Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Hello my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Serif and Show. Today's Tuesday. It's June the 10th. It is summertime, it is hot, outside temperatures are flaring, and people are absolutely ridiculous.
We are just dealing with some of the dumbest, dumbest people in this country getting wild. But that doesn't mean there's not other things going on too. Apparently the left is going to try to get, I don't know, like the middle involved with their ridiculous protest by saying they are doing no king protest. I, I didn't understand this. I actually got invited to go see some of the stuff that was going on.
One of my neighbors sent me a protest announcement for what's happening here in the Austin area. I'm outside of Austin, TX for those of you who do not know and, and it was like the no king protest. I was like, what the hell is no kings? Is it like Latin kings have something to do with No, I think they're actually saying that you that we don't elect a king. So they want all of you, the sovereign types that want to say that they're libertarian, that say they want to be left alone.
This is the same people that think big government is the answer, that actually think communism and or socialism is the proper way that things should go, that we should have a rigidly structured, centrally organized government system that runs our life and possibly hands out all of the income people who worship the God of government, if you will. Those people are running no King's protest. So, you know, of course, that's what's going on. Of course that's what's happening here.
So we're going to talk about the no kings declarations of war, which is quite funny. But we're not going to be only preoccupied by what's going on in the protests, which are starting to happen in other cities. We're seeing them not just in Los Angeles. They've now gone to Dallas. They've moved to New York. I expect to see them in all the major cities. It did take the left a little while to get their feet
underneath. And maybe they were waiting for the thaw, kind of like the foreign fighters used to in Afghanistan, when you'd have people come in and then things would slow down during the winter. All of my G Wad vets know what I'm talking about. You would get this information that casualties would kick up, conflicts would kick up when people became more active.
So now people are in the streets and they're angry and they're upset about Donald Trump. Or maybe they're just getting paid to feel that way and they want to get the no Kings crowd involved. Very interesting. We're not going to just do that though. Like I said, we've got a bunch of other things going on, including a recently declassified document that vindicates Gerardo Boyle and Steve Friend, my friends over on the American Radicals podcast who do one just after this.
If you guys haven't checked them out, it's at Amrat pod. You can find them starting at it's 1030. Actually not it's 09/30 here in Texas. So right after we finish, they're on live on Rumble. Check them out. We got RFK doing things that he promised. We've got Pete Hagseth sort of back in the crosshairs because he can't get people to work for him. You wonder why? It's almost like there's a concerted effort to go after
this. Donald Trump is going to give you 1000 bucks for having a baby and a savings account. That doesn't sound awesome. A couple of other things that are out there. Yeah, they're not the worst ideas, but anytime government gets involved, I sort of hate it. So big, big, serious amount of things going on. And then of course, the utterly unserious people that are out there in the world as well.
Before we get started with all of that, you guys can tell I'm only awake by the grace of God and by a little bit of caffeine. Actually, last night was kind of a long night. I was up till almost midnight with little kids. One of the ways that we get riled up in the morning with my friends over at Blackout Coffee. You guys can check them out, it's Blackout coffee.com/kyle. If you're going to be drinking coffee anyway, you might as well drink good coffee.
I do believe that there's not a lot of luxuries that I afford myself. We have been telling you about Blackout Coffee for a couple of months. If you haven't made a switch yet, we'll break it down right here. It's not another coffee company. This is a company that's built on hard work and grit and American values. They make a great product. Their packaging is simple. It's black and it's white and it's right over my shoulder. When you guys see it.
In addition to on one side I've got some military apparatus and a hatchet and the other side we got what keeps us going, which is our sponsors on the wall. Check them out. They're running out of a 64,000 square foot warehouse, but it wasn't always that way. They did work out of a home garage and launched the company the same way that we did this podcast, kind of organically, kind of on a shoestring budget, on a wing and a prayer, if you will. They roast every single bean in house.
They're packing them all themselves. They employ over 30 hard working Americans. Not illegal aliens, no kings. It doesn't really fit, does it? It's just a damn good cup of coffee made by people who do give a damn. Blackout coffee is not just about the great cup of coffee, it is about the American Dream. People who started their company with no shortcuts, no woke
nonsense, no weak beans. Maybe more like a kick in the beans if you need to get woken up in the morning, blackoutcoffee.com slash Kyle, it's Blackout coffee.com/kyle. Use that promo code, it's my name Kyle. For 20% off your first order, help them keep the American Dream alive. Keep yourself alive and awake and your head on a swivel because we are in a wild summertime and you might need to have a little bit more awareness about you like I do blackoutcoffee.com/kyle.
Again, get that 20% off your first order and then figure out how long it takes you to drink it. That's a really good idea. All right, we're going to dive into today's show. Let's get going here. That song is actually called Let's Go, go, Go. I think I've told you guys that before, but that is what it comes for. We call it for some reason. I think it's called a title card. I actually don't know what any of the terms are. This is a new business to me, but I do like that song.
It does get me feeling like we're about to launch into something. Let's launch into this one. Look at this diverse socio political factors amplifying persistent domestic violent extremist threat. That sounds like some analytical intelligence community talk and newly released story. Recently declassified Intel showed that the Biden administration was tipping the scales. They declassified analysis showing that the Biden administration used.
Oh my gosh, you guys are going to be shocked because this is also going to play into today the capital riot AKA our 911.
So say if people inside the FBI, the January 6th attacks on the Capitol, which were also sometimes an unguided accidental tourism and sometimes like a holes acting like a holes in the streets that was actually used to inflate domestic terrorism stats and therefore sort of improve on the narrative that there was a huge domestic terrorism threat in 2022 and 2023. Kind of like what my friend Garrett and Steve said, we now have the Intel product that
backed this up. Newly declassified evidence shows that most of the reported rise in so-called domestic terrorism cases cited by the Biden administration as a basis for instituting sweeping expansion of federal law enforcement were actually tied to one single event. This is this is quite literally what Steve Friend called out. It tipped the scales in their favor. It was the capital riot of January 6th, 2021.
Artificially inflating the domestic terrorism threat was revealed in these newly declassified documents from early 2022 made public by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who continues to quietly just get little wins like this. I mean, at the end of the day, we're not going to be able to dismantle the entire intelligence state, But what you can do is kind of poke holes in the legitimacy of it with things like this. This was called special analysis.
It was a report for U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies from February of 2022 showing a 61% of the alleged domestic terrorism cases were being investigated by the FBI at the time. They were all related to the capital riot. Another 78% of the arrests allegedly tied to domestic terrorism in 2021, in fact, stemmed from a singular riot that happened in January. Of course you know what I'm talking about.
The Biden administration has long been accusing conservatives and civil libertarians of dodging reality for years. And in fact, what the reality was is that they made-up a so-called insurrection and they use that to boost the numbers. Why did the FBI do it? Is it because they hate conservatives? No, it's not. We give you the nuance here because it's relevant to know the FBI was chasing budget in the same way that you hear Chris Ray, Jim, Comedy Bob Mueller before him.
Cash Patel is also saying we will always try to defend our headcount and we'll defend our budget because the only victory in law enforcement, sorry, the only victory in federal government, let's go broader. The only victory when you work at a government agency is to grow and expand your power. Nobody gets credit for shrinking the size of government. That's an executive function maybe, maybe a Donald Trump type would, but nobody else goes in and says, you know what?
I walked into the Department of Education. There were a 15,000 employees when I got there and when I left we were down to 3800. That is what private business does. That's what Elon Musk did at Twitter now X, right? He went in there immediately, 50% haircut. The site still runs. Maybe he took off 80%. You can cut a huge amount of people and still be successful in the mission, but that's not what government does. What they do is they grow.
And all of this, all of this special analysis on socio economic and socio political factors, all of this is justification for doing the things that they always wanted to do in the 1st place. They wanted to have a bigger, broader, more capable, more Intel focused FBI.
