Take a look behind the curtain with the real whistleblower and American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lives. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, second amendment defender and recovering FBI agent, Kyle Sarif. Well, hello, my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Sarif and show today is Wednesday. It is April the 17th. And
we are rolling live on rumble .com. Kyle Sarif and make sure you have come over and joined us on rumble. Make sure you have liked the video at least some point in time in it and make sure that you're subscribed to the channel. Now you can there's two ways that they do it on rumble. You can follow the channel.
That means that you've clicked follow and then you'll get updates if you want and you'll know when we go live or you can subscribe and you can subscribe simply by clicking that follow button again. It will now say subscribe. You have to do it on a computer or you have to do it on the website. You can't do it in the rumble app. I don't know why that is. I don't make the rules over there. Guys,
this is what it looks like. If you were to hit that, you're going to get this little option. It's a five bucks subscription and all you get are a couple of little fun emojis in the chat. They will highlight your name in red and let people know that you are supporting us. And lastly, it'll go 100 % to us. That's a big deal. A lot of the different platforms out there do not
do that sort of thing. They don't have 100 % split where they take a little piece of it. They don't take any piece of it here at rumble, which is cool. Anyway, all right. That's what we're about today. We're going to get into some constitutional issues. I feel like I keep beating on the same drum, but it's important because we have to speak. We have to not cede linguistic territory. We're going to cover down on
that in a big way. And the cost of not doing so, the cost of not holding on to this linguistic territory, the words that we use and giving that ground up is that we're going to have to fight for it physically. And I think the founding fathers knew that when they drafted the Bill of Rights. Again, the Bill of Rights was a compromise. It was a compromise against giving the federal government enough strength
and power in a central way to actually exist. They were just coming out of the Articles Confederation and they realized that they needed a little more government if it was going to stand on its own two legs. But they compromised with the anti -federalists and said, yeah, we get it. A strong government is also what we just fought to
overthrow a monarchy. We don't want that either. If we don't hold on to these fundamental freedoms, which are not granted by the government, the Bill of Rights is not a Bill of Rights that is actively saying, oh, these are the things that you can do. It's telling the government where it needs to stay the hell out of. And unfortunately, we're getting a lot of this pushback right now. It's always a soft push by the
left. It's a consistent march into space that we cannot give up. Today's show is entitled The Battle for Language. But if you're looking at the thumbnail, if you're sitting on our Rumble channel or if you watched it on ex Twitter, what you saw was don't say the word alien. Apparently that's the new trigger word. I don't know why that triggers them. It's a legal term. We're
going to talk about that too. Before we get too much further into this, let's say thanks to our friends over at Four Patriots. Guys, you can support the channel by supporting our sponsors. And one of them is fourpatriots .com slash Kyle. Go to fourpatriots .com slash Kyle. That's the website where you have two choices. You can prepare. You can hold on to ground or you can repair and see how
that goes. Repair is always more expensive, as we say. Repair is a fight. It's a fight against something that is already broken. Preparation always better. That's why I recommend you guys figure out how to hold on to a stash of calories. Put them away for a rainy day or a rainy year or some kind of chaos that may be coming our way. It could happen locally. It could happen regionally. It
could happen nationally in this country. All bets are off. We now have a speaker of the house saying that apparently America is at war. I didn't know that. You didn't know that when you woke up, but that's what he said. We'll talk about that in just a little bit more. Support our sponsors and make sure that you have yourself head against uncertainty with fourpatriots .com slash Kyle. Very easy to do. Let
him know we sent you by doing that. All right, folks, should we just get right into this bad news up front? It's the way I prefer it. It's the way we're going to talk about it today. This is from Dana Lash's sub stack. New York sends an innocent man to prison over his Second Amendment rights. This this hits a little harder
for us because we just talked to Dexter. And last night and my wife and I were discussing he's he's at Rikers Island. If you guys didn't catch our Saturday special, a once or a one off. Sort of unusual interview that we did on a Saturday night with this man. He's exceptional. He's intelligent. He's interested. He cares about America. He's well read on the topic. Entrepreneurial. And he was convicted by a
New York jury. And he's awaiting sentencing, which will happen sometime in May, May 13th, I think. Pretty awful to think that someone who's exercising a right, he wasn't even bearing the arms. He was just keeping them as is described. There's no caveat. There's no asterisk on the Second Amendment. Many of you will know that. And you got to give the man kudos for sticking around in a state because he's
from that state. He's in a city that he believes is worth saving. I would never live in New York City. My wife and I had this discussion early on in our marriage because she is from there. I'd never live in the Northeast beyond Virginia. But a lot of you do live there and you live there for various reasons. That you don't have any kind of ability to change your circumstance. This man chose to challenge an
unconstitutional process. Now here's the problem with Dexter's case. Many of you guys don't realize this. Dexter went in and did not argue the facts of the case. The facts are is that he was in violation of the state law. And
they convicted him of that state law. Generally speaking, in what is often called either superior court or these are the lower district courts or these are sort of the transactional law enforcement where we are discussing whether or not someone is going to be found guilty of the crimes committed that the state is alleging that the government is alleging. They're arguing the facts of the case. Did this person meet the
threshold for the statute that is written? Are they are they not guilty or guilty of those actions? And what Dexter and his attorneys did, which is an interesting take and I feel like he will probably there's a possibility that he'll be vindicated in the long run. He's going to suffer for it greatly. The the thing that he did is he argued the law. And that's not where you do that, typically speaking.
