They just keep you against. The ropes. They'll just wear you out about all the things you're outraged about. And there's two possibilities.

When you're that outraged, 2 possibilities exist. Thing #1. You're too. You're too. Tired to fight in November. You've been outraged for the whole year. You've been outraged for four years. You got nothing left. You're empty. It's all out of the tank. That's a real rope. A dope, right? That's you let your opponent punch themself out. But the other possibility is this. They've been setting you up for one thing. Outrage, outrage, outrage,

outrage. And then something really wild happens, like what happened in Waco. The government really steps over the line and when they do, somebody reacts. And that's exactly what they need to be able to come in and do the thing where there is no election because we got martial law in this country, because we got to be able to step beyond it. I keep telling you that my friends who care about the stuff always worry. Is there a like a better than

average chance? Is there at least an average of 50% chance or or around there that we won't even have an election in November? Everyone keeps talking like it's an assured thing. Not right now, all. Bets are. Off and the reason why I don't trust anything that comes from the left or the right is because people like Fox News were also running the same death counters, and they were also concerned about the same things. With COVID, everybody's playing that same game.

You can't tell me there's a unit party and a BLOB like Mike Benz likes to talk about and then not act like it's a flipping BLOB. And anybody. Can be conned into this, especially if you are emotional about it and you are tribal. If you have a tribal attitude, you will not be willing to seek the truth. It's hard to.

Deal with that, folks. I did a podcast with Catholic Vote very recently, and it's going to be coming out, I think, on Thursday. It'll be worth your time, but consider this Inconvenient Truth is a very Christian phenomenon. And it cost? You something. It cost you friends. It cost you the ability to navigate in public. It cost you social credit. You think the things that Jesus was saying back in the day was, like, really well received. They killed him for it.

You realize that, right? Like that's always been the case. Martyrs come forward and say, listen, you must know this. The prophets have done this for a long time. I'm not claiming to be any of those things. I'm just telling you the human phenomenon of disregarding inconvenient truth is well established and has been for centuries. We don't like it. We don't like. To have the thing that we want to believe dispelled and we don't like. We want to be outraged.

It feels good. We're all on the same team. We're all riled up. Have you ever been in a place playing academics or sorry, been in a like a sporting event where you get whipped up into a frenzy? Coach is saying all the right things. You're hearing everything you want to hear, get you like their animals, their garbage. You're better than all this stuff. I've been in these things and it

makes you feel superhuman. It feels awesome to be part of a team that's ready to go in and nobody can touch us. It's. One of the things that. Really bothered me about Marcus Luttrell's book Lone Survivor. I don't know if you guys have ever read it, but I couldn't get through it. I couldn't get through the end of it because when he's talking about the beginning, about how they're getting whipped up into a frenzy, I understand that,

that mentality. But it's incredibly dangerous for really rational operators to be talking about how we're the best in the world and nobody can touch us. And then all your friends get killed, right? That thing really always sat with me. It's a very sobering moment when you realize that getting whipped up into a frenzy is only functional to a point.

We're talking about. Esprit de corps that the Marine Corps talks about in the French sort of knew you didn't need people to have incredible training. What you had is to have people believe in themselves that they were like the immortals and they could never be killed and they would go out there and they would die for for this 'cause. It's really hard to be able to take that and not kind of temper it as a as a little bit more rational take. There's. A place for.

It but not an election cycle, and certainly not in politics. Politics is a game of strategy. Why do I keep telling you guys that Republicans are playing maybe chess or checkers, right? Depending on how good they are. Sometimes they're playing chess, sometimes they're playing checkers. Some of it is a little bit more strategic, no doubt. Democrats aren't playing. That game they're playing, demolition Derby. They're smashing the board they're driving through with a monster truck.

You can't beat King me with somebody with a 34 inch tire that drives right over the top of the board. They win because they're not playing by the same rules of the same game. We're not talking about the same thing, folks. It's important to know. This I want to thank my friends over at Catholic Vote specifically because I mentioned them and there's something in The loop today that I actually think is an antidote to a lot of

this. If you guys are not getting the loop, go to catholicvote.org, sign up for The loop. There's actually a link in the show description you guys can click through and I think they have like a they're tagging the people that are that are referring folks to The Loop. You should get it. It's a good it's a great e-mail. There's a bunch of stuff about news all kinds of different perspectives today. There's one that's really

interesting in there. There there's an article that's called Be like Jesus Have Parties. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it says where did Jesus do the most of his teachings? At house parties, at dinner, around the table, with food and drinks and friends. But modern people have such packed schedules that these meals are becoming isolated and focused on efficiency. That is not good for a life of faith.

