Are you familiar with FBI Special Agents Kyle Serpen? I'm familiar with the name. Is that yes? I'm familiar with the name, familiar with the name, familiar with the name. Let's bring in Kyle Serafin. He's the. FBI whistleblower who helped expose. Government censorship of our First Amendment rights. Now we only have this memo. Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower and American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiasts, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Well hello my friends, welcome to the Kyle Seraphin Show for Friday, November the 22nd, 2024. Yes, we're still in this year working our way towards a transition with Donald Trump in charge and God knows what is

coming. It's been a wild even the last 48 hours. We've got a huge amount of news to try to pack in and some commentary as well. And hopefully those of you that joined us last night are going to be still fresh and froggy to be able to finish out this week. We'll send you the weekend with a lot of good information. And of course, you can see us now on Apple and on Spotify and

so forth. You can actually see us though on Spotify, if you have the app, you will be able to get the video, which is kind of nice for those of you that have been complaining about some of the ads on the other platforms. Ton of stuff we're going to get into today. Everything from sort of the fake war.

We're talking about running for cover, people running for cover, government officials running to hide as we get into the last days of this administration, but also sort of the media running cover for those who keep doing things that we think are sort of the general malfeasance of the mainstream media institutions.

We're going to have a lot of fun regular themes that are being reoccurring, but I think they've got a little bit more bite to them when there are people that are literally running for cover in this world because we've got bombs dropping overseas and the United States is implicated. So we're going to get right into that. Let's go first to say thanks to our buddies at Patriot Coolers. It's Patriot coolers.com. If you want to go to the website, it is coming up on the

holidays right now. So those of you who are thinking about a gift like my wife is, she was sharing me. We were trying to go to sleep last night and she's like, hey, what do you think about this? What do you think about this? And I was like, I think it's almost 10:00 and we should be sleeping. If you guys don't want to have last minute gift orders, if you're a guy and that's kind of your jam, go to patriotcoolers.com. Check it out, see what's out there.

They've got a, a big Black Friday sale coming up soon. We're going to give you a special code for that as you guys start looking. If there's something you just have to have today, it's promo code Kyle. It'll save you 10%. That's not nothing. You can see I'm using my 16 oz right now, which is engraved with the suspendables flag and you can find the Kyle Serafin show collection, which is actually in the show description every time that you guys log into our program.

They're our longest running sponsor. We're really grateful to them and they make a great product. It comes in great packaging because it's American flag themed. It looks good and no one's going to open it and be disappointed like a pair of socks. Not that socks are not a good gift, it's just that there's something about having a tangible thing maybe you put on your office, put in on your desk, and you kind of get other people to see it. And they go, yeah, that's really

good looking. All right, let's do some news, let's do some commentary. Let's do some Kyle Seraphin show. And and just as a kind of a little Friday surprise, I've got this guest commentator that some of you may know it is friendly Friday. There he is. Steve friend. How you doing my buddy? I'm worn out, man. I feel like it's been a longer time since the presidential election than the lead up to it. At this point.

It's just non-stop fire hydrant news cycle going out and we're just kind of all in this limbo situation where we're waiting on, I guess, potential global thermonuclear war or maybe an attorney general that could pass through the Republican controlled Senate. It could go either way, so let's do the breaking news that happened yesterday.

It's not breaking anymore, but why not have someone that has now become one of my new favorite political pundits and commentators actually a senator from the great What is it Commonwealth, I would say of Pennsylvania. Are they a Commonwealth or are they a state? I'm I'm really hazy on that description, but. Virginia and and Pennsylvania, all of you Commonwealth people, somebody put. It in the chat.

I don't know, put it, put it down there and explain to me why you have to be a Commonwealth. Anyway, great commentator John Federman giving kind of an everyman impression that Matt Gaetz did not go the distance after being nominated to be Trump's AG. Caution on the language on this one. It's not my language. He's a senator. I he just sends it how he sees it. Baggage dropping out. Holy shit, I didn't see that coming. I mean like yes, he was the ultimate troll and people have

the opportunity. They can freak out over thing and respond. And if you want to do that, you don't have to. You better pace yourself though, because it's not even Thanksgiving and we don't have to react and take on serious things so seriously that the world's going to spin off its. Axis the way it is right now. But I but I just heard something I heard that Trump is going to issue a new silver dollar to commemorate that. So that I think that's going to be the next cycle.

So there you've got John Fetterman kind of trolling Trump talking about his merch instincts, pretty funny stuff. And so the question of the day and ABC News covered this one is, can Matt Gaetz return to Congress after withdrawing as the AG pick? A special election is expected to fill the vacancy, but it hasn't been scheduled yet because it hasn't been confirmed. Here's kind of the mechanics of that for those those you who are

wondering. He stepped down and cannot return underneath the House rules for the current seat for the 118th Congress. We talked about this a little bit last night on our call in program, but it sounds like because he is the person who was elected that he could in fact go and show up for the 119th and be sworn in on January the third. There's some reasons why he probably wouldn't want to do

that. Most of the reasons are the fact that there is this sort of looming, what do they call it, health ethics probe that was put over there that's probably got have a bunch of defamatory stuff. And the DOJ is obviously in concert with this and they're leaking out the the graph of his Venmos. Steve, what does your Venmo graph look like if they were to go find out who you send money to digitally? It would be to Garreto Boyle. Just one man is an island.

You're you're basically like Cash Patel. If you listen to what Sheila Jackson Lee had to say, you're just a guy who gives money to Garreto Boyle. I mean, look, it's, it's my, my mandate at this point because I can only buy so many jet skis for the cash that cash gave me to buy my testimony to Congress. But hey, look, can we can we take a moment and pause and recognize my fellow Tablet Sinai award winner, John Fetterman? We were named next to each other

on that list of people. I was sandwiched between Fetterman and Ayanna Hirsi Ali. It's one of these things that's not like the other. But is he the comeback of the year award winner as far as being he was a walking Bears report with a lump behind his neck that didn't look good. And when he was in a debate with Mehmet Oz opened up with good night. Thanks for coming out. And now he still votes straight communist. But he sounds definitely reasonable.

Yeah, he does. And he talks about truck nuts and then he explains it to New York Times reporters as we played on here before. It's like really fun. Yeah, he might be the comeback of the year. He, we don't agree with him, right? But he's not unlikable. I guess you got to give him that that. I think he's also saying. What everybody could expect is really amusing.

He strikes me as a guy who in the Olympics who rolled up there and would he take the silver or bronze medal like wearing jeans? And he was a guy who had trained because he got divorced and was like, oh, I got nothing else to do. I guess I'll just shoot guns and become awesome at it. He I know his wife left him. So maybe he's just kind of like really, really Uber focused now on just being a regular based

dude. He's still doing his own laundry, he's still wearing a hoodie like a complete scrub, but I'm not mad at him. I think it's kind of fun. In any case, the the ongoing concern is this who the cabinet picks going to be? It's an excitement on the left.

