Episode description

The Information-Industrial Complex is a series of companies deeply embedded in Government contracts for INFORMATION. YOUR information to be specific. And mine. Today, I'll have a rare show that is quite personal. And we'll discuss how the PROCESS is the PUNISHMENT. And why our politicians should have cared a long time ago. Plus some of the back swing related to "everything is racist." Transcript

Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistleblower, an American patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this program has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI agent Kyle Serif. Hello, my friends. Welcome to the Kyle Seraphin Show. Today is Wednesday. It is April the 3rd. We're going to get personal today just a little bit. We're going to be talking about the information industrial

complex. This is something that was aired early in 2023, maybe late 2022 with the advent of the Twitter files. We saw some of this. There's a lot of information and there's so much coming at us at all times, it's almost impossible to grasp all of it. So we're going to do a recap. And as I said, we're going to get personal with this because I applied for a home loan, because I'm trying to find a place to put my family. After all the craziness that's happened in the last two years.

And wouldn't you know it, we just stumbled on more shenanigans. So we're going to get into that. We're going to be talking about Trump calling illegals animals. The it's the new bloodbath. It's taken out of context, excitement. We'll get into that too. We're going to hit on racism. We're going to hit on minding your own beeswax. We're going to talk about LexisNexis again with that sort of government intervention in

the private sector. And let's see, we got a little bit of weird Wednesday stuff at the end, little palate cleanser that you guys are going to appreciate some bad news, some good news, kind of like a good, bad and the ugly, if you will, for the day. So let's start off straight away with the folks that are keeping me rolling right now. They don't know. They specifically don't make

coffee. What they make are tumblers, including the 16 ounce Tumblr which I poured at 6:00 AM, well over 2 1/2 hours ago and it's still hot and it's still good. The 16 ounce Tumblr from patriotcoolers.com.

You guys can get your own. We are going to be talking to those guys today about getting you a suspendables vector pack which is going to be all of our logos and you guys are going to be able to get your own suspendables mug, Your suspendables water Tumblr which I carried with me to the park yesterday. I carry my 32 oz and I I highly recommend that if you are in the market, give it a minute.

We're going to get those things uploaded to them and that way you guys can go through on the customization. Use promo code Kyle, Kyle. That'll save you 10%. It'll essentially make the engraving free I believe. So that's pretty cool and you guys can get one or two of those. If you spend 50 bucks more, you're going to get free shipping. So you might as well buy one for you, one for a friend, replace all your other junk tumblers, go to patriotcoolers.com.

And if you're in the market for like a big bigger purchase, if you're looking to find like a an actual hard sided roto molded one, I use it every single time I go to Costco. In fact, I had trouble the other day when I was at Costco because I had my my Patriot coolers 50 quart in the back. And then I bought some of these. Some of these, what do you call them like Rubbermaid type containers, Sterilite stuff. And I bought a bunch of them because that's how I do things.

I couldn't fit them all in because I had my Patriot cooler in the back there too. I ended up figuring it all out. The Patriot cooler goes on the top, stairlight goes on the bottom. We figured it out even in our little minivan trunk thing. Guys, Check them out for sure. Let's get right into it. Let's get into the anatomy of a hate hoax. I told you yesterday, and we've been talking about this sort of theme the Biden administration is running their campaign on. You are racist.

Baby killing is great, right? Illegals need to come into this country. The border's fine. Everything's great. This anatomy of a hate hoax that's happening up in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho right now. And this is being called out by our friends over at the Idaho Tribune, who I got to meet when I went and spoke in Lewiston earlier this month, last month, I guess last month. It's it's a perfect microcosm for the BS that happens, the gas lighting. I'm going to read some of the

article. We're going to cover it down. Why? Because it's very important to know that there is a swing happening in this country. The left has overplayed the hand, This garbage hand of everything is racist. And you're a bad person and fake morality and compassion and Christian values that are not aligning with Christian values. All of this garbage keeps getting thrown down our throats. And it doesn't matter whether it's a Jesse Smollett situation, whether it's a bubble.

Wallace, is that his name, whatever that guy's name was, the the race car driver. All of these are just they've they've overtaxed the American system to tolerate and live in this, this state of disbelief that you're probably being honest. We know they're not being honest

to operators. So this story coming out of North Idaho, very interesting anatomy of a hate hoax coming from the Idaho Tribune one week and still no evidence of the alleged racist incident in Coeur d'Alene with a Utah basketball

team. Now, I told you the other day when we were listening to the 60 Minutes piece, how clear and how obvious it is when Scott Pelley is 1, doing a fluff job for sort of the deep state situation that everybody you know, it's Russia, Russia, Russia, another garbage propaganda piece. This stuff gets more and more obvious to us because they're debunked by just a basics, like a superficial level of reading through the story, all you have to ask about this story.

And so let's get into the actual specifics. There's a guy named Tony Stewart, and he proclaimed that there had been a horrendous act of hatred in downtown Coeur d'Alene. He's part of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations. Just the fact that the county that that houses, Coeur Lane, Idaho, has a task force on human Relations, which is this is, this is more of this DEI

garbage. It's like we're going to pretend that something is actually going on that is not you know Coeur Lane, Idaho is a sleepy little town for for a for a city that actually people have heard of. It's tiny. The downtown is small. I walked through it just days ago. There's no reason to believe that any of this stuff is real, but so the the basic statement

goes like this. There's a dude he calls up supposedly 4 hours after taking a women's Utah basketball team out to dinner and then calls up and is very, very distraught. And he's very angry about racism because a bunch of dudes were driving around in like muscle cars and beefed up trucks and they are screaming the N word and driving with Confederate flags Now is there like a 90s way back history of Aryan Nation people in remote parts of Idaho that had some white supremacist

ideas? I'm sure yeah, OK. But not in the cities #1 and #2 guys, we're we're like 30 years past that at this point. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. And and also why the Confederate flag like Idaho wasn't part of the Confederacy. Pretty silly. OK, so this is the claim. I'm going to play the video, the body Cam video of the officer responding to this man who appears, based on my professional experience to be intoxicated, and he can't get to

a point. We're not going to play all of it. There's 25 minutes of this interview, this field interview with his goofball fat guy from Idaho, or sorry, from Utah, from the university. He's on the board or something like that. But he's actually from Seattle, which he tells us. So he's a Lib, ideologically based clown trying to make an argument that there's a lot of racism that we all must be aware of and he wants it. Like what? Like dealt with by the police on what planet?

As we played Ron Coleman's clip the other day, you have a constitutional right to be a bigot in this country. You're allowed to, you're allowed to drive around with truck nuts on the back of of your bumper, like you're allowed to actually drive around with the Confederate flag. Even though we think it's stupid.

You could do any of this stuff. You could drive around with a picture of Joe Biden or Donald Trump tattooed on the back of the tailgate of your truck looking like you have captured some human being and have them back there. You're allowed to do all those things constitutional, not a threat. Give me a break on this stuff. But anyway, watch this guy's video.

We'll go to like a minute or two to kind of hear what he has to say for the so-called racist incident, and then I'm going to just give you this simple idea of how we can debunk this in real time. I mean we're here as the guest of the NCAA, the tournament. OK things are fluid. Last minute nobody's dying. It's all good. But. And I'm I'm, I'm so pissed and relative to you know just simple stuff. So we come. We've got 100 people. University of Utah band players people.

