Transcript

Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Well, hello my friends, welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show for Monday. It is June the 2nd. Welcome to the summer, or at least what feels like officially this summer. Thanks for being with us today on the program.

Little bit late in the roll on. I recognize that we had a camera issue, but we're up and going right now. I'm going to tell you what I see. I just realized when I woke up this morning that it is 3 years to the day that the FBI cut off my paycheck. And that seems like a pretty wild three years in this house. I was reminded of some of the COVID tyranny.

I was reminded of the conversation that I had with my wife before any of this sort of kicked off where we had a, a little, a little heart to heart and, and an honest discussion that if I was going to go forward to Congress and if I was going to say no to a vaccine mandate that was being pushed on us by the Biden administration, then we were going to lose their

job. And we are going to have to sell our house and our kids were going to lose their friends because we wouldn't be there anymore. And I didn't know how it's going to make a living. I think a lot of you are in that position. I think a lot of folks found themselves in a decision for all their chips. And it's a good reminder right now as we go into June, as we step into the summer.

And of course, it is Pride Month, whatever the hell that's supposed to be. I've got some information on that as well, 'cause I've got I've got the weaponization of our children's programs coming at us. We're seeing things like Sesame Street, which were used to spread COVID propaganda and sort of gender based ideologies, all

ugly stuff. And all of those things were a reminder that while America kind of as a whole failed in 2020 and 21 to stand up and do the right things, we haven't another shot at it and we're stepping into riot season, George Floyd season. I have about 11 stories that I'm not going to probably get to all of them, but there are a significant amount of front page, front page news on the

major ABCCBSNBC, etcetera. All of them are telling us that there is violence happening across America and we've got a good example of that. Whether it be terror based violence, whether it be race based violence, whether it just be poverty and people in desperation experiencing or participating in violence. There's a lot of it. So that's where we're going to go today. And of course on the national scene, on the international scene, we're also seeing that happen.

It's not good. There is a there was a significant attack by the Ukrainians and a counter attack by the Russians so that this attempt to drag us into a World War three situation or at least a global conflict continues to go on for all of you that are in the chat right now that are frustrated with the way that rumble works, I don't know what to tell you, but rumble is outside of my command and they were screwing up over on on locals.

We couldn't get the website to load so you may be having something you might want to try us over on YouTube. Folks on YouTube don't seem to be commenting on glitches, so the stream is going the best we can do. If you guys want to jump over and join us on YouTube, it's youtube.com slash at Kyle Serif, and you'll find the live show over there as well. You can also watch us on X. So while you're doing that, why don't you guys give us a thumbs up? We'd really appreciate it.

That'd be great. And if you guys want to support the program wherever we are, that's where we're running things live as best we can. So before we get deep into the show, which is going to happen shortly, let's talk about something that we don't always talk about in polite society. How about your underwear? Have you guys considered upgrading your underwear? If you think you might be in a fight for your life, you might want to do something like wear Undertack as you go out into the world.

We are living in a chaotic time and Undertack are the world's best boxer briefs. They're designed for special forces operators in Africa. Some of the harshest terrains, you know, kind of like walking around in Texas in the afternoon. It's hot, it's gross. If you want to wear underwear that's not just made to keep yourself all put together down there.

If you want tactical gear that's built for tough missions like taking your kids to the park on their bicycles when it's 100° outside and 70% relative humidity, you might want to check out Under Tack. These boxer briefs are made from a premium modal fabric. They're 50% more moisture

wicking than cotton. They keep you cool and dry and locked in. They've got a hidden E&E pouch that discreetly stores critical items like a micro SD card with your crypto data or an emergency cache that you may need to keep in your waistband. When the stakes are high and you may be on the run, or you might need to go and get a slushie because it's hot outside, pair them with their premium Marina wool socks or the Urban OPS hoodie built tough, keeping

comfy. Mission ready whether you're at the range, in the field, or relaxing on your couch for a limited time right now, you guys can get buy three get one free. It's under tac.com. Use the promo code Kyle. Kyle essentially gives you 25% off, You buy 3, you get 1 free. That also works on their ladies underwear, which looks comfortable, although I'm not an expert on that sort of thing.

Your purchase will support American groups, American veteran groups that are combating human trafficking, which is something that apparently the FBI is not going to get done right. So you might as well put your money where your mouth is and do it private. Again, the promo code Kyle, Kyle at undertac.com. Let's get into today's show. Here we go.

Yeah, I do see you guys over there in the chat, and I understand that it is frustrating when things are glitching, but that is the way of the world. That is what we've got right now. Let's start off with some stuff that's a little bit personal. Like I said, my journey with the FBI ended three years ago today. It stopped paying me and it was all over. But the crying. I'm reminded why that happened because my buddy Gerardo Boyle sent me this video.

We've played it before. This is not something new. But I want you to key on the word, literally. Methinks the the cash Patel doth protests too much. This is the story of Stephen Jensen, who came for some of you who are J Sixers, who came for some of your neighbors, who are J Sixers, who came from my friend Steve Baker, who was AJ Sixer and was on our Sunday? Sit down, you tell me.

Does this sound like a guy that believes what he's saying, or is this like a desperate attempt to cover up and propaganda? Yes, I've played it before, but we're going to do it one more. Time, but you promoted Stephen Jensen, the architect of the FB is overzealous January 6th investigation. I want the American public to realize what we did. That man was in a position where he literally fought back against

the machine. Who was saying we want to politicize this event, We want to politicize this event? And at the end of the day, remember, Maria, there's a chain of command here so you can fight back your chain of command to a certain degree before they fire. And Steve Jensen and other folks were promoted because they embody what the American public demands of FBI agents. What do Americans demand of FBI agents that they just do what they're told.

Is that is that what I heard? Because that's what I heard. There's the whole story of the ordinary men. And The funny thing is, is that it doesn't matter whether you listen to Marc Bashaw, who we had on an interview of who who resisted COVID tyranny in the Army. It doesn't matter whether you talk to Marcus Allen, who I never spoke with before he went and testified.

It doesn't matter if you talk to Garrett Boyle or Steve Friend or any of the people that fall into the category of suspendables. And probably many of you, you didn't just do what you were told. We had an entire group of people that stood probably 1/3 of this country, which kept back the wave of like ultimate tyranny. The answer is not do what you're

told. And unfortunately you're just going to have to put some of those Jews into box cars and you might have to shoot them if they don't move quick enough. Which is the story of the ordinary men, which is the story of the Holocaust, which every single person who was paying attention, including Matt Strickland, who was our Sunday sit down 2 weeks ago, we all saw that this was a very, very short

Rd. to not just tyranny, but potentially genocide, identifying dissent, whether it be political or religious or otherwise, and getting rid of them. The most dangerous enemy that we have are not the folks that are ideological actors that run our government agencies. It's the people that didn't say no. They just did what they were told. And how dare cash Patel go out there. And I mean, I'm, I'm very incensed because he's a man who actually backed my story. He backed my friend's story.

