Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Well, hello my friends and welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show. Today is Tuesday, it is July the 23rd, and we will be talking about what can be completely unburdened by what has been.
What on earth is that Lady talking about? Let's talk about the coup, shall we? That's going to get fun. We got all kinds of stuff to get involved in. Thanks for the American Radicals Podcast for rating our stream. Welcome all of you who just joined me from Steven Garrett's discussion of the myth of competence as promised yesterday. And yeah, isn't that something? Today we're going to be talking Kamala Harris. What else can we do? We're going to be talking about Harris for Prez.
We're going to be talking about Cheadle. This is the Secret Service director who got out in front of Congress and stonewalled them. I don't know if she's been having lunch with Chris Ray, if she's been hanging out there. She didn't give the ongoing investigation line as much as Chris does. But Kim seems perfectly comfortable digging in like a tick. So that happened. And then what are they distracting us from? Because we got a lot of fun to have. I mean, Kamala Harris is a
comedy goldmine. So thank God for that. I appreciate a little bit of comedy in the news cycle. I'm not real comfortable with the idea of her being in charge of anything. But hey, DEI hires have done worse. Like what could happen worse? Just maybe someone will just shoot at A at a presidential candidate or something. That that what, what could happen? What could, what could go wrong here? Folks, Let's get started off by saying thanks to my friends over at my Patriot Supply.
They ask you to stop whatever you're doing and listen, your God-given freedoms, folks, they are on the line. They're up for the taking. In fact, we're going to talk about that in a bit. Even worse, the ones doing the taking, the same ones that have sworn to defend said freedoms, they think they can violate your right to protect your family. They think they can force delusions on your children. They think they can control the media and the truth.
So far so good. They can't take away yourself reliance, your Peace of Mind. You have water filtration. You should. Have you changed and generated a solar panel? Do you have a solar generator? You should. Emergency food on your shelf? You can. You can get it from My Patriot Supply. They serve millions of American families and My Patriot Supply is the most trusted name in survival for a damn good reason. Go to prepare like kyle.com right now. Save $200 on their best selling

Prepare like kyle.com. Save $200 per kit, free shipping included. Prepare like kyle.com. You know what, folks? I bought two of these the other day. They shipped out inside of a week. I actually almost ran my pickup truck into the back of the UPS guy 'cause he pulled in and blocked my driveway.
That's a bold move. By the way, UPS don't be blocking the driveway when a truck that has the word move cut into the bumper is backing up. But Yep, jumped in. We now have a stack of food as tall and twice as wide as me. It's not that tall, by the way, but you know, 5 foot eight, 185 LB guy, double that size. That's how much food we've got stacked up in in our our shelf now in our emergency shelf. Check it out. You guys should look into that because seriously, it's getting real weird.
So weird, in fact, that I created this Kamala Harris for the people. Who's that guy in the background who's in the ropes? We haven't seen Joe Biden since the 17th of July. That's like a, that's a pretty good little vacation. I've been playing on social media a little bit. I've been kind of messing with folks and just saying, look, it's totally normal. The guy just had a bad debate and then, you know, he got COVID like you do and then he just disappeared in the middle of a
campaign season. He broke up with America via Twitter. He just texted us and and someone said he ghosted us. The question is, is that a literal or a figurative ghosting? That is a really good question. Have we been literally or figuratively ghosted by Joe Biden? Where the hell did that guy go? Luckily, he gave us proof of
life via a record. I mean, a phone call yesterday at the Biden HQ, I mean, the Harris HQ, I mean the Kamala HQ for their campaign, she seems to have stepped into that very comfortably, didn't she? We're going to talk about all of that as well. And let's just pull up some polling. This is coming from Harris X and Forbes. This is July the 19th through the 21st. So that goes into the weekend
prior to the weird announcement. It'll be really interesting because Donald Trump has not been running against Kamala Harris. It's been running against Joe Biden. But in a hypothetical match up, this particular poll shows Trump up by 9:00. I've seen other polls showing he's only up by two or three. Kamala really hasn't gotten into the race with the full awkwardness that she encompasses. So I've assembled for your viewing pleasure and your listening pleasure, some of the weirdest stuff.
Let me start with the strangest take that I've seen because I like, how are they going to spin this lady? She couldn't win the primary in her home state. She couldn't generate more than like 3% of the Democrat vote. And they're telling us that the that the support for her is real. This is maybe the most fun article. This is coming from the Washington Post. I had a couple of people from the Washington Post start following me yesterday on Twitter. I don't know what that means.
Maybe that means my profile's up or maybe a hit piece is coming. This is an opinion piece written by Catherine Rampell. You know, I normally go to the background of these people. I just took this one at face value. The article is entitled Yes, Kamala is a cop. This time it could help her win an election. Her prosecutorial background could be a huge asset. I've seen this marched out by some of the leftist talking
points. The people that sort of like, get whatever it is they're supposed to say, and then they all put it on social media in the exact same way. So, OK, she's a cop. They say this Vice President Harris is a quote UN quote cop. As a guy who was not a cop, I was a fed. That's a different animal, is it not? I was very clear when when I met cops that said, you know what? You're, you're like police. That's a compliment. The left would use it as an
insult. There is nothing cop like about Kamala Harris. Nothing. I'm not even confident she's done any prosecutions. Our friend Bill Shipley has gone out there and said, hey, can we get a list of the actual cases that she tried where she was first chair and sat down and ran prosecutions? A lot of people can be quote UN quote, prosecutors or DAS and so on. That's a political job. You can be the attorney general and never actually run a single case. So you can be the one who is in
charge of the office. You can have the title, you can have the security detail that goes along with it and never actually be a prosecutor. And by the way, I don't know any prosecutors that are thought of as cop, not by cops. Even if you're allowed to carry a gun, you're not police. You don't have powers to arrest per SE. And that's one of the weirdest things that happened.
