Transcript

Take a look behind the curtain with the real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Well, hello my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Seraphin Show. Today is Tuesday, it is April the 9th, and we are rolling live on rumble.com/kyle Serafin. I hope you all are joining us

there. If you survived the apocalypse, if you survived the Eclipse Ellipse, you can come on over right here to rumble.com/kyle Serafin and be part of the live show and the live chat which has been going. Good morning to all of you. Glad to see you there. Today's show is one of those things where I got up this morning and looked around and I thought, man, it must be a slow Newsday because all I see on every page of all the places is Donald Trump. How much does our media love to

hate Donald Trump? They had this momentary break for just one second where they were able to think maybe, just maybe, they'll be the rapture and the apocalypse and all the other silliness that was coming out regarding this, this regularly scheduled event that happens in our celestial view like this normal thing that happens all the time the the eclipse goes by and now we're back to the fools. So I have more pictures of Donald Trump on my computer right now than I am comfortable with.

There are far more than any normal man should have, but so be it. We're going to talk a little bit about Donald Trump. Let's see today we're going to talk about a pro-life ruling from a federal judge. That's kind of cool. And in fact, it kind of gives a little bit more. When we read in depth. We're going to talk about Trump's statement about abortion specifically, which I think is relevant. My my my contention is, generally speaking, that Trump is not conservative. He's a populist.

That doesn't mean that he's the wrong choice, but we should know what it is, what we're talking about when we do that. Some of you guys get really heated because I don't love Donald Trump. I don't love any politicians. I love outcomes. His outcomes are decidedly better. But let's be realistic about what they are. We're going to talk about his trial, the the fact that this is about to go down in New York City. He is fighting the city of New York. He's fighting the federal

government. The man is besieged on all sides, and obviously the media is there for it in greater or worse things. And then I want to talk about a concept that everybody might be familiar with. If you follow anything on social media, it's the word grift. We had Ron Coleman on the program not too long ago, and one of the things that he said that I found very, very amusing towards the end, everybody is a grifter.

And then he did the grifter thing, that grift, grift, grift, grift where if you promote yourself in any way, shape or form, or you decide to make money because your life has changed dramatically and you're unable to do so in a previous format, then the most common thing to say is that you are a grifter. And the word grifter is being misused. I want to discuss that versus what a con artist is. I think we'll talk a little bit about all that. But first, say thanks to a

sponsor. Grift, grift, grift, grift, grift. Every time I hear that now I just think of Ron Coleman. Love Ron Coleman. How about how about Patriot coolers? Our friends over at patriotcoolers.com? The promo code is Kyle. It's Kyle. That saves you 10% on buying their lovely products like this one. If you guys don't have one. Look at this. I got my suspendables merch stickers. This is a 19 oz coffee mug.

If it's great in All in all of the cup holders, in all of the vehicles that I have been able to drive and it keeps my coffee warm. That's all it's it's only job. Keep things hot, hot, keep things cold, cold. Have a handle on it. It's got 50 stars on the bottom. It says Patriot on the side and ghost letters right here. It's a fantastic little piece of equipment. They're not particularly expensive. You buy it one time, you fire away and that is it. They have been supporting our program.

Speaking of the grift, they've been supporting our program since February of last year because they believe in the message we have. They believe in our audience and as that audience grows, they continue to stay with us. Never had a single statement about what it is that we say. What we can't say, we love Patriot coolers because of their

support. If you guys are interested in having something that says Patriot on the side of it when you are at work or in the office or en route to the office and so on, check out Patriot. coolers.com are good friends here. Really, they are.

They're good people. Marcus is my contact over there and he's a good guy and we're going to get this thing set up so you guys can actually go out and buy should you choose Suspendables Cups because that's actually going to be really, really fun and we don't want to keep the inventory. I don't want to put more more on Garrett. This just came in and this is where I'm going to start today. You know that we'll always give you the inside baseball when we

can. This just came out of CNN's reporting and I want to cover it full form because this is not a slow news story. The FBI just arrested a man who allegedly pledged allegiance to ISIS and planned attacks on Idaho churches. The DOJ says this was in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where I just was a couple of days ago. Holy moly, were we in in in possible vulnerability of an ISIS attack in Idaho, of all places, by a white kid who has a knife and a dumb haircut and the silly hat and an ISIS flag, Huh.

Is that real? You know, we'll always tell you guys how it works before I even read the story. And I hate to bring my biases to this, but my guess was, 'cause this is my guess all the time for the FBI. When they do a terrorism case like this, it will involve A confidential human formant, an online contact, encouragement of the worst ideas, and the amount of money that that person has in order to fund said ideas. You guys know it. It's a free lesson from the Kyle Sarovic Show.

This is this is the number one rule of feds. If you ever meet somebody online who agrees with all of your dumbest ideas, especially the violent ones, wants to be your buddy during business hours, mostly is able and willing to help you carry out said ideas for the exact amount of money that you have. That is a federal informant or an undercover fed. And they are not your real friend. You need to go to church. You need to go meet a real friend.

Go find an 8 year old lady who praised the rosary and she will listen to you. And then you can make a friend that will tell you something better than that. This guy didn't follow that basic advice and this is what it comes down to. He's an 18 year old guy. Oh, interesting, 18. What do we know about that? They probably waited until he turned 18 because that's how

these things work. Investigators believe that his alleged efforts to carry out an attack intensified following the March attack that killed 144 people in Moscow. Oh, interesting. So this nonsensical thing that what happened in Moscow somehow inspired this guy to carry out an attack. The complaint alleges that he swore allegiance to ISIS. This happens all the time. By the way, this is a classic FBI ploy.

And then decided to plan an attack waged against certain churches in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I brought up the FBI statement on this and their news release. And whenever you go to the news release in the store, you can also find what is called the the criminal complaint. OK, And the criminal complaint will always have this date, this thing called the summary of probable cause or the statement of facts. And I'm going to read it to you right here. This is on page three of the

complaint from the DOJ. This is critical stuff to learn. Paragraph #5. This case began when Alexander Mercurio reached out to a confidential human source online and indicated his support for ISIS and terrorist organizations more generally. I don't even have to read these things to know what they're going to say. It doesn't take any work to know that they are running a standard playbook. This particular complaint was sworn out by a task force officer on the JTTF, and that

task force officer was AUS. Marshall, a Deputy Marshall. The FBI was able to work with a confidential human source, ACHS, who met with Mercurio in person. OK, now we've established that Mercurio proceeded to express support for terrorist organizations, specifically ISIS online in person, spread ISIS propaganda online, solicit ISIS involvement in and approval of his propaganda efforts, and then discussed traveling from the

United States to join ISIS. Considered and planned ways to support ISIS financially and most recently set forth a plan to assault his father with a metal pipe. Are you ready? This is the terroristic act this guy came up with. Do you understand how much this is a reach for a federal crime? He was going to beat up his dad with a metal pipe and then steal his dad's guns because he had none, and then attack a local church, which the FBI said, yeah, you should do all those things.