He went out and, and said you guys were fighting a good fight. You did what you were supposed to do. Now he's going to defend a Steve Jensen. And yes, that's a 2 1/2 week old interview clip. That's actually very recent in the story. Considering three years ago I was told I couldn't come back into the work anymore. You guys should be pissed about this kind of stuff. I certainly am.

I don't understand how we can deal with with all of that and, and, and still think that they're doing a decent job because they're running cover. Wouldn't it be easy to just go look, we promoted the guy we didn't know the back story on and we're going to get rid of him. They don't want to do that. It's the same reason why the guy who literally took my job, I'm going to use the word literally

like Cash Patel just did. He literally was the person that signed off on me being removed from my position. That guy just got moved to headquarters. And as I shared with you the other day, a move equals a big pay bump. You get to sell off your house. You don't have to pay any sort of overhead on it. They pay off the Realtors Commission, they pay off the closing fees, they get to help you settle into a new place.

I've got so little sympathy. I hate that I have to agree with this story, at least part of it. The headline itself works pretty well. The story itself is actually bitchy and whiny because it's from Frank Vigluzzi and you're not going to hear me ever. Pretty much agree with anything Frank Vigluzzi. He actually goes on to talk about how tough his job was and pretty much F you, Frank. Nobody gives a shit about what happens for FBI senior executives. You guys suck.

But the article that was entitled Dan Bongino discovers that he actually has to do work at the FBI and he doesn't like it. It's close. It's just that he doesn't want to do the work that he's got to do. And I don't think Dan is actually given him the ability to run the FBI the way that he would want to do it. So instead he's making excuses on social media. I want to be truly fair about this. I don't think that Dan Bongino was given complete latitude to step into a job and do what he

thinks is right. And I don't think cash is either. I think all of them are being both wrapped by the FBI, which is a part of it. And I also think there's a secondary problem. And the secondary problem is, is that there's some political will, whether it be from our Congress people. You guys just did, if you listen to our Sunday, sit down with Steve Baker. And if not, I recommend it, he

says. There's probably at least 100 Manchurian type congressmen and senators that are sitting out there screwing with us with what our agenda is, that they vote the way that you want them to vote. 95% of the time it gets them a really strong Liberty Store or a conservative Heritage score or whatever else. They're actually looking pretty good, except that one time when they screw us and stab us right

in the back. I don't think that Bongino and Patel have the ability to actually execute the job that they wish. But instead of coming out and saying that, which is what you know that I would do, and it's what you know that Steve Friend would do, we'd step out there and say, hey, look, this is bullshit. What they're doing to us is not acceptable. We're not able to do what we promised you. Instead, they're trying to maintain face. And that's what happens when you pick a team.

That's why I don't have a lot of sympathy for someone who's crying about how I gave up everything. I expect he's going to be back at a podcast as by the way, I had a conversation with folks in the advertising world and they're expecting that they're going to be able to sell Bongino advertising in next year's, you know, fiscal year. Pretty sure it's happening here. It is. And this is the complaining again, it's weak. Just go out and say, look, they're not going to let me do

my job. And so I'm out of here. That's what that's what somebody who's strong would do. How do I know? Because I may have done that. I mean, I gave up everything for this. I mean, you know, my, my wife is struggling and I'm not a victim. I'm not Jim Comedy. It's fine. I did this and I'm proud I did it. But if you think we're there for tea and crumpets, well, I mean, cash is there all day. We share it. Our offices are linked. He turns on the faucet. I hear it. He's there at he gets in like

6:00 in the morning. He doesn't leave till 7:00 at night. You know, I'm in there at 7:30 in the morning. I, you know, he uses the gym. I work out in my apartment. But I stare at these four walls all day in DC, you know, by myself. Divorced from my wife, not divorced, but I've been separated, divorced. And it's hard. I mean, you know, we love each other and it's hard to be a part. What you doing? It is hard to be a part. I'll tell you what.

It's also hard to look your kids in the eyes and tell them that you're going to have to walk away and not have a job anymore. My youngest don't even know what I used to do, in the same way that my oldest doesn't know that I was in the military because it was before she was born stuff. I'm telling you, I empathize with that situation, but not being honest and not owning it was a real problem. And it's not like this guy didn't have a history of, you know, taking both sides of the

argument. I got a problem with this too. I found this clip the other day. This is a little mash up. This is Dan Bongino versus Dan Bongino. I could do this probably every day, a Bongino versus Bongino. And the reason why I'm doing it is because for all the people that want to be sycophantic and say he's our guy, he never let us down. Really all you folks, for some of us who lost the job over over a shot over a ridiculous mandate, which I'm going to get into in a second.

Do you not remember that? He said it was the biggest mistake of his life. But he also covered when he talked to Donald Trump because he can't go the wrong way. You can't make Donald Trump feel like he didn't do something right. Real men stand up and tell their friends that they're wrong. Like, hey bud, you're off on this. I appreciate it when someone tells me that at least I'll look at myself and figure it out.

May be true, maybe it's not true, but at least I'll have that moment because someone I respected pushed back. If you can't do that, that's not a friend. That's you being a sycophant. Biggest mistake of my life. Biggest mistake of my life. Biggest mistake of my life. Yeah. Yeah, we do. I think you need those billboards across America. Miss me yet? With a sign of you with thumbs up. I mean, look at this hapless guy we have in the White House now. He's trying to take credit for

all of your stuff, too. The Vaccino. But I'll get to that in a few minutes. I actually got a text about that today from John Sununu. He's like, listen, don't let Joe Biden, when you're in your appearances, get away with taking credit for President Trump's work on the vaccine. He said that to me. I promise I'd bring it up. He is biggest mistake in my life. I just should have waited. I thought to myself at the time I even told guy, I said, you

know, there's no doubt. I feel like this was created and at this virus in a lab in Wuhan, China, I have little doubt about that. And I figured, you know, I'd rather take my chances with something we created than something they created. Remember, I I mean, really, that's the position. That's the same position the Biden administration had. Here we go released the Secretary's memo with respect to mandatory vaccinations for

COVID-19. He is determined, after careful consultation with medical experts and military leadership, and of course, with the support of the President, that mandatory vaccination against the coronavirus disease COVID-19 is necessary to protect the safety of our service members and our force. Mandatory vaccination will only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the Food and Drug Administration in accordance with FDA approved

labeling and guidance. Mandatory vaccination requirements will be implemented consistent with DoD immunization program instructions. 65 Sorry 62 O 5 point O2. In other words, the existing structure and regulations that that govern policies and procedures for managing mandatory vaccination across the force. This is consistent with the department's efforts to ensure the safety of our service members and again, to maintain the readiness of the force. I wanted you to see that.

And for those of you that were just listening, you didn't get to see everything on there. But the thing that was really critical as a former Pentagon press secretary, John Kirby was speaking, what he said was interesting. He talked about a mandatory vaccine and how it was in accordance with law, which we know it was not. The second thing is, is that the the, the Chiron there, Taliban control of Afghanistan, that was the reason that they were having

the press conference. Those of us who saw it at the time knew that the Biden administration lost face, that they were lying to Americans, that they lost all of Afghanistan after 20 years of war and all the blood and the treasure that we spent putting in there. All of you who went over and served in that theater or you served in Iraq, you know what I'm talking about.