We're standing here. They you know we don't have a choice. Don't worry, I won't bore you. Hang on. Oh no, you're good. Yeah, I wouldn't fuck with you. And we're here and we have a dinner. They plan everything and see a you've got to go up to the tap house for her. Tap house up, up. Nice place up to straight up to Main Street. Now I'll preface it, not passive

aggressive. There's a history known here in some circles of crazy people in Hayden Lake and sample yeah, Area Nation. Whatever, Yeah. I grew up in Seattle. It's all good. But you know, and it wasn't, it's not even or wasn't even this shit. It's like, who cares? It's past right there. And I'm a donor, so I'm not, I'm not a university employee, but I pay for this shit. Got you. And so the whole we go up and got a train of 100 people, some of color, some tall.

Some of color, some tall. The chat has appropriately called out that this dude is wearing the most ridiculous puffy jacket that's ever been sold. I don't know if it's for men. I don't know what's going on there. It is essentially a Hawaiian flower pastel colored puffy jacket with Nike shoes that have wings on them patterned around it.

He's out of breath while standing still he when the the phone call, which actually happens in the patrol car, which I don't, I'm not going to show you right now but the the patrol car phone call is also on body Cam and the dude is out of breath then and he's clearly drinking. You can hear noises in the background that sounds like he's got ice cubes and a Tumblr or something.

So a drunk old man who's not from there, who's not associated with the university but who is a donor to the university and therefore thinks that he has an interest in it, just was telling you that he had to bring a bunch of women, some of whom are tall, some of whom are of color, to a restaurant. There's photos of the If you guys want to go to the Idaho Tribune, you can find it's their lead story. You'll find that there are photos of the girls going into

the restaurant. They all seem like they're in great spirits. This is from their surveillance cameras. No big deal. Do you know, I know that there was not a bunch of guys driving around screaming. This is Maggie Country. Oh, I'm sorry, Effing ends in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Because you had allegedly 100 people, all from a university, which means a bunch of young people of university age.

And anything that ever happens around young people of a university age, the first thing that they do when it happens, do they call the police? No. Do they step in to save their friend who's getting the crap beat out of them? No. They pull out their stupid cell phones and they film it. There is not a single video of this race hoax ever happening. All we have to do is be basic critical thinkers. You just have to go. What are these kids going to do

when it happens? They're going to pull out their phones. There should be video all over the Internet of the racist a holes that live all over North Idaho and there is not that be case closed by the way. Even if they were, they would still be legally and constitution protected speech. You're allowed to be an A hole. As we said over and over again, this weird guy decided that he was going to go and start something for no particular reason. I love it.

I see in the chat you guys are saying Saul Alinsky's rules. Ridicule this person. Yeah, Turn their rules, hold them, hold them accountable. There's no video of this. This didn't happen. It's made-up. And yet it continues. You know what?

What? What makes me It makes me crazy because the the the media wants to gaslight about this kind of stuff and they love it. The fact that it hasn't been latched on also tells you that even the mainstream media was like, I think we're going to get rolled on this one. We're going to absolutely get destroyed. But here's what actually is happening, OK? Actually happening. You know how we've had Tara

Rodas on here? We've had Aaron Stevenson, two of our suspendables, people who lost their jobs for reporting child sex trafficking, who said that our government is complicit in moving sex traffickers and people that are abusing children. Oh, because it's actually happening coming out of The Washington Times. This is This is from April 1st. Federal prosecutors announced charges Monday against a man they say smuggled in illegal immigrant children and then produced child pornography with

the minor. In a case that implicates Biden's more relaxed approach to illegal immigrant children. They named the guy Navidad Aguilera Garcia, 37, smuggled at least three illegal immigrants. Two of them were juveniles. One of them was identified in a federal indictment as minor a later used for child pornography. We facilitated that. We the the American taxpayer, the Biden administration facilitated this.

The real story. There's actually federal indictments now, obviously innocent till proven guilty. I guarantee you they have the goods on this. Why? Because we know what's happening at scale. It's happening at by the 10s of thousands, whether it be selling them into sex trafficking, whether they are using them to create child pornography.

This is the legacy of this, of this administration, and not that they're cleaning up racism on the streets of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, but they are importing child sex traffickers with impunity and letting you and me pay for their travel around to American cities, Trump said. The the Biden, what do you call it, the Biden border bloodbath the other day. And that's correct. That's the real bloodbath. That's the real scandal. Is that being covered by people

on the political left? No, it's in The Washington Times, which is a small paper. It doesn't get nearly the amount of coverage it ought to 85 to 100,000 missing kids that the federal government said, well, we handed them off to somebody but we don't really know who they are. Turns out that some of them are child pornographers. That's kind of inconvenient. Maybe we could just shut them down. And This is why the information industrial complex, which also is part of the media, the media

is part of that as well. Official stories get reported. Non official stories do not get reported. This is a non official, not approved for dissemination story, which is why it has to go to small outlets like this. This guy started this in May of 20210.

Weird. Aaron Stevenson said that the border policy started changing in late January, early February of 2021. That's when we started seeing people that were associated with transnational organized crime coming into this country and getting kids showing up on the sponsorship list. They were flagged.

And as he told you, if you guys want to go back and listen to any of the episodes we have with Aaron or with Tara, it's very clear that that visibility list of what is called the, the transnational organized client crime watch list, that is limited to like 40,000 people, which is to say not all the people that are involved in this stuff. There is far more than we can even register and we can register plenty of it. And this is what's going on here. This guy is charged in Kentucky.

One count of production of child pornography. One charge of receipt of child pornography. This is so light. One count of enticement of a juvenile for sex, one count of transportation of a juvenile for sex, and then one count of encouraging illegal entry, one count of making false statements to the government, and one count of false documents. So those are two of the light sort of. Those are all felony charges, by

the way. Every day I'm one of those things are felony charges HHS, which is where Tara was working out of, you know, on a on a contracted basis or on a on a part time basis. HHS has, you know, no comment why would they. But that child was deemed to be unaccompanied and therefore placed with somebody like this. And we have an absolute flood of them. They started during Obama, they shut down.

They clamped it down during Trump and they reopened it up underneath Biden. Trump administration aired heavily on the side of safety. Biden administration overwhelmingly by the sheer numbers that is invited, invited, has swung heavily in the other direction and pushed children out of the custody that they were holding on to the government's custody without the same level of checks that used to take place. That's what happens.

You take the weakest and the most vulnerable and you put them in a situation where they are going to be in government captivity. The government is the worst answer to this problem. The worst, hands down. Meanwhile, we're going to have, we're going to have this. I'm going to, I want to. I want to slide back once again. People are starting to see this. I'm going to slide back to the

the racehouse peaks. We're we're sharing with you Truth. So are other people starting to see this Regular people, this guy. Everything about this guy sounds like a regular dude. This is all over the Internet. But I'm going to actually play you this clip from the City Council meeting when people just go. You know what, dude? You're lying to us. All of you are lying to us. I know you're fake. I'm going to try to bleep out his addresses because it's not any of our business where he

lives. But he he says it. He obviously is not scared of it. I just don't want to broadcast it, per SE. But listen to the words this guy has to say about how nonsensical the veil is being lifted from what what people always called normies. Like, we're all normies, really, are we not? Like, we're aware, we're alert. We're just going to slowly wake up all of our neighbors, like this guy who had no interest. His wife was a military

commander. I don't know if we'll play that far into it, but she was working for the Air Force. They had two options and he basically said, I live in California, it's batshit crazy here we have two choices. We're either going to go to Idaho or Texas. I think those are pretty too, too strong, answered. And they ended up in a binary place in Idaho. So here's a little video. Like I said, people who cannot ignore what's happening in front of them because it's, it's right

in their face. This is the mistake. They've overplayed their hand. They being all of the evil sort of government actors that the milk, the industrial complex of media and information companies and all the stuff, they're all over playing it. It's right in our face. This started in 2020, by the way. This isn't news. This is just what is. This is the swing. It's a long, long, long tail on the swing. Let's do this video.