It's an excitement on the right. You and I have some skin in the game on this because we want to see certain people appointed to certain positions because it benefits our personal lives, which is, you know, no, we're not hiding anything from y'all. How about let me throw this on the screen real quick. This is some analysis being done by ABC.

This is sort of a, an, a partner to the other story we just did about Matt Gaetz, which is to say that Trump promised to disrupt Washington and his picks could do just that. They're kind of panicking about it. I've got a short video, but let's just go ahead and read this. They're worried that he'll remake the government. Like literally the thing that we asked for him to do, he's sort of threatening to do it. And there's sort of this encouraging moment and, and

momentum going that way. The most recent one is Pam Bondi. Do you have an instinct on Pam Bondi so far? I don't from her because I I know she was the attorney general of Florida, but in our back channel conversations that cash Patel seems to have a friendship with her. Other people I've talked to are kind of prominent that I'm trying to trust their judgement. They were excited by that selection. So I guess I'll, they have my proxy on that.

I'll I'll avow that. And as long as it's somebody who pledges to actually be disruptive and it's, it's always amazing to me that we see the the media looking at a politician for office and they're saying, but wait, he made promises and he's, he's actually going to actually fall through on those. That forbid he's supposed to

tack to the middle and unite. You know, we saw Joe Biden say that he was going to unite all Americans right before he decided to go out there and go full Hitler in front of Independence Hall. So. Take away people's jobs. Jobs. Call them jobs. I mean it's 3 letters jobs jobs. That's terrible. OK Bondi apparently is someone that is feared over at MSNBC. Now, listen, they're all about the sky is falling. These people are complete radicals. So anything that looks sort of

reasonable is scary. But here is MSNBC reacting, calling her competent again. I think this is in the favor of a Pam Bondi. In absence of any strong feelings that you and I have, I'll go with what do my enemies think? And I would say that the MSNBC folks are basically enemies, not just of us and you and me, but also the American people. Here's a little taste of people freaking out. Pam Bondi is exactly what I was saying in the last segment that we should all fear because she's

competent. We may not agree with her ideologically, but she actually knows how to do this job. So if anyone on the Democratic side or anyone who cared about liberty or justice was thinking, well, maybe Matt Gaetz will screw this up and that'll give us some time. No, Pam body knows what she's doing. She knows what she's doing about immigration.

Remember, Florida is one of those states that's been very aggressive about migrants and deportation and moving people to different States and everything else like that. Florida has enacted all sorts of rules and laws to to curtail students and, and what they can do on campuses and, and, and finding legal justifications for manipulating education money. She is a dangerous and effective pick.

And that's frankly worse than what we would have got with Matt Gaetz, even with the deplorable moral background that he has. Deplorable moral background that I'm going to miss the idea of Matt Gates coming in like A5 head just dominating these people with head butts I. Mean to them. When he came in to make the pitch to become attorney general, I like to think that he went in and just said I'm going to slay every shibboleth. Who knows if that conversation

actually happened. Now you have a background. He said he was going to go back and cut off effing heads. That's what he that's, that's the quote that we heard from the inside. Do you think we got the foot in

the door technique or what? What sort of sales technique do you think this this involved to say I'm going to put the most extremist who really upsets you and offends you, and then when we take the pressure off a little bit, then you'll accept a Pam Bondi who's actually going to do the exact same thing. I think it's a 321. It's you walk three steps forward. You walk back 2 steps, you move forward one. You're still up two steps.

That's not a terrible technique. This is the thing that you can see people do in sales. You see people do that? Yeah. Is this art of the deal? I don't know. That's what our buddy producer Phil thinks our our former producer. And I'll go with it. I'll, I'll, I'll say this. Let me just also hazard out there that as far as female attorney generals go, the ugliest female attorney generals in order are Janet Reno, Merrick Garland.

And now we've got someone who's like young and dare we say like cute ish. She's not my type, but it's she's certainly better looking and sounds better when she speaks. She sounds more like a woman who's in control of her faculties then Merrick Garland, who sounded like he was going to cry the other day when he was talking to the DOJ as he was doing his outgoing speech. I'm torn. Who do you think is sounds more effeminate and elderly than Merrick Garland or Chris

Wallace? I, I, it's it's a tough call. And and Janet Reno Merrick. Garland hands down. He walks away with it for me. Janet Reno might make John Fetterman cower in fear because she's. Terrified as a. Person. She was a big, she was like a Misses Doubtfire type. I don't know if we were doing the checking at that time, but yeah, it's worth it. OK, so I got another story here.

This is also something I've been meaning to talk about this for a little bit, but I want to throw it back on the screen. This is from CBS talking about the new FCC pick, which is not new at this point. It's a couple days old, but still new to this week, a guy named Brendan Carr, He wrote 2025, The Project 2025 chapter on the FCC, which I think is

also really interesting. And people are starting to kind of freak out about what he might do because he might bring some fundamental fairness to what the broadcast networks are supposed to do, says Donald Trump. The president-elect has picked the FCC commissioner, Brendan Carr, to oversee the agency that regulates US Internet access and communication networks such as TV and radio. He believes that the institution is ripe for change, according to what he wrote in Project 2025.

The demon of Project 25 coming back to scare people again. He's going to be stepping into the role as FCC chair after serving as one of its five commissioners since 2017, when he was nominated to the role during Trump's first administration. Prior to that, he was also the agency's general counsel. He's got a lot of familiarity

there. The FCC is not common to most people's understanding, but it enforces communication laws, runs programs to help communities gain access to high speed Internet, regulates Internet comms and services including satellite Internet access, and so on.

And he said the following the FCC needs to change course and bring new urgency to achieving the four main goals, one of which is reigning in Big Tech. He's been talking about the priorities of censorship and the fact that these things are antithetical to American liberty. He says today a handful of corporations can shape everything from the information we consume to the places that we shop. These corporate behemoths are not merely exercising market power, they are in fact abusing

dominant positions. He thinks there should be a restriction when it comes to section 2:30, which is what says whether they're not a whether they're a platform or they're

editorial content. So we've got a guy that basically says, hey, if we're going to have a Federal Communications Commission that is going to regulate this stuff, maybe they should freaking do some regulation and not have like, you know, if we have an equal time doctrine, you don't let Kamala Harris pop in just before the election on SNL and

short shrift. The other guy, by the way, they used to always do this when I was a kid, They would put on somebody and then like the other person would get equal time, but it would be like at midnight. So they're like, yeah, they're not equal value. They don't make that claim. But we think Brendan Carr's situation and Project 2025 coming back into focus. Project 2025 is is more scary than the all the talk about the Dragons that I keep seeing pop up. Now stand by for that because I

got you. I got you emerged again, Project 2025, maybe it was a little presumptive in its mission to say, well, when when we're back in charge, we're going to insist on these sorts of changes and we're going to insist on these sorts of personnel. It kind of gets grinds people's gears a little bit in the wrong direction. But I think that if you actually read through a lot of the policy that was in there, it's aligning with a lot of what Donald Trump