You put your lives on the line. Some of us didn't have have friends that didn't come home from that and then they went out there and screwed it up in like 3 days like a shockingly fast way. They screwed it up and so they covered for it, right? Maybe that's why they were so invested in it. I don't know what else to do with this. I didn't even, I didn't see this at the time because my kids were not watching this.

I don't watch television with my kids and my kids don't really get to watch television like this. This is what I guess has become of of The Muppets of something that used to be really wholesome and just talk about being nice to your neighbor and how far I guess America has fallen. We tolerated this. Look at the propaganda going on here, Elmo. But I have to say, it's wonderful to actually see all of you. It also sounds and looks like you and your families have been

staying healthy. Oh, oh, I have a way. I've been staying healthy. Doctor Sanjay, look. How does Rasuda Gov a Boo Boo? Oh, this is from my COVID vaccine. My mommy and my puppy took me to get it this morning. See, my mommy and my puppy said that it will help keep me, my friends, my neighbors, my abuela all healthy. Your parents are absolutely right, you know, COVID vaccines are now available for children five years and older, and the more people who get them, the

better. We're going to be able to help stop the spread of COVID. Daddy Emma doesn't understand what's happening. Why are these people together? Oh well, they're gathering together to protest. A protest is when people come together to show they are upset and disagree about something. They want to make others aware of the problem. Yeah, I'm bringing this sign to the protest at the Community Center later.

Look up. Some people are upset because racism is a huge problem in our country on Sesame Street. We all love and respect one another across the country, people of color, especially in the black community are being treated unfairly because of what in the actual hell. Did you guys know that this stuff was out there? I'll put this up on the on the locals piece so you guys can see it Well. Well, it's plenty on social

media right now. Lives at TikTok re highlighted it. It just made me realize like how badly they want to go and get into your kids minds and give them ridiculous ideas. They are indoctrinating your kids just like they're indoctrinating the people around you. The mainstream media pushes it out as news to adults and as these programs for kids, and they're out there sharing a perspective that you probably don't agree with. They're just making it up.

Found this story here, which I thought was great. This is a story about world pride, which I didn't know was the thing either, but now I do, thanks to CBS News. World pride is going to be in Washington, DC this year. And the Trump administration is prompting fears and mixed emotions because world pride. What? It's a series of events organized by a nonprofit called Enterprise that aims to bring visibility and awareness to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer issues on

the international stage. Because that's actually what we need. We need more of that. People are not aware. They haven't had enough of this like rainbow garbage shoved down their throat in the last couple years, by the way, that's going away and it's not working in the way that it used to. There's actually a really interesting story that was in Catholic Votes loop this morning. If you guys get that, you should, you don't get it. You should.

It says why support for same sex marriage is actually declining. They published it 2 days ago under catholicculture.org. Support for same such marriage among Republicans has dropped 14% in the last three years. The incredible thing is that a lot of people actually were supporting it and there was an increasing support that was roughly about 68% of the population in the United States over the last 10 years.

And since Oberfell, it's gone up, but it's kind of bottomed out or topped out if you wanted to, plateaued at some level. And now it's beginning to drop. And even in Gen. Z, the younger people, they're sick of this crap being fed down their throat. That's actually kind of nice to see. It's kind of rewarding to see that people are thinking like, whoa, why do they keep shoving this garbage down our throat? Maybe, maybe we don't want that. I love that it says that. It's prompting fears.

That's what CBS has on their thing. The the founder of the travel platform Every Queer you can't make this stuff up and the vice chairman of the board of directors for the International LGBTQ Travel Association. God, imagine if you just had ever straight as the name of your travel agency. They would shut you down. They've been a dozen of pride events across the world.

There's a miles long parade in New York's world Pride and a pride in Kiev, Ukraine 2015. They had violent protests overseas with Molotov cocktails amid protests. How interesting. Molotov cocktails were the weapon of choice then, and also in Boulder, which we'll get to in just a minute. In any case, DC is not necessarily a place that people think of as super safe, and they're not comfortable right now given the current

administration. Do you know why it's actually not super safe in Washington, DC? Because Democrats run it and it's full of crime and they don't do the flipping job. DC is one of the most ugly, like it should be one of the most beautiful places. It should be pristine. You should be able to eat off the sidewalks. And instead there are homeless people that are laying outside the Department of Justice and right outside the FBI building that I used to work at.

And I used to drive by them every damn day when I'd go into the office. It's actually shocking. The state of affairs and some of the worst poverty in America in urban areas is in Southeast Washington, DC, and Anacostia and right across the river. You can smell it. It smells like raw sewage being dumped into the river. It is unique and distinctive. But, yeah, Donald Trump is the real problem here. Pretty impressive. Let me break over and talk about my friends.

That's silent for a second. We're going to get it to Bill Clinton trying to stay on the scene, which is always interesting. Yeah. Well, there was a time when we all knew everyone agreed that the government wasn't our friend. I mean, even the Democrats didn't want to, like, try to pretend that way if you're worried about government or big Tech, which didn't used to be an issue.

But it is, of course, today. Corporate America, criminals, people that are trying to scam you, your privacy has the potential of being compromised 24/7. There's no other way than to protect yourself and you can do that with silent. It's something we do right now. Maybe we could put my whole house in one of those silent bags. It sounds like we're having some issues. This is my silent sleeve which is keeping my phone, so at least we don't have that interference.

Silence. Faraday blocking products. Stop all incoming and outgoing signals that make your device virtually invisible and safe from the outside world. They have backpacks and phone sleeves and pants. They have dry bags which keep you dry if you're going to go out there and get into the rain. Double use sort of thing. Their patented signal blocking technology stops wireless signals, giving you Peace of Mind so your data doesn't end up

in the wrong hands. If you don't realize this, every time that you walk out with your Wi-Fi on, with your Bluetooth on, with any of these, sort of even just the cell phone being on, it's constantly being bombarded by RF and sending out like a hey, look at me signal. You guys want to shut those down and you don't want unauthorized access to your devices. If that's something that you worry about, please check out my friends at Silence slnt.com/kyle.

You'll save 15% plus you'll get free shipping on qualified orders. Again, SLNT that's silent with no vowels.com/kyle Kyle, save yourself 15%. Stay ahead of what's coming. Secure your privacy. Make sure that you guys are ready for the future, especially EMPS and other crazy stuff. They can stop a lot of these things. All right, we're going to keep going forward. How about Bill Clinton, there's a stop What's coming joke in there that I don't want to use right now. That seems wrong.