We know from other whistleblowers that there was a significant problem with the way the FBI was allocating resources and they were actually trying to tie some of those domestic terrorism cases into international terrorism because they overshot their load on domestic and they had to allow hours. The FBI actually allocates their hours and man hours on congressionally mandated requirements. That's how they achieve their
budget. And so there has to be some that are on what's called IT or international terrorism. Some of them have to go to DT or domestic terrorism. They have to have a certain amount on the cyber threats. They have to have a certain amount on counterintelligence and so on. We would constantly get told, hey, what were you doing yesterday? And I would say, well, I was doing cardiac training because I'm a paramedic. I'm 1 of 50 special agents who
are also paramedics. So I needed to do a refresher course for my licensure. And they were like, well, that's related to counterintelligence. So bill it as counterintelligence. Don't bill it as training in the same way that attorneys will book their hours against specific cases. They'll bill them on the six minute increments, right? 10th of an hour and so on. Maybe an eighth of an hour, depending on what your your firm does. 6th of an hour. They're billing numbers against
cases. The FBI does it against case categories. And that's why you had this massive push to add a bunch of things to domestic terrorism. This was a money maker for FBI executives. But like I said, it wasn't because they just hate conservatives, You, me, whatever. They're just pursuing their own ends. It's really, really necessary to understand that.
And once you understand that the the enemy is it is self interested, it is self protecting and that it only looks out for its own interests at the cost of maybe even the liberty of the people that work there maybe understand things like this. This is coming from NBC News. That story was from just the news, John Solomon's outfit. This one is NBC News saying that the White House is struggling to hire senior advisors to Pete Hegseth.
At least three people have turned down potential roles working for the Defense Secretary of the former Fox News help. His supporters say his leadership has been effective. But remember, a lot of what these people are doing is making it so that if you show up to work there, then you're screwed. The rest of your life is going to be uncomfortable. We've seen this with Supreme Court justices had their life threatened. The White House is looking for a new chief of staff.
Several other advisors to support Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth that for a series of missteps have shaken confidence in his leadership. You just heard in the sub headline that supporters say he's doing a good job, that in general, he's actually leading the way that people were hoping. But if you can't fill the spots because those spots mean that you're going to be PNG, you're not going to be able to, to, to show up at your social club. You're going to have to clean
out your locker. You got kicked out of the, the, the places where your wife might want to go and hang out if people are going to have some extreme cost. This was actually the issue in the argument that was made that Donald Trump was going to be suffering socially by taking on the presidency in 2016, that he was going to alienate himself from the crowd of people that he ran with.
And we saw it happen, all the people that were more than happy to give hugs and kisses and bring them on the view and all that kind of stuff, all the Donald Trump stuff like that. The different that he was suddenly a different Donald Trump. He was PNG, if you will. He was no longer a person that people could associate with Defense. Top jobs, including the the chief of staff, are normally considered prestigious and typically attract multiple qualified applicants.
But at least three people have already turned down these potential roles, according to a former US official, persons familiar with the matter. They said they have an active interest in trying to find ways to help Pete Higgseth after he abruptly suspended 2 hand picked senior aides in April, accusing them of leaking classified material during a Fox News interview. And soon afterwards, he announced the removal of his current chief of staff or his
previous chief of staff. He did it on Fox News. A lot of Fox News is the only downside. Of course, we have to take it with a grain of salt because it did come from NBCA legacy news outlet. Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell said, quote, the anonymous sources cited in this article have no idea what they're talking about. And that might be true, too. It does seem like an attempt to to sow division and to make
things look worse than they are. Kind of like how the media really, really jumped on this Donald Trump versus Elon Musk. That kind of went quiet for a little bit, didn't it? Where's the Donald Trump V Elon fight? We were having a billionaire beef. I think that's actually what what ended last week's programs. Doesn't mean the ladies on The View forgot about that. The ladies on The View always love them a good beef and they would really like do a pine on what's happening behind the
scenes. This is always fun when they disagree on what's happening. It's actually going to be the topic of our palate cleanser that Elon Trump fight, which strangely has seemed to go away. Of course, just a few minutes later. It makes you wonder if actually, I don't believe in the 5D60 chess game. But I do think that a little bit of controversy is Donald Trump's game. He just got a new controversy right now and it's against Gavin Newsom.
And that is far more preferable than fighting with Elon Musk. I'm sure there were some contentions. He was obviously going to leave anyway. The View ladies are conspiratorial. They think that maybe he set it all up. Hey, if you got him thinking like that, you're kind of winning in that way too. So here's the ladies having a little discussion on what they call hot topics in. This, this fight. My money is on Donald Trump though, because he clapped back and said he'll go after Elon's
Pentagon contracts. He gets over $20 billion from the Department of Defense. And I love that y'all bought into it. Oh, it's not. It's not fake. It's not. I do believe it's fake. Oh, you do. Yes, I do. Yes, I do. It's too strategic. It's tap. You're giving him too much credit. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I just feel like, oh, yeah, Now suddenly everybody's upset about stuff. I'm sorry. No, this is this is another distraction to keep us talking.
Not about the stuff we're talking about, right, but the stuff they want us to do. I I'm not bothered. I don't bother them because they lie. Yeah, but both of them are so legitimately crazy. They brought a man back. They brought a man back into this gentleman you were talking about. First they said, oh, look at his hands. He's got all these gang signs. Then he's this. And now he's, you know, he's been running people out of the country. He's been, you know,
trafficking, trafficking people. It's like, OK, what else? Bring me more because I don't believe anything they say anymore. Because they have shown themselves not to be the most trustworthy people you want. She's like prematurely enlightened, isn't she? Oh, Whoopi Goldberg. I kind of love that. I kind of love it for her that she's almost there. She's distrusting what the media is saying. If only she could get to the point where she just trusts the
people that she wants to trust. The Rachel Maddow types, the people that think that we are actually seeing federal law enforcement act like slave catchers. Yeah, we've got a little bit of those clips coming up. Donald Trump was actually asked about this and he kind of kind of demurs. This is the right way, by the way. You can have a, a kind of a disagreement with people. The end of the day when you're asked directly, hey, are you going to throw away the gift or
the thing that you bought? Are you going to discontinue using all the products that that guy had? Nah, he's not. I think Trump gets excited, angry and moves on very quickly. This is my wife listened to this. I think my wife is the audience for this kind of thing. He's like, Nah, he's a good guy. I wish, I wish him the best. I wish him the best. Watch this. Are you going to get rid of the Tesla and the Starlink service that you have here at the White House? No, I haven't heard that.
I mean, I may move the Tesla around a little bit, but I don't think we'll be doing that with Starlink. It's a good service. Where? Are you going to move it to move it around? What do you mean? I have a lot of locations actually about about the I got so many locations that I don't know what to do with the ball about. The Tesla Did you ever see Elon Musk get physical with the Treasury Secretary? No, I didn't.
And I tried to. I did have an argument, but I didn't see it. I didn't see a lot of physicality there and. There was this New York Times report that he did not want to talk about Elon Musk that alleged that he, towards the end of his time in the White House, was blurring the lines between recreational use of drugs and medicinal. Do you think he ever had drugs here at the White House? I really don't know. I don't think so. I hope not. Look, I wish him well, you understand?