Even like in Idaho. We've gone over the story a little bit with the Patriot from Things, the fact that we've got some weirdo lady with a tranny child talking about, you know, hate speech and so on. That's AUS attorney or an assistant United States Attorney. That person is not a cop. So you can't be a prosecutor out on patrol. You're not a constable on patrol. You're not a cop. In any case, the idea that this would help her win is totally
bizarre. They're out there touting the things that are that are good about her quote UN quote good. She's a woman apparently that's good. She's black, she's South Asian, she's a child of immigrants. She's ADEI hire and that means that they can kind of throw that back in people's faces because of her incredible competency. Her incredible competency is something that I really wanted to touch on. Do you guys know anything about
her biggest accomplishment? This might actually surprise you to learn, but her biggest accomplishment is actually her support for small business. I learned that this morning as well. I want to share this with you. What do you think has been Vice President Harris's biggest accomplishment as vice president? Well, look, I think she's done remarkable work across several
important areas. Something that I think hasn't gotten much coverage is her passion for entrepreneurship, for wealth creation, for securing and stabilizing the middle class. She's travelled around the country to meet with small businesses and to talk with them about what it takes to get back to work, to grow a small business, to sustain the wealth and opportunity for a family. That's a really weird take there. Chris Koontz, senator from Delaware.
Apparently she's been supporting small business. I didn't know that. Probably you didn't either. They were the ones the Biden Harris administration that started forcing the mandates for COVID down on anybody. You remember, they actually actually marched out some sort of an OSHA rule that said if you have more than 100 employees, I don't know why that's the number, but that's the number they came up with because arbitrary is how you wield power
when you're a tyrant. They pushed COVID mandates on small businesses, which probably ran people out of business. That's that's why it's her biggest accomplishment. What's her biggest detriment do you think? What do you think the biggest liability she has in this cycle? And I'm going to argue to you that it's probably the border. It seems like NBC actually knew that too. Maybe that's why these questions have literally not been answered and the problem has also not been solved.
Do you have any plans to visit the border? At some point, you know, we are going to the border. We've been to the border. So this whole, this whole, this whole thing about the border, we've been to the border, we've been to the. Border. I and I haven't been to Europe and I mean, I don't, I don't understand the point that you're making. And I haven't been to Paris, I've never been to France, and I've never seen the queen in her underpants. What? What are we doing here?
What kind of weird lady did they put? She was put in charge of AI too, by the way. And I still think the terminating robots are coming for us at some point. So we're living in a very strange time, but this time has been foretold. Would this surprise you? I've got a clip from 1989.
Check this out. You tell me if this doesn't ring true and then we're going to talk about the coup, which whether you like it or not, whether you want to be conspiratorial or you think that this was just a political operation, that's what a coup is. It was a bloodless coup. We think right and I and I'm I'm honestly not just trying to like drum up people's anxiety. We haven't seen Joe Biden since the 17th and I have significant discomfort with the way that they put a phone call out there.
People have said he's on a tube. The the argument has been made that that was AI. There's some decent, I'll, I'll actually play you something that sounds that's AI Joe Biden and it's just as equally as credible as the the Joe Biden phone call that we had at the Kamala HQ. In any case, 1989. This is apparently the way that we would get a female president. Listen to this closely. Mr. Ford, what advice would you give a young lady wanting to become president of the United
States? Well, I hope we do have a young lady at some point become president of the United States. I can tell you how I think it will happen because it won't happen in the normal course of events. Either the Republican or Democrat political party will nominate a man for president and a woman for vice president, and the woman and man will win. So you'll end up with a a president, a male, and a vice president and a female.
And in that term of office of the president, the president will die and the woman will become president under the law or constitution. And once that barrier is broken, from then on, men better be careful because they'll have a hard, hard time ever even getting a nomination in the future. But that's the way it's going to happen. And I think it'll probably come sometime in the next four or eight years. Well, he was a little off on that four or eight years, wasn't
he? But 1989, that wasn't that distant of a past. That's a pretty strong prognostication. I would say it's pretty interesting that someone who sat in the office, who took office without being voted into president might does foresee that happening again. All right, well, let's keep moving on because of course, the most fun stuff is coming from the New York Times. I did the Washington Post a
little earlier. The New York Times is really upset about the far right spreading baseless claims about Biden's whereabouts. And as Harris tries to figure out how she's going to deal with Donald Trump, which by the way, I, you guys know, not like a, a Donald Trump cheerleader, but there is something very amusing to me about the, the idea of Trump versus Harris. She is such a lightweight when it comes to putting on her shoes and saying serious things that
this is going to be really fun. All right, so many conspiracy theorists and far right commentaries. I, I think I'm a far right commentator. Per New York Times, they've been spreading doubts that Joe Biden is even alive after he posted a letter resigning. Why would anyone think that he isn't alive after posting a letter And then his proof of life is a phone call that may or may not be? Was it, was it a legit phone call? Was that a live phone call?
Why was it not a FaceTime? Why was it not a video call? We had that technology even from hospital beds. This is why we're all so suspect, because that bad actress who we've been hearing about and we got all kinds of fun stuff to play for, that bad actress also said that it was a Rick phone call. A phone call. It is so good to hear our president's voice. Joe, I know you're still on the on the call and we've been talking every day. You probably, you guys heard it
from Doug's voice. We love Joe and Jill, We really do. They truly are like family to us and we do everybody here that it's neutral. I knew you were still there. You're not going anywhere, Joe. I'm watching you kids. I'm. Watching you kids, I love you, I love you. Joe, it's so uncomfortable. It's so awkward. So the theory is baseless, as is confirmed by The New York Times. You know, it's the paper of record, folks.
The theory is baseless. Mr. Biden, who learned that he had COVID on July 17th and has been in isolation ever since, called into a campaign event for Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday. And the two exchange of praise and some playful banter. They're just, it's just two people having a good time, you know, just friends that love each other and a woman who talks to a grown man like a toddler. Can you hear the clap? You know who we talk to like this? Big boys.