promised on the campaign trail. And again, what he seems to be pushing personnel into positions to bring about. And personnel is policy here. This guy seems eminently qualified and then always goes back to, to me, you're always going to get the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the communist left. A very much like you would get it from the right if there had been a Democrat who won the

election. I might think about talking to my parents and they said, well, who do you think that is going to be the VP for the Democrats? And I'll name this name or that name. And they're like, oh, they're awful. I'm like, well, could I possibly name one name that you think, oh, that guy's really good. I like you. No, because you're you don't like the Democrats. So you're just going to get that and just go with it and realize that you're not doing a good

job. If you're not taking all the enemies fire from legacy media at this point and criticizing you as a orange, literally Hitler or some sort of despot and tool for tyranny. You're probably doing a good job of the New York Times of saying that. Agreed the the idea of the show is particularly the title talking about running for coverage, the double play on the words, the media running cover by freaking out about things

that don't actually matter. And then of course the actual people that are running for cover that are living in both Ukraine and Russia at this point that are getting trading missile fire. So we'll talk about that in just a little bit. But all of these things kind of play. There is something that Steve and I have like deep in our hearts that we want to always cover and that is FBI malfeasance.

There's a story of a suspendable that some of you do not know and I'm going to throw it on the screen right now. Weaponizing of the DOJ was a hatchet job against the American people and the new Trump administration must restore trust. This is an opinion piece coming to see yesterday, and I found out just as the show was going live by Miranda Devine and she interviewed someone that we

know. I know, and I've been talking to you for nigh on two years at this point, An FBIA senior FBI agent named Zach Stoffstall who was forced out. He had 16 years of experience within the FBI. He was the senior supervisory resident agent, which is to say the top agent in the Coeur d'Alene resident agency answers to the field office in Utah. And he did the thing that many of us kind of think that you're supposed to do. He had a supervisory role over a garbage case that came in.

And when his guy said there's no probable cause to serve a warrant and take phones and search them, which is a Fourth Amendment sort of violation if you don't have PC. He held the line there and he lost his job over it. And so many of you don't know that story, Steve, you want to kind of reflect on what you know about it from the background. And we'll kind of riff on the the the story of Zach for a minute. Yeah, that this was a Patriot Front protest that went on there.

And there was a counter protest that those guys were engaging in because there was some sort of LGBTQAI plus rainbow kamikaze event going on. Patriot Front did its thing, did its high knees, masks and just exercise their First Amendment rights. And they wound up getting arrested locally on charges that were dubious to say the least. But they were local state charges. And once you know it, they brought it over to the FBI and the FBI rightfully, and that office said we can't.

Do run any searches of the phones that you collected from these guys because they have such great operational security that they put all their phones in the same location so that law enforcement could just easily collect it. And the FBI said, no, we're not doing that. There's no probable cause here. We don't even have a federal violation that we can look into. And then the pressure came to bear from DOJ, the from the FBI, and that office held the line on

it like they should. And as a result of that, all of them were scrutinized and have been pressured and, and they're facing career ramifications, including this guy here who was pushed out of that office and I guess punished because he had to go to West Virginia for a time and has lost everything at this point. Yeah. Lost his pension access. So I talked to Zach yesterday. He was removed in August from the payroll.

So he was on a sort of a paid administrative leave, which was, I think, a lot to do with the fact that you and I have been out here keeping this front and center. I'm going to throw something up on the screen here. I don't know why they I like this picture of Donald Trump pointing at people. But there's Zach. You can see he's a regular dude. He he has a big cowboy belt buckle and a nice jacket on. He looks like what you think a Western FBI agent might look like in a respectable position.

And he said, I brought embarrassment to the Bureau. I refuse to take a knee to the machine. Doesn't that sound familiar to those of us who have been paying attention? Again, all he did was evaluate whether or not there was probable cause on a search warrant affidavit that was written by the DOJ, not written

by FBI agents. It was brought to them by a woman named Tracy Whelan, who is the assistant United States Attorney in that area, someone who happens to have a trans child, which is very interesting. And the the supervisor they they brought in to replace him because they removed him from his job and brought in someone who happened to be a lesbian. So we have two people that I would say have conflict of interest.

You brought in this woman named Kathleen Miller from the Boise RA, which I've never heard of an SSA signing off on a search warrant, and maybe you've heard otherwise. Did you ever have a supervisor who didn't agree with what you wanted to do and then sign their own search warrant? Is that a thing in the barrel? That's not a thing that happens at all. That's not the supervisors job here. And like even away from Zach, I I in this week, gosh, this week has been forever.

I've talked to two people who had had headquarters experience and time and have been in the FBI for a similar length of time and independently without any prompting for me. We're saying things like we're making the process, the punishment. We're supposed to be about the process here. And I've voiced my concerns and it's put my entire career in jeopardy.

One guy saying that as a supervisor, he shut down like 1000 guardian leads that they came in that were for First Amendment protected activity and that he got heat as a result of that and was investigated numerous times. And another one having similar experiences were he's been under and was under the the scrutiny of the FBI security office and their OPR office for just doing his job.

And, and they were in multiple field offices, did entire length career lengths and have been just sitting there and trying to bring these the right way through the right channels. And there's no appetite for that at all. If anything, the targeting is on the people that are just want to be the regular dude, the regular agent who just wants to do his job. And that's not what the FBI is built for anymore. They've been reconstituted entirely. It hasn't destroyed the FBI.

They've built a new one. And it is entirely people who are politically captured or people who are vulnerable. I guess you could describe them as or more likely compromised and they'll just follow orders or they're just gleefully doing it as the case down in Coeur d'alane, you've got this person that this supervisory special agent who goes temporarily up to that office because she has a vested interest in seeing a

political outcome happen. And we're going to damn all the other people that actually obeyed their oath of office and followed their training at because the FBI is no longer an objective force for good, which is why it needs to be radically changed. That's my secondary option. I think a renovation is is impossible and needs a demolition. It definitely needs to be beaten down into submission. The danger is that this is actually going to affect libs to people who would otherwise be

interested in American freedom. If you think that your side winning is going to happen forever when the other team is on the top, then you end up getting crushed. This is actually really dangerous for everybody. It's dangerous for all Americans. We'll go and get deeper into that. I've got a little bit more stuff. Again, why we keep lobbying for people like Cash Patel who scare the heck out of the right people. Before we do, let's go ahead and bear with me a moment.

And we're going to pay some bills, but we're also going to say thanks to the folks that do support this program because they allow us to say whatever the the heck we want. And so folks, if you guys want to support us, you can check out the fact that we do have big changes going on and you guys can make some changes in your own life. Picture this. Donald Trump comes back in office. RFK junior takes over the CDC, the NIH, the FDA, everything gets shaken up.

