Are you familiar with FBI special agents Kyle Serpen? I'm familiar with the name. Is that? Yes, I'm familiar with the name. Familiar with the name, Familiar with the name. Let's bring in Kyle Serafin. He's the FBI whistleblower who helped expose government censorship of our First Amendment rights. Now we only have this memo. Because a recently suspended FBI agent called Kyle Serafin brought it to the public, and we're grateful that he did. Kyle, thank you so much for

joining us tonight. He's the host of something that strangely is called with Kyle Serafish. Kyle Serafi, I can't thank you enough for speaking out. I knew you guys were out there and I knew it was just a matter of time. But you got a lot of guts put in your face and your name to this. You're doing a service on behalf of the American people. And from the bottom of my cracked and broken heart, sometimes, thank you very much. Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an

American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Well, hello my friends and welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show. Today is Wednesday as December the 4th and I am happy to be with you again. Running a little bit light on sleep. I don't know what it is, but sometimes, sometimes these shows are a little bit more compressed

on the timeline. We had a lot of stuff to get done this morning and I'm looking forward to getting into the stories. I guess it's going to be hit peace Wednesday. The indications are all there. The signs are all green. The mainstream media is going to come after Donald Trump's pick for Secretary of Defense, FBI director is my guess. There's a couple little indicators right there. We're going to get a lot of ugly stuff. So let's go ahead and do some

debunking. The media likes to call this stuff pre bunking. What we're going to do is we're going to readjust your gauge of skepticism. And what I want to do is arm you with some information so that you can walk out there and talk to your friends and neighbors 'cause you're going to hear this. You're going to hear like a bunch of clapping seals. They are going to repeat nonsensical narratives that they have read and that they have heard and that they have not

critically evaluated. But you will be doing that. And yeah, that's the only way you can arm yourself is to be basically forewarned, forearmed and prepared so you do not have to repair relationships with people. Don't walk in there and do the thing that my wife always tells me she does. She always says, I wish I had said this thing at that time. You don't have to do that. You can just be ready in the moment. And I think that is a real, it's a real strength to know that

you're walking in prepared. OK. Also a little thank you to my buddy Alfredo Luna, who had me on his program last night, which is why I was up until almost midnight. Again. If you guys did not catch that, go check out the Alpha Warrior show. We had a really nice chat about Cash Patel. We get to break out my new interview set, which you guys will get a kick out of and we'll

be seeing soon on this program. And yeah, that's just a little shout out where it needs to go. Let's go ahead and say thanks to the sponsors that are going to keep us on the air. And some of you actually sent me bags of their coffee and I've got some more in the mail on the way. Let's get into the madness. All right, so if you saw the logo, if you saw what we're doing with the thumbnail today, it's NBC. It's their turn to step into the gap.

Everybody's going to try to take a shot. You know what they say when you take a shot of the king, you better not miss. That reminds me of an interview that I did yesterday, which will probably be published today and I may be talking about tomorrow. Hopefully. Hopefully the reporter that I spoke to did what we said, which is that he will be fair. But there's a lot of things that are not fair and one of them is right here.

This is coming from CNN going after our suspendable friend Cash Patel. It says Cash Patel, Trump's pick to lead the FBI, has been targeted in an Iranian hack, sources say. It's that sources say bit that makes my bullshit meter peak. And you probably are the same. Why? Because you've lived through the last couple years, sources say is a generic coverall for lies

inbound. And we are going to put it into the mouth of anonymous people who are not going to be accountable for anything that we just said. Citing sources. Let's read the story just a bit in here. Tash Patel, who is Donald Trump's pick to run the FBI, was recently informed by the FBI, by the Bureau that he'd been targeted as part of an Iranian hack, two sources familiar with the matter told CNN. These sources are deliberate leaks. If you don't know that, they're deliberate.

These are information operations being seated by your federal government, your intelligence apparatus that you pay for with your dollars coming right out of your W2 or the check that you write. If you're a 1099 type contractor like I am, that's what happens. They go to their friendlies and they say, don't quote me, don't tell people my name and don't specifically cite where I work. But we have credible information that this is a thing that's going on, and we're going to get

you the scoop. And the scoop is beneficial to us. Trump transition spokesman Alec Pfeiffer declined to comment specifically on the hack because CNN reaches out right after they get this hot tip. Then they go out there and they pick up the phone and they say, hey, can you talk about this hot tip that we just heard about? And people go, I don't know. Pfeiffer says Kash Patel was part of the Trump administration in the first round.

He was key in the efforts against terrorist regimes like Iran and will implement President Trump's policies to protect America from adversaries. As the FBI director, that's the only thing that really matters. Is he going to do a good job? Is he competent?

Is he capable? The answers to all those things is that he has that possibility, assuming he gets confirmed, assuming that we see some some gutsy senators step up and do what they're supposed to do. The problem is, is that the mainstream media hates all of Donald Trump's picks. All of them because they hate Donald Trump. So by extension, they're going to despise everybody that he chooses. And they cannot target their

fire at all of them. So they're going to go and try to pick a few of them that are the most threatening and they're going to let a few through. We should be aware of that. You didn't hear any outrage, did you, about his DEA pick? Why was that? Was it because he was a COVID tyrant? He was withdrawn? Isn't that interesting? This is reporting coming from NBC. Let me just push this up on the screen because it'll be fun to read for me.

It's it's wild that they want to just keep kind of floating out their little their little nonsense as they go. The the basic story was is that you've got a Florida sheriff named Chad Chronister. He was named and he's been withdrawn in only three days. This is not quite the Matt Gates situation because the left was outraged about Matt Gates. I don't think we were. I don't think I was. I had a question yesterday from a reporter. How did you feel about the Matt Gates situation?

And I said, well, I talked to Matt Gates's people and they said he left because he wanted to leave. He's got some other plans. I believe him because I have no reason to think otherwise. This was motivation actually coming in from the political right. The sheriff that was being named to DEA director, that's a different animal administrator. Rather some some people have directors if you're a Bureau or if you're an agency, but if you are an administration, then you get an administrator.

