Take a look behind the curtain with the real whistleblower in American Patriot. Prepare to embrace the uncomfortable truth, because this programme has no time for comforting lies. Here is civil liberties enthusiast, Second Amendment defender and recovering FBI agent Kyle Saraf. Here he is. It's me. It is I I have returned.
I have returned from Washington DC, which is a terrible place to fly out of. I'll tell you what, my favourite when I'm flying is when somebody gives me a text message. Like, let's say, I don't know, United Airlines would send you a text message and say we've delayed your flight by X number of hours. So get to the airport early and just sit around and you think, no, I'm not going to do that. I'm going to, I'm going to not hang out at the airport.
I'm going to hang out at this poker table here with Tim Poole and take a couple of dollars off these clowns. And so you do, and then they send you another text message. And they say just kidding, we're actually not delaying your flight. It's actually at the original
time. So then you jump in the car with the guy and the guy drives you and then you go running through all the things and you get on that 1970s you guys have ever been to Dallas. You know, talk about they have the Star Wars transportation devices and they drive you in across the runway, which is insane in this like 1965 Chrysler people mover thing. And then you run and you get to your thing your your your gate and they've already loaded your
boarding group. But you're only travelling with a backpack and a patriot cooler, so you're fine. You're good to go. Ladies and gentlemen, hello my friends. You are back with the Kyle Seraphin Show. We had Steve Friend step in. He did a great job. I was really glad that he was there. It's good to have friends who will jump in and do your job for you so you can do somebody else's job. Today is Monday, September the 25th, and we are launching at You Live Full speed, 100%.
No slowdowns. You guys thought if you saw me on Tim Cast that it's the Casper coffee that gets me going. It's really not. It's just talking to you, all being able to communicate with an audience and share the insanity that lives in. Inside my head. Out there for you to be a little bit more insane. And when that happens, I think we're all worse off. But you're a little bit more educated. I hope You might be seeing that I am wearing the Zelinsky
special today. So we're gonna start off with our first ad read from our friend over at the Dash. Suspend tables.com. The Dash suspendable.com. It's not every day that I wear a Zelinsky special. It's really not. But when I do, it's because we're here to ask you for money. Usually we would ask you for billions and billions of dollars of taxpayer money. Since you are the taxpayer, it's the same thing. Here they are. Check it out. The suspendable merch. The Dash, expendables.com.
Some are shipping right now. You can see the excellent products out there. I've got the the are you suspendable? The hashtag shirt. I've got the I don't think I have the rifle shirt. I think he screwed me on that. I really need the rifle shirt. The last line Sub stack shirt. It is an AR15 with a quill in the end of it. Very, very cool. If you are a hippie dippy type of person, you think that it means something that it doesn't so check that one out.
You can get it. For people that don't even like guns, they think it means that the pen will stop up the gun. No, it just means that the pen is mightier than the sword. Except when the sword is mightier. There's a time when that happens to the suspendable TPT shirt. I've got one of those as well. Sustentables or dye? I think I've got all of them. I think Garrett sent me all except the rifle shirt. What a jerk. Move the dash. disposables.com. Check them out guys.
Check out Garrett. They are shipping now and we have some really cool stuff on there as well. There's a there's a pin. There's a suspendable pin. It is huge. I will be wearing it on my next TV appearance. You'll see that it is a lapel pin. Very, very cool stuff. It is a white enamel upside down badge with an S on the inside of it. This Expendables logo, just like this, but in white. And it's almost as big. It's actually huge for a lapel pin.
OK, folks, we're going to launch into a little bit of hope. We're going to do something funny. We're going to be talking about how Kamala Harris is here to save us from gun violence. Thank God we've got that going on. Joe Biden may be the worst president, or maybe he's not the worst president. We're going to take a little look into that. And then we're also going to talk about.
Racism. Yeah. We're going to talk about what happens when you let the police state get out of control when they run off and take your cash. We're going to talk about civil asset forfeiture, which is that piece. All right, let's lead off with a little bit of comedy and humour. It's Monday. Let's start our week off with some fun. We've got a video from our friend Sean Faris. She's over at La TV. Apparently, he made this last night. He did it with his cell phone.