We had a good relationship and I just wish him well. Very well, actually, yeah. Not just well, he wished him very well. That's the kind of thing you say when you send somebody off on a journey, isn't it? We're going to talk about the travel ban in just a second. It actually reminds me of the, the, the Harrison Ford line from the movie Clear and Present Danger. Do you guys remember that? Where whenever the president was being advised, they said, you know, you should run away from
controversy. You should run away from these problems and, and Harrison Ford gives him the advice. He's Jack Ryan in the movie. And he goes, no, I think whatever they say, you should double down on it. You should double down and say more of it. If they ask you if he was a friend, you should say no, he wasn't a friend. He was a lifelong friend. And Donald Trump is like, he's like, you know, I wish him well. Actually, I wish him very well. It just takes all the wind out
of the sails. It's fun to watch. All right, Speaking of wishing people well, apparently there's now a travel ban. So this is some outrage coming from our friends over at NPR. It's been a little while since I looked at NPR. I kind of wanted to see what the lefties were up to. NPR is my favorite because they're they're like a succubus on on the American taxpayer. And they also just give us bad dreams like fake news.
President Trump's extensive new travel ban took effect just after midnight on Monday. So that just happened. We are now in travel ban city or in 12 or nationals of 12 cities from entering the United States, partially restricting those of seven others. Remember, they used to do what was called like a Muslim ban. That was the messaging that happened in Trump. One point O apparently that
wouldn't hit in the same way. And this was actually not even covered by any of the other major news outlets. ABCNBCMSNBCCNNI went to the New York Times today and I also went to Washington Post not not front page for any of them. The travel ban. So only only the like the the special characters out of out of NPR. Donald Trump announced the policy last week.
And they've decided to tie it to a firebombing attack in Colorado. Whether it was related to that or not, I have to imagine it was already in the works, saying it's necessary for national security. It revived the controversial travel ban that Trump enacted in his first term. There we go. And promised to restore. He promised to restore this on the campaign trip. So this is one of those promises made and kept, Quote, the recent terror attack in Boulder, Co.
I think we actually played you. This clip has underscored the extreme dangers posed to our country by the entry of foreign nationals who are not properly vetted, as well as those who have come here on temporary visitors and overstayed their visas. We don't want them. He said last week the ban mostly effects countries from Africa and the Middle East. The guy who was charged in Colorado is from Egypt, which is not a restricted country. But Trump said he can add or remove things as he wants.
It's worth noting like some of these little wins, they need to be done. And because the left is so fixated on no kings, they're so fixated on ice rage, which by the way, I didn't realize what kicked it off. It was a raid at 2 little companies and it was like 40 or 50 people that were arrested total. And now you have, I imagine hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars in property damage going on in Los Angeles.
You're seeing some of the stuff that's going on, the fact that they're destroying pieces of, of, of islands and, and, and curbs and, and concrete embankments, like having the government come and fix those is going to be incredibly expensive. So you just can imagine how bad the damage is going to be. And it's all over. What like a few people getting separated that needed to be separated that were violating the rules of this country.
I got a little clip that kind of put some light on that as well. Let's not finish before we knock out a couple other news stories and then we'll get to that. The the LA stuff. This is also useful. Talk about removing people. How about removing 17 members, all of the members of the CD CS vaccine advisory committee. Now there's some clips that are running around out there right now that are worth watching on
social media. And I didn't bring them for today, mostly because they're they're visual only. And you wouldn't be able to understand anything out of the audio. But there's some leaked footage from the CDC vaccine advisory committee meetings. And it's essentially, you know, a dozen and a half people sitting around in these tables asking questions of two ridiculous looking women who are wearing the military uniform, which goes along with the Department of Public Health.
And they wear like colonel's ranks on their shoulders. And the stupid bow tie thing that you see ladies wear. It's the black kind of army looking outfit and the white shirt underneath. They look absolutely absurd. What's wild is the questions that were brought up during these vaccine advisory committee meetings are fairly logical. Like are we recommending that this be given in tandem with other vaccines that are currently going on right now?
And the answer is we don't have any information about what happens if they combine. Are there any tests that are going on related to administering this vaccine in addition to others on the schedule at the exact same moment? We don't have any guidance based on that right now. Then another person asks a question and says, is this what they do in Europe? Are there any other examples of westernized or First World nations essentially giving these sort of vaccines in the way that
we do? And then the answer comes back, no, they're not doing that in Europe. And we don't have any other examples of anyone else doing it. And then jump cut to the vote and the lady who was that I saw in one of the clips, which was from 2018, she's out there. She's like, grab your little votee thingy, machiney thingy. It's like a little remote.
It's a remote voter. Same thing that a lot of college kids are, are, are doing for surveys and stuff like that or answering questions on pop quizzes. So use your little votee remote. And then they show the results, which I wouldn't be able to show you here in a meaningful way. You can see it on the screen, but you wouldn't be able to hear
it if you're listening. The vote comes in 100% unanimous approval, no abstains, no declines to vote, no voted present, no Nos 100% based on bad information that came in. No one's ever done this before. We have absolutely no data about administering it with other things they don't do in this in other places. And we 100% approve this. It makes you wonder, are these people in the pocket of are they
just lazy? And I honestly, I don't know the answer, and I think most of you don't either, which is why the medical establishment has lost so much credibility of late. Read the story here. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Junior announced on Monday that he is removing all 17 sitting members of the CDC's vaccine advisory committee and replacing them with brand new people, the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices or known
as ACIP. If you guys want to read more on that. First of all, I'll post this over on kyleseraphim.com in the comments for this video. But second of all, if you want to read about ACIP, check them out as well. And you can find clips on social media if you'd like to also review some of the footage. It is pretty wild to watch. They make recommendations on the safety and the efficacy and the clinical need of vaccines and then unanimously approve them anyway.
Quote, today we are prioritizing the restoration of public trust above any specific pro or anti vaccine agenda And quote, so sayeth Robert F Kennedy, quote, the public must know that unbiased science evaluated through a transparent process and insulated from conflicts of interest guides the recommendations of our health agencies, UN quote. We all kind of thought that was the case maybe prior to 2020.
There's probably a small number of you that thought otherwise, but if you would ask me, hey, are these things evaluated for safety? Let's say in 20, 16 and 2018 when I had my first kids going to pediatricians, 2019, things like that. When I'm taking my daughters into the office on a regular basis for their check UPS, I would have thought, yes, I really would have.
And at this point, with so many of us opening our eyes, like I said, we're we're all past where Whoopi Goldberg was, where they all lie. But we only believe in the people we like. Yeah, hopefully you guys are seeing that. They all lie everywhere. It's all propaganda everywhere. And you should take everybody in a skeptical manner. You should look at them, evaluate them, and decide. Is that really what I'm all about? Do I really believe any of this
nonsense? Let me see if I have any other kind of like Grab X. Nope. We're going to go into the Los Angeles riot stuff for the second-half. So before we do that, let's go ahead and get started talking about something that may be interesting to you starting right about now. Have you guys ever noticed that you don't lose power as much when it's ugly out as when it's really hot? Maybe that's because you live in a state where people are using all of the electrical grid's powers.
Check out my friends over at My Patriot Supply by going to mypatriotsupply.com/kyle. It's a different website than we often promote. Just kind of a reminder, the power does seem to go out when you need it most, whether it's a heat wave, whether it's a summer storm, we got those in Texas here, or it's just too many people that are running the AC at once. Is it too many people or the right amount and they just don't have enough power? Our fragile grid sometimes can't keep up.
This is why you might be looking at the Grid Doctor 3300 solar generator. This is the one that my family and I are looking at right now, especially because we might be able to back up the show that way. After seeing the the power drop, it did not make me feel very good about what I do for a living. It made me think I needed to insulate it. This is a beast with 3300 watts of off grid power.