In any case, Chad Croster was withdrawn because apparently he did some tyrannical COVID stuff. He went and arrested a pastor and that went out everywhere. And you just can't have those optics. So this is the reason why when you have a populist like Donald Trump, he will in fact move to what the people want. This is what you voted for. That's not a bad thing. He responded to exactly what you

people said. When we get back to the cash thing again, just letting you know, they don't cry about everyone and they're they don't seem particularly worried. Why is that, by the way? Why do they? Why do they love the idea of a COVID tyrant being in the Trump administration? It's because of one of their people. This came out the other day. I didn't even know I was going to cover this on the program, but I threw it up here anyway just in case.

And yes, threw it up is the right way to do it. How about this, This is a thing that we need to make a trend on social medias. You need to be using this expression with your friends. I might even ask my dear friend Garretta Boyle to make a T-shirt about this 'cause this one's good. Did you guys see this the other day? I responded to it on Blue Sky. I responded to it on X. This is Taylor Lorenz, she's the

gossip pollenist. She writes about social media and nonsense for Wapo. She's a propagandist, of course, but she's also an insane person. She's a person in her 40s with no children, no future, no focus, a genetic dead end. And she wrote the following, which is absolutely hysterical. Just tuck in there. I'm going to read it verbatim, which means there's spicy language in this quote.

Planning a COVID safe book launch took months and thousands of my own dollars, ensuring testing outdoor space, far UV lights, and a litany of other precautions. Meanwhile you dumb fucks are out there raw dogging the air and spewing your disease laden breath all over your elderly neighbors. We are not the same. Now you might think. Oh well Kyle, look, people went crazy during the COVID chaos and a lot of people did dumb things. This is dated December 2nd. That's two days ago at 3:54 PM

in the afternoon. Daylight hours for most people and probably not drinking hours for most people. Maybe Taylor right has a different schedule than us. I swear to God, if you are not raw dogging the air in 2024, if you weren't raw dogging the air for the last couple years, you must be out of your flippin minds. I like that they wear the masks. I like that they're out there doing it. Why is it always the white women that are single and absolutely the most egregiously useless

human beings? They're they're so gross. I've got a couple of fun white women to end the show with, you guys. It's an ongoing theme here that the worst, most racist, most ridiculous human beings on planet earth are liberal white women, AKA leftist white women. And they do the same thing all the time, don't they? They accuse people of the thing that they're actually doing. They're full of projection. And they say the most filthy, nasty, horrible things through complete strangers.

And you wonder, how is it that you get away with being so nuts? And the answer is the same. It, by the way, it's very, very straightforward. It's because not only is it against the law, but it's actually against all social norms and culture for you to hit them in the face, which is good. I don't want women hit in the face. Even the dumb ones, even the most obnoxious, like egregiously inflammatory human being, I don't want them hit in the face. I want us to start laughing about it.

I want us to point at them and chuckle and turn our backs because shame needs to become a real thing. It really does. While we're talking on the the the subject of shame, there is no shame in the left wing media game. None at all. Again, let's consider this Iranian supposedly hacked the FBI, the future FBI director. I'm just going to go ahead and call him that. They also said that Donald Trump junior was the target of an Iranian hack.

Do we really think that Iran, which does have a mediocre capability to do these things, do we think that Iran was sophisticated enough to do that? Maybe. Would they hate Cash Patel? Absolutely, for sure cash represents and a real threat to them. Do we think that they actually did this? Cause a lot of us are going probably not, probably not. But what we do know is sources said it and the FBI went out

there. Here's the here's the back story on this that you guys probably don't know mechanically, but you instinctively have the, the, the, the sense of when you are targeted by a foreign government. I'm going to speak really broadly here for those FBI listeners that are out there. If you are targeted by a by a foreign government, particularly a nation state actor that is on let's say a terrorist watch list, that is on one of our main

OP adversaries. If you are targeted by those countries for anything, whether it be for a cyber attack, whether it be for a recruitment, whether it be for anything like that, the FBI can open a full case on you, a full case with all of the powers that come along with it and not a criminal case. Of course, this is an intelligence case. And if you are familiar with this program, please bear with me.

And if you're not put on your thinking hats right now, there are two types of cases the FBI opens. Most broadly speaking, there are different delineations, whether they be full investigation or preliminary or assessment. I'm not going to get into the weeds of that. If you really care about it, there's a book called The Dialogue. It is mostly publicly available. It's the Domestic Investigations Operations Guide.

It is issued by the Attorney General and it says the do's and don'ts of everything under DOJ, including the FBI and how they predicate, which is to say how they justify opening a case. There is one part of that particular book which is thousands of pages long. It looks twice as thick as a Bible with half the the thickness of the paper.

It is incredibly dense. The joke during COVID crisis stuff was that you could take home a DIOG if you ran out of toilet paper and would last for weeks depending on how many butts you have in your house. We got 6 butts here. OK. The two types of cases are criminal and national security. National security falls under one of two delineations. Generally speaking, it's either counterterrorism or counterintelligence.

I'm saying these things because we're talking about a man that's about to go in to be in charge of the FBI. Very important. The criminal cases are easy. You don't have a problem with the criminal cases, at least not the way that they are set up and the way that they are utilized and the way that people imagine that they work. It's what you think the FBI actually does.

They're linear. That means at point A on the timeline, someone commits a federal crime and the FBI becomes aware of it of an through an allegation or an information that that crime happened. It's either the crime or a victim comes forward. Take your pick. Once that happens, they move forward and gather evidence. The evidence is gathered, it's cataloged, witness statements are taken, all of the digging

goes on and you build the case. Once the case is built, it's either already agreed to by the prosecution. That means the United States Attorney's Office agrees to take on prosecution, or they already agreed in in upfront, but they say that they're going to prosecute. And then you have outcomes. And the outcomes are what the prosecutors do. You get a plea deal, you get a, you get a conviction or you get an acquittal. Broadly speaking, that's your linear case.

Those are criminal cases. That's what people think the FBI does. But the intelligence cases are something else. They are not linear. They are not from left to right on the timeline where something starts and then eventually it stops. Intelligence cases are circles and their purpose is not for criminal activity per SE, although they can be used eventually and sort of circuitously to generate criminal cases which are linear 'cause they might find evidence

of a federal crime. But they're not specifically set up to do that. What they are set up to do is get information, and they can be getting information in two ways. They can give information about someone that is a threat. The threat is this amorphous concept that is written up by intelligence agents, by intelligence analysts. Rather, it is a concept that is that is pushed forward and says this is a threat. No legal need. You just define it to be so and you write papers about it.