That's what they're scared of. He posted, this is RFK, but the FDA's war on public health is about to end. That sounds pretty good, calling out the suppression of treatments like ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and essential vitamins. Timing couldn't be better for you to know about the Wellness Company and their emergency kits. These kits come through or cut through the red tape rather and the Wellness Company is in fact a premier source for hard to get medications.

When you have doctors that are going to be following a party line and not what they should for your Wellness, be prepared with over for excuse me, be prepared for over 30 illnesses without having to step in front of an urgent care clinic. Waste your time and your money talking about ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, Z pack, amoxicillin, even Epipens, everything you might need to take control of your own health. You know, we always say here that you can prepare or repair.

This is a prepare step. The guide books that they make which come along with these kits, I've got a couple of them sitting on my desk right now. They're actually very well written, outline common treatments for UTI's, urinary tract infections, strep throats, bacterial infections, bite wounds and so on, respiratory illnesses and more. All it takes is filling out the digital intake form, which is on the website and your kit will arrive in one to two weeks.

They even have kits for kids. No more sick out inconveniences. You can get started right away. You can order your kit by going to TWC, right? TWC dot health slash Kyle. Let me throw it back up on the screen there, TWC dot health slash Kyle. Use that code Kyle to save yourself up to 15% and you'll get free shipping. It's TWC like the Wellness company dot health slash Kyle and use promo code Kyle for 15% off, up to 15% off on all these different items. Free shipping, US residents

only. You can't do it outside of the US because you're not free because you are Canadians, no Mexicans. Like I talked to this guy the other day. It's not his fault. But isn't it interesting that people outside of the US always want to have a weigh in on US politics? Because nobody cares what's going on in Canada. They seem like they've already sort of seated that territory. I kind of feel bad, OK? I don't feel bad for them at

all. That's America's hat. And I don't care if you got provinces or senators. I don't even know where any of your major cities are located. That is a very cold hellhole and they can have it. I mean, I'm in long sleep today because it was in the mid 40s in Florida and I I'm not in a good mood. Your blood is going slowly. How about people that are terrified, not in great moods and worried that their legacy might be trashed? This is Andy McCabe again.

He keeps getting invited back on CNN talking to Caitlin Collins about his biggest nemesis, fear and the person that could do the worst damage, which we're all here for. This is a cash only moment. You make of the the combination here, because that's kind of been the struggle is Trump wants someone who can get confirmed by the Senate. I mean, especially given what played out today. But also he wants someone who is going to go in there and do what

he wants. And he's been encouraged by a lot of people on the right to to put Cash Patel in. What would a combination of that look like? Like do you think? And so in my estimation, Caitlin, no part of the FB is mission is safe with. Cash Patel in any position of leadership in the FBI and certainly not in the deputy director's job.

So just. As a as an example, the deputy director's job in the FBI is is unique because of course, the director is a political appointee and the, and the deputy director is typically a senior FBI agent. Somebody spent their entire career learning about the. The FBI understanding its people and doing its work. So the deputy director actually runs the FBI on a day-to-day basis. You're essentially the chief

operating officer. I can tell you from my own experience, yeah, he can tell you about his own experience. He spent 10 years doing criminal, maybe he did 10 years in national security as a supervisor, that nobody cares. He's not wrong when he talks about them being the chief operating officer and that the DD, as we call them, the deputy director actually does in fact run the Bureau when it comes to

the day-to-day operations. And that the director sort of a figurehead, cash would be a good figurehead giving out marching orders. And we have some people in mind that are senior and well understood. There's no reason that a Mike Rogers should be stepping into that role. Mike Rogers knows about as much about the FBI as the people down at your DMV know about the FBI, which is to say they know it exists, and maybe they've met somebody from there once. But Mike Rogers hasn't been

relevant to the FBI in 30 years. What do you think, Steve? Andy McCabe, who gives away the game by saying that the deputy director really runs the day-to-day because he was at that post and is really Uber worried about his legacy from which when he was at that position, he leaked to the media, lied, committed crimes and then was summarily dismissed. Then, of course, the new administration comes in and gives him a good payoff as a good German that he is $700,000 settlement.

And he insisted of course, on getting his senior executive service. His his his anal beads. Tough links. That's so gross that you guys say that. But I don't think you're wrong. That's Andy McCabe, who's really worried about the legacy of the FBI. He is one of the names on the short list of people that the average news following American can list off for FBI corruption and having completely compromised our electoral prospects.

So if he says that Cash Patel's presence in the FBI as the director or the deputy director will disrupt what is going on, I can't think of a better endorsement for Cash Patel. Agreed. One of our regular chatters, Jigsaw, just asked a question. Who should be the deputy director? We're not going to say the name. He will not be named, But let it be known that as rumors ran around, as the rumors ran around FBI headquarters that our preferred choice for deputy director were floated, people

legitimately were terrified. I can assure you of this because we've had it. It's it's come to us from multiple sources. If the preferred choice of the suspendables makes it into the deputy director chair, you won't even have to fire some people. They will be gone before as soon as it is announced they will be out of here. They will not even stick around to find out whether or not we're

going to assign them. I don't know why I'm saying we, but whether or not our preferred folks would assign them to say, I don't know, Puerto Rican R as in the middle of the island where they can't do any more damage. We could ensure them to Guam and Puerto Rico and and send people out the door, which would be fantastic. That being said, we're not going to say his name, but he's. I'm all for an operation where we offer cash awards. It could be cash's cash awards for whistleblower activity on

corruption. And then watch the circular firing squad form up as they all inform on each other and then just fumigate the entire operation. That way. Probably won't have to go out very much cash. Anybody who knows anybody who knows anything about FBI agents is that they are inherently cheap. I think even Steve Friend would fall into this category of somebody he'd much rather like get it assigned to him from the Bureau than buy his own. I think that's probably the case.

Is that true about you? Oh man, especially end of the year funds. Absolutely. I wait wait to request that cool stuff until around mid-september and you can get yourself on a nice SOG pocket knife. I still keep it on my desk. Yeah, or a jacket or something that they'll give you. It's like. $1700 Arcterics jacket. Yes, yeah, I would. So I was always buying my own stuff and people were like, where did you get that? I'm like, I bought it and they're like, why did you buy it?

You could just wait 3 1/2 years and somebody will give it to you if you join SWAT. I was like, 'cause I want it today and I'm a grown up and I think grown-ups have professional tools and in case some really fun stuff, yes, you could get FBI agents to dime their their mothers out for like $100 cash awards, of which they would have to pay 60% or 50% of the federal government on that thing. It don't matter. All right, I want to kind of

pivot a little bit. The reason why we sort of laugh about the Caitlin Collins, why we laugh about Andy McCabe showing up on there and the credibility that CNN does not have is because CNN and all the other mainstreams have been running cover for quite a long time. I have a sort of a good illustration. This came from the Joe Rogan podcast. And it's one of those clips, when you see it, you're like,

Oh, yeah, that's super funny. Do you remember how much they were crying, how much they were bleeding during the first Trump term about what a bad guy he was and how he wasn't taking COVID seriously? And look, COVID is probably one of the worst things that Donald Trump can ever talk about. Except there were things that he was totally right about.