Thank you, Eric. Kristen, 8939 N Davis Circle, Hayden, ID. There's a million places I'd rather be tonight, but upon arriving from my business that I run in California to my home in Hayden, I found an entire community under attack based on nothing more than slander and what I can only describe as zero evidence. I come back to find out that apparently a racial incident occurred in downtown Coeur d'Alene Place.

We moved to when the state that we were living in in California in 2020 unveiled itself as being run by sociopaths when they shut down our children's schools. My wife, a commander in the Air Force who command 5 Air Force Squadron, said sell the house, we're leaving the state. Where are we to go? Well, she was taking over new command in Texas.

Our family has migrated here from Oregon because Oregon makes California look sane and we decided to move to Idaho and Texas. So I arrived for my business in California to Idaho to find, based on zero evidence, 0 videos, 0 pictures, an entire community under attack because of the rantings, 4 hours after the event, 4 hours after the event of a man who couldn't wait to attack an entire community in Hayden and Coeur d'Alene. Now he was from Seattle.

I could spend all day talking about what a caricature Seattle is if somebody was born and raised in Portland. Trust me, but what he did in that police officers video was disgusting every day that you allow this to remain open in what clearly did not happen. Not one video amongst 100 people walking on the street, half of whom are my children's ages and can't get off their phones. Not one picture, not one security camera from a business. And we are to pretend.

That this incident happened with no evidence and no facts being presented and. He goes on for another minute or so. Yes, he does kind of look like Vince McMahon from the WWFWWE world. A fit business owner who's just a regular dude. Just a simple, simple, factual presentation. This could not have happened because all of the evidence is in the Contra and there is no evidence that says it did.

So it's based on one drunken weirdo and you're going to listen to guys like this Go, I'm done with this. I'm done with it. And that's why Trump can say things like the people coming here are animals because they're doing animalistic things like child pornography and senselessly beating a poor girl to death. We're going to do the context of that in just one second. Let me also just say, folks, it it is getting weird. It doesn't matter where you are. Even Idaho can't be untouched.

Idaho should be like the last bastion. It's surrounded by mountains, a beautiful place. How in the world, how in the world are we going to look around here and think that it's not coming for us? So you guys got to prepare yourself Again, I always tell you the two options. They continue to be the case. Prepare or repair. It doesn't matter whether you're talking about your car or your food storage, make sure that you have done the right thing in advance before it gets to you

for patriots.com/kyle. Now, maybe you're one of the people that says I'm just going to get a bunch of beans and a bunch of rice. You go do that for like a week, and then you tell me what kind of a grump you're going to be because you are not going to enjoy having no variation in your calories. For patriots.com/kyle is where you can go and get yourself emergency food stores. They just add water, they're freeze dry, they're put together and they are safe for up to 25 years.

So as long as you keep it out of the sun, you have this thing for 2 1/2 decades, That's forever. You guys can hold on to it, You can use it for camping trips, you can use it in emergencies. You never know when any of those things may come down. You may just say, you know what, Today we're going to the Fort Patriots stock. We're not cooking dinner, just going to boil up some water and make something happen.

They got things like Aztec chili, They've got, you know, the basics like having oatmeals and things like that with blueberries. Simple makes a big difference. Especially when you are looking around in an emergency, you want to make sure you have calories so you can make good decisions for patriots.com/kyle telling you it's coming. Whatever the hard times are, wherever you are in the next 2 1/2 decades, you're going to see it. So don't be. Don't be foolish.

Make sure that you are prepared. Let's let's keep pushing. Like I said, they want to attack Trump. Here's the video, by the way, of Trump being calling them animals. This is the thing that the left has lost their mind about. Nobody's nobody's looking at this and going disagree. I just showed you sex traffickers. I just showed you a guy that's now indicted for child pornography that basically smuggled the kid over here in order to sexually abuse in the

US of all places. Why not do this somewhere else? No, they came here because they don't even respect our law enforcement. And here's Trump just saying things that are basically true. The 22 year old nursing student in Georgia who was barbarically murdered by an illegal alien animal. The Democrats say please don't call them animals, They're humans. I said no, they're not humans. They're not humans. They're animals, and Nancy Pelosi told me that, she said.

Please don't use the word animal, Sir, when you're talking about these people. I said I'll use the word animal, 'cause that's what they are. I'll never forget my vow to her. I don't know what his vow to her was, but it doesn't make a difference. That's the context. This is what gets the left all spun up. They called them animals. He's talking very specifically about a guy that beat a poor girl to death. Is that not animalistic? Even the animals do better than

that. It's barbaric, correctly named. That's it. There's nothing to it. There's no scandal there. That's the thing they want to scandalize and not this and not this. An open border that allows this kind of nonsense. It's crazy to me. That's why you've got guys who look like Vince McMahon standing up in front of their City Council going, hey guys, enough. I already moved out of the crazy. We've got to preserve the last bastions of non crazy. And there are plenty of them.

Actually, it turns out my wife and I were talking about this last night. Even our little woke neighborhood in Virginia, which I'm sure was very woke. It was beautiful, though. It was really pretty. It was a it was an HOA that had over 6500 homes in it, which is

a ton. If you've ever been in an HOA, that is a lot, 6500 houses and you drive down and you'd see kids of every color and parents of every ethnic background and they'd be out playing with bubbles waiting for their other kids to come back on the school buses. Like America is fundamentally not racist. Even in the places that they're acting like it is in these concentrated urban areas, it's not racist. It's crazy to think that they're going to try to push that.

It's a losing bet. And the other thing they want to try and push, as I said, baby death. Why? Why is that? The run you're going to run with? Here it is right here. There's two different stories. Stephen Collinson Once again, I could just do a whole show on his bad analysis how Trump's greatest policy triumph could derail his bid to win back the White House.

This is an entire piece that he wrote that simply says the former president succeeded in constructing an unassailable conservative majority on the Supreme Court which overturned. I love this part. The constitutional right to an abortion 2 years ago. Fact Check. There is no constitutional right to an abortion. It was a garbage, garbage court case, which is why the people that even were the pro-choice types knew that it was going to get overturned at some point because it was trash.

The only thing that kept Roe V Wade around as long as it did is because it had been around as long as it had and people had no courage in the 90s when it should have been thrown out. This should have been thrown out by the Moral majority this. There's a number of times when they should have been gone, but nobody had the balls to do it. And let's just call it what it is. Trump actually, quote, UN quote, got that done. What did he do?

He just put the right people in that made the right decision. Do they make every right decision? No, They're actually kind of weak, like all justices we see. They are not Christian nationalist. The way that I want to see them go, I want them sporting this haircut, carrying a gun underneath their robes and rocking it. But no, they don't do that.

So anyway, here he is talking about the constitutional right to abortion against Stephen Collinson talking and and the statement is a fundamental lack of understanding because they assume that people who read CNN obviously don't know anything and need to be spoon fed garbage. I assume that it must be the case. How low information would you have to be to say that that's a Trump failure? All Trump needs to do is specifically say what the Supreme Court has already said.