Bring back dinner parties. There's an entire article making the arguments that when we have neighbors come in and this is something I want you to understand. This is where I'm coming from with this. Again, catholicvote.org. Go and sign up for the Lube. Get that and read this thing. This is the really important thing. Think of. Every time that you've had a married couple over, friends of yours, have them come over for dinner and. What do you do when they? Leave when you and your spouse

are standing there. You do the same thing I do. I know you do because I've seen everybody do this. Everybody judges that person. Well, they do this. They're kind of weird about that. Like, do you remember when they said this? Like, why do they say that everything we do as human beings is judgmental? We are meant to do that. We are programmed to do this. And you do it too.

I know you do because I do it and I've seen everybody else do it. When somebody comes over to your house and they have some quirky nuance, that's not 100% the way that you do business, whenever those people leave, you guys cut it up and you Twitter and you and you compare notes. Why is that? Because you and your spouse are supposed to be like a united front. And the people that come. Into your house are not you. They don't do things the way you do. They do a lot of the things you do.

That's why you're friends, but not everything. If you agree with. People 80% of the time, like, you're really close. I always told my buddy I have a friend who's in the FBI right now and he, he and I agree on like probably 9394% of the things. When we find that 6% that we don't agree on, it is a really, really weird moment because we're so used to agreeing on things and it gets really contentious. But it's really important to remember, hey, you know what?

I don't have to agree with everything that my friends do or say. One of my friends told me that he thinks he's one of my best friends in the world. I would do anything for him. He told me he thinks that there should be unlimited money given to Ukraine at the cost of, like, his children's future in this country. I think that's a crazy impression. We're not not friends anymore. We just don't agree, folks. We don't have to agree on everything.

But when there is. An opportunity to look at truth. We should. We should also question ourselves when we are looking at and somebody's telling us, look, I have more experience in this. I'm not emotional about this and I'm telling you you're wrong. But I still love you. I still care about you as a person. I don't want you to be wrong. I'm not telling you because I want to be right. I'm telling you because I need you to be right as well. We should at least consider that. Perspective.

Because it's not a crazy thing to do. It's not crazy to disagree. It is crazy to lose your mind and get angry and tell people that they're useless. It's it's crazy to me to come out here. This guy, Brian Dean Wright, I guess he was in the CII don't know anything about this, he says. I spoke to my friend still at the Bureau. No one thought it was wise or proven to have an authorization of deadly force in the Mira Lager raid.

I know for a fact you don't have any friends in the FBI that said that. You know why? Because nobody, nobody would say that. That's an FBI agent. Even the people that I despise that are in the FBI would would argue against this. It's nonsensical. And in the meantime, we've got Jim Comedy out there talking about how Trump is an existential, existential threat to democracy.

And so he's going to do things that he didn't do before that he set it up in the first term and now he's going to knock it down in the second term. He's going to go after his political opponents. They're literally doing the thing. It's the Dan Bongino dipsy do flip Peru that he always talks about. They're literally setting up to do the thing that they've been doing. If you get a second Biden term,

I would not be surprised. They're already trying to financially assassinate the guy, but they didn't try to do that at Mar a Lago. That's not what was being done there. It doesn't mean we shouldn't be worried about it, but it just means, come on people, let's not play into this. And so there you have him talking about there's Dan Bongino's quote being said, says anybody who who says it's normal as a bonehead.

He says some really nasty things that are aimed at people like Brianna Morello and Steve and Garrett and I, and they're false. He's wrong. I've done a lot more FBI search warrants than Dan Bongino has. I'm not mad at him. We just have to disagree on this one. And I would like people to step back and see that this is the Kansas City Shuffle. OK. It's a rope, a dope where they're wearing you out and it's a Kansas City Shuffle. The con man doesn't choose to play the shell game with you.

If there's any possibility of him actually losing. The con man isn't getting you to pick the wrong shell. The con man is getting you to accept the basic premise of the game, that it's still being followed, that there are rules to the game. That's what the con man is doing. The con is getting you to pick a shell at all. The con is getting you to believe that there's a possibility that you could ever win, even when you think that you might be conned.

They're trying to make you believe that there are, in fact rules when the rules don't exist. This is a Kansas City Shuffle, folks. That's what this looks like. We're seeing it right now, yes. Let me just ask if I've ever been on Bannon Show never once been contacted by his people. Not once. The ball isn't under the first shell or the second shell, or even the third shell, because the ball isn't under the shells at all. The ball is in the con man's

palm the whole time. It's called a shell. Game but the But the premise of the con is a Kansas City shuffle and I'm going to come play you a little bit of clip as we leave. We don't get we we don't earn we didn't earn a pallet cleanser for the day. What we earned is a warning and. I'm going to. I'm going to. Play for you in just a minute. The Kansas City. Shuffle is an old, established name for a con game that depends on the mark, believing, correctly, that the con artist

is trying to con them. We all know we're trying to be conned right now, right? Do we not know that? Guys, do you know that you're they're trying? To con you. So we know that. But the con is not that they are trying to con us. The con is that they get us to believe that they're doing one con and they're actually doing another. You're looking left and they're doing something on the right. It's a sleight of hand. There's a lot of names for this stuff. It's the whole premise.