You don't go into the lower courts and argue the law. Those are almost always in the appeals circuit. That's almost always where the discussion of whether or not the legal process is properly being applied. And so Dexter's legal argument was that there was no right for the state of New York to enforce said law that it was unconstitutional on its face. And I agree with it. And our system is not set up
like that. Dexter and I talked offline a little bit about the jury selection. And we talked the day before he was found guilty. And the thing that he he, first of all, he's infinitely hopeful. And I think probably is dealing with the harsh reality of how unfair and unjust our system is when it comes to people that are trying to
do things right. Did you know in the same way that Donald Trump cannot have a single person that voted for him or would ever own a Maga hat? Can't be on the jury. Dexter couldn't have a single black male that wasn't a weak, sympathetic, leftist loony. He wanted to have a firefighter or a black police officer, both of whom were in the jury pool, apparently. And the state said no. How is it a jury of your
peers? If you're a strong, intelligent and non -criminal black man being accused of a crime and you can't have a strong, intelligent, long order minded, sworn to the Constitution, black man on your jury, not one. But why does the state have any say in this sort of thing? Our system has grown so far beyond what it was designed
to do. The scaffolding that we've built up around it is so rickety now that we're able to send an innocent man as Dana Lash actually appropriately states an innocent man to prison when it's perfectly legal to do what he did under federal law. And if you didn't catch our
interview, I think you should check it out. But the long and short of Dexter's case is that the ATF, a federal law enforcement agency, which also has members on their task force from the NYPD, the ATF executed search warrants at the premise of one of the gun part manufacturers that Dexter had bought legal pieces from. He had them shipped to his home in his own true name
without hiding it in Brooklyn. And then he assembled those as has been allowed for all of American history, the ability to build your own firearms. He assembled them into probably functional firearms, but never shot them, never took them out of his house. And when the ATF raided the parts manufacturer or the parts distributor, they got a list of clients, which is what these companies
almost always do. They turn over their client lists. The client lists are then handed off to task forces and those task forces execute search warrants looking for illegal firearms. But there's no probable cause to believe that there are illegal firearms. They also managed to basically hand it over to the state.
And the state went and found that, yes, in fact, because we are now serving this search warrant, we do have probable cause to believe that he violated the state law. They should have never had those client lists. They should have never been able to get access to information about Dexter Taylor. And yet they did. This is the massive problem of engagement with federal task force, which we keep
seeing. Doesn't matter whether it's a joint terrorism task force, whether it's a task force on gun violence, any of this garbage task force, where we blend the law between the state and the federal. And you give the state a bunch of overtime money, which bribes them and incentivizes
them to work with the federal government. And then they go out there and they use federal authorities to find state crimes that they would otherwise not be able to find. That's not justice. That's not what America is about. That's not what our constitution is set up to do. They should have never been in the place. You guys are talking about fruit of the poisonous tree. I don't think they'll see it
that way. But I would say that this law is and should be considered unconstitutional on its face. I'm a second amendment absolutist only because I can read playing language. And that's why we have to be in a battle for language. Because words mean things. And when they tell you that you're right to keep and bear arms, shall not be
infringed, then there shall be no infringement. And the funny thing is this, we always talk about how the left wants to have the federal government be in charge when it suits their purposes, but they want the state to be in charge. This
is a perfect example. Dexter Taylor's story is a perfect example of how the federal government is the tool of the political left right up into the point when it no longer suits their purposes.
What should be stated is that because the federal government has no ability to do this sort of thing and because of the way they've applied the 14th amendment saying that if you can't do it federally, you can't do it on the state level, then there should be no gun laws that are not going to meet the constitutional burden by any of the states. Look, that's not the way that
this constitution was set up, folks. It was set up such that the federal government had to stay out of certain things and then states could pass whatever laws they want. But the left cannot leave that alone. They have marched forward and stated things like the Civil Rights Act has to come down and permeate the states. And in some ways, that's moved the ball forward for individual liberty. But
it also is a tool of tyranny. All of these things are swords with both edges. And the left is happy to cut to the left or the right whenever it suits them. They use the supremacy clause when they want to the federal government to be at the top and they go ahead and argue for states rights and sovereignty when they want to go and try and remove Trump from the ballot. Like they didn't Colorado, by
the way, they lost that nine zero. Did they not? Because they can't do that. It's really ugly. It's ugly stuff. And we're not getting any help from those who are in Congress. Our members of Congress have abandoned us. Including people in the GOP. They've absolutely abandoned us. I'm going to play you a clip that shows you what we should be seeing from
people like a Mike Johnson speaker of the House. And then I'm going to show you what is actually going on, like we talked about yesterday, close to $100 billion in war aid, which is essentially just fluffing the pockets of the military industrial complex and enriching those that profit from human suffering and
death. I don't think people that are in my generation, most of the men that I know that went to war, they don't want to see their kids go to war in Ukraine or over Israel. Like we already did this for 20 years. The Biden administration pulled out. They screwed up Afghanistan. They screwed up our foothold in places that needed to be held. They've made the country more dangerous than they've opened our southern border. We
now have a different invasion happening. If you wanted to send our sons and daughters to go and defend the border, I think you would find that there is universal claim in the actual people who serve in the military, not the loonies on the political left, but the actual people who come from America, the rural parts of it, that give a shit about gun rights, they would actually show up and do the right
work. If it was defending this country, which it's not doing. Take a moment to pause and say thanks to my buddies over at Patriot Coolers. PatriotCoolers .com is the website. The promo code is Kyle. You can save 10 % by going there. You can find your own tumblers. You can find your own hard -sided cooler. You can find a soft -sided cooler, a backpack, a new
lunchbox, things like this. If you are a person who works for a living and you want to be able to take food that is not going to spoil, it's nice to have a little bit of thermal insulation. Patriot Coolers is a company you can do that with. They are based in Houston, Texas. They are good people that reach out and take care of us. And they have been sponsoring our program since February
of 2023 when we kicked off. They were our first sponsor to sign on and they reached out to me. And I really appreciate them for that. If you guys are in the market
for this, this is the place to look. If you're looking at trading in an old igloo and you want something that's rotomolded, that's going to be able to hold ice for days and days, I carry mine in the back of our minivan at all times because you never know when you're driving home from Costco and you got frozen strawberries and all the other stuff that I always buy. And
then you go, hmm, you know what? We also need to stop at natural grocers because we're going to get some puffs for our infant who's teething. You never know when you might want to take a little break on the side of the road and pull over and then be like, you know what? I don't have to panic because I've got all my stuff thermally insulated. It's
worth checking that out. The logos I'm seeing in the chat are not quite up yet. It looks like they were struggling with the configurator. That's not surprising, is it? But we've got them over there. They will get there shortly. So make sure you guys know what you want to get into, patreoncoolers .com, the promo code. Kyle, yeah, I'm kind of low key pissed this morning. He