I don't need a national policy on abortion. It's already been remanded to the states. There is no constitutional need for this. There is no crisis. There is no requirement for a federal law. The states can handle it, the people closest to it. And if you want to live in a kill baby society, move to California, where they'll pay for it, where your tax dollars, whether you like it or not, are being used to fund public abortion clinics.

That's happening. You can drive and find billboards advertising abortion, which my wife and I saw when we went there for a funeral. Nauseating, Disgusting. Or you can live in Texas where they have heartbeat laws. Or you can live in Florida where they just passed it through the Supreme Court and said, yes, that can take effect. The heartbeat law, saying that there's a heartbeat, that's a person. How about you deal with that?

And by the way, that happens like six weeks in and there's some weird controversy that I saw on social media, people saying that it doesn't just seriously go, go to any ultrasound clinic and go listen. You can find you can hear heartbeat. It's amazing. It's actually shocking. There's a heartbeat before you know there's a heartbeat there. They can't even argue that it's not a person. They don't even do that. They don't even waste their time on that.

They just think it's a person that's inconvenience. They should kill him. God forbid you expand that thing out. None of these people can actually see that their policies can't even hold to the to the to their own ideas anyway, let's keep going on with this. But anyway, I'm not just saying this but that CNN is saying it like if ABC says it as well, you know, two stories in one day is always kind of an interesting data point for me. And here they are. Biden campaign continues to make

abortion rights ballot. They're saying it's going to make Florida easier to flip from Trump. Really. Really. Florida, which went like one of the reddest in in the entire in the entire country. Give me a break. You guys have lost it. And look, it's always these like middle-aged women that are already out of the reproductive sphere that are always trying to push for baby death. They're women that don't have babies.

The ones that really freak me out are the ones that actually are holding a baby and they're pro abortion. There's something so disgusting and disordered about that. Women who should have the most instinctive protection of not just their baby, but all babies, go to a go to a a a park and watch Women who have young babies, they are watching everybody's baby. They can't help it. It's hormonally driven. It's our DNA. We're literally wired to protect the young.

And by the way, so is every other species. They always know how to protect at least their own young. It's it's just a violation of nature to see this stuff. But that's what they're doing. They're pushing the same thing. Like I said in in on ABC, they're pushing the exact same story that Joe Biden's re election campaign should focus on abortion. Run that game, y'all run it. Run the game that there are two old guys, but I'm the good old

guy who believes in baby death. Now that I've lived to like 1000 years old I think it's now time for me to recognize that tranny rights for little kids and to end the state taking over raising your children right and an open border that actually results in pornographic exploitation of young kids. How about you do that? That sounds like a hell of a campaign. There's a reason why the dude lived in his basement, isn't there? I mean don't we know that's why he hung out there.

A lot of the story and and others were covered by my friends over at Catholic Vote. If you guys want to get more news on some of the stuff you can go to catholicvote.org check out the loop. Today's loop was quite good. There was also a story there specifically about an an an

advertisement. That Catholic Vote put together an emotional piece about sort of the The failure of of arguing from the basis of compassion about these illegals coming into the country presents the American voters with a truly heartfelt love letter to the vulnerable. And yet also you still have to only be able to pour yourself out so much as you have the space to be able to handle it. Check out Check out The Loop. You guys can do that at

catholicvote.org. Once again, the main page there, and if you don't want to sign up for it, you don't want to give them their e-mail. I understand that, even though you probably should, because it's a good one. They're the good guys. They're working for Faith, Family, and Freedom and their their social media at Catholic Vote. But you could also just go to catholicvote.org/loop LOOP and you can actually get the loop

without going this. You could, if you want to add it to your your bookmarks and stuff, you could do that too. That'd be an easy way to make that happen if you're not interested in getting signed up. Thanks, Rose, and the chat for putting them out there too. OK, let's let's get into the weird stuff. You guys ready for the weird stuff? Let's do the informational industrial complex. I've been kind of. I'm not trying to string you along.

I'm just, I'm taking my time getting to this because this is going to get personal. This letter right here is written. You're seeing it on the screen. It's from the House of Representatives, the Committee on the Judiciary. I'm looking upwards because the screen is above me. It's written to Jennifer Moore.

The at that time, the assistant the Executive Assistant Director of the Human Resources Branch of the FBI to their main address, 935 Pennsylvania. That's the Hoover Building on September 29th, 2002, September 29th, 2002. Jim Jordan's people, including Mike Johnson, Ranking Member on the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Darrell Issa signed off on it.

And what do we have? We have a statement saying we are investigating serious allegations of abuse and misconduct within the senior leadership of the FBI and the DOJ. During the course of this investigation, we've received protected whistleblower disclosures at the FBI is engaging in a quote UN quote purge of employees. My word. Producer Phil's word. The suspendables word. Before there was a suspendables with conservative views by revoking their security clearances and indefinitely

suspending these employees. Many of the formal notices of these adverse personal actions were signed by you. Yep, we have received information suggesting you've retaliated against at least one whistleblower who's made protected disclosures to Congress. I don't know who that one is, but I'm one of them. September 29th, 2002, five days after I went on Dan Bongino's podcast for the first time, five days after many of you first heard of who I was. You think that's an accident?

Are Republicans who theoretically are in the fight for us, only went when it got public. I went to Congress in October of 2021, nearly a year earlier, nearly a year earlier. And then the second thing that happened was I continued to go to Congress with more and more information. Some of you guys know this because Project Veritas exposed something about how the militia violent extremist tag was being applied to veterans. That's why we have this symbol over the shoulder here.

That's why I have a Betsy Ross flag. One of my listeners, one of you out there in the audience actually sent me that flag all the way across the country to Arizona, sent it all the way across a 55 LB flag made of solid wood and hardwood. By the way, it's actually hard

to drill. I broke screws on that thing mounting up. Those those weapons which are historically significant to me. That revolver right there is called the Virginia Dragoon. On the bottom of it says 6 Semper Tyrannus, which is not just the not just the motto of the state of Virginia, which we're going to talk about at the end and related to guns. It's not just the motto of Virginia, It's also a warning to tyrants. That's why I think it's important.

It's part of our our heritage. So here's what's crazy. We expose that they were going after veterans, that they were going after police, that they were taking the symbols that are patriotic in this country and turning them on their head and listing them as potentially domestic terrorists.

Because an MVEA militia violent extremist falls under the DT tag for the FBI, the domestic terrorism tag, which is that thing that they keep doing, which are not crimes but are in the threat landscape, which allows them to come after us. All right, so there's that. And as I said, we didn't go

public. I didn't go public until September 23rd, 24th of 2022. So how interesting is it that yesterday, when I was looking on my kitchen counter and my wife had opened up, we had been turned down summarily, by the way. Not even close. They didn't even consider it. They said you don't even have two years worth of running your business. We're not even going to consider you for a loan from my bank that I've used for 15 years, which is USAA.

If you guys want to know, I'm going to be leaving USAA very soon. We're going to take all of my money out of it. I'm going to go somewhere else. But more importantly, they sent me this thing. It comes from CoreLogic Credco. This is, you know, the basis of their decision for not even considering us for a home loan. I'm not complaining about it. That's fine. We'll rent. I'm not worried. I noticed that one of my FICO scores was way, way out of range, 679. I have over 800 credit scores

for years. Do you know this is not bragging? This is simple. If you have a top secret clearance, you should also have a really good credit score. Do you know why they actually pull your credit? They look up your stuff and they go, oh OK, you don't have any financial problems. And not having financial problems is a really important part. It's under adjudicative guidelines. F for Foxtrot, that's the

financial considerations. You have to have your finances in order in order to have a top secret clearance. Very simple. OK, fine. Why is one of my FICO scores so far out of range? So I pulled into it and what I saw was a couple of things.