Ryan knows a little bit about that. We're going to play an intro to the police state. We're going to play you our trailer for the police state. We're going to keep moving along. And then we're going to talk about how Kamala Harris has showed up to save America and. You know, we couldn't be more desperate. Desperate times call for desperate woman or whatever it is she is. Let's go ahead and roll that video 0 The zero roll. Let's send that thing right down the line here.
You ready, Ryan? As you could see by my beautiful mugshot, they're calling it the modern day Mona Lisa. Believe it or not, we are living in a police state. And they're not just coming after me, they're coming after you. I just happened to be standing in their way. All police states are one party states. These are horrible states run by crazy, sick, terrible people. They tried to eliminate all opposition. If another country was doing this, we would call it authoritarian.
Yet the Democrats, the party of the police state, these are. Sick puppies, they say they're Trump is the authoritarian. I call this doublespeak. Orwell called it that too. Great minds think alike. That's what people say. I highly recommend. This is a big, beautiful recommendation that you go see police state in theatres October 23rd and 25th. Tickets are selling out faster than anybody's ever seen before, so get them before they're completely gone at policestatefilm.net. Believe me. We.
All that. Chief Division Council on DOJ have approved a no knock breach. We want the subject to be on display doing the walk of shame, full visual impact. Any questions? Are we becoming a police state? The government told American citizens they couldn't go to church on Sunday. For the first time in my. Life, I say to myself. Am I gonna get a knock at the door? FBI war come to the door? Now the Patriot Act and FISA were used against Donald.
Trump These individuals have commissioned the biggest propaganda play in U.S. history. They don't go after the people that rig the election, they go after the people that want to find out what the hell happened. We don't need to have a crime. What we need is a person to look at and then we go. Find out what crime you did. Our focus is shifting. Our main priority as a Bureau is going to be domestic terrorism. Really. Paints anybody who's right of
centre. If you're a pro life, pro family Catholic, they define you as radical. We have freedom of religion and freedom of speech, violent extremists, and they must be dealt with. We can do anything we want. All right, there it is. So Police State film.net Police State film.net will get you the tickets there. They are doing exclusive private screenings on October the 23rd and the 25th. Definitely check them out, support the work of this
particular film. I would not have been involved in this one if they didn't tell a compelling story. That was actually my my discussion with Dan Bongino, who was in the film as well as you saw. And with Dinesh, I said, look, you guys got to do it. You've got to bring, you've got to bring the evidence. And the story has to, it has to be compelling. And it is. It really is. We made sure that they didn't look foolish when they did FBI
stuff. If you're a gun guy, if you're in a law enforcement person, gun guy or girl, I suppose if you happen to be someone who knows that when someone has their finger on the trigger, it just really just takes you out of the moment, you can't watch it. We had a really capable group of actors that put together the action scenes and they did that stuff really, really well. At the end of it, I was believing that they looked as good or better than some of the
FBI raid teams that I've seen. And if you guys have seen the FBI conduct a search warrant, we've shown a couple of them. Some of those are really ridiculous. So these guys were actually better than that. At the end, they probably look. And more legit than the real FBI want to say thanks to T Zibet. T Zibet bringing on a new monthly supporter. Yes, you guys can subscribe to our channel in rumbles world, you can be a follower. That means you're getting you're like subscribe to our channel.
But subscribers are actually people that put 5 bucks on the line once a month. So they forego that Starbucks coffee and the 1000 calories it has and they support our channel. We could say that when we're wearing the special shirt, this is the shirt you can go and you can ask people for money. If you got kids that are in Boy Scouts and stuff, do that shirt. OK, have we been rambling? Let's have some hope. I know that we had Obama.
He was bringing hope and change. We've brought now brought in the woman. This is have No Fear, Kamala Harris, the vice president is here now. She has been the one that has been assigned to handling the border crisis. You guys know that that's basically solved. The border crisis is completely handled. So we're in good shape there. She has been assigned to the office of handling AI so that we don't have like a Terminator scenario.