Are you sure you want to do those things? You do want to do those things. Good. OK, got it. Now we're going to arrest you. At the beginning of 2024, his conduct escalated, blah blah, blah. He planned a suicide attack on church or churches in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. His plan involved flame covered weapons. That's a new one on me. Flame covered weapons, explosives, knives, machetes, a pipe, and ultimately firearms. This is a moron. This is someone that the FBI

targets. A dumb young kid who has sense of violence, a sense of violence because of hormones and wants to use flame covered weapons, whatever the hell that means. They wrote this thing down in a serious way. Go figure, you can't make this kind of stuff up. His plan was to incapacitate his father with a steel pipe, restrain him using handcuffs, and then steal those firearms to cause maximum casualties. They wrote this with a straight face. Folks. This is the this is what we're paying for.

The FBI does this all the time, all over the country. And then the special agent in charge of the of the Salt Lake City field office, which runs the Coeur d'Alene office, which is a little satellite office there in in Idaho, that person claimed a victory and said we've protected the American people. You need to hear this kind of stupidity. This case should be an eye opener to the dangers of self radicalization, which is a real threat to our community. Is it when you radicalize people?

Said Special Agent in Charge Sinihi Sinha. Sorry, Shohini, sorry, Let me just get that right. Shohini Sinha of the of the Salt Lake City, UT Field Office. That's a new SAC there, By the way. Protecting the American people from terrorism remains the FB is #1 priority and we continue to encourage the public to report anything suspicious to the FBI or your local law enforcement. Let me just end that statement with so that we can continue to do this nonsense. That's how we have to do it.

We need you guys to report them. Please report your neighbors that we may be able to radicalize foolishness, abject foolishness, but this is the kind of people that we're dealing with. If you think that we are not dealing with a weaponized federal government, then you are not paying attention. And this is one of those examples. You can tell the story every FBI agent that's ever worked this sort of knows before they even read from the headline on. I could have told you what the

story was about. Yet another reason, by the way, for you guys to prepare yourselves. Let's let's handle this one too. For patriots.com/kyle. If you are not prepared for any kind of stupidity, including flame covered weapons in your community coming after your churches, you guys can do that by going to forpatriots.com/kyle. Prepare yourself so you don't

have to repair yourself. Make sure that you have calories in a stash of some kind, whether it's 72 hours, whether it's three weeks, whether it's three months, six months, or even up to a full year. You guys can go and purchase calories that will remain in a sealed bag and be edible for up to 25 years. That's how they pack them at Fort patriots.com. Go to fortpatriots.com/kyle.

Make sure that you have your mind right, that you have prepared yourself for apocalypses and earthquakes and the Rapture and all the other nonsensical things that didn't happen yesterday. You never know when it might be worth doing it, and you never know when some ISIS kid is going to get arrested down the street from your house and just block you into your home. Yeah, you should have some calories put away and this is the way you can do it.

You can support our sponsors that support us for patriots.com/kyle. We appreciate them and their support. I appreciate you guys knowing that there is not going to be just an easy day coming. It's not what we're dealing with, but we do have some victories in this fight, this fight for, I don't know, First Amendment liberties. Like, by the way, that kid. Here's the other thing that's really weird.

OK, let me go back to this. What is really weird is that you can give money to ISIS and that is considered, that's considered material support of terrorism. But you can give money to a politician and that's considered free speech. So how do we deal with that? At some point, we're going to have to come and reckon with the idea that giving money is either speech or it's not speech. And we have two conflicting laws

in this world. Depending on who you give money to, It tells us whether or not there is, in fact, speech happening. Big problem, not normal. All right. First Amendment liberties are going to include your freedom to practice your religion. That means the government not coming in and putting its boot on your neck and telling you that you must do something that you choose not to do or that you would rather not do or that you

believe is morally wrong. In this story, this is the state of Texas and the Mayo Pharmacy versus the United States Department of Health and Human Services. How weird is it that we have to keep suing our federal government to get out of our damn business? That's. That's the actual purpose of the 1st Amendment. That's that's actually why it was written. Stay out of the out of our our beliefs, out of our practice of religion.

The court affirmed that the pharmacies free to operate according to their own religious beliefs. We're actually getting some incremental steps forward, and this is only happening in places like the 5th Circuit. This is happening in one of the district of Texas. The Biden administration issued A mandate requiring pharmacies serve patients with Medicare, Medicaid or other federally

funded coverage. Do you see how, when government money gets into it, that's how they weasel their way in and try to make things happen? It's the same way they tried to make rules for OSHA. They're like, oh, do you have any federal money that's involved in your situation? Then we're going to come and leverage our access. That's not how our government is supposed to work.

It's not supposed to be that we vote for a king who then looks for loopholes in the legalities of it to come after every single person to try to enforce their garbage policies. I get it that when you work for the federal government the way that I did, that they may come down with some awful policies, some of which are illegal, all of which are stupid. Why would you try to get rid of your federal workforce unless you're trying to get compliance, which they did.

But in this case, we're talking about private businesses, which we've often believed we're able to operate with impunity. Like, remember the signs that just said we reserve the right to to refuse service to anyone? How come we can't do that anymore? Why can't we refuse service to people? And this goes to the the master cake situation and all the others. But look, let's just throw this this this is the lawsuit.

And I just find it very difficult when the defendant is the federal government that we are suing our government to do its job properly. Isn't that bizarre? It makes no sense at all to me. I want to read something that's really critical that came out of this decision. Mostly what I wanted to read was this thing that Section B does the revised guidance require the plaintiff to dispense drugs for

abortion purposes. And this is what happened in this court, this court filing, in this decision, they addressed a whole bunch of malfeasance by our federal government. In other words, that they're they're doing this sort of gnarly little game where they they advance an agenda, then they pull back from it and they try to act like they didn't advance an agenda. And that's what happened in this one. And the courts actually called them out for it. Very specifically.

It said the defendants, OK, this is the defense is the federal government, Xavier Becerra and the Health and Human Services Department asserted in their motion to dismiss. Because they always say dismiss, they don't want the court to hear it. They also always claim that it's moot because they changed the rules since then, Even though they did something, they knew it was illegal.

All right, in the motion to dismiss, the original pharmacy guidance did not require pharmacies like Mayo or those in Texas to dispense drugs for abortion purposes. But due to the flurry of abortion related executive orders, press releases, and guidance documents released by this administration, that's the Biden administration. Mere weeks after the Supreme Court's decision in the Dobbs case, this court doubted that claim. This is I I dug through this entire decision, which is about

15 pages long. No, it's not. It's 18 pages long. And And that line stood out to me in such a strong contrast to what is supposed to happen. The count the, the court doubted the claims of the defendant and the and the is the federal government.