It can keep a fridge, a freezer, your lights on, even medical devices if those are critical for you, running whenever the power grid might fail. We've all experienced power outages, whether it was a brownout or a real blackout, and you never know what's going to come out on because it's not you. You have no control over it. If you want to take some of that in control, you can do that
right now. They've got a deal going on where if you buy the Grid Doctor 3300, it's not a cheap item by the way, it's an investment for sure. They will now throw in two free waterproof 200 Watt solar panels so you can charge the thing absolutely free. They aren't cheap plastic panels. They are ultra durable, waterproof, built to last through storms and heat, and God knows what else comes your way. You check it out at mypatriotsupply.com/kyle and
claim your free panels today. They've got a couple of different packages. You can get it stripped down with just the generator and the panels. You can also get it with food and some other things if you guys are looking for an all in one solution. If you want to just bite the bullet one time, I'm a buy once, cry once kind of guy. That's the only way that I've ever looked at it. I always spend more money that I'm excited about, but then I'm always good that I don't have to
do it again. If there was a time to get protection, it might be now during the summer again, it's mypatriotsupply.com/kyle. Mypatriotsupply.com/kyle Check it out. Link in the show descriptions. By all means, check that out. Let's get into things that could also take out your power. Dumb lefties who either work at the power station or maybe they work at Ambience Apparel and Home Depot and they got arrested by ICE. Should we do that? Fun game.
You're wondering, are these people, like, what are they all about? What makes them work this way? Maybe they've been listening to Rachel Maddow. First of all, let me just read the story from NBC, which gives us the expose on how this kicked off because it wasn't apparent to me beforehand. There's been four days. Remember, the Rodney King riots were only real riots after six days. So we have a few more days to wait. So stay at the New York Times
yesterday. Four days of unrest in Los Angeles. They're over whose fault it is. Oh, yeah. It's Donald Trump's push to increase immigrant arrest and deport locations, which have led to the arrest of 56 people. We're talking about 50-6 people. That's not that's not even as many as they should be doing in a single day. And that has caused wide scale unrest in Los Angeles. It makes me think that there's something bigger afoot and many of you may as well.
Protesters and law enforcement officials and deployment of the National Guard and now the United States Marine Corps is setting 700 in. How did it happen? It started on Friday when ICE eight officers began arresting over 40 immigrants. Again, immigrants. They didn't say illegal aliens, but that's what they should have said in raids that were targeting day laborers, people that have no business being there.
By the way, day laborers were like a number one source of drug dealers of child traffickers, of MS13 gang members. When I was working in the Washington area, lots of them. This Abrego killed this Kilbar Abrego Garcia guy was allegedly a day laborer and was set up right down the street from a Home Depot, which is where the MS13 headquarters were at Casa
de Maryland, that I could tell. In any case, they went after people that will work in a clothing manufacturing facility called Ambient Apparel. I do remember there used to be a thing that was called American Apparel. Some of you guys remember them too. They had those like real shady, sort of like almost pedophilic commercials of, of young girls that look kind of expletive or exploitive, but they were all made in America.
Isn't that interesting? You can make your clothing in America, but you still do it with sweatshop labor that you're bringing in from, from other countries. Kind of defeats the made in America purposes, doesn't it? In any case, these people were searching for the the ICE officers were searching for fictitious employee documents. As news of the raid spread panic and fear, relatives protesters arrived to confront the federal agents wearing camouflage and
bulletproof vests. And that's when all of the wild things, what happened, It makes me wish for a simpler time and a president who really knew something about leadership. It makes me wish for Barack Obama. Some of you also share my desire for a Barack Obama presidency. You remember him, That voice of reason and sanity talking about you shouldn't come to this country illegally. I do. If you're a criminal, you'll be
deported. If you plan to enter the US illegally, your chances of getting caught and sent back just went up. The actions I'm taking are not only lawful, they're the kinds of actions taken by every single Republican president and every single Democratic president for the past half century. And to those members of Congress who questioned my authority to make our immigration system work better, or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer. Pass a bill.
That guy was so reasonable, wasn't he? He just was the deporter in chief 400,000 a year doing more. He was getting more deportations done than Donald Trump is for whatever it's worth. Makes you wonder, are these people put up to this? Are they completely organic? Is this a just an organic group of people that want to stop the detention of these folks? Or are we dealing with people that speak fluent English, wear costumes, and spew socialist
nonsense? Like these people could be guests on MSNBC if given the opportunity, they probably could be an NPR host in the street. This is a completely random, totally organic discussion with a man who's giving you land back. It sounds like he's giving you the you're on stolen land argument. And also, we don't want socialism the way that you think about it in the places where it's failed everywhere. We want real socialism, which has never been tried before.
It's almost like we've all heard this before. Enjoy this guy. Like I said, pretty good English for a guy who supposedly didn't grow up speaking. It we don't agree with the term illegal, we're undocumented. We've been here for thousands of years before you guys showed up, screw up of everything. We think we should organize together with the US working class and fight together and create a better system. We're anti capitalist.
We think socialism does work, real socialism, not Venezuela, not Cuba, not any of that crap that they try to sell as a socialism. And we believe it would be a more humane system that will take care of most of all people's necessities. Is there a country we can look to to kind of model the socialism idea? The only model would be Soviet Union the first four years after
that it became a mess. Sadly, there was a bureaucrat leadership that grew out of that, but it has to do mainly with the attacks of the US and all big powers against that system that was working. In the few years that it lasted, it showed the world that it could do much better than capitalism. Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. The USSR was way much better than capitalism the first couple years when they killed off all the Culex. Yeah, that that sounds good.
That sounds fine. We're going to just try to get to like AA1918 style Soviet Union apparently. So sayeth this guy. Interesting. It was a class struggle that he was bringing on there. It was a liberation of the workers of the World Unite bit it was the so the capitalism failed and that we were here before you and so there we we have this sort of argument to authority pre-existing you Los Angeles Times jumped in on the
commie. Sorry, this is a reprint from the Washington Post, but for some reason no, this is this is Washington Post Bear with me here quote. He's waging a war on us. And like that guy was talking about, Trump escalates. And you know what? It's never, it's never anyone else's fault for acting. People are being forced into action. They can't help it because Donald Trump is making them defend their cities. That's what this says here in the Washington Post Angelenos defend their city.
I kid you not. Across vast the vast metropolis, residents denounce what they consider an attack on the very fabric of their city, on their neighbors, on their Co workers, on their family members, on the people that are sucking up all of these resources. They're not paying for it. This was already a city on the edge. Why is this city on the edge, I wonder?
Because it's Los Angeles, Because they're almost out of money, because they were on fire, because they didn't have any water, because they're poorly managed at the state level and the local level. Because they have a communist that runs the city as a mayor, Because they were dumb enough to put in people that were Soros back DA's and decided not to go after criminals. All of those things. That's not the problem. It's Donald Trump. He's obviously a king, hence no kings.
First, a series of immigration waves sent ripples of fear through one of the nation's largest undocumented communities. Again, the communist told you we are not illegal, we're undocumented. And it triggered protest. And then Donald Trump circumvented state leadership to deploy the National Guard, sparking more unrest. At times, that turned into violent conflict, almost like these people all come from the same cloth and they all say crazy things.
You almost wonder where they come from that they learn how to to write like this, to talk like this. This was written by someone called Reese Thiebolt and Molly Hennessy Fisk. Maybe they were educated by this guy, Ron Gutchez. He's a high school history teacher and also a barrio organizer. This is from democracy now. We should at least know what the other side is saying. If you don't hear what they're saying then you're not going to know why they think like this.
This is also a strong argument for getting your kids out of schools and putting them into your own house where you can control the information they get instead of garbage like this guy's. Look, he's fit. He's semi articulate, although he doesn't sound that articulate to me. He sounds articulate compared to a child who doesn't know anything. And he's got a position, and he's going to defend it. And it's being elevated by, quote UN quote, democracy.