Number one, what you're seeing on the screen right now, LexisNexis slash FBI inquired on 9/7/2022, three weeks before that letter or two weeks before the letter that Jordan just sent that you saw on the screen on behalf of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Oh. Why is the FBI going after my credit? I was an FBI employee for seven years. They never did that before. They didn't do it until after I quietly went and became a whistleblower.

After I'd been engaged in trying to expose some of their malfeasance. Not publicly, by the way. You didn't know my name on that day. The FBI knew I was a problem. And why? They knew I was a problem because I'd exposed some of that stuff to Congress and they had access to it. They knew exactly who I was. They claimed they didn't know I was a whistleblower. They said, well, we don't even agree that he's a whistleblower. Yeah, right. OK, Nobody believes you. And the reason why is because of

that. And we've got a little bit about LexisNexis. It's not just LexisNexis by the I'm going to show you on the next screen. It's LEXIS. It's LexisNexis. Special Services Incorporated LNSSI, which was an, in their own words, founded to help government agencies create actionable intelligence and deliver data-driven decisions. We're committed to an innovation that continues to bring solutions to our government partners to solve some of the most pressing challenges facing our nation.

Oh yeah, what is that? It's a wholly owned subsidiary of LexisNexis Risk Management with a board of directors that includes members of the intelligence community, the Department of Defense, Law Enforcement and civilian agencies, which is their target market. You now see that. So what do they do? The federal government did two things, And I'm not unique in this, by the way. I told the boys about this, the boys being Steve Friend and Garrett Boyle.

We literally talk every day throughout the entire day. Producer Phil as well. And what did we find? Every single one of them had been paying to during this time frame. Every single one of them. And when I went public, Garrett Boyle was removed just a couple of days later, for whatever that's worth. There's two things that are really relevant on my other credit report, because you get three credit reports, right?

There's TransUnion, there's Equifax, and then there's Experian. And what I found out was, is there was an adverse event that had knocked my credit score on one of them all the way down. It's not on the others, by the

way, but it's on one of them. And it's from the United States Department of Agriculture. You go, Kyle, you didn't work for Agriculture, funnily enough, Interestingly enough, a lot of government agencies send their, they send their finances and they actually pay the government employees through the Department of Agriculture under what's called the National Finance Center. So if you don't know that it it lends to that thing that people in the in the Bureau and some of

the intelligence communities act like they're spies because they're getting paid through like an agency they don't work for. It's this plausible deniability of being a government employee for a specific type of agency. the United States Department of Agriculture has a negative adverse collections account on my name for $43183. That's not the amount that I that I'm actually being charged though. They actually want 5300.

They want $5553. When I talk to the connection, the, what do you call it, the credit collection people. And they said that's because agriculture actually added a $11150 additional amount for administrative costs. So I now have a negative hit on my credit. And you know what that's for? This is the best part. It's for a bill that the United States government generated for

health insurance. After they stopped paying me, they charged me for health insurance, even though the default position is they have to actually discontinue unless I sign and say I I voluntarily want to get into a debt, which by the way they don't have that paper. So we're working on that now. Now I have to legally go through

all these hoops. I'm talking to people at America First and I'm talking at some of the other groups that might be able to sue on my behalf because this nonsense is actually going to keep me from being able to buy a home to put my family in. But what's also interesting is the soft inquiries because all of you could have these. It's not Kyle Serif and that's at risk here. LexisNexis Special Services.

They went out originate a request Federal Bure of investigation August 9th, 2022. I was no longer being paid by the FBI as of June 1st. I don't know what Envy employee is, but we've got some questions and we're going to be reaching out to them. I want you guys to know that this could happen to any of you specifically because this is the complex and the complex means they've created these companies that specifically exist solely to fund and to fuel and to help

federal government overreach. Here's what they do, according to them. We'll just take it from their words. LexisNexis delivers a comprehensive suite of solutions to arm government agencies with superior data, technologies and analytics to support mission success. Now, you know that I've never done anything that involves a criminal indictment. They don't have that. But what I do know is that I used to work counterintelligence. I used to work counterintelligence.

And the odds of this particular thing showing up on my credit report on those days tells me one thing and one thing alone. The FBI has opened intelligence investigations into me, into Steve Friend, into Garrett O'boyle. That's the whole point of what we exposed when they were they were tying insider threats with whistleblower training, which Tracy Beans did a great job of exposing. There, all of that is lined up. Because they don't need a

criminal predicate. I'm going to say this for the people that are new to the podcast. If you've never been here before, please know this. The FBI has two wings. One side is known as criminal work. You're not going to have a major problem with a lot of the criminal work, although it's, you know, becoming more and more weird. The things that you're seeing on the overreach has nothing to do with criminality. It has to do with what's called national security or intelligence investigations,

which is more accurate. All right. The national security tools that they use are the actual problems. Knock, knock, knock. We've been looking at your Facebook post. Oh, is that a crime? No, But we have some concerns. That's an intelligence investigation. It falls underneath what's called counterintelligence or

under counterterrorism. The two counters are information based pre crime and they are only there only there to do make work for the government agencies so they can continue to spy on you and open non criminally predicated threat based cases that give them the entire suite of national security tools including things like national security letters.

I will almost guarantee you will never get confirmation of this that those, that those pings from LexisNexis were the opening of cases on me and on Garrett and on Steve and many others, and probably some of you go check your credit report, you can go to annualcreditreport.com. It's free. All you need is your own personal information. You can check your own credit annualcreditreport.com is where that stuff popped up.

They're not hiding it, but once they get the access, they find out, oh, you have a bunch of different revolving credit accounts through these different banks. That's, those are credit cards, right? By the way, I have 21 years of credit history and I have no, no negative things except what the FBI put on there. And that's something. That's the reason why I used to be able to do that work. The best part is this. They get the national security letter, which is a secret

subpoena. You guys are used to the idea of a subpoena being issued by a grand jury. There are some administrative subpoenas as well that can be issued by the FBI. The, the the national security letter is a subpoena. It says we need the following records, bank records, toll records, etcetera, phone calls. We want these lists. We want Internet traffic. We want history. We want their, we want their, their profile. We want all these things. And the reason is we can't tell you.

It's secret. But seriously important, bro, it's just, trust me, bro. At the highest level, signed off on by a special agent in charge of an FBI field office, they take that credit report and they go, OK, cool. Now we're going to NSL, all of these banks, and we're going to find out all their transactions. And then they build an entirety. They build an entirety of where you're going and how you're going and what you're going to do.

And they try to tie you to Garrett O'boyle and Steve Friend. And with these guys cooperating in the background, No, we weren't. We didn't even know each other. That's the best thing. I knew Garrett. I didn't know Steve. He got hit on the same days. So what are they trying to do? They're trying to build a pattern on you that has nothing to do with criminality. It has everything to do with threats, which are amorphous and made-up. And all of that leads us to who's doing it.

This is their corporate website. I don't know why my nose is itching today, but it is all of you watching it. Like, why does he keep touching his nose? Look at this. This is the diversity statement, of course. And there's like a Chinese lady wearing a hijab. I think that's my favorite. And then it tells you LexisNexis Special Services Incorporated is focused on serving the government market. They're telling you right there, this is what this company does.