And when that happens, now you have your threat. The other possibility is, is not about someone who is a threat, but someone who is being threatened by said threat. Foreign, foreign terrorists are threats, right? Iran is a threat, so if you are being threatened by Iran and you are the potential victim being potentially targeted, there can be a full investigation on you as a victim.

Now, why do they do that? The justification I believe is that they are trying to make sure that they can shore you up and help you out. But we saw what happened when Donald Trump was threatened by Russia, didn't we? Let's just do it. What do they do in 2016 and 2017? We've seen what the Durham

report said. If those you can remember back, remember there was a Mueller report, then there was a Durham report following up. And Durham said two things #1 the men and women of the FBI are the only thing that keeps the FBI from going off the rails. And it currently is off the rails. No policy, procedure or law would correct it. That's really big. Hence, Cash Patel is so important.

The second thing he said was you can actually look at the way that Hillary Clinton's campaign was treated when they were being targeted for hacking by foreign nation States and so on, for influence and so on. Those people were given what are called defensive briefings. I've given defensive briefings. That is when you say I may not be able to tell you how I know this, but I do know that you are being targeted and we want you to be careful because we don't want you to be compromised.

And these are the things that you should look for. Stand forward and look for these types of problems. And then the second part of it is they did something different to Donald Trump. They did this newly leaked dossier. This could be out today, by the way. They could do this. They could run the entire Russia collusion thing again. And there are people on the left who would do it.

Newly circulated dossier, dossier on Donald Trump circulated for DC in months and nobody wanted it because it was dog shit. It was garbage and everybody knew it right up until the point when what happened? Oh, the FBI director leaked that they were talking about it. That's why. So let's go back to the story

here. Iran has targeted several members of Donald Trump's first administration and more recently sent information that they stole from his presidential campaign to people who were affiliated with Joe Biden's campaign this summer. In June, Iranian hackers breached the e-mail account of long time ally Rodger Stone and used the account to try to break into senior Trump.

Campaign officials emails investigators said investigators said sources say all of this is setting up so that they can open a case on Cash Patel and try to dig dirt using national security letters that can subpoena without asking anybody else, signed off on by the FBI, approved by the FBI and used by

the FBI. They can look for financial transactions, they can look for any of the other things that he's been doing, communications, talking to whistleblowers, talking to Kyle Serafin. You bet 100%. And they can justify it as we had to shore up the weaknesses that this guy had. We are defending him against threats. But did he get a defensive briefing or did you run to the flippant media? They ran to the media and then you've got this heat headpiece

over here on NBC. So we'll just cover this as well 'cause it's really good. Trump's pick for FBI director promoted bogus supplements to reverse vaccines. Cash Patel has posted about supplements that claim without evidence that it can help detox people from the COVID vaccines.

The problem that we have with people when it talks about whether or not there's evidence or not, whether or not that we actually believe, what the mainstream media claims are, is that these are the same people that told us the COVID vaccines were safe and effective and that you were a bad person, that you were a piece of garbage if you didn't do what they said. I don't begrudge people making a living. I think that Americans have agency.

I don't begrudge people that say things that are objectively false and ridiculous. I have friends that say it. I have friends that get involved in things that I just go, guys, I can't, I can't appear on that. I can't back up your things. There are people I talk to everyday who say things that are objectively ridiculous. I don't think necessarily supplements that might boost your immune system are necessarily ridiculous. I haven't looked into them.

I don't know the claims. I guarantee you that Adria Bennix, who was the one promoting this story about the the detox supplements, I guarantee that she didn't actually have a medical background to be able to look into whether or not these things are. And the other funny thing is, which is why we have an RFK junior sitting there at HHS in the future. The reason that we should be looking at the stuff is because we know the FDA has all kinds of bizarre rules.

And if you have enough money to pay, then you have enough money to play. They fund about 50% of the FDA. The people who use the ecredations of the FDA are the ones who pay for the FDA. There's a big conflict of interest there. My buddy Alpha was telling me last night that one of his sponsors is unable to make claims that people continue to see. They can't even say, hey a lot of our our customers say the

following things. You can't make those claims because the FDA will come for you because they didn't test them out. It's N = 50. N equals 100 experiments. In the same way that I probably couldn't make the argument to you that being on a meat based diet has been really beneficial. But guess what? I'm down 15.1 lbs. Is it this morning? Am I looking for weight loss? Not really. But I can tell that I'm trimming out. I can tell that my thought process are good.

I can tell that I woke up today with five hours of sleep and I'm still pretty clean. My brain is competent. Is that because I just lucked out? Is it because the Holy Spirit is there? Or is it more likely because I've changed the fuel that's going into the fire? Probably a lot of these things are correlation. They are experiential, they might even be placebo effect. But am I going to be grudge Cash

Patel making a a living? If he evaluated and he's fine with it, so be it. And then his listeners get to decide whether or not they're going to buy it. All of you have that decision. I would never tell you to buy something that I wouldn't spend my own time or money on, period. Everybody has their own standard. There's plenty of people that promote gold. You guys know what I think about that. I have a, a, a brewing partnership with not a gold

company, but a gold wholesaler. The kind of people that I would actually deal with and recommend to you. We all have different standards. That's OK if that's what you got against the guy. And I think they're going to end up with some other things too. But that's where the, that's where the attacks are. Let me remind you, I'm going to go back in time just a little ways because this is where it gets really spicy and fun for me.

I get the most enjoyment. Remember this as you hear the things that are now being trotted out about Pete Hegseth. You're talking about people like Cash Patel. You're going to hear about things. I'm sure they'll find something on Pam Bondi. They don't like the fact that she was mean to a boyfriend at some point in time. Like whatever, it's harder to attack women. For whatever it's worth, men have more vices, at least ones that can be publicly prosecuted.

Again, remember this, the Steele dossier circulated for months, dropped in, and then essentially propagated by the one guy who's now looking to lead the FBI who who went out there and debunked this crap. Of course they hate him. They hate him because he does what they can't do, tell the truth. You ready for this? This is that fun little compilation that should sit in your mind. You should hear this every time you see sources say or X number of sources claim without naming

those sources. If you're not willing to go on record like dozens of former Fox hosts do and current Fox employees speaking out in in favor of the the Secretary of Defense nominee, screw you. Dan Bongino said it. Brianna Morello said it. I've seen Rachel Duffy Campo say it. A lot of people have said, I sat by this guy for eight years for 8 hours a day. Not it Will Kane said it. So we're going to talk about the the Pete Hegseth stuff in a second.

