Ron Paul and others decry the DoD Directive "authorizing deadly force" on US soil by members of the military. Is that really what just happened on Sept 27, 2024?  We'll take a look at the underlying documents and give you the background for you to assess your OWN level of concern. ______________________________________________________________Catholic Vote on Video:https://www.youtube.com/@CatholicVotehttps://www.Rumble.com/CatholicVote JOIN OUR LOCALS: https://kyleseraphin.com Use PROMO CODE "KYLE" at these sites: https://patriotcoolers.com/collections/kyle-seraphin (Tumblers & Coolers)http://MyPillow.com/Kyle (Pillows/Towels/Bedding)https://matthatjerky.com/kyle (premium Beef Jerky)http://The-Suspendables.com (Show Merch)http://ShieldArms.com - maker of the S10 and S15 magazines (Montana built firearms and accessories)

Are you familiar with FBI Special Agents Kyle Serpent? I'm familiar with the name. Is that? Yes, I'm familiar with the name, familiar with the name, familiar with the name. Let's bring in Kyle Serafin. He's the FBI. Whistleblower who helped expose government censorship of our First Amendment rights. Now, we only have this memo because a recently suspended FBI agent called Kyle Serafin brought it to the public, and we're grateful that he did. Kyle, thank you so much for

joining us tonight. He's the host of something that, strangely, is called the Kyle Serafish. Kyle Serafi, I can't thank you enough for speaking out. I knew you guys were out there and I knew it was just a matter of time. But you got a lot of guts put in your face and your name to this. You're doing a service on behalf of the American people. And from the bottom of my cracked and broken heart sometimes, thank you very much. Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower and

American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. Well, hello, my friends, welcome to the Kyle Seraphin show. I don't know why I'm holding back a grin, but I am. Today is Wednesday, it is October the 16th, and we are live.

So thank you so much for joining us, all of you in the live chats in the various places that you join us. Really appreciate that today is one of those shows that I'd rather not have to do, but I think it's necessary. And I apologize upfront for those of you that are watching this for the sort of salacious thumbnail, martial law, the title, It conjures up all kinds of images. And I don't know how to talk about this without sort of at least laying that part on the table.

I don't want you to think that we're going to be disingenuous, but I do think that people on the political right right now are farming outrage in the same way that they always do, which is to say the government's coming to kill you. And that's not exactly the correct answer. That doesn't mean that I think the government is good. You guys know better than that. And it doesn't mean that the government is a good answer and that it's a good actor.

So those things we could just throw out the window as well. But we should have a little bit of nuance when we approach things like deadly force and talk about these things in that way. So we're going to approach this like the serious topic it is today. I want to talk about the the updated DoD directives indicating that there is now this new authorization for

deadly force on US soil. And I don't want to give away too much of it, but I've gone and looked into it and I don't have the fear factor that other people do. And it's possibly because I went and looked at the second document that the primary document references. And that's really important. This is actually a continuation and a normalization of something that was in conflict previously.

It's still not good for our domestic troops, domestically based troops to be engaged in law enforcement activities. But we're sort of used to the idea of quote UN quote, call out the National Guard, OK? We are used to that idea. And most of you are not going to be freaked out by the idea of saying, hey, we've got riots in Minnesota, let's call out the National Guard. We have riots going on in Washington, DC, let's call out the National Guard.

Those are DoD assets. They may answer to the states, but this is not something completely new. There's a reason why I'm more concerned about people like the FBI because they always have this authority granted to them and they walk around with it at all times. Usually what you don't see is the military involved in law enforcement, and I think it's a wrong use of the military. There's a huge historical precedent for that. We're going to get into all that.

I also want to coat and touchback. We're going to run back and hit the bases because do you remember how much has happened in the last couple weeks? We were just talking about a dockworker strike the other day. I went back and updated the YouTube page with some of the thumbnails that were out there, and there are an awful lot of crazy stories that have happened, so we're going to touch that. I'm also going to get a little

bit personal. I hope you don't mind, but my friend Gerardo Boyle just went head to head with the federal government in federal court yesterday in Washington, DC. And we're going to talk a little bit about what the deep state actually looks like. Because the evil garbage that populate the US court systems are a real problem for Americans and for American Civil Liberties.

Before we get too deep into the weeds, I'm going to go ahead and let you know that we pay the bills by recommending products to you that I think are useful. You guys might as well start thinking about it in a big way. And if you watch this program, you don't even need an answer this question. I already know it. But if you think this country is going the right direction, you're probably not paying attention. Does it feel like things are falling apart? If you're feeling alarmed,

obviously you're not alone. And if you're watching this program, you're not alone as well. In fact, many Americans from all walks of life have decided to take action, to pursue and to prepare for whatever's coming. That starts with emergency food. Storing emergency food in your home is the right thing to do. It's what we do with the Seraphin household because we're living in these wild times. They're unexpected, they have chaos, which is why so many

people are preparing. You can get ready as well with a three month emergency food kit from My Patriot Supply. It comes with all kinds of different foods from creamy stroganoff, honey, wheat bread, mushroom rife, peel off. I don't know why I always have a hard time saying that one, but I really do. Maybe it's because mushrooms aren't my jam. The entire kid has over 2000 calories every single day. The food will last for up to 25 years. Who knows what this country's

going to look like in 25 years. God, I could not have predicted it 25 years ago, but if that day comes, you're going to be ready. Go ahead and go to prepare like kyle.com. Check it out. It's what we did. Prepare like kyle.com. Order your three month emergency food kit. Prepare like kyle.com.

Check them out. My Patriot Supply folks, it's the one that we have stacked up. We have an entire coat closet full of their buckets and then another half of it is filled with food with with water to purify. You got to make sure you're ready for this kind of weirdness. It'll also make you feel less anxious and it'll make you less concerned about the weird stuff. Now, I promise you, we're going to touch base on some older stories and we're going to start with that right here.

Documents show What is this article from? What is the name of this article? The Rhode Island, the Rhode Island current OK documents show lavish spending on pay and benefits for officials at the dock Workers Union. You remember those a holes that wanted to hold the United States hostage like a bunch of mafiosos, The ILA, the International Longshoremen's Association, they got their deal that they wanted a 60% pay raise over a period of five years, and they haven't approved it yet.

As far as we know. They've got a little bit of time to do that, but this is just another little touch because I saw this this morning. It's only a couple days old. Some of the things in here are truly staggering, and they probably should be staggering to the people that work in the longshore business. I had some of you reach out and tell me, Kyle, you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to unions #1 yes, I do. Let me just stop you right

there. I've had unions as clients and I've spent time around people that are actually in not the part of the union that you know, where you're the daily laborer or the person who is getting the benefits of the union argument. I've seen it from the political side of it, which is where the money is, which is why these things are a such a massive grift. There was a three day dockworker stike. We'll just go ahead and touch

base with that story. They threatened to stall the American economy in a dramatic fashion. They were 45,000 East Coast longshoremen who were in there interested in the the pay hikes and they basically didn't stand to collect a 60% pay hike between now and 2030. That's the tentative deal. It lifts the top pay to $45.00 an hour next year, which means that people working just the 40 hour week, which they don't usually do, would make $93,000 a

year. That's not a bad salary working on it. Even in the East Coast, you can get away with it. I lived in Virginia on way less than that, and we had a home and we had kids, all the normal things, and we had a vehicle. All right. But here's the thing that I thought was really wild. In 2023 alone, top executives we touched about Harold Daggett's dollar amounts. It's not just that one guy.