right. I'm low key pissed because I'm seeing a guy that I don't know him that well, but after talking to him for hours and we spoke just 30 minutes after he testified on his own behalf, Dexter was sent off to Rikers Island, a place that that man has no business being. And that's a failure of America. My buddy Alpha Luna, Alfreda Luna, Alpha Warrior, you guys may know him and his show also pissed. Pissed
up. All right. This is what we should be seeing. This should be the memory that we have. Ronald Reagan said it. Mike Johnson is quoting it. Mike Johnson seems to be pretty snake like. I am quite correct when I said no one for speaker was the right move, at least if Congress is not bringing bills in front of the house, we are not going to be losing money at a rate that we're at. I am more than happy to fund
Congress to sit on their ass and do nothing. I continue to be correct as far as I can tell. And we now have Thomas Massey stating that he would also vacate the chair along with MTG. So there's that. We're going to play a little bit MTG in a moment. How about this? Mike Johnson talking about American exceptionalism. It's
supposed to mean something. Ronald Reagan said if we ever forget that we're one nation under God, we will be a nation gone under. And I think that speaks volumes about who we are. You know, there's a reason that we're the most exceptional. We're the strongest, most successful, most powerful, most benevolent nation in the history of the world. It's because we were founded on
those Judeo -Christian beliefs. And if we abandon them, we abandon them at our peril. And that's the real risk right now, the real struggle that we're in. Is it we're going to stay tied to those moorings that made us who we are? Are we going to jettison that in exchange for something else? And my job every day is to not only guide the legislative agenda, but to try to remind us that that
is who we are. That is who we were. We are not that country right now. There's a reason why Make America Great Again is Trump's slogan and why it has been so impactful on Americans as they listen to it. Because America is a great place, but it's not as great as it was. It's still preferable to me to any of the places that I've been. I don't want to pick up my kids and move them to
Costa Rica. I don't want to go live in a banana republic. But the people that we've entrusted with the power to run our government have failed. They've served themselves. They've served false idols. They can't do the job that they are supposed to do, which is represent Americans, because they don't even know what their constitution
they've sworn allegiance to tells them to do. So Mike Johnson is a disaster of a speaker because he came in with a narrow margin and then he has been unable to get his party in line. Now, one of the interesting things about people on the conservative right is that we are independent thinkers. We don't all blindly do one thing or another. And I appreciate that. That actually is better. Except when you're trying to move
things forward in this fear of government. How come nobody has moved a single issue bill to refund Garrett O 'Boyle's paycheck to reinstate him? Why isn't that part of it? Why is it that people like Jim Jordan were able to run their entire campaigns on FBI whistleblowers like me and Steve and Garrett and Phil George Hill? And then they just threw us aside. The only times Jim Jordan has
called me none. Same for Mike Johnson. Same for Mike Lee, who was apparently upset that I wrote out a Twitter post that said he should fire his intern that wrote something that was stupid about the grinder journalism that we wrote about or we
talked about here the other day. If we, my statement yesterday was essentially this, you know, with friends like this who needs enemies, my statement would be to you with Republicans who needs Democrats. We don't need Democrats. We've already got them. They are already working on behalf of this. This man came in and the first thing he said was I am an America first speaker. Well,
I've decided that America first TM is nonsense. I'm America only until proven otherwise. These people do not care about you because the first thing he said as an America first speaker is that we need to get our priorities in order and we need to fund aid to Ukraine and Israel. Are you flipping kidding me? And the, and the veil drops with this little thing he just said, he just released this. This
is on his Twitter page. This is his video that he wants to convey to people who are on social media. This is how he thinks of himself. You want to talk about delusions of grandeur. This guy might as well hang out with Joe Biden. Joe Biden has a real difficulty with the truth. Seems like Mike Johnson has entered that camp. They might as well hang out together. Look at this nonsense. Look,
we are in, we are an unprecedented times. Okay. We're in dangerous times. This has been articulated here around the world and here at home. We need steady leadership. We need steady hands at the wheel. Look, I regard myself as a, as a wartime speaker. I mean, in a literal sense, we are, I knew that when I took the gavel. I didn't anticipate that this
would be easy path. Former Speaker Newt Gingrich posted a couple of days ago on his social media that this is the hardest challenge that's faced a speaker probably in the history of the country in the moment we're in right now. He said, arguably, maybe comparable to the civil war, but maybe worse. I'm a wartime speaker. I knew that when I took the gavel. Is there a more of a mealy
mouth, sniveling little turd than that guy? Has he ever done anything hard in his life? I'm just curious. Has he ever done anything like physically hard? Are there caluses on either of his hands ever for any reason? He walked into the skiff and then he was convinced by the FBI that they needed FISA. Really? I spent five plus years doing that work. There's
no reason for it. There's no reason to justify spying on Americans because you have to authorize something. Like it's real simple. 702 FISA was designed for foreigners in foreign places. No problem with that. They don't have any constitutional rights. Don't care. If you want to hop to Americans, you better get a damn warrant. He was convinced otherwise. Why? Everyone says, oh, was he was he compromised? I don't know. Is
he just stupid? Is he a sniveling turd that wants to give $100 billion and then he's going to give a defense contractor money that's behind it? That looks more. I never assume that people are compromises. There's some sneaky plan behind it that somebody tried to go out there and a blackmail him. I
never assume that. I assume that they're just they have the basic instinct to profit because that's been my instinct that I've seen throughout the FBI, throughout other members of federal government. When you see people, they always have their own interest at heart and it's always very simple. It's so far less interesting. It's so less conspiratorial than
most of you probably think it is. It's almost always the oldest thing in the world, greed, which comes back to the original sin of pride. It's that you think that you should rival that of God and that you can to can dictate morality and morality is negotiable. You just went out there, Mike Johnson, and you've been talking about how America is a Christian nation and we're exceptional because of
our values. Now you choose to live otherwise. It's really, really disgusting. It's disgusting to watch it and my sickness. I wrote something. They make me viscerally ill. It churns my stomach to think that these people are dictating the future of this country because my kids are going to inherit a worse country because of them. And
this is part of it. It's the war for language. This has been going on for probably two or three decades. But when I was a child and when I was in high school, when I was in college, even you could say the term illegal alien. We heard Bill Clinton say it in 1995 in the state of the union. It was a mainline, not just like people in the Democrat Party. The president of the United States, who was a Democrat,
had no problem using this term. Now we're seeing this from the Carolina Journal. And this is indicative of a much wider problem. Savannah Hernandez, who's a friend and fantastic, was out in New York and tried to interview somebody, said the word illegal alien, asking questions of a member of the city of New York staff. Like someone who works for the city. And he ran off and he was furious that she used the
word illegal alien. This student was suspended for using the term illegal alien from an English class. This is reported as of the day before yesterday. A 16 -year -old student at Central Davis in high school in Lexington, North Carolina. You think, well, Kyle, I'm not in high school and I don't live in North Carolina. This is where they capture