And Kamala Harris has basically told AI you can't come after people because I said so. And now she's been giving a third test. And this is pretty amazing stuff. Kamala Harris has been given the ability to start the Office of Gun Violence Prevention, the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention. I'm super excited to know that she's going to be handling stuff. What kind of woman is Kamala
Harris? Is she the kind of person that inspires loyalty, that people do sort of like they fan themselves and they need a fainting couch when she pops around? Yes, she is. If you are a double digit IQ female. That's pretty much who's gonna be doing it. Let's roll video clip #1. There's not a lot of words here, but you guys can imagine from the music just how exciting it is if you're listening on the
audio channel. Yet another plug for you to come and watch this on rumblerumble.com/kyle Serafin. OK, let's roll Video 1, Ryan, because I just need this right now. Right. And our nation and our world were. I look up to you so much. Thank you for all you've done.
Big selfie, big cheese in that music is the same music you would use if you were doing like an iMovie of your kid who was walking and learning how to take first steps and and like falling and then stands up and then falls again and it's like Ding Ding Ding. You know on the on the violin and all the people are really happy about it. That's Kamala Harris taking her first steps in front of people and not putting her foot directly into her mouth.
Now there's some other things that are normally there, but what she did in this one was keep her foot out of mouth. Thank God. I actually saw somebody who did a meme on on Twitter the other day and it was called the triple feed. This is when you have a round in the chamber and two other rounds are trying to get in. It doesn't happen very often in a firearm. They showed a picture of like an AR15. They call that the Kamala. I don't know if that's true or
not. I'm, I'm not a weapons expert by any means. I've never heard the term Kamala. Used in terms of a triple feed. But let's just say that that's a scary thing. And if you don't know the immediate actions to take to resolve that, you basically take the gun and you just throw it away. It will never be used again. It's useless. So we've got Kamala Harris now
handling this. Let's pull up the topic #2 Ryan this is a from Breitbart and we'll just read I'm not making this up. She's the one who she's already handled the border. She's already handled the situation with AI. So now she is ready to take on this new epic epic problem of gun violence. This is Biden tapping Harris to lead the executive level gun control office gun control. Organisations have for years tried to get better access to the White House.
It's always been a losing issue and instead we've got a president now, this guy who is walking around wearing a diaper and he said losing issues are my jam, guys, I'm trying to invade the United States with as many people as possible. I am looking to let AI take us over and I've given gun control. That's how you know they're not serious about gun control, that
that actually is a win. I think if you're a Second Amendment person, if you're seeing what's going on in New Mexico right now, I think they looked over there and they saw Governor MLG Michelle, Lujan, Grisham and they were like, man. She really stepped in it. Who would we like to step in? We would like to put in Kamala Harris. So there she is. He named her the the, the one in charge of this office. We're going to read a couple of
things here. Shannon Shannon Watts, who has blocked me on X or Twitter. She is the one who runs Moms Demand Action and folks. I feel bad for these moms demanding action. I think that men, you need to step up. If these women are asking for action, give these moms some action. You know, just give them some action. Don't make them wear the yellow shirt or the orange shirt. Don't make them get involved in creating the Office of Gun Violence Prevention, and this is Shannon Watts.
She says, quote, if this announcement is in fact the creation of a single point of leadership on gun violence in the administration, it's a very big deal for the movement. It would be a big deal, Shannon, if it wasn't Kamala, if it wasn't the Kamala, who was the one doing it. And of course, Kamala Harris had something. She said our promise to the American people is this.
We will not stop working to end the epidemic of gun violence in every community because we do not have a movement nor a life despair. Sorry, we don't have a moment. I actually, I ad Lib that it made no sense at all to me. Yeah. So we have no moments to spare. We have no lives to spare. And that is why. That is why we have Kamala Harris in charge of it. So that's good. We can all feel a little bit better about that. I think we have the Reverend Al Sharpton. It's all about serious people
talking about serious problems. We have the Reverend Al Sharpton, probably one of the most serious people, giving his take on how good this is. Do you want to play video #2 for me, Ryan, and let people just know how serious this situation really is about gun violence? Impacts of gun violence.
