Transcript

Take a look behind the curtain with the real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties. Enthusiast, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Hello my friends, welcome to the Kyle Serif and show. Today is Tuesday. It is July the 16th. We are rolling live right now on rumble.com/kyle Serif and make sure you have liked this video

by the time it is done. If you have not subscribed to our channel, we appreciate if you do, make sure you're notified and so on. And there is the live chat that is going. Do you know the fun thing about this? This live format is it's I prefer to anything else. I hate live to tape. I hate doing TVI love this moment that we get just before we go live. First of all, my mind goes completely blank and I just go like, what on earth am I even talking about today? That happens.

And then we get this funny little moment where somebody in the chat says something really weird and usually it's semi inappropriate. So I'm going to amend the words to fit something that's more appropriate for what we talk about. And someone said the rhyming equivalent, but not the same words as Don your Crocs and grab your Glocks. I don't have any cool catch

phrases. If you if you've never joined our live show, if you've never watched us on Rumble, if you've never watched us on any of the video platforms, you miss out on kind of this 92nd intro that I put together. It's kind of a bona fide reel. It's Dan Bongino and Seb Gorka and Jesse Watters and Tucker Carlson, a couple of others. And it's this kind of like mish mash of all these people that I've gone and spoken with on their programs.

And the guy who has the funniest, I don't know how he remembers it, but the funniest series catch phrase at the end is Seb Gorka, who has said some very nice stuff about us. And I really enjoy being on his program. He's amusing as all get out. Seb says something.

He's like, he's like, grab this thing and do this sucker and then then this thing and then another thing and then make sure your head is thick and stay frosty but stay on a swivel but also stay cold so that you're aware whatever the hell he says. Some of you guys know what he says. It's really funny. It just keeps going. When I've been on his program and he ends it, I just go like, oh, oh, oh, are we almost done? No, we're almost done. All right. Today's going to be an

interesting program. I think we're going to be talking about a couple things. I'm I'm actually picked up on something that is not in the mainstream media at all. And I think that that sort of thing, when things are covered long form, I'm interested. When they're not covered and they're being ignored, I find that also quite interesting. So we're going to talk about JD Vance. We can't help it. The heir apparent, if you will, someone who has been now chosen to run on the VP Canada.

That was the big question, right? Who's going to be the VP? I think that there are various folks that have made the argument the VP is less important than some of the other cabinet picks. And right up until Saturday, all of us would have agreed, right? We would have actually said, yeah, what does the VP do? Like, what did Mike Pence do other than kind of just walk around and have a wife that the Secret Service didn't like?

But the VP pick suddenly becomes pretty interesting when the main man on the ticket has taken a bullet to the ear, missing his face. I'm just going to make that argument up front that we may now see an elevation on why that actually matters and the skin that you have to have in the game to step into this arena knowing that the guy that's sitting on top of the ticket took around at the head.

Yes, so that's one thing. We're also going to be talking about failures, what's going on, the ongoing investigation that's happening. This is very, very early on in the game. It should not surprise you that we don't know very much, but we're starting to learn some things. And I don't think that the FBI is going to be able to tamp down on this. It's too big of a story, even if they would love to do it. Let's see what else is going on. We're going to be talking about

conspiracy theories. That's the thing that I wanted to get really into. I was on a program yesterday. Conspiracy theories abound. Everybody wants to play this game. So here we go. We're going to talk about that. Some horrible analysis, some stuff that just absolutely ridiculous. And then lastly, the documents case. It's been dismissed, which is the biggest news of this year, except it happened in a week when Donald Trump got shot. I mean, you just can't make this this stuff up.

It's that's how intense this thing is going to be. So let's just start off with my friends over at Patriot Coolers before we get launched. Patriot Coolers is the website. They are our friends down in Houston, TX. They make a fantastic product, a roller molded cooler. The one you're seeing on the screen is my 50 Quart. It's in tan. Actually asked for the Gray but didn't have it in stock because they sell these things out all

the time. They're about $200.00 with our promo code and they will get free shipping. So it's like almost exactly $200. You'll get 10% off by using Kyle again.

Kyle. And the one thing I always forget to mention, and I and I used to mention it really early on, they give a portion of their proceeds back to a group that's called Homes for Our Troops. That is a charity that modifies homes to help the severely disabled, wounded veterans that come into this country, come back to this country after they've served us overseas. It's a really good 'cause

they've written massive checks. They've written, you know, like I think 400 + 1000, maybe $500,000 at this point in donations to this charity from the proceeds. They are patriots both in name, but also indeed very cool. Patriot coolers.com promo code. Kyle, if you guys want to support our program, you can always get custom merch there. But they just make an awesome product. Like no one has ever said like, oh, Kyle, you, you, you sent me the wrong way. Like, it's not a good thing.

It's an awesome product and everybody really likes it. And they like the way it seems, the way that it feels in their hand and the way they use it. Let's get launched into this sucker coming in kind of meandering Trump rally shooter. Motives still unclear as Biden urges calm. This is CBS trying to turn down that temperature, turn down the volume on what's going on. Do we believe any of this stuff

at this point? I, I tweeted out this morning if you guys follow me on social, which like I said, many of you probably do, we're actually streaming on X right now and I shared it there. The FBI, we're kind of hearing some whispers behind the scenes, 'cause, you know, we've got some birds in our ears. The FBI is talking about right wing violence in response to the Trump assassination attempt. That's kind of the way that the IC works. The intelligence community, it's a politically captured

organization at this point. We're talking about people that are looking for outcomes and then they are trying to basically justify their conclusions. So the issue is not that somebody who donated to A to a leftist 'cause that gave money to Act Blue. It's not that somebody pulled a rifle up and pointed at cops and then climbed up on a roof and shot the former and maybe future president, that that's not the issue. The issue is, is that Republicans may respond to it.

Conservatives may respond to it. The right wing may respond respond to it with violence, which is kind of the narrative they've been running with for a while, is it not? It doesn't matter if it's coming from the FBI or from DHS like these these a holes, they cannot help themselves but see through the political lens. And this goes to a much bigger and more dangerous issue I've talked about on the show before, but one of the reasons why I monitor CNN.

It's my first spot that I hit every single day on the homepage. Every day without fail, I look at CN NS news stories first. The simple reason is when I worked for the FBI and I've worked in, let me see here I've I worked in Washington field and I worked in the Albuquerque office. I've worked out of at least 20 different offices and I have visited more than 20 FBI

offices. I've been in some of the the resident agencies outside of Baltimore, resident agency for Washington, DC, been in one of the offices in or to off sites in Miami. We've been to Pensacola and been in command post. I mean like they always have CNN on always every day. I'm one of these people too. So the Intel analysts that are writing up these things, that are trying to analyse the threat landscape, which is what they use, these are these fancy BS terms.

They're worried about right wingers responding and not the actual left wing violence of which we look. The results are in, folks. We all lived through 2020, didn't we? Did you? I was in Portland, I was in DCI, saw both coasts allow insane left wing violence, burning, looting, smashing and grabbing, defacing of public buildings. They just went wild. How many right wing riots have we seen?

We saw January 6th, which was actually very tame compared to what happened in Portland. There's no way around this. The fact that it happened at the Capitol, it's not great. Do you remember that they put Donald Trump in the bunker at the White House? You remember that I had somebody reach out to me on social media and, and say, you know, my team was also briefed that Antifa has an idea.