They don't believe them. Thus, this court denied the defendant's motion, which was the motion to dismiss the case altogether and detailing its suspicion that the defendants were smurfing the administration's abortion policies through the pharmacy, the pharmacy guidance. And that had a strong impact on everything. It actually caused the defendant, the federal government, to go back and rewrite all the words on the thing that they had put out that was guidance for pharmacies.

They advanced this thing three steps forward. They say, oh, I'm sorry, but that's not what we really meant. And they walk back 2 steps, there's still one step ahead and then they try to make one more step forward. All of this is is deliberate. This is what law fair looks like. It is moving the ball in ways that are that are very disingenuous and they are not the stated purpose of what's supposed to happen. This is the conclusion that comes directly out of this

particular document. This is the court's decision and their final conclusion says as follows. The defendants again the federal government have given the plaintiffs, This is the pharmacy and the individual who said he had a moral belief against abortion pills, the relief requested and then some. The courts holding therefore, is simple. One, the revised guidance does not require the plaintiffs to dispense drugs for abortion purposes. That's a massive victory.

It turns out the revised guidance does not require plaintiffs to dispense abortion drugs for non abortion purposes when doing so would violate Texas abortion laws or Mayo sincerely held religious beliefs. That's a two prong piece there #1 the abortion laws in Texas to the actual sincerely held belief of the people that run this pharmacy. That's good. Based on the defendant's repeated affirmations in person, before the court, and in writing.

Any investigation by OCR are based on the complainants. Rising from either of the above scenarios would involve the plaintiffs quickly resolved without need for judicial interference. In other words, they are saying very definitively that this is settled so we don't need to mess around with any more long form, despite who's right or wrong. If the defendants are in the wrong, they've said that they won't do the the the wrong thing and come after them.

And if they do that, they are automatically going to be judged incorrect based on this ruling. The defendants are right that when one side sorry, when one side gives the other everything it asked for, then that renders the case moot. So that's what they try to do. They try to change the rules enough to make it moot. What they always want to do with the Biden administration has been really, really big on this. They did this in the 5th Circuit with our case against the the

vaccine mandates. What they'll do is they advance their agenda right up to the point when they know that they have lost in the courts and then they withdraw it in order to not have a decision entered like this one. They want to not have a decision that is on paper and then they say, look, it's moot. I know we infringed on a bunch

of people's civil liberties. I know we took Seraphin's job and and friend's job and O'boyle's job and Marcus Allen's job and about, you know, a couple hundred others. We screwed over these guys in the FBI and we screwed over a bunch of other people, Guys like, don't get me wrong, we screwed over a bunch of people in the military and also another civil service. But we withdraw the mandate, so don't give us a court decision on it. We want to be able to do that again in the future.

Which is exactly why these cases are important, for them to go all the way to the end. And in the case that I helped fund in the 5th Circuit, they pulled it before the N Bank review, before we would have had a chance to have standing case law saying, aha, you were wrong. It has been properly adjudicated. They know it. It's bad faith. Exactly correct.

Whatever in the chat we are seeing this, it's bad faith to operate in this way, to know that what you're doing is wrong and they're going to do it anyway. They do not care, not even a little bit, and they carry on with it. This is not the reason our government exists. It's not supposed to do this. It's supposed to serve the people, not its own interests. But what is happening is, is that a small minority? As you all know, a very small minority of people have elected

the executive. The executive is supposed to be subservient to the legislative branch. The Article One, Article 2 powers are out of they are out of a balance. And that out of balance is the reason why there is so much anxiety right now in this country. It's one of many reasons, but it is a strong reason because the legislature is not legislating and the executive is trying to do so by Fiat, which is to say they make an argument and then they carry it out because of

their belief that it's correct. Wiping out student debt and all this other nonsense. All of these come from assuming powers that do not belong in the executive and the legislation being weak. We're actually going to talk about another example of the executive usurping the legislative power for oversight a little bit later on 1st I want to talk about this piece that that Catholic vote wrote. So you guys know how to find Catholic vote. You can always follow them. catholicvote.org.

Go to the the main website there and you can follow the loop. And the loop is what I got this particular article. This is a good article. This is a response by pro-life leaders to Trump's statement on abortion, which I will play for you in just one second, but make sure you guys are following Catholic vote on social media and so on. And if you're not getting the loop, you're missing out. So that's your choice. But I recommend it.

catholicvote.org/loop is a way you could just read it if you don't want to give them your e-mail, and I understand that instinct as well. Let's play this statement on abortion that Trump made because this is going to be. This was a dunk, by the way, for the left. Meanwhile, they completely ignore the fact that we have a guy sitting in the White House who actually does not even come close to this. People are almost always in politics choosing the lesser of two evils.

And for those of you that are diehard Trumpers, I get that that bothers you. But he is a lesser of two evils. He's not perfect, and if you claim otherwise, we can have that debate, I will win it. He's not perfect. There's a lot of imperfections for many years. That doesn't make him not the best presidential candidate. We're not even close. It's not even. It's like what did the what did the Dexter Taylor, when I was talking, he said Trump is about a 5050 and Biden's a -15.

That's nowhere near a discussion. It's like I can do that with my eyes close. OK Now his position is politically correct. You will hear this. It's politically correct. It's morally weak, but I'll take it where I can get it. I'll take a victory because he actually did the thing that needed to be done. Federalism is actually a principle that we should back. It makes it hard for people that

are pro-life. People like Lila Rose came out from Live Action. She was another one of the contestants for for Catholic Hero of the Year, and Lila said the same thing. She's very disappointed in this statement, which is fine, but this is a political statement. He's not making a religious statement. He's not making even a moral statement. And this is the reason why many people will always say that great men are often not good men.

If he was really great and fully suspendable the way we want, he would just go like, you know, guns blazing. That's not the world we live in. And I'm OK with that because we live in a fallen world. We've got an imperfect leader who's doing something that is far better and the outcome is far better than the alternative. So anyway, the the left is going to play this up like Trump, you know, he's he's basically sticking it to the evangelical left.

Well, first of all, I'm not on the evangelical, right. Sorry, I said the evangelical right. I'm not on that side. I'm on the pro-life side in general. And yet, he's not sticking it to me. He's just being politically expedient. I get it. I actually do get it. I can see both sides here. He's still the better choice, hands down. It's not even. It's not even a contestant. Anyway, let's hear his statement on abortion and his little self praise here. It's not bad.

Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides wanted and in fact demanded be ended. Roe V Wade, they wanted it ended.

It must be remembered that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the 9th month, the concept of having an abortion in the later months, and even execution after birth. And that's exactly what it is. The baby is born. The baby is executed after birth is unacceptable, and almost

everyone agrees with that. My view is now that we have abortion, where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint to, states will determine by vote or legislation, or perhaps both, and whatever they decide must be the law of the land, in this case the law of the state. Many states will be different. Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be at the end of the day. This is all about the will of

the people. You must follow your heart, or in many cases, your religion or your faith. Do what's right for your family and do what's right for yourself. Do what's right for your children. Do what's right for our country and vote so important to vote. At the end of the day, it's all about will of the people. That's where we are right now and that's what we want, the will of the people. Many people have asked me what? That was on a loop.