During her time as a prosecutor and attorney general she now has her finger on the pulse and the levers of White House policy and and sort of agenda on to the most salient issues among voters right now as we head into another national contest. Abortion and gun safety. Absolutely. And. And the fact that she has effective background as as a prosecutor, she wasn't just holding the title and dealt with this in California dealt with it when she was DA of San Francisco.
It was a good choice of the president to put it there. And I know she'll be all in. Just three weeks ago when we had the March on Washington and then remember the president and vice president she brought up other concern of gun safety and gun violence in the meeting and they and they had not even decided yet they were going to announce what they did this morning.
And Martin Luther King's grandchild, granddaughter Yolanda King, who was in the meeting the a whole segment of the March was around gun violence. And she had other young activists her age. She's 15 years old. Deal with this. This is the most dangerous time, particularly for young people that we've seen in American history. And yet you have almost. Al Sharpton is great. He's like, he's like a race hustling, you know, machine at an arcade. You just drop 1/4 in there and
you're going to just get crazy. You just get him. Go. I'll just Zig is the most dangerous time for kids. That's why we have to take their guns so they can't defend themselves. And she got a finger on the pulse. She's got her finger on the pulse of abortion and gun control. That's what the White House is telling you the two most salient issues are. That's the Democrat platform right now, guys. Kill babies and take your guns so you can't defend yourself that cheques out. Why not?
Let's kill babies we need to have. Access to killing babies but not be able to defend yourself from people who want to kill you. You all know how well gun control works. We all know why they want to do this sort of thing. They want to make sure that you're disarmed and just. There was a meme that I saw another day. I do a lot of like meme and then I reflect on it and then I internalise it and I bring it to you. They said look, you don't have to love guns. But you need to do a historical
dive and just decide. Is there ever a history of people who have had their weapons seized by their government that fared really well? Is there? Is there a thing? Is there a time in history when the people were like, we're going to give in all our weapons and we're going to trust the government to take care of us? And that turned out really well. That didn't result in mass genocide. I don't even need to tell you. You already know. There's about 15 examples. I could do them off the top of
my head, and they're all bad. It all equals people who are the least important in the society get killed 1st and then the next. It's that they came for the Socialist, they came for the communists. Eventually they come for you. That's what they do. That's what happens when you disarm your population. When the government has No Fear of the people, then they do whatever the heck they want and the government should want what the people want. That's not the case.
I got to stop doing Al Sharpton. Impressions. It's probably not good for me. I think Trump impressions are pretty safe, but I'm not as good as Sean. But man, I could just. I could just make fun of that guy. He sounds like a. He sounds like like he wants to be Louis Armstrong. I'm pretty sure of it. There you go. Look at that. Ryan's gonna give you some meme knowledge right now if you're not watching our rumble channel.
What you're missing. It says take it from me, if the government says you don't need a gun, you probably need a gun. And there is an Indian chief with a very nice headdress. I'm into that. If you took one of those feathers out, put it in the end of an AR, you would have Garrett O Boyles. Very cool looking logo for the last 9 sub stack. All right, so that's where we're at right now, folks. We got Kamala Harris. She's out there solving problems for you all.
She is going to get rid of your guns and that's going to lead us into it. Think Take #2. First I want to say thanks over to our folks at Patriot Cool. You want talk about people that don't want to take your guns? Let's do that real quick, my friends over at Patriot Coolers. There it is. patriotcoolers.com. You can use promo code Kyle as splashed across your screen in Big Blue letters. Promo code Kyle Kyle. They've got the one gallon jug which I keep in the car to keep my kids hydrated.
They got 1/2 gallon jug. If you're kind of like 1/2 person, maybe you don't have like 4 kids like I do. So you only need half a gallon. Probably weighs less. That's probably good. I have the 19 ounce insulated coffee mug. I take that back. I did have the 19 ounce insulated coffee mug and I left it for my father. Who takes it to the gym with him because he drives in a tiny little smart car. He's trying to save the environment. That Don't be. Don't be afraid.
The Serafin show is not a smart car type thing. He also drives a 2500 truck. Here's mine. Check this out. Look at this cool merch. You can throw your merch on there if you end up buying some of these suspendable stickers. The direst American flag with our suspendable logo. A Betsy Ross all-in-one militia violent extremist group. And there is that logo there. So anyway, get get you a Patriot tumbler.