It's also nepotism, OK? In, in 2023 alone, 30 top executives within the union classified as working for the headquarters unit were paid more than $9 million in total salary and compensation. That's 25 vice presidents with an annual pay reaching $554,000 a year. So it's always about that top little percentage that makes the big money. And the part that I threw on the, on the the screen here is the most staggering part of it.

We've gotten the indication that he'd made at least like maybe $900,000 in the last couple years. Apparently he was making $855,261.00 for his leadership duties for the union. That's the 70 something year old man who's out there with the gold chain and wearing the polo shirt. But he was additionally paid 194, a $194,155 as the quote UN quote president emeritus, like a figurehead position. He made $194,000 of the union

locals money. They paid him simply for being who he was, 1,000,000 bucks a year. It's good work if you can get it. This is the crazy part of how unions work. And then additionally because why would you let that go to waste? His son was paid $785,877, almost almost 800 grand a year for his dual leadership roles in the local that his dad is getting an additional 200,000 from and his executive vice president job.

And then another son John Daggett was paid 642,000 and change for his 2 executive positions. What they talk about in this article is that many of these people hold multiple executive positions and get the full salary for both. That's what the the mob tactics look like. That's where this thing, this nepoteptic garbage is. And the and not to be left out, his daughter is also the public affairs director and makes $210,000 a year for the same union.

So the man has not just brought himself into a position of making 1,000,000 bucks a year, he's bringing in his children. This is the definition of corruption. That's what it looks like. It's no different than what we we yell about with Joe Biden. So if you are a union member and you're crying about people being mad about unions, it's because we see the corruption when we open our eyes and look for it.

And if you're a union member and you're a conservative, the odds are your union is probably supporting things that are antithetical to your political beliefs. They are extorting you for money out of every paycheck. They're giving some moderate benefit maybe, which you may or may not get from the federal government anyway, because there's all kinds of stupid pro union and pro labor stuff that goes on when it really should be an open marketplace.

And you're seeing big, big, big business money and big dollars that are given to political parties that you don't like and then also scumbags like this. And if you think somebody's worth 1,000,000 bucks a year that you couldn't get someone to do the same job for 200 grand, I think you're out of your damn mind. And he's been paying off his

kids. Like you're talking what, $2,000,000 worth of salaries just for a couple of members of the same family that basically are doing nothing, some of those jobs literally doing nothing. It's wild to me. Anyway, I didn't want to let that one go. Another thing popped up today that I think is touching base

with some older stories. It's so funny how some of these names continue to pop up. And if you guys have been following politics for the last couple years, what you see is the same evil actors tend to raise their evil heads at the same time for the same types of things. How about this story? Georgia's controversial hand count law was blocked by a judge. It's too much too late. The judge highlighted the already heightened division in the election season.

This story coming from ABC News. And you think, wait a minute, What's controversial about a triple checking hand count law in a state where they were all these questions about election integrity? OK, who is this judge is what it comes down to for me. This is what he wrote. Because the hand count rule is too much, too late. It's enforcement is thereby enjoined while the court

considers its merits. So wrote Judge Robert Mcburney last night in his order that suspended this rule where we heard that name, Mcburney, before. It sounds so familiar. Oh yeah, he was the guy that said that the Georgia abortion law that the people, the representatives in the State House wanted to push out there. Remember the representative said that the there's going to be a six week heartbeat bill in Georgia. That's what the people elected them to do and that's what they

went and decided to put out. He said women's body are not Community property. Same guy. He's decided to suspend that rule. He was overturned by the Supreme Court of Georgia. We just covered that. And who is he? He's also the guy that helped him panel the grand jury that indicted Donald Trump on that farcical stuff that was going on with Fanny and Nathan Wade. This is a Fulton County judge who apparently cannot help himself by weighing in on

political stuff. And again, as we just said, he said that the idea of hand counting, which is basically the most non technologically advanced thing that you can do, counting it by hand, something they've done for all of American history until very recently, that's too much. But I do tend to agree with him. It's too little too late in some ways. We should, we should hold these politicians accountable. They decided to do a controversial hand count law, which is not controversial.

That's just ABC editorializing in the headline. They decided to do a hand count law and they passed it weeks before the election. Are we out of our flippin minds? This is why I keep telling you I don't expect to see anything fair. There's no reason. Nothing has changed. The mechanisms have not changed, and I think I covered it yesterday, but I'm going to do it one more time because it's worth, and it bears repeating, The way that these things can be manipulated has been sort of

shared to me in some ways. We're just seeing some reporting from our friend Brianna Morello talking about how the FBI is not going to investigate fraud. We already knew that, but that was going back to 2020 and people who brought that up within the FBI, my old agency, the place where I was working, Washington Field office, they actually removed people that had questions about election integrity.

They're fine with going after people that are suppressing the vote like that's actually happening like some sort of Jim Crow style poll taxes being pushed down on black people, which is essentially what they're trying to act like. The the suppression of the vote is the interest of DOJ, but defrauding the electors that actually live underneath the system is not interesting to them at all.

And theoretically the DOJ and by extension the FBI would be the ones who would do it. The way that it works mechanically, as it's been explained to me, and it makes perfect sense, is they have complete voter rolls. They know who votes and who doesn't vote, and by the time the polls close on any Election Day, whenever they do, they can basically already see who has not voted. And then they can generate from that pool of non voters votes that go in the favor of the preferred candidate.

Because it's done in the computer. It could be flipped like this. And then because we have this new ridiculous expectation that they're going to take their time and give us days, if not weeks of counting to be able to certify the election, they have all the time in the world to generate those fake ballots. And those fake ballots, they can't be hand counted, at least not in Georgia. And they often times won't even be shown. They'll be kept under lock and key.

And the forensic audit is being turned down because the people who control the state also control whether or not there's going to be funding for this forensic investigation after the fact. And the DOJ has already agreed they're not going to get into it. That's what the mechanism of theft would look like. And that makes perfect sense to me. I don't have the evidence of it. I know people claim they do. I don't doubt them. I just haven't evaluated it.

But what I can tell you is, is that we have not seen serious action on behalf of the red states that out there or the swing states to actually fortify these elections against this fraud. And you've also seen the mainstream media pushing as hard as humanly possible against any efforts. They are backing the government.