Listen, one of the things that Dan Bongino very, very astutely pointed out the other day sometime last week, was that political campaigns are about contrast. And there you have a contrast. And Trump actually points out the contrast. The contrast is as follows. Are you interested in baby death to the point of birth? And even after, Are you down with that or do you think that we should have 50 independent laboratories for freedom? He said that the will of the people is served.

That's a populist argument, by the way. It's populist. It's not conservative. Conservatives want to conserve things that already are good and have existed. Conservatives want to make sure that babies have a right to life. But he's making a prudent political argument. I don't need Trump raising my kids. He's not telling us that. He's trying to tell us what our values are. He already said, you know what your values are, so live them. That's fine.

It really is. I don't need politicians to also be my religious figures. And at the end of the day, if we are going to be people who say that the Constitution is where it's supposed to be, the federal government, it's not listed anywhere in the Constitution, right? That's the whole point. That Roe V Rade was, was was screwed up. They created a right out of

nowhere. And since it doesn't exist in the Constitution according to the 10th Amendment, it should be left to the States and the people. And you have that choice. You can choose to live in a state. You can choose to vote in that state. You can choose to move the policy in that state. That is correct. Is it great? I don't know. If he gets into office, it's not terrible. He's obviously better than the guy who claims to be Catholic. And isn't that an interesting shot?

I would be pointing that out as well. If I were Trump, I'd be pointing out the fact that we are talking about a man that he is running against, who claims to be a Catholic and then lives in diametric opposition to the Catholic position on abortion. That's not good. OK, what he said the states will determine by vote, by legislation, perhaps both, because there are people that are making constitutional amendments.

They're happening right now in Florida, which is that that case is moving forward and they'll decide what's going to be the law of the land, the law of the state. Isn't that interesting. That actually is not necessarily a conservative argument per SE, but what it is, is a constitutional argument that the law of the state is supposed to be there unless the Constitution gives the federal government the right to get involved. It's not wrong.

Like I said, it's an imperfect but not that far off, and it's also very pragmatic because he said I'm not going to get involved in it, he said. I like what happened. We put in a good Supreme Court and they did the job that needed to be done. All right. So he also made a stance that said that the the Republican Party should be on the side of IVF. Big problems with that as well. He's trying to be consistent here talking about the miracle of life.

Well, it's hard for you to make a moral argument about life. Look, the guy wins some, he loses some. That one is a loss for me. So be it. OK, So what are people saying? The fact the matter is, is the federal government should not be abandoning women to be exploited. This is the this is the Catholic response, this is the pro-life responses, that we shouldn't be abandoning women to be exploited by abortion.

It's bad for women, which means it's bad for people who are Americans. That's not good, but there's a stark contrast. This is from my friends over at Catholic Vote. The contrast between Joe Biden and the Democrats and President Trump is unmistakable. That pro-life voters have only one option in November.

I'll go further than that. If you believe in the First Amendment and you don't want to weaponize government, you only have one choice in November. When it comes to between those two, if you believe in the Second Amendment and you think that people should be able to own firearms, one has said that they want to confiscate and get rid of things. Trump is highly imperfect on guns, guys. He he was involved in the bump stack ban. He was OK with that. I hope he's learned.

I hope that we can even nudge him on that. But he's light years better. He's not calling for assault weapons ban. So that's a big deal if you are interested in any, like, even even even if we're interested in the rest of it, he's talking about federalism all the way through the 10th Amendment. I would say that your argument basically is not even a pro-life situation.

It's an argument between whether or not we believe that somebody cares about the Bill of Rights and somebody believes that they are elected to be the king, the Fiat, the ruler. What's funny is, is that we hear what Joe Biden is doing. We know what he's doing. He's garbage at what he does too. And yet apparently we're not listening to him enough. This is a complaint that was made by Donna Brazell. She's not very bright. I don't know. I listen to her.

I'm like, yeah, maybe people don't want to listen to Joe Biden, even in his own party, because he's absolutely terrible, because he makes absurd claims and he barely can stand upright. But here she is making the argument that people should be listening to him and giving him more credit for all of his terrible and stupid ideas. You ready for this one? Take a deep breath. Here we go. Let's get into the stupid. Alex made the point that President Biden doesn't talk

about the wars very often. Should he? Absolutely not just in Israel, Ukraine, we have superpower. He is the commander in chief. Absolutely. He should speak out more and also we should cover what he's saying because often when he speaks nobody. Listens. OK. And Alex? Yeah, that's a former DNC chair Donna Brazell. From her mouth to God's ears. Let it be that the Democrats now also run and add that to their platform. Wouldn't that be good?

What do we got on a platform for the Dems Right now? They're running on abortion up to point of birth or after. So kill babies. That's good. Everybody is racist, racist, racist, trans, everybody. And affirm that men are women, women are men and they should get into that space. And let's add, oh, everything is white supremacy. That's the racist theme, right?

And let's add a fourth pillar, a fourth leg to the stool, which is that Joe Biden got us into some really good wars, Ukraine, Israel and maybe Russia. Let's add that we should be listening to Joe Biden when he he should talk about it more. I agree 100%. Talk about that more and then let us know. And maybe he should also kick off Kamala Harris and get Nikki Haley as his running mate. That would be a great unifying ticket. The pro war, We're doing a great job creating turmoil and death

in the world. We're killing babies, we're sterilizing kids, and we would love to see some American youth go to die in other places 'cause that's what we're all about. Maybe he could also run on his record a day. The excellent work he did in Afghanistan when he shut that sucker down and 13 service members were killed that didn't need to die. How about that?

The fact that there's a combat memorial in front of my parents front, front yard to remind people as they walk by out in Arizona, when they walk by on that little loop they go, Oh yeah, the Biden administration killed people for no reason. They should definitely run on that. I would very much like to see it. The other fun thing is this. You'd think this is the Babylon Bee, but this is actually a so-called serious news

organization. This is MSNBC telling us that they actually just missed the Republicans of yore that used to hate Russia the way that they hate Russia. Is it? That's really what we're doing right now. Just so you guys know, we're we're actually going to go and say that they loved John McCain and Mitt Romney and they're going to play clips and and and that they loved Reagan. Do you remember how much Reagan was loved by the political left? So much show that he was

actually shot in the chest. Yeah. OK, here we go. This is the take. This is revisionist history. If you don't know your history, you're going to just do this, I guess. And people go like, yeah, we were really nice to Mitt Romney, the guy that we accused that Joe Biden actually accused of wanting to put black people in chains. Like what? Here we go. Gorbachev, tear down this wall. Russian imperialism, which of course has been a characteristic of Russian foreign policy for

centuries. I'm not going to wear rose colored glasses when it comes to Russia or Mr. Putin, and I'm certainly not going to say to him I'll give you more flexibility after the election. First of all, we've got to realize what Vladimir Putin is. He's an old KGB Colonel that wants to restore the Russian Empire. According to our intelligence services, the Russian government has made a project of turning Americans against each other.