My 3 year old gets talked to you like this. Joe, are you watching? You hear this clapping? Can you see it? I'm watching. I'm watching. I know it. Buddy, do do you see it? Are you, are you there? God, it's so weird. The funny thing is, is that fiction has been able to mimic real life in such a way. And then also people who are looking into the future could see this coming. If Gerald Ford could see this coming, there's no reason why the people in Hollywood could
not. This is a little mash up. This is a show called Veep, which I don't have the stomach to watch and I never have. So I apologize if that's something you guys really got into. I did not. But look at this. Isn't this kind of fun? This is Veep mashing up against Kamala Harris. And Polish Dog in our chat just said it's like a long SNL skit. Yeah, it really is. This is how weird it is. It's like an SNL skit. Enjoy this for a moment, awkwardly.
My fellow Americans, words have many meanings, and sometimes instead of conveying our meaning, they can suggest other meanings. When we talk about the children of the community, they are the children of the community. Well, we are the United States of America because we are united
and we are states. Talking about the significance of the passage of time, right, The significance of the passage of time so when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time, whatever we. Have in store cannot be known. The past was once the future. The future is, I should say, unknown. We got to take this stuff seriously, as seriously as you are, because you have been forced to have to take it seriously. Obesity is a serious disease and
it needs to be taken seriously. You need to get to go. And need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work and get home. I hope that clarifies the issue and this can be the last word on those words. Certain issues are just settled. Clearly, we're not. No, that's right. And that's why I do believe that we are living sadly, in real unsettled times. Whoa. That was a good pivot, though, by the way. When someone tells you like, well, they're not, and they're like, yeah, I know.
That's what I just said. Classic, classic political moves. Really strange. Where does she stand on issues? Does any of this stuff actually matter? How about this? They want you to know, as we have started from the beginning, we've talked about the Biden campaign being able to run on a simple set of issues. And I've got them on my desk here. Guys aren't going to be surprised. I wrote them down and they're the same list that I wrote down months ago.
They're all in for the LGBTQIA crowd, whatever that means. No American flags, right? Just the, just the rainbow flags, just the pastel thing. Abortion for all. That's really a big deal. We don't really like the Republic, the Constitution. We're all about democracy. Also, white supremacy is everywhere, which is what she's going to be facing, obviously, if she doesn't get a lot of popular support. And we should keep the border open despite the fact that it is terrible.
So here you have ABC covering down about where she stands on healthcare now. I love that that euphemism, healthcare, they actually started off with an actual healthcare discussion. And it's not healthcare like the way that you're treated. It's actually healthcare. Whether or not we can pass Medicare for All. She's previously expressed support for a single payer system referred to as Medicare for All. She kind of walked away from it. Sounds like she may have some
sympathies there, she says. My understanding is that this is another area where she could be a bit more progressive. Sorry, this is one of the spokespeople who's kind of been pushing this forward. She has been supportive of the Affordable Care Act. We could expand it. We're interested in the so-called public option. The funny thing is, is if anybody wants to make the argument for a single payer system or Medicare for all, have any of them ever been to the VAI?
Know many of you have and the VA amusingly enough is actually kind of mixed bag because it's provided by this combination of federal money and state push insurance and and so for example, that in Texas it's actually pretty decent. The VA in my experience in Texas was not bad and yet when you go to New Mexico, it's God awful and atrocious.
So kind of like how functional your state is probably tells you how functional your single payer system will be because it's not the federal government probably run out there and, and specifically manage all those also massive amounts of fraud, incredible amounts of forget about the amount of Medicare fraud we have. The way the VA is fleeced is actually shocking. And they only have like a couple 100 special agents investigating it. I actually, you guys want to hear a little fun story.
I actually applied for and was essentially like this far from being hired like they were showing me the office. I, I applied to be a OIG investigator with the VA right when the FBI stuff went sideways. So I kind of got the inside scoop from people that had been in that organization for over a decade and what they did. And they're like, we find frauds for $5,000,000 easily. And it'll be a equine therapy program.
And when we look into it, we find out that not only is not only do they not have the property for horses, they don't even own any horses and they're not doing any therapies. And we're paying out $5,000,000 a year for them until they get caught. And then there may or may not be prosecutions of it. It's actually fairly stunning the way that the VA gets its money taken.
So opening up a Medicare for all, the sort of public option that would actually give you the ability to defraud the government at such a a huge rate, it probably would blow all of our minds. And of course, the second thing that's listed in this article, because the euphemism is always about abortion, is abortion. And she thinks that that is going to be a fruitful line of attack against Donald Trump's
policies. You saw that the Republicans sort of just walked away from it on the national platform. Not a bad idea politically for those of us that have like strong values that you have to vote in the states. The Supreme Court has thrown it back down where it belongs, I guess. And now if you want to live in a baby killing state, you can do that.
And if you want to live in a state that believes that people are human beings and that abortion is the same sort of sin as slavery, denying personhood to obvious people, then you're in that. But she's into that. That's her thing. And then the last one they talked about is prescription drug. I don't know why they always get into the prescription drug prices, I guess because they know that seniors are going to vote in in inordinate numbers and that young people don't vote
at all, generally speaking. But that's where they always want to talk about it. And a lot of the stuff was negotiations that Donald Trump actually had done because the federal government does have massive purchasing power because it is probably the single bigger biggest payer for these sort of things. So they've been able to negotiate favorable rates in the same way that your insurance companies are supposed to negotiate favorable rates.
The sad thing for a lot of these things is you can walk in and buy them over the counter for cheaper. There are plenty of stories of people walking in to a pharmacy and buying not the specific but a generic of any given drug and it'll be like $2.00. But if you had the insurance, your co-pay is $10. You get to co-pay either way. So whatever these things cost. And my buddy and I had this
discussion, he's a physician. He's like, honestly, like all of the antibiotics you could need for a whole year, you can get changed from a 20 if you go down to the Bahamas or if you go down to Mexico and you walk in there with American dollars, you can buy enough antibiotics to treat every illness and disease your family would have for a whole year and get changed from a 20.