It's pretty straightforward. Promo code Kyle Patriot coolers.com We're talking about the the $50 or more. It gives you free shipping. Good stuff. Alright, more more stuff, more stuff to talk about. Let's pull up this Benny Johnson tweet. This is something that came from the Washington Post. This is going to be a topic #4 Ryan. So the Washington Post put this thing out. Yeah, you can't make this up. It's ABC and Washington Post poll taking Donald Trump and stacking him against Joe Biden.
What do you guys think? Do you think that looks like you think Trump could outdo Biden? Oh, not just could he outdo him, but by 10 points. They dropped this thing in the middle of the night. On the weekend. But she's like, they did it. They were embarrassed, but they paid for it. So they might as well use the content of it. So let's see what we're looking at here. They've got a couple of different polls that they're averaging. There's a Fox News poll. There's a Quinnipiac poll.
There is a CNN poll and a Wall Street Journal. And then you've got this poll right here. And let's see in the Fox News, in the CNN and in the Wall Street Journal, you have Trump edging it out, except in this, this Washington Post, ABC, he's by 10 points. 52% of people polled said they prefer a Donald Trump. That's actually kind of shocking. That number is pretty significant coming from 2 left leaning outlets, which means their database is probably full
of left leaning people. And of course they're questions. You guys know it's not how you. It's not the question that you ask, it's how you ask it. So there you have Donald Trump talking about how the they try to cover it over the night and they try to hide this thing Donald Trump on true social. So you can check this thing out on the Rumble Channel. Incredible. Incredible.
Why would it be, do you think that that this man in the office, this feeble old guy, is losing to a Donald Trump by 10 points? What could that be? Maybe we have a video that might show us just a little section of how well he's doing. You want to play that video #3 for me, Ryan? I think this kind of gives us an instinct on why people are not satisfied with a Biden presidency so far one day earlier this week.
Already crowded facilities are being overwhelmed on Mexico's southern border with Guatemala, and a Mexican Train operator has suspended operations, citing deaths, injuries and from migrants climbing aboard freight cars and getting hurt in the process. And the number of migrants travelling across the region hit record highs this year with a quarter of a million crossings. That's pretty incredible. Ryan, if you'll run that in the background with with no audio.
I just want to talk over it for a second. We just look at what we've got here. We've got hundreds of people in this particular video alone just scrambling to get onto boxcar trains that are heading towards the US And I just want you to eyeball the demographics here. And it's not because we're trying to point out race in one way or another. What we're trying to say is that historically we've had our southern border has been open to people from below the southern border.
That would be people in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, like you name it. If they were sent Panama, maybe Central Americans would come up through Mexico because that was the closest proximal land bridge and they would try to get into the United States that way. These people look like they're either from the Caribbean, which is 1 possibility, maybe the like Dominican Republic, something like that, or they're coming from Africa. They seem pretty well kitted
out. They look clean, they're being well taken care of. And this particular news article or this particular news programme is saying more than 8000 were apprehended in a day. That's the people that were actually apprehended by United States Border Patrol. Is that not shocking to anybody? Is that not the craziest thing you've ever seen 8000 in a day? They figure that for every single one that gets in that they catch, there's two or three
that get away. So we're talking about 25,000 plus people or attempting to get over the border in one particular area at one time. We're being invaded. We're being invaded on our southern border. I know Ryan's gonna go down there and do some coverage of that in the next couple of days. So look forward to that.