Bill Clinton on opposing President Trump's agenda. He said we cannot throw away the legacy of this country. You mean the legacy of a guy that was president and thought that gay marriage was ridiculous and was not something he would support because he was a Democrat from the 90s, back when

things were sane? A guy who thought about deporting people that didn't belong in this country, who called them illegal aliens out loud and without apologies that Bill Clinton, he's been criticizing President Trump attacking the rule of law, predicted that President Trump would pay a price among those who believe his actions are UN American. It turns out it's probably actually going to go the other way because most people are actually realizing that we've gone way too far to world pride

and every queer and ever what is it called ever, ever queer travel. We've never seen anything like this in my lifetime where someone says whatever I want should be the law of the land. It's my way or the highway. No, I think we actually did see that it was called Barack Obama. So that was your that was your Democrat predecessor or, or I guess successor, if you will, he says, I'd like to think that he's paid a price for, you know, name calling and throwing his

weight around. I think it's made him less popular. The odds are actually not really that true. It seems like it's actually done the opposite of that. It's actually moved things down the line and it's made people question what do Democrats even stand for? This is kind of a fun little exchange with Scott Jennings, who's on CNN, and Debbie Dingell, who has held the same Dingle held seat for almost 100

years. This is a woman trying to tell you that she's a woman of the people, even though her family has basically just been in politics and had money. And she married for money, I'm sure. No, I'm sure she married for love. And then her husband died in office so she could take over the seat. Here they are discussing, like, what do Democrats actually stand for? And is that bad for Donald Trump?

Union halls eight years ago. We need to understand what working men and women want to talk about, which is economics, job security, how much food costs, what the cost of living is every single day. And Donald Trump. But he's very good at understanding people's fears and his anxieties. But I haven't seen him do anything that's lowering costs right now. And when I'm home, I'm hearing it. I'll defend the Democrats. They are for things illegal aliens. You're for boys and girls

sports. I mean, you are for things. And that's why you have such struggles right now in your party, because you're not for anything that's on the right side of any of the 8020 issues that are driving this cultural divide in America. I think Wes Moore is actually a pretty talented communicator. The other person who spoke in South Carolina, Tim Walz, is a special mixture of extreme buffoonery and a mean spirit, which is a toxic brew. He is not the future of the Democratic Party.

Moore is interesting, more is interesting, probably more interesting than some of the radicals you have out there. Crockett, AOC. I mean, those are the true leaders of your party right now, but it might be better off. Replacement. True, and I'm not going to even let you. That's true. And here's the thing. What we're not what Democrats are for is for an exceptional. They're for what? What are they for? Exceptionalism. The answer is, is that they don't even know what they're

for. They don't have a message. So they're going to do their best out there. And she's not wrong. They have to figure out something other than we oppose Donald Trump. But the news media hasn't gotten that message. So here you are. Donald Trump is overshadowing the Supreme Court as ruling season begins.

This is coming from NBC News. The justices are increasingly juggling emergency cases related to Donald Trump's administration and their policies as the court begins the period where it usually issues its biggest rulings. Kind of a funny little headline because why is Donald Trump in battling the Supreme Court? Oh, because there's law.

Fair, because people continue to file lawsuits over every single thing he does, including things that are very obviously within the purview of the executive branch. The beginning of June marks the start of the traditional month long ruling season at the Supreme Court when the justices hand down their biggest decisions and the most contentious cases. What a dumb thing that we've actually created that, by the way, and we've created a seat.

We've allowed these judges to create a, a ruling season that never existed. That's not constitutional. There's nothing about that. It's just their their habit and their tradition. It's what they like to do. They just want to do it during the summer. Why would that be? Oh, it's probably because people are outdoors and not paying attention to the news nearly as much. They're out on vacations so they can drop these things and have the least amount of impact.

That's my guess. Donald Trump, in his second term, has disrupted the court calendar because Donald Trump is the one who's filing lawsuits against himself. Obviously, the nine justices now spend as much time, if not more, juggling consequential emergency cases that need to be handled quickly, just like they deal with the regular docket of cases that have gotten months of of attention and deliberation.

Quote it understores the degree to which Donald Trump and the Trump administration are sucking all of the oxygen out of the room, says Leah Littman, a professor of law and author of the new book Lawless. She's a professor at the University of Michigan School of Law. How interesting is that? Kind of makes me laugh. You know, why? Why do they have such a struggle with this? Why are they unable to just do simple things like, I don't know, pay attention to what

Americans care about? They can't do it, so they're going to do coverage of it. Here's CNN also not getting the message that Donald Trump is overshadowing it, that the Democrats need to do something other than just focus on DJT or FDT, which is the thing I've seen people riding on their faces on social media. That's pretty funny. Here's CNN covering the same thing. Huge issue with Trump going into into the courts over and over again. Again, Trump is not filing these

lawsuits. He's just defending against them. The courts have halted Trump's admin agenda a huge number of times. What are we talking about? We're talking about at least 181 times that they have temporarily, at least temporarily halted Trump's agenda. That is a huge number to give you that in percentage terms. And over 50% of the cases that are presented to courts, the Trump administration agenda has been halted at least

temporarily. So Donald Trump, you know, tries to do these, the interactions with this administration, but the courts have been saying, hold on, wait a minute here. Then They have said that at least 181 times so far in just the first few months of this administration. Aha, yes, yes. Once again, it's real straightforward and it's very, very simple. Donald Trump is not taking himself to court.

They're doing things that other administrations have done, like imagine they had to fight the transgender ban. Why was why in my lifetime, and this is something I reflected on over the weekend, in my lifetime, it was not controversial to say that not only should gay couples not be able to adopt children, in my lifetime, it was very common to believe that even single people should not be able to do that. And why was that? Why was it that we didn't have

those those availabilities? Because in my lifetime, we've gone from this outward look, what's good for society, what's good for children. We actually cared about women, too. It's a Western value to worry about the future, right? Children represent the actual future. Women represent the nurturing quality that brings children into the world. And then we started saying like, well, who cares about the children? What about my sense of fulfillment? I want to have everything.

I want to have things that I can't even biologically create. Yeah. And so I want to be recognized. I want to have a marriage, even though that's not what marriage is. I want to have babies even though I physiologically cannot bring them into the world because gay couples can't do that. It doesn't mean we have to say that gay couples are evil or or be mean, which is a very, you know, sort of 90s compassionate

conservative thing. We don't have to be vicious about it. We just have to recognize the biological reality that it's not about you, it's about kids. It's not about trying to use your kids as propaganda. That's not good for kids. Kids don't need to know about racism or sexuality or other nonsense. Why are we pushing that crap? Because people needed to feel fulfilled in their own lives. And God forbid A567 or 8 year old look at them and say that's unusual.

What does that mean? Dad, mom, I don't know what's going on over there. Can you explain it to me? And that would make those people feel something. So we have to indoctrinate this whole country. It used to be very clear. It's like you can't be gay and serve in the military. Why? Because that's the rule. That's the rule. It's always been the rule. Is that great? I don't know. Are there enough gay people that have made such a huge difference that we had to have them?

It's not your right to serve. As I've said many times, if you can't duck walk with your cheeks spread in front of some old weird codger who is is at the MEP station, then you don't get to be in the military if you're flat footed or your eyes don't work well enough. I graduated from like 3 of the of the 10 hardest DoD schools. That's factually accurate. They are the highest washout rates in the DoD if you were to

take the top ten schools. Three of them were schools that I graduated from and I almost didn't get into the military. I had to get a waiver from my eyes because I couldn't see well enough even though I could correct them with glasses. Like it's just a thing. You're not allowed to do stuff unless you can get waivered or you fit into certain circumstances, even if you're exceptionally qualified otherwise. There's plenty of people who've had that experience. I would have done this, but I

couldn't because of my asthma. I would have tried to go into this program, but I didn't qualify because of this. Some arbitrary thing that may or may not make sense. There's just arbitrary rules. The world's not fair. We actually used to teach kids that actually turns out the world's not fair. In any case, we're seeing a kind of a swing back to rationality. I'm here for it. It's very slow to see only a 14 point drop in the support of gay marriage. That's not that much.