But remember this when you see all the sources say ready. Unfortunately, some members of the media, some members of the media, some members of the. Media, some members of the media use their platforms to push their own personal binds, to push their own personal bias, to control exactly what people think. This is extremely dangerous to our democracy. It's extremely dangerous for our democracy cuts off faster. I just got. I really like that. Hold on, let's start it again.

Unfortunately, some members of the media, some members of the media, some members of. Some members. Of the media. Some members of the media use their personal bias to go out there and push false narratives. They have no shame in their game and none whatsoever, do they? It's pretty amazing stuff. It's wild to see. You know what's really wild? Seeing that one of the things that they want to push what, what, what do they have to do?

They have to discredit Trump's people because they're terrified of exposing the Joe Biden that is real because the clowns that they have running their program are absolutely out of their minds. Let me give you an example of a couple of the clowns. I just have these two like little clips. There's not even a lot of sound to them. There's a discussion going on in the screen, which you'll see in a second. It's Chuck Schumer and Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren and

a couple of face. It looks like Cory Booker's in the background looking ridiculous with like eyes that look like he looks like he's coked out. And then a couple of others that are sort of nondescript. They're not people that I recognize by face. And they are taking a picture like a bunch of useless old weirdos. And they're having a discussion on whether or not they should use the thumbs up.

Should they do this? And they are not going to do a thumbs up because Donald Trump does a thumbs up in all of his pictures. If you've ever seen a Donald Trump picture, if you've ever posed for a Donald Trump picture, you probably have a Donald Trump picture of him giving the thumbs up because it's really awkward to take pictures with people you don't know. Like, are you going to hug him and get a lawsuit? Probably not. If you're Cash Patel, you probably do. But Cash is that kind of a

regular dude. Trump's a little bit different. He's a little bit less hands on, thumbs up, smile Ding right cha ching. It's like a classic politician picture. That's a regular dude. Picture here are these clowns trying to figure out whether or not they should do the thumbs up. And they don't want to do it because this is Donald Trump thing. Watch this. Yeah, we are. Yeah. Should we do that thumbs up? Should we not do that thumbs up?

Also, Bernie Sanders in there. It was like the cast of the losers, like the biggest losers. And then here's another one. What are they trying to do right now? They're trying to run away from the thing that they've been basically popping out into the ether saying Donald Trump is evil and he's bad and he's a bad, bad man, and he's a convicted felon and he's done all these things and he's been held liable for racism and all that, right?

And then what happens? It's like the it's like the meme of the freight train coming in and knocking the thing off the tracks. It's like all of our posturing, talking about how strong our conviction is and how much we care about rule of law. And then the Hunter Biden pardon happened the other day and they're struggling. Wouldn't you want to go and start doing hits on people and hoping just God like praying to God as you send your quote UN quote sources out to the to the mainstream media?

Wouldn't you want to try to get off this topic? Here's Chuck Schumer not answering a single question. He's got nothing for you folks. He doesn't work for you. He's just going to stand there and look like a fool. Don't we deserve some answers about how you feel about the pardon? Senator Schumer, aren't you the Majority Leader? I think you're supposed to answer questions. I told I was told that democracy dies in darkness when you ignore the mainstream media questions.

Yes, both. Do you agree with some of your Democratic colleagues to see that President Biden's pardon and Hunter Biden was wrong or unwise puts personal interest ahead of duty. I got nothing for you on that. Did I follow up on that are? You concerned with the lack of transparency, lack of honesty around Biden? As I said, I got. Nothing for you on that. Nope Gonna anyone on the way out of office, family members sets a poor precedent. Thank you. I've got nothing for you on that.

But the question is talked about January 6th parties. This is a playbook for incoming President Trump. Isn't this a problem? Did he not establish a bad precedent for parties? I got nothing for you on that. Any other subjects? Any objection, Your honor? Objection. Isn't this just like liar? Liar. It's like, yeah, on what grounds, counselor? It totally destroys my argument. This is this is a comedy routine. This is not a real group of serious people.

These are not the adults that are in charge. These are clowns. Clown show. In the same way that I found out that after our little rant, our spicy rant yesterday, talking about which, by the way, if you didn't hear it go, at least check out the second-half of yesterday's show and share it around when we started talking about free speech and your ability to say the thing that

you want. Apparently that very much offended those in the Southern District of Texas United States Attorney's Office because I was front and center. I'm just going by some sourcing here and I'm not going to reveal my sources. Sources say that Kyle Seraphin's tweets, which I shared on the show, were in fact the centerpiece of the argument of the federal government on why they should stifle the words of somebody else.

My words are being used as evidence why someone else should not have the right to speak freely. Is that insane? Yep. Is that why you have people like that clown? I got nothing for you. I got nothing for you, says Chuck. Chahal. Nothing. OK, Chuck, you got nothing for us. How about that? We're going to go and break over to another new sponsor.

Listen, it's been because you guys listen to the show, because you share the show, because you have been so passionate and supporting it. And I'm really grateful, I really am. All of our sponsors come back. They all feel good about what they're doing and working with us and that's why we're able to pick up new sponsorships.

So even though most people don't want to listen to the ads, I appreciate if you guys do. And if you at least are in the market for these products, I appreciate you giving them your first look. Make a good decision for yourself, but check them out. So we're going to say thanks right now to Patriot Mobile, and I do mean it. Thanks, folks. Americans are tired of a of a frustrated and stalling economy, of inflation, of the endless

wars. That's why we got Donald Trump, the relentless attacks on our values and also the truth. And thankfully, there's companies like Patriot Mobile that still believe in America and believe in our Constitution the way that we do. I'm really proud to partner with Patriot Mobile because they're on the front lines. They're fighting for the 1st Amendment, the Second Amendment, like we are here, the sanctity of life.