And it was where we saw the mainstream media, CNNSMSNBCS and so on, lose credibility in such a dramatic fashion, especially when you go back and and check the tape. It's like, let's go see the game footage. So enjoy this little sort of montage clip that Joe Rogan played the other day about how badly they did it.

And it was pretty bad. You remember in the beginning days of the pandemic when they were really fear mongering, when they gave a preposterous number of people that were going to die from COVID and what was the percentage at the high point? Was it like 3 1/2 percent or something like that? It was something, there's a compilation video, Jamie, see if you can find it, where they're dunking on Donald Trump because Donald Trump said I've. Heard it's less than 1%.

He was right. He was totally. Quite a bit less than 1%. Conversations with a lot of people that do this, I think the number is way under 1%. So to Fact Check, the World Health Organization says the coronavirus death rate is 3.4%. President Trump lies that the World Health Organization is wrong. The number is 3.4 percent, 3.4% is what it's being reported. My boy Sanjay the. Death rate The percentage is 3.4%, and no hunts from the president can change that.

Trump lied about the most recent World Health Organization estimate that the global death rate of coronavirus is 3.4. Percent Jesus. The 3.4% death rate was wrong, and WHO data later updated it to a fraction of 1%. Let's go back into history. Trump has a hunch that the death rate is lower than one. Percent way under 1% way on If someone put a mozzarella stick in this stupid old I've lied to viewers about the mortality rate way under 1% she's. Spreading disinformation. Disinformation.

Disinformation. If you're president of the United States, you have the world's greatest. Scientists at your disposal, you listen to them. Leading scientists, including Doctor Fauci, wrote in the New England Journal of Medicine that the death rate could be considerably less than 1%. This is where they lost all the credibility, and This is why guys like Brendan Carr stepping

into that space. That's why having competent people, whether they're Project 2025 operatives or not, it kind of makes a difference because the people that you're supposed to be able to trust for news are garbage. And anyway, there's just unlimited compilations of these

people being wrong. This is why the huge boom that the media had during the first Trump administration, I don't think they're going to be able to replicate it because they so sullied everything, be be it Russia, Russia, Russia or particularly to me more is the is the coronavirus where they were verifiably lying and we all saw it and they all had nothing else to do but watch it because we were all stuck home.

I don't think that they're going to be able to reap the whirlwinds of the second Trump presidency, even with the outrage that they're going to blast out over the airwaves, which is why you're seeing things like MSNBC might be just being sold off and CN NS going to have the struggles and I'm here for it. No amnesty for these people at all. They deserve to lose all their

jobs. Their credibility is completely gone and and frankly, for what they put the country through with their propaganda, criminal charges are probably warranted for most of them. Can we have a fun with it for a minute though? Because I do think that there is some entertainment value to this.

It's not completely without it. This is a completely disconnected from any objective reality moment on The View where The View lets you know that not only are they fact checked, but they are actually one of the more reputable. That's the reason why people watch The View. If you're a View watcher, I'm sorry, Correction, if you watch the Kyle Suervan show, you don't watch The View. But can you find me a View watcher and put me in touch? I want to know why they watch The View.

I would like to ask some questions. What is it you get from them? Is it funny because it does look hysterical if you looked at it like maybe if you were day drinking, if you were like, let's say a mom of kids that were of school age and they were not in the house and you weren't home schooling and you were day drinking, I could find this quite hysterical. This is the view talking about

how they're fact checked. And also they Fact Check that Joe Rogan believes in Dragons, which is a pretty interesting claim. And I'm not making that up. And Joe Rogan has updated his bio on Twitter to reflect his only qualification anymore is now joerogan.com. Dragon Believer. It's on the bottom of the screen. Check this out. Here we go. People want us divided, and they aren't just here in this country.

They're foreign, foreign adversaries who are infiltrating our social media because it is prudent for us to stay that way. When you see something that really pisses you off, you should triple check that one. Yeah. But I think that that's why people like our show, because they know that we are checked by ABC News. But it's. Checked by everybody. Yeah. I mean, if we're wrong, we have, you know, the legal note here, the human.

Legal, but in my we went from Walter Cronkite basically to this guy Joe Rogan who believes in Dragons. He, I checked it, he believes in Dragons. He believes in Dragons. Yes, I did. And he also thinks that they Dragons like I guess like dinosaur type type of animals roamed the earth when people did. So this is the type of really really. Bad information that's going out there in defense. There are some really good possible that Donald Trump did roam the earth when dinosaurs.

They're so funny. This is why I went over to, let's see, this is NBC News, a hard news source. And this story is above the fold. And it is more prominent than stories about, let's say, what's happening in Russia and Ukraine right now with the potential for nuclear war. Transgender people are preparing for sweeping policy changes under Trump. All of that stuff that they were able to get done, all of their capabilities of being able to express themselves.

The president-elect has promised to roll out a series of policies targeting trans people, targeting trans people, by the way, on his first day in office. There might be a new federal definition that sex is binary and assigned at birth. As we heard the other day in Donald Trump's own words, these are people who are rushing to legally change their name and update their gender markers on passports so they can run around with them for a couple more years until those expire.

And then, of course, hopefully the federal law is back to sanity. This is this is the the kind of push and let me just show you the kind of people that are doing it. They are so brave. You know that they are. Let's just get a little taste of this and Steve and I'll reflect in a moment. These are the people that are more important than paying attention to potentially nuclear war is like their rights being in French rights. I'm going to put that in air

quotes. Well, I just got home from work and today for the first time I dressed fully feminine in in public, in the broad light of day. It it was to a luncheon at my work with with the board of directors of the theatre company I work for. I wore my lemon dress, the theatre, my my kefia. Stunning and brave. So, so brave. It in the grand scheme of things might seem like a small victory, but you, you got to let yourself celebrate your small victories.

You got to let yourself celebrate the opportunity for manscaping. That is a look if you're going to wear a dress with a low neckline. As a fat guy with moobs, can we agree? Like, I can't wear a dress. I got a sweater underneath here. What is he doing? He looks like a Wookie from Star Wars. Yes, it's not a good look for any man, particularly that one. I'm sure he. What was the most stunning part of his statement, do you think?

The most stunning part was probably, well, I was working for the theater company where he talks about the small victory that he had to have, where I'm sure he was met with standing ovation from the theater. Company. Yeah, that's that's an unexpected thing. I thought the that he referred to himself as feminine when he's basically running around with male pattern fat in what should be protected or almost in our moves. Yeah, well, yeah, you know, no big deal.