You remember when they used to talk about holding the powerful to account and speaking truth to power and all this other kind of nonsensical, you know, leftist ideas, They abandoned those immediately when the government actually is giving their preferred outcome. Here's Jake Tapper trying to enforce this idea that they are removing people from the roles that are not, you know, that are that that should be voters or should at least be allowed to be considered voters in Virginia.

And Glenn Younkin basically straightening this guy out because non citizens are not allowed to vote. And if you indicate you're not a citizen, that's it. That's the end of the game. Meanwhile, California still has me on their voter rolls. And the last time I voted in the California election was 2008. I've lived in I think 5 states

since then. I've registered to vote five different times and I'm only registered to a vote in Texas and in California and I haven't lived in California since O 9. I moved out in June of O9 when I enlisted. For whatever it's worth, some states really really want to preserve those those voter rolls. And some states are really good about purging them. It turns out it's a one to one comparison.

The ones that want to preserve ridiculously long term voter rolls, like New York. My wife found she was registered in New York as well after she's lived in five different states. This is what goes on the blue states. Hold on to those extras so that maybe Kyle Seraphin will vote for their preferred candidate. If they need more elections, if they need more ballots to stack up. That's the only way I can. I can fathom it.

And there's no good reason why you would make me sign a sworn affidavit and have to go and swear it out in front of a judge that I no longer live in California and spend money and time when every other state has figured out how to just reverse it. The minute somebody registers for for the election in the state of Texas, they send it out and I'm no longer registered in New Mexico. The end. That's it. It just takes one time. Same thing in Virginia, automatic. And I checked it.

The only one I can't get out is California. And for all of you that keeps sending me like, oh, go to this link, go to this link. None of these things should have to happen. It shouldn't take any additional work. They already actually said, per their own guidelines, that after the third presidential election cycle, I'm automatically purged from it. I've gone through three and I'm not purged from it.

So I'm just telling you, it's very obvious to me that California has this corrupted system. Here's Glen Younkin talking about it and fighting back against CNN. Because we have to fight to just get honest answers out there against the media who theoretically are in the business of answers, but we know better. Why not just honor that 90 day period? Well, let me just first begin. It's anything but a purging program. It begins with someone identifying themselves as a non

citizen. And I guess I would pause it back to you. Do you think that non citizens when they've had self identified as a non citizen should stay on the voter roll and therefore be in a position to potentially vote in a presidential? I don't. Think I don't. I don't think any non citizen should vote. How are they self identifying?

How does that happen? They actually tick a box that says I am a non citizen or they do not answer the question that they are a citizen and therefore they self identify that they are not a citizen in the United States of America. And This is why this is so out of bounds in my mind from the Justice Department. They fully understand this. They understand the process starts with a person self identifying as a non citizen and then there is a match with that person's name on the voter rolls.

And they are given not just one, but up to three times in order to try to cure it. And This is why I find this to be a very, very unreal moment. That is stunning that they filed this suit 20 five days before a presidential election, when in fact this has been going on in accordance with our Constitution, the federal Constitution and state law since 2006. And there it is. Look at that shocked face. Jake Tapper's like, Oh my goodness, is that true? This can't be right.

The DOJ would never do something weaponized to go out there and get a political outcome. And yet that's what they do. Of course it's what they do. I want to show you another video. This is the other piece of it. Not only are these people in here and self identifying as not voters, they're also just running around doing things like Donald Trump keeps talking about, Like there's a lot of these people that came in to be criminals.

He just sat down with an Economic Forum in Chicago was talking about there's like a half million people that are identified as criminals that have come in, in the 111520 million illegals that have rolled into this country. We know that. It makes sense to me. I've seen it, folks. I've seen that a percentage, and I don't know how big the percentage is, but it's a sizable percentage, a real whole number percentage of people that sneak into this country illegally, do things against the

law. They don't come here with our values and our morals. They don't come here with any understanding of what is the law. And if they didn't understand it, they're simply going to flout it. And here's a great example of how that happens. New York City, apparently people are now starting to get fed up. Are they still going to vote Democrat? Probably. Is this a direct problem because they have a sanctuary city situation going on? Yeah, it is. It's not going to change the way they vote.

For some reason. They're just going to complain about it. But here's what good day, New York. Shocked that criminals who broke the law coming into this country would come and do criminal things in the United States, flouting all of our criminal laws. And then because they have really, really bad policies, they're let out on the streets to do it again. Think about a string of 50 robberies. This is going to be good. This is Trans de Agua again. This is the the exciting

Venezuelan gang. That is the flavor of the month right now. It used to be MS13. They're still there. They still suck. They're still doing illegal things. They're still like terrorizing people that moved here illegally. I'll talk about that more in just one second. Watch this video. What started out as a robbery crew, upwards of 50 robberies, 20 individuals arrested for upwards of 50 robberies with an out of those 20 individuals, every single one of them is on

the streets today. So it's crazy. Now there are reports that they're operating the Roosevelt Hotel, which used to be a very nice hotel in New York City. Now it's a migrant shelter. How what? What are we talking about? What's going on inside this hotel that is now spilling out into the Times Square area? Yeah. I mean, there's actually a recruitment process and there's a recruitment process within these things. You've centralized all the people. Then they can go, they can pick

up folks to be part of the gang. They can pick up people that don't want to be part of the gang. They can add people into the trafficking operations. This is how it usually works. What we would see is like 1615 year old girls would be hanging out with their 1615 year old girlfriends. The one of those friends is a runaway, the other one is aspiring runaway.

They want to run away from their family because it sucks because their family is here illegally and living in a house that has like, I don't know, 40 or 50 guys in it. And it's probably really threatening. So they're like, hey, come out and hang out with my friends who

all just happened to be MS13. Fill in the blank gang, could be any part of it. And so the 16 year old girl goes and hangs out with a friend, meets the gang members and the gang members are like, hey, you want to join the gang? And she's like, yeah, I guess I do. That's, that's cool. That's literally how this stuff goes down. That's what the recruitment looks like for women. And then a couple days later she's like, I, I don't think I want to do this.

And then they beat the hell out of her and then they rape her. And then they continue to traffic her, which means being raped anywhere from 5 to 20 times a day on a filthy mattress in the woods somewhere in Maryland, just outside of DC in Virginia. Take your pick. These things happen. And that girl is basically going to be living in a living hell for the rest of either her short life or until she's rescued by law enforcement. Generally, the short life action, that's mostly what

happens. That's what quote UN quote trafficking, which is a really nice term that we have looks like. And it happens because you brought these scumbags into this country and you're really soft on them and you allow them to be a crew that does 50 robberies in New York City and they're still back out on the streets.

It's the reason why things like deadly force are really important because these people don't want to lose that money stream and they're armed with knives and machetes and baseball bats. And every one of those things could do significant damage to you. Before we get into a discussion of deadly force, which I will show you, I will lead up to it with a video that we saw the other day came out of Virginia of all places. I want to do kind of an analysis of some deep state evil.

I don't know these people personally, but this woman and this man now on the screen are the folks that are overseeing.