And yet most of us are paying hundreds and hundreds per paycheck or we're paying 10s of thousands a year, whatever that looks like. I remember the benefits package for the federal government was extreme. I think they valued it as something like 60 or $70,000. I'm sure that's some additional stuff in there too, like the matching on the on the thrift savings account, which is kind of like a four O 1K. But end of the day, is this really where they're going to try to hang their hat?
The most interesting piece that I found about all this, by the way, which actually captured that sense of chaos that we have came from CNN. You know, I start my day there every day. The same reason that the FBI does. That's the reason why I do it. Let me go ahead and break away and say thanks to my buddies over at Patriot Coolers and we'll get right into the CNN story, which is it's it's chaotic.
There's no other way to say it. What is not chaotic is getting yourself one of these and staying hydrated. Things are going crazy. Let me put on this side over here. This is my Patriot cooler. This is my sealable 30 oz with a cool suspendables logo that is engraved with lasers have laser beams. I don't know if it's a I'll tempered bass or what or sharks that are carving this thing up, but you can get your own at patriotcoolers.com website ispatriotcoolers.com.

People who actually serve this country, unlike the weirdos that we're talking about in the main news cycle of the day. Patriot coolers.com Patriot coolers promo code Kyle. And as always, thanks to Rose, who throws it into our chat. These are always in the show description, folks. Let's do the CNN story.
This is actually like, this was kind of fascinating for me. And I rarely say that. Usually it's sort of just nauseating. This is written by three people, not 6 like we saw yesterday. And I would almost read the whole article to you because there's so much going on with the minutes of Joe Biden endorsing president, Vice President Kamala Harris. The Internet was crackled with lies, altered photos and other misleading claims about Harris.
Yeah, that's what we need to do. It's all misleading. Some of the supporters of Donald Trump suggested that Biden was the victim of a coup. So they kind of try to debunk it by saying that's what Trump said. And then they basically lay out the case for what this coup looks like. And this coup looks like a woman behind the scenes. And whatever political machination she has in her office took the opportunity.
While Joe Biden is not feeling well, even though he's terrible by the way, and had no business running for office, They took the opportunity to let him raise as much funds as possible to get as much name support, put her out on the trail, run her around. And then they did the old switcheroo on us. They pulled the old the Indiana Jones and they threw a bag of sand in for the gold headed president, although it was fool's gold, obviously, right?
So there's a there's a slew of slickly edited pro Harris videos that have proliferated on social media as her backers are trying to capitalize in the moment. How do they have those videos already? It takes a little while to put
together slickly edited videos. The vitriol and the counter punches are likely a preview of the final three months of this presidential campaign, where a furious battle to shape and smear Harris's image will play out at a moment when social media platforms have weakened the guardrails on disinformation. Remember, disinformation is false information that we know is false. Kamala Harris becomes increasingly more likely to be the presumptive presidential nominee.
So what we found out is that she basically was running around the back end and she was securing all the delegates that would now be theoretically up for grabs. Even though they are assigned to Joe Biden based on the primaries, they have now been untethered because he's no longer in it.
So he pulls his name out. The thing that we have to contend consider still, and this is something that I brought up in episode I think 338, there are mechanical requirements, logistical applications that have to be considered about getting her name on the ballot. It's not like she just gets to pop in. It's not like there's an open spot that's for like D Democrat and anybody you put in is as
good as anybody else. They are now going to have to fight in all 50 states to get her name to replace Joe Biden, who won the primaries in the states that he won, which is almost all of them. You guys are tracking that, right? He didn't even run through a real primary season and his name is on the ballots until proven otherwise. So now, now we enter the law fair realm where guys like Mike Howell and the Oversight Project over at the Heritage Foundation are going to get after it.
They get an opportunity now to keep her name off the ballot in any of the five states that they said they wanted to do. And he's not dead that we know of. Joe Biden has just disappeared for a little while. So they're going to have to fight to put her name in, and that's going to involve lawfare. And that's why, thankfully, groups like Heritage are actually paying attention to this and have been predicting it for months.
They've been working out a war strategy to roll out in the court system to tie the stuff into into some litigation. It should not be as easy as the switcheroo right there. So now the question is how many states are going to by law allow her to be on the ballot. I don't make a lot of recommendations that people donate to political causes or to
think tanks or anything. But if you want to get involved in this, there were chest is actually going to be really important and I didn't haven't heard anybody else talking about doing that fight. So looking into what the the Heritage Foundation, you can follow them at Oversight PR, that's PR oversight project on all the social media sites. You guys should see what they're doing.
They're also doing their own independent investigation as best they can with the tools that they have, add services and so on. They're trying to run down what happened on July the 13th, depending on who's pushing that story. And I've seen some people that I don't have a lot of faith in saying, oh, obviously they were tied to the FBI. Look, it was one set of pings, like 7-8 pings in an area where there are a ton of people.