Now, here is this high school history teacher. Yeah. Good morning. Thank you for having me today. This weekend was marked with absolute and total violence, brutal repression and attacks, coordinated attacks against our community. ICE agents have been around all over Southern California kidnapping people, tearing apart families. And we see this as an attack against our people. And so that's why you see young people, the community coming out
and resisting this repression. We are tired, sick and tired of these attacks that are dividing and separating our families. And so that's why when we have these protests, they have been peaceful. But when the repression comes from the state, whether it's the sheriff's, the LAPD, or on Saturday, for example, in in Paramount, CA, it was a Border Patrol. It was brutal violence. They shot thousands of rounds of tear gas, of flash bang grenades, of all kinds of repressive instruments used
against the community. But what they didn't think was going to happen was that the people would resist and would fight back. And that's exactly what happened in Paramount and in Compton, CA, where for 8 1/2 hours the people combated in the streets against the Border Patrol.
And after 8 1/2 hours of battle, and it was a battle because there were people throwing back tear gas, people throwing anything that they could to defend themselves and to defend the workers that were being surrounded by over 100 Border Patrol agents. After 8 1/2 hours, the Border Patrol, the sheriff's had to retreat. They had to retreat because of the fierce resistance of the community and the hundreds of workers that were in the factories around them were able to escape.
They were able to go to their cars and go home. That was only thanks to the resistance that allow them to go home that night. And so that is 1 clear sign that if we organize ourselves, if we resist, we can defend our communities from ICE tear, from the Border Patrol, or from any federal agency that wishes to separate our families. All right? So it's about families, it's about workers, it's about resistance, it's about community, it's about standing up, it's about they're waging a
war. It's about we are righteous. They have basically framed the world in this struggle. Oppressor versus oppressee, right? It's all Marxism. You wonder where they get this stuff again, High school teacher. Certainly they don't think that way in the administration, do they? They wouldn't think that at the Los Angeles school district. I don't think they would.
They would understand that we have a constitution, that there's some sort of rule of law that's required so you can actually have teachers do their job right. Who in their right mind would accept that reality? So I want to be reassuring to our community. Every single graduation site is a protected site.
I have directed our own police force to redouble their efforts and establish perimeters of safety around graduation sites to intervene and interfere with any federal agency who may want to take action during these joyous times that we call graduation not on our watch. They're going to interfere with federal law enforcement. They're going to stop them from doing their jobs. And separating families because
of graduation. I understand that there's a constitutionally protected right for you to have a graduation ceremony. I don't know what constitution it's in, but it must be somewhere out there. Remember, one of the biggest terroristic charges that was levied against the January 6th defendants was that they interfered with an official proceeding.
Official proceedings are not just those that happened in Congress. It could be a federal officer or a federal agent engaging in law enforcement activities, as is their sworn duty and their job. You would think that they almost just said that we have declared some kind of version of an insurrection. Isn't that kind of what's going on? So, of course, CBS seized on it. But they did it in the loserous possible way.
And they went out and they interviewed the fattest, lyingest clown, former US Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn, who is all of those things. And if you guys want more coverage on that, you should follow my friend Steve Baker, He's at Steve Baker USA. I'm sure he'll have some spicy bits to share about it.
Harry Dunn, like all other commies who decided that they had a few minutes of fame and they need to go ahead and pull it back in there, who had someone write a book for him and ran for Congress unsuccessfully in Maryland. He said people are still traumatized by January 6th. Not just the officers, everyone who watched it.
That hasn't changed. How about the people that were arrested because of all of the weaponized government, which was proven in things like this, which the suspendables rightly called out at the time and had to go out and refer to again because we are re adjudicating all the things that happened to the Biden administration January 6 riot victims and Democrats see hypocrisy in in Trump's response to the LA protests.
That's what CBS says they're talking about the fact that Trump pardoned all of the rioters that were involved in January 6th, who by the way, set less things on fire then one hour worth of these Los Angeles protesters as far as I can tell. Maybe I've lost my mind. It's pretty incredible. And who's cheering this stuff on?
The same people that were cheering on that it was a violent insurrection and it was Uber dangerous and that the only thing you could do was send your national police force out to round up every single dangerous, violent J sixer. Even though most of them, if not all of them, it didn't reoffend in the same way. Like I don't think anybody ever went back and terrorized the capital again on another day. It didn't happen. It doesn't stop people like Rachel Maddow. Yes, we're doing a compilation
of the of the wild ones. We are going to have voices of sanity to weigh in. Don't worry, I'll balance it out. MSNB CS Rachel Maddow is talking about the deployment of United States Marines, which might not be a great tool, but what the hell else you going to do to defend some of these buildings? These people are like children who didn't get spanked, and if you do it as toddlers, it's no big deal. They throw a tantum if you try
to do it as adults. They rode motorcycles through your law enforcement officers and try to throw firebombs at them. So the spanking might have to be a little bit more aggressive. And who better to spank people than Marines? One, they like being spanked. 2, They like giving spankings. 3, We might see a surge in the population in Los Angeles. You put 700 Marines in a in an area full of other law enforcement and ladies, you might have some little Marines running around shortly.
In any case, Rachel Maddow is going to go ahead and make it about Donald Trump, but she's he's going to make it about how he's failing. No mention of Gavin Newsom and any failing he might have or any responsibility he might hold. And that is a portrait of weakness, right? That that is what you get when you have a supposed leader, a supposed strongman even, who can't figure out how to get the support of his people. And he knows it. That is what you get when you have a weak president.
An unpopular president who sees the people are against him, who can't defend his actions, who is losing support over time and not gaining it even on the issues where he thinks he's supposed to be strongest. This is a president who has no other ideas and no skills to get him out of this political pickle that he is in and who has therefore rushed right to the end and has decided that if the people are against him, well, then he. So that's grown up propaganda.
And then again, we have the school propaganda which is coming from the other end of it. So you've got young people coming in and they're getting excited about things that they don't understand. You got dumb people that listen to Rachel Maddow, who is very articulate and she has all kinds of things. She may or may not look like Mark Cuban. And she says all the she says it
in a very polished way. It sounds like she is delivering something that you should listen to until you listen to the words and you go, that's ridiculous. Are they trying to go Trump into this? What's funny is, is that every interviewer wants to bring up the insurrection Act. They all seem like they're really, really excited to push this moment to a climax. They're going to get what they
want. It turns like if you keep doing it. I listen to Jesse Kelly talk about it. The, it's, it's the the decision dilemma that communists always write about and push people towards. They frame things in the same way that they frame the argument that it's about families and workers and struggles and righteousness and the cause and liberation and all these things that sound OK if you're dumb and you don't know what those words mean.
Those are all code that is calling out to the other comrades out there, but they try to frame the discussion so that there are only bad choices. Do you let cops get beat up and you lose rule of order? Do you let Marines come in and spank with a hard hand and then deal with the ugly optics of it? We need to continue to show people who it is that's riling these idiots up in the background and they sound like this. This woman is the head of the largest teachers union in America.
She's a female bootleg wannabe lunatic Martin Luther King junior type screaming about it. Remember, I'm pretty sure in the Declaration of Independence it says that you have the right to pursue justice. Again, these teachers get your kids out of schools. Listen to this crazy nonsense. We the people, we the people, we the people, all of us, all of us have that right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of. Justice. I don't think we do.
I don't think you can do that. And of course, we got to try to make it about ourselves. So Gavin Newsom says that. Come and arrest me. He was saying that about Tom Holman the other day. The pursuit of justice would be maybe having that guy account for the things he's done. Donald Trump said he would do it. Tom Holman's like, now we're not doing that. We're going to just get the wackos. We continue to have people say that they want to fight again.
You saw them. They framed it in the words of war, and they're using riled up and emotional rhetoric to get it done. NBC is reporting that the Trump officials say, yeah, we're happy to have this fight. Why would that be? Maybe because Donald Trump looked at it the last time and said we we went half measures and we should have gone full measures. We watched what happened in 2020. We saw that this country basically spiraled for an entire summer, 100 days of riots. In Portland.