Well, let me be real specific. The woman is the judge who is listening to Gerardo Boyle's court case in the District of DC. Her name is Florence Y Pan PAN and her husband is also pictured and his name is Max Stier St. i.e. R. Now, the reason they're interesting to me is because she's hearing a court case in the District of DC of a plaintiff who is suing the Department of Justice and the FBI for illegal employment practices. This is a simple employment thing.

The FBI acted in a way that is not allowed to act. Why did I bring the two of them up? Here's what Wikipedia has 'cause she has a Wikipedia page, she's filled in the judgeship that was vacated by Katenji Jackson Browne, who was elevated to the Supreme Court. She is now the judge that backfilled that position. But I always find it interesting when someone is in a federal judge position and then you go find out what do they do for a

living? Obviously, they didn't just spring out of the the Prairie grasses. So who is this lady? She graduated from law school. She began to clerk in the Southern District of New York. So she worked for a judge, OK. Then she worked for another judge in the US Appeals for the Second Circuit, OK.

And then she went to DOJ as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General. She worked there for two years as an attorney in the Appellate section of the Criminal Division from 96 to 98. So from 1995 to 1998, she was working in the Justice Department, the DOJ, you know, the people that are actually defending against the court case

that Gerardo Boyle brought. And then she went to the Department of Treasury, first as a senior advisor to the Secretary on Financial Markets, and then she moved as a senior advisor to the Under Secretary for Domestic Finance. That's a couple years. And then from 99 to 2009, she served as a line prosecutor for the United States. Here it is. This is the DOJ. It's the United States office of the, I'm sorry, United States Attorney's Office for the state, for the District of Columbia.

That's the Matthew Graves currently, that's who is the current US attorney for the District of DC. So she spent 10 years as a federal prosecutor and then she was the deputy chief of the appellate Section. So still working for DOJ, she was the deputy chief, which means she was still a, a USA of sorts. She's working as a like a higher prosecutor for another two years. All right.

And now she's the judge that is overseeing the case that the United States attorney's offices and the the DOJ and the FBI, the people that she used to work with. She's literally seeing a case where her former buddies and the her former employer is the defendant and that's not considered a conflict of interest. What about her husband? He's interesting. There's some stuff about here. The thing that I found most interesting, I included his early life and education.

They both have Wikipedia pages, so you can just look this stuff up open source. This is something that's in his early life and education. I'm, I'm not making this up. I'm going to read it directly. While attending Yale University, Steyer allegedly saw Brett Kavanaugh, now Supreme Court Justice, now an associate justice on the Supreme Court, with his pants down at a drunken dorm party where friends push Kavanaugh's penis into the hands of a female student.

That is on his official, like, open source Wikipedia page. Can we just take a moment? He graduated from Yale in 1987 and so sometime before 1987, he was apparently at a dorm room party and saw Brett Kavanaugh, who he recognized when he was elevated to the Supreme Court under Donald Trump. Like in what, 2018? How many years is that?

97, 2007, 30 something years later, he recognized that Brett Kavanaugh is the man that he saw with his pants down as a child, as a like a like a 19 or a 20 year old young man. That must be some penis, don't you think? Folks, I hate to say that over and over again, but it's really funny to me. How impressive would a penis have to be that you remember it 30 something years later from a drunken dorm party and you know whose it was? That's really something. That's Max Steyer.

Yeah. None of you believe it either. Obviously I don't. In 1982, he worked for a Republican and their staff. This is before he went to to Yale. I don't know, like all this stuff is crazy to me. And then they don't list it on his career here, but he was the general counsel. He was the general counsel for Housing and Urban Development.

How do I know that? Because I have his political donations, which you're going to be shocked to find out that even though he worked for Republicans and congressmen at one point, they're all Democrats. He was also given a $25 million grant to start up a not-for-profit that was supposed to grab capable young people and recruit them into government service. And the $25 million grant was given by another DOJ veteran who worked under Democrats in the

DOJ. They now have, like, something upwards of $50 million in their endowment. So he worked in a private law school or law firm in 95. And his law firm also made him part of the Bill Clinton defense team during the Clinton Lewinsky scandal. It's these names that just keep popping up that you've never heard of before. This is why I think it's very interesting. And yes, that's his home address on there. No big deal. He put it out there. It's public record.

This is coming directly from the Fe CS government website, Obama for America. They gave 1010 bucks for some reason. He gave $1000. Then he gave like a $10 donation. I don't know why you do that. He lists, of course, his actual job, Partnership for public service. Both of them have been giving to Democrats before they realized that they had to probably keep that thing under wraps.

We've got 2000 in the year 2000. They gave a little bit of money he did to the DNC in 2000. What is that for Florence, who is, oh, Boyle's judge gave money to John Kerry's presidential campaign and then they gave money to Obama in 08/07 and 08.

So there you go. These are the kind of people that totally don't have any any conflict of interest and they're allowed to decide cases between private citizens that have a problem with their government, even though they used to spend their entire life working for the government and currently do, and their buddies still work there. Now this kind of stuff is what basic corruption looks like.

And meanwhile, while all that's going on, we have Kamala Harris talking to Charlemagne, a radio host in New York, about how Donald Trump is actually a fascist. I'm going to break down again what I think fascism actually is. Before we do that, let me just say an appreciation to our friends that are not fascist and they are not under the government thumb. They are patriot coolers. You can go to theirwebsite@patriotcoolers.com. They have released a

suspendables collection. It's listed as the Kyle Serafin collection. But you guys know that the brand represents more than just me. And it represents my buddy Gerardo Boyle, who was just in court yesterday. It represents Steve Friend who is now without a job simply because he's part of our team and he won't bow to left or right. You guys can quite simply go to patriotcoolers.com, use promo code Kyle.

The link is in the description. It'll take you directly to our little collection of all the tumblers. They're pre set up so you don't have to be a graphic designer. It's a one click add to cart. You can buy it and just add that promo code Kyle to save yourself 10%. You get 10% off. If you get more than one, you'll probably end up with free shipping because anything over 50 bucks is free shipping. They're competitively priced to

the other stuff in the market. If you guys don't have the money to buy it, don't buy it because you're just like trying to please me. But if you want something, if you're in the market right now to replace a Tumblr or a cooler, if you want to use one like we do everyday in the back of our minivan when we go shopping, check them out, Patriot coolers.com promo code Kyle. They've been with us for what, 18 months now? They're fantastic. And I use them literally every single day.

Here's what fascism looks like. That's when the government comes in and tells private businesses how to work. You know, like the Biden Harris administration has been doing the censorship apparatus. We've heard it from her mouth. We've heard it from the surrogates in the Clintons.