Listen, the actual briefing that I got when I landed in Portland with my team, which would have been in like September of 2020, we get down there and I'm not the team leader. I'm the like an ATL, I guess, assistant team lead. And I'm sitting there in this hangar garage space that they let their, their auto text work out of.

And we're in the Portland field office, which of course had CNN on. And this lawyer and this Intel analyst, this big guy, he was like 6 foot eight, but very effeminate, big, heavy set dude comes out and he briefs our team Antifa. It is an idea. We don't really think of it as an ideology. And we love our activists here in Portland. We love our activists. We love our First Amendment. As long as it's leftist loonies, they're fine with it.

And then you drive through downtown Portland, which I did at that time, and it's like every major store was paying homage to this occupying force that was lawless and did whatever they want. And we knew who all the actors were. Folks, if you don't know that, I mean, we had people in the crowd. We had people watching from the outside. We had people on the inside that were in plain clothes. We knew who was running those things. The 100 days plus of riots, if that's news to you, let it not

be news to you. If that's news to people that are members of Congress, let that not be news to them. The FBI had targeted all of the leaders that were involved in all of the insane violence that happened. Have you ever seen anything like that kind of organization and that kind of melee from Los Angeles to Portland, from Portland to Minneapolis, from Minneapolis over to DC?

Did that ever happened Because somebody, you know, 100 million people held their breath on Saturday afternoon when Donald Trump took a bullet. That's just what happened. Did anybody jock up in their kit? Did you see anybody throwing on their plate carriers, slapping magazines into the bottom of rifles, repping back a charging handle, dropping a bolt and getting ready to go out there

and just go take people out? Did you see people get into their trucks and start driving downtown and throwing firebombs through windows? Did they all grab their spray paint cans and scream F Biden and put it all over all the businesses? No, because they're the ones who own the flipping businesses. The people who vote for Donald Trump are regular people, and the political left has basically tried to do this bizarre and strange class warfare, which is

what we're seeing right now. Clearly the information, OP, is can we get the people who are the least informed, who have the least skin in the game, who pay the least amount in taxes, the poorest people in this country to join us and also the richest people. This is the faction and the middle of America. I would say overwhelmingly outside of like single white women who have some sort of like middle income, the, the average person who has a family is

looking around going. I don't want that crap for my kids. And generally speaking, I want good values and I want my kids to be educated in a way that is not offensive. And I don't want anyone chopping off their genitals. And I don't want people coming in and staying their jobs and their futures by coming in with an open border like the average person. It has to be you go out there and meet people.

The only way that you line up with some of the lunatic stuff that the, the left is, which is like, we want abortions. I, I, we had a family member conflict just just two days ago, a family member conflict about abortion. And it's like, I don't think you're evil for thinking abortion is appropriate. I think that abortion is evil and that you don't actually support it, even though you think you do because your life is lived in in opposition to it.

How many suburban moms, housewives that vote for the left, how many of them actually don't live leftist values? Like are you out there transing your kids? Are you out there chopping off your kids Dick so you can make friends with your with your girlfriends at brunch and brag about how your son doesn't have a penis? Is that are you doing that? Because unless you're doing

that, I don't believe you. If you're raising babies in a job or not in a job and you pay your taxes and you actually have somebody like clean keeps your lawn clean. Screw you with that garbage. That's a joke. It really is federal investigators. Here's the CBS piece. We'll go back to it here. Federal investigators are continuing to investigate about for the motive. Oh, what could it be?

What could the motive be for shooting at president, former President Donald Trump at a rally on Saturday? Grazing his ear grazing his ear right grazing his ear equals bullet goes through ear is what it looks like tell you outside of what is going on right now outside of Donald Trump's bandaged ear, which is throwing a shadow across the entire political landscape and almost all the news cycle. This would be still at a massive Newsweek.

Joe Biden's trying to recover. He's got how psyched is he right now that that that happened? I'm serious like it's given a little bit of breathing room from his disastrous debate performance. Trump has been silent long enough and and then he goes out and he does a rally and the first thing that happens is some gunman crime climbs up there because you know, they're, they're being mean to, to, to our guy, our guy's getting it's getting hammered in the press.

We got to go do something. This is why I don't have a ton of confidence in the FBI doing their job. But I do think that the various different state police agencies, the the other parts of the government, we've already heard that the Secret Service members that were actually available on site on Saturday have all gone into basically a sequester position. So they don't change their story and they don't communicate. They don't leak anything and they don't have any access to journals.

Why? Because those guys also, and I say guys specifically the people that work in the Secret Service that carry a badge and a gun, they're going to overwhelmingly be right leaning. I've met 11 sort of Lib style Trump hating Secret Service member. I met a bunch of bunch of people in the Secret Service. When we were working in DC. We would constantly be dealing with both agents and the the non agent positions in the uniform division. I met one guy and he was pretty

reasonable. He just didn't like Donald Trump that he's like, I don't like his personality. I don't like what he's about my wife and I don't like him. That's fine. It didn't get in the way of his job from what I can tell, but I'm just saying that was it. Here's the here's the special agent in charge, Pittsburgh field office. Tell me what kind of confidence you guys got from this guy. He gave his press conference on Sunday, I believe. So my name is Kevin Rojek.

That's ROJEK. I'm the special agent in charge of the FBI Pittsburgh field office. The first thing I want to say is that the FBI stands with the people of Butler County in Western Pennsylvania, and our hearts go out to the victims of this heinous act which occurred

today. This is our community, and I want to let the public know that the FBI has deployed a number of our resources, including investigative agents, our evidence response team, bomb technicians, and we have additional resources coming from other field offices as well as from FBI headquarters, including our evidence response from Quantico, VA. All right, that's very exciting. We're all really thrilled. Who is this guy? So I just pulled up his his LinkedIn so we could talk about

it a little bit. It's worth knowing who these folks are. He started off as a special agent in Norfolk, VA, in 03. So he came in post 911. He was assigned to counterintelligence. Counterintelligence people. It's always the Intel people. The Intel people are the most captured of all of them. Doesn't make me feel great about it. He said he conducted counterintelligence investigations followed by service supervising the offices

cyber squad. So again, almost no time with actual violent crime, which is not unusual folks. Well, like the the FBI doesn't do violent crime. That's why these investigations don't really belong there. I don't know what the federal Nexus is. Maybe one of you can tell me, maybe somebody who listens to that listens that's in the FBI can tell me the federal Nexus of shooting at a presidential candidate who is not in the government that wasn't targeting federal agents.

And is it because federal agents engaged that person? So it's a federal shooting because federal agents were the shooters. Is that it? I, I don't really understand, like this should be a local. This should be a local matter in most ways, and honestly, I would let Pennsylvania State Police take the lead on it. I don't understand whether or not it was their space. It's very possible we're hearing that the sniper team that actually engaged may have not been a Secret Service asset at

all. You guys have seen this video. I'm going to throw it up a little still from it because I want to point out some of the conspiracies in the hoax that are out there, and there are a lot of them anyway. This guy works in cyber. He works in counterintelligence. Neither of these are like real violent crime type thing. See that he was a cyber supervisor. So he went to Cincinnati, took a promotion out that way and then became an ASAC in Cincinnati. I know people in the Cincinnati

office. Maybe I'll get a a read from them, see if they want to tell me a little bit about him. Became a section chief in cyber. Again, none of this stuff has to do with violent crime. Very minimal crim experience. It sounds like who says he works in the V CAC program at some point, which is violent crimes because children. But that's that's child pornography. That's mostly Internet and cyber type stuff.