If you're not following Ryan matter, you can do so on Twitter at Ryan Matta, MTA Media. And you can also see him on LFA TV at 2:00 PM on Eastern Times. So check out Ryan's reporting on this. He's going to go down and get some footage from the borders. He's got some stuff he's going to expose. You know, the child trafficking is part of it. The invasion is part of it. And you know what The thing is that's really amazing is it's really, really bad for people that are in the lower
socioeconomic region. If you are making less money, the worst thing that can happen is bringing an economic migrants who are willing to work under the table for less money than you would. They could work for less than minimum wage. They can work for minimum wage with no benefits. So they can catch the same amount of money, but they can do it without being supported. And you know these companies that are going to do that, anybody that's going to be hiring on these people, they're
because it makes economic sense. They have the opportunity. Businesses are going to do what's in their best interest, and it may not be in their best interest to hire American citizens. How shocking is that? To think about that? The easiest thing would be to hire somebody like that that's coming over. That's going to work for less, and they can work in less safe conditions. They can't have access to law
enforcement. We've talked about how illegal immigration is really dangerous, not just for the country, not just for the areas where these people go, but it's actually dangerous for the migrants that get here. These illegal immigrants will come in here. They have no recourse to law enforcement. Sometimes they have no access to the, you know, to the language. So they don't even have the ability to reach out if
something bad happens. You have a captive victim population and all of that stuff is incredibly scary and dangerous. I see Ryan just telling me they want to roll out the central banking digital currency so that you can protect the from the migrants working here that you know you can't have under the counter paying. So the idea being the more they can track this is this is Cloward, Piven folks, we've talked about that on the show as well. They overwhelm the resources in
some local area. And the answer is always more federal control. It's always more federal control. It's like, oh God, there's so many people. Like, what could we do? How could we stream that in the hiring process? How can we make sure that we can control more things so that we could keep you safe? Just surrender your authorities. This is the reason why you can't surrender your guns. Your guns are the last authority. It's the last thing that you have.
It's the last piece of anything that allows you to just say my personal sovereignty, my personal autonomy, the the safety and security of my home is at least under my own control. The minute you see your firearms, that's it, then you're done. It's all over at that point. I found an article here about is is Joe Biden the worst president ever? So Ryan, that's going to be under topic number six. This stuff comes from let's see here.
This comes from the the Wisconsin State Journal out of Madison. This was a an op Ed kind of interesting and it was entitled Joe Biden is America's worst president. This is guy written by a guy. This is back in June of this year, a guy named David Solowsky. So just a letter to the editor, a random American who puts it out there and says this is what
I think he says. Joe Biden will go down as the worst president ever in American history because of unnecessary suspending, sorry, unnecessary spending, the economy, inflation, border crisis, Afghan withdrawal debacle, war in Ukraine, and potential war with China. Not to mention his Justice Department's decision to indict the former president, which has never happened in American history. I mean, there it is right there, folks. That's it. You you want to know why? Is Joe Biden a problem?
There it is, economy in the toilet. You're you're stuck. Your 401K is looking like trash. I've looked at mine and it's bad. You're looking at inflation. That is record levels. Even when they curb the rate of inflation, it's still inflating and it's going from a higher and higher level. You'll hear the the White House talk about things they say, oh, well, you know, the price of gas has dropped since its peak in 2022. That was under you, you clowns.
It's doubled where I'm at from the time that Trump left office. It's doubled for you to go fill up the cost of a gas tank. That means everything else you're paying for is up. Housing prices are up close to 40% from where they ought to be. We have record levels, at least in my lifetime now. Well, maybe not my lifetime. By my adult lifetime. In my my house buying time, we've got such high levels of of interest rates. They're over 7% now.
They're running towards 8. This is going back towards like when I was born, my folks bought a place, I think they paid something like 14 or 17 percentage, some crazy number. Reagan was trying to pull back the money supply. They're not doing that. They're not pulling back the money supply. They're still printing it out. They're just charging you an exorbitant rate.
I looked into what it would cost for me to buy a house that was about a half million dollars, which seems insane to me because when I was a kid, like a half million dollar house was a palace. Now it's like a regular house, Like the median housing price is close to $400,000 in most areas. So if you wanted to go buy a house that was $400,000, let's say you wanted to do that two years ago.
Based on the interest rates being below 3%, that same house will cost you what $1,000,000 house would have 2-3 years ago. I mean just run the numbers on it. It's 40% increased. Instead of a housing payment of $2500 you're looking at 45, forty $600 a month and that prices most people out of home ownership. This is Joe Biden's legacy right now.
Forget the fact that he completely abandoned billions and billions, what like 80 plus billion dollars worth of military equipment for our worst enemy that we fought for 20 years, that that flew planes and and brought about tyranny in this country with the Patriot Act. We left those guys all of our military grade weapons and what do we do with them? He sold them to China. The the Taliban took all our stuff.