language. They capture it by scaring and frustrating it away from 16 -year -olds who are coming into their formative critical thinking times. The beginning of thinking, I would say, I used to say, it's like when people become aware of their own situation and they actually have their brain go online for the first time, it's somewhere between 12 and
16. And this kid's first experience was, if I say words that are not acceptable, I'm going to be punished. Now hopefully he has the natural masculine instinct to fight against that. Leah McGee's son has a teacher who assigned vocabulary words during class last Tuesday, including the word alien. McGee said her son made an effort to understand the assignment and responded to his teacher asking like space aliens or illegal
aliens without green cards. According to an email describing the incident, sent to local officials and shared with the Carolina Journal, a young man in the class took offense at his question and reportedly threatened to fight him. That sounds fun. Prompting the teacher to call on the assistant principal, ultimately his words were deemed by the administrative staff to be offensive and disrespectful to classmates
who are Hispanic. Are you effing kidding me? It's offensive to Hispanic students because they are what, immediately thought to be illegal. You want to talk about racism? That's racist. The student said, I didn't make a statement directed towards anyone. I
asked a question. I wasn't speaking of Hispanics because everyone from other countries need green cards and the term illegal alien is an actual term that I hear on the news and I can find it in the dictionary. Well, he's correct. He was given a three day suspension for his trouble. Of course, his record could be damaged for athletic scholarships to college.
He's actively involved in school clubs, track and cross country, by all accounts, a decent kid doing what kids do in high school, which is get fit, get smarter and ask questions. Because of this question, our son was disciplined and he was given three days out of school, a suspension for
racism, wrote his mother in an email. He's devastated and concerned that the racism label on his school record will harm his future goal of receiving a track scholarship. We're concerned that he will fall behind in his classes due to being absent for three consecutive days. Well, a couple of things are going on. Number
one, your son is getting a very valuable lesson. So Mrs. Leah McGee and let me know if anybody knows Leah McGee and she was to come talk to us. I'd be happy to. Here's where it goes wrong. It's right here. The term alien, as described in this story, is a legal term as was properly cited by the child. It's described in eight USC 1182. And the heading of that particular law is
inadmissible aliens. It says classes of aliens ineligible for visas or admission. Yes, in other words, people who are illegally here if they decide to remain in the United States, they are inadmissible aliens. But should they choose to break that law, eight USC 1182, which is one of the major things that the Border Patrol will enforce, then they are considered criminal or illegal aliens. The
kid is correct. It's not up for debate. We can actually even see that says classes of aliens ineligible for visas or admission, except as otherwise provided by this chapter, aliens, which you can hyperlink to and it is a defined term in federal law under this statute in another section. Aliens who are inadmissible under the paragraphs are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be
admitted to the United States. You know that if they choose to disregard this law, then they are then criminal or illegal. There are reasons here. Section one, health related grounds. Section two, you can waive that if there are certain things. You guys may not be shocked to learn that there are in fact, vaccination requirements when it comes to the health related grounds that are defined by
federal statute. You have to receive vaccinations against preventable diseases to include at least the following diseases, mumps, measles, rubella, polio, tetanus, diphtheria, typhoid, pertussis, influenza B, hepatitis B, and other vaccinations against preventable diseases as recommended by this advisory
committee on immunization practices. Yeah. Do you think that people who are just rolling over here and doing whatever the hell they want, there's a reason why a lot of these people are bringing sickness into cities. That doesn't mean they're not human beings. It means they need to stay the hell out of our country until they follow the damn laws. It's non -negotiable. Health
related grounds is only one of these things. Criminal and related grounds, convictions from certain crimes. There are a few exceptions from those crimes and you can actually be admitted in if you have been committed or have committed crimes in other places. How about if you have multiple criminal convictions? That's another section. If you are trafficking in controlled substances, you
are no longer admissible to this. If you've engaged in prostitution or commercialized vice, that's the words they use, vice. You know, like virtue and vice, because this country, as Johnson said, is actually based on a Christian morality. Certain aliens involved in serious criminal activity who have asserted immunity from prosecution. There's a section about that. There's
waivers for that. Significant traffickers in persons, in money laundering, and generally security related concerns to include terrorist activities, terrorist activities that are defined as such. It means any activity which is under the unlawful or under the terms of the place
where it's committed. In other words, if you did terrorism somewhere else, or if you did something that would be illegal in the United States somewhere else where they tolerated it, hijacking or sabotaging of a conveyance to include an aircraft, a vessel, or a vehicle, seizing or detaining, threatening to kill, injure, continue to detain other individuals in order to compel a third person to do or to abstain
from any actions, you know, like trying to influence political activities, assassination, using biological, chemical, nuclear weapons, explosive devices, firearms, it's pretty well defined. What an illegal alien is anybody who engages in terrorist
activity. They lay it all out there. If you're part of a terrorist organization, which means you have to actually vet the people that come into this country, there's a reason why we have the term illegal alien or criminal alien. They are people who are inadmissible under eight USC 1182. Put that into your lexicon when somebody says, oh, they're really just migrants or they're here because they're seeking asylum or they're
refugees. Eight USC 1182 defines what is an inadmissible alien and you have to know about the person. You have to vet that human beings background if you want to bring them into the country. It's very simple. When you open up the southern border, we don't get that. This wartime speaker seems like he might as well be aligned with guys like Steine Heuer, who are cheerleaders for the so
-called deep state. The deep state are the administrative types that live in Washington, D .C. that have never been down to the U .S. border, that have absolutely no idea what's going on, the Majorcus types that have been there basically involved in deep seated corruption for most of their existence. And they are not loyal to the Constitution and they are not loyal to a president. They're
loyal to themselves. They are loyal to the things that they believe because they believe they know better and they believe that because they have outlasted multiple presidents and they always do. That's what a deep state is. People
who cannot be removed from their jobs. It turns out the only way that you get removed from your job that I'm aware of because once you're a federal employee for five, six, seven years, the way that Garrett and me and Steve experienced, the only way they do that is by pulling your security clearance, which you don't have a property right to under this bullshit case from the 1980s called Navy
versus Egan. That's what they cited by the way. They didn't address whether or not our whistleblower complaints were legit. They didn't get into any of that. They don't care. Again, the words matter and the fact is we didn't have a material right or a property right to have due process simply because of
some court case because we are off the rails. The same way they went after Dexter, the same way that they're using this infrastructure that is built up and corrupted and no longer serving the people that it's set up to protect. That's what's going on. Here's a little description from Steine Heuer of the deep state. I just want you to hear them do the cheerleading. Tell me the difference between this and what the
Republicans are doing right now. I'd love to see it. Put it down in the comments if you want. They want to eliminate what they call the deep state. The deep state is a cadre of professionals dedicated to honoring the Constitution, the laws of this country, and carrying out the policies of the Congress and the president. Oh, yeah. Really? Prove that because what we're seeing is them doing what they want to do.
