Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Well hello my friends, Welcome to the Kyle Serafin Show. Today is Tuesday, March the 5th and we are rolling live on rumble.com/kyle Serafin as many
of you are now seeing. And I want to say a big thanks to my friend Dan Bongino. Big time Dan shared some stuff on social media. He shared our show description. We crossed the 20,000 follower mark on Rumble, which is amazing and all of you are part of it. We're at 20,000 and 61 followers, so that means we're at least up 75 from the end of yesterday. Awesome. Really, really cool. Thanks so much for all of you following it. We really appreciate it.
If you do want to support the channel, you can share it, you can follow it, and you can click the subscribe button while the chat is live. You have to do it on APC. As far as I can tell, it looks like you got to do it on a PC, and in doing so, you can put $5 a month into the the pocket. We've got 100 subscribers so far that have decided to do that. That's awesome. It's really, really cool.
We don't need it per SE, but if you guys want to support the channel, it goes directly to us. Rumble doesn't touch it and that's unique in all of the social media platforms that I'm aware of where they don't take a cut, they take a cut everywhere else. In fact, even the Rumble Ranch, you guys see the things you guys are throwing on here. Rumble takes a pretty good cut. There's a vig. What do they say? The vig, the vig is the the piece that the mob gets. It's the it's the cost of doing
business. There's none of that. There's no cut coming out of it from Rumble. So really appreciate it. I want to say thanks to our sponsors up front. I've got a ton of stuff I want to get into today. I have thirteen different slide topics and 13 different videos to to rock. So we're going to touch all of those and you guys strap in because I'm wired. My wife stopped drinking coffee like, for no reason. She just decided one day, like, I'm not. Well, not for no reason.
She doesn't want to keep the baby up. And she thought, what if caffeine is the problem? What if caffeine is the thing that I'm drinking that's keeping the baby up? So she stopped. She got sick because she's been drinking coffee for 20 years. There are real withdrawals, by the way, from caffeine if you stop and then check this out. Now I have the whole pot to myself, so I've gone through probably like a liter and a half coming up on 2 liters of coffee. I've got a little bit more of it
right here. And that that has gotten me super revved up. And I really appreciate Christopher Norkchat sending me some additional coffee. So that's what I'm drinking right now. All right, let's do some sponsorships. First of all, you saw it. There it is. There's a Catholic vote mug. Really appreciate it. They have sent out the loop today. It's got stuff that we're going to cover.
Not that I went looking for it. Everybody knows big decision yesterday with the Supreme Court saying that Donald Trump is not going to be removed from the ballot in Colorado. You guys can find that and a bunch more, including some of the stuff about that misleading 60 Minutes interview. Check out catholicvote.org. Great organization.
We're going to follow up with something that will blow your mind today, something that was not on your bingo card for 2024, As they say, follow them on social media at Catholic Vote. That's their their handle, whether you're on Instagram, whether you're on Twitter, whether you're on true social. It's at Catholic Vote. They put out good stuff. Their guys are starting to get more and more snarky. They're more aggressive, which I love because this is a time for
us to push what is real. And we're going to be talking today about the left is looking for a savior. It turns out many of us have already figured out what that looks like and we know what religion is. We know that you can have one and you can still be an American. You can still be a regular person. It doesn't mean that you've like lost your mind Anyway. catholicvote.org is a great organization to support. Faith, family and freedom are
the values that they are into. And let me do one other one here folks over at Contingency Medical again, if you guys have not taken the the opportunity to put your pharmacy in your own pocket, it's a self-reliance thing. That's what we're all about here. In times of trouble, in times when you distrust institutions, you should trust yourself to make a good decisions. One of those things you can do is preparably or preemptively ordering yourself up a contingency medical plus pack.
That's going to be all of the different prescriptions. It's going to give you antibiotics, it's going to give you options for diarrhea. It's going to give you options for nausea and vomiting, which is the worst. I actually offered that to my wife. She said she was going to tough it out. So be it. Zofran is in there. It's a bunch of different options to solve everyday respiratory tract infections, skin infections, infections you
might get from an animal bite. Lots of different things could come your way. And if you want to have that in your pockets, you don't have to go visit a doctor at that time. You get advance, prepare options. You take it with you when you're traveling. I'm going to be doing it when I go to Idaho and that's where they're based in Idaho, America. I think there's like a lot of fill in the blank state and America's not all of the states, obviously. If you guys are up in the
northeast, you know. Anyway. contingencymedical.com is the website. contingencymedical.com. Use the promo code. Kyle. Kyle, you'll save 10 bucks at checkout and more importantly they'll know that we sent you along and that we've let them know. If you want to put a little comment in there, prepare, repair. They might get that as well. Anyway, contingencymedical.com promo code. Kyle, thanks Rose Lopez for throwing that in the chat. Really appreciate it.
Let's let's rock'n'roll, folks. Are you guys ready? Here we go, #1 David French. You guys remember when David French used to write over at National Review and now he works for the New York Times? This is a New York Times piece he just put out. The Supreme Court has erased part of the Constitution. This guy has just dropped off the face of the earth. He is now in full leftist panic mode. And there's only one place that you could really represent those ideas in the way that he does.
He does it for the New York Times. He's an opinion columnist. His opinions are bad, They're weak, and they're kind of stupid. I'm going to talk a lot about this Supreme Court decision today. I was in the Twitter space for hours yesterday as well. This is his piece. As of Monday, March 4th, 2024, Section three of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution is essentially a dead letter. Look, nothing. Nothing like Pearl clutching and
taking these over. Dramatic decision like that is not the way the United States Supreme Court writes anything, by the way. Under the Supreme Court's ruling that reversed the Colorado Supreme Court's decision striking Donald Trump from the state's primary ballot, even insurrectionist who violated their previous oath to office can hold federal office unless and until Congress passes specific legislation to enforce Section 3. I'm going to debunk that for you today.
It's going to be very easy. That legislation was passed. It exists. It wasn't used at all. OK, so just put that in the back of your head. In the aftermath of the oral arguments last month or a legal observers knew with near certainty that the Supreme Court was unlikely to apply Section 3. So here's what he says. There's a narrow ruling, there's a broader ruling, and then there's what they did, which is the worst thing that could ever
happen. Legal observers near knew with near certainty that the Supreme Court was unlikely to apply Section 3 to Trump. Why? Because there is, in fact, a criminal charge. That would be rebellion or insurrection. Donald Trump was not involved in a charge of that. We're going to talk about that in a second. So that doesn't apply. That's absurd.
The narrow ruling would have hold held that even though Colorado didn't provide him enough due process to determine that Section 3 applied, the court would have held that Donald Trump as president was not an officer of the United States, meaning he was outside of that section. So they had some ways that they thought that might happen. Then there was the broader ruling, which was that Trump didn't engage in insurrection or rebellion.
Again, he's never even been charged with such a thing, which we'll talk about in a moment. So we know that. Or he didn't provide aid and comfort to the enemies of the Constitution. And that ruling would have sharply limited Section 3 to apply almost exclusively to Civil War style conflicts, legitimate belligerence, people who actually raised arms against the United States. Which is what of course it was meant to be interpreted as. The Atlantic has some of this as well.
What we'll talk about it. There's this wide sample. I actually found another piece from CNN. That's their front piece here. It's an opinion piece stating that they got it wrong. God, they love the Supreme Court, except when it's not ruling in their favor. I guess that's all of us, right? Let's be fair. If the Supreme Court has bad opinions, we don't like them. Sometimes those things stick around for a very long time.