And then became the special agent in charge out there in Pittsburgh about seven months ago in January of this year. So there you go. Now he's in the SES and it sounds like he's got the typical amount of pre management experience couple years. He also was an Army officer for about nine years served in artillery and intelligence when people always say that and the intelligence is part of it.

Interesting said he worked at Ranger Regiment as well as an Intel guy from what I can tell there's a lot of these peaks. Look this doesn't make him a bad guy. I just he's making rule followers. He's make especially Ranger battalion stuff. Those people are drilled in to follow kind of protocol and so on. And God love the Rangers for what they do. But we're talking about people that are part of the system and their system idealist that

believe in the system. And if you're still working in the FBI at this point and you believe in the FBI, there's no helping you. There really isn't. Anyway, I put Steve friends tweet up there because it's worth knowing if you guys are following Steve on social and you guys want to promote that around it's we'd like a couple more people to come and validate what we're hearing.

So we would like folks who are either current or former FBI to come and kind of give us that inkling this this idea that the FBI has internalized that conservatives are really the operational force the opt for in this country. It's overwhelming and it comes from the Intel side. It's not driven by agents. I'll just tell you that. So let's keep expanding upon this a little bit here.

Sniper team, a local counter sniper team was supposedly actually in the building under the damn roof where the assassin climbed up and took shots at Trump. That's what the New York Post is reporting right now. That sounds perfect. Why not? Why were they under? Why were they in the roof? I get it, it's hot. Like you want to put like a tent up or something if you can. You definitely need like a boonie hat and sunscreen to be up on a white roof in the middle

of a sunny day. But that's the claim that the area that, that building, that Agra Manufacturing or Agra International factory that this, this kid climbed up on was apparently a, a police staging ground. That the space behind it was a staging ground that they actually occupied space within there because it gave good vantage points to be able to scan the crowd.

Let me give you guys kind of an idea of how these things work on a, on a broader level, on the big events that I've been to, there are every asset deployed and what we're seeing. And this is where the real questions need to come in. How many of those assets were not deployed because this was not considered to be a real serious threatening area because it's in a generally friendly and you know, place.

I I reached out to a friend of mine who I knew from the Academy and just asked what he thought and he said the layout which I I think we may even have still on this. No, I deleted this, sorry the the layout of that particular field. With the buildings behind it and the building off to the to the right of Trump as he was speaking, but off to the left as we're looking at it from the top down right. So we've got this sort of Trump in the middle of the bullseye here.

And I mean that very specifically. He's in the cross. And at the the the top end of the cross, you have two buildings with snipers on either side of the wings. Then you've got somebody on the far left hand side of the cross that actually ends up being the shooter. And then you get the crowd out in front of the bottom, the base of the cross, if you will. So I'm describing it to you, it looks like a training scenario that you would give to people in an Academy.

Like hey, develop a security plan for this event. You're in charge of security for this event. New trainee person. Where would you want to put your observer teams? Where would you want to put your under clothes? Your undercover? Where would you want the people to be able to walk through a magnetometer to be able to be filtered and sent? How many people do you want? We're expecting a crowd of this many. You know, how many people do you want walking amongst the crowd and playing clothes?

Where's your QRF, Where's your casualty collection point? Where is your medical evac routes? What is your closest hospital? These are the things you do when you, when you plan an OP like this stuff for law enforcement. I want to know how much of it they, they, they crossed off that they red lined off Because that's the real question for me.

The fun thing is, is that if there's anything fun about any of this, it's watching the media try to adjust their, their hyperbolic and their partisan language. I've got a little clip here. They can't. They've been doing this for so long. They've been so aggressive and so shitty about Donald Trump that they now are going to be treading on land that ground that they know that they cannot walk on. I want to just listen to this for one second because this is

kind of fun. I think this is CNN, but let me double check real quick. Let's play this little clip here. Imagine being so comfortable saying the the stuff that you've been saying and then suddenly doing like your own real time censorship, kind of like conservatives have been doing for the last, I don't know what, eight years. He has said. Many, many times after having been questioned many times about this, that he's not stepping down and he's going to be the

nominee. So at some point Democrats have to decide that they want to try to win this election and turn their fire on Donald Trump. I think there is I, I shouldn't have said turn their fire. I apologize. That's, that was not the phrase that I meant. They need to turn their focus on Donald Trump, who I don't know who that dude was in the background that was doing the

laugh. But yeah, generally speaking, we try to refrain from that because we take the gravity of the situation that someone climbed up on a rooftop and took a shot at a man that's that's campaigning for president, even if you don't like him. So she had to self censor there. But what they're trying to do is they're like, hey, can we target the Donald Trump agenda? Yeah, you can, but you're going

to lose. The only thing you can do is realize that your guy and and think about how many conservative pundits were out there that we're talking about. Oh, they're going to replace Joe Biden. You know, first of all, I don't know if they can at this point at all logistically. That's why I've talked to Mike Howell about it. I don't think they can. The money, the, the, the logistical issues that exist in each state. The deadlines have passed as of Monday. And most of them, they would be

fighting an uphill battle. So unless Joe Biden doesn't survive, that's the only way. That, and I mean that because they say they like, unless there's the case of death of the candidate, you can't actually propose somebody new. The delegates are his. So unless he walks out and does so in a weird way, it's going to leave them in a, in a, in a, a massive power void. So they're stuck with him. And now they're trying to figure out like, what do we do with this guy? How, how do we handle this

problem? Because he sucks and he does suck, right? And they're going up against the guy, Donald Trump, who's now getting endorsements from Teamsters unions. And this is really interesting. He picked JD Vance as his VP. We're going to kind of pivot that direction, picks JD Vance as a VP. JD Vance has sympathies towards unions. Family members work in unions. He is, he's young, which is great. Thank God. He's actually younger than I am. I'm I'm here for that.

And there's one thing that nobody else is talking about, at least in the, the main sort of leftist post. So I want to cover that too, because in addition to being an author and being a current senator, we're going to talk about military stuff here. So let me throw this up here. These are the takeaways that CNN has.

And then I'm going to give you a little clip from the from from the Teamster because you know, it's always good when that happens when somebody crosses over what would be the otherwise the aisle. You've got the CNN article leading off saying that with the white bandage over the ear, like I said, they're not going to be able it just with a white bandage over the ear clipped just two days ago by an attempted Assassin's bullet. It's not the picture that I saw.

It didn't look clipped. It look like it went through and how why not? Because it's CNN. They have to downplay things. They also said things. I've watched some of the language guys. I always read these things for sort of like what's between the the context here. Everything that I've read has not said 120 yards. That's only conservative media. What they say is 400 feet a 400 foot shot, it's so far 400 feet away. Like it was not a complete

failure. 120 yards. All of us who know how to shoot, shoot man. I'll take that with a pistol. Honestly. I've shot pistols out 9mm out to 200 standing, not proned out like standing draw target 200 yards handgun. 400 feet is not that big a deal. 400 yards would be a shot that I would say means that you have some real skill hundred 120 yards morons from basic trainings with like room temperature. I QS can do that and do it, which we're going to talk about in just a SEC.