If you guys have been following what they're about, they basically said that there was a phone number associated with the address that the shooter from the 13th, Thomas Crooks, There was some phone number that visited him, but also went to DC and spent like a day running around gallery place where the FBI has an office. There's also like 11 stories in that building. The FBI has one of them, if my
memory serves. I don't think they have more than one and they've got, you know, dozens of people that are there. But I you don't bring sources in, you don't bring operational people. The only way that that would actually work mechanically. So, you know, is if somebody had what we would call a burner phone or a source phone and they left it on and then got to the edge of like where they should have turned it off and then they turned it off too late. So it was so close to the
office. And then they went and put it in the way that I used to run my my source phones, by the way, is like, I would just leave them off. I would leave them wrapped in tinfoil. They'd be sitting in a box that was made out of steel, probably in the, you know, with the battery out of it. And then you would drive until you got to where there was a bunch of people that was nowhere near where the office was. Then you can activate the phone. You can make all of your your
phone calls. This is simple tradecraft. This is not that complex, complicated stuff to do. If you guys read things like extreme privacy, they talk about this as well. You don't want to bring your mobile devices that are going to ping against different Wi-Fi routers and give ad service, you know, data about your phone and your location. You don't want to do that anywhere that is sensitive. And that would include
government building. So unless there's really, really bad tradecraft and, and there is, by the way, the FBI is super lazy about this kind of stuff. There's people that make calls like right from inside the office, not for sensitive stuff and generally not for like domestic terrorism type investigations. They're generally a little bit better. Why this is the stupidest reason ever, because people in the FBI love to get out of the office for some reason. It's the same reason why they'll
come and knock on your door. It's just to have an excuse to not be stuck in the office for whatever that's worth. And, and I do think that is a real thing. Let me let me throw this on the screen here too, while we're talking about it, because there's a, a story that came out yesterday that I wanted to kind of touch on briefly. We'll put this up here on the screen. This is a letter from from Josh Howley talking about the
failures on July the 13th. I didn't actually plan on going this route, but I, I remembered I wanted to talk about it letter that he wrote yesterday, essentially stating that the Secret Service agents that were supposed to be on the slightly sloped roof, we're not there simply because it was hot and they were uncomfortable. So then they went inside. If you want to hear the most likely government explanation, it is someone being lazy in the course of their job and refusing
to do it now. Meanwhile, I spent every single hour before and after Trump's inauguration, you know, on my feet in the cold, in the rain, in the wet, on boots that didn't belong, marching around like that. I, I had like, I had such sore feet afterwards. That's just what you do. That's the job. So did all the Secret Service. So did the people that were with me. You're just uncomfortable. We did it for the State of the Union. It's freezing cold, it's wet, it's DC.
It sucks. We don't generally have like the right amount of, you know, we don't have any official gear on there. So I would put on body armor and then put on a big hoodie or whatever. End of the day, that's what you do. You just go do the job. If it sucks, it sucks and then you just try to dress better next time. If it's too hot, too damn bad. You notice that there were sniper teams that were up on the other roofs and they did it just
fine. The idea that someone just walked off their post, that is the most credible explanation I've heard. And somebody obviously went in a whistleblower way to to Josh Howley stepped in and said, hey, this is the story. This is what happens. This is going to have to keep happening. The problem is, is that these House and Senate Republicans take that information as whistleblowers and they immediately give it back to the FBI and they go, hey, this
whistleblower said this. And they go, well, who's the whistleblower? And they go, oh, well, this, this whistleblower and that person gets fired. So never, never rule out laziness, incompetence. When we're talking about federal, state and local government, you know, malfeasance is much, much, much higher on the burden scale. We have to prove that the idea that people are lazy and and don't do their job well, that's
the minimum. And that lends towards what I talked about, tolerant stacking, the idea that people were at the lowest level of their performance. A couple of them together means the machine doesn't work. You guys can go back and listen to that. When we talked about it, I think that was on last Monday's episode, but that there's something very real about that and that's more serious. Unfortunately, the the woman who is directing Secret Service is not serious, doesn't appear to
be serious. She's really good at stonewalling though, isn't she? Did a great job on that. See if I have any other, Let me play a couple other Kamala
Harris things here. There's a whole discussion about whether we've entered this era while we're kind of wrapping up the idea of Kamala Harris. The Internet has entered the Kamala Harris coconut tree era because young people have discovered this video where a really awkward woman, one of the worst possibilities to put out in public life, said really awkward stuff. It's not an era when she actually is terrible. She's she's absolutely atrocious. So people are making memes out
of this sort of combination. There are people that are turning into dance videos because it's funny. This is what she said. If you guys have never heard the video of her talking about the coconut tree and the thing, it's not really the what the word she says. It's the way that she delivers it. It sounds like she's either hammered and thinks she has a better punchline than she does, or maybe she's stoned and she thinks it's funny and she's talking to it like a friendly
audience. And she's never really been put to a real national test where people drill down on her. And when she did, it was Tulsi Gabbard. And Tulsi Gabbard blew her out of the water, who was also not a good presidential candidate, by the way. All right, so here's the here's the coconut. Tree my mother used to, she would give us a hard time sometimes and she would say to us, I don't know what's wrong with you young people. You think you just fell out of a
coconut tree. You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you, my mother. It's it's so bad and it's so awkwardly weird that she does this kind of stuff. I don't know where she must not have speech writers or her speech writers hate her. And we've heard that people do not like her that that work for her. So maybe, maybe that's what's
going on here. But the cackling, the awkward joke, that moment when you know that the joke you made was supposed to give you a laugh line. It was supposed to give you an applause line and it didn't land. And so you're just like, I'm going to fire the person that wrote that. Yeah. And you guys are saying it like the turn up truck and all the other.
There's a lot of little weird sort of euphemisms and and little sort of colloquial sayings that people have I've never heard of. Did you just fall out of the coconut tree? But there you have it. Let's pave it on because this is also pretty frustrating. This is the other piece of the news cycle. And then I'm going to talk about the things that are not getting talked about, which are truly threatening.
Representative Macy went and did a, I don't know, like a wannabe viral moment where she calls out the Secret Service director. I didn't actually like that very much. So I'm not going to play her clip, which was tailor made for this kind of stuff. What I want to do is play a little clip of the testimony and if you listen to it, you basically didn't get anything out of it was a bunch of grandstanding. I'm sure we'll see some strongly worded letter. The only thing that I did take
away was bipartisanship. And I got to be honest, I looked at Josie the redhead Libertarian's take. I had Tracy Bean say the same thing this morning, and I have the same instincts. So when three different people that didn't kind of compare notes had that, when everybody is on the same page on the left and the right, when AOC agrees with what I think about getting rid of this lady, like what's going on here? Did they just snap to it?
Do they realize that this is an unsavable person and that her job is a liability to something they're accomplishing or something, you know, deeper? Have they just united around what's going on? Are we actually seeing people act? Honestly, I have a hard time taking politicians at their word. I also have a hard time taking a Secret Service director at her word when she says things like defer to the FBI.