The Supreme Court doesn't make only good decisions, but they seem to be making better decisions, more accurate decisions based on the historical context of when these things were written, the so-called originalism, what are the words mean at the time when they were written? That's really important stuff because that's how they were written. That's what they were written
about. Imagine if you wrote a letter right now and in 100 years someone read about it and they had no idea but the technology that existed at the time or the the state of affairs that were happening in politics and they just tried to apply like their own lens to it. That's what the political left loves to do. They like to take the words that have no relevance to them, and then they apply them in ways that makes no sense.
In the 60s, in the civil rights movement, none of the things that were written in the civil rights movements had anything to do with gender queer, you know, dudes dressing up as chicks and trying to get into women's locker rooms. Nobody would have thought that was even remotely possible in the same way that they they predicted that we're going to have flying cars, you know, in the 80s with during the Back to the Future movies. They thought that by now we'd be
flying around in cars. Obviously that wasn't the case. They look to the future and they couldn't predict it from there. They write these these long standing things that that sit in our precedent talking about situations that have existed for a very long time, looking historically back and then analyzing at that current moment. And that's how they're meant to be analyzed.
And if you want to write a new rule or if you want to pass an amendment to the Constitution, there's a method you can do. It turns out it's hard on purpose, which is why the political left absolutely love the concept of democracy. They keep saying it. We're going to hear it over and over and over again. Democracy equals tyranny of the majority. That's one of the things that I'm going to hammer home for all of you today.
You guys can tell I'm riled up. Democracy is tyranny, the majority, because what they want is 50% plus one person to tip the skills just enough to make that teeter totter, fall into the way that they believe it and that thing is a back and forth. If we were going to live in a democracy, we would have tyranny majority. That changes all the time and we hate that. We're currently living on a razors thin edge of whether or not people are going to vote Republican or Democrat for president.
We constantly see that even now we are more likely than not to see splits from the general election. The the, the sort of total bigger vote tallies versus the Electoral College. Why is that? It's because the way the rules are set up, it's supposed to remove some of that tyranny. We're supposed to have a layer of protection. That's that's why they put the Electoral College in there. The founders wanted a constitutional Republic that didn't hinge on votes that could
change. They didn't like the idea of minor majorities being able to go out and outrule massive minorities. It's hard. It's hard to think about that because we have this concept growing up against the sort of civil war, I'm sorry, the the Cold War backdrop where we all wanted to be the good guys. The good guys are the ones who believe in freedom and the people get a choice. But that's not exactly what we are. We have a a sort of a fail safe.
We have a bleed off valve for that pressure and it's on purpose. They use the word democracy sort of exporting democracy and and and seeing these this sort of idea of freedom all over and over. But it allowed the political left to Co-op that word. And they have. And in the same way, I think they're also terrified of religion. That's why they're constantly trying to create one out of political leftist Let's do another one of these stories here. They continue on.
Look, David French, clutching his pearls. There's another one. This is from the Atlantic, The Atlantic. I don't even know how to pronounce this person's name. Quinta, Jerika, whatever, whatever. The Supreme Court is not up to the challenge. The Supreme Court is only supposed to call balls and strikes. They're a referee. You guys understand that That we have 3 branches of government, right? The Supreme Court's job is supposed to say, like, Yep, that
was in bounds. Nope, that was out of bounds. Nope. That was on the line. Doesn't count, right? They're supposed to be a line judge for the tennis match, and the tennis match is the executive is supposed to enforce what the legislative comes up with. And the legislature is where the tennis match is supposed to happen. They're supposed to be vigorous debate. They're supposed to be a bunch of people representing a bunch of diverse thoughts from all over this nation, from sea to
shining sea. You're supposed to have your representatives battle it out verbally, come up with the best idea and send it forward. And then in case that isn't good enough, we have somebody at the executive that can veto it and that person can be override. When was the last time we saw a presidential veto overridden? It's been a really long time. I actually should do some looking on that. I shouldn't just say that out of out of hand.
I can't remember the last time that we've seen a supreme majority in the legislative branch overrule the executive. Basically, if if there's a veto that's a that's a death sentence because we are such a razor thin majority on either side at any given time. The Supreme Court is not up for the challenge. This is the Trump V Anderson decision. The nation's highest court will not help the the the country out of a political crisis. It's not a political crisis, you know.
It's a political crisis. Trying to get someone removed from the ballot while screaming about democracy and then not letting people have choice in who they get to pick. Because you've predetermined who the acceptable answers are, because you are the oligarchic type figures who think that you hold truth with a capital T in your hand and you're the only arbiter of it. the United States is in a moment of democratic crisis again, that word, democracy.
And the Supreme Court has no idea what to do. This, it's all, it's all melodramatic and ridiculous and they even have a picture. If you're looking on the screen right now, you're seeing a picture of the Supreme Court in in what? Like like it's twilight hour. It's a beautiful shot. What a beautiful building. It's a testament to that. People actually thought that there could be this long lasting Republic.
They built it in an iconic figure so that it actually harken back to the great interesting experiments in government, Rome, and Greece. The Court held in Trump V Anderson that Colorado cannot disqualify Donald Trump in the state's primary as an insurrectionist. That functionally dooms the existing efforts to bar Trump from the presidency under Section 3. No kidding. Do you know why they did this, by the way, folks? Because the Supreme Court is not
opposed to creeping leftward. What they're opposed to is appearing to be unfair. All government apparatuses defend themselves by default. That's what they do. And so the Supreme Court would lose legitimacy if they were not unanimous on this. That's what I believe happened here. They looked at it and said this is a bridge too far. People could see us moving the goal post. This is absurdly ridiculous. There's no way that we can accept these arguments and
maintain our legitimacy. People will not take it. So rather than undermine the court, we are all going to get together and we are going to say that this doesn't meet the scrutiny because what they tried to do is use a criminal charge that they adjudicated in civil court, which has a lower burden of proof. And then they didn't even let that guy be charged with a thing. They didn't even have the the the courage of their own convictions. He wasn't charged with
insurrection. He wasn't charged with leading an uprising. But this concept of oath breaking has been has been moved in. I'm going to play you a couple of video clips, one from Jamie Raskin, another one from I think MSNBC. We got some CNN, we got some mixture of those two. The the key is, is that they don't even have their own talking points on this. They're so beside themselves.
And what this reminded me last night was, do you recall how 51 intelligence officials knew that the Hunter Biden laptop was false? The Hunter Biden laptop was false because it had, quote, all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation. In that same way, all of the legal experts who have been foaming at the mouth to get rid of Donald Trump, they all have been foaming at the mouth to get rid of this Donald Trump character.
They all were also staking their reputation on this ruling that this ruling would go in a way that was favorable for them. And now they're all backpedaling and acting like they didn't do it right. They debase themselves because it was always going to be ridiculous and most of the media will not walk away from this. Here's a little clip of Jamie Raskin saying that what happens is now unfortunately we're not
going to see legislature happen. We're not going to see full all the the powers vested in the Supreme Court. What they're hoping was that it was both going to legislate a solution, that it was going to convict him of something that he wasn't charged with, and then going to execute that punishment. All those are supposed to be spread across three different branches.