All right, so white bandage clipping the ear, blah, blah, blah. Like I said, that bandage you're not going to be able to do it. He's chosen his running mate. The the crowd chanted fight, fight, fight as he came out a word the bloody face Trump shouted several times while pumping his first in the air. We talked about how important that moment is yesterday. It's it's 80s Rockstar, super superhuman individual world beating stuff.

It's Rocky Balboa stuff. That's the only thing I can keep thinking of. It's taking the fight, bleeding to the face, stand back up and and the and the fist goes up. That's not normal. Somebody, I think, I think JD Vance actually tweeted out said this guy is just built different, which is, you know, an ode to sort of his generational talk. But but that's true, that's not how normal people respond to getting shot in the head. 6

takeaways. He picked Vance, which means he's appealing to some working class people. That's the claim. He's a working class person that also went to Yale. So there's that. Like he also has some intellectual chops there, right? There's a lot of really nice things that have been said by a lot of smart people. He wrote a best selling memoir called Hillbilly Elegy. If you guys want to get to know JD Vance, this is where you go do it.

Why is that relevant? Because in many ways, Trump is not just picking AVP, which is more important now than ever. Seeing that someone's willing to take a shot. I don't think that we're going to be like, oh, now the left has got it out of their system. They've taken a shot at the guy and they realize it's not good. They're going to just turn around and do something different. No, I, I think what they're going to do is realize that that didn't work. In fact, I have a little bit of

a piece of that. Here's here's a fat guy randomly being a man on the street interview. And I think he is the sentiment of some people on the political left, which is why the VP pick has suddenly gone from not that big a deal to being a real big deal. What was your thoughts about the assassination attempt? They missed, they missed, they missed. Do you? Do you? No, he should have died. He's not good for this country and he never will be. Wow.

He's the worst person that can be ever in politics. He's not even a politician. You're disappointed that the shooter missed Donald. Trump 100 percent, 100% No, no. Well, nothing. You should've died. She doesn't like him as much as I do, but she's a little more sympathetic to people dying, I think. That the shooter was justified. He did what he wanted to do, I. Mean do you think it was justified? Like do you think, do you think he. I'm sure it was, but you know what?

Since he missed, I can guarantee there's going to be 100 people that are going to try to not miss. Would you support that? 10% He doesn't need to live. He doesn't need to be a president. So hold on 10%. Why? Why so much hatred for Donald Trump? Because for one, he's a sucker. He gots fueled by the pussy. You guys moving by the pussy, Right. All right, we're done. Have a good day. Really quick, really quick. I want to know, you know it. There it is. Look at and that lady's like,

that's my fat, stupid husband. He said 100 people should shoot him. This is the people we're talking about. I'm telling you, it's not going to move the needle for people like that. That guy was always going to be dumb. He's always been obnoxious. He's the leftist blowhard. There are right ring blowhards too. Never done anything. Probably very difficult. So then you get this and and this is the acknowledgement that you have this teamster, I think it's named Sean O'Brien, SOB.

This is going to be the little play that he does. And I think we all can agree, whether people like him or they don't like him, in light of what happened to him on Saturday, he has proven to be one tough Sobi. Notice they're not showing the ear in that shot, and that seems on purpose. I think they should show the ear. The ear is important. The only downside of the ear, honestly, is that it's just a little square 4 by 4 bandage

that's put over there and taped. And it doesn't really, it doesn't really show to people that don't understand how close that is. I mean, on the right angle, it's the only thing exposed of, you know, it's like anything else catches the back of your head so close from the angle that he was being shot at, which is kind of wild. We're going to keep digging deeper into some of these thoughts. I want to talk this conspiracy stuff and debunk some of these 'cause they're really bad and

they're really dumb. Before we do that, let me just throw out there that you guys can support the program by going to mypillow.com/kyleagain. mypillow.com/kyle. It'll automatically populate our promo code Kyle in the in the checkout. They got a couple things. One, my wife did not realize that they sell dish towels. They have a six pack of dish towels right now for 25 bucks. So if you guys want that, it's an option. And they actually look pretty decent.

And the second thing is, is they are doing employee pricing sale on the pillows. That's the picture you see actually on the screen is no longer accurate. They drop the price another 5 bucks. You're not getting the the My Pillow Queen for 19 and I think the king is 25 S Use the promo code Kyle.

If you guys want to check out support Mike Lindell and if you want to update your bedding, Maybe you're like us and you've got little kids and they have nosebleeds and they bleed all over their sheets and you need to get new sheets. I'm not saying anything, but my buddy Bodie dropping blood out of his nose. That's an interesting choice that happens. And then if you guys don't have enough Oxiclean or hydrogen peroxide to get it out, maybe

you need to get some new sheets. That's just a thing that happens. So be it. It's part of being a parent and having kids. One tough SOB, right? And that what it's about. So I find all this stuff to be quite interesting. I find all of it to be kind of reassuring, this JD Vance move. The one thing that I'm seeing, I've got two pieces from, here's one, this is from Politico. Are Republicans voters ready for this nerdy radicalness of JD Vance? It's a great picture, by the way.

They did whoever staged that and got the shot. Very nice. And there was another one that was that kind of an interesting little piece. They're kind of talking about that he has a lot of credibility that he was a a Never Trumper and then now he's a die hard MAGA loyalist and they kind of do this whole thing. He's the heir apparent to this sort of Trump thing. Hotly contested who he was going to choose. The fact that he chose him says some things. They had done an interview with him.

If you guys want to read this, he did a conversion to Catholicism. I think of 2019 is what they said. I could be wrong. It's in 55 things you should know about JD Vance. You remember that like 10 Things I Hate about You movie, Politico published 55 things you need to know about JD Vance. So they show them and I'm going to read a couple of little highlights #1 he says. I'm the 1st to admit that I've never, I've accomplished nothing great in my life.

That's the introduction to his book, which was the best selling memoir in 2016, Obviously before his run for Senate, obviously before a lot of things he said, quote, I'm not senator, a governor or a former cabinet secretary. I haven't started a billion dollar company or a world

changing non profit. OK graduated from Yale, went off to join Mithril Capital, worked for Peter Thiel for a while and venture capital time did that for about a year, came back to Ohio, started something else, began to sort of like non profit that was dedicated to helping disadvantaged children. That's the claim. I don't know enough about our Ohio renewal, but if somebody does and you guys want to share it or you can put in the comments, knock yourself out.

So this is the thing, he's elected Senate. He had over $10 million raised from theatre from Theo Kind of cool that he's got big backers. He brings in kind of that piece. He was raised by his maternal grandparents because his parents sounded like a disaster. He refers to himself as hillbilly royalty, hence the book. And that maybe one of his family members had started or instigated the original and legendary murder that started the Hatfield versus McCoy feud way, way back.

All weird like these. These are just little like sort of snippets. This is a a a piece of Americana and Appalachia that is quite interesting. Talks about his Scotch Irish heritage. Anyway, they go all the way through the stuff He's at Yale. He graduates from Ohio State University political science philosophy goes to Yale in 2010. Da da da da da conversion a little bit about his wife kind of goes on and on.