You had autonomous zones being set up in Seattle. We saw that there were green zones being set up in Washington, DC Trump himself was driven into a bunker. I may or may not have discovered some of the equipment that I liberated during that time that I might have to go use. I've been invited to go down and see some of the No King protests on on Saturday in Austin with the Infowars guys. So I'm going to probably go hang out with them. We'll go see what it's all about in Austin.
It is expanding. It's expanding because representatives from places that have nothing to do with California and don't necessarily even represent these constituents are all really interested in having this fight. And thank God. Like I honestly do believe it. Like Trump administration's like, yeah, fine, let's do it. We'll lean into this. We've got three years before we have to deal with another election. This is the best time to do it in the first year.
Let's make it happen. Here's Pramila Jayapal. She's a representative from Washington state. She's also doing her impression of Martin Luther King junior or whatever this is. They all sound terrible. Like I, I, I think people should play the audio back. You could use this in sere school. Torture guaranteed. This is the worst thing to listen to from the worst voices. But it is whipping people up into a frenzy, if nothing else, because they don't want to hear
her say this anymore. So they're going to go do what she says. Here she is getting all excited about ICE detainees and, and, you know, can we fight the Trump administration? And Donald Trump calling out the National Guard unconstitutionally, illegally, without the governor's authorized approval.
As Jaime said, that's something that has not happened since 1965. And it's hard to imagine that this time the National Guard were sent out to attack protesters that were exercising their constitutional obligation. She kind of ran out of Steve on that one. There's something very funny about that. She just complete. Maybe she needs a grid doctor. Maybe she needs to plug in and recharge because that was not
impressive. It was kind of this stilted and stuff, all link and not very well practice stuff. You know who else does that? Pam Bondi also reads off a script. This is the most rehearsed crap. We're just seeing terrible women say terrible things, and it's
from both sides. Don't worry, I've got some men's voices that are going to make some sense in a second, like Victor Davis Hanson. But I didn't want to let you just think that the performance art pieces are only being done on the hard left, even though they are pretty aggressive on that side. And we have some dumb voices that are going to continue. Pam Bondi is out celebrating the arrest of a guy who threw rocks because that's what our Justice
Department is is obsessed with. Should they have caught this guy? Yes. Should they have released a press release about it? Sure, because you need to go on Hannity to talk about it. You do if you're Pam Bondi. You do if you need to be able to get credit for essentially going after what is probably a misdemeanor at this point, I'm not even sure they can articulate that there was any kind of, you know, real assault on a federal officer. Somebody got hit in the hand
with a rock or something. Do you know how many times the United States Attorney's office has turned this stuff down at the border? It's a daily occurrence for people who work the border with Border Patrol. But whatever. Claim the victories where you want. Again, same stuttering, stalting, bizarre delivery. Feels like running off a script with a bad understudy. The cinder block case, Sean, remember that case We have breaking news right now?
The case where the guy was breaking up the cinder blocks and he was throwing them at police cars. The police officer, the, I'm sorry, the federal officer had injured his hand. He was wearing a mask. The FBI has identified him. Bill is Sally, our incredible US attorney out there working with ATFDEA and the FBI have been doing a remarkable job. That guy has just been identified and they are doing a search warrant on his house as we speak. As we speak has just been
identified. Is it a question? Why are you up talking at the end of this stuff? I hate, I really do. I I just like, stop doing media. Go do your freaking jobs, people. Equal opportunity here. We're talking about a guy who wasn't breaking up cinder blocks. Obviously, Pam Bondi has never once seen a cinder block. Cinder blocks are poured concrete. They come in the shape of either an 8 inch or maybe a six inch or usually they're in like 16 by 8 by 8, right?
They're used for building modular things. I built steps with them. You can pour concrete into them. The cinder block guy, he was ripping stones out of a, out of a like a ornamental part of an island. And there's plenty of examples of this stuff being terrible and breaking concrete and throwing it at cops.
Not great showing up to talk about things that you don't understand and using words that you've never used before because you've never been anywhere that you've got in your hands dirty. She's 60 years old, by the way, so kudos to her for looking a lot younger. I wonder if she has like a portrait somewhere that's aging while she's not.
In any case, there is a a worthwhile discussion to be had about who is organizing these clowns that seem really, really fixated on targeted types of destruction and violence. Bringing hammers and breaking up the pylons that keep cars away from the Federal building. Smashing pieces of the concrete that is, you know, part of the curb structure of the streets and using those as weapons. You can show up with weapons, but showing up with a hammer to chip and chisel your own weapons
and nobody's stopping you. It does look really strange. Here is the police chief of Los Angeles Police Department. His name is Jim McDonald. He's saying there's. Obviously, he's not saying that they're paid, but man, it sure sounds like he's talking about paid, organized specific, you know, kind of terrorist activity. The same stuff we saw in 2020 where these people kind of like are the rent a riot crowd and they travel around the country doing so. It's almost a joke at this
point. At least we're hearing law enforcement talk about it being real. But when I, when I look at the people who are out there doing the violence, that's not the people that we see during the day who are legitimately out there exercising their First Amendment rights to be able to express their feelings about the
immigration enforcement issue. These are people who are all hooded up. They've got a hoodie on, they've got face masks on. They're people who do this all the time, get away with whatever they can go out there, you know, from one civil unrest situation to another using the same or similar tactics frequently. And they are they are connected. Some would call them anarchists or by any other variety of names, but they're people that we run across routinely, city to
city and this. God forbid you call them what they are, Antifa. Yeah, but I love the idea that anarchists are organized. There's something very, very funny and amusing about that. Folks, if you're watching the stream right now, if you're watching over on Rumble, will you give us a like just give us the little thumbs up thing. It looks like this. Do the same thing over on YouTube. It's rumble.com/kyle Seraphin or youtube.com slash at Kyle Seraphin.
You got to put the AT sign in front of it to get to the main channel. Again, it's a it's a one man program over here. This is how we do it. In fact, if you guys are noticing, for those of you that keep score at home, and by the way, our Rumble crowd always does, I move the lighting upward. I'm taking advantage of the taller ceiling right now. Anyhow, that's how we do it over
here. I got a bunch more stuff that we want to get into, especially this. We talk about the the professional riot. I don't know what makes somebody decide to run a motorcycle into a police line, but BG on the scene captured some of this footage. This does seem like it does seem very concentrated. Look at this. Of course he's got the foreign flag on and people are cheering. Kudos to the cops. By the way.
I watched this like 20 times because I wanted to see the, the stiff arm to the face the the cops there throw like an elbow. As a motorcycle rider for for many years, in fact for for years when I lived in Los Angeles, I only owned a motorcycle. I do not want anybody trying to like horse collar my head while I'm on a bike. That sounds catastrophic. So there's going to be another motorcycle rider who decides like one person on ground is not enough. Let's do it twice.
And this one appears to be a lady again, I don't think people just sue Espante decide this is what's going to happen next. Of course, wearing Mexican national colors and just got clown smashed in the face, falls backwards off the bike, bike goes down. The officers roll in there. You see about a mixture of people who are ready for riots. You see a mixture of people that are ready to photograph those riots and get those viral moments. Some of them on the right, some on the left.
Look at this guy cowboy hat. He's got his rig stuck in the air. That looks a lot like my rig. You got people wearing skateboard helmets now with the WordPress written on it, taking their pictures. Yeah. And then you got the cops just firing back volley after volley, which is fun. All of this stuff feels staged. I mean, I don't know any other way to look at it. And like I said, the the feigned reaction of anger and violence about this.
Does anybody actually see what's going on and go, hey, let's, we don't need this crap? How about Jessa Levinson? She's a professor of American law at Loyola Marymount University, where my little brother went to go to law school. I think my brother is still down in the Southern California area as an attorney. Maybe he had Miss Levinson as one of his professors. She's talking about this. She's trying to say that Donald Trump is to blame. This is a calm voice.