Defense, Community and Homeland Security, civilian agencies, state and local agencies, private sector. 70% of your local governments are using LexisNexis Special Security. 80% of federal agencies are using these people. Do you think we should have known about them a long time ago? I didn't know they were out there. I mean, I knew that the FBI had access to it. I didn't know that they were that pervasive. How interesting that their entire book of business is built on that.

And then this is the last guy about Allen Wade. I'm going to go through the next piece here because I want you guys to see it. This is the board of directors. OK? Board of directors. They said they claimed it. They told you right up front. Civilian agencies, intelligence community, DoD. They've got all of them. William Gross, police commissioner, City of Boston. Cecilia Highland or Highton. Highlandton, I don't know, 35 years.

US Deputy Marshall served in federal, was in their special operations group, selected in the Academy. I don't know if being selected to go teach at Flexi is that exciting? Another lady chief of security for National Football. Really. Really. We have women that are running as the running. The chief of security for National Football. That seems silly to me. How about this one? Howard Safir, commissioner for NYPD and NYFD. OK, Or FDNYI guess they call it.

How about this guy? Brian Stafford, retired as the director of the US Secret Service. That's Homeland Security. He's a distinguished Army veteran, served in Vietnam. He looks too young for that. Woody Telcove, executive chief executive Officer for their government solutions. He doesn't seem to have any of that. We go down a little bit further. Brigadier General Richard Tubbs, former President, Physician to the president, director of the White House Medical Unit.

OK, now we've got executive branch in there. Good, A little bit more of it. And lastly, Mr. Allen Wade. And Mr. Allen Wade, who serves as the president of Wade Associates Incorporated, which is basically him, he was the Chief information Officer for the CIA and he was also the Chief information officer for the entire United States Intelligence community. That what they call the USIC, USIC weird. So there you go.

And where else has he been? He's on the boards of Safe Boot, which was a company acquired by McAfee. He was on the boards for BAE Systems or ABAE Systems Company that was acquired, also something that was acquired by Cisco, another data company and technology company, Applied Communication Sciences, which was also acquired by SI Organization, now Vencor. All right, so he's on the, he's on the public sector advisory boards for all these different

technology companies. Now, he does have a tech background. In his defense, he's got two degrees, one in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytech and another one from the George Washington University, a master's in EE. I'm sure the guy knows his stuff. It's very interesting that these government types leave and go where the data is, isn't it?

Isn't it strange that we have our federal government training Spooks and IC types and then they go and they walk in and that is the information industrial complex. What is an industrial complex? It's when the it's when the government gets in bed with private industry. And as we've talked about on this show before and I think it's very important to note that is the economics of fascism.

When the federal government heavy handedly doesn't nationalize resources, it just says wouldn't it be better if you did what we said. And by the way it's very profitable and they go, yeah, it would be better for us. And then you have a partnership private public partnership equals industrial complex. They're the same things public, private, OK you guys even be sit in the chat public private

partnerships. It doesn't matter if it's the FBI doing infra guard, whether it's that project with bronze, Griffin and the and the folks in social media, tech companies coming out, all of this government in bed with business is the worst thing possible. The reason we have a constitution is to protect the people, not to tell the government how it's supposed to do its operations. It's to limit the government's ability to infringe on your

life. And so I even had emails back and forth today with the office of of AG Bailey out of Missouri, who's running the Missouri V Biden case, which has changed names. But it's the same story. I'm just letting him know they're doing such important work and they need to keep fighting every day. Thank God for them out there. I'm not going to name the folks that I talked to behind the scenes, but they're doing a great job and they're pushing this forward.

This is the final fight. This is the Alamo, if you want to call it that. It's the Alamo. We're fighting for the the basics of of America. But I don't think it's all lost. I really don't. I actually don't think that we're in bad shape. I think we're at a tipping point. We are at a pivotal moment during this ongoing, but so much of it is being exposed regularly and a lot of people for years would get rolled over by this and they would just go oh we're

screwed. I I I talked to the FB is human resource division yesterday. I called them up and I spent 30 plus minutes on the phone. Scared the crap out of the kid I was talking to too. The first person I talked to didn't speak English as the first language. So that was kind of interesting because she has to have a top secret clearance to do what she was doing. And they say by FBI policy, you can't record it, but it's in Washington, DC or they're in Pocatello.

Both of those are one party consent state. So I just record whatever I want. If I call the FBI, I record it. And in that 30 minutes, I asked one question. You guys are saying, oh, 30 minutes, That seems like a shocker. No, no, no, you understand 30 minutes for one question. The question is this. You charged me for healthcare benefits that I didn't ask for. You said it was a default position that we had to have them. How would one go about canceling them?

And what they did is they sent me an e-mail and the e-mail said, here's a link to OPM. We're divorcing ourselves from this. That's what they came up with, 30 minutes to get an e-mail link. That's what you expect from your government, is it not 30 minutes? I got an e-mail, I link through it. The first thing that it says is I'm actually going to quote it right here, 'cause on the screen. It's so good. I was like, what? How would I have not gotten this

charge? What would, what would I have that to do? That's all. And they said they this is they being the LPM, the Office of Personnel Management, which handles all government pay and hiring employing agencies must be able to identify through time keeping and payroll data all employees that are entering into ELWOP status. ELWOP is leave without pay. That's what I was in when I was suspended for over a year.

And I also got a couple of months of it in 2022, right, or 2021, end of 2021, beginning of 2022, and then all the rest of 2022 and then all of 2023, OK. They have to know when they enter ELWAP that they have certain rights and the notice is supposed to be given. There's an actual form, which I never got, of course. And Garrett never got. Steve never got. Nobody ever got because the FBI doesn't use it because they violate their own policy, OK.

It informs them that they have options regarding either continuing or terminating their enrollment in healthcare coverage through the federal government and the effect of termination. Like what happens that you can't get it again, that it actually affects your retirement if you're trying to keep continuity for five years and you have issues there, too. OK. And then it allows you to decide that you can continue the coverage and you can do it in a couple of ways.

You can agree to directly pay the premium. In other words, the the the insurance company will bill you. You can incur a debt to the federal government. They will actually float you for a year or you can prepaid the the premiums if you want to send them a check for a full year 365

days. But you have to proactively sign up for it. Otherwise, his or her receipt of this notice is critical, because if they do not respond in a timely manner, his or her coverage will be terminated, Amusingly enough, his and her apparently. They only know that there's two genders over at OPM. Who knew? Who knew they were actually only two genders they knew? Of course they did. And they have to actually serve that notice in person, or they have to give it to you by first class mail.

It has to be done in a very short period of time. And they didn't do that. And then they hit me for 5500 bucks up. Why? Because it's damaging. Because the process is the punishment. Because the entirety of it is. We're watching you. They know that. Maybe they don't even know that it shows up publicly, but it does. We can find out. And I encourage all of you to check your credit reports, see how many of you guys have an intelligence investigation opened up on you because of that.

Now it might be more public to me because I was a former employee and they were lazy about it, but it might be available to all of you. This Lexus Nexus hit. It's under soft inquiry, so check that out. What's also fun is that after they inquired against that, immediately thereafter I got notices from my bank, USAA, saying that they wanted to close my account for business activities, which I don't use it for. Ain't that something I didn't make?