Which is why Trump never was in charge of the DOJ while he was president. It's the reason why the FBI has never belonged to a Republican president in that way. Not in the last 20 years. They've done their own bidding. And their bidding was that of the self -licking ice cream cone of Washington, DC. And I'm not saying that as someone who just looks over and throws darts at Washington, DC. I
worked in Washington, DC for five years. Washington, DC is a failed state. There's a video that I'll probably show you guys tomorrow of people. They're all black gang members or black, whatever, just turds, near -dwells, riding around on quads and dirt bikes because you don't need to get a license and register them. Then they illegally ride them on city streets and they're riding around the Washington monument. I'll
play it for you tomorrow. The Washington monument. It's a beautiful green space in the National Mall. Some of you have probably been there. They're doing wheelies because they don't respect this country because this country has lost the respect of the people that are there because they don't enforce the laws. All right. Here's a little video from MTE. What is this? No, this is the reason. I have it called Illegals
Voting. Are they voting? Can they vote? This is a newscaster. I don't know what this lady's name is, but I love her hair. It looks like cultural appropriation to me. She's talking about how, you know, illegals can't vote in American elections. And then we have this big kind of bombshell thing that was dropped by the Heritage Foundation in their oversight project, which seems to indicate that
they're going to try to do that. Anyway, we all kind of know that's the move, right? To supplant the natural born voters and citizens of this country with people that have no right to be here and then allow them to come in and shift elections. If it's nothing else, it's just for population. But once they have kids, they want to teach them. Look at this little discussion like this woman doesn't even understand how voter
ID works. How in the world does she have a television show? This is, I feel like I said this whole time, this is insane because it is already, it is, it is not legal to vote if you are not a citizen of the United States of America. Congress has already, like they already passed legislation for that way back before, you know, I could even, you know, go to school. Okay. Back in the 90s, I think
they did this, right, Michael? I don't know. Michael's holding up my father. We joke about this all the time. So now, according to, after, you know, Donald Trump and his insurrection buddy, the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, after they had their meeting, now apparently House Republicans are going to pursue
legislation requiring proof of citizenship to vote. My question is, who's, so we're going to show proof to Ms. Susie at the, at the, at the, at the polling place. How is Ms. Susie going to verify? Are we asking people to bring their papers? This is America. So I just want to, I just want to know, is, is, is this what all of the House Republicans want to lay their chips on? Even the 18 that's in districts
that Joe Biden won in 2020? What strikes me? How about that? Okay. So you don't want to bring your papers. This is America. You're not going to show your papers to Ms. Susie down at the polling station. Are you going to show your papers to Mr. Rakeem, who's working behind the counter at the 7 -Eleven, if you want to go buy
booze? Are you going to show it to Mr. Patel, who owns the liquor store down the street from me when you want to go buy something? You're going to show it to Mr. Smith, who owns the gun store? You want to go buy a gun? Are we down with that? I'm down with it. Look, let's get rid of it. Yeah, sure. Let's go. Let's get wild. Let's not have show ID for anything. I'm
down with that. Apparently we're already doing that for illegals that are at airports. You don't need to show ID as long as you have a piece of paper that says you're an illegal alien. You don't have papers. Just get on the plane. But if you're an American, if you're my friend, Alpha, then you have to be strip searched. Postcard.
Postconstitutional, folks. Either we either you want to believe in federalism or you want to believe in a strong central authority that is going to tell us all how to do it. That woman doesn't understand anything, does she? And of course, it's conspiracy theory. Johnson and Trump are trading it, except when you have this. This is questioning that happened by MTG and the Homeland Security Secretary either
yesterday or the day before. Ain't this something? They never refute this stuff. Screening the gentlelady from Georgia for five minutes of questioning. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Mayor, we do not have a country without a secure border. And we cannot have a safe country. We cannot protect our own democracy without protecting our elections. That is a fact. The open border is the number
one issue across America in poll after poll. And that is exactly why this committee impeached you. Mr. Secretary, the oversight project released a bombshell report last night on your connection to the dark money NGO industrial complex of illegal immigration. I know you saw this from
one of my colleagues just earlier. They found flyers throughout the Resource Center, Madam Morris, Refugee Camp in Mexico, telling illegal aliens, reminder to vote for President Biden when you were in the United States, we need another four years of his term to stay open. I witnesses saw the flyers also being handed out to migrants who were using R .C .M. for assistance in coming to the United States. In
an audio recording, the founder of R .C .M. Gabby Zavala, by the way, we maybe should subpoena her to the committee, agreed that they need to help as many people as possible before President Trump gets reelected. R .C .M. is an operation that houses functions for the Hebrew immigrant aid society, which helps migrants enter the United States. And you're familiar with their
work. We know that you served as a former board member, excuse me, former board member of this group that funds illegal immigration. And they're very proud of you, Mr. Secretary.