So just be this is an easier to listen to lady. And the best moment in TV happens when while she's talking, live footage shows firebombing of the California Highway Patrol officers that were stuck underneath the bridge and are being besieged by guys that are up on top on the overpass. So just we're going to enjoy this little bit. Like I said, if you can't see it, it, it's worth looking right now to watch the firebomb drop.
And the and the anchor has to break in and explain to her what they just showed as she's trying to calmly explain that, you know, maybe the Insurrection act, maybe this is Donald Trump's fault. We could see the president potentially again pull the cord and say I need to invoke the Insurrection Act, as I'm sure you've been talking about.
The Insurrection Act would give the president more authority to not just federalize the National Guard, but to say that the National Guard can actually act as domestic law enforcement, that the military on US soil can search, can seize, can arrest. That's not something that we're accustomed to. So I'm looking to see obviously what's happening right now, but also how the situation evolves and how the. And we have seen the president allude to the fact that he and
we're watching. Sorry, professor, on the There's a split screen here on the right side of your screen. We're seeing continued demonstrations. And a firebomb was just thrown down off of the One O 1 freeway overpass onto one of those CHB vehicles below. Did you see her? She just bites her lips. She's like, yeah, maybe an insurrection act might be necessary when people are fire bombing the cops. The absolute best moment that came in. Same ABC 7. So this is another local LA
station. It sounds like the best moment on television of the riot so far. This is the fiery but mostly peaceful moment of this LA kind of little last 5-6 days. It came from a guy who said some people just want to have a good time and burn a car.
You know, like when your friends just decide, you know what, it's not hot enough this summer, let's go out and burn Bob's Jeep. Let's go take all of our gasoline canisters, go dump it on there and then light them on fire and just enjoy it. You know, like warm the kids roast some marshmallows over the toasted engine block. I kid you not, this is live TV on ABC7 where the guy is excusing some people just want to have fun and burn stuff.
Large group of people. It could turn very volatile if you move law enforcement in there in the wrong way away and turn what is just a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn into a massive confrontation and altercation between officers and and demonstrators. You got to be careful the way you send cops in when some people are just trying to enjoy a flaming vehicle. You know, like people just do in the Rodney King riots been this is totally nothing like that because it was much more
widespread. I'm not even, I'm not even sure how that guy said that with a straight face. What a weird ideological perspective. But again, when you start couching this in terms of Trump is waging a war against us, the administration says we're happy to have this fight. Of course it's going to start spreading and it's going to start moving broadly across the country. This is another article that came in from the folks over, I think at this is KERA, this is a
NPR station. This is saying hundreds of people are protesting ICE in Dallas. The Trump administration, they're being protested in response to what's going on in LA. Of course, they managed to find a guy wearing a Mexican flag. The Mexican flag is brand new. Obviously, all flags start in a bag somewhere and are probably folded up.
But it's nice that this thing didn't get any airtime until the guy bought it. To go out there and totally do this very, very organic movement of resisting the Trump administration. You can't make it up. It's very fun to watch. How about some sane voices? CNN would like to hear about the Insurrection Act they got. Ken Cuccinelli, who's the former acting deputy secretary of Homeland Security under Trump's first term, asked him, hey, man,
do we pull this out? And he was like, well, let me just explain to you what has to happen. There has to be an escalation. There has to be a ramp up. We've got to get the right number of people in. And if you can't control it, then, yeah, you take the next step. That's what a grown up does. You ask, you tell, and you make in law enforcement. Ken is actually making a pretty cogent argument here. I think that they're not there yet, but they might get there
and it might be necessary. Do you think the President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act? Well, that is effectively a function of available resources. So if they when they fully ramp up what they think is the optimum number of National Guardsmen. And if they still aren't quelling the violence, then yes, is the short answer, just as it was done in LA back in 1992. And so that that's what that tool is for.
And and the president has made it clear that, unlike his first term, he's willing to use it. I would and I think we all take him seriously on that. He's already moved. National Guardsmen in a way he did not during the riots in 2020. I can tell you if you think of Portland OR where we had 340 officer injuries in the summer
of 2020, 340 officers injured. And the governor wouldn't, Governor Brown there would not bring in the National Guard and President Trump didn't override it as he has the authority to do. I hear you can. But I want you raised a really, you raised a very serious thing. So I just want to ask you, you said the Insurrection Act. It's it's really a matter of available resources. Yeah, it's really a matter of available resources. Can we just go back and hone in on it?
Because they want to just say the word insurrection as many times as they can. The fact of the matter is, is once you ramp up and you've done what you can do, and by the way, the FBI could have done a lot of things in Portland that it didn't do. How do you know that? Oh, because I was there. I was actually there in September, at the end of the summer.
My team got deployed there. We had six different specialty surveillance units to identify members of organizing parties that were involved in creating this unrest and when we got there the in brief was this is Portland. We love our activists and TIFA is an idea. It was given by a six foot eight £350 like doughy soft Intel analyst and the entire command post was being run by an attorney by the what they call the ADC the assistant, the assistant council. What is it, ADC, the assistant,
something Council? I can't remember. You had lawyers and Intel people running Portland, and what happened was they didn't have operational people, so no one did the work to actually bring these people on. We identified all the people that were involved in organizing the nightly unrest in Portland. For whatever it's worth, There was no appetite to go after them. They're showing a different attitude today, and that's good.
And they're going to do it in the face of kids in cages, separating families, all the things you heard those teachers try to rile people up and flame the passions La Pacione. They're trying to do it about what the workers and liberation and our families and our community and all these other Marxist nonsense, all this other communist and garbage. This is Brad Todd, who's on CNN giving kind of a reasonable pushback. We lock up Americans every damn day. That's why none of this stuff
rings true. It doesn't matter whether you put a BLM flag on top of them or a Free Palestine flag on top of them, or you put them out there with a Mexican flag. All of the people are the same, their goals are the same, and it's just to destroy the system that already exists. They don't actually have nitpicking problems with immigration enforcement or specific the way that black people are treated in this country.
They're not dealing with whether or not there's some foreign conflict the United States is engaged in. They just want to create chaos here. I've seen them in Portland. I'm telling you, you saw them in DC, too. These are not ideological actors. They are going to create chaos, and out of that chaos, they're hoping they're going to get whatever their order is out of it. And their order is historically horrible. It results in millions of deaths.
And you heard the guy earlier in the sombrero. They deny that. We just want the first four years of the Soviet Union. Anybody want to go read a history book? Maybe that's what happens when you have a history teacher that's also an activist. Here's Brad Todd. Brad, what? What are you thinking? Well, we got to this moment because California has a sanctuary policy. The state law forbids local law enforcement from cooperating with, or local government from cooperating with immigration
enforcement. We have immigration laws that govern the entire land, and California is willfully ignoring them. California's left wing politicians set this up. If California had long been cooperating and helping enforce immigration laws all along the way, this would not be. It's not the whole state. You, you do know that some of this is jurisdictions. There are certain towns that do, yeah.
But but there are certain, but there are certain towns that absolutely have cooperated with federal authorities. Shouldn't they all? You know, this is part of the issue that is always interesting here is when Republicans want to talk about states rights, it's about states rights when it is something that they're interested in and not when it is something that perhaps Democrats and their states are interested in. And so I think we've all agreed
on what immigration laws are. It's not there's not a state. There's not a state. We're going to talk about this more in the HOUR. Remember, Obama said pass a law. There are laws like there are legal ways to immigrate, there are legal ways that you can come into this country and there are illegal ways that you could do it by like just showing up and do whatever you want. That's why an immigration officer gives you a hearing and you have to come back in front
of an administrative judge. Did you hear her just bring up states rights? It just makes me think like, did we ever have a battle over quote UN quote states rights and or slavery? And were people on the left on the wrong side talking about states rights? Holy crap, lady, like do they just not have They are completely unburdened. I guess at this point, like I I'm I'm actually gobsmacked. I've seen that that clip three times and every time I listen to her go.