You keep referring to the FBI. When asked how many shell casings were on the roof, you referred to the FBI. When asked if there were explosive in the car, you referred to the FBI. When asked if Crooks was acting alone, you referred to the FBI. See a common theme here? I can go on and on. My question is who at the FBI should I speak with? Wait for it. Wait for it. The FBI is responsible for the criminal. Is there a name? I'm not. Certain. I'm not certain. Here we go.
I'm not certain. I don't know. Let me ask a different question. Have you been in communication with the FBI? Yes, I have. With whom? I speak with the director and the deputy director, OK. And what have they shared with you about this investigation? So I'll give you an an opportunity to answer again. Did they share with you how many shell casings were on the roof? They have shared with me the other did. They share with you how many shell casing were on the roof. Yes.
OK. How many were there? I would refer to the FBI. For how as many were there? And their information that they need to share in their investigation. So they've shared the information with you, you just won't don't want to share the information with us, correct? We have concurrent investigations that are going on. So they have shared this information with you. You know the answer to the question.
You just refer, refuse to answer the question from the member of Congress who has subpoenaed you to be here. Is there a different answer to that question? I was always willing to come here and testify before this oversight hearing. Beautiful, then. Let's do that. Let's let's for once have your actions match your words. So you've been in the in, in communication with the FBI. You know the answers and you
refuse to tell us the answers. So I will ask you again, you know, how many shell casings were on that roof? What is the answer to that question? I think it's. What is the answer to that question? I think it's pertinent to talk to you about the information that the Secret Service has and that the Secret Service knows. Related, I'm asking you it. Goes on and on and on like that. She is stubborn and she's obstinate and she refused to give answers.
The reason why they do that is because nothing ever happens. They don't ever face consequences for this stuff. Y'all look at Chris Wray. Well, straight lie to Congress. Look at people in our story. There's going to be a little bit more coming out about her today and or the next day or two. Jennifer Moore goes to Congress, says things that are false, demonstrably false, provably false, that she knew was false or had to know. And then what? What happens? They retire, they get a pension,
no big deal. They just move on. How about this stuff? This is actually coming from the Los Angeles Times of all places. Authorities saw a gunman on the roof 18 minutes before stump. Trump steps on stays. That seems pretty troubling when there's no daylight between the parties. When you say that this person is so incompetent, we have a real, real issue here. 18 minutes, that's unacceptable. That is an unacceptable security lapse. Now that goes fast.
In a real operation, 18 minutes goes by like this. Sometimes the show goes by like that. For me, I understand that things happen quickly, but there's no reason why he should have gotten on the stage then Never go towards the nonsensical. This is all the things that happened. There's people talking about how there had to be all these extra shooters, why they all missed then. So you had all this levels of of fail safes for more incompetence.
Or is it more likely that the security was just not competent? And what's truly incredible, as was just mentioned in our chat, she still has a job. Tea. Mom says this. Yeah, she's still got her job. There is no consequence. Congress doesn't have the ability to get rid of her, or at least they don't have the stomach to get rid of her. Even when you have a a unified front, This is who is this AOCAOC is going to RIP you one, a woman who loves to defend other women.
I mean, what is going on here? My buddy Phil says that it's because she hasn't come up with the idea on her own and that by pushing her you're actually making this take longer before her to resign. They were also questioned saying listen after after Reagan was shot, you resigned the next day. When you fail in a zero fail mission, somebody falls on their sword. We haven't even seen any resignations. Not not ADD not a not a a second tier, not the top of the the detail being reprimanded.
These people know that they are on beyond reproach because that's what federal jobs are. Federal jobs are things you can't get removed from. Listen to this nonsense. Here's the AOC. So the notion of a report coming out in 60 days when the threat environment is so high in the United States, irrespective of party, is not acceptable. And I think it's very important to understand that this is not theater. This is not about jockeying.
This is about the safety of some of the most highly targeted and valued targets internationally and domestically in the United States of America. So the idea that a report will be finalized in 60 days, let alone prior to any actionable decisions that would be made, is simply not acceptable. It has been 10 days since an assassination attempt on a former President of the United States. Regardless of party, there need to be answers.
Again, this party, this, this, this committee, this is not a moment of theater. We have to make policy decisions and we have to make them now. We do. And that may be a A, and that may require legislation that may require policy that we must pass in the immediate term. And without that, we are flying blind. So the lack of answers and the lack of report is just simply not something that we can accept here.
Director Cheadle is there a standard perimeter that the Secret Service establishes around an event, or are those perimeters independently determined per event and scenario? There is no standard. Every event and every venue is different and treated as such. So they so each event has a different perimeter that is established depending on on the logistics of that event.
Now, you established earlier that the building upon which the shooter operated from was outside of that established perimeter, correct for the Butler, PA event? It was outside of our secure perimeter, yes. Now that that building was, I believe, 500, how far away was that building from from the president? It was approximately 200 yards. 200 yards. Now the individual used an AR15 in order to act out his assassination attempt. An AR15 has a range of about
four to 600 yards. My question is why does the Secret Service perimeter? Why is the Secret Service protective perimeter shorter than one of the most popular semi automatic weapons in the United States? There are a number of weapons out there with a number of ranges. Again, an advance was completed. She she doesn't give an answer, But are you what, like AOC just locked it down on that one? What are the odds one of you just asked if she's reading from a script or if her brain
engaged? That was a decidedly capable question. And here's the other funny thing about it. You're in Pennsylvania. There's a lot of people out there that run with a single bolt action scoped, you know, deer rifle in various calibers, whether it's 243 or whether they're using 3O eights or whatever, 30 ought sixes. And they all have bigger ranges than an AR15. I was always taught that the point distance from an AR15 is 600 yards and that your, your,
your area target. It's like cars and stuff is 800 with iron sights. That's the way I was taught in basic. I will challenge you that shooting out to 600 on a point target is actually a real challenge, but 403 hundred, it's not. So why on earth are we setting up a perimeter that's not bigger than that? These are reasonable questions and there were no answers. There continue to be no answers. How about the most easy thing that would just shore up all
these problems? The thing that we all want to know, the thing that was missing from January 6th. Do you remember how they lost all the text messages? There was a data migration problem. It just conveniently didn't have all this. How about the radio comps? Where are those at? Does the Secret Service routinely record communications between and amongst detail? Radio Communications.