Ancient history. Relics of a bygone era, what Republicans used to say and sound like when they talked about Russia. Now, though, Donald Trump's allies in Congress seemed damn right eager to do Vladimir Putin's bidding to say what? What Putin would want them to say. And it turns out, as of today, even some Republican lawmakers agree with that.

After House Foreign Affairs Chairman Michael McCaul told Puck News that Russian propaganda had, quote, infected a good chunk of his party's base yesterday, House Intelligence Chair Michael Turner agreed with that watch. We see directly coming from Russia attempts to mask communications that are anti Ukraine and pro Russia messages, some of which we even hear being uttered on the House floor.

I mean there are members of Congress today who still incorrectly say that this conflict between Russia and Ukraine is over NATO, which of course it is not. Of course it's not about NATO. Of course it might be about NATO because NATO keeps threatening to expand right next to Russia. Who doesn't really want that? I don't know. Is that really Russian propaganda to look at it and go, you know what? NATO sucks. We don't need to be in NATO. There's no reason for NATO.

The reason for NATO died in the 90s. Makes sense to me. I don't get it. And are you being influenced by Russian propaganda because you think with your head instead of just saying blindly that you need to put our Ukrainian flag on everything? We're not wearing a Ukrainian T-shirt on this on this, on the show. Is that what we need to have? We have to just 100% be like listen to these guys talk the so-called America first people are also 100% Israel and Ukraine first. It's it's bizarre.

Mike Johnson did it. He stepped into the speaker's chair, stepped up right in front of the chair and said our first priority is America first and that's why we must give money to Israel and Ukraine. Huh. What maybe he need, Maybe he's auditioning for a spot on The View. Is that what's going on? Is it possible that he's trying to get on The View anyway? But of course, it always goes back to Trump is bad evil Trump. Bad man Trump. So here's some fun stuff.

Are you guys ready? Like I said, way too much Trump on my desktop. But it is what it is. Here you go. So from the left, this is from I think ABC sets up yes. No. Is it from ABC? It's from the Hill. There we go. It says a memo bets that anti Trump or anti abortion evangelicals have no choice but to back Trump. And that's what Trump is playing on with that statement you heard a moment ago. Yeah, I mean he's they're right. That's true. You have no other choice because you're alternative.

It's like do you want some abortion as determined by the state or do you want all the abortion as determined by the federal government? I'll take, I'll take the first one, please. That sounds way better. And then we'll incrementally try to lower that at the state level. For whatever reason, they think

this is a win. But this was all over the place to the point where, as I started looking this morning, this is what was all over the place on this is 4 different news sites that you're seeing that the main pages of the previous one and this The Hills lead story. Then you've also got this nonsense coming out of CNN and CBS and MSNBC, and they're talking about the special counsel, and they're talking

about bids to reject immunity. And in contrast is also interestingly, if you're looking on the screen right now in the bottom right, that tiny little picture of Biden, we're going to cover that in a minute. But all this is about historically, he's just about to face the real consequences of do you know what the trial that's going on in New York even is? Do you guys even realize that he's being tried for hush money payments to Stormy Daniels prior to 2016?

We're talking about a guy that Trump is running against, a dude who basically said that Donald Trump lives in the past. Meanwhile, his operatives in the state of New York, which is 100% working on behalf of what Biden wants to do, and then the actual operatives coming out of DOJ who are making cover stories for Biden and also who are directly coming after his, his political rival, they are 100% focused on things that happened a long time ago and don't matter. I'm telling you, it doesn't

matter. Do you know why it doesn't matter that Donald Trump had classified documents at his house? Because nothing happened from it. We're no worse off. Our guy is still getting us into wars. Did Trump get us into wars? No, Like I said, you don't have to love the man to look at it and go, good God, they also both had the same problems. One of them was a former commander in chief. One of them was a senator that also wanted to protect his legacy.

That's not covered, it turns out, by the Presidential Records Act to keep stuff like that. You can't just take things home because you want to protect your legacy. And then he's apparently too old to be prosecuted. We're just living in this twilight zone. All of this stuff is wild. The first day of his criminal trial. So this is the thing. The the, the, the walls caving in moment. At any moment, it can. It can happen. They could finally get that piece.

This is Stephen Collinson's piece up here. Trump is just days from his first criminal trial after the last legal gambit fails. It was always going to fail. It's in front of an unfriendly judge. It's in front of a partisan judiciary in the state of New York where they elect judges. They want to do gag orders on people because they can't talk about what's going on. And it's so funny, this case, which stems from payment to an adult film actress ahead of the 2016 election, now in excess of

eight years ago. It's one of just 4 criminal cases against him, and he's pleaded not guilty in all the cases, God forbid. But he's treated like he's guilty because the political left cannot handle the idea that people are innocent until proven guilty. So they've already convicted him. They've convicted him left and right. He's guilty of hush money payments, which may or may not even be a problem. The statute ran out, but they did it anyway. Do you recall all the, like, the

ridiculousness? This is the Alvin Bragg case that we've all sort of mentally moved on from because it was crazy and stupid. It's ongoing. It's about to come to fruition, and they are wetting their chops about it. So this is what is invading the news cycle in all of the different news sites that are out there pushing the stuff. This is another fun one. The judge releases the questionnaire for jury selection

in the Trump hush money trial. And you notice they're talking about it's not a hush money trial. That's not what's being discussed. In theory, they're talking about violations of campaign finance laws. But why talk about it honestly when you can actually throw a smear in there about hush money? What kind of hush money was out there in the Biden world? They don't need hush money. It turns out what they do is they go arrest people that have Ashley Biden's diary.

Yeah, that's right. They went after and sent federal, federal agents to arrest people who were holding on to a worthless piece of paper, a book of papers that a girl wrote in when she was like, rehabbing from drugs. That's that's what they do. You don't need hush money payments when you have the DOJ working on your behalf.

When the entirety of the FBI is willing to go out there and do this nonsense and run right through the 1st Amendment protections of the of the press, you can see why this stuff is so it like it's it's a constitutional argument when it comes to who's who's running in November right now.

Donald Trump lawyers on Monday afternoon attempted to convince an appellate judge that a fairy jurors, a fair jury selection couldn't happen in Manhattan. Oh no shit like I, I you almost want to hit yourself in the face when you read this. The judge released a questionnaire that he plans to use to oversee jury selection, which is scheduled to begin on April 15th. We're one week away from them

seating a jury perspective. Juries will be asked you ready for how safe and fair and reasonable this is going to be in Manhattan. They want to know if prospective jurors have ever attended one of Donald Trump's rallies eliminated. You can't go. Wouldn't that be a jury of his peers? Wouldn't his peers be people that actually went to his rally? Listen to him. I don't know if they ever belong to a group like the Proud Boys or Antifa. Oh, got it. So at least they're being fair,

right? Or if they've ever volunteered with a political entity associated with the former president. How about if they've ever volunteered with a political entity or ever given money to the opposite of that political entity? What if you were a Democrat donor? Are you eliminated? Because that seems like how about non political people are the only ones that could be on the jury? Wouldn't that make sense?