You know what the one thing they didn't mention was that I found a very, very interesting task and purpose has it. He's the first veteran on the ticket since John McCain, and John McCain was, if you remember, an officer and not very well liked in many ways. I don't think he's the kind of officer I wanted to work from. He was an enlisted guy. He's a corporal in the Marine Corps. So we now have a former enlisted Marine Corps NCO at second space

on the Republican ticket. And I say that's about damn time. Now, you guys may have some questions about who the guy is and what he's been about. He's he's seems to be very intelligent. He enlisted for four years, deployed to Iraq for six months in O5. And he did that four years and out, like so many people, he stepped up, did the job, and

then he left. A lot of people do that in the Marine Corps. Turns out, I think they say the average age in the United States Marine Corps is like 19 years old. Because by the time you're an adult, you look around, you go, no, that's not what I want to stick around with. I'm good. No more. However you get full credit were showing up he worked in a combat camera, combat correspondent type of deployment. That's actually a ballsy space.

One of my favorite FBI agents was a combat camera guy, also a Marine. I wonder if he knows JD. Actually now that I think about it, same. Same era. Unbelievably ballsy to go into war zones and try to document with a camera and not try to document it with a fighting implement. It's hard to fight with a camera and a or a laptop. So our our Chad is already talking about how he's a he's a crayon eater. There you go right there.

The crayon eaters. Make sure you guys have liked this video, by the way, while we're going through it. Yeah, crayon eaters. Those are my people. Like, I love enlisted people. There's a reason why I enlisted even though I had a college degree. And then some people enlist and then they end up being able to go and get college degrees. Fantastic. He said a couple things that I think are really telling.

This is from from his book. He said he ran a three mile fitness test, which is the standard three mile fit test. He did it in 25 minutes or so only to be met by an absolutely enraged drill instructor who screamed at him. If you're not puking, you're lazy. Stop being effing lazy. And so the little piece that I grabbed out of this, the snippet article, which I think is the only place that I've seen it talked about his military service, which is relevant and formative.

He says in his book Hillbilly Algae. This is the the author of the of the piece a catapult advanced into fame in 2016, lost his political career, and he credited the United States Marine Corps as the defining chapter in his life, turning a small town kid from Ohio with little sense of personal responsibility into a driven young man with goals and a sense of purpose. In the end, he writes, quote, the Marine Corps taught me how to live like an adult. How many of us have that same

experience? I was 27 when I was enlisted and I was still living kind of like a boy. You know, I had motorcycles, I didn't have a family. It was just me in the world trying to figure out where's my place. And I think a lot of us young men, I'm, I'm a couple years, I'm about 3 years older than JD Vance. I think maybe 3-4 years older. A lot of my friends had that same experience. We were kind of that lost generation, the Fight Club generation that said like we don't have no Great War.

We don't have great poverty or experience. There's nothing that shaped us that made us do this thing. And then of course, we had 911. And so a lot of men turned around and said, I have purpose. I'm going to go serve this country or I need purpose and I need to go show somewhere where

that is always churned it out. My buddies that are Marines that are former enlisted Marines specifically used to say things that that I always appreciated because it was my experience that enlisted Marines are some of my favorite people the world. They're some of the worst people in the world too. Let's be real, right? We love them for it, but come on, Enlisted Marines are a special crowd. That's why we call them crayon eaters.

But men need purpose and they need difficulty and they need another aggressive mail to come in and straighten them the hell out because we all think that we're tough right up until we meet someone that's actually tough. And then you go, OK, I don't have this, I need this. It helped me when I was 27, just like it helped the 17 year olds that were in my basic training flights that went into the trainings with me to go become either combat controller,

repair, rescue. And I watched these guys be formed and I was formed as well. Even at 27, I was old enough to know better, and it couldn't get in my head and hurt my feelings. But it forges qualities of both leadership and followership, which is something the military does in a way that nobody else does. Why? Because they break you down, they beat you up, they feed you garbage food, they make you wake up at weird hours and do stupid

things. A logical thing, simply because I said so. It's very important to learn how to be a follower before you can learn how to be a good leader. Some of us are born to lead. Some of us are born to follow. All of us need instruction on how to do that better. And the Marine Corps forges leadership.

And it also the thing about the Marine Corps that's so much different than watching the Army and watching the Navy and watching the the Coast Guard and what the Air Force does, especially the Air Force. The Air Force is like, we're all like Bros here. I had nothing made me like less happy than seeing somebody of a higher rank just kind of pal around. The Marine Corps knows that there is an important thing about an E3 dressing down an E2 and letting them know, Nope, you screwed it up.

I outrank you and I'm going to fix you because you are effed and we're going to UNF you. There's something special about that and it is is I think it's unique to the Marine Corps. I never saw that with guys in the Army and I have a lot of friends in all the different services. I've spent a lot of time on bases from all of them. It's specific. So I hope that actually is

formative. Now, I do want to kind of pivot to this weird thing that I talked about, which is that some people have lost the thread and some of those people are the crayon eaters. There are crayon eaters that never went to the Marine Corps. They never got their lives straightened out. So I got a couple videos here that I wanted to share this, specifically this one about this guy talking about a woman in the background. I was on OAN yesterday. I did an interview.

It's fine. Steve was on a couple different programs. Yell Steve Friend was on a couple and this clip has come up. I'm going to play it for you. I'm going to break it into pieces because it needs to be, but let me just play this real quick. I want you guys to just think about this. If you think this way, I'd like to fix you really quickly. Here we go. Watch this shit, dude. Watch. Watch. She sits down. Yep, watch. This puts the sign up.

Something that said, take a look at what happened. Shots fall off, she's completely normal, and then watch and then she's got her. What the fuck? What the fuck? People are freaking out. And she's filming and she's just like, right there. She's not even freaking the Oh my God, she's not freaking out. She's not freaking out people. Do you know how many dumb people are out there in the world? Like the bell curve splits 5050. Half of the people are sort of above average and half the

people are that guy. There's another thing this Reddit thing, I alluded to it yesterday. Is this Reddit thread OK of someone that claims to be claims to be someone called Jonathan Willis? Who is the officer involved in taking the shot? First of all, as far as I can tell, the CAT teams, specifically these types of guys that are in the counter assault or the counter snipe program, they're agents. So you don't refer to yourself as an officer.

So that's the number one flag for me #2 the way that this thing is written, like the director of the Secret Service told me I couldn't take the shot. That's not how it's going to be. On scene command, incident command. There's a lot of little like you don't know enough to know that you are outing yourself as a fraud. And the last thing that we found out is that this person, and we're fairly confident on this, this team was the closest team to the shooter on the roof.

And that team was not the one that took the shot. The shot was actually taken from much further away. Erik Prince, we said yesterday 488 yards. I'm being told it's actually 448 yards, which is not a crazy shot, but that guy either thought he had incoming or broke like he he did the thing that I've never seen anybody do in a a trained law enforcement sniper engagement. He broke away, broke away from his scope. That's weird. And I don't think a shot ever got off. I watched the muzzle.