It's a, it's a side of the times, but more of it's a sign that they were cramming things down our throats. Both media from the, from the adult end in the news media side, like, you know, whatever CNNABC, the, the, the mainstream. And then also from that, from the lower end, pushing it to kids and trying to get them to do COVID vaccines or convince them that racism was everywhere and that black people have some sort of like worse existence in

America, which is absurd. I don't ever remember hearing that. And I think we almost had no racism. It was almost nationally gone. I'm sure there were pockets of places that were not great when I was a kid in the 80s and the 90s. But if you went back and looked at the predominant view of like what was entertainment, I, I challenge you to find a family show from when I grew up in the 80s. And many of you were teens in that time, or maybe you were in

your 20s. Think about the shows that you watched and you tell me that there wasn't like a representation of black families out there. And that's gone now. In any case, maybe that's why Democrats are looking at their parties and going like, I don't know what you guys did, but you blew our advantage. You pushed that too far and now we don't even have that. So you've got CN NS doing these polls showing Republicans are not well thought of. They're not even getting a 50%

rating. But Democrats are thought of like, like they're about the same sort of like approval rating as syphilis. How Americans sort of see the parties. Which party is better described as the party with strong leaders? Look at this. Wow, 16% of Americans say Democrats, 40% say that of the Republican Party. Now overall, no party's doing great. Lots of Americans say neither of these qualities apply to either party. But look at how much worse off

the Democrats are. A party that gets things done. Only 19% of Americans say that about the Democrats. 36% say it about the Republicans. In fact, the only place that the Democrats are numerically head party of the middle class. This is basically a tie, though. 34% say that of Democrats, 32% say that of Republicans. But this, I think, is the most fascinating. How do partisans talk about

their own party, right? So among Democrats and Democratic leaner leaners, 32% say Democrats are the party with strong leaders. I mean, of their own kind, right? 82% of Republican. Republican leaders say that about the GOP. Only 41% of Democrats say they they're the party that gets things done of their own kind. And I will just say 51%, Manu, a majority of Democratic, Democratic leaners say neither party gets the party that gets things done attribute.

Imagine that is the whole, that's the project that Democrats are working on. Yeah. And beyond the issues here, there's some structural problems. The Democrats as well. There are. And again, this is where we ended up on election night in 2024. Immigration, What the hell? How immigration, What the hell? Give you a little preview. I'm going to Jamie Dimon, who's the CEO of JP Morgan Chase and has a little thought about what these guys have been doing and sort of the messaging and why

it's failing. And I think I think it falls on ears that are very receptive to regular people who don't care about politics. Before we go over that way, let's go ahead and say thanks to my friends over at Patriot Coolers. Again, regular people making a great product. If you guys are in the market, don't buy it. If you don't have the money, don't buy it because of me. Just buy it. If you happen to be looking for this type of product, that's the only way that we do business over here.

It's Patriot coolers.com. They're our longest serving sponsor. We're very appreciative of them. I keep one on the wall in perpetuity over there. That's one of the suspendables collection, which you can find a link in the show description. Patriot Coolers makes a outstanding tool for keeping beverages hot or cold. Take your preference. They also make outstanding coolers. We've got their backpacks, we've got their soft coolers. We literally have everything

there. We bought them all with their own money. I wouldn't recommend a product that we wouldn't buy ourselves and I'm regularly buying them and the upside is that whenever someone has one, they let me know about it because they're actually really like them. They are a good product, they just do a good job. If you guys want to save 10%, it's the same deal you'd get if you were a military service member, but you don't have to serve in the military. You just use promo code Kyle.

You also don't have to give me your information if you are a veteran, so just use my name Kyle. 4 little letters are going to save you 10%. You get free shipping if you spend more than 50 bucks. Sometimes they run extra sales out there. Use the extra sales.

At the end of the day, I don't care as much about credit as you guys getting a good deal on it. So again, it's Patriot coolers.com promo code Kyle, if you work for a company and you're looking to do some custom engraving, if you want something that you can send out to your clients and so on, let me know. I will put you in touch with Marcus, their brand manager. He will work with you. We've seen people get cancelled on social media by other groups. These guys won't do it.

They'll print your message. They don't care. They're into it and they're conservative folks who will laser etch whatever it is you like. Like the fact that you love America is good enough and you'll get a Tumblr just like I have here on the desk. This one is the 16 ounce coffee mug, which is great for desks. It's not good putting in your car. Cup holder is too fat. They have those as well, though. You guys can find all those things. Let's do the Jamie Dimon thing again.

I think we're seeing a time where even people that maybe you don't like, maybe people who historically have plundered and, and benefited from this situation, they are in fact recognizing like, guys, you went off the rails. You embraced the 20% of every 8020 issue. And now regular Americans are looking around going like, wait, what the hell you doing? How many people have you brought

in here? And it really meets the road when people who traditionally voted for Democrats can't because the Democrats don't represent them. And they do it in a sneering, elitist, ugly way, like talking about world pride. When in reality, they should be talking about like, you know, cost of living and why the the lower class and the working class have not been able to make any headway, but they've actually been fleeced.

COVID was a big piece of it. I think the, the reset happened in 2008 that that housing crash where they bailed out banks. That was a big piece of it. This guy probably benefit, but here he is at the Reagan National Economic Forum talking about immigration, which should bother people. And of course, that's going to get into our final story of the day, immigration. What the hell were we doing? You know the the 20, the bomb, 20% of our population.

You know, their wages didn't go up for 20 years. They're dying seven years younger. You know when when administration's, you know, the Biden is giving all this money to EVs and cars and wasting a lot of money on green stuff, which isn't going to work and all that. Do you think people in rural cities, do you think people in inner cities thought they were

getting anything? Do they do you think that those people think that are the American government is fair and competent and this was in their best interests. Their schools don't work. They're not getting the skills they need. And you heard that just now. So we got to acknowledge and I also call it blue tape because, you know, Republicans, you generally don't like red tape. You understand the devastation of it. But you know, most Democrats and they love it.

They want more of it and they want to make it so confusing. You can't even meet the rules. So you get punished and fined afterwards. And so, you know, we and then you have in permitting and you know, I call the government the Leviathan that's too weak, can't get stuff done and too strong. It imposes things on the American public that that they're getting sick of and they should be getting sick of it. And acknowledge that. Celebrate our virtues.