I don't want to make this so personal other than my story can be extrapolated across a lot of you. There are many of you that should be concerned about this stuff going on. It is out there in the world, and our intelligence agencies are running amok because they are embedded with law enforcement capabilities, and

that is called a secret police. In every society that has existed in the last 200 years, when you have an Intel service that does information only and they're investigating people without crimes and then they also have the ability to go ahead and investigate you for crimes, they can create an investigation into you to find out all the things. And when they're looking at you, they might end up actually finding some crimes if they want to go after you.

I talked to Robin Grizz this morning on Twitter. She was sharing me. She said, you know, you guys know that this is what they do to start CI Investigations. And I was like, yeah, of course I know that. Yeah, they went and they're just looking for a road map. The funny thing is, as Tracy Beans and I talked about last night, they don't have anything on us. They can't open a criminal investigation, 'cause we haven't broken any laws. These scumbags doesn't mean that

they're not out there trying. OK, let's keep pushing a little bit, because here's what's fun. I think this is all coming to a head in so much as they're unable to run on record. The the the the information industrial complex leans to the left. It leans towards government equal solution. This is a fun story that came out of Fox. It's actually one of the better ones that I've read in quite a long time. I want to read most of it for you, not even just the selected

pieces here. This is the former ESPN host. Her name is Sage Steele. She said that when she was interviewing Joe Biden, which she did, she used to be on Sports Center. She was on a script and was told not to deviate. Some of the quotes out of this are actually shocking and and excellent, she said. It was a very interesting experience in its own right

because it was so structured. I was told you will say every word that we write out and you will not deviate from the script and go. So she was not allowed to go off script. She said everything she said in that interview to the word, every single word, every single question was scripted, gone over dozens of times by many editors and executives. Absolutely. I was on script and told not to deviate.

This was very much a you will ask and this is how you will say it. No follow-ups, no follow-ups. Next question. And so all of this stuff was the way that she was allowed. It's the only way they allowed access to Joe Biden. Who's the president who's supposed to be accessible to the American people. He's supposed to work for us, right? He doesn't get to he's not elected king and then we just do whatever he says. No, the man is supposed to work for Americans, she said. I think it's really

heartbreaking. This is the this is the interesting part of it. Saying that his mental acuity was so low. She thinks that, she said. It's really heartbreaking to the people around and who love Joe Biden and truly and say they truly care about him have allowed it to get to this point. The fact that this man is in the in the White House, she said. I'm not even looking at this from a political angle or my beliefs or anything. This is just the human side of it.

When someone is struggling and we allowed them to continue to be in the spotlight and put it out there in the 1st place when they knew that there were these issues, they had to know. So there's a humanity thing within me where I don't really care where anyone stands or how they vote or what they believe in. Do you really care about that person as a husband or as a father? Isn't that the thing that we should be asking? She said they try to do like a little chit chat pre interview.

This is also funny. She said it was over the satellite so it wasn't a person. So we're having this technical issue and it had to like you know, BS with him, she says. I was told to chit chat while we were waiting for us to start rolling. Well, what he started to do, of course, he has someone next to him. They have this sort of, like curtain over the lens of the camera so you can't see him on the other end.

And he's saying things like, oh, you know, he said I was a football player, you know, and then I used to be great and I have the best hands. And she was like, what do you say to that? When someone says that, she said, oh, so you were a receiver. And he said he started to explain it and then he did the saddest thing. And he does exactly what you've all heard him do. He says, yeah, it was good. Never mind, never mind. This is going back years ago

now. She's got some grievances against ESPN, so be it. Good to go. But isn't that something? The man can't even handle the business in front of him? How in the world are they going to run? That's how you run. They're running on the only things they can hold on to Racism, abortion, bad border stuff, I mean. And then and then you got these guys out there, you got Eric Adams telling you, this is from from August. We're going to go back in time a little bit.

This is a year ago. This is Eric Adams telling you the official policy of the city of New York back in Joe Biden, hard to back. It's hard to do this stuff. Here he is. We believe the borders should remain open. That's the official position of this city. But we have made it clear there should be a decompression strategy that we could properly deal with the volumes that's coming into our city and no cities should have to carry the burden of a national, of the

national government. Oops. Yeah, their their their position is as a open border. How well is that working out? Not really. Well, it turns out. Like I said, child pornographers coming in hurting kids. This is the record. This is what's going on with the Democrats. And it's real simple. It's fascist type stuff where they're cooperating and embed with these intelligence agencies and these private partnerships that you're seeing. I think I've I've been on that long enough.

But it's it's truly disgusting and regular people get caught up in IT. People that are not politically aligned. I'm not even, I'm not even registered to a party. I don't care.

I never have. I'm conservative because I want America to continue, but I'm not a Republican and I wasn't a Republican. I had nothing to do with the Republican Party. When I went and did my whistleblowing activity, people could look, there's no registered Republican time for Kyle, Sarah, except the one moment when I wanted to try and get the woman re elected who I actually was doing my whistleblowing activity because

I wanted continuity. And the kid she was that was running against her was like a 29 year old retard border activist. He was like a first generation American. His parents were illegals or something. Was like not that guy. He's not going to get it. That's the only time I've ever registered as a Republican. This is not, this is not a political partisan issue for me. It's just about America. It's incredible. And regular guys like our Vince

McMahon look alike. They're just people who are just building their businesses are looking up, going, oh crap, look what we're dealing with here. I got some weird fun news for you guys too. So we're not going to just go out on a on a bad note, even though these people are awful. How about this one? This is one of my wife's pet peeves she always worries about. We're going to do it in just one second. Let me also just throw this up here on the screen. Affiliates, we got two cool

affiliates. You guys can support the show by getting into some of the products that they offer. This is Matt hat, jerky.com/kyle. That's Matt with two T's Hat MATTHAT Jerky JERKY Mad Hat jerky.com promo code. Kyle saves you 20%. That's pretty cool. The thing you're seeing on the screen right now is the USDA prime cut. That's the best cuts of beef. If you're going to get beef, why not do it that way? If you're going to eat jerky, might as well eat the best. So check out Mad Hat

jerky.com/kyle. It's really good stuff. My two favorites are the Black Truffle and the Garlic Flank. They're really, really, really good. They're really much. You guys could try the other stuff. The only one I didn't like was the sweet heat, but once again my wife liked it. It's a little bit too sweet and it's a little Bernie on me, but fantastic jerky award-winning stuff. 11 year old kids started the company. He's 17 now.

He's not going to go to college. He's figured out that America is about running businesses. Check them out. And another American businessman, Mike Lindell, runs mypillow.com. You can go to mypillow.com/kyle again at mypillow.com/kyle. You can save up to 50% using our promo code. You can always go to the website and click and then put in Kyle. They got slippers and sandals and stuff that are going down as low as 25 bucks, so that's a solid deal. And then the towels.

My wife just came out yesterday and she was like, we can never buy bath towels. We can only buy bath sheets. I got deals on those going on right now. I have my pillow as well. We're going to have to replace them all. I think I'm going to throw out all my old. You guys ever get to that point where like your sheets just like they you can't or not the sheets, but the other the towels, they just won't stop smelling like they've been hanging on your on your wall.

I hate that. I don't know what that is. Maybe it's because we don't believe in bleach in this house anyway. mypillow.com/kyle or use the promo code Kyle at check out. You guys can save the same amount anywhere else, but you'll support our show and we're much smaller than the others. Who are these other clowns? Don't take care of them. All right. Ready for weird news? Cool news. This is something that, like my wife absolutely loves to to be worried about. She was worried about this.