How about that and our military, our first responders, those heroes that are out there keeping this country safe. You can take a stand for convert conservative causes. You can put America first. You can switch to Patriot Mobile today. You get the same nationwide coverage that the big providers have because Patriot Mobile operates across all three of the major networks, which we cannot say the names of. Plus they back their service with a coverage guarantee. It's 100% US based customer

service. That's kind of a nice little perk there, isn't it? And you will find that the best plans are going to be able to be recommended to you. Keep your number, keep your phone or get a new number 'cause you got to get rid of an ex-girlfriend or some crazy like the FBI is calling you. You can upgrade your equipment. Go to patriotmobile.com/KSS. This one's a little different, KSS at the end of it. Or you can call 972 Patriot.

That's very easy to remember. Remember, right now you can get a free month when you sign up using that code KSS. Don't get fooled by other providers pretending to share your values, pretending to share the same coverage networks. They don't and they can't. Just go ahead and switch to America's only conservative Christian mobile provider. That's Patriot Mobile. Again, it's

patriotmobile.com/KSS. patriotmobile.com/KSS 972 Patriot. If you want a free month of service today, that's not a bad deal. Yeah, that's what, 1:00 and 12:00? I'll take it. Everybody, we just, we just, I just pay my cell phone bill, by the way, just like straight out. I never even think about what it cost. So nice to consider that. Let's let's keep going. Why are these people trying to not talk about Biden? Why do they want to hit our guys?

They want to hit our guys. And I actually do think that these people are our guys, like Pete Cash, those are my guys. Those are men that are in my sort of image. Maybe they have a drink every once in awhile if you don't have a friend who's had a drink. But do you think that they show up eight years in a row for work hammered? I've worked with drunks, by the way, on the job. I worked with FBI agents who drank on the job. They don't look polished, clean, with their hair done in a nice

suit. They look like crap. They show up and you send them home, you go get out. I've dismissed FBI agents from mobile surveillance because they were a liability to themself and to me and to the case. Yeah. Rose Lopez is asking in the chat. Slash KSS. Yeah, slash KSS. It's the one time there's another Kyle out there that stole our Patriot mobile code,

just so you guys know. All right, I don't know who these other Kyle's are, but let's deal with how about Joe Biden today showing the priorities of the American people, being honest, being that adult in charge, pardoning his son and going to Africa to offer aid because that's what wealthy nations do. They say, F you Americans who didn't vote for me and my party. I'm interested in helping out Africans. No further information.

As we would say in the Intel world, you know, that's the right thing for the wealthiest nation in the world to do. And today, I'm announcing over $1 billion in new humanitarian support for Africans displaced from homes by historic droughts and food insecurity. We know African leaders and citizens are seeking more than just aid.

You seek investment. So the United States is expanding our relationship all across Africa, from assistance to aid investment to trade, moving from patrons to partners to help bridge the infrastructure gap. I was told, by the way, when I got elected, I could never get an infrastructure bill passed. Who is this man? How in the world did you fall for this crap? Democrats? How did you let that guy be in charge of your party? He's the reason you lost.

Also, this people that are still living in tents and trailers. FEMA has begun to leave Western North Carolina. This is being reported on by The Blaze. You guys can go check out the Blaze website and you can follow the reporting of my friend Steve Baker and Joe Henneman. This story is atrocious. 4 disaster recovery centers have been closed, 5200 households will soon lose their hotel vouchers. And the Federal Emergency Management Organization, the system that is supposed to help

out these people, are gone. They've pulled out the National Guard and they are saying screw you. They do not care about the devastation that happened. They do not care about the people of North Carolina. And we're offering a billion dollars in flipping aid while we're giving $750 to people that are dealing with this wreckage. I do not care about Africa. I do not care what happens in Africa. I do not care whether or not they starve or they have war while we have people that are

living in this. It is absolute BS. It is disgusting. It is horrifically tragic to see people that are scraping by. I've got a video here that came from News Nation which is actually been doing some pretty decent coverage in general. While we have a billion dollars worth of infrastructure so we can build bridges and bridge the gap between Africa and America, we now have worse than Africa hanging out in Western North Carolina with no one coming to

help them. If this doesn't make your heart bleed, then you have no heart be even be. Able to use the bathroom. So you have to pay for that yourself, Yes. Yeah. It's $130.00 a month to to rent one. Sarah's one hope was US Small Business Administration disaster loan, but then she got this voicemail. This is a call from the US Small Business Administration about your SBA disaster loan application.

Due to a lapse in congressional funds, new loan offers will be delayed until Congress provides additional funding for the disaster loan program. We understand how frustrating this delay is. What did you think when you heard that? You know, I, it's been, we, we already have it so rough and to not be able to get the financial and, you know, help that we need is it's really awful. Some just down the road have it even more awful, living in tents

and small RV's with no power. As winter approaches and temperatures now dip into the 30s. There's times we don't get fresh meat because there's no way to keep it cold because you got to choose between heat and the house with the generator. Especially the ones who have kids and keeping the food cold. Winter Time's. Coming These folks cannot be forgot about this, 'cause you don't see this on TV. Don't let don't just go away. This is not going to go away for a long time.

We got to get those folks out of those tents and then those FEMA campers. How's it going to happen? A lot of the locals. I've spoken to are particularly upset about a FEMA compound they say is much nicer than the donated trailers that they are staying in. It's hard to see but but this right here, I'm going to slow down, is the entrance to the compound. There's a lot of security. The public can't go in.

We drove up onto a hill behind the compound for a better view, and you see how massive it is, a sea of government trailers. It's so organized and secure, so different from how the people we met are living here. FEMA is not connecting. With the county, the county is not connecting with the state and you got this big rat race. Volunteers like combat. Veteran Robbie Ammon say housing is the biggest issue. All right, housing is the biggest issue.

What's going on here because I've been talking to Steve Baker, who's been on the ground there, is that essentially the governor of North Carolina has decided to abandon these people. And even though they have the technology, they even have volunteers that would actually do the work, even if the

National Guard would not. They could set up temper tents, they could throw these things up, inflatable shelters and structures that would be able to house these people with self-contained water and and electricity. This would not be a difficult lift. You guys know that the military can drop in and build a city in a few weeks, so why are they not doing this?

They've had the smallest response of any disaster in American recent history because their governor doesn't want the people who live there to be able to see the fruits of the federal government's aid and the state government doing it. It's absolutely disgusting and it continues onward. This stuff can't fall. This is the reason why the why the Biden administration lost the wrong focus for the wrong reasons, because they're liars, because they're cheats.