Freedom of speech from your religion, freedom of enterprise, equal opportunity, family, God, country, you know, like simple stuff that Americans used to all agree on. This is not actually that crazy. But again, they keep leaning into it. And like I said, they didn't get that message that they have to be about something other than just opposing Trump. So here is a lady on CNN who has pretty hair, who cannot get out of her own way by using

propaganda. It's the same crap that we saw on PBS trying to push things on kids. It's using language to try to shape the conversation and the argument. I've seen women push back against this kind of stuff and they do so, so politely. Ladies, you're not built for that kind of conflict that men aren't whatever you like. It's just not the way that you're wired. There are some men out there that really want to get in and take this thing head on. I'm one of those. I'm one of those men.

I am more than happy to mix it up with you and not be nice. And as I've said here before, I love watching Stephen Miller hurt feelings by just shoving down reality on liars and holding them accountable for the linguistic games they're all playing. Here's Stephen Miller talking about a quote, UN quote undocumented migrant, which he hones in on very appropriately using the language of Bill Clinton, by the way, from the 90s, nineties Democrats called

them illegal aliens. It's actually still within the Democrat Party's legacy, like in recent memory. To use this kind of word of it like this should not be controversial. And yet you have to have someone who's looked at as like a far right extremist to be able to do it. So be it. Embrace that. Here's Stephen Miller. Undocumented migrant send a letter threatening to kill the president promising to self deport after the assassination.

CNN reporting shows that investigators believe the migrant was was set up. It was a victim of a set up. What is the administration going to do now? And this is an undocumented immigrant. I do want to note that. But this was someone who came forward, was a victim of a crime and now law enforcement believes he was set up. Go ahead. I want to clarify what you mean. So we're talking about the same thing. Are you saying this this immigrant was here illegally? Yes, but I am and that's why I

said that. I clarified that said you said it just. Said undocumented and I wasn't clear what that means. I'm assuming they have a fake ID. I'm a few assuming they have a fake. Security that's neither here nor there, that's gain away from the question, Steven, I want, I want this to be and call me naive, a good faith discussion about what's happening. Right when we when we when we use language that's designed to obscure the truth, that's not good faith. Illegal alien.

They're not an undocumented. OK, that's fine. That's another discussion. For another date, I don't know the I don't know the details of the assassination threat. All I all I can say based on what you're telling me is there's an illegal alien in our country who's making menacing threats. Regardless of the facts or circumstances, we don't want them here. We're going to get to the bottom of it and I would gladly come

back on and have. More information They were set up just to be clear, but quickly we're. You, you don't understand, OK, Because this illegal alien who had no right to be in our country and wasn't here properly and was breaking our laws and then also threatened our senior executive, that person was set up.

Do you understand how many of these CNN people were crying about the Biden administration labeling you and me and others as domestic violent extremists because we didn't believe in the COVID vaccine, Because we thought that our First Amendment rights were, you know, something That we're really serious in this country and we are allowed to have discussion, that we are allowed to gather and petition for a redress of grievances, that we were actually able to get together and do what we

wanted in this country, which is our country. Do you ever hear CNN arguing on behalf of the free speech of the of the rights of actual Americans who are actually from here that are not undocumented migrants or whatever nonsense? Good for Stephen Miller for holding accountable.

I got this video here of some of the crying and the wailing and the gnashing of teeth that is going on side of immigration courts when people are just doing the freaking job that they used to. By the way, Obama got rid of as many or more people as Donald Trump has so far in the second term on a on a rolling daily basis. This was something that was the Obama legacy, the quote UN quote, deporter in chief. You didn't hear crying like it then. Why?

Because it was our team and now you're going to wail about it. This this little video is fun. I had to kind of crop it funny, so bear with me. It's a square and it's supposed to be a regular sized thing. I just ran out of scenes but enjoy this because the the wailing it actually is what's supposed to happen in America when we have a nation of Laws 6. Was there as person after person left Miami's immigration court in tears Thursday, Yanet Correa could not hold back her pain.

She screams injustice after her husband was placed on an expedited deportation order after showing up to his immigration check in in Miami. The detentions are not only creating panic and fear, but Gordas immigration attorney tells NBC 6 it's also creating confusion.

When a person enters the US at the border, they decide what law to process you under, and now here in court, they're deciding to process you under a different law, Immigration court attorney Antonio Ramos tells us. This is now the new normal. What I have been seeing is out of the few people, most of them, they have crimes, previous crimes and sometimes not even have applied in front of the judge with any application, just the open case. And we have seen just a couple

of cases. They have no crime. But the issue was they never filed an application before. They they judge. They didn't file the application. You didn't follow the rules. Court sucks people. It's frustrating. I sued my former landlord. I got it returned back to me because they said I couldn't sue his agent in his name. And like, you get a procedural, you spend money on it. It's, it's a bummer we have a crappy system. Like it's crappy. It's way too well built up.

It is way too full on procedure and establishing and not as interested in like, hey, this is what the rule is about. This is what our law in spirit means. Can we go through with that? But you're not even from here. So what the hell do I care? Not at all. And Speaking of people who are not from here and don't obey our laws and do whatever the hell they want, kaboom. How about this? A hole attack in Boulder, Co

happened. This was yesterday, burned eight people out of March for Israeli hostages. You know, people who are exercising their First Amendment rights, whether you like them or not, whether you think that people should be hostages or not, I don't actually care. This is not my issue. But you should be able to gather in America, although you notice that there's a transgender flight hanging out there. There's a pride flag hanging on the on the the city building that's right behind him.

Suspects in custody. Interesting because that's the the headline suspect in custody. People were burned. This is the ABC headline Boulder attack updates. Suspect booked on charges of act of terrorism with makeshift flamethrower. What they don't mention prominently, just quite interesting. The suspect, identified by the FBI as 45 year old Mohamed Sabri Solomon, was allegedly heard yelling free Palestine while using a makeshift flamethrower and throwing incendiary devices

on the crowds. Apparently he was spraying A flammable liquid and then threw Molotov cocktails where he burned people. Eight people went to the hospital ages 52 to 88. And that's something what you don't see in the ABC story and you don't see until you go over to the CBS story is that Solomon is an Egyptian. National government officials confirmed this took CBS Colorado. He arrived in California in 2022 on a non immigrant visa. In other words, he was here to

stay briefly. Multiple sources told CBS News that original visa expired in February of 2023. And he just decided to stay living here. The balls on these people to do this kind of stuff. I don't know any other way to say it. The FBI is conducting court authorized law enforcement activities related to the attack on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Co. So say the El Paso County in Colorado. I'm sorry, it is in El Paso County, Colorado, where Colorado Springs is located.

So we've got kind of like a mixed little bag. Here's a man who by all accounts, is wearing a vest. He looks very Colorado like. He's kind of lamenting the change in his county, in his city. And it exemplifies the bigger problem, which is that things are not what they used to be, that even 30 years ago, America was radically different. And a lot of those things, we're better, whether he says it or not.

And you didn't have things like this because people didn't feel like they could stay here and get away with it in the same way. And they sure as hell didn't think that they could walk out and throw a Molotov cocktail at people that were protesting for, like, Israeli hostages across the country, which affects nobody in Colorado in that way. It just doesn't do anything. Let them talk. That's the whole point. We're supposed to be able to go

out and voice our opinions. Here's a man saying, you know, things are not the same as they used to be. They've changed. Still exists here, but it's different. Boulder has changed, Pearl Street has changed. And you know, there's things. I see stuff all the time. And someone like really, you know, now there's like security guards in front of the bathrooms so people don't smoke meth in the bathrooms.