We've heard it from all these people that they think private businesses, which they kept touting private businesses to do what they want, except that they've got some like government agents in there recruiting sources and trying to tell them, hey, this looks like it's probably a violation of your

terms of service. We know that guys like Elvis Chan in the San Francisco field office who probably put my name on a list based on the minimal traction that we have over on YouTube, probably put my name on a list. We've had, I think just under 100,000 total views for all the entire time that we've done the podcast over on YouTube. We've had more than that in some weeks on Rumble. Rumble is a significantly smaller place, so why would it be that our name is so crushed over there?

I just got my video blocked yesterday because we showed a little bit from SNL, which is obviously fair use. Showing a 92nd clip is fair use when you have an hour long commentary. But we get targeted for all this kind of stuff. That's what fascism looks like, folks. That's actual fascism. Meanwhile, you've got Kamala Harris agreeing with Charlemagne, who said Donald Trump's campaign is all about

fascism. What an interesting time to be alive to see that the two campaign options we have are fake fascism and real Marxism, which is to say totalitarianism,

which is at the same thing. I don't see a major difference between communism with a capital C, Marxism with a capital M, the sort of insane authoritarian leftism, and fascism with a capital F. I'm not even sure that people on the left can mostly identify it. But for whatever it's worth, real fascism is private ownership of companies that are so heavily leaned on by a government that they do what the government says without them taking ownership.

And that's exactly what we've seen in the last four years. That's what the Twitter Files revealed. It was one of these things. The fact that it's not brought up every single day is mind numbing to me. It's truly crazy. And also during this interview, she basically has been trying to punch down on Donald Trump saying that he's not mentally fit.

This is a lady who hid the mental acuity of Donald of, of, of Joe Biden from her own party because those of us who have been watching have seen him get more and more stumbly, less and less reasonable. This is the same guy, this interview that that she just did is the same guy where Joe Biden yelled, if you don't vote for me, you ain't black. So I don't know how mentally deficient you have to be to make

that argument. But here you go again, CNN trying to actually get some reasonable ratings from people that listen and what are like, hey, can somebody push back? They've got Scott Jettings. They got a couple others that are on there that are actually saying things that are honest.

Here's a little taste of that. Maybe you don't want to punch about mental acuity if you're living in the glass House of Kamala Harris. If I were Harris, I wouldn't be leaning too heavily into who's hiding what kind of medical conditions of people who are want to be the president. Given her role in lying about the condition of Joe Biden for the last four years. That's number one. Number two, I, I don't think this works for her. I think I'm I'm back in the same bucket I was earlier.

You're not selling your own candidacy. You're punching Donald Trump in the same way every other Democrat we've ever heard from for the last 8-9 years has punched this guy. That's not the problem with your campaign. We've heard all the attacks on Trump. If she cannot sell her own candidacy any better than just punching on him, I'm for her. If I were in her, can't. I just don't know.

It's going to be enough. That's my part for the Kamala Harris campaign to continue to remind people just to be lectured by Democrats about you have to have mental acuity to be the president of the United States after what we just lived through for the last four years. I love that.

Don't lecture me about mental acuity presidency, but when Democrats are who all you included, who all assured us that Joe Biden was riding unicycles and juggling knives in the Oval Office, when we know that wasn't true and Harris was the chief cheerleader for that whole don't, don't the lectures about the mental acuity come on. He's exactly right about that. By the way, can one of you use your AI tools and generate a picture of Joe Biden juggling knives on a unicycle in the Oval

Office? Because I think that is pretty fantastic. That's good stuff. He's exactly right. They're trying to make this a referendum on Donald Trump's age. That doesn't work. We've already seen what that looked like and it doesn't look good. It looks bad on them because they already tried to push out a candidate who was useless. And by the way, for some reason, now I'm never going to be thank you Saturday Night Live, but I'm never going to be able to say Joe Biden the way that I just

did. It's going to always be in my head as Joe Biden, which is J apostrophe BIDENJ Biden is a really good name. They hit it on the head. OK, Speaking of Joe Biden, this is that kind of mental acuity where the guy has a hard time just like landing the attacks. But we're going to pivot to weaponize government right now. We're going to talk about the the main topic of the day. And that main topic specifically is, are we dealing with a situation where martial law is on the ticket?

Is that what's going on? Is that what Democrats have just done the the DoD directive or the. Yeah, the DoD directive is called 5240.01. I want to cover down on that. And then also the accompanying directive, which actually defines what deadly force is and when it can be used because it's very, very important. But that's not to say that you shouldn't be concerned. I think that there are concerns can be tempered a bit.

I think the people that are running out there and lighten their hair on fire or doing the Blackbeard where they're putting candles in their beard and want to light that thing up, I think that's a little bit too soon. Because I do think that what this does is actually just harmonize an already bad

position. However, when you see what they've done already and how they've weaponized the judiciary, it's not impossible to imagine them weaponizing the military against Americans. We've done the the discussion about how he's been trying to normalize how F fifteens and F sixteens could be used against Americans. And that's a truly crazy position. Let's at least hear him bragging about this.

Again. This is the guy who the woman who's who's running works with this guy and she's talking about mental acuity. It's an awkward position. He's also straight up saying Donald Trump's got a lot more problems and I basically created them. He's he's bragging about it. Same guy. There's three other major cases waiting for him and he loses. And by the way, 34 felonies so far. He had to get sentence. He got the sentence kicked back, but I want to watch that sentence.

Look, Donald Trump's not running. He's running for himself. I think he's running. Stay out of jail. All right, so here's the the so-called red alert moment. All right, this is the let me let me throw it on the screen here too, because this is the headline that comes in accompanying the, what's his name, Ron Paul's sort of clip. Ron Paul read this information

out loud. I don't know why my headline disappeared, but there it is. So he read a headline saying that the United States military is authorized to kill Americans on US soil. Question mark. This comes from Zero Hedge, but it was written by Armageddon Pros and it came out this weekend. There's a Twitter account that follows me called the Patriot Voice. Patriot Voice John saying this is a red alert. the United States military is officially authorized to kill Americans on US soil.

Imagine waking up to discover that the US military has quietly been granted the authority to assist in domestic law enforcement activities, including the use of lethal force against U.S. citizens in certain circumstances. The whole red alert, like people getting so amped up about something, it makes me concerned. So I'm going to show you what Ron Paul has to say. I think he's a pretty reasonable dude. I generally think that the guy makes excellent points.

I think that his take on this might need a little bit of tempering. So as you guys know, I don't like sensationalism and I don't like people getting riled up. I'm going to show you a deadly force situation after all this. That's going to show you exactly why being authorized to defend yourself is a real thing and the actual DoD. But we want to start off with a headline from Zero Hedge is pretty hot. Hot headline. U.S. military now is authorized to kill Americans on the US

soil. That's that can't be possible. This would open up the door for the careless use and it's more frequent and legal. It'll be legal now. So nobody will have to worry about that. Send in the troops. We need you to shoot a couple of these people. They, they, they're opposing our policies. They're demonstrating against COVID rules or something they'll come up with. So I think it's very, very dangerous.