They're cheating these people out of the thing that they should have. The thing is that you can actually lean on your government every once in a while. I don't like the federal government any more than you do, and I think it's the worst solution to every problem. Sometimes it is in fact, the only solution, though, and a problem this big should be handled by the groups that we pay. It doesn't need to be doing all

the other stuff. I don't care whether or not you're going to go after my freaking raw milk, which my wife wants to buy. That shouldn't be there. But how about you do the one thing that you're allowed to do? You have a Federal Emergency relief organization. They should do some Federal Emergency relief. And in order to distract, they're going to keep doing this nonsense. They're going to keep talking

about complete and utter. And then I'm going to use the word that that's being used by Dan Bongino, by Will Kane and others Bullshit. This is this is N this is NB CS hit pieces. It's going to come from NBC today. That's why they were they the part of the logo Pete had says drinking is a problem per Fox News college sources tell NBC News sources say 3 current employees say that headsets drinking remained a concern. Got it. The sex thing didn't hit right.

You went after him for the sex thing. In fact, everybody tried to do it. And when they do, they're actually facing some legal repercussions. I hope that they actually face some legal repercussions for this story, which sounds completely fabricated. If you ever know, if you know people that are functioning drunks, it's pretty hard to go and be ATV person and be a functioning drunk.

You're going to sit next to people on the couch and no one's going to recognize it. And the nice ladies there like Rachel Campos, Duffy, she doesn't recognize it. Will Kane, who seems like a real straight shooter, when I've talked to him, he didn't recognize it. Brianna Morello has no reason to say otherwise. She doesn't even work for Fox. I have no belief in these stories. But sources say this is what happens when you lie and you do it on a program that is a little

bit more monitored. Here's the ladies on The View having to correct themselves. This is very enjoyable for me. Watching Sonny Hoskins read these legal statements. She's doing her best to look like she's a hostage. She's a hostage of her own retardation. She is appropriating retardation. There are real mental handicapped people out there in the world. She's not one of them, but she

sure as hell pretending to them. Everybody should be offended, especially if you have a child that is mentally handicapped that deals with problems. These women are trying to pretend like they do. Or maybe they're drunk. Should we? Just like sources say they might be drunk and that's why they say things so crazy. Here's this lady. I see you. I see you over there. I have a very quick statement. It's not going to be that quick. Pete Hedge Chef has denied any

wrongdoing. His lawyer said he paid the woman in 2023 to head off the threat of a baseless lawsuit. No charges were ever brought. You rushed me for that. We'll be right back. Is. It just me or is Whoopi Goldberg actually do like I'm thinking about growing my hair out on the top long. She's already got the same higher cut as me on the sides. Like it's real clean, the sort of white wall look, the the high

fade. But I'm thinking about maybe growing out the dreadlocks too, So I could do the Whoopi. Would that be considered cultural appropriation to, to do Karen's haircut there? I'm thinking about it. I don't know why. I just it's kind of a nice look. She's got like so, so much gravitas, doesn't she? She says so many important things. You, you rushed me for that, for that legal statement because we have basically been slandering somebody and publishing libeless information. Yeah, they did.

Why? Because they don't want to face massive lawsuits for saying things that are objectively false. There was, in fact, an investigation and it didn't go anywhere. And paying people off when you have enough money to do so, so you don't have to deal with the headache.

Half the time I've been told that these lawsuit payouts, which Donald Trump has been dealing with as well, the way you do it is that you basically do a cost benefit analysis if you're a business person and you decide what does it cost to go through and litigate the truth and what would it cost to get them to sign a paper and shut up? And if the cost of the litigation is higher than the cost of paying them some shut up money, then you pay them. Is that an ugly part of the world?

Yeah. And who are the ones out there asking for this shut up hush money stuff? They're those Lib, leftist, loony, racist white ladies. They are racist. A bunch of them are. You can tell because of the way that they think about black people, the way they think about Indian people, the way they

speak about Hispanic people. They're going to pick your crops that they're going to be doing all the things that they don't want to do. It's going to get more expensive for you to do your lawn care, they said. Is it because you play pay brown people to do your lawn care? I do my own damn lawn care lady. This lady is on the subway, I think in New York City, but I don't have a good eyeball. Maybe one of you guys wants to put in the chat where this is.

It's got yellow railings and blue seats, so I don't know if it's ADC, Metro or otherwise, but I don't. I didn't do a lot of public transportation shopping to find out what this was. Look at this lady talking to a man born in America that you'll be shocked to learn has probably the same last name as Kash Patel. Patel's kind of like the Smith of India, isn't it? And sometimes you meet people that are not from this country and don't adapt to our cultures and, and don't sound like

they're from here. And we kind of know that they're software engineers and they work at Google. They work at three M and I see them all the time. People at the park. I'm like, you're wearing man jammies and flip flops. You look kind of weird and you don't really acclimate. And then there's people that are born here and they're Indian American, which is to say they're freaking American. And that's going to inspire the ire of this angry white lady. Listen to the guy's voice.

You could tell he sounds just like you and me. You wouldn't know he's Indian in heritage. They let it out. They feel like they've been given authorization to be all the awful things because they lost. And what are they going to lose more? Hopefully all the elections. Here we go. I'm a prick. Your family from the Indian, You have no respect, you have no roles. You think you can push everyone? Push, push, push. That's what you think you are. You guys are crazy. Maybe people are crazy.

You told me to have some more Curry. Right? Have some more Curry. Please. Do my tensori. Yeah. You're 10 years. Oh, wow. Yeah. Want some more? Please. Please. By all means, sweetheart. No. You can remove her though from being rude and racist right now. Can you do that or no? He doesn't care about racists. You're racist towards me. No, I'm American. So are we. You're not American. No. Not American. Not originally. No. You're. From I was born in. America. There you were. Yes, I was.

Passport. Yeah. You want to see my passport? Is that if you're going to make you healthy? You're being. Racist against me. I'm pretty confident that Lady and the ladies that are like her are the audience for The View and Day. Drinking drunk white ladies is a real problem. Some of you guys defending day drinking out there the other day. Don't do it. What is going on with these people? That's the audience. That is the the hope that these things will land.