A lot of you lefty type or sympathetic type women that have come over to the right have. You're worried about the bees. Do you remember You're all worried about the bees? And the Washington Post is recording Department of Data. It's Analysis by Andrew Van Damme. What a cool name. Van Damme Staff writer over there at Wapo Wait, does America suddenly have record numbers of bees? Are the bees back? And you know who saved them? Conservatives just going to

throw it out there. Where in the heck he says. Where in the unholy? Heck, why is it unholy? Did all these bees come from almost two decades ago? We were hearing about the relentless colony collapse that all these people were talking about. They were worried about whether or not we were going to have any crops ever because all the pollinators were dying off, whether it be from from the disease or from man made causes and all this other kind of wild stuff.

We've added almost 1,000,000 bee colonies in the last five years. We now have 3.8 million bee colonies handled by private hands, and that has nothing to say about the numbers that are in the feral bee colonies, which is to say, wild bees that are out there living in the world. OK, we have the bees. They've come back. Why? Because homesteading has become a big thing.

And bees as it notes in this particular article is one of the the easiest things to get into if you want to have agriculture and you want to have what they call they're they're considered livestock according to the agricultural statistics. So the amount of honey companies I know some of you in the in the chat even have honey companies. I I've I've heard from you and when I get to a place where I can actually receive that I will take you up on the offer. The crazy thing in the world,

bee colonies on the rise. I talk to tons of people that are like want to run bees. A lot of people do. I had FBI agents that were like, yeah I want to just have bees on my property. You don't need a huge amount of space. That's pretty cool. They don't take a lot of clean up. You need a little bit of tools. You need a little bit of know how my wife even has a beekeeper's Bible. I bought it for when we first started dating because I knew she loved bees. They're coming back.

Why? Because people are homesteading and people are trying to do that because they looked. The solution is never government intervention, is it? No. The solution is people saying, hey, oh, we'd have a bee problem. Well, we'll just raise bees. That's what we'll do. Get out of it. Get these government things out of it. I want to do a weird Wednesday piece here. Also just neat stuff.

This reminds me of Donnie Darko. If you guys ever saw that that movie where like a jet engine falls through and then kills, I think Donnie Darko. But then it goes back in time and then you have this whole story. Anyway, this dude Alejandro Otero apparently had a freaking piece of space junk drop into the through the atmosphere, through his roof. Almost killed his son. Did I put it on the screen yet? Yes, it's on the screen. You guys can see it. Space object.

What the heck is this weird thing? Apparently SpaceX rocket avoids close call. It's a piece of their junk that fell off. It joined. It almost hit the SpaceX stuff that it almost hit this guy went through his roof. You can see pictures if you go to the ABC News coverage. Went through his roof, it broke through the stone, broke through the sheetrock on the ceiling. There's this crazy picture of it, just there's just like a hole. This thing must have been moving fast.

And then it also buried itself and destroyed a piece of his hardwood floor. It went through like the entire layer. Can you imagine something falling out of space and just instead of missed, his son went through multiple layers of his house, tore through the roof and two floors. That's weird. This is not a thing that we need to walk around and worry about. But yeah, talk about that chicken little moment when something from space decides to penetrate your roof.

This is not this is not normal. That's a weird Wednesday moment. It's not happening for all of us. Of course, if it was really, if it actually took somebody out, then you'd hear this outrage, like, because it's Elon Musk, They could go after Elon Musk, couldn't they? Yeah. Yeah. All right. And here's some. I told you good, bad and ugly. This is just bad. I don't know if it's a bad or ugly, but we're getting into it with this guy. We being Steve friend and I

Twitter Twitter cesspool. You know how we covered how Steve went to Tennessee and he was trying to push a bill that was trying to keep the feds out of your local government. This is what should happen by the way. Your local government should be serving you and keeping the the ugly heavy hand of the federal government, specifically the FBI, away from these task force so they can't do intelligence investigation into you and then also use the local law

enforcement resources. Local law enforcement has a lot more power than the FBI does when it comes to actually dealing with your freedom. The intelligence investigations aside, the real way that they can get into your car and your house and stuff, those are all local authorities. So here's Senator Brett Taylor. It's a state senator in Tennessee saying we never voted on this bill.

It didn't get a second motion. The way the bill was drafted would have prevented local law enforcement from cooperating with the FBI on any of the issues, including terrorist attack, human trafficking or anything that we might need assistance on. They said that's what the that's what the nature of the bill was. That's why they voted no and they didn't get a second motion. These are your very, very serious representative in a super majority GOP area.

Do you want to know I put the entire bill. You guys are looking at the screen. The entire bill is right up there. It's an amendment. Senate bill #28 O four House Bill #2912. By deleting. I'm going to read the whole damn bill because it'll take 5 seconds by deleting all language after enacting the clause and substituting Section 1, Tennessee Code Annotated Title 38, Chapter 8, Part One is amended by adding the following new section. This is what Steve Friend came

up with. In the event a law enforcement agency within this state nominates personnel to be deputized as a federal task force officer on a Joint Terrorism Task force, The chief law enforcement officer from the nominee's respective law enforcement agency must approve each national security investigation in which the nominee participates. This act takes effect July 1st, 2024. The public welfare requiring it,

That's the whole law. Nothing in there says that you can't work with the FBI for any reason. It just says that the, the, the Cleo, the chief law enforcement officer, which is going to be a sheriff or a or a police chief, has to be notified and has to personally approve all national security investigations, which by the way, mostly are garbage, like what you saw into me. Tennessee GOP walked away from it. They said no, not into it. You guys are in Tennessee. Get after it.

You know what to do. These people need to be primary. They need to be thrown out. You can't be voting for these idiots. They're not voting for you. All right. Last little piece of equipment here or last piece of information. Good news. I'll leave you on that for a Wednesday. Governor Youngkin, this is coming from wwsls.com. So local news. Governor Youngkin vetoes dozens of gun control bills. He only signed two of the gun control bills that were

presented to him. For the first time in two years since he became governor. He had to address gun control legislation and he didn't mince words when he came to the bills. He said. In the previous two years I had a Republican health that killed anything that came over from the Democratically controlled Senate. I'm sorry. That was a quote from David Adams, who runs the Virginia Shooting Sports Association. There were 30 vetoes by Glenn Youngkin, 6 amendments and only

two things that he signed. The only two things that he signed were this one called the Lucia's Law, but a 13 year old, 13 year old Henrico girl who was killed by a 14 year old boy. And it said that the law allows parents and guardians to be charged with a felony for allowing a child who's been deemed a threat already to have access to a gun. I don't have a major problem with that. And the other one is stupid, but it's it's not terrible.

It's a bill that said that basically if you have an auto seer which converts your weapon system from semi automatic to fully automatic that that is now a felony as well. It's already a felony under federal law. So they've made it a state penalty that they can go after people if the feds decide not to go after gun crimes. So they can actually charge people with owning an unlicensed machine gun. I don't think there should be

licenses on machine guns. I don't really think this should happen, but I get it. That's where the those are the only two things he signed, it was a pretty, pretty broad lead run. So local politics, even state level politics is where it needs to be done folks. We need to defund and defang our federal agencies and take that power away from them. Otherwise we are we are going to be screwed because that that core operation's already

happening. Public, private, it needs to be divested at the levels we can actually do something about. And Virginia's a great example of moving that needle in the right direction. So I just wanted to leave on a high note. With that all that has to be said, we really appreciate all of you folks. Let me give you a five star review coming from one of our fantastic listeners.