This one refers to it as being right for the wrong reasons. You're right, they're trying to con you, but you're wrong about how they're trying to do it. Here's the numbers that they say. This is the one 2-3 of the Kansas City Shuffle. Con artist needs to do the following to suspect that the victim has to do this, you have to suspect that you're involved in a con game. Do all of you believe that you're being conned right now that someone is trying to con you?

All right, step one Accomplished. Then you have to think that you figured out how to beat the con game. How about Q? Remember that. Remember all the psyops that are being played? You got to figure out that you think that you've actually got the inside track on this. You finally seen it. You got the bombshell, the smoking gun. And the real con? Is that they got you wrong about what the real con is. Do you see it? So dangerous people.

We're in a dangerous time. If you guys want to support our program, if you guys want to support what we're doing here, you can do that financially and also get something really tasty out of it. You guys are wrong, and it's it's tough to be the only person that's right. I've already done with this with the FBI. Now I've had to do this with Project Veritas people.

By the way, people from Project Veritas agree with me. The only one who doesn't is James O'Keefe, who's a con artist. It turns out thedashdispendables.com is how you support Garrett. Here's here's the thing. It's not a pallet cleanser. OK. The Kansas City Shuffle. You're the young guy. The game is being played. By somebody who is much more sophisticated and been doing this a very long time. The BLOB always looks out for the BLOB, and the BLOB always leads you to believe something

that is not true. I love the way that Mike Benz describes it, and many of you know why it's true. The key is don't mistake the fact that you know that you're being conned for understanding what that con is going to be. You should be suspicious of all the things, especially when everybody, everybody has landed on I know I'm right and they're all wrong. They don't have the knowledge of the experience or the time in this particular area to be able to say it. It's tough.

It's tough to see it and it's tough to call out people for being inaccurate. I don't like doing. It it's not fun for me. It actually keeps me awake at night. It's like one of those things like calling out your friend is probably the hardest thing to do. Calling out your enemies is easy. Your enemies do evil things.

You just tell them they're evil. The people that you like and you disagree with because they are doing something wrong and you know it's not good, not just for them, but for everybody. That's a real, real tough take. That's what being a whistleblower has been about, folks. For me. I did it. I lost a bunch of friends at the FBIA, Lot of them. And I'll lose followers over this. I don't care because I'm never going to go to tribalism when the truth is still available to me.

I encourage you guys do the same. Here's the Kansas City Shuffle. Oh, that's not the Kansas. City Shuffle. That's the book we just wrote for Catholic Vote for God, Country, and Sanity. How about that one? You guys can find it at store.catholicvote.org, How Catholics Can Save America. I wrote a chapter in there if you guys want to read it. All right, here's the Kansas City Shuffle. Sorry, without further ado, story, man. Charlie Chaplin entered a Charlie story, man.

Charlie Chaplin entered a Charlie Chaplin Look Alike contest in Monte Carlo and came in third. Now that's a story. This this is something else. So that's a Kansas City Shuffle. No, it's just the inciting incident, the catalyst. This is a Kansas City Shuffle. They look. Right. And you get it. They need to push. You one way and make you think you understand the game so they can play the real game and Bruce Willis just set him up. That's what it looks like. And it looks like you end up

getting. Crushed at the end of it. In this particular case, I think that's what's being set up here. Do not get pushed over the edge and get whipped into the fury that is being being fomented on the political right just as much as the political left wants to enrage you. Those are our sponsors. You guys can see them. Shows brought to you by all those folks. We appreciate it. You guys can send me your nasty comments and sarcastic remarks over at kalisariffin.com.

There's a contact me thing there. Knock yourself out. Tomorrow's going to be an interview with a former IRS agent. Another person that knows by the way, he reached out to me in the background and said, I have been saying this for years, that they shouldn't put the deadly force policy on there because if those documents are out, people don't understand what it is. It's meant for a very specific audience and the audience is not going to understand it. And that is true.

So look for Aaron Gogley. Tomorrow, I'm going to be going and giving a talk to some folks from Vote tonight in College Station. And if you're part of that, I hope that you guys are watching the show. And if not, hopefully they'll join the show soon. Folks, the truth matters. You can always choose. It doesn't take much. And yeah, this is exhausting. You're right. Somebody just said get some sleep. I'm working on it, folks. I am. All right.

I will see you tomorrow for the interview and then we'll catch you on the back end on Friday for friendly Friday. Well, you're going to hear a lot of the same stuff because Steve and I are in lock step on this stuff. All right. God bless you. See you tomorrow. Thanks for.