Here's Jamie Raskin hoping that our Constitution wouldn't work, that the tyranny of the majority would work out in so much as a pressure campaign on 9 justices who wear robes. That you've read the Supreme Court decision, which effectively says that they don't agree with that argument. What's your response? Well, the court didn't exactly disagree with it. They just said that they're not
the ones to figure it out. It's not going to be a matter for judicial resolution under section three of the 14th Amendment, but it's up to Congress to enforce it. You know, I disagree with that interpretation just because the other parts of the 14th Amendment are self executing. People can go to court and say that something violates equal protection, even if there's not a federal statute that allows
them to do that. But in any event, the Supreme Court punted and said it's up to Congress to act. And so I am working with a number of my colleagues, including Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Eric Swalwell, to revive legislation that we had to set up a process by which we could determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by section three of the 14th Amendment. And the House of Representatives already impeached Donald Trump for participating in insurrection by inciting it.
So the House is already pronounced upon that. And there was also a 57 to 43 vote in the Senate. The question is whether Speaker Mike Johnson would allow us to bring this to the floor of the House. This guy is an absolute clown. Everything he just said there is ridiculous. It's completely ridiculous. I despise Jamie Raskin, by the way. I don't know why. Maybe it's the do rag thing that he was doing for a while. I don't care if he had Kong, if he had cancer, it doesn't matter.
He looked like a fool. Here's the deal. He was impeached. That's the equivalent of an indictment. You can indict anybody in what we've proven is you can impeach anybody. Well, some people can impeach anybody. He was impeached. That's not a pronouncement of guilt. He also just said we're looking to bring forward some legislation. You know what? Let me just help him out right here. It's already on the books, Raskin. It's right there, 18 USC 2383.
Rebellion or insurrection. Whoever insights on foot or who sets foot on who sets on foot assists or engages in rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof or gives comfort or aid thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years or both. And she'll be incapable of holding any office under the United States. It's right there. It's not up for debate.
It's already in the US Code. We have a way to do it. 18 USC 2383. That is your answer to anybody who says, hey, what's going on here? Very simply, there is a federal crime called rebellion or insurrection. He has not been charged. You know how I know? Here's the indictments against Donald Trump in in the federal system. Let's just read them. District of Columbia. I'm sorry, Southern District of Florida, 18 USC 7793151215. Nineteen 1001, Section 2. That's it.
Those are the charges. None of those are 2383. And here's the one that's in the district of DC, the softer District 37371 Fifteen 12/15/12 2:41. That's it. He hasn't been charged with insurrection or rebellion, period. End of story. There is a method to determine whether somebody has done that, and it is a criminal method. It has to meet that standard, which is not a preponderance of the evidence, that civil court. That means that it's far more likely than not that it happened.
It means that we tip in that balance on the other side. It's there beyond a reasonable doubt. You cannot even have a doubt that it happened. They don't have that courage. They don't have the courage of that conviction. They don't even have probable cause to bring these charges. Probable cause is the standard for indictment. That means that it probably happened. It's like something over 50% likely that's how you bring an indictment.
In this case, what we're talking about is that there was no indictment. That's essentially what they did in the House of Representatives under Nancy Pelosi. The indictment, the the, the impeachment were like a weak indictment. And then they didn't pass because people looked at it and went, no, this is ridiculous. We're not going to put our name to this. We we're not going to vote to convict. So he was not convicted of any of the things that they claimed.
His assertions are absurd. The best part is, is that none of this stuff even lines up with what the other leftists are saying. They haven't even gotten their notes together yet. You know how we always see them in lockstep? They're repeating their craziness. They are failing to get their their stuff together. You've got Jenna Griswold, who is the Secretary of State in Colorado, saying one thing.
Then you got this gal making claims she's a White House reporter who just carries water saying, you know, the Democrats really didn't even actually want this. They're really looking forward to adjudicating at the ballot box. Let's just say it this way. They are shocked and terrified that they're going to have to put a Joe Biden against. Honestly, anybody You could run a hand sandwich against Joe Biden and it would be more successful. Here's a little taste of them
with the mixed messaging. Whenever they don't have themselves in lockstep with the with the mainstream media, you know that this is panic mode. That's what this looks like. And as I've said, we've seen this before. We saw this just before Ruth Bader, Bader Ginsburg died. I'm going to show you the parallels of that.
You guys remember how terrified they were that they were going to lose Roe. Roe V Wade was obviously going to fall because it was crappy, terrible decision making, and it fell under Dobbs. That's the those are the 2 competing court cases. This hype job was happening with RGB and it's now happening with so-called dark Brandon AKA Joe Biden. The stumbling full right.
Here's a little taste. This is something if you talk to Democrats, if you talked to Biden campaign officials, Biden allies and many Democrats, if not most Democrats, they actually did not want the outcome of Trump getting kicked off the ballot. They feel like this is they want to win on the merits. They want to win on the contrast of what Biden would do in a second term and what Trump would
do in a second term. You try to ask Biden official about this, Biden officials about this for the last couple of months. They did not want to talk about it. President Biden did weigh in on it once. He said, you know, I believe he engaged in an insurrection, but he said this is up to the courts and he really didn't engage on it further.
So you do see that you know if you a broad base of the Democratic Party as oppose as opposing of Trump as they are, this is probably outcome that they wanted. Yeah, this is what they want to add. Like, how old is that girl, by the way? I can never tell with Asian women. I I don't mean to be, I don't mean to be sort of flighty about
that. I actually got in trouble with the neighbor one time that I said I have this, this, this sense that Asian women from various different backgrounds are very, very young, right up until the point where they hit like that Lady who was cooking in the bag, the grandma. They go like 16161616 and then sometime like after 40 or 50 or 60 or whatever, then they turn like 1000, which is to say an age of wisdom. Yeah, I got yelled at for that.
This guy didn't want to talk to me again because his wife was Asian. How the hell do I know that? I don't know. I never seen her come out of the house. that Lady is supposedly A reporter for Associated Press. If you saw that on the on the Chiron right there, she's theoretically just telling people what the facts are. She's got an awful lot of opinions and she's certainly just covered for the Biden administration.
Saying Joe Biden, you know, he casually said that Donald Trump engaged in insurrection and that's what he believes. But like, you know, they really wanted this outcome. Really. They really wanted this outcome. I don't think so. Here's how I know. Check this out. Here's the Secretary of State in Colorado. She's very disappointed in this ruling. My larger reaction is
disappointment. I do believe that states should be able under our constitution to bar oath breaking insurrectionists and ultimately this decision leaves open or leaves open the door for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation. But we know that Congress is a nearly non functioning body, so ultimately it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November. We need the tyranny of the majority. I'm going to just help her out. Congress already did it.
Jenna Griswold, You got those crazy eyes. I don't think you're that smart. So let me help you. Somebody share this with her. 18 USC 2383. Congress already acted. They've already opened up the door. If you want to remove somebody for insurrection, rebellion or oath breaking or anything else you want, all you got to do is charge them. Under the federal statute. You have to have probable cause to believe it happened. You can indict them.
Then you can go ahead and bring that to court and see if you can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt in front of a jury or a judge. The mechanism exists. Congratulations. You're a fool. It's unbelievable. That's why this and and how many people are out there watching these and going like, yeah, that's what we need. We need Congress to act. We need Congress to get there. Number one, Mike Johnson, the
speaker. They're not going to do anything like pass another law that already says what the law already says, #2, Why would you even be interested in that? Because you are counting on low information voters, people who have no information. They don't know anything about how this country works. They just heard that Lady. She's relatively pretty, she's young, she's articulate, she's got crazy eyes. They have crazy eyes. That's what they're on Bolton. They're they're getting behind
her. We need our democracy. It needs to be safe. Unbelievable. It's it. I mean, it's actually unbelievable to me that people get behind that and go like, yeah, this makes perfect sense to me. That's who I'm going to put on to represent our point of view. All right, let me do a quick sponsor and say thanks to my friends over at Patriot Coolers. Guys, if you want to get your own OD green, Yeah, you know what? You can actually customize these.