It never recoiled backwards. It never did. What would happen? This is like a bolt action. I don't know what caliber it is, you can't really tell, but it looks like it's probably one of the longer calibers, maybe 338 Lapua or maybe they're shooting 300 Win mag or something like that. They shoot a couple different calibers in that range. A lot of guys are shooting 3300 Norma now in the special operations kind of counter snipe

world. He not just he didn't just flinch, which would usually only happen if somebody was targeting or you thought there was incoming your way. He actually broke his cheek Weld from the glass and then the muzzle dipped. It didn't go where it should go. I don't think that he did that shot. And I don't know what the hell that means. So there's a lot of questions out there. But when you're looking at ladies behind the crowd, do you know how many morons almost get run over by ambulances and

trains and fire trucks? I haven't. Look, when I say this, I'm not, I'm not talking in a void here. I've been on a lot of search warrants. I, I like dozens and dozens and dozens of them where we do really dangerous stuff in bad neighborhoods. People are absolutely insane. They're rolling in while they're watching a bunch of guys in camouflage, which I disagree with them being a camo, but that's what they do. They jump out with camouflage wearing flipping helmets, NVGS

on their head. They've got rifles and they go and they throw flash bangs and explosives and some idiot neighbor. There's always like a couple of them. It's not just one. There's a job called perimeter where you're like, hey, dude, there might be shooting in that house. Stay away from like all the things that could get you shot. And they're like, yeah, but I'm really curious. And I got the cell phone. They walk up.

People are wildly stupid. We have an entire generation that doesn't make any sense right now. That is that has been trained. It's not fight, flight and freeze. It's fight, flight and photograph because they're freeze is that they're like, I made her document and I'll go viral, right? Like, they're just, they're just dumb.

So a lady looking at shots incoming and her first instinct is like, I wonder if I can save this for my kids to be able to see on Facebook. Like that's a real thing right now. And you're going to get distracted. And here's the here's the question. Let's say she is filming it. Like what is she in on? She's in on what? Nothing. She's not in on anything. She's an idiot lady sitting behind Donald Trump. She's the signal person. She's the one that's going to

what? She's going to send it to the assassin payers. Like this is not a silly movie, folks. This is like a whacked out kid. We showed you some videos in the other day. There may be people that helped him. That's going to be interesting. There may be people who are compromised within the government that like allowed something to happen or just screwed up, which is probably more likely. That's my instincts always.

OK, One of you just said she was there to film the death of Trump. No, there's news media cameras everywhere, like professional, professional cameras that are covering every single angle of this. There's just dumb people in the world. That's why I like the movie Daryl. Zero or zero effect. If you guys never seen it, Bill Pullman. I played a little piece about the method. I want you guys to watch it

because who is it? It's the guy from, from Meet the Fockers. He he's the assistant and he just goes. There's not like good guys and bad guys. That's not entirely accurate. But the but generally speaking, there's like there's just a bunch of guys. There are so many people that don't know how to react when something crazy happens.

And so many of those folks have been coordinated and trained from social media and TikTok and other bullshit like this to just pick up a phone if they how many fights have we seen where it could go out and you could get really, really hurt? Or there's shootings and there's video footage of it. Do you know how many shootings in, in inner cities have been videotaped by some idiot running around with a phone?

I'm not talking about like a journalist that's going out there actively seeking it that knows what they're getting into. I'm talking about some moron neighbor that just steps in the thing. And, and the number of people that have been hurt or killed because they stepped in front of a train because they were trying to get the shot or they stepped in front of a truck or an ambulance or they're on the side of the highway doing some dangerous thing. It's a bunch. So I don't want people to get

distracted by that. And these these little stuff like these Reddit things that pops up right away. You think some Secret Service officer is going to take it to Reddit and, and anonymously post this bullshit? No, this is some idiot looking for minutes of fame too. And they love the idea that people cover it. So I'm covering it to just tell you whenever someone's telling you the things you want to believe in, it's garbage. And especially this stuff. This is just junk.

I, I can't, I can't get over it. What I want to focus on is the the last little piece here. And we could do that. Well, let's do a, let's do a little promo for my buddies over at Mad Hat Jerky. This would be a good time for a jerky break. If you just need to take a chew, go ahead and Matt, go to madhatjerky.com/kyle Mat Hat jerky.com. We should have a little Jingle or something anyway, Mad Hat jerky.com/kyle, they have a love it or you'll get your money back.

A guarantee. The promo code Kyle saved you 20% and that is not nothing. It's a good product. We back it up. I got it on my desk. This is what I use for snacks when I'm sitting here working long days and doing interviews and stuff. I just choose some jerky and I keep rolling. It's good protein. If you guys want to get into that, check them out. Links are always in the description for all of our affiliates, all of our sponsors, all of our friends that provide some stuff.

All right, we don't need them. We don't need the sniper guy anymore. Let's let's cover down to Biden, shall we? Because he gave an interview and he's trying to capitalize on this moment. This moment just happened. It pulled the focus off the debate for a few seconds. Well, did it, though, and I got some fun stuff. So he sits down with Lester Holt, who's from NBC, and he started off really, really well. Biden forgot who he was talking to, and he started off right out

of the gate with an attack. You think this guy's, well, you think he's OK? I got a couple of fun little pieces here of just showing he's not ready. They're so screwed. It's the worst thing that could have happened to them. Even even the fact that he still has to parade out there. We're just dealing with the dumbest things possible. Here's Joe Biden just falling apart and starting right out of the gate with an anger. Mr. President, it's always good to talk to you.

Good to see you. Thank you for making some time for us sometimes. Come and talk to him about what we should be talking about. All right, OK, the issues, Always happy to talk. It's really nice to see you again, Sir. Thanks so much for having me up. And you know what? Why don't you come over here and mow my lawn? It's just weird. It's just a weird thing. The last time you were here, you, you, you left footprints on my porch.

He's like a angry, weird old man and saying we're we're, I mean, it's just he's just screwed that he doesn't know what's going on. Why he was combative with the guy who knows? They didn't even start with an attack. And he just LED with that because he's just, he's not wired right anymore. He's just falling apart. How about this one? He doesn't know if the Secret Service director, he's a man or a woman.

I don't think he knows who anybody either in the Cabinet level or the director level positions are of these federal agencies. It's fairly amazing. And Lester Holt tries to cover for him and Joe Biden has to just go like, oh, shit, I don't actually know this. I'm going to just defer to a broad statement. He just kind of Mumbles off. Check this out. Is it acceptable that you have still not heard, at least publicly, from the Secret Service director?

Oh, I've heard from but. Have you heard from her publicly? Publicly, I've sat down in a situation room downstairs. Secret Service, the FBI, the national security agencies, the Homeland Security, all the major elements. I don't know who any of them are. I can't remember any of their names, but I said on all the elements, all the people, I I talked to them. Eek. And he's just like, how do I get to the other end of that? Yeah, you guys saw it in the in the chat.

It just said I heard from him very interesting. And and Lester Holt tries to crack is like, yo, it's a lady, bro. Do you know? So anyway, we've got this little headline here from the New York Post again. I got two from the post today. He snaps and says, what is it with you guys? He just wants to talk about the issues. He wants to go ahead and just target Trump.

Remember what that Lady said, draw their put the fire on Trump. The the problem is, is that the he also has to answer questions because he is the guy who's in the the White House right now and he is pretty bad at it. So kind of amusing to watch they kept pushing him. All of this comes from this place. Now let's just keep pushing on for a second. Let me just do the the judge cannon thing.

So the the biggest I, like I said, would be the biggest story of the week, but for Donald Trump taking a bullet is the fact that you remember how there was this whole controversy. The FBI decided to send a tactical team down and clear Mar a Lago and go get to classify documents that were in a bunch of boxes that were in a facility that was more or less secured by the Secret Service. And they were locked up.

And it was a friendly, cordial thing right up until the point when they sent in like dudes with guns to go get it, including people that I know, my buddies, one of my buddies who's still a Bureau agent, we were talking last night and I was like, have you heard from the from the Mar a Lago Raider?