No. Anybody that's given money or helped out with MAGA 'cause if they've ever had any association with the Republican Party, they're going to get kicked out. Here's a question directly Do you have any strong opinions or firmly held beliefs about whether the former president may be criminally charged in a state court? You see, we need to establish our legitimacy by getting rid of the people that might think that we're not legitimate right up

front in the jury selections. Another question, do you have any feelings about how Mr. Trump is treated in this case? Because if you think he's being treated unfairly, you're out. By the way that's most of America thinks this. Even people on the left can look at it and go like this is pretty uncomfortable. This is a pretty uncomfortable thing to do. So we're going to get staunch leftist on the jury. This is, This is why they're

fighting it tooth and nail. This is why the Trump, you know, the Trump legal team has to fight it. It still comes out. This is actually I think very good for the fairness. Do you have any strong opinions or firmly held beliefs about the former president or the fact that he's currently a candidate for president that would interfere with your ability to be fair or an impartial juror? This is the same stuff that happened for the January 6th

defendants by the way. What they said was, I know you were in Washington DC and by the fact like the fact that you live there 95% Democrat that you're also kind of a victim, you're kind of a victim of January 6th cause like it shut down the

entire city. You guys have no idea if you've never been to DC when they did this, but when they shut down, when they shut down Washington DC in January of 2021, post January 6th it looked like something that you would see in a movie about West Germany and East Germany and like behind the Berlin Wall, the Iron Curtain countries, it was insane. There were, you know, 8 foot anti scale fencing everywhere. Where the hell was that on January 6th, right? There were National Guards troops.

You remember they were sleeping on the ground, which is not the worst thing for a troop to be doing, but they were sleeping on the ground and like parking garages, they were sleeping on the marble floor of the Rotunda inside the Capitol. Do you guys remember how insane that was at the time as they were doing the transition over? I still got my badge. It's it's actually, it's on the wall right over there.

My badge from the inauguration, Not only that, but they also had COVID guidance that they gave out to everybody that was a federal law enforcement officer or everybody that had access to move freely about DC. And if you didn't have a badge like I did that said that you worked for a law enforcement agency with a picture in your credentials, you could not just drive anywhere you wanted without a good reason. They shut down free movement in the District of Columbia.

And those people who lived through that garbage are on the trials for the January Sixers. And all they're asked is, can you put your feelings about January 6th aside and give a fair verge? And they're like, Oh my God, yes, I can't wait. In the same way that people in Manhattan are going to be like, absolutely lock this sucker up, Let's get in there, Let's do this. By the way, if you happen to be a Trump donor, you're gone. How about if you gave money to the RN, to the DNC?

How about that? How about if you support Chuck Schumer, who's a scumbag? How about that? Nope, You're still good. You can still be in. It's it's so obviously unfair. Like I said, I don't have a ton of love for the guy per SE. Outcomes are better. And what we're talking about is objectively wrong. It is weaponization of our federal government in such a bad

way. And then, of course, also at the state level, and we are setting it there like a really, really, really dangerous a dangerous precedent in this country. Because if the states are going to start going after the highest authority in the land at the time that they were there over bullshit, there's no other way to say it. That's what this is. I guess we better play the same game. That's the only like, this is a mutually assured destruction situation my buddy Steve friend

talks about all the time. Make it unbearable for everybody. Apparently they don't believe that it could happen. They don't think that our our governments have the spine that the red states will do the same. Just pick a left wing target and hit them. If they've ever come to your state, I guarantee you they've broken the state law. I guarantee it.

It's very easy to find that. And then you know just Impanela jury of not their peers get a bunch of you know MAGA redneck types, my, you know my people that own guns out in the country and just say you know what screw Y'all we're done with it. We can get that's that's called getting western in this country. If we want to do that, if we're going to have rule of posse, if we're going to just have the, the vigilante style use of the state, OK, they open the, they open the door.

We can walk through it, I suppose. I don't think that the union works out really well, at least not in the short term. It will not be very unified, but that's what we're talking about. We're talking about regression but going backwards in time and talk about a a group of people that want to focus on the past. How about that nonsense? All right. And here's something I wanted to bring up too, because this is also fairly shocking. It was on the exact same page from CBS.

It was in a tiny little piece, big picture of Donald Trump. Donald Trump is a bad guy. Little tiny picture of Joe Biden. The Justice Department rejects the House GO PS bid to obtain audio of the Biden interview with the special counsel. Why would they reject that? Are they not involved in in any an inquiry over impeachment? Shouldn't they have access to it? Isn't that an investigative purpose for me That would fine

be fine. I think the DOJ rejected request from two House LED Republican committees, two of them that are supposed to have oversight. Do you know who gives the money to the the Department of Justice? The House, they're the ones who write the appropriations bills. They're the ones that are supposed to have the fear and

the and the power of the purse. They don't care because we're upside down, because the 1st Amendment doesn't matter and because the first article of our Constitution is not being treated like the primary. The department's said this is the Department of Justice said the committee's didn't have an identified investigative purpose. They were able to just they they positively identify that they

don't care. That's what they said for the request of the audio and they accused the the the House GOP of escalation and of seeking conflict for conflict's sake. Because they're very high minded in this, aren't they? This DOJ that entrapped a young kid, went after a kid and and turned him into an ISIS supporter. And that's something that same DOJ is now telling people that that are theoretically controlling this is like a teenager, like a teenager coming out.

And and like, your parents are like, hey, give me the car keys. And they're like, no, you didn't ask for it correctly. And you know the rules in this house, the rules are that you have to say please and thank you and you didn't. And so therefore, I will keep the car. How about shut off all of it, Turn off the credit card, stop funding these idiots. How about acting like you actually have oversight instead of complaining about it?

But instead, we get Acbs, Article House Judiciary and the oversight committees, the two committees that are responsible for looking over the DOJ, they issued subpoenas. They said give us our thing. And you know what? They said no. And they thumbed their nose at them. This should bother everybody. The political left should be also upset about this. We don't have an independent judiciary. We know that they're actually picking a side.

And the side is we don't want to give you the tapes because it would be very incriminating for your your impeachment inquiry. And also we think that you're just doing it to start conflict. I mean, special counsel her had a year long investigation that began after the discovery of documents with classified markings in Biden's home. Oh, remember the same thing that they're going after Trump Fort. Yeah. They don't want to give up the goods on Biden.