And also it lets people know for some reason, I guess some of you didn't watch our show yesterday, but we had a picture of a like or a video of an old lady who was in like, I don't know, Cambodia in the jungle and she's cooking on a plastic bag. Like she has a spit and a fire and she's cooking water in a plastic bag with a fish and like all those vegetables and stuff. And the. And the song was, you know, what kind of bag is that? Grandma.
So anyway, nobody cooked an old lady, just in case you're confused. I don't want to confuse anybody. That's not what I'm about. I'm not trying to confuse old people or young people like this guy. What's up with this guy? All right, here's the concerted effort. Are you ready? It's pretty straightforward. This goes back to 2023. We've been hearing it since Joe Biden got into office. We heard it even when he was hiding in his basement, theoretically running a campaign against Donald Trump.
Biden, the doctor says that he's vigorous and healthy. He's ready for a 2024 run. This was updated in February of 2023. Coming from Spectrum News, New York, I just wanted to get a smattering of little people saying it despite testing positive for coronavirus twice. Interesting. He had coronavirus twice and he didn't die and he's vaccinated. Very interesting. It's almost like you don't need that thing and almost like you can catch the disease without anything going on.
How about it? All right, so Joe Biden, Long term, no long term symptoms. He's vigorous and he's healthy and he's fit to handle his White House responsibilities according to the routine medical checkup performed. Any of you that are over the age of 80? I don't know how many we have. I know that's a small percentage
of ours. But think about your your maybe your parents, maybe your grandparents that are over the age of 80. Is there any such a thing as like routine medical when you're going in and this guy like, falls over and he's injuring himself with sandbags or wind or stairs are his biggest sort of his, his biggest obstacle in life. The conclusions reached by Doctor Kevin O'Connor. Kevin O'Connor has been the president's personal physician since 2009.
Well, that makes him totally, totally respectable. You know, what I found is that a doctor that doesn't know you might be really good to give a outside opinion. Instead, we're going to have the guy that's been Co opted in and is already seen what happens if you got if you disagree with them, Like how many people have been off in this area. I'm speculating. I'm not saying I know that for a
fact. I'm just playing 2915 years around Joe Biden. He says he's likely to be highly scrutinized because he's the oldest president in history. He's also the most feeble. It's not that he's old, it's that he's feeble. And they trot out these things that say that in a five page memo he remains healthy, vigorous and 80 year old male who's fit to successfully execute the duties of president. President didn't speculate, I'm
sorry. The doctor didn't speculate where he might be at 86. Look, even one year at 80 something years old, at 81 years old, that's a big deal. That's a big push, all right. They know he's too old. They know he is. I'm going to show you a video of CNN talking about their concerns, why this is such a fear. Even their own party knows that he's too old. Then we're going to cover a couple other news stories. Then we're going to talk about Saturday Night Live, who had some fun with it.
Thank God Saturday Night Live is trying to make a comeback. What they realized is if you just make people off limits, you're going to highlight the worst case scenario. Saturday Night Live used to make fun of everybody. SNL was like sort of like anybody was on the table for it. Anyway. Here's even CNN knows the guy's too old. The Democrats know it. Republicans definitely know it. You can't hide it. He's failing. These are the numbers that are
troubling for the president. Here's one from the New New York Times Siena College Poll Is President Biden too old to be an effective president? Among all voters, 73% say yes, 25% say no. Here's the troubling part even in his own party president needs big Democratic turn out in the fall. More than half, 56% of Democrats
say they think he's too old to be an effective president. 43% say no. So that is one challenge for the president as he runs out the primary season, as he gives that big speech Thursday night address that the problems are deeper for the president. Again, he is the incumbent president. 24% of Americans say the country's on the right track. 2 thirds 2/3 say it is not. 65% say the country is on
the wrong track. As the President prepares to deliver his State of the Union address, one more incumbents are often judged by their approval rating. You start to get eight months out from an election. That's a problem. That's a problem. That's the number the President has to change. 36% approve of his performance right now in office, 61% disapproved. That means a lot of Democrats. There it is, the quiet part out loud. The obvious truth 2/3 of people
in this country think it's going the wrong direction. 75% of Republicans think he's too old. 56% of Democrats think he's too old. That's a lot of people. Most people don't like Joe Biden and most people think the country's going in the wrong direction. Most an actual majority, a super majority, which is what it would take for you to do something in in our Congress, like 66%. That's a lot. You know that's almost
everybody. You're always going to get that smaller chunk of people that disagree. I I don't know what they're watching. We know it's garbage. So here is this is from the world press coming out there. This is the Sydney Morning Herald from October. Again, they are desperate to try to put forward this thing that he's great even though we know he's not. the US needs a good president and Biden's been good for us. Do you know who I could care
less about? The opinions of people in Australia who lock their own people in concentration camps over COVID. They're going to say a lot of what our media is also saying. It's true. Joe Biden's not a young man. Ideally, candidates for high office should be in the prime of their lives. Not ideally. That's what should happen, period. Old people like this who are over the edge, they don't have skin in the game. There's always been a historical place for elder states, people,
men and women. We have old people in the process because they have wisdom. There's no question about it. Living a bunch of life means that you have perspective. You have things that you've lived through and you're going to have a take on it. But at the end of the day when you are old and a rug could kill you, which is a Joe Biden reality. Anybody who's ever been a a medic has has done this call the it's the man down call it's the I've fallen and I can't get up
call. It used to be a joke in the 90s. It's the it's the life alert call. You're literally responding to an assist because someone can't get off the floor. Joe Biden is in that time. Joe Biden is that if he falls down, it's all over thing. He could break a hip and be dead. I don't wish that on anybody. I'm just calling out the reality of at a certain age, and particularly there are people who are in their 80s that are studs. There are people that are in their 90s that are studs.
They are unbelievably rare, and they also don't need to be making decisions. For me and my kids, it's 40s, fifties, 60s, maybe at the end of it. That's where we ought to be looking at for the leadership. And for some reason, it seems like the generation above me and my generation, that's the X and the I I don't, you know, it's like the Gen. X team needs to step into the
game. They're all complicit in this, which is why we've got Gen. Z and millennials out there trying to claim that Joe Biden is super tough. And they did this with RGB too. They did this with Ruth Bader Ginsburg. It's worth noting the first argument against the first argument in favor of Joe Biden is Donald Trump. By the way. That's what this says. In 2020, he burst the big fat orange Trump balloon. The only time Trump's ever been defeated in the national election.
Well, he's only been in what two? Give me a break, people. And nobody thinks that was particularly fair. Unlike Jeb Bush, Hillary Clinton, Ron DeSantis, and all the other supposed Trump players, Biden actually took care of business. Did he, though? You had an entire apparatus. You had the media, You had all the government pieces. You had everything working in favor of trying to eliminate this guy through the COVID policies. His own administration was working against him.
It's garbage. It's a garbage claim. Anyway, I just found it very interesting that even in October they knew this was a big problem. And then finally, let's see what I got here. The last one up, Bam. February, just what? A week and a half ago by Misfit for duty, physically identified no new concerns as his doctor, even though the majority of Americans think he's too old. So who do we listen to? One random Doctor Who's captured and been in his his camp for 15
years? Or everybody who looks at what they see with their own two eyes? The fun thing is, like I said, the political left knows this is a massive liability and thankfully the folks over at SNL, he's no longer hands off. I don't know what that means. Maybe they decided they want to make money and have people actually watch comedy 'cause this is quite funny.