They congratulated you on your nomination. You worked as a board member of an NGO that is working in conjunction with other NGOs, which are not only financing the invasion of the country, but also telling illegal aliens to vote in the United States elections. That's enough for that. Hey, guys, I highly encourage you to check out the oversight project's thread on this. It's
solid. They went and talked to Anthony Rubin from Muckraker, who I've interviewed on Dinesh Jesus podcast. It's oversight. It's at oversight PR for project oversight PR is their handle. And what you're seeing on the screen right now, it's just breaking a flyer distributed, sorry, distributed at this NGO in Mexico, encouraging illegals to vote for Biden. It
reads just as MTG just did. You can see the actual, the actual flyer here looks like this in Spanish from R .C .M. The resource center. And the whole thread includes video. It includes video discussions of various illegals, including people who are on phone calls with Muckraker, Anthony Rubin did a really good job of reporting on this stuff and exposing it
through oversight, which is Heritage. Heritage Foundation, by the way, seems like one of the only think tank groups that actually understands what it is that we are in the fight for right now. I don't know why they're the only ones that seem serious, but they seem to be the only ones that are
relatively serious. So if you're not following them, I encourage it. They're one of the only ones that I've interacted with that reached out proactively and said, Hey, we want to get involved in this. We want to figure out what you guys are about. That's why they hosted my friends Garrett and Steve the other day. That's why people like Seb Gorka are there. And I listened to Seb show the other day and man, he was
pissed as well. His statement was, do your stinking job to guys like Mike Johnson and to Jim Jordan. It doesn't seem like they're doing it. Are they holding anybody accountable? I found this to be very funny. This was over the weekend and I want to play it for you only because isn't it fun when the journalists that are supposed to keep the politicians honest are not doing that? They're
actually covering for them. I'm guessing what happened is that when the missile started flying out of Iran into Israel, that there was an announcement by the White House that Joe Biden was going to give a speech about it or he was going to get up and address the nation, which is what you would do if you want to be a wartime president. If you want to be a wartime speaker, you get out and
you speak. About what's happening so people can have their fears elated. So they don't say World War three is inbound. And instead, what you got was this. I just want to note that a short time ago, we had a graphic up earlier that said the president, Joe Biden would be addressing the nation. That was an error. We just want to clarify that and we regret that mistake. But
I do want to go to MJ Lee at the. We just want to clarify that we got some bad information. We assumed something and we had an initial report, but we got a cover for Joe Biden. There's a lot of that going on. Is there not a lot of covering for this Joe Biden? Like I said, words are important. The words that they use are important, including the words when they say, oh, you know, we actually, it's
our mistake. It's not the White House's mistake. We want to we want to own this one. We accidentally announced to you that he was going to speak like any president would, but they didn't have time to hop them up on the drugs that they used on the state of the union. Did they? So there it was. We better take the weekend off. This one also is the other piece that they want to go. Joe
Biden is so active. He's so aggressive. He's so tough. He can dunk on NBA players and Korean John Pierre, a young lesbian speaker or spokesperson who basically has no other skill set except like mediocre lying. She can't even keep up with the man. I mean, he's 80. But man, look at him go and
they say it over and over again. I'm going to play you him going in just a second as well, because of course he went to he went to Pennsylvania and hung out and touched kids. I saw one of you set tag me on a video where he was stroking the face of a young girl really disgusting. Don't let your kids around this man. Dan Bongino says the same thing. Don't let your kids around this
creep. Here they are puffing them up. Again, the words. We have to act like he's virile and vigorous. We have to be able to fake this. Lest, lest anybody think that we have nobody running the show. But how it is hard for us to keep up with this president who is constantly, constantly working every day to get things done and making sure that we are delivering for the American people. And that's what and I think
that's what matters. I get it. I get what you're asking me, but the record matters too, Jake. Yeah, the record matters too, doesn't it? The record matters. Here's Joe Biden walking around. We want Joe. There's like some feeble female out there in the world. This is the reason why I'm telling you, men, you got to step into the space
right now. It's unfortunate, but you have to step in all the men who wanted to be left alone and to be working at their jobs and to be supporting a family and doing the things that men do, which is not getting interested in this garbage. No, you got to step in because guys like Joe Biden have filled that space. We can't see that territory physically anymore. So
you got to get involved. There's I keep seeing all these women go like, well, how are we going to get more women? Like conservative women, by the way, how are we going to get more women into politics? Like, I don't know. I don't want them into politics. Why? Because politics is disgusting. It should be a battleground and I don't want women in battle for their sake, not because of like some pride. It's
awful. It's a burden and it shouldn't be left to women. That means that we are failing as men. I'm going to keep saying that. It's not because of the women. It's because men should be dealing with evil shit like that guy who's clutching a bunch of kids and staggering around. He's so busy. Like little kids are the fastest in the world. If you're not out walking your kids, by the way, like I out walk all my kids every
time. I've got tons more energy than them. I'm way bigger. I've got longer legs. Joe Biden is tall and is unable to keep up with little kids who are basically holding him up like a support structure. They are the scaffolding supporting that creep and he's walking like he's got his diaper full. What on earth are we doing? I'm going to play. Well, let's say thanks over here
quick to the folks that are our affiliates. And then I want to go back to this concept of language because this fight is not new. It's been going for quite a while, but I want to play Jordan Peterson clips from a broadcast that he did that really sum it up really well. And I've clipped it up a little bit to the point where we're just going to get the message only.