It's it's like Pete, Pete Hegseth is a is a woman abuser. And it's like, OK. His mom even said it in an e-mail that we stole from a leak. Sources say here's another one. Trump is considering replacing him with DeSantis for the Defense Secretary post sources say. When you hear sources say, you'll remember it just means bullshit incoming. Kind of like, unfortunately, some members of the media, some members of the media, some members of the.

Media. Some members of the media use their platforms to push their own personal bias, to push their own personal bias in agenda, to control exactly what people think they have. To control what people think. It's a nympho OPS. That's what info OPS look like. Sources say Trump's pick is in peril in the Senate is Part 1 and he might be replaced with DeSantis is Part 2.

Both of them coming from NBC News, Both of them very prominently discussing right after we were talking about making things up about day drinking. OK, that's what they're going to run with. I'm very excited to see what they're going to run with on the on the, the the part of Cash Patel. Like, what is the hit going to be? He pushed supplements. Really. Are there no people on the left pushing supplements?

Do you remember the supplement market was almost exclusively on the loony left for like most of the time that supplements were out there. They were the people that were the anti vax types. They were the ones that were supporting RFK Junior. Why? Because they were like, oh we don't trust these institutions. We care about health and organic foods. They're the opposite of Julie Kelly. They don't want to push GMOs. That's a Lib thing.

My wife, recovering loony leftist 100% what does she love? Organic foods. What do I not understand? Spending extra money on organic foods? I don't get it. But like that's her luxury item. She gets to spend the money on it if she wants to. I'm fine with it. I don't get it. I don't taste the difference per SE. That was the left thing. That's a residual piece of being on the left being a progressive or a liberal.

But it it just is. So now we're going to go out there and push this off that we're going to go after Pete Pete's problem is he's in peril. There it is. By the way, I took that picture right there, which he tweeted out put it on the show. There he is standing with a bunch of Bros with their M fours G Watt issue vertical foregrip cheese grater up on the on the on the the rail system, right. Some of you guys carried those things. Some of you guys have those clones at home ACOG, the whole

deal. All right. And this was tweeted out by Mark Mullins out of Oklahoma. There are plenty of senators that are willing to support these guys, but you got to say that they're in peril. You got to say that this is a problem and you got to try to push pressure on people like you. Oh my God, is he going to get confirmed? We better get somebody who's a little bit more tolerable new. We need to go full bore into the paint push. I don't care who Trump picks. I I don't even the ones you guys

don't like, I don't care. I don't. I was asked this last night. Push them all in because they don't get to decide. Trump came in with a broad coalition. There's going to be people that are like a little bit more socialist leaning, a little bit more left-leaning with that, that are interested in leftist things like labor. Do it. Do all of that. That's what the big tent is.

That's what you voted for. If you don't know it, if you're a MAGA person and you don't realize that when you expanded the tent, you got all the people that come with it. So deal with that and do not listen to these clowns. You know how I know these people are out of their damn minds? Because this was a survey this morning on MSNBC. I'm going to show you the story came from in a second. Is the Supreme Court of the United States moving the United States? I have a strong view in the

right direction. The question is right direction or wrong direction. 9% of people said the right direction. 7% said not at all. 84% said the United States Supreme Court is moving things in the wrong direction. It is sided with constitutionality. It is sided with originalism. It is sided with your liberties, including you leftist people. Do you guys know that you actually have civil liberties, including the right to speak freely and not have your government censor you in open

court? You have the right to carry a firearm or not. That's the bet. That's the other part of it. You have the right to speak or not speak. You have the right to own a firearm and bear it or not bear it and do something else. What you don't have is a right to go out and tell me how to do what I want to say or what I want to carry.

Just like they don't have a right to tell you and only a lunatic fringe, which has nothing to do with liberalism because I don't actually have a major qualm with people that believe in individual freedom and they want to maximize that. I think that it probably needs the the religious aspect to be able to temper it. But that's not a problem for me. It's like, OK, well, you don't have a religious foundation. I understand you're on the way. You're Joe Rogan.

One day you'll be here. You lost religion, you might find it again. I pray for you. That's fine. But if you were actively arguing against civil liberties because you're a lunatic, because that is the only way you can say I'm a liberal but I want to do illiberal things, I'm going to live in a place of constant

cognitive dissonance. They have the headache that I've been having since I woke up this morning, I think 3 days ago, I slept weird when I stayed up all night worrying about the government using my my tweets in a court case. And I've had this Crick in my neck ever since then. It's slowly going away, but I keep waking up with these headaches. That must be what our liberal friends feel like. I've only had it for like two or three days now. I think they must deal with it

every day. It's the idea of your thoughts running full speed into your other thoughts at maximum velocity and the shockwave just bouncing around in your skull. It's got to be hurting. It can't be fun. And while we do that, let's go ahead and talk about something that is my absolute favorite. Since we're talking about the Supreme Court, this is that where that hole came from. Are you ready? Trans lives are on the line in the Supreme Court, and it's very hard to be optimistic.

I'm going to turn to someone who's an expert on trans people and trans ERS, Jake Tapper, who kind of sounds like a lady, and this woman that you're seeing on the screen, Chase Strangio. I think I pronounced it right. I kind of don't care. I'm pretty sure Chase was not born a Chase, and you'll know in one second when Chase opens her mouth. I want to bring in the lawyer. Who's going to argue this high profile case before the US Supreme Court?

Chase Strangio Chase, thanks so much for being here. Really appreciate it. So the case comes at a time when 26 states have passed laws restricting healthcare treatments for transgender youth, according to a CNN analysis of data from the nonprofit think tank Movement Advancement Project. So how do you? Plan. To argue before the US Supreme Court in a case that could have wide-ranging implications beyond the state of Tennessee. Well, thank you for.