You know, that's the truth. It's out there things it's it's dirtier than it used to be. It's not as safe as it used to be, but you don't expect to see it at that level. You can edit this stuff out. You don't have to talk about meth on isn't that interesting. You can edit out the fact that I'm saying factually accurate information that people are doing meth in the bathrooms that we need a security guard to protect our private restrooms that are paid for with the

public dollar. And this guy feels like he has to apologize for it in his own country for the things that he's paying for. He's paying for that security guard. I guarantee you he's paying taxes and he's paying for the park and he, and he feels bad about it. He doesn't want to, he doesn't want to be a bigot. He doesn't want to be called out

for that. But that time is changing right now and it's changing with younger people who are like, we're sick of it. You've abused the term racism, you've abused the term sexism, you've abused the term misogyny. You've abused all of your, your slings and your epithets. And we don't care. And so more and more people are going like, you know what? Screw you, screw everything you're about. We're just going to be plain spoken. Here's the FBI talking about

that event. I was a little bit uncomfortable with what I heard initially when they went out right away and Bongino did it as well online. Then we're like, we're we're calling this an act of terrorism. I don't like that at all because you don't actually know that until you dig into somebody. But you can investigate it as an act of terrorism or say that you have a counterterrorism squad investigating it. That would be totally

reasonable. The FBI makes a pretty, pretty quick leap to this based on all the available information from what we're reading, that it's targeted the people who are being targeted and specifically the free Palestine, the fact that this guy is an Egyptian national who came to this country illegally. Like a lot of this stuff, it does lean pretty aggressively. So I think that you'd be remiss if you didn't at least consider all possibilities that it was

terrorism. It's a kind of a quick leap right here, but I'm not going to fault the FBI for doing the thing they're supposed to go do. It is interesting that they decided to go make a headline. You don't hear this kind of stuff about like all the other work they're doing every day, but I guess they grab headlines where they can. We'll be fair. Well, we can. I'm able to confirm there are 6 victims ages 67 to 88. All of them have been transported to local hospitals.

This attack happened at a regularly scheduled weekly peaceful event. Witnesses are reporting that the subject used a makeshift flamethrower and threw an incendiary device into the crowd. The suspect was heard to yell Free Palestine during the attack. The subject has been identified as Mohammed Sabri Solomon and he's 45 years old. The FBI is processing the crime scene in the subject vehicle and

interviewing key witnesses. We're assisting Boulder Police and providing technical, analytic, and additional forensic resources. As a result of these preliminary facts, it is clear that this is a targeted act of violence and the FBI is investigating this as an act of terrorism. Like I said, it's probably a little bit too early to say that it's clear that it's a targeted act and so on and so forth. This could easily be somebody who's mentally ill.

You don't know that. So you kind of have to be a little bit more cautious. Mentally ill people grasp onto all kinds of ideologies without actually being foreign, you know, foreign directed. But we are talking about a foreign national who did have no right to be in this country. And it made me think the good thing that Steve Jensen was getting the domestic terrorism operation section focused on those domestic violent extremists, those those Biden era COVID vaccine deniers, guys like me.

I know people in the Bureau who are outstanding agents who left because of it. I know people who are ready to retire and they retired before they wanted to because they weren't going to be part of a group that ran down J Sixers. So what was the opportunity cost of promoting some of these scumbags, these people that destroyed the reputation of the FBI in the same way that the local Boulder police has decided to try to smash their own reputation?

Here's kind of a little little thing of the the Boulder police chief. His name is Stephen Redfern Fiorn. REDFEARN. Fear Red Fiorn, he's saying it would be too early to say this. Here he is given kind of his opening to the press briefing. Interspliced on here are some of the scenes of violence from the guy. I've actually got the clip of the guy right after he started lighting people on fire. So we'll share that real quickly. And then it's probably what we've got for today.

But let's let's see this. This is the contrast. Boulder dispatch received several calls to the County Courthouse located at 1325 Pearl St. here in Boulder. The initial callers indicated that there was a man with a weapon and that people were being set on fire. The initial response by our officers, we were on scene very quickly. When we arrived, we encountered multiple victims that were injured with injuries consistent

with burns and other injuries. I don't know what injuries consistent with burns and other injuries is. Obviously that's what happened. But all of that is to say they did a good job responding. I saw the video of the cops showing up. You had one guy go immediately direct a threat and he went and put him into custody, got down, put him on the ground. The guy surrendered without incidents. You had another cop coming up with a rifle and a suppressor, look like he was ready to go.

Tag team deployed, so they got all the things done. You never know what that 911 call is actually going to be in reality. Like you get a call and it says one thing and you get on the ground. It's like close but not quite the same thing. That being said, is it an act of terrorism?

The question was asked. I don't actually fault the Boulder PD, but it does kind of tell you how slow to move when you've got the available facts of what you guys said, where he's from and so on. I think the FBI is not wrong and calling it out. I'm also, I saw a lot of people on the political right calling out the Boulder police for saying it was too early to say that. I actually don't fault them for that either. Again, I think it's fine to be cautious.

You don't need to tell people everything you know right when you know it immediately, if you haven't had enough investigative work to substantiate it. FBI is already calling it a targeted terror attack. Would you also refer to it as a terror attack? So I've been in contact with our local FBI multiple times. So we are in contact with them here. We're not calling it a terror attack at this point. Again, it's way too early to

speculate motive. You know, I know there's a lot out there on social media, but I asked people just to give us a little bit of patience while we work through a really complex scene. A lot of witnesses were here. We've taken them to another location to debrief them and interview them. As we do that, I think the picture will become more clear. But it would be, it would be irresponsible for me to to speculate on motive this early on. We're only a couple hours into

this thing. So that's not the wrong response. By the way. That's kind of what you want. You want your law enforcement to be a little bit more circumspect before they start going out there and telling you that it's automatically, yes, it's terrorism and we're sure of it. That retraction would be really awkward if they had to go do the other way.

We had the same problem, by the way, on January 1st this year in Las Vegas and New Orleans. The questions were like all over the place and people were speaking out of turn and people lost their jobs over that stuff. So don't be stupid when you go out and do that. That's probably a good reminder that, you know, a little bit of a little bit of speed. You can slow it all down. Let me hit you with a couple

other things on here. Because there was a story about Jews or people who were supporting Israel were getting burned. We had to see some conflicting reporting and CNN put it on the front page. And so did NBCA, quote UN quote deadly attack sparking conflict reports from eyewitnesses, IDF and controversial aid group in Gaza. That was a story. It was covered by multiple different organizations on the

front page. And I want to just tell you the substantial allegation here is, is that several people were shot. The numbers are conflicting. Some people said as many as 31. Another one said only 11. But a bunch of people allegedly were shot while trying to receive aid in Gaza and that they were transported.