You guys heard Dana Bash doing an interview earlier talking to Jamie Raskin. Here's Dana Bash again, except the parody version, and it's a good time. Good afternoon. I'm Dana Bash, and welcome to Inside Politics. But first, on Tuesday, President Joe Biden won the Michigan primary. But a New York Times poll today has him down five points, and many voters still have concerns about his age. I understand people care about the president's age, but what they should care about is his record.
Look at what Joe Biden has done for America. He's created more jobs than any president in history. Inflation is down the Shamrock shake his back and Beyoncé has gone country. Thank you, Joe. Right. But can he make that case with the speed and sharpness that Someone Like You can? Dana he Joe can do it better. I was just with him and behind closed doors. Joe is incredible. Yesterday we had a big meeting about the border and God, he had
such command. He had charts, tables, PowerPoints. He had an interactive AR display on the Apple Vision Pro that he programmed himself. The software might be in beta, but the man, he's in alpha. Yeah, So I chopped this up just a little bit so we don't have to sit through all look, even making fun of these guys everybody's talking about behind closed doors. Or like if you work with him regularly, you know, like he's super fit and he's really with it. No, he's not. We know he's not.
Everybody knows he's not. By looking at him. The man can't even have a simple conversation. He has to have everything scripted out. He's got to only call on the folks that are that are approved questions because he can't handle anything on the fly. And I sympathize with that. That sucks. I used to handle dementia patients and people who are elderly. There's some wonderful people out there of advanced age. That's not the issue.
The issue is you don't get to make decisions and you shouldn't be in a position to decide some of the most stressful things you can imagine. Just go back to all the images. We had. George Bush look 1000 years older by the time he got out of office. Same thing with Obama. He came in snappy, hip and with it. Then he came out with Gray hair. It was 8 years. That's not that long. It was probably incredibly stressful. It's probably like having like 8 babies.
I'm getting into my beard right now. I know that's that's a thing. Listen, stress of the office is intense. This man, he's not even capable of being there. And we knew that always. People who agreed to allow him to run anything must know how compromised he is. And everybody who's young and is OK with it, they're compromised too. That's the whole point anyway. SNL doing a great job pounding it out. I got another one. Look, they're making fun of the press secretary.
I I'm here for that. This is the Sideshow Bob impression. Also quite funny. So let's throw this up there too. Very well. Let's go live to Washington with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre. Hello, Dana. Pleasure to be with you to talk about the most vigorous man I've ever known, Joe Biden. Really. Absolutely. I was just with him. And behind closed doors, he's a whirlwind. I mean Dana, look at his schedule. 7:00 AM Soul cycle class. And I'm not talking about taking one.
He leads it 8:30 AM, play speed chess in the park. 8:32 AM wins chess game points at opponent and says next time Youngblood 9:30 AM, meet with Joint Chiefs for a military strategy meeting and push up contest. 10 O 2:00 AM wins contest points at the head of the Joint Chiefs and says next time Youngblood 10 O 3:00 to 11:00 train time and that's all before a lunch where he eats five whole chickens and a raw potato. Kareem Biden is 81 years old. Isn't that a little concerning?
Only if you're scared of wisdom. Look, Joe Biden was 30 years old before Roe versus Wade wasn't stated. So, you know, he was smashing. He dealt with those restrictions then as a young, handsome man, and he can deal with them now as an old, even more handsome man. Ask anyone who works with him closely. Very well. Let's go live to Washington with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre. All right, so there it is. On the loop. Sorry. There it is. It's fun.
It's fun when that when you actually let the comedians come after everybody, that's what they're supposed to do. So you're supposed to point out the absurdity of it. If you sound behind closed doors all the crazy stuff you know he was smashing, that's great. That's good comedy. That's good writing. Thank God for SNL actually taking a chance to go there and do something that is outside their political boundaries. Usually these people are usually
hands off. Which also tells you if the mainstream media is willing to 1 not get their ducks in a row on this thing. And two, take some shots at Joe Biden. Is he really sticking around? Like, how bad are they hoping he goes away? They're they're sort of trying to talk themselves into it. You can actually see it in public. Here's the Atlantic again. This is, this says all of it right now. This is probably the most underwhelming endorsement of a Joe Biden.
A Joe Biden campaign Biden's still the best bet for November. No amount of wishful thinking is going to magically produce a winning candidate. Be written by Jonathan Last. OK, but what does that mean? That means that they actually do have some wishful thinking and they wish they could magically produce a candidate B. He's the best bet because he's all they got. They didn't prep anybody better. They're just they're stuck with this guy.
Let's start with the obvious. The concerns about Joe Bowden are valid. Yeah, we know he's old. He talks slowly. He occasionally bumbles the basics. The basics people imagine being out there. You are the number. You were the quarterback in the Super Bowl. You're the point guard in the NBA Finals. I think those are good sports ball references. You can't dribble the ball. You fall over your own shoes. Your laces are united. Your uniform is on backwards.
That's Joe Biden right now. His age is concerning because everybody knows his age is concerning, OK? They talk about all these different journalist trying to make the best case, arguing that he can no longer be up to the task. They need to get someone better. There's no one better. That's it. They're stuck with him. They've waited too long. And they and they it's like, what are they going to do? Drop him out and then try to, like, rally behind someone new?
After all of the sycophantic talk, I think they're stuck with the guy. Like what else could you do? He's a known quantity. We got to talk about how he's old so we know what he's about really. He's done incredibly radical things. He's flip-flopped on every major issue, He's fully vetted and his liabilities are priced in. Yeah, same thing for Trump except Trump is not weak and pathetic. And here's the thing that I didn't bring up the other day, but I really want to bring this up.
All I need to do to evaluate 2 men is to see what is their life work about. Joe Biden's life work has been about getting himself re elected and getting his family wealthy. Good job. And the cost has only been having three children, one of whom is deceased. I don't have any statement about that. It's fine. Two of whom are absolute basket cases, a crackhead, and another one in and out of rehab with a diary situation that is like, looks pretty bad.
Then you look at Donald Trump. Is the guy perfect? Clearly not. Is he someone that I want to have babysit my kids? I don't know. It might be funny. I don't think he's going to touch them. I don't have that fear. Why? Because he has multiple adjusted, successful, capable human beings that he's produced that are out there in the world that are not screwed up. They're not nearly as screwed up. Do you know how hard it is to see wealthy children turn out?
Well, they had everything for them and everything seems stacked against abuse because they have parents that are not involved. We're going to cover that at the end. You just look at the fruits, You'll know them by the fruits. And for the multiple divorces and the affairs and all the other things that are built into the cake, all the scandalous things that are Donald Trumpy,
You know what I can see? I can see that it didn't end up destroying the human beings that are out there in the world. Or if they are destroyed, man, they covered up really well. They don't have obvious drug addictions. They don't have obvious problems that you see from the Joe Biden situation. And there's a lot more money involved, which means they had all the opportunity to look at some of the Anheuser Busch errors. I don't know why I always point them out, but those guys were
always in and out of rehab. You'll know the capabilities by the fruits it at least at the end of the day. You've even seen pictures of Trump in his office with like young Baron where he's like, you know I only accept A's and no drinking, no alcohol. Like at least the guy's got some standards in his own personal life that he pushes forward there. There is something to be said about moving forward with your life and doing better as you get older. And that's what we're going to
bring to at the end of the show. So I've got it like just like one of those like you said who knew where we'd be in 2024. There's an awful lot of things that you would not have been able to pick up on. Here's the last one. This is the last little piece from SNL, and it's just fun. I I don't know why I like all these, but I caught them for you specifically. So we don't have to watch all of this cold open. But it's good. It's pretty good. And here's the last one showing
NBA players. Yeah, they're getting dunked on by Joe Biden. Absurdity. Fully absurd. But this is the way that it sounds like if you're paying attention. Like I said, there's an RGB component in just one SEC as well. Well. Let's do that. We are now joined live by Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas. Thanks for having me, Dana. I man, I am exhausted. I was with Joe Biden for the past weekend. And you? He wiped me out. OK, so you feel he's up to the job?