We have a friend that was in the Academy with us that that was on the raid and we haven't heard from him since then, probably since the things that I said on Dan Von Gino show and and he's like, Nope, I just deleted his phone number. I just he just can't he's gone. He's just gone. He's the Bureau got him. Whatever. He's just he doesn't talk to us anymore because we were always dissidents. We always knew what was wrong. Anyway, that whole case is thrown out.

It's been dismissed. The motion dismissed. I was incorrect when I read it yesterday. I didn't realize that Donald Trump's name was on the top of that motion granted as well. So Judge Eileen Cannon, it just tosses it. And so they they throw another question. I'm, I'm bringing it up because the interview with Lester Holt, they actually brought it up and Biden just kind of Mumbles some nonsense. So he's defending his position I guess. Some other developing news today, if I can.

Judge Cannon dismissed the documents cases you may have heard in Mar a I'm not surprised it comes from the the community decision the Supreme Court ruled on. And Clarence Thomas in his dissent, said that independent prosecutors appointed by the attorney general aren't legit. That's the basis on which this judge moved to dismiss. And but I had an independent prosecutor look at me. They spent months on my going through and I was totally cooperative in and out of my house.

And there were, I don't know, the last time in there were like 1012 agents in my house for 9 hours on a company going through every single thing I had that's appropriate. And they looked at me and concluded I didn't do a damn thing wrong. But my generic point is that it's well based upon which the case was thrown out, I find specious because I don't agree with what Clarence Thomas dissent and or the Supreme Court decision on immunity. Yeah, well, so there's that I guess.

Except that's not really what was going on there. It was based on the Article 2 argument in the appointments clause of the United States Constitution, which he more or less swore an oath to defend, but doesn't remember that. And also he doesn't remember that they didn't actually say he didn't do a damn thing wrong. They said that he was too old to be prosecuted because he doesn't know what's going on anymore, which is always brought up that question for us.

How in the world can you be a president when you actually are not fit to stand trial? Isn't being president sort of like a trial by fire in this country? And if you can't stand trial for your actions because you are, you are not going to be convicted by a jury. That's the prosecutorial discretion they have. Aren't you supposed to also realize that you're not good enough to do president? This is ABC News reporting.

After the judge dismisses the classified document, special counsels authorized to appeal it, which means the DOJ will fund the appeal. So they can fight this thing all the way up to the Supreme Court if they want. Cannon wrote. The superseding indictment is dismissed because special Counsel Smith's appointment violates the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution. You know, the thing that federal judges are supposed to do, look at whether or not the actions

are constitutional. I think it's very interesting. This was not the reason why I thought that this case would fall apart, but I think it's very, very interesting. And so lest we forget what this is about, let's just bring up Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2, the appointments clause. It's talking about the president, which is the, that's what Article 2 does. Article one is the, the description of the powers and the appointments in the way that the, the legislature's elected and so on.

It's all the things related to Congress and the Senate. Article 2 is all things executive. So they're saying he, they're talking about the president here shall have power by and with the advice and consent of the Senate. This is the issue. Jack Smith was not appointed and then and then confirmed by the Senate to make treaties. Provided 2/3 of the senators present concur and he shall nominate by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors.

OK, now we're talking about something else. Shall and other public ministers and councils and judges of the Supreme Court and all other officers of the United States whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for. This is the key and which shall be established by law. So we're talking about there's a constitutional requirement for someone to be appointed and then to be confirmed. And they didn't do it. And there were other people that could have chosen, but they didn't.

They went after a partisan person. They went and got Jack Smith. And there he is. So he's having a bad day. He's having a bad week, and he's having a week right after. I mean, the winds just keep coming this way over and over again. There's some people that I've been talking to that are dealing with also. I think John Strand was let out

of prison. I've got to actually look this up because this was brought up to me last night and I didn't even think to to put in today's show, but I want to make sure I cover it. He was just released from prison because the fallout was from the Fisher decision. So we're seeing things go an interesting way right now. And of all places, it's the judiciary, which is not a place where we generally we have kind of like a center right type

court. But they continually are doing things that are reasonable and fair and they are doing things that make sense. So yeah, John Strand was just let out and I cannot remember how long his sentence was, but it wasn't short. He's not close on it. So we're seeing these things overturned right before our eyes. It gives a lot of us hope.

But the problem is, is there's a lot of guys like that fat guy that we played earlier that thinks 100 more people should go out there and shoot Donald Trump. We are not at the end of this. We are more divided by than ever. And people are not saying, hey, fair play. If you didn't actually properly appoint the special counsel, then we agree this should not be, this should not be charged. It should be done. It doesn't mean that they can't actually take the evidence.

They may be able to still salvage that. They may be able to salvage this case, but it's going to go to an appeals court, which may in fact reinstate the case. And then you're going to go to the Supreme Court and hopefully they also look the Constitution again and go. Clarence Thomas, we already know where he stands on this kind of stuff. He dropped that little nugget in there. That's fine.

It's very weird and that's why I have this big problem with this gaslighting that's going on is why I think the FBI is so dangerous right now talking about how they're looking for right wingers, which I believe they are. They're hearing this, this exact same thing that Donald Trump is going to act like we're being on, we're under threat. I mean, what's more threatening than someone trying to shoot you

in the head and barely missing? Donald Trump and the people around him perceive themselves to be under threat and that's all that matters. That is that is not legitimate. That is wrong. You hear the screams from the audience. People are terrified. I, I shared it out there yesterday and I believe it. Like who's the most attacked man in America, certainly in my lifetime, but maybe in the entire country's history. Like who has been attacked by more things?

The media, friends, I'm sure people that are quietly close, politicians from the same side of the aisle. Theoretically, everybody took a shot. That was before that. Someone took a bullet and sent it down range at him. I think that the the movements that have happened in the last what do we want to call it? I don't know, week, couple weeks have been very strong in the arc of justice and I think that's really good.

I want to bring this up before we end the show here because we're going to get real close here. But check this out. This is the donations from a Gibson go that was set up for the families of the victims that were injured and the the firefighter, the chief from from Buffalo Township who was killed. Corey, what is his last name Comparari, I want to say I want to say that's just right now guys picks it up here. Let me throw this on the screen

too, because I got another. I got another picture of it. They did a Gibson Go. You guys can find this. I'll share it on on social medias in a little bit here. Elon Musk put in $50,000. Looks like he did it twice. So you're seeing Elon Musk throwing in 100 grand. You've got some big donors throwing in 100 grand. Heritage Foundation on the board for 100 grand. I just trying to grab the biggest one. This person, Kenneth Griffin, threw in a bunch of money.

This is what it looks like President Trump authorized. They've raised $4.7 million. I think all of that is amazing because this is where the focus needs to be AT. And I think that if Donald Trump is is serious about this moment, he can really turn things in a way that nobody, nobody has has seen before. He can take this out of the realm of politics and he can take it into the realm of people. And I really hope he does. It's what's his name, Comparatory.

Yeah. Cory. Comparatory hero, straight up. That's the way it works. Let me just let me make this pitch because there is a possibility to change the hearts of people like that fat guy in the white shirt that you heard. I think the move is to take it away from the political realm and the RNC and the theater and some Slut Walk founder with face tattoos, which disgusts me. Like that's, that's politics. That's what Republicans are

about. If you want to go out there and appeal to people that are just Americans that are human beings, whether they be conservative, whether they be independent or liberal, there are people that can be reached and you reach them by being a human being and you show them something that no

one has seen before. The I'm reminded of John Paul the second again, wouldn't it be something if Donald Trump went out and visited not just the families of those who were wounded and, and, and the daughter and the surviving wife of the man that was killed wouldn't be something if he visited the parents of the shooter, they just lost a son.