There's a reason why we can't see linguistic territory because once you do that, you're going to be fighting for physical territory with your hands and with your arms. And by arms, I mean weapons. All right. If you guys are looking for a snack and you're feeling appropriately spicy, I just I just opened this one up yesterday. This is the pinch yo grandma spicy. That's the Reaper peppers. It's a little spicy for my
taste. It does make you eat a little bit slower. I'm not a I'm not loving really, really spicy jerky. But if you guys want to get into it, they have all the things from mild, which is too mild, original, which is good, spicy is good. The extra spicy a little bit much for me. sits on my desk right here and I burned through it. I told him like part of the deal is I'll read your I'll read your your promos, but you guys have to also send me jerky as part of the deal and they have. Let's get deeper into this. This is the language we can't lose. Okay. We showed Joe moving around with kids and creepers and they're going to make their arguments all they got to
do. This is why it matters. It matters because otherwise we're going to be fighting for this. So we don't give up this linguistic territory. Here's Jordan Peterson setting up that argument. You got in trouble for refusing to call trans men and women by their preferred personal pronouns. No, it's not actually true. I got in trouble because I said I would not follow the compelled speech dictates of the federal and
provincial government. I actually never got in trouble for not calling anyone anything. Wouldn't follow the change of law, which was not once it was law. Discrimination. No, no. Why should you? Well, that's what they said it was designed to do. Okay. You cited freedom of speech in that. Why should your right to freedom of speech, Trump, a trans person's right not to be offended? Because in order to be able to
think, you have to risk being offensive. I mean, look at the conversation we're having right now. You know, like you're certainly willing to risk offending me in the pursuit of truth. Why should you have the right to do that? It's been rather uncomfortable. Well, I'm very glad I put you
on the spot. Well, I've got my point. You get my point is like you're doing what you should do, which is digging a bit to see what the hell's going on. So that is what you should do. But you're exercising your freedom of speech to certainly risk offending me. And that's fine. I think more power to you as far as I'm concerned. So you haven't sat there and I'm just trying to work that out. I mean, ha, gotcha. You
have got me. You have got me. I'm trying to work that out. Turn my head. Yeah, yeah, it took a while. It did. It did. It took a while. He got her because he asked, how come you can offend me if I can't offend anybody else? And she went, oh, and she's actually being far more honest than most people
would be about that. Right. If I can't say illy, illy alien, if I'm going to have to abide by your terms of free speech, then you have to abide by mine as well. It has to work both ways. And then none of us can speak because I don't agree to your speech. That's the reason why it's free speech. It's not contingent on somebody
else accepting it. The First Amendment was written so that the federal government, our government, does not get involved in trying to choose winners and losers in the battleground of speech. It has to stay agnostic. It doesn't get to decide. Its only job is to not pass any laws that infringe on that ability. Same with the press. They don't get to decide who the press is. They
don't get to decide what the press is saying. The end. The minute that it starts trying to put its thumb on it, it is crossing that that territorial line that Peterson is talking about there. And thankfully, that woman gave us a great moment. It's a great moment in television where she paused and went, oh crap. I have an internally inconsistent logical system. And she actually cared to
actually have one and take a moment. This is the finishing of that particular statement because her statement is, well, you've obviously changed your mind about certain things. And he's like, no, individually, I can respect individual human beings. The government cannot do that. That's the whole point. The government, which by the way, a government school coming in and suspending a child, that's the government
weighing in on speech. They are not allowed to do that over a word that is actually in the federal statute and defines it properly. Here's the final piece of this argument where he talks about linguistic territory and it's worth hearing it one more time. You have voluntarily come into the studio and agreed to be questioned. A trans person in your class has come to your class and said they want to be called. That's
never happened. And I would call them she. So you would. So you've kind of changed your tune. No, no, I said that right from the beginning. What I said at the beginning was that I was not going to cede the linguistic territory to radical leftists, regardless of whether or not it was put in law. That's what I said. And then the people who came after me said, oh, you must be transphobic and
you'd mistreat a student in your class. It's like, I never mistreated a student in my class. I'm not transphobic. And that isn't what I said. Well, you've also called trans campaigners authoritarian. I mean, isn't that crazy? Well, only in the broader context of my claims that radical leftist ideologues are
authoritarian, which they are. You're saying someone who's trying to work out their gender identity, who may well have struggled with that, had quite a tough time over the years. You're comparing them with Chairman Mao who saw the deaths of millions of people. Even if the activists, they're trans people too. They have a right to say these things. Yeah, but they don't have a right to speak to their whole community. To
compare them to Chairman Mao. You know, I could pinaché, Augusto pinaché. I mean, this is grossly insensitive. I didn't compare them to pinaché. Well, he was an authoritarian. He's a right -winger, though. I was comparing them to the left wing totalitarians. And I do believe they are left wing totalitarians. Under Mao, millions of people died. Right. I mean, there's no comparison between Mao and a trans activist, is there?
Why not? Because trans activists aren't killing millions of people. The philosophy that's guiding their utterances is the same philosophy. The consequences are... Not yet. You're saying that trans activists could lead to the deaths of millions of people. No, I'm saying that the philosophy that drives their utterances is the same philosophy that already has driven us to the deaths of
millions of people. Okay, tell us how that philosophy is in any way comparable. Sure, that's no problem. The first thing is, is that the philosophy presumes that group identity is paramount. That's the fundamental philosophy that drove the Soviet Union and Maoist China. And it's the fundamental philosophy of the left wing activists, its identity politics. Doesn't matter who you are as an individual, it matters who
you are in terms of your group identity. You're just saying things so to provoke, aren't you? I mean, you are a provocateur. I never say anything... You're like the alt -right that you hate to be compared to. You want to stir things up. I'm only a provocateur insofar as when I say what I believe to be true, it's provocative. I don't provoke. Isn't that what it's all about? We're not trying to provoke you
intentionally. We're just going to do what needs to happen. And if you have a problem with it, if you are provoked, it's because you are a fool. She also tries to insert her version of what he is saying and he doesn't accept it. We can't accept their premise. They almost always come with bad premise and she does it herself. That
woman does that over and over again. What you're saying is, no, that's not what I'm saying. And I love that Jordan Peterson hones in on this. This is the way that you need to be very specific with your words. And here's what's at stake. This is my take on it. What's at stake is the First Amendment comes first. If they take away your speech,
then you have to fight for it physically. And this is the way the government responds to things like that. I've got a video of a SWAT response to a home invasion in Newport Beach. And you might think, well, why does that actually have anything to do with it? Because this is the way the government handles problems. They bring a hammer for a fly.