Why not? And then we know that they actually, he's already testified to it. He's testified to the fact that there were classified documents, that they were in violation of law and that they chose not to go forward with prosecution because he's old and nice. Well, you get 2 choices in this world. Either you're old, nice and forgetful and you can't be president, or you're the president and you should be held accountable for high crimes and misdemeanors, whether or not it

means now, how about that? Wouldn't that be something a little bit of fundamental fairness? Can we just see that it doesn't make any bit of sense? All right, I'm appropriately heated up about that. So I'm going to move to this topic right here. I want to talk about the grift before we do, let's talk about something that's not grifty. This is a You trade money and then you get things guys, you can support Our affiliates, Mad

hat jerky is one of them. I keep seeing the orders kind of pop in. They're intermittent. You guys are making some good decisions on there. I actually don't see all the things you're ordering, but I they're sharing with me some of the the positive feedback. When you taste it, you'll know the difference. It's actually really good stuff. This is not like, you know, the stuff you find at a gas station. This is not a Slim Jim. This is actual real food with a high amount of protein.

It's a great option if you're sitting there and you're like, OK, I got two options. Nuts or meat. You can have meat with some flavor. It's got some spice to, it's got a little bit of cake. It's a little bit salty water and that and you're good to go. And then you can buy a bag. You can basically go through a bag every day or two. Matt hat jerky. It's Matt with two, TS hat with 1tjerky.com/kyle.

You guys are laughing about the grifter piece in the in the chat and that's OK. I don't mind it. It is funny. All right, Can we talk about the grift? Let me pull this thing up here.

This hit me this morning in in a in kind of a raw way. This is a woman named Aaron Wexler. I've never heard of her before. I don't know anything about her. Previously, she's calling out Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson got his start in multiple places and he was a he was someone that was plagiarizing other people's work. He was he was directly copying their written material, and he was publishing it as his own at BuzzFeed and some of the other places he was at.

I think the IJR Independent Journal review, or something to that effect, did the same thing. He's got a massive history of doing this, and now his game is, you've probably seen him on social media. He does this thing where he takes somebody else's clip and sometimes it's fair use and sometimes it's not. But in the case of something like this, I will tell you this is really not very fair use. What he does is he goes, hey, have you guys seen this thing? And then they play the whole thing.

They take somebody's content in its entirety. We get demonetized on YouTube on a regular basis, which I don't care about. I I'm not interested in that. I'm just there for the audience. And we've got all 15 of you that are watching over on YouTube. That's fine. I can actually see in real time the numbers. Very few people are are watching us on YouTube and we get demonetized there all the time. Why?

Because like a 14 or a 92nd clip, somewhere under 2 minutes we'll have a little clip of a song and they'll demonetize a 75 minute podcast over the whole thing. That's not what we're talking about here. That should be fair use by the way. That should be the default position is that a fraction of

the content is used. People are not coming just to hear a 14 or a 90 or a two-minute clip of some audio that's in the background that somebody did on TikTok because I'm laughing at some idiot, which we'll do in a second. We'll get demonetized because I'm going to show you a piece from Family Guy, and Family Guy will have 14 seconds and they'll demonetize us for that. And that's fine. I don't give a shit I really don't like.

It's so sad and stupid. Meanwhile, Betty Johnson is doing this nonsense all the time. He's taking somebody's work, and it actually takes a lot of work to put the stuff together. I would love to make fun of content creators because I hate the term.

I think it's boring and dumb, but people that do this for a living, and it is a living, are out there thinking of clever ideas, seeing their vision, going out and filming it and acting it. Going through the software, editing the videos, putting in the captions, putting all the the the AI clips in the B roll. There's a lot of work that's involved in that. It takes time, it's frustrating and it's not very fun. It's not the kind of thing that

I consider to be work. My hands don't get callous from doing it, but it's work nonetheless. And this gal created something and she's out there. She's like, hey, you use my videos, you pull my, your, my watermark off and slapped your watermark on my video like, how dare you, It's garbage. It's really, really bad technique and this guy's been doing it for quite a long time. I want to play you the video that he made of her stuff.

You'll see 96% of the of the content comes directly from this girl Wexler and she's pissed, rightly so. We need to kind of stay away from this kind of thing. We need to stay away from these because we should be doing things better. And I would say that people that do this kind of stuff are not conservative. All they're thieves. Kyle's take. Here we go. Have you heard of liberal math? It's destroying the country. Though you've heard about girl math, but what about liberal math?

Liberal math is if you get something that's paid for with your taxes but not with your credit card, then it is free. What does that even mean? Like, why don't you? I mean. If you just keep printing money, then everything is free. If there is a war we do not like, then it is very expensive. But if there is a war we do like, then it is free. If gas is the same and not higher than it was last week, then you've actually made money.

If you go to college and study communist dance theory, then the government will just force someone else to pay off your loan, so it will be free. What? The hell are you talking about? If you're a hard working, taxpaying homeowner contributing to society, don't be silly. Obviously then nothing is free. But if you're an undocumented, unvaccinated, unknown, unverified UN American illegal immigrants, well, then everything is free. That's so gross. This girl's like, hey, that's

not fair use. And people are like, yeah, maybe it is. Ron Coleman weighed in on it. Ron Coleman has argued First Amendment stuff in front of the Supreme Court and he said, no, it's not just one word. No, Ron Coleman is one of the guys. I go look at this. Look, a lot of people have the same problem with this same guy. I've told his producer that because he's he's in the circle of people I chat with, I find it to be they find it to be lazy and it's stupid.

He put 1 1/2 seconds on hey, have you heard about this thing? And then somebody else's content and then at the end of it he put his logo nasty and gets more views. That girl has a very small following on places like Twitter. She's out there. She's had a half million people view that it's not good. When you start from a position of not being a good person and you continue to be a not good person, it kind of works out

that way. That's the grift that's actually known as. That's an actual grift. The other thing people always use the word grift for is when they mean a con artist. A con artist is someone like what Jake Lang is doing, where they are deliberately presenting themselves to be something, getting your confidence. Hence the con artist, a confidence artist. You believe in what they are selling even though it's false because they're really good at it and then they use that to

take money. Last night Bill Shipley was talking about it on a Twitter space with us. And Bill Shipley is a defendant who or he's a defense attorney that's had like 50 or more J Sixers that he has defended. And he he laid out the case that that Jake Lang, the guy that I called out yesterday who went on Viva Ferrer's podcast yesterday, is that his name Viva. He went on Viva's podcast and he and Viva and I have no beef. We went and talked about it on

the offline and it's fine. Like I I we just disagree, which is fine. We can totally do that. He asked some questions. I didn't think they were hard, but that's his prerogative. At the end of the day, you'll always know the the con artist. Because the first thing they do when someone starts questioning their credibility. You don't ever hear me when someone's like, you're not an FBI whistleblower. I'm like, yes, I am. Let me show you all the whistleblower things I do.