Wouldn't that be next level? And there's not a lot of people in politics who know how to do that, who have the instinct to do it, but also like know that they can break away from politics to do it. And I'd like to see that. I really would, I would like to see that for this country because it would, it would be a game changer and it and we need

a game changer right now. I just had this funny little discussion last night with my mother-in-law and I said I think 1913 was the year that the Republic went off track. And I gave my reasons. 16th, 17th Amendment. You guys have heard them. If you've been around on this program, you know what I'm talking about. Not only did the country get off track and so we don't have the conservative sort of capabilities of the Republic that we want, but I think it allowed the division that we're

in right now. We've gone to a place where 50 + 1, the actual democracy is the majority. And the danger of that, and this is maybe the most important thing I'm going to say today, the danger is, is that our system was not set up to handle these minor, tiny majorities of democratic process. We were set up to be a Republic that had a remove, remove the power from the mob. We were actually designed not to be like that. Look at Europe, they do OK, They're not great.

I don't want to be in Europe, but they have parliamentary systems that are designed to work with coalition governments, the Prime Minister systems. They're different than the way that we're set up. In the same way that we talked about Donald Trump and and JD Van saying he's built different, this Republic was built different. It wasn't built to be a democracy, which is why it's so wild to hear these idiots saying it.

That's why we're not supposed to be like the reason the temperature is so high right now is because we are not running on a system that is built the way that it is actually running. It was designed to do one thing. We were supposed to have a Senate that represented the states. We were supposed to have a house that represented the people, and we were have a president that was appointed by the states. The electors actually still are supposed to come from the state

houses. That's who's supposed to do it, this popular vote thing that is not American in in the way that it was designed and maybe the America that we grew up in, but it's not the way the system was set up. And it took 100 years for us to see that it's resulted in factionalization and danger. Here's Joe Biden saying how you can turn down. I want you to just listen to this. This is why it's not going to get any better yet. What can you and what will you

do? At at least things you can control to lower down the temperature. The rhetoric out there, continue to talk about the things that matter to the American public. It matters whether or not you accept the outcome of elections. It matters whether or not you, for example, talk about how you're going to deal with the border instead of talking about people as being vermin. And I mean, those things matter. That's the kind of language that

is inflammatory. In in the mental health field, we'd call that blaming the victim, wouldn't we? Wouldn't that be victim blaming? You literally just said Donald Trump is responsible for the for the temperature because the way he talks about immigrants who are illegally here, who are actually illegal aliens. And some of them are bad people. I've caught them, I followed them. I've seen some of the things they've done.

I've seen them convicted. I've seen the stories and I've been, you know, seen the interviews that have been done in these cases where they have, you know, hacked up young girls that lived in this country with machetes. So piss off, Joe. Last little piece from from this. This is a quick interview. I hadn't seen this anywhere else. I don't know when he did this and it looks like it was done recently apparently, but he seems kind of with it.

How dismissive is this man? This is the equivalent to young people of if you don't vote for me, you ain't black. He just said the same thing basically to young people. If you don't vote for me, then you're stupid. Good luck. Is that Joe Biden? This is not somebody that's going to be able to unify, which is why I really wanted Donald Trump to reach out to people that are hurting right now and show them that he can be better. It's a possibility. It's a real thing that could be

done. I'm telling you to be a game changer. I hope they take heed. Listen to this, though. But his rhetoric, oh, that's not the right one. That's not the right one. That's Dan. I can't handle Dan right now. I thought I put it in section #12 maybe I punched it in section 11. Give me one second. There are some people who've made their mind up and they've decided that they are voting for former President Trump. What do you say to those people? Lots of luck here to see you

here. Come on, look, what has he done for the youth of America? What has he done? He says he's elected, he's getting rid of my ability to The ability to forgive student debt. What has he done for education? What he wants to eliminate Department of Education. What has he done when he was president? Tell me what has he done to help young people in America? What has he done to deal with racism?

What has he done to deal with the fact that you had the way in which African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans are treated? I mean, what has he done? Is that not the weirdest thing in the world? How about this, He's starting to start any new wars that we're going to send young people into. That seems like the single biggest thing. So I'm OK with that one. He wants to get rid of department education, $68 billion back into the American people's pockets to be able to

do something. How about they use that to go after and create new jobs? They can use that to not charge us this garbage. That seems like a big deal. What else has he done? He hasn't send 10s and maybe hundreds of billions of dollars over to Ukraine for munitions, let conflicts happen in the Middle East. That's all a big deal. And then he didn't try to buy their votes by writing off student loan debts, which has been found to be over and over, not within the powers of the

executive. I don't see it anywhere in the Constitution that the president can let debts go. He's not like he's not able to do absolution. So that's all crazy. And then how about this? What has he done for racism? And then immediately, what does Joe Biden do, Talk about races? How about Donald Trump doesn't worry about racism because I don't think he's actually racist. There's no evidence that he is doesn't make any sense. Anyway, that's that's your guy.

I got a little palate cleanser for you because we need it and today is one of those days and it's actually a really dumb palate cleanser. So there you go. Let me share a 5 star view that actually comes in from true social. So those of you who are on true social, if you don't know, I I do read a lot of the stuff that comes in, most of it in fact. This is from Rydon, who I've seen follow me for quite a long time and he wrote the following. It's very nice. I wanted to share it.

I bow from the waist to you. You finally persuaded me with episode 347 to sit and watch an entire hour or more of anyone's podcast. Solid information, smooth Segways. You should have Rep Corey Mills on. That would be an interesting chat. I would love to have them. Yeah. If Corey Mills is interested in coming on, I would love to chat with him. I think that we would share a lot of the same thoughts. And I like the way that he's handled it.

That is a a very high compliment that if you don't normally sit through a show and you did. And yesterday's show was our record-breaking for our show on the number of people who saw it live. So thanks for seeing it. Thanks for all of you that shared it. I really do appreciate that. You guys can share more of it by going to either Kyle seraphin.com or you can come over here to rumble.com/kyle Seraphin. Make sure you guys have liked it, subscribed, and then, like I

said, notify or shared. How about a palate cleanse or something stupid? If you're listening, you're not going to be able to appreciate this the way the people who are watching are. These are two grown men with a referee who's also a grown man playing soccer on a hard asphalt surface covered in Legos, and the ball is a bowling ball. You're just going to hear how awful that is. Both of those men are clearly prior Marines crayon eaters

wearing Jean short shorts. This is what enlisted men do with their time when they grow up and they're trying to break away and make tik toks. There it is. I cannot imagine kicking a bowling ball, by the way, fantastic stuff. Way to go, guys just killing it. All right, if you guys want to join us over on the on the locals, you can do that. This is posted to locals as well. It's Kyle serafin.com.

That's how you can get there. That's the the shortcut link to our local community and feel free to to go any one of those places. You can subscribe to our stuff and be part of us on either way, but locals is a new spot. We're out there. All of the sponsors, we appreciate them, the merch store and also they're all links in the description. Share the the program if you would and we will see you guys again tomorrow. Have a great day.