Dana, I was just with him and behind closed doors he's a Dynamo. This weekend we both went down to the border town of Brownsville, TX and Joe went into beast mode, he said. We're going to tighten this border. Look how easy I can cross it. Then he parkoured up to the top of the border wall. He front flipped into the Rio Grande and came back. Up with a fish in his mouth. But you didn't report that because it doesn't fit your little narrative.
Yeah, what's up, Dana? We are we talking about Joe Biden because he got that dog in him. You've met the president. I was just with him. And behind closed doors. He is strong. Joe got that grandpa monkey strength and he can jump. That man could jump so high that I saw him grab a dollar off the top of the backboard and leave some change. Also, did you know he dunked on me? He dunked on you? Yeah. Yeah. It was disrespectful too.
He windmilled in my face and he talked about, yeah, next time Youngblood. And I wasn't having it. So I tried to punch him in the nuts and I broke three fingers. Yeah, you can't mess with Joe, man. Yeah, you can't mess with Joe. You remember that? Here's what it looks like, folks. Political magazine. This is one of the most sad and pathetic pieces that I ever remember reading. This was by a guy named Ben Schrekinger. He's a reporter. Allegedly.
In the early hours of November 9th, as the stock market began to rally on the news of Donald Trump's upset win, there was another dramatic spike afoot. Interest in the bone density and cholesterol levels of an 83 year old woman from Flatbush, New York is also soaring. Many people want to know whether a two time cancer survivor, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Have I been getting that wrong? It's RBG. Have I been saying RGB? Whatever.
Ruth Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the oldest and perhaps the most liberal justice on the Supreme Court has enough gas in the tank to outlust the Trump presidency. When they say gas in the tank, they're not talking about energy folks, they're talking about whether she would outlive Trump. You know, we know, spoiler alert, We know what happened, whether Trump will get a chance to fundamentally alter the balance of the court by replacing her. Again, that balance of the
court. The court doesn't have to be balanced. It just has the people that do the job. It's amazing. He dangled. Yeah, the possibility. He dangled successfully to entice Republicans to vote for him, which, by the way, nailed it on that one as well. That's a Trump win. We'll call them where they are. Balls and strikes here if we can do it. All right. So she was widowed in 2010, lost a close friend in 2016. So she has this personal trainer who's the most important person in their life?
Her personal trainer. Yuck. Absolutely Yuck. That would be Brian Johnson, 52. OK, so we're going to hear about how tough Ruth Bader Ginsburg was and the title of this article. For those of you who don't recall it, I did Ruth Bader Ginsburg's workout. It nearly broke me. Pumping iron with RB GS personal trainer is no joke. His claim. OK, his claim is that he is young. He says. I'm no athlete, but I'm young and reasonably fit. I thought the workout would be Patty cake, but it was much
harder than I expected. This is incredible amounts of gaslighting, so let's do the workout. This is in video slot #8, by the way, and I generally leave that for our comedy and for our dad jokes For some reason. This is where it just worked out today. This is not a dad joke, and I'm going to be cutting away from This is just music, folks. If you're not, if you're listening, you're not going to see this.
But it's it's really pathetic. And you can come find it on the Rumble Channel. For those of you who are watching. Get ready. Here we go. OK, you notice he handed the medicine ball back to her folks. That medicine ball looks like it's about a three pounder. My kids can play with that, and they're toddlers. Preschool first grade. I can throw them a 3 LB medicine ball and if it hits, it'll hit them for sure. Because, like, my daughters are really bad at catching right now.
I'm embarrassed about that. I got to fix it, but it's not going to kill them. that Lady might die with a 3 LB medicine ball that she misses, eats in the face, and it's game over. In the same way that Joe Biden can't handle it. It's crazy. That's fully crazy. She did a plank for like 4 1/2 seconds and they're acting like that was some sort of like rocky moment. All of that stuff is wildly pathetic. Guess what? Then she died not long after that after they were pushing this on us.
Probably sold some books though you can be strong like Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Gross. That workout little montage which was like 60 seconds of it, probably took her the whole hour, I'm sure. And it involved. I don't know. Probably all those exercises standing with a with a a man holding her hands while she was on one foot. And if you want to do this with your spouses, she could she could hold a plank for a few seconds. She could do these like what we would call Dick in the dirt.
Push ups, which are garbage. Those are the worm. Those don't count. The count is 00 push ups. Anyway, all that stuff is really funny to watch. It's really sad to watch too, because remember how they were pushing her out there? In the same way you see these dark branded memes? The Notorious RBG? There she is. She got the king. It's just it's silly, it's sad. But all this comes from when you make government your God and you require a savior.
This is something we've harped on a number of times. When you make government your God, lowercase G becomes the capital G for God, Then you still need that human figure to represent God on earth for you. It's really, really important. So they've got a Joe Biden, they got a Ruth Bader Ginsburg because they're missing something really important in their life. They're missing Jesus. It's a joke. Y'all need Jesus political left. Y'all need Jesus. You do.
And that's the scariness. That's why they have to attack the so-called Christo fascist. That's why there's this big push on Christian nationalist. We'll talk about that more on another day. There's an ongoing press. There's a guy out of Texas who I just saved the video from. I just didn't even play today. I had too many. It's it's false idols. It's hero worship. It is looking for a savior when there already was a better example. And these people are massively
imperfect. You know what the worst thing that you can do for them is? Do you know the outrage that happened when Ruth Bader Ginsburg died? Do you know what the outrage is going to be at Joe Biden when he dies? They're going to blame the bad court. They're going to blame a Trump election. They're going to blame anything on these imperfect vessels that they have tried to assign God like qualities and try to make them a savior.
And they're not because they're just people and they're old people and they're weak people like every person that's come before them, imperfect, and they die at an age like everyone else does. It doesn't matter if you get into your 80s. You are older and weaker than you are when you're in your 40s. Hands down, your bone density changes, your body chemistry changes, your mind changes.
Even the sharpest people at that age who have wisdom are not going into battle and reading, leading the battle like Achilles. That's the big difference. The Greeks even showed us all the stuff and all their epic poetry. The old king is the wise king. The young king is the is the virile king that goes into battle. This is a human archetype. Unfortunately, like I said, they are so desperately looking for someone to be their saviour, and they could already find it, all
right? And in the meantime, they got to take out the competition. So there's really interesting stuff going on. We've got the story from The Blaze that we've been covering long form. I want to talk about this one real quick. Steve Baker, who you guys know, is my friend. He's a good person. He's been on the show a number of times. He's going to come back. He told me he'd like to come back on.
So we'll do it again. This is a really great article showing, first of all, I wrote a piece over at Blaze. If you guys are not following Blaze, go check them out. Bill Shipley goes by shipwreck crew on Twitter and other places used to write for Red State. Did a guest column talking about how this is going to be game on. The federal prosecutors have decided to go after a Steve Baker and so he's going to tell him I've got 22 years of experience in this arena.