So here it is now. Zero Hedge picked it up from Armageddon Pros, which is a which is a sub stack which they often run and it says U.S. military now authorized to kill Americans on US soil. Question Mark OK, so here's the

quoted document. This is the Department of Defense Directive 5240.01, updated September the 27th of 2024. The problem with going into documents and diving into these things and then losing your minds over them is that you don't necessarily have historical context or precedent and you don't necessarily know exactly what it is that you're talking about. Let it be known that I pulled up this on the screen over here on my left. What I have is the, this is the

originating component. It's the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. That's who generated this particular document. It is a replacement from an older DoD Intelligence Activities Directive of the same name from August 27th of 2007. So it's been amended and it repeals, cancels and reissues this guidance. On top of all that, it's a 22 page document of which people are very excited about.

Basically one paragraph, if not maybe two paragraphs tops, which is going to be under paragraph 3.3. The levels of authority, The levels of authority say under subsection A that the requirement for Department of Defense or Secretary of Defense approval is needed.

If the following things happen, it says that it may require additional permissions as as described in paragraph 3.2, which is the thing above it. The decision to approve requests for these types are permissible as described in paragraph. This is all really litigious language. Here's section A that people highlighted.

This is highlighted by that account that we just showed you on Twitter, provisions of personnel to support response, FS4, and they're highlighting civil disturbances, which may include presidential authorization. Now, civil disturbances is a broad term, but most, most of us will see this as civil unrest, as riots, things that we've seen the National Guard called out for a long time. This is fairly common. This goes back at least to the

1960s and maybe before that. I'm thinking of like Kent State, I'm thinking of there has been a possibility for the DoD to engage with the public on US soil in that terms. Little Rock when they were going and they were allowing black students into the, you know, the Little Rock Five. I think that's the right name for it. OK, So these are the times when they can do it.

The Secretary of Defense has to actually give for approval for provisions to support law enforcement efforts and civil disturbance or here's subsection C of this. It says assistance in responding with assets to potential with

potential for lethality. That means armed assets of any kind or any situation in which it is reasonably foreseeable that providing the requested assistance may involve the use of force that is likely to result in lethal force, including death or serious bodily injury. That part right there, the death or bodily injury part, made me think about where does this reference?

It also includes all support to civilian law enforcement, which we've seen plenty of times and they do it in DC all the time in situations where confrontations between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or groups is reasonably anticipated. Now, here's the thing that most people that are talking about this forget. This is the part that is not highlighted, but I think it's

relevant. Use of such force may be used in accordance with DoD Directive 5210.56, potentially as further restricted based on the specifics of the requested support. So this is not a carte blanche open kill order on American citizens. So I went to that document and here it is.

It's a 26 page document. And on page 17, if you want to follow at home, we're going to see that the DoD originally issued this, or at least the the thing that it's replacing was in November the 18th, just before Donald Trump came in 2016. And it was changed on November 6th of 2020. So this is the deadly force policy, which we always talk about when we talk about federal law enforcement.

If you've ever worked in local law enforcement, you know that you either have a deadly force policy or what is broadly known as a use of force policy. And use of force explains when, how, and if you can use force of any kind, up to and including deadly force. Here's what's really important about this. The deadly force policy is still in effect for for the DoD assets that would go and assist law enforcement on the state level, on the federal level, or even on

the local level. And here's what it says. This is part E, deadly force, subsection one. The DoD component heads may impose further restrictions on

the use of deadly force. In other words, they can make this, they can curtail this, but generally speaking, Part 2, deadly force is justified only when there is a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury to a person, or under the circumstances defined in 30 in paragraph 34E4, which is actually on the page as well, Deadly force may be used when reasonable, including but not limited to the following

circumstances. There's an entire list of them, which I can actually tell you if you really want, but the entire list basically includes circumstances that are going to protect national security assets. They're not on the screen because it's a little bit wordy, but otherwise, let's say they can use deadly force in the defense of others when protecting assets vital to national security. Think about like a skiff or places where national security tools are.

If somebody is protecting inherently dangerous property, if you're trying to gain access to a tank, they've done this. I actually remember this when I was a kid in San Diego. They shot a guy because he was driving around the tank. That's inherently dangerous equipment. So that's what we're talking about there. Or inherently dangerous property, protecting national security infrastructure, critical infrastructure, yes. Can these things be abused? Yes, of course they can.

I'm just letting you know. Or when they are arresting or apprehending or preventing the escape of someone whose unlawful escape and fleeing will give probable cause to believe a bunch of other things, which means that they're storing or they are running off with things that would otherwise endanger national security. It's a broad mandate. There's no doubt about it. Should people be concerned?

Absolutely you should, but it's not a red alert moment in my opinion, because all this does is it, it aligns the idea that there is, if you're going to put the National Guard into a law enforcement capacity, particularly law enforcement people in the National Guard, that they are going to have the exact same deadly force policy that I operated under as an FBI agent. It basically aligns the two

problems. Now, the problem is that we're talking about using DoD assets on US soil, and that's the bigger piece of it in general. There probably needs to be a better move for that. That's what mutual aid is about. That's why on January 6th of 2021, when I was out in Frederick, MD, shooting with a bunch of guys on the SWAT team, and they were part of armed response for the state police and some of the local counties and Arundel County was around there. Who else was there?

PG County, Some of the DC adjacent counties, they all got like their beepers or their text messages all went off and said you have to help respond to the capital. It's much better to see civilian law enforcement respond to other civilian law enforcement for civilian law enforcement purposes. Dragging out the National Guard, which we have said is a thing, is very weird. And having lived through DC in 2021 when Joe Biden was inaugurated, it's very strange to see armed troops.

They have to have a deadly force policy if they have the weapon system. Does it make sense they have to have some rules of engagement on domestic soil? This simply is correcting what that is, and it brings it in line with other federal agents and other federal officers.

Which is to say, deadly force is only justifiable when it's necessary, when the officer has a reasonable belief, or when the troops have a reasonable belief that the subject of such force, which means the person you're shooting, poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the troops or to someone else. That is in line with federal

rulings. That is what the DOJ has across the board for the US Marshall Service, for the ATF, for the DEA and for the FBI and any other components they're in. So it's not out of line that they would have those same rules. The problem is, is that we have normalized the idea that the National Guard would be a peacekeeping force on US soil, and we should be concerned about that. Does it make sense?

I don't have the same red alert moment because this thing has been done and they are going to have RO ES. The problem is they mostly do not train in these RO ES because if you're a soldier, an infantryman, even if you're a military police officer, your rules of engagement are very different. And the type of people you

engage with are very different. Being a gate guard or being a gate guard, let's say in, in Iraq or in Afghanistan or in the Philippines or anywhere else, you have a very different tolerance for dealing with the public. You're not going to be dealing with them in the same way that like a cop does who deals with them every single day. A regular cop and anybody who's been in the military police knows that they're dealing with a totally different subset of

the population. You're not running around and dealing with what this poor guy just dealt with. This went viral everywhere. Talking about a, a shooting. I think I've got a picture of it. Why deadly force is so important. Here it is. This is video #3 that I just said, this is body Cam footage. So if you're listening, it's actually worth tuning in to see this if you have not seen it.