Any communication? E-mail communications are captured as well as text messages, and then, depending on the detail, radio communications are recorded. Does the Secret Service have recorded communications from the July 13th event? We do not have radio communications from that day. Why not? Whenever we had command post set up, and I have to imagine there's some kind of a command post because you have multiple different agencies engaging, there was always columns that
were being relayed. Why does the Pittsburgh field office for the FBI or whatever Secret Service, why do they don't have it? It doesn't mean that it's a, it's a, a planned job there, folks. What it means is that incompetency is the order of the day and they just got caught. I would bet you the story of Josh Haley's guy, the individual post standard who decided that it was too hot and just skipped out on being on that roof.
I would bet you that's not the first time that they phoned it in. That's how this works. Complacency breeds that level of incompetence that eventually results in failure. When you get comfortable and you're like, well, you know what, I'm not going to do 8 hours of surveillance. I'm not going to actually get there early enough to see the person get home and then stay all night and then make sure they're still in the house when the SWAT team goes in, which one of the jobs that I used to do
was go and bed people down. That's what we call it, watching someone go home, making sure that a high value target is in the house that we think, watching it from all angles, sometimes with a plane up so that when the house gets hit at the time that they're legally allowed to head it, which was 0600 for FBI search warrants. You'd want to make sure that that person was still in the house or if it was an arrest warrant because there's much more tight parameters.
It's not about a place, it's about a person. You want to make sure the person is where they where they are. When they get arrested you start phoning it in though. More and more incompetence, more and more complacency. You get more and more overlapping layers of failure to the point where eventually some kid without any specialized training, without like a ton of Recon with a a background and watching video games is able to sneak through it.
It's totally plausible. To me that's the real problem. Once you've been inside the belly of the beast, you don't see hyper competent James Bond level operators. What you see are like lazy people that don't have enough money to pay their mortgage if they miss one paycheck.
People who make $175,000 a year and owe my buddy Ryan Madda $2000 for for work being done because they're lazy and they don't make good decisions and they don't have money to retire because they got paid really well, but they also didn't do anything smart with it. People who operate at the lowest
common denominator. I would actually say the lowest common denominator when we talk about, let's say federal service, particularly law enforcement, it's higher than average, but they're not super spies. They're not a bunch of special operators. The number of Green Berets, the number of Seals that I met in federal service, very small. I can count them on like 2 hands and multiple offices, and those people tend to be studs.
The funny thing is they don't get picked up for really serious operations often because there's not a lot of respect for that real high level competency, real high gravity stuff. My buddy, I don't want to say his name, but my buddy CC who's currently deployed right now was not picked up on two different SWAT teams and didn't have any interest in it even though he was on 1/5 group Krift team. Like a direct action team that's basically like Delta Force Light.
These guys are direct action operators. They don't get to actually do the work off the time because the tier one teams come in and grab it. But they have incredible amounts of training, 10s of thousands of hours, you know, hundreds of thousands of rounds downrange. Do those guys get picked up for SWAT? No, because they're a threat. Competency is a threat to government capabilities that suck.
That should bother you folks. Last little thought here on this, we had Byron Donald say this is gross in confidence. But more importantly, I think it's funny. The Secret Service director Kim Cheadle actually said the following and this came right out of this little article. So I'll throw it back up here again, Los Angeles Times quoting. She said I'm here today because
I want answers. And Jim Jordan cut her off and just said I don't think you've answered one question from the chairman for the Reagan member or me. She just gave vague and non responsive answers because she knows she can get away with it. And that is really the trouble with a lot of this stuff. I want to say thanks to my buddies over at Catholic Vote who keep this program going. If you guys have not checked them out before, The loop is an outstanding e-mail. You will get lots of news.
You will get lots of values based non propaganda, just good reporting. Faith, family and freedom are the values that guide my friends over there. catholicvote.org is how you get there. You can sign up for the Loop and get in your e-mail or you can just hit catholicvote.org/loop. Just type that in and you'll actually be able to read the Loop without even giving them your e-mail. If you want to do that, they make it available to you.
So you can bookmark that page and you should do that if you're smart. Again, faith, family, freedom, the values that guide my buddies over there, they're all in. They've endorsed Trump and they're trying to get the Catholic vote out. That's what they do. They're a an advocacy group that is trying to get Donald Trump
elected. So if you're interested in that, you guys want to support what they're doing, getting the Catholic vote off the couch, out of the pews, into the ballot rooms or into the battle box, as Joe Biden said, that would be very effective. They've done a lot of research on it. It's targeted types of movement. So check them out. If you want to financially support them. catholicvote.org/give is the route. Links are in the show
description. And also our little program that we do called Between the Lines is over there. Let me get my my last little thought together because this is where this is what we're not talking about right now. And this actually kind of is where real danger lies, especially when Americans are distracted. So in the last five minutes here, I want to try to do this. Democratic senators seek to reverse Supreme Court decision or ruling that restricts federal agency powers.
Do you remember how we had this really nice movement in favor of freedom and devaluing the government's opinion that the Chevron deference, this 40 year old president from 1984 was finally knocked over? You got people like Elizabeth Warren introducing bills that would restore that previous standard under federal law because the court that the case law has been overturned. This is them attempting to
codify this. You'll be shocked to know that there are nine other Democratic senators who have decided to to write this thing up, including Bernie Sanders.
So when the far and the far and hard left want to go after it, they always make arguments saying giant corporations are using far right unelected judges to hijack our government and undermine the will of Congress. How about people don't want to see tie goes to the government when they go and they bring a case and the people that are actually winning these things are not giant corporations. It's like a little guys like Mark Mike Cargill, who owns was a single gun shop.