I'm ready to fight. He was a journalist who was in the Capitol for 37 minutes. I highly recommend you guys read this piece. You can also go read the one that I wrote, which is just a reflection on the failure of the FBI. The FBI used to go land whales. That was their claim. They would go after the big fish and the massive mammals in the water. And now they're going and snatching minnows and they're and they're celebrating it. They're gaslighting us as well.
Bill Shipley's piece, which I will read a little bit of, he had what was called an out of district appearance. This is an appearance in federal court that is not the venue where the charges are pending. In his 21 years as a federal prosecutor in the DOJ participated in the same type of hearing hundreds of times. They are routine, they are simple, and they're generally short. When the government is not seeping to keep the defendant in
custody. This was the outrageous thing that happened on this Friday, this last week. They generally speaking, if they're not going to keep in custody and then transport him to the district where they're going to charge him and keep him in custody there, then they just let him go. They let him show up and they let him leave. This is what was really crazy. In more than two decades at a prosecutor he was never
involved. Not one time in an initial appearance on misdemeanor charges with the defendant was told to 1st report to the FBI to be fingerprinted, photographed and and that means arrested. And then they were given those instructions for Steve Baker, which we knew meant he was going to be arrested. I knew that when they told him to report the FB is office and I know Bill Shipley did too. They just hoped it wasn't going to happen. He was required to show up in Dallas on Friday of last week.
The instructions were made for him to dress like a child even though it's 40° outside, he said. That made him suspicious that they were going to do exactly what they ended up doing, which is that they kept him. He showed up in a jacket and a tie and a slack and a suspendable spin, which has resulted in hundreds and hundreds of orders of you guys going to the dash. suspendables.com and ordering it from Garrett.
So good on that stuff. Long and short of it is he was arrested and then he was taken and he was held in. This never happens. And what that meant is, is that he was in the US Marshals custody while he was getting his initial appearance, which means they can embarrass him in another way by making him walk around with belly chains and his and his hands handcuffed and leg shackles.
Because that's the requirement that the US Marshals Service has to do. And they told him to find behind closed doors and quietly out of public. And we've seen Brianna Morello report on this. And Steve told me the same thing. The US Marshals deputies, deputy Marshals that were there said this is bullshit, but they did it. That's the banality of evil folks. That's following orders. It's really dangerous and it's
leading to some scary outcomes. I encourage you guys to go check those out at the Blaze. It's worth your time to go read those articles and you'll have a little bit better perspective. Bill Shipley, 22 years as a prosecutor. You know, I've got 6 1/2 years, seven years as an FBI agent, one
of which was unpaid. I've been around FBI agents who had 20 plus years, 30 years I was around on my squad, the oldest and longest working FBI agent at that time in the Bureau. I don't need to say his name, but he's a good dude. He worked on the Robert Hansen case and then he was on my surveillance squad. I hung around a lot of experienced agents. They'd never seen anything like that. Many of them reach out privately, but they won't speak out publicly, just for whatever that's worth.
You know, they're still scared, and that should scare you. Which is why you might want to go to fourpatriots.com/kyle. Yeah, that was a good segue. Right? Prepare. Repair is the model that we live for. patriots.com/kyle re up with us this month. Bad things are going to come down, probably probably locally

They've even got the public sort of SNL type crowd is going to make fun of him. That means that we should expect some sort of outside the box evil coming our way, and you can prepare for it by putting calories in your house, saving them in your pantry for a bad event.

We got a record number of people starting to watch over on YouTube and I'm sure we'll be demonetized for having some trumpet music, but so be it.
All of you guys. You can join us in the live chat, which is just just scrolls, all the show, all show long, and you can subscribe to us over there if you want to. We appreciate that. In any case, let's let's keep moving with a couple other things. How about some funny news? And I will give you a real palate cleanser in just a moment. But here's some funny news. This is AOC. There's a whole story about this. She's getting harassed by her own people.
This is what happens. The left always eats their own deleted Joe Biden. They never really ate Bayer Ginsburg, but I think she died too suddenly. But here they are, they're going after AOC. Why? Because she's not anti anti Jerusalem enough because there's a lot of money involved in this and she probably sees the reality of the world.
So there she is. She's getting snapped at by NYC protesters at a movie theater saying that she's not calling on the the the by the administration to shut down the genocide in Gaza. We saw some of this kind of wild protest that Mark was covering how fun. There she is. So let's watch a video of her getting harassed by her own constituents. I don't know why this is so funny to me, but I just, I don't know. I like watching the alligator eat these people. It's their alligator.
It is. It's their alligator. Oh, that's RBGR GB RBG. These are not easy letters. Here we go. Video #10. You refuse to call it a genocide. It's not OK that there's a genocide happening. You're not actively against it. You're lying. I'm lying. You went on TV. You avoided talking about it. But what you just now act. You can't say it's a genocide, but you can't call the genocide. We're not lying. We're not lying. We're not interviews. It's insane. You haven't been calling it a genocide.
Don't tell me I'm lying. Then just say it's a genocide. Just say it. Over 30,000 people are dead or dead. AOC. Say it for once. Just say a word. That's it. That's all we want you to say. Or you're not anything about people from fucking in public. Genocide. Over 30,000 people. Stop, OK? Stop. Stop. We're not doing anything. We're you talking to intellectual prosecution. That's all we're doing. Cut it.
And you're going to cut this and you're going to clip this so that it's completely out of context. I already said that it was. And you're just going to pretend that it wasn't over and over again. It's fucked up, man. And you're not helping these people and you're not helping them. You're not helping them. Freedomnews.tv doing a great job reporting all that stuff over on Twitter and we pulled that thing down. Here's AOC from 20/20. She says the whole point of a protest is to make people
uncomfortable. Wait a minute, she seems uncomfortable. So it's working. Activists take that discomfort with the status quo and advocate for concrete policy changes. Sounds like what our constituents are doing. Popular support often starts small and grows to folks who complain Protests demand make others uncomfortable. That's the whole .0. Well, she looked uncomfortable. And her beta boyfriend, fiance, whatever that dude is, he seemed like he did a really good job.
He's like, stop, please. He let this, like, little little girl walking around young woman stand for herself. Come on, dudes do better than that. And like, even I want that guy to step up and she'd be like, hey, if you're messing with my girl, I'm going to head butt you and then I'm going to eat your soul. Instead, he let fat guys wearing respirators run after his 30 something year old. And she's cute. She's, I don't know, whatever she is, run around in New York.
It's not good. It's not good for men to allow that to happen on any side of the political aisle. I don't want it. So shame on him. Obviously he's already ashamed. I want to show you guys a couple of points. I'm not trying to say that I'm right, but I'm right. This is a really, really good video of a woman, and we're coming to a close here. This is a woman, millennial mom who gets it, but she missed it. We did that whole piece about the trad wives the other day.
You remember, we talked about how trad wives, they're a natural backswing because women are realizing that they were conned. This woman actually sees it. And here's what I find most interesting. She's a she has a master's in social work and she has an undergraduate degree in social work. Very, very similar to my wife's. My wife had a humanities degree. Then she got her master's degree in counseling.