Hold on. Yes, a full a full beard. Look here it is one more time. I just got home from work and today he just didn't even shave. He was like, screw it, I'm wearing a dress and everyone's going to call me a woman because I'm so brave. Those people, Steve, are the ones that are basically in danger. Those people are in danger of Donald Trump erasing their rights. To find rights that that's that's always about language. It is. You're going to you're right to what to go into a you.

Can still walk out there and be a weirdo. Like no one's going to stop him from being a weirdo. I don't know where these people think that that's going to stop. We're just going to now just call you a weirdo. As I said, I had a conversation with one of our advertising partners the other day. And when I said something, he was like, listen, I know it's kind of gay, but this. And I go, oh, Donald. Trump. And I was like, Donald Trump is coming back into office so you

can say gay and retarded again. That's funny. And he and he laughed and he was like, yeah, yes, I do feel a little bit liberated. It's like, look, we're just going to call you a clown if you dress like a clown. That doesn't mean I hate clowns. I just don't want them, you know, like hanging around my kids and you can't touch them. And your weird makeup is like, that's your business. If you want to look ridiculous, we have the right to point at

you and say you look ridiculous. You don't have the right to not feel shame or correct or socially ostracized when you act shameful and weird and retarded and gay in public. Like that's how society has always operated for the history of the human species and up until about 15 seconds ago.

So the small victories that you think you're getting where people are just kind of like looking away and muddling under their breath with if they're normal or if they're celebrating, you're really weird and, and just kind of disturbing behaviors. I mean and and not for nothing, that guy, I think he probably gets a a certain amount of a sexual pleasure out of his small victories. And if you auto my. Men. You would have. Problems. That's right. Listen, you had a perfect Segway

on accident. But Speaking of gay and retarded in public, the man who launched 1000 memes was back in the news. And this is the stuff that also again, takes more precedent than what we see like, you know, thermonuclear Holocaust pending Juicy Smollett. His conviction was overturned in the hoax attacked. It was overturned by the state Supreme Court in Illinois. Shocker that the the leftist

people in Illinois did this. Now this came down to something that I actually don't necessarily disagree with, even though it's quite funny and I think it's public shame has been well deserved. Again, this is MAGA country might be one of the great lines that could have happened in the middle of a polar vortex with a noose around your neck by two black eyes who of course were wearing red MAGA hats. Fantastic. This is kind of an interesting little take from the state Supreme Court.

They said we're aware that this case has generated significant public interest and that many people were dissatisfied with the resolution of the original case. I believe it to be unjust. Neverthelessed, what would be more unjust than the resolution of any criminal case would be holding this court, the holding at this court that the state is not bound to honor agreements which people have detrimentally relied upon. So there's this little piece

that is in there. They overturned the verdict on a technicality, which is that Kim Fox, who who Julie Kelly helped fund her election campaign. This, this woman, this far left wing Kim Fox basically entered into an agreement that said community service and $10,000 is what you must do because you lied to the people and you you've staged a hate crime. And they were hundreds and hundreds of hours and millions of dollars spent investigating this thing, which could not be

proven because you were a liar. But she was a representative and agent of the government. And if the government screws up, just like we think on the January 6th case, if the government overextends, the tie needs to go to the citizen. The default position should be that the citizen is right, even if it's corrupt and compromise, which it obviously was. That's my position on there. Do you hold a different thought looking at a juicy small A? Does that sway you other ways,

Steve? No, I and, and I can give the most egregious example, and that's Bill Cosby. Bill Cosby drugged and raped women and then when he made a deal with the prosecutor in Pennsylvania on a civil case, the deal was made that I will tell you what I did, but you can't use it against me criminally. And then they reneged on that deal and prosecuted them on based on what he said. And as a result of that, Bill Cosby won on appeal and walked free.

The victims of that case, the rape victims will never see justice. And it's not anyone's fault other than the government, because the government went away from the prime directive of the process and went for the outcome. It's on the government entirely. I've got a I've got an example of the outcome which is actually truly unsettling. We played a bit of this, actually we played the entire thing.

So if you guys want to go back and watch our call in show from last night, which is a much smaller audience, I ran, I'm going to give you a couple of seconds of this interrogation. This is when the government goes in to do something, not to find out the truth, but to go get that promotion as a detective.

This is a 22 year veteran of the NYPD interviewing Daniel Penny, leaving out critical facts like the fact that Jordan Neely was actually still alive when the police showed up and they failed to render aid. And they are setting this guy up with something really gross. It's a good reminder to you if you're listening to this program. If you are, read your Miranda rights. The answer is you need to invoke your right to an attorney. Steve, stand by. We'll watch this together here.

This is where you're at, right? Now cool, how you doing today? I'm doing well. How are you guys? Very good, very good. I'm doing well. Yeah, surfed in wrinkle. I did. Yeah, surfed in Wrinkle. Oh, nice. What do you call it? There you go. Nice man. I was in 351 I. Was 03/31. Oh cool, she got your weapons. Platoon, nice man. I was not military so I don't

know what that stuff. It's like another language. 3rd Battalion, 6 Marines. OK, there you go, 36. 96 to 2092 Med floats did my thing and then I ended up here. Now I got close to 22. Years here now. All right. So he's just established a sort of rapport basis, right? We're seeing him. He. Used same same. Exactly correct. So they teach this kind of stuff in interrogation. They they want you to be able to make a connection. They're making him feel at home.

He's at ease. You can see he doesn't have arms crossed. The other guys are kind of like one's leaning back, one's kind of leaning in and engaging. They're setting up that we're the same. We're all good guys here. We're just going to talk. This is really sad for me. I'm going to play a little bit further this, again, just a reminder to you, this should be these men should be shamed for what they did to this guy, especially knowing that that guy didn't die.

I've got a parody of it in just a second here, but stand by. Yeah, man. I grew up in Queens as well. Nice, nice, nice. Nice. Everybody's the same. We all we're. So we want to talk to you about what happened today, you know. Thank you for sticking around. You know, and being cooperative, absolutely. Serving in the Marine, yeah. Anyway, for serving the Marine call today. We have to. Read you your rights.

Sure, absolutely. So I'm going to read you your rights after each question, I'm going to say, do you understand? Say yes or. No in a loud clear. Voice, you got to say. Yes or no, You can't just like nod your. Head, I gotta hear it. OK? OK. You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand? I understand. Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand?

I understand. Do you have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during any questioning? Now we're in the future, Do you understand? I understand if you cannot afford an attorney, when will be? Provided for you. Without cost. Do you understand? I understand if you do not have an attorney available, you have the right to remain silent. So you've had an opportunity to consult with one. Do you understand?