One man was in his home and had people come into his home, potentially people who knew him to invade his home and take his things. He shot one and then he shot the other and the person killed himself supposedly. Or maybe he held the guy's gun to his head and killed himself for him. Very weird scenario, by the way. Two men were shot over this. Look at the response for two armed men by our
government. This is what it looks like when the government says we're going to send our agents in to solve a problem. It's massive over force. We're going to see a little bit of video footage of it. Like I said, this is not a one -to -one comparison. This shows you how you are the best defender of your own civil liberties. One man held off two. The response by the government is like eight guys plus a
bear cat and a couple of other things. Caller indicated that someone from inside the house shot one of the two suspects. When police arrived, they found one suspect laying in the street with a handgun with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he is currently being treated. Orange County Sheriff's Department helicopter assisted us and located another male, a
second male, in the bushes nearby. Once contacted, he was found to have a self -inflicted gunshot wound to his head. All right, you guys saw that. There were six people in that diamond that was approaching the front door. There were four or three men on the point, which is not a terrible formation. There was a breacher that was in the rear behind them that
was simply carrying a ram. And then they had another security element guy, plus they had a canine handler with a dog. And there were six or so more hanging out at the bear cat for two guys that were already shot. That was their response because you're on your own in this country. We know that even in
California. It's up to you. There's a reason why Dexter Taylor was making weapons because he was interested in it. And it's because our God given right to defend ourselves. When you give up the linguistic territory, the next thing they do is they come for your physical assets, including firearms. Yeah. This is the way you handle these problems, by the way. This is the right response. I
found this. This may not also seem aligned, but to me, it makes perfect sense to me that if you have the ability to defend yourself, then you can and you will. And in this case, you should. This is a video from a, from a convenience store. The convenience store has a security guard. The security guard witnesses somebody coming in to engage in an armed robbery. There was some sort of
altercation. The guy comes through the door. He gets stupid. What you're going to see in this video, which I might play twice, but maybe you just have to rewind it and watch it again. He draws his firearm out of his shorts. The aggressor, the person that is being kicked out of the, out of the store. The only answer to someone pulling a gun on you is killing them. You don't have to kill them.
You have to shoot until the threat stops. That's usually when they're dead, but you can shoot them until they no longer have the gun in their hands and are no longer able to access it. That's another option that generally means that they're either incapacitated or they're on their way to dying. We call that ART. In the medical world, assuming room temperature. That's what has to happen. Watch
this video. This security guard, there's some issues here. He got a little close. Some other things. This was done correctly. This is why you cannot seed the linguistic territory, because then you're going to have to give up this territory. And no cop anywhere in the world would have been fast enough in a response to save this security guard or the people working behind that counter. Oh, oh, god. The
security guard was injured, by the way. Some of those shots were return fire. The guy from the ground actually was shooting at the security guard and winged him. And that's why he continued to shoot while he was on the ground. You shoot until the guy no longer has a gun in his hand. If they have a firearm in their hand that they're still a threat. That's justifiable. You can defend that any day. Every
day of the week. DOJ's deadly force policy is a good one for you, by the way. If you're a citizen and you are armed, you can go by the same deadly force policy that I use as an FBI agent. It's really straightforward. It says law enforcement officers just substitute citizens. May use deadly force only when
necessary. That is when the subject of such force, the person you're shooting, presents an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to yourself or another party. That's it. That person, as long as they have a firearm and they've drawn it on you and have shown a willingness to use it, should be shot. That guy draws his weapon and he puts it down by his
waist and starts talking more shit. And that's when the security guard draws and shoots him. That is the right answer. And he still got shot for his troubles. Train people. People don't die instantly when they are hit. They turn around. They fall on the ground. They say, really? And they still shoot at you until you end the threat. And like I said, most of the time that's when they're ART. It's
worth looking at that. It's very important to know that that's the next step. And that's why you have to defend your civil liberties. Gross, right? And sad. Most of us will never deal with that. But the moment that you need to, you want to be able to. I'll say thanks to my buddies over at Catholic Vote who sponsored this podcast. They allow us to say all the spicy things that might
need to be said. They pay, you know, a lot of the bills in this house by supporting us and they have for a while. We're doing some new content over with them over on a new channel on YouTube. You guys should be following them on social media at Catholic Vote. And you can go to catholicvote .org to get to the loop. A lot of good stuff coming out from the loop and other news stories than
what you're seeing in other places. Highly recommend you guys check it out and get yourself looped in. One of the best emails you'll get every morning. It is the loop from Catholic Vote. Again, catholicvote .org. Simply go to their main page and click, put in your email and click, loop me in. Now, even better, I got a video as a palette cleanser here. And I think it is motivational.
I know we've had kind of a downer of a show in some ways because it does feel like a lot of things are under attack. This is your motivation. This is Clarence Thomas. He's a justice in the Supreme Court. He just heard the case about the 1512, the discussion and the novel use of a federal statute going after people from January 6th. He's also an unapologetic American patriot and Catholic. You guys can find this. It's
also on Catholic Vote social media pages. They sent it out yesterday. I like it a lot. I like what this man has to say. There's a reason why all the people that want to say that people on the right are racist and we're like our ideal Supreme Court consists of nine Clarence Thomas's, a black man. Go figure. It has nothing to do with race. It has to do with values, y 'all. Yes.
Yes. All right. I've got this and then I've got one other thing just to show you that the world is still pretty incredible. It is pretty awesome. This is something I've been holding on to since the eclipse day. So I've got two little palate cleansers for you today. One of them is just visual. We'll cut it out of the audio show, but here we go. Here's Clarence Thomas giving you a motivational message of
the day. Do not hide your faith. Do not hide your faith and your beliefs under a bushel basket, especially in this world that seems to have gone mad with political correctness. I admit to being unapologetically Catholic, unapologetically patriotic, and unapologetically a constitutionalist. Be a constitutionalist, be a patriot, be a Christian. Say those things out loud. Do not be afraid of them.
They are not to be, they are only to be feared by those who are on the wrong side. Important stuff. You guys can support my other friends who are in this fight with me, the -dash -dispendables .com. The promo code CHI will save you 10 % on any of our t -shirts. If you guys want to get one of these suspendable shirts in red, in blue, in green, in black, in gray, we have a couple different colors.
You can see the last line sub -stack shirt there. It's got the AR. Again, the reason I love that icon from the last line sub -stack is that it is an AR -15 with a quill coming out the end of it. The pen is mightier than the sword. The word needs to be used first right up to the point when you can no longer speak, and you have to use the sword. You use it first. It is at the front of the barrel for a reason.