These are caring professions. These are from women who care about other people that want to do good things. She also said that her background was in early childhood development. Listen to this. I'm right. I don't want to be right, by the way, I would love it if that was not the case. It's just human nature doesn't really care. Just like old people get old moms are meant to be moms. And if you're letting somebody else raise your kids, it's kind
of hurt. You have to lie to yourself, just like that Lady who was sitting on the panel from The Atlantic, right? OK, here it is. I feel like millennial moms were just duped. I just dropped my daughter off at her daycare, and she's been going to daycare for almost three years now. And people tell me it'll get easier. It'll get easier as you drop her off. She'll get used to it. It has never gotten easier. I've just learned to numb the pain.
And it doesn't help the fact that, you know, my career is in early childhood. So she goes through spurts where she's really excited for daycare, and then she goes through spurts like this morning where she has to talk herself through mom. He's going to come back after work and she's anxious. And she tells me her belly hurts and there's butterflies in her tummy. And I'm a social worker by trade.
So I've learned to help give her, you know, those words to say or, you know, practicing coping skills. And you know, when she misses Mommy, what she could do. But, like, why do I have to do that? I feel like I was duped because, you know, when you're 20 years old or, you know, when you're in high school, you're told to go to college, get a good degree, make something of your life. And So what I did, I got my bachelor's degree in social
work. I had my master's degree in social work by the time I was 25. And then by the time I was 30 years old and had my first child, I had spent five years in the schools making just shy of $100,000. Now the more years you put in, you establish that pension 401K and I keep climbing the ladder. I buy an Airbnb with my husband with all of our savings, that's doing well. And then I have kids and somehow I'm just supposed to say goodbye to all of that.
And it's I'm OK with saying goodbye to my career. It's the fact that we have put ourselves in a in a position. I'm going to cut away. She's not OK. She's not OK with saying bye to the career. That's the whole point. That's what she just told you. She knows better. She has the information, She has the degree in the studies, and she thinks I've put all this time in. She's now experiencing what they call the golden handcuffs in federal service.
You've already gone 10 years. You might as well go the other ten years. Even if it involves tyranny, even if it involves sacrificing your own child at an altar of something that you, your you know is wrong. That's what that pain is, that cognitive dissonance on her face. I feel for that woman. She knows she was conned and yet she's committed to it anyway. It's really sad. And the real answer is less materialism, less things. Do more with less.
You know, this is not the house that I I planned on living in. I don't own it. I'm borrowing it. I'm renting it from somebody for more than I paid for my palace that I had when I had a job, a normal job. We pay more in rent than we did when we owned a house that had far more space and better, you know, better situation every way. That's what you do. Because the the the point was we weren't going to do the wrong
thing. My family wasn't and we weren't going to make our kids second fiddle, which is to say that we are going to subjugate their futures to something that didn't make sense to us. Man, that I I feel for that woman. She's right on the edge of waking up and seeing what happened to her.
She knows she got duped. Her child is telling her right there what is wrong and and instead of saying well I need to take this on myself and we need to make some changes so that the kid is the front of my life because I'm a mom and this is what's most important and I know that that's how I was trained. What she does is she makes excuses and she makes a TikTok video and she says I've got all this stuff though look at all the stuff I have to do, these things I put all this time in,
Who cares? There's obviously some biblical perspective here but it's very simple. It's like whoever gains the entire world right and and sacrifices their soul. Look, what are you saving it for? If you're a man, put it on the line for women and children's safety. And if you're a woman and you're keeping your career alive, but you're going to sacrifice your own child at that altar, what
are you saving it for? What do you You're going to give them up like a totally messed up life full of therapy, but now you have, like, you have the money to pay for it. How about doing it upfront? Prepare or repair? Folks, It's always the same message. And here's something none of us had on our bingo card for 2024. If you were going to say who is the most hedonistic public figure that exists, who celebrates wild worldliness in a way that nobody else does, I would say Russell Brand was at
the top of my list. He did that saving Sarah Marshall. I think he played himself. He's a incredibly funny man. He's a very, very articulate. He's been very good to my friends and loving him, having him on the show, and he is slowly awakened himself to the evil. And now he's doing this. This is your palate cleanser for the day. This is so uplifting to me for so many reasons. How about Russell Brand's morning routine?
Just like we saw Mark Wahlberg the other day, he starts it on his knees saying the rosary when my buddies over at Catholic Vote say that Catholics might save this country or the world. I don't know, man. I I kind of look at it and go like, yeah, that's a nice sentiment. Russell Brand, praise the rosary. Here we go. Discipline. It's a difficult word for undisciplined people, but I have to live a discipline life. This is my morning routine. I wake up. I do some tapping.
I get right into the tapping. I use Nick Ortners Tapping Solutions app. It's brilliant. After the tapping, I pray the rosary every single day. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed out thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. As you know, I love Wim Hof. I love the cold. I plunge myself into the cold every single day. I experience that rush and that
awakening. The skin is turned on and I am awakened every day. I pray on my knees as a person. In recovery, I pray what is known as the Third Step Prayer, the 7th Step Prayer, the Lord's Prayer, the Saint Francis of Assisi Prayer, a brilliant prayer on fear that I recently learned from a great teacher of mine. And if you want that prayer, let me know in the chat and I'll post it for you. It's a beautiful prayer.
You'll love it. I write a gratitude list every single day, and the more I feel like I'm not grateful, the more things I try to put on that list. We have so much to be grateful for. The next things I look for Are there people that I can talk to that will benefit from communicating with me? Because I cannot do this alone. I have to do it as a part of a
community. Let me know in the comments and chat what you do and if you're interested in undertaking some challenges with us. There are so many incredible examples throughout Christendom of people who have had lives of hedonism, of of worldliness, right, that have experienced everything on the planet and found an emptiness, whether they had all of the materials or the the pleasures of the flesh or they were involved in, you know, drugs or alcohol, All these
things and none of those things solve the problem that they were looking for. Which, by the way, is what our friends on the political left are looking for. And I do call them friends. They are American citizens. They're just looking for that thing. They want Joe Biden to be their savior. They want Ruth Bader Ginsburg to be that savior. They want drugs or alcohol or materialism or the big house or having that career like that. Mom, every damn one of them
wants the same thing. It's the same thing you want. They just want to be happy. You want to be fulfilled. You want to know that your life means something. And they all the great ones that we we write about. Now I'm thinking of Augustine, of Hippo and the the city. Saint Augustine, which I was in the other day, named after him, lived a life of excess and leisure. And then turns around and what do they do? They go to austerity because human beings are looking for a
reason. We all suffer no matter what. Jordan Peterson is correct. Everybody gets suffering. Not everybody gets to assign meaning to it. If you want it to mean something, you got to do something else. And that is why all these folks are turning the way that they have for thousands of years. How about that? Isn't that interesting?
This is not an expressly Christian hour, but that is the enemy of our government, which continues to push something out there, folks who have found a savior that is not a human being and a God that is not government. It's a recurring theme here. It's super important. You don't have to be religious to know that these people are right. And you could look at the happiest people in the world and they have rules and they have boundaries and those boundaries make sense.
So it's just as simple as that. And as we do that let's bring this show to a close. Shine a light 21. Great name leaves this. Five star review. Truth Bombardier truth bombs dropping on every show Go Kyle. Thank you. Hopefully you understand the truth bomb that we just dropped here towards the end. I I'm telling you, this has all been done before. We're not seeing anything new. We're just living it again. And 2024, although I think it will be a lit year, we'll see a
lot of chaos. We're also seeing very positive backswing. I'm more encouraged this year than I was last year and I'm certainly more encouraged than it was the year before. A lot of that is because of you all and what you do and what you bring to the show and what you bring to our community in the chat every morning and all this sort of positive relationships we see there.