Having me. Jake and obviously this is a critical inflection point for transgender people across the country. We're coming off of an election season where transgender people played an outside role in people's consciousness in terms of the way in which we were situated as as a threat to others. And when we look at the map of states that ban this type of evidence based healthcare, we went from zero states that had these bans in in 2020 to now more than more than half the

country. So before the court tomorrow. The the, the question is really a simple one. As I see it, It's really this is a law that that bans medical treatment only when it is prescribed inconsistent with an individual's sex. Our argument is that that treats people differently because of their sex, and therefore the court has to treat it like all other forms of of sex discrimination, and that's why it's unconstitutional. No, it's not about. That it's not about being

unconstitutional. It's about you cannot go after children, you freaks. You know, I know doesn't have children. You. So we don't care what you think. The states, whatever happened to my democracy? Whatever happened to democracy is on the ballot. The states have voted a hole lady again, Liberal white lady with a beard and kind of my haircut. Very weird. The minute they open their mouths, the minute you know, you're like, oh, your, your name's not really.

Maybe you legally change your name to Chase. It's kind of like Caitlyn Jenner when he's like, he's like, I think that women should not be in men's sport. Men should not be in women's sports either. I was a champion in the Olympics. Hey, I know you used to be Bruce. You could be Caitlin, but you can't say that you're a woman. The end. And this poor lady cannot be a man. Listen to this voice one more

time, making the argument. We're going to we're going to say that we should be able to trans the kids this Why are they coming after kids? Because they can't make their own. They need doctors to do it. It is a religious thing. We'll we'll end with the religious thing in just one second. I would say is. Nobody has to provide this this medication to to adolescents. These are not doctors being forced to provide this medication.

These are doctors who are wanting to treat their patients in the best way that they know how based on the best available evidence to us. And these are young people who may have known since they were two years old exactly who who they are, who suffered for 6-7 years before they had any relief. And what's happened? They didn't have any. Relief. They were two years old and they knew that they didn't belong in a body that had a penis. This is absolute lunacy.

It's the reason why Donald Trump is in. It's between that and Joe Biden giving a billion dollars to Africa, they lost the thread. These people have not been able to grasp reality and a lot of it comes from the same loony liberal, racist, goofy white ladies. Because there are no consequences for them in life. Just de prioritize these thoughts. Amazing stuff. She's been making these arguments over and over again. CNN is. I guess they want the eyeballs of crazy people.

But anyone who's ever had a 2 year old, I've got one that is almost 2 right now and I have one that used to be two very recently. And they don't even know how to poop in the toilet most the time. If you're going to tell me that person knows anything, all you're telling me is you've never raised a child. You know nothing about children. You don't remember it because you also didn't know how to poop in the toilet when you were two.

So maybe just back off our kids because this is where we draw the line. That's where I draw the line. All right, again, the the the funniest thing is, is they have to go to hit pieces. They have to go to this craziness because their guy that they trotted out as a, as a beacon of hope and normalcy or normalcy. I, I never know how that word is pronounced. The reason that they have to trot it out is because everything else they have is lost and it's gone.

And they actually pissed off people who sold their credibility and they know it and they're going to do their best they can. But right now they're pissed at their own team. So let them fight is what it looks like. This is Chuck Todd explaining why he's pissed at Biden. When they're pissed at Biden, they're not going to take it out on Biden. I promise you they're going to take it out on Cash Patel. They're going to take it out on Pam Bondi.

They're going to take it out on Trump's picks because they have to have an outlet. I follow the hunter. Biden trial very closely. I read every transcript, all the testimony because that's what you all that was made public and there is you want to you want to read you want to you want to get angry just as a as somebody in in just all these mixed emotions. You read the Hallie Biden transcript and that's both widow. Yes, and and essentially he turned her into a crack addict.

And this was all happening. In 2017, 2018. And Joe and Jill. Biden were so concerned about their family that they decided to run for president. Yep. I. Just so when you talk about the word selfish, I, I, it's almost like the word doesn't, I mean, I, their decision to run for president put the entire Democratic Party and the United States of America in the position that it's in now. Boom, they cared so much about their kids that they decided to

run for president. Yep, that's how that works. And there's only one way to fix it. We just have to have a song because he mentioned what he did. Hallie Biden. I think I'll sleep. You guys love this yesterday. The hookers I see need to look a certain way. Sometimes I wake to my crackpots. Hollow clink, millions of crooked business. I've got Marie's mother things. I'm abiding. That's it. Dad's the big guy. That's how we had it. I'll put this up on locals.

I know you guys like that. People are like, where's that clip? I think it came from Steven Crowder. I don't know. I just stole it from the Internet. That's what I do sometimes. What a wild time to be alive in America. What a wild time to see it again. There's articles here. These are the the deep ones that are out there. That Hunter Biden's pardon poses a deeper system or a deeper

problem for our justice system. You'll be shocked to learn that the problem is racism, that Joe Biden went and helped his white son, but not all these minorities who are there, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's the same crap. They don't have a new line. They don't have any way. And where the hell are they taking care of the poor white people and the poor black people and the poor brown people that live in Western North Carolina?

They've ignored them completely. All right, we touched a little bit on race. Let me quickly say thanks to our buddies over at My Pillow. If you guys want to check out something for the holidays, look at mypillow.com/kyle.

mypillow.com/kyle. I've got a pallet cleanse for you today. I'm not going to leave it alone. We are going to talk about racism because why the hell not? And this one's kind of fun things that I don't think about. We talked about religion just a little bit, and they don't have it. Let's go ahead and throw something about religion.

I don't believe in reincarnation, but I do believe in comedians making fun of things and thinking about things in different ways. So enjoy this black comedian man talking about the difficulty of believing in certain religious beliefs. Here you go. So, you know, it's tougher. For black people to believe in reincarnation because right now I can blame white people for slavery. That's some fucked up shit you did back then, but just because I'm black now.

Doesn't mean I was. Black In my past, I could be who I'm angry at. I could have been a slave owner. That could be my. Statue. I made them take that. And they say when. You fuck up in your past life, when you come back, your next life is harder. So. As a former. White person. I'd like to warn you. New White. That black? Lives matter, you know what I'm saying? Because if they don't, you'll find out. You know what I'm?

Saying so no matter what. Race, nationality, Black, White, Asian, Palestinian or Jewish. Be good to people because you don't know who you're going to come back to be, you know what I'm saying? Because I definitely should. Have been a better slave owner. The way my life is. Going I was a top tier when I asked her. That's right. Be good dude, people, I don't believe in reincarnation, but I do believe that you will have to pay for your sins at some point in time, so try to do less of

them. Go out there, be a decent neighbor, go out there and debunk the sources say thanks for being part of our program. Make sure you've shared it around.