I understand. Now that I advise you of your rights, are you willing to answer questions? What's the answer supposed to be, Steve? No lawyer always be closing the door and asking for your Esquire ABCDE. And look, there's another element to it as well that isn't in part of Miranda, but I always included it because I felt that that was an appropriate thing to

say. So I would say, hey, I want to add this extra addendum and that is if you were answering questions at any point, you have the opportunity to stop answering questions. It's not like once we've started the process we can't turn around. That's right. This is not a train that leaves the station and never comes back at any point in time. If you want to discontinue this, we can always, if you have a question where you're like, I need to refer to somebody else,

you can always do that. And the reason why you would do that real simply is what Bill Shipley has said multiple times, which is that the government's interest should only be in fair process, not in an outcome. You do it properly. You don't care about this. That guy had a tattoo. He said death before dishonor turns out a lie, like many tattoos, not telling the truth about what actually goes on with

his real. Values and I'll also say that the reading Miranda to someone is a poor man's IQ test because anyone who answers in the affirmative to that is more than

likely. And I'm not saying anything about Daniel Penny. Maybe he's just a patriotic guy who thought he was did the right thing, was not really questioning it. But in my experience, if you answer yes and you start talking, I know that all of my interview tactics are going to work on you now because you're probably a lower IQ. Yeah, or you have a high degree of trust and if you listen to what goes on, they're talking about it. They broed out for quite a

while. He asked him in bro ways, and then they're obviously setting him up. But they're saying it in such a way that it sounds like it's a couple of guys like you and me talking about getting into a fight. This is what the left sort of sees when they see this is coming from Freedom Tunes. This is Seamus's company doing the legend of the Subway Strangler, the ghost stories about Daniel Penny. I have to imagine that this is what the jury thinks, which is

really terrifying. This man is probably not going to see real justice in New York. If you live in a place like that, this is what you set yourself up for. These are your neighbors. Have you ever heard the story of the Subway Strangler? Whoa, you mean the white supremacist who killed people on the subway? I thought the media covered that story up. What are you guys talking? About his name was Daniel Penny. Imagine it's a dark and stormy night.

You're riding the subway, going about your business, screaming at other passengers about how you'll kill them all, and you aren't afraid to go back to jail. Of. Course, that's normal. That's just what you do. I'll kill you. I'm a murderer, everyone of you. I'm a kill you. That's just what you do when the Subway strangler isn't there. Those are actual. Things that Jordan Needley said. And they actually brought that up in the interview. And they're like, what was he doing?

And he was like, he was running around saying, I'll kill all of you. I don't care about going back to jail. And the cops were like, OK, did, but did you see him put hands on anybody? And he was like, no, but he's like, did you think that he was a threat to somebody's life? And he was like, yeah, 100%. I thought he was a danger to those around me. So they actually set up the answer, which is that we're talking about imminent danger of death or serious physical injury

to another person. Deadly force would even be authorized in that, and he didn't necessarily try to use deadly force based on his own volition. He used a blood choke, which is not deadly. He. Didn't even do that. He said he didn't sink it in. He what he said is I restrained him and I use that as a, as a potential, but I didn't actually apply pressure to the head forward, which is where you would actually put the carotid choke on him.

So all that stuff. Demonstrates knowledge and intent with that one statement and and beyond that, what they've done to put peer pressure on the witnesses. It is for the case where they're saying, well, yeah, everything he did was fine, but I don't want to be called a racist. So he he probably shouldn't have done it or he shouldn't have gone as far as he did. The witnesses, yeah, they, they screwed up. And he says it too.

He's like, look, there are women and children that were thanking me. Like women came by and were like, thank you for doing that. Like, that was really scary. And then they had the sensibilities to turn just into that. Freedom tunes people. Of of course, any normal subway person might scream that he was just a harmless black guy that was totally out of his out of his mind and whacked out and saying he was going to kill people and didn't mind living that right.

Humanized. It's Jordan Neely. And they've dehumanized Daniel Penny. They won't say his name, they're saying the white man. I mean, it's ridiculous. It is all right, then this is what was being covered up. Again, we're talking about the theme of cover and running for cover. And running cover for this is a couple things I want to hit real quickly and I'll just go reflect on him in a second. There's a really heavyset guy on the video for this particular

article. Putin says that Russia attacked Ukraine with a new missile series and they threatened Western countries for arming Ukraine. You know, like the way that you might do if you're a nation that wants to protect yourself. In a stark warning to Western, Western countries that are arming Ukraine, Ukrainian President sorry, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday that he would order an attack on Ukraine using new intermediate range ballistic missiles.

In response to Ukraine firing, US and British supplied longer range weapons to hit targets inside of Russia. Those, of course, probably have US personnel and British personnel on the ground teaching and advising in that sort of special advisor role so that they can actually operate said weapon systems, which are not intuitive necessarily and probably written in English if you had to imagine what the

manual say. But Putin said in a televised address that this was the first Test of a new weapon system and that Russia reserved the right to strike countries and AT countries that provide weapons to Ukraine. They're giving a very clear message. This was a little briefing that was being done at the Pentagon answering these questions. They got a very serious lady who looks like she, she looks familiar to me.

I don't know why. And she's going to try to get the order of the questions right as she answers. What the heck just happened? Thanks, Lita. So trying to remember some of the order of your questions. So I can confirm that Russia did launch an experimental intermediate range ballistic missile. This IRBM was based on Russia's RS26 rubage intercontinental

ballistic missile model. In terms of notifications to the United States, the United States was pre notified briefly before the launch through nuclear risk reduction channels. For more I'd I'd refer you to state on that. And I think your, your third question was on our reaction to

Putin's comments, right? So this is what it looks like Steve, I'm showing a video right now that you can talk over with me. I'm going to turn the volume down a little bit, but this is what it looks like in Russia with the US supplied missile systems dropping, dropping fire clouds all across. There's guys in the background that you're going to see that are filming it essentially from

an apartment building. You can imagine why they might want to strike back when these things are happening in their homeland. This is not at the front. This is deep in Russian territory. The Biden administration is basically like an evicted tenant who is going to tear up the apartment on his way out the door to set it to a point where it's irreparable at this point.

Yeah, we're, it's like, it's like when you get a like a house that's been repossessed or you're trying to buy something, you're looking at essentially people that are ripping stuff out of the walls, right? They're pulling things off. They're. Picking the mirrors out of the bathroom. Yeah, just destroying things. It's like, anyway, the idea that this would be going on when you're dealing with this sort of thing in your hunt in your country, you're going to strike back.

America wouldn't tolerate that. Let's say they were doing that to El Paso. Let's say they were doing it to Albuquerque or Phoenix, which is on the, you know, within 200 miles of a border, let's say. Just take it to a more familial level, like if one of your kids is doing the I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you, which is what we've been doing for the last two plus years. And and then you're kind of saying, hey, if if the other kid swings back, I'm not really

going to defend you. And then the kid says, well now I'm going to start poking you. Yeah, let me, let me hit you with two other sort of like pieces of evidence as we sort of like consider the the Biden administration stripping the copper out of the walls. More aid workers have been killed in 2024 than any other year per the UN report. This is coming out of Reuters, which is pretty wild there. And and this is an sorry, this is Associated Press briefing.