I heard that Kamala Harris was actually really good at supporting American entrepreneurs. By the way. No, So all of this is the real danger when you have people that are distracted and they have this free space to operate because the American attention span is focused in on is Joe Biden still alive? Which we don't know. And honestly, I, I actually don't know that. I'm not saying that to be funny or flippant. I just don't know.
And I don't trust the people that are that are selling it, especially when the New York Times tells me definitively that a phone call is good enough. This stuff, we get distracted from it. And so the real issues will continue to be the same issues that I've had on this notepad since we started talking about this campaign.
We need to be worried about all of those open border, the the garbage talking about division and white and racial, you know, supremacy or white supremacy and, and racism in this country. The fact that they are trying to push a democracy over and over on the American people and not a constitutional Republic.
And then lastly, and this is the thing that is going to be the perfect line of attack because Harris has to own and, and you're even seeing guys like Pete Buttigieg walk out there and try to own the the reputation of Joe Biden. Joe Biden's reputation was garbage. And the reason why is this, and this is something coming from my friends over at CNN, my favorite, this is somebody named Matt Egan. I don't know who that is. Matt Egan says 39% of Americans worry that they can't pay their
bills. This is where the rubber meets the road. One in three Americans have had to take on extra work when over a third of the people that are American citizens have to go out there and get another job just to be able to stay floating. That's how you know that there was a failure in these last couple years. The economy is always the thing that people are going to be either motivated or not motivated on. And, and I would love to see just a refocus.
Yes, the border is a problem, but the border actually has just exacerbated the money problem, which is to say it's put a bigger stress on the poorest of the working class. It has dragged down the the lower income groups into fighting with people who are getting free government healthcare, free government housing, free government living assistance on various things for food. I mean you can go out there and underbid a job pretty easily when you don't have to worry about your basic needs.
In the meantime, Americans are going out and getting a 1/3 of them now saying that they are going after and getting additional work on top of whatever their their day job is. And you've got a woman who is a part of, she was a program analyst for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. They were actually one of the the real problems. This woman named Angela Russett in this is quoted as saying the grocery store is just outrageous.
Now, by the way, Angela, it was part of your agency's screw ups that made this happen. They're bad recommendations. She said it's not just that everything's gone up. Clothing, insurance, housing cost, everything has gone up. She's a program analyst over at CDC. Isn't that interesting when people that are, that are aligned with federal government programs, that get federal government programs, realize federal government programs are
in fact causing them problems? They're not there yet, but they're starting to see the effects of what they're bad decisions and what they're bad agencies have done. That is a massive crisis for Democrats because they're the party in power and they're the ones that have been pushing it. So that's what I'm going to say. That's what I will leave you with on this particular thought. Don't get distracted from the real issues that are out there. And there are real issues give
you a 5 star review. And I've got a really, really fun way to wrap this show up. So the five star review will be coming in a second. If you guys have not hit the like button, if you not subscribe to our channels, whether it's on YouTube, whether it's on rumble.com/kyle Serafin, you guys can always find me on youtube.com/kyle Serifin or rumble.com/kyle Serifin. Make sure you've hit the like, make sure you've shared that. And I see this is our chat.
That is the the amalgamated chat from both YouTube and acts and so on. We do appreciate it. We haven't seen it the proof of life as you guys just said, but here's what we got for a five star review. And then I'm going to give you maybe a proof of life. Maybe, maybe that's just breaking right now. I am Jenny Price says eliminate, I'm sorry, illuminate and then eliminate. When you seek the truth daily, you must find out those who are willing to share their light
with you. And Kyle Serifin is 1 light that I rely on to help me see through new eyes. He, along with the other suspendables, offers perspectives that round out my view on many important questions for our time. And when you know what to ask and what points to consider when evaluating information and eliminate many loud voices that don't have the time or don't take the time or the integrity to flesh out those ideas. Take my advice, listen to the Kyle Seraphin show.
It will eliminate your mind and you will eliminate the noise and the lies. You know what? That is a very kind review. It's something I shared with Ryan Matta the other day. We were talking about it. He's got a guy that he's doing in his new documentary, and he interviewed a guy who was the former CIA employee. And I said, what did he do for the CIA? And he said, well, you know, he said he used to kill people for
the CIA. And I'm like, well, that's not how CIA people that I've dealt with, agency folks don't talk like that. So the question is when you go and deal with these folks, green badge or blue badge? And he was like, yeah, I don't know what that means. When you know the right questions, you do get the right answers, or at least you get closer to him. You can at least suss out some of the noise. And what is the signal? Let me give you a little last
piece here. Joe Biden's actually emerged from the from The Cave, and here's our proof of life. So this is shocking. If you're at work, turn this down. He doesn't seem very happy. My fellow Americans, I want to take a moment to address some of the hateful shit you've been talking about me. Many of you have said I am suffering from brain worms or that I have applesauce for brains. Well, I won't miss words, so here it is. Fuck you. You're all a bunch of faggots.
End of quote. Repeat the line. So enjoy President cackles or President booty juice. I really don't give two fucks anymore. Biden now. Whoa, Biden. That was the most that I've heard him say of any sort of coherence since this has all gotten started. All right, hope you guys like that. I'll put it that on social media. I don't know who made that, but shame on them.
Shame on that nonsense. All right, that's what we got for the day we will go. It looks like someone's saying that maybe that that Cheadle just resigned. I'm seeing Jigsaw massacre. If that's the case, we'll we'll have more takes on that and what she ended up doing. I mean, she should. So hopefully that's true. I will, I will verify and we will get more to it tomorrow. We only have so much time every day. Use your time to hug your loved ones.
Tell them that there are more important things in the world than politics and make sure you are praying for America. That's my my final thought for the day for you guys. It is so important. Let's let's get out there and do America as an action verb. Seraphin out, Biden out. All right, God bless you all.