And the numbers are widely varying depending on the new source you go to. And then you go and you read the end, which is the final piece, which is that the United States, the Israelis and the aid organization all say that this didn't happen and that these reports are being fudged. And that is propaganda. It's quite interesting to see that there has to be a balance of coverage. I don't really care what happens over in Israel that much. I really don't. It just doesn't affect me.

I take people at their word in the way that they treat their own citizens. And if you don't treat your people very well, the fact that you've decided to elect a terrorist group like Hamas, which it is, whether you like it or not, the United States government confirms that plenty of people have gone over there and fought against these guys.

If you want to go out there and treat your own people poorly, and I can look at it very simply in the same way I look at the people that fleece this country, Folks that run Hamas are billionaires living in Qatar. They're not hanging out with these poor people that are getting killed or bombed or whatever else. They don't go and hang out with that. That's for the publicans. I mean, that's for the for the for the proletariat like the ugly unwashed masses. They don't want to be part of

that. These are the elite commies, whatever that is. And they're happy to use all this kind of stuff. But it is interesting when our media wants to run side by side stories, one of which is very confirmed. You have a guy, he's an Egyptian national, He stayed over his visa and he got involved in violent attacks against Americans and he had no right to be here. And then you have to exactly throw it up right afterwards that there's this maybe attack in Gaza, which we cannot substantiate.

We don't actually have anybody on the ground there to say that it did happen. And it probably happened only because if it didn't, then our whole like anti-Semitic push, which is what goes on from the hard left right now in this country, they are supporting these people. That would be really ugly for them. This is interesting. I just watched the balance of it and I watched the way that the propaganda comes out.

This is what I think is most interesting for the summer as we come in and it'll play into our palate cleanse as we wrap up here. NBC News suspect in custody after 11 people were stabbed at a homeless shelter in Oregon, a place where many illegal aliens were being housed.

I also see a headline. Five shot, 1 fatally in a gunfight in an outdoor arena in Virginia. 5 people fatally shot on Sunday at a gathering in Danville, VA, happened at 1:30 AM on private property near the North Carolina border. I've got another one. One dead, 11 injured, 80 shots fired. North Carolina house party. As many as 100 people were there. Many high school students before people began shooting. It took pace at 12:45. Couple things are true at once.

I'm going to go ahead and say the other one. Two killed, including a police officer in a California shooting. Suspect was taken into custody. Happened around 7:12 PM in Los Angeles County and Baldwin Park. A man firing a rifle in a residential neighborhood. Multiple people injured in Salem, OR and so on. All of these things are to say that it's summertime, people are heading into the streets, they're heading out late at night and they are involved with more free time.

They're not in schools, some of them have vacation time coming up and so on. It will get spicy this summer and you should prepare for that. If you're going to go to a protest and you can't carry a gun, you should ask why you're even going to be there. Because if you can't exercise the first God-given right to defend yourself, then why are you going to go out there and try to speak where someone might decide to bring a makeshift flamethrower?

And there's an awful lot of stories of violence on the front pages right now. This is the season when that happens. And in this country, we all get to check it again. Do you want to be a victim? Do you want to see things burned around you? Do you want to find out? Like there's a video that I had of a lady saying Oh my God, I wish I had brought my gun. Imagine seeing this guy. Here's the video of the guy that actually was in this. Is that Muhammad character in in

Boulder? He's still carrying incendiary devices and nobody there was armed to be able to take a shot and put him down so he didn't hurt more people 'cause he's right next to other people. We're here, we're here. We can't do nothing. We can't do nothing. We can't. We're not here. Not here bro, we're not. Here right now.

Alcohol. I'm going to tell you very, very clearly, at least under the federal justification for use of force, that man presents an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to either you standing there or a third party having seen that he'd already burned people to the point where they might die. That's a justifiable use of force. I'm not an attorney.

I don't need to tell you that. I can tell you that as someone who read the deadly force policy for DOJ, which is well with inside the constitutional boundary, every single state will have to deal with that. Now, there's places where you

know you're going to go to jail. If you did that in California, if you did it in Oregon, if you did it in Maine, if you did it in in Massachusetts or New York, or if you did it in Washington, DC, you probably would suffer the consequence and probably even Colorado. So adjust that accordingly. But if you're not prepared, you're waiting to be a victims from some guy like that who doesn't care about what happens

next. That guy was more than happy to do things of violence and go after completely random folks that he probably has never met before. I think the odds are we're going to find out that he had no idea who those people were by name. He had no personal grievance. It was all about ideology based on what we're hearing. And that's a really ugly place to be. So defend yourselves, be smart, go out there and prepare.

You know what, you guys can do that with my friends over at Shield. I'll just throw it on the on the screen real quick. If you don't have a small personal handgun that you want to carry, the folks over at Shield Arms do a really good job of putting together a high capacity small Glock. I carry them every day, that's what I shoot. I carry their magazines which give you 50% more rounds in the same kind of little package.

I carry a a Glock 43X which you guys can get from them directly if you want it done with cool paint. If you want it done with the chop jobs, you can make it even more conceivable if you're smaller. shieldarms.com promo code Kyle. You'll save like between 5 and 10% depending on what you do. Again, shieldarms.com, just check them out. I'm not going to belabor it too long, but take care of yourself. Let me give you a pallet cleanse from one of my favorite guys who goes out in the tactical

training space. And he's both funny and he's loving. And it's a reminder that you can buy anything that you can afford in America. That is your God-given right to defend yourself. Should you own a bump helmet? Should you own a ballistic helmet? He was John Level from the Warrior Poet Society kind of giving you a take on this. This is something IA 100% endorse. And by the way, should civilians own ballistic helmets? Well, one, it's America and you get to own whatever you want.

You don't have to explain it. So if you have the serious coin to be able to drop on a $1500 ballistic helmet or more, than I say fantastic. You don't need a ballistic helmet unless one day you get shot in the head and then you'll be like, man, I wish I had a ballistic helmet. You're talking to Jesus about it. So there's that. These are Ballistics. However, this is a non ballistic bump. All these are OPS core and I really like it.

The thing that matters the most to me is having a good suspension system in here that can tighten down. If you don't have this right and it's weighted properly, you're going to get a bad headache from wearing stuff. For me, helmets, the main reason to have it is to be able to have something to hang night vision off of. And so I want to hang night vision off of it. I want it well balanced and I'd like Earpro to be able to be in play as well. And so all three of these setups

do that. If you're tighter on budget, go ahead and get a non ballistic bump. It's going to give you a little bit of protection. If you get shot in the head, though, well, my condolences should civilians and looped over there. John's hilarious. If you guys want to learn something about your introduction to carrying a handgun or a rifle or anything else, he provides great training online for free. So check them out. Warrior poet society 100% endorsed that.

One of my favorite guys for a long time, long before I was ever involved in doing contract creation or whatever it is that I do today. All right, that's it for today. Go out there and and think about these things as you're in the world, Like put your head on a swivel, folks. It's the time. This is the season if you are responsible for your own safety, if you're a conservative person, you believe that you are the only one who's going to come save you. It's not going to be police

teams. It's going to be you and yourself and your family. So that's the message of the day.