But you guys only care about states rights whenever the states rights are like benefiting you. Really. How about gun stuff? Democrats want to ban all kinds of things nationally. They're not comfortable with me owning whatever I want in Texas. Remember, they'll ban them in Illinois, but God forbid they have them in Indiana. That's a real problem. That's why our gun crime is here.
We need a national issue on it. You can ban abortion or you can have a heartbeat bill in Texas or Alabama or Georgia, but God forbid you actually do that. Because we really need to nationalize and legalize Roe V Wade nationally. Why? Because they don't care about states rights. They never have in the same way they talked about slavery. It's pretty incredible that you could be on the exact wrong side of these things.
And you literally made an argument to the Ku Klux Klan and and all of the racist origins that you claim to be against. So let's just do a political analyst and a professor. His name is Eddie Glaude. He's at MSNBC and he's talking about the fact that basically cops are slave catchers. We all know this deep down, don't we? Now that folk have their red meat, now that they're going to see the spectacle of of of quote UN quote LA on fire, which it's not right, what will? Happen.
Will he activate the ugliness that got him in office in the 1st place? Will folk now declare why they love him? Because we know that he's always good on the immigration. Question. And then the second thing, this reminds me historically of the it's not a clear analogy, but when the nation when, when this, these political factions divided the nation in between between slaveholders and slave catchers. When they made. Everybody with the Fugitive Slave Law, all of us had to.
If someone escaped, all of us had to return that particular piece of property to these folk with. Ice. Running around LA forcing people to make choices. Will they protect their their friends, their neighbors, their family members? Will they take will they confront these folk and they're terrorized? I'm sitting here trying to figure out. Right what? What will the country stomach? Are they? Going to allow. This man to do this and the answer that I keep coming to is yes.
Hell yes, that's right. We are going to allow you to do it because you are the fringe, less than 20% lunatics, and you're arguing on behalf of slave catchers and the freed slaves. Do you know what side your party was on, dude? Guy, do you just live on a planet completely divorced from reality and history? Do we have anybody that's saying that's on any of these network programs? Well, there's Victor Davis Hanson. He's sort of saying, not even
sorta. He's really saying, almost like a grounded guy that knows how to work with his hands. I don't think I've seen a meltdown of a modern politician ever. As we've seen with him the last three days. He's pulling 27% popularity. 2% of the Democratic Party thinks he should be their next standard bearer. He got, he picked a fight with Donald Trump and called the ICE legal efforts to support illegal aliens. He said it was reckless, it was chaotic. He sided with them.
Then he said it wasn't violent. Then he begged Tom Holman to come after him when this kind of braggadocio, come on tough guy, come and get me. And then he picked a fight with the Treasury Secretary and he announced that because we pay 80 billion more than we get, we might not pay any taxes to the federal government at all. I mean, that's 1% of the federal revenue is California's so-called imbalance.
But that was a felony to advise California, California taxpayers not to submit their to the IRS what they owe. Very simply, the governor of California is not winning the PR battle because regular people look at it and go, I sort of don't like cops doing things, but man, I really don't like my car being lit on fire and people just being able to warm themselves by it. Regular people want status quo. I guess that's why the status quo was undefeated.
Nobody wants this chaos. That's how you end up with 2% of people supporting you for your future. Remember, Gavin Newsom was trying to position himself with everything he could to be the next presidential candidate out of the Democrat Party. He started a podcast, he talked to Steve Bannon. He went out and talked to Charlie Kirk. He's having all these reasonable
conversations. And then he got stuck into this thing where he's going to basically pick not even the 20 on an 8020. This is like A5 on a 95 five. They pick the smallest percentage of people that are going to get behind this. And most of them, it appears, are probably paid actors who are agitating. I'm very much looking forward to the Saturday only because I've kind of been looking forward to that for a long time. I kind of get a kick out of chaos and a little bit of
conflict. I think it's better when when it's a little bit less destructive. So that's how we're going to end today's show with a look at the the Trump Elon fight, which was totally not destructive. It was just sort of like theater and fun. It's kind of K Fobby. And we're going to do it from a comedic perspective. Before we do that, let me ask you one more time. If you're watching, make sure you like it, Rumble, YouTube, etcetera.
Thanks for all of you out there. I think we keep catching like some record numbers over on YouTube, which is really cool. It's nice to see the channel grow over there. But for all of you that are watching or on Spotify, if you're listening on Spotify, if you're listening on iTunes or iHeartRadio, I haven't forgotten about you. I'm trying to do my best to describe things so you can also
hear them as well. Make sure you leave us a comment if you if you think there needs to be more descriptions, if you disagree with the perspective. I used to have a guy that did some sales training with me and he said he always welcomed question comments and sarcastic remarks. I would love it if you guys took on that, made it your own questions, comments, and sarcastic remarks. So I'm happy to hear things that you don't know about, things that you do know about and I need to hear about.
Sometimes I don't agree with you, but that's OK. We can disagree. And lastly, sarcastic remarks, which are by far my favorite sarcastic remarks, should rule the day in our comments section. Please make some of those. It does boost us in the algorithm. It shows some engagement and all that kind of stuff. But mostly it's just a fun way for me to see what you guys are thinking too, because this is kind of one way, even if I'm watching the chat and I see what you guys are all about.
All right, let's do a palate cleanse. Let's just laugh about it. One of the great comedians. I think in our day right now, especially because he's tiny, like an illegal alien. He does a good Trump impression, actually does a pretty decent Elon as well. This is Tyler Fisher, We've played him before if you guys want to see it. He's trying to make comedy funny again, which means a little bit of a reverence.
He's going to do a a take on the phone call between Donald Trump and Elon Musk that allowed Trump to go out and say, I wish him very well. This is our palate cleanse of the day. Eli, it's me. You know who it is? It's our favorite president. Well, I'm really busy around your dad. Come back to Daddy, Right? We we miss you and we love you very much. Oh, no. Excuse me. I don't know. We lost rocket time. Houston, we have a problem. The problem is, my Rockets are so freaking cool.
Come to Daddy, Right? Come to Daddy. Hold on a second. Yeah, OK. Yeah, I'm done. So that was Epstein's client list. And they said you're like, you're on it. So many people were on the list. So many people we even had. Think of it. Rosie, you know, Rosie O'Donnell, she was on the plane and she wasn't into kids. She's not. They should. Sure, sure. Rosie O'Donnell. She's into people like herself. Fat little piggies, right? She's a pig. A file, maybe. All I can say about that is go
fuck yourself. Is that clear? Even the guy with the math guy right in the wheelchair, the the space retard, what was his name? Hawkins. That's right. Stephen Hawkins. He couldn't rape a family. He couldn't rape a mosquito. Right after some people. You're on the list, bitch. Elon, come back. We'll have so many. Great. You remember the great times we had staying up all night in the Lincoln Bedroom, coming up with new nicknames? You remember that? Nicknames. You shall get the nicknames.
Yeah. Maybe you can, like, like, come up with a couple for me. Do Mitch McConnell remember when he froze? You want me to do Mitch? I'll do Mitch. Right? We call him. Let's call him Glitch McConnell, Right? Well, I don't know how you come up with that. Chris Christie, the fat guy, Chris Crispy Cream, right? He's a fat fucker, right? He's a big guy. Give him the fat shot.
There's something wrong with this guy was that you could actually see that being the way that they came back together. I don't like the idea of Elon calling Trump dad, but there is an age of Alice there. Whatever. All right, thanks so much for joining us. We're going to put you into the American Radicals Podcast. Thanks for being part of the program here today. Again, all of you make this thing happen.
So we appreciate it and I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday with whatever wacky nonsense is coming our way. Have a fantastic day, you all. God bless you. No kings or whatever.