I'm just like, whatever, dude, I hope you live a good life. You suck. That's the right answer. The right answer is is like, who are you? I'm sorry, who are you? What? Do you have any standing to challenge me? No, you don't. You don't know what you're talking about. Bye. So when someone immediately goes to nuclear and they have to run a big media blitz, and by the way, can we just consider the fact that Jake Lang is sitting in jail in Brooklyn right now in

federal custody? And apparently, yeah, Viva's name is David. That's correct. Apparently a guy who's sitting in federal custody in a jail in Brooklyn is able to, in real time keep trabs on what Kyle Serafin is saying on Twitter and on his podcast. Does that not bother you a little bit? Does that seem like a normal thing for an inmate to be able to be aware of? And is that really what his, his, his time should be locked up and be involved in?

That's called a grift, right? The grift, the the con artist. He's got confidence of people and they've given a lot of money. Anyway, what Bill Shipley said last night, which is just like it's it's it's called circumstantial evidence, but it's evidence nonetheless. Bill Shipley came up with trademarked art, created a website that was not a give, send go website. It was a a click through link that was a direct linked to his

legal defense fund. And when he did that Jake Lang took that artwork and posted the same artwork on gifts and go promoted his gifts and go and walked away with like $600,000. The guy is probably raised close to $2,000,000. Now when you talk to when you talk to somebody about like Oh well how much money is it really being raised $2,000,000 is enough that people make bad decisions. Not me by the way. I've got $600,000 waiting for two FBI whistleblowers just sitting in a bank account.

I'm waiting to hand it to him from whatever their their attorneys, so they can get it. And the reason they trust me is because I'm me and I'm not going to take anybody else's money. I would never do that like $600,000. My credibility is worth more. But $2,000,000 is worth more than some people who are sitting in jail that swung bats at cops heads. So that's Jake Lang for you. And that's the problem with this sort of whole, this, this grifty slash confidence game that keeps getting played.

The political right is guilty of it quite a bit. It's quite a bit. We see a lot of these people out there in the space and a lot of them have big voices. There's others too. We don't have to talk about them today. But I just want you to know that stuff is it should be offensive to you because you're the actual target. It's your confidence, it's your sensibilities, it's your compassion for people that are

being treated unfairly. To say that all January 6th defendants are the same is to say that you are simple minded and you don't understand what's going on. Some people belong in jail because they hit cops. Are there people that belong in jail from 2020? Yes, of course. Did they get treated the way that they're supposed to? No. That doesn't mean we throw out the rule of law and say it's OK that you hit cops because other people also hit cops. What about the cops who were just showing up?

OK, that's all I'm saying. Look, from both sides, we're in a complex world. The answer should never be simple answers. And I will at some point give you guys a little taste of my favorite Bad Religion song, which is called The Answer. You can go look it up. Bad Religion is probably one of the most politically savvy bands from the punk rock era. It was like sort of how I cut some of my teeth on just being a contrarian and a skeptic, and

that is a skeptic song. The song The Answer, tells you that if you believe you have the answer, then then it's perfect for you, but nobody else. Simple solutions to complex problems equals morons, and we got a lot of them out there. So we got to educate ourselves and we need to continually be skeptical. All right. Speaking of people that are not skeptical, I got a little bit of taste of two things that'll make you laugh. One is the view and then a response by Family Guy so we can

get demonetized. And then the last one will just be the inconsistencies that the political left has is kind of a palate cleanser as we go into this Tuesday, let's play I just called this the view is retarded. I don't know what else to call this. Like this is the dumbest people talking about things that they don't even understand. They don't even know how to pronounce the word Sagada. Cicada are those little bugs that make that make the tree scream if you live in Texas

during the summer. I don't know. There was a comedian. He was like, do you ever imagine like the first settlers getting out there and looking over and being like, Oh my God, are the are the trees screaming and then some Indian coming up and being like, yes, they just do that. That's what they do here. It'd be scary to move to Texas and not know what the hell the the cicadas were doing.

And they're like this big. They're this tiny little fat weird bug that makes an incredibly big, big noise. All right. Anyway, here's the people, the ladies from The View just tarting out with each other and being confused about reality. Leaving we've got a solar eclipse we've got the earthquake ran down the hallway the. Rapture is here. Rapture. 'S here and then also I learned that the cicadas are coming.

Cicadas cicadas for the first time in like no, no, no, 100 meters, no, no, no, no, no. Two different, no, no. Well, this is what I've read. Two different times, two different kinds of circadians, two different times. Times. Times are coming the good but then the bad. So for the first time in in many, many years, no, every 17 years this happens. Well, that's not what I read. But maybe, you know, maybe you

know better. In a way, all those all those things together would maybe lead one to believe that, you know, either climate change exists or something is. Returning. Earthquakes are not at the mercy of climate change. It's on the ground. It happens. And the eclipse. They've known about the eclipse coming because the eclipse has happened. Yep, that was a translation of what was actually being said right there.

You just had Joy Behar, one of the dumbest people in one of the worst political takes on television. Try to straighten out a woman who believes that earthquakes are coming from climate change. And she's like, no, no, no, no. Climate change is above the ground and earthquakes come from below the ground, so that can't be right. And Whoopi's like, yeah, I know more about bugs than you know about bugs. She's like, oh, well, maybe you saw something differently than I did.

She was like, in a way, in a way, yes. My favorite joke is when there's a table full of women just walking up and saying, what are you hands clucking about? Because for some reason, women get really, really offended by that. And for whatever reason, like that really just hits home for me. It's just so good. I wonder if they'll be able to tie that clucking to the Family Guy and demonetize us.

I I can never guarantee. All right, let's do, let's do a five star review and then we'll do a palate cleanser and we'll shut it down because we need to have a little. We need to spit this kind of stuff out because it's kind of gross. This show obviously is for you guys. This is from living in the country from April first, from April Fool's Day says enjoyable and informative 5 stars every episode. I learned something new and I frequently laugh at something said. I hope you did.

You and your family have been through so much. Thank you for presenting the truth. I appreciate it. From living the good life in the country. That's a really nice review. That's a nice, solid one. And living the good life in the country is something we can all aspire to. For those of you that are city dwellers, you guys always look at the country in a nice way. We look at the city in a nice way. We want to visit, but we don't want to stay. All right, let's take a deep

breath and watch this. Oh, I didn't play this earlier. I blew it. Listen, this is the sound that the FBI Counterterrorism Division does, and this is something you guys can laugh about. This is the sound. This is what it looks like in real time when the FBI Counterterrorism division gets word that a 17 year old is online talking favorably about any kind of terrorism. OK, this will definitely get us

demonetized. This is what goes on all across the United States and every FBI field office, All the CT teams do this. So you probably have seen this clip before, but you didn't know what it was actually showing. Here's what it is. Hello, Ghostbusters. Yes, of course they're serious. You do? You have no kidding. Well, just just give me the address. Yes, of course. Oh, they'll be totally discreet. Thank you.

We got one and then the swat team rolls and they throw the flash bangs and they grab the 18 year old that was going to hit his dad with a pipe and steal the flame covered weapons. Anyway, I stayed that earlier and I forgot I threw that on and then I I was like why do I have that at the end there? OK ladies and gentlemen, you've been listening to the Kyle Saravan Show.