This is a 6 foot six, what we thought was a transgender person, but turns out to be a a female basketball star, a college athlete of all things. There's been some absolute dragging of the school. I think it was Georgetown. I'll double check right now. But This is why deadly force policies need to be given out and why Democrat policies that have come in the wake of the George Floyd riots and even before that the the Ferguson riots that happened.

These things are real problem, whether it be Freddie Gray or anything else. They have made law enforcement officers slow on the trigger when they should be quick, and some of them are quick on the trigger when they should be slow. It's more important to have good training and good RO ES that people very, very clearly understand what is a good shoot and what is not because this guy is basically fighting nothing but a good shoot.

If someone slashes at you with a 10 inch kitchen knife and cut your face open when they open the door, which is what you're about to see, you should shoot them right then they have forfeited whatever is going to happen next. There's no courts that are going to sort this thing out. So listen, you're going to hear a little bit of music. You're going to the door open, you're going to hear a how you doing in a slash. And then this cop basically goes

in to a fight for his life. He ended up very nasty and bloodied. He did survive this. The the woman did not. Here we go. Back up, back up. Hey, man, what else they're doing? Please. Back up, Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up by three. One bubble. Single one shots fired. What is your location? 322 Apartment 32211830, Sunrise, Sunrise Valley Star Medic, please. Yeah. Start medic, please. Indeed. You guys can see the blood dripping off his hand right there.

He got his face cut. He got his hand cut. This woman, whose name was Sidney Wilson, I'm just looking off screen here, 33 years old, was asked to be checked on for a mental health check. This is the danger of trying to send a social worker. Imagine opening the door. How you doing? And a slashing knife coming at you. Because that's what happened to him. He was cut. He was slow on the shoot. And this woman, Sidney Wilson, decided right then and there he drew the gun and didn't shoot

her. I'm going to go with it that it's a female. I've seen the pictures of this of this gal who looked, it looks like a female at least as at a younger age was a basketball player for Georgetown. So I guess Ahoya Hoyas went Hoyas forever. And they tweeted out this like, you know, rest in peace, sorry you don't get to rest in peace when you go and attack a cop. And that noise that you heard at the end of the hallway, as he was very, very calmly relaying that information.

Like massive kudos to that cop for being very calm under fire, probably too calm when it came to drawing and shooting that that firearm. But massive kudos for him to relaying information properly on the radio. That noise you heard at the end of the hallway is a death rattle. And some of you that have ever heard it, you'll never unhear something like that. That's the last gasp when you've heard that expression that there's a last gasp at freedom or a last.

That's what an actual last gasp sound like. That is the body relaxing all of the all the muscle tone that needs to be kept. And so whatever air that was in there just kind of rushes out. My understanding was that this lady was 6 foot 6, so that makes sense for a college basketball player. But imagine you're a regular dude. His last name is Lou so I assume he has some Chinese origin. You've got a regular Asian sized man standing at a door the open how you doing and slashing

across the face. This is why there has to be a justification. There has to be a deadly force policy in place. I much prefer it be people who do that for a living then soldiers. I'd rather it be that than infantrymen dealing with this kind of thing. And the reason why I think that is because the federal government does a crap job at basically everything. I'm going to play you one more video here. This comes from my buddy Steve Baker, who's doing in person report.

He is currently stationed in North Carolina, which is his home state. He's reporting on behalf of the blaze and he's talking about that, that moment when you know that civilians who care about their neighbors do a far better job than any federal government agency ever will do. He's covering the FEMA response to the hurricane hit than and the devastation in North Carolina.

Baker doing an on the ground analysis and I think he's spot on. We can always talk about the the 20 foot rule and deadly force a lot more, but this is just more evidence that people who care about their neighbors will always be better. Which is why I say the government is the worst solution to every problem that it has to answer, even when it's the only solution to the problem. And it may be the only solution when it comes to law

enforcement. I probably agree with that, but man, I really dislike it and I always disliked it. I disliked it when I worked for the government. I said the exact same thing. This is not a new phrase for me. Here's Steve Baker crushing it in person. I saw him land in the helicopter. He sent me a video of that. So I'm going to show you his reporting on the blaze last night. And this is true of every disaster.

There's always somebody, there's always some criminal element that wants to take advantage of that. And it's happening here with Savage Freedom, this operational center that you see right here behind me that has taken over the Harley-Davidson center and has set up this incredible distribution supply byline for relief. I mean, we're talking about they're able to air limp, they're able to get it in with ATV's and all other matters of

relief to get it in there. And because of the reputation that these guys have, it's growing daily because of how well organized they are. They are operationally, I mean they're they're all ex military and they, it's run like a really finely tuned special operations operation. And as a result of that, other people are now starting to use their name to perpetrate their they're scams.

They're going to other operation relief operation centers telling them that they're with Savage freedoms to try and get additional equipment, whatever. And they're so essentially the government has come in and said, well, these people are dangerous because there are people that are misusing the name. At the end of the day, the federal government has no business interfering with civilians, trying to help out other civilians, military or otherwise. Like they just, they just stay away.

And if a bunch of vets who are now able to live on a pension that they've got from military service want to volunteer their time and their skill set to go out there and help their fellow man, this is what we should expect. This is what has always happened in America and we are dealing with the opposite of it, where people want to lay back and say the federal government will handle it. The federal government is objectively terrible.

It's objectively terrible at almost all the things that it has to do, including the things that there's no other choice. You need some more evidence? I'll give you something. It's kind of like a weird Wednesday. Let me give you a weird Wednesday moment. Former FBI agent just sentenced for gambling away government cash in Las Vegas, of all things.

A former special agent with the New York Field Office took more than $13,000 in government money meant to be used in undercover operation and turned around and lost it gambling at the Bellagio Resort and Casino. Guy's name is Scott Carpenter, which is a funny name for those in my family 'cause we had a family friend named Scott Carpenter. I guess it's more common than we think.

Everybody argued for probation, but he was sentenced to three months in federal custody and he'll do that in home confinement. How many of you think that you could steal $13,000 from your publicly funded job and get away with three months of probation and or hanging out at home? Very interesting. Carpenter and three other agents traveled to Las Vegas, NV with $135,000 in government cash that was supposed to be used in a sting, bribe payment and

incidental expenses. The government agents conducted an operation in the Hotel Cabana and afterwards went to the Resort Casino at the Bellagio for their last night together. Before leaving the hotel room, Carpenter took $10,000 in government money from a safe. The agents went back to the High Roller Resort room where Carpenter brought $10,000 in chips. He played blackjack for several hours and lost all $10,000, the average size of his bets over

those two to three hours. With 721 dollars, most of us cannot afford to do a $721.00 average bet per hand. But turns out if it's not your money, you don't care. Yet another argument against giving people OPM, also known as other people's money. Yes, he did lose his job over all of this. All right, since we've been kind of on a serious kick and there's a lot of serious topics I want to do ADOD video. I love people in the Dodi love

soldiers I love. Airmen, I love sailors, Coast Guard, ease, whatever you coasties are called, right? Even the Space Force. We love all of you all. We appreciate the service that people do. Doesn't mean you're a St. And in fact, the one thing that I think is most funny, there's this guy I played a video clip from the other day, the funniest thing that I've ever been a part of as an adult. Because I entered when I was 27 years old is the weekend safety briefing.