So another wire service before the year is even over. 2024 has become the deadliest year on record for humanitarian personnel worldwide, says the OCHA spokesperson. That's the Office of Coordinated Humanitarian Affairs within the UN. They're surpassing 280 deaths, which is pretty wild. These are people that volunteer to go into places like Gaza, Sudan, Lebanon, Ukraine and so on. They show the best that humanity has to offer and they're getting killed in return in record

numbers. This is sort of the statement that's coming out of there, a sort of a legacy of the Biden administration if you want to do it. Let's hit a couple of other legacies. They're also doing a last ditch effort, per Fox News, to open restrictions on immigration, which I think is worth noting. These are the people, the mainstream media continues to run cover for them as they do this sort of game. They are loosening in, in restrictions.

They're allowing people to to register and skip their in person check insurance, which are supposed to happen with the ice office and they're doing so via app on their phones. I guess that means we could probably track them, but it's essentially keeping that that one in person visit that they're supposed to have to keep things going on. And that should be the standard. And then I've got one last little thing here. We got this, which was kind of

an interesting piece. Let me throw this little breaking news piece that they had yesterday about Mayorkas and Ray, people that actually work for us. You'd think deciding to skip out on a hearing. Welcome back. Quick update, the Senate hearings on the threats to the homeland has been postponed indefinitely. Senator Rand Paul says Mayorkas and Ray are refusing to provide public testimony, but to follow that story. OK, so they're going to refuse

public testimony. So we have the Biden Harris HHS secretary and that's Javier Becerra talking about what was going on instead of the two people talking about national security. And he ends up being asked questions about why migrant children were being placed with sex offenders and pimps and had of course, no answers to it.

He's a so-called Catholic, but he's also apparently pro abortion and pro transgender, which again, continues to be that's, I think that's what this is going to go down as in this administration, their, their reputation is going to be the opposite of what they claimed, which was transparency. They're just obstructionists, even out the door.

Hat tip though, to the House Republicans who fully funded all the money that we sent over to the UN and the Department of Homeland Security, which allowed 10s of millions of illegal aliens to dream across the border. And to the Health and Human Services, which facilitated the loss of hundreds of thousands of children who have now been trafficked for labor and sex across the country.

So I hope that you all really reap the whirlwinds during the midterms of 2022. And you were, you wore your Lake and Riley pins to the State of the Union because you kind of pretend to care about the regular people for a minute. But the ultimately, when it comes down to it is we're just going to keep the status quo. There was a mandate that happened a couple weeks ago on November 5th from the American people. The mandate was you need to

shatter the status quo. Unfortunately, too many people, including those who report to represent us, got a different mandate. And their mandate was Let's put up as many speed bumps and roadblocks as we possibly can to thwart the change that the American people are demanding. That's correct. And let me just give you another little example of why you must remain skeptical and vigilant. We had a couple of people lose some faith in Tucker Carlson interview with Russ bought the other day.

I'm sorry that that happened for you. I'm sorry that I had to disabuse you of the notion that Russ is one of those really great people in the world. I don't think that's the case. There's a lot of people out there that do shady things and they use their influence and their capabilities for not the original stated purpose. And here is a good example of it. This is one of the wildest, most interesting, bizarre stories. Again, you must be on guard and skeptical.

Niantic uses Pope Pokémon Go player data to build an AI navigation system. This goes hand in hand with what Elon Musk said, which is a completely different story about art often being used for money laundering and tax evasion. Not everything is what it seems. For whatever that's worth, let it be known. Sometimes people are defrauding you. They are presenting one thing upfront and they are doing something different.

This is a legit story from Ars Technica and here's a guy kind of reporting on it in a TikTok style format. He said it as well as anybody so no reason for me to repeat it. So Pokémon Go was a scam? Niantic just announced that they have been taking the data from Pokémon Go and using it to build one of the largest Geo models for navigation ever. And so basically all the people who've been playing Pokémon Go over the years have been free Geo navigators.

And they would, when they wanted something to be geolocated, geolocated or pictures of an area to be taken, they would put Pokémon in those areas. So people would go out there and take the pictures and navigate the areas, all while being tracked by their GPS navigation devices. That's crazy. That's how it. Works thinking. 100 steps ahead, I don't think it's 100 steps ahead. That's just thinking normally that if you don't pay for the product, then you are the

product. And that was historically known for people that dealt with these apps. And I mean, that was one of my favorite ones about the, the GPS where the guy couldn't figure out where the road was because he, he was like, it doesn't lead anywhere. And he went there and he realized that the square that had one ingress and one egress, it was the same spot. It was just a Krispy Kreme that he'd been driving around.

Because he keeps going to buy more and more doughnuts so many times that it mapped that as an actual Rd. You're the product. Yeah, you're the product. All right. Another thing, product that may not be products. This is when you spend a ton of money on just a banana. This is not a Sigmund Freud joke. This is what happens when you spend an ungodly amount of money. Maybe, in fact, this is involved in something like money

laundering. This is one of the most absurd things in the world, unless you look at it with that sort of skeptical lens. I'll just let you guys know this is the most expensive banana on earth. Here it is in all its splendor. We're going to begin at $800,000 at 800,000 dollars, $850,000 now. 800 and 5900 thousand. Thank you, Sir. 1,100,000 is your bid, Sir. 1,200,001 million, 300 thousand, 1,000,400 thousand, 1,500,000. We are looking at an ordinary banana and an ordinary piece of

duct tape. However, what makes The Ordinary extraordinary is the intention of the artist who put this together. It's saying here that it debuted selling a couple of different editions for 120 to 150. 1000 there it is, $4 million, say 5 please $5,000,000 Don't let it slip away. Asian lady on the phone. 5,100,000 the world's most expensive banana at 5,200,000

we're. Slipping through the auction of. 5 million two and I'm going to sell it here, fair warning, at $5,200,000 the Catalan. It's yours. Congratulations. Thank you. Congratulations. You've just bought the most expensive banana and ever. And by the way, after fees and all the things that go along with it, it's about $6.1 million for a banana and a piece of duct tape.

Go. It could be a plot from Brewster's Millions or could be one of the more infuriating things where look, I'm a believer in you earn the money and you should get to spend it on what you want. But there's a reason that if you take the $100 bill and you light it on fire in front of people, it's you saying, look, I could do something productive with this money and I could bring good into the world. But instead I just, I want to

bring destruction. And I, I enjoy knowing that it won't be used for that, which is just, it's, it's anti human really what it comes down to. That's why it's so gross. All right, sorry, I was going to throw this on the screen here again. Art is often used for money laundering and tax evasion. So say if Elon Musk, that explains a lot of the large part that seems apparently irrational. And again, don't have any faith in the things that you're seeing out there.

You should always try to just trust your eyes, ask the questions, find out if there's more going on. Steve, are you guys doing AMRAD this weekend 'cause there is a big question about that, whether or not it's happening?