If you are in the military, you all know about this. If you've been in the military, you've gotten a weekend safety briefing and it includes all kinds of crazy funny stuff. So I've got 2 pallet cleansers for you today, both of which I couldn't figure out which one was better. So we're going to do them both. Here's something that we cannot allow our troops to get near caffeine suppositories and a man in uniforms take on such a thing.

This is a caffeine. Suppository it's a. Caffeine. What? I'm not sure I'm understanding you correctly. You understood me correctly. It's caffeine for your. It is what I thought it is or was. Keep this away from the infantrymen and and combat jobs in the military. Keep it away from all service members. Right? You don't want you want normal service members. Not but caffeine service members. That is a dangerous service member.

One minute you've got a normal 1, then you give them some butt caffeine and then they'll show you the meaning of speed. Do not give service members but caffeine. I think that is a pretty simple statement. This would be part of your weekend safety briefing. Once it became aware that the command structure was aware that such a risk existed, they would let you know not to go to certain strip clubs. They would let you know that there are certain areas that are off limits to all military

members and personnel. And they would also let you know that you cannot take but caffeine for performance enhancement on or off duty. Very, very important stuff. Lastly, a little discussion. Since we've been talking about race in this election season quite a bit, I want to discuss that there is nuance to everything. It's not just nuance to the deadly force policy. How about some nuance with the idea of something that most people would overtly refer to as racist, and that is blackface?

This is one of the greatest comedians, I think, of our current time. His name is Andrew Schultz. He's fantastic, and here's a little piece from his special talking about the overt nature of blackface. But are there some exceptions? Maybe in the instances of national security? Again, nuance is everywhere. Blackface is wrong. Racist cannot do it. We agree. We agree. OK, good. Blackface is wrong. Cannot do it. Blackface is wrong. Well, I have to ask the black faces.

I can't ask the fucking rest of y'all. Blackface is wrong. It's racist. You cannot do it. Under no circumstances cannot do it. Then you see them Navy Seals commercials, you're like, all right, well, kind of sometimes we could do it. The whole Navy Seals commercial is like, look how cool black faces on a helicopter, Look how cool black faces on a boat, Blackface in the water, they can swim. I don't know if they say that. I don't know if they say that. I that I might have added that

part. I might have added that part. That's on me. But I'm just saying life or death situation has changed the stakes. Let's say, for example, me and you, we're going on a mission to save America. The mission takes place at 1:00 AM. That is an important piece of the information on the call sheet. You. Have your complexion. I have the complexion of an iPhone flashlight. If you don't give me blackface, we're fucking dead. I'm a disco ball in the desert. They're going to see us from a

mile away. It's head shots for the both of us. You want to see her again? You got to paint me the fuck up, bro. Full thing you don't have to do the lips in the tap shoes. That's a little bit much, but you got to paint me up. You gotta pay me the fuck up. You're not gonna let me go on that mission with you without putting on blackface for your safety, Just like I'm not gonna let you smile. There's certain things, guys. You can't let him smile too.

Have you guys ever seen this? The fun thing about people that have been in life or death jobs, and it doesn't matter if you're in a fire department, if you're an EMS service, if you're in law enforcement, if you've been in the military, if you've been in a life or death job, if you're part of a rescue group. This kind of humor between races is 100% not just normal, but necessary because it breaks down all the stupid and all of that ridiculous programming that the media would try to have.

You believe that there's some big difference. There is a difference in how dark your face is in the night. If you're doing a night op and your body smiles and he looks like just a pair of teeth sitting out there. And we had black guys on my squad doing surveillance where we would have this talk all the time. Everybody has to blend differently based on what they do and based on what they look. These are basic observational humors that used to be acceptable in this country, and

that's why it's so good. That's why I like seeing this stuff. It's bringing back like normal comedy. I appreciate that. Since we've been talking about feds quite a bit on this episode, federal on all levels, let's do a five star review from someone who is a federal employee, kind of the US Postal Service. They're a weird animal, aren't they? Here we go. This is coming from our Spotify folks. Cheap fakes and hot takes. Episode 331, Jay Bird said.

I confess as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service, I have the same mentality as the two FBI agents, but at least I don't have to infringe on anybody's right. I get my gold when the golden eagle SHITS, when the golden eagle turns in your bank account, that's how it works. Yes, That's exactly what happens. Just saying federal employees, they're just like the rest of you. They like to see that that dollar amount hit their paycheck because that's why they're doing

the job. They probably wouldn't do it for free. Most people wouldn't do any job for free. I might do this one for free. I did when we started. Really appreciate all of you guys. If you want to support my buddy Garrett who is going through this federal court case and it's kind of a pain in the butt, this is the merch store. You guys can always go to the dash suspendables links in the description. The dash suspendables.com. You can get the last line shirt like I'm wearing today.

You can get the the very cool looking one that is on this side of me. There it is. Bam. Look at that. That is the last line sub stack. That's where his sub stack is. I wear that all the time. I wore it yesterday. I wear it where it makes people uncomfortable. It's got a picture of an AR15 with a feather coming out the end of it. Very cool. The don't forget the dash suspendables.com promo code Kyle, and I'll make a little short plug on the Locals

channel. I will post both of those DoD documents should you like to peruse them or have them on your phone. We'll post them in the thread on our locals community and that is at kyleseraphin.com. Again, Kyle, seraphin.com for the Locals channel. You can be either a paid member, you can be an unpaid member. I'll make this thing one of the the public things. I think it's in public interest. It's public documentation, but I

pulled down both those PDFs. If you want the 22 and the 26 pagers, we'll throw that up there today. Feel free to check us out at kyleseraphin.com. Really appreciate all of you for being part of the program. If you listen to us live, if you watch us after the fact, if you're on video, if you're on audio, you're equally appreciated. I really do appreciate that. Make sure you guys are sharing this thing if you think that this is good nuance that people should have.

I want people to turn down the temperature on things that sound crazy, and I really want you to know that just because the federal government is terrible and it's totally terrible, not every single one of these outrage headlines is something you should fly off the handle on. And you should probably focus on the most important thing, which is building that small little local community.

If you hate big government, you should love your local community, your small neighborhood, the people that live right next to you on your left and your right and to the front and to the back. So go out there and make sure you know who those people are. Take care of them, take care of each other. God bless all of you. I hope you have a wonderful day. I'll see you again tomorrow.