They went to China where they reverse engineer it so they could have more efficient weapon systems for the next weapon that we're going to be dealing with, which is probably be in Taiwan. You have this guy, he allowed a war to happen in Ukraine by being soft and weak. Unbelievable. You know, there are 10s of thousands of Ukrainians that are dying. They're paying with their lives. It's probably upwards of a couple, 100,000 people have died
over that. And if you guys think that that's stopping the Russians, that just means you don't understand how history works. It's pretty straightforward. History will show you that the Russians and put an unbelievable amount of people into the meat grinder. World War 2 should be an example. We had 500,000 casualties on the British side, 500,000 casualties for the United States, something like 20 + 1,000,000.
And when you include the civilians that died, 26 million people died in World War 2 on the Russian side. They were on our team, by the way, which apparently the Canadians don't know. The Canadians don't realise that the Canadians had a guy who was in the the Ukrainian armed forces and fought alongside the Nazis come and speak to their parliament. Does that. I mean what are we doing anyway? So there you go. Joe Biden may be the worst president in American history
because of all these things. OK. Members of Congress are suggesting that he sold out America. We haven't even talked about the corruption, right, The millions and millions for the big guy. The fact that he's got his son paying $50,000 in rent for his house. I guess. I can't remember where I heard this, but it was like what? Why was the the rent so high at this particular house that Hunter was was renting? And I think the answer was is because you had unfettered access to classified
information. Classified information that would simply be, you know, hanging out in the garage next to that vintage Corvette. That's cool. I mean, what's what's $50,000 amongst friends? If you want to have access to a little bit of classified information that you didn't have to go through the background check and the polygraph like me and my friends did, I can't do it anymore. They took it from us. That's what being a suspendable means, by the way.
It means you had your clearance suspended forever and you can never work for the federal government. OK, so that's that's one take on this guy. But here's the other funny thing. Of course we can't just let it stand because this is Wisconsin and Wisconsin is gone blue. Now we've got another story, and this was the follow up a couple days after that particular one, and this was saying Biden isn't our worst president. It's really, really funny. Biden isn't our worst president.
Biden, in fact, couldn't even be close to our worst president. You know why? Because Donald Trump was. That's what they say. That's what this writer is trying to see. If this says this guy named Kurt Krueger. So just another person answering. And if you look at it, it's so telling how they come after it. It's like, how do you defend a Joe Biden, who is probably the worst president we can imagine? You just go and attack Trump and you act like somehow that's a
big deal. So here's what this guy says. Here's his answer to the facts about Afghanistan and receiving money and all the others. Here's his answer. Donald Trump was the only president to be impeached. Rice. Now, I don't know if this guy thinks he's making a strong point, but the fact that Donald Trump was impeached twice says more about the people that impeached him than it does about Donald Trump.
When you step into the unprecedented realm of ridiculousness like this, it's like saying he's been indicted. Oh, here it is. He's also the only former president to be federally indicted at that point twice, with the likelihood of more coming now. He's been indicted twice federally and twice in local jurisdictions, both in Atlanta with this Fannie Mae thing and also by Alvin Bragg up in Manhattan.
He's the only former president to be found liable for sexual abuse and defamation in a civil case, Which, by the way, if you know anything about a civil case, there's no criminal wrongdoing that's alleged there. So now we're talking about it. OK, So the reason why Joe Biden isn't the worst president is because Donald Trump, the end, there's nothing to it. He doesn't have any points. He's not going to attack the
facts that are brought. And this is so characteristic right now of the way that the political left operates. It's like, oh, yeah, this is what this is called whataboutism. They do it all the time. You guys see it, and then they're gaslighting you. They're acting like they're somehow an objective standard for being impeached, which there isn't. It's a political tool that was used politically and they actually failed. How about two failed impeachments? That's what it should say.
Nancy Pelosi twice brought impeachment charges and didn't have the goods on the guy. They simply wanted to be able to say he's been impeached twice. That's what they did. And they also wanted to say that he was indicted. There's a very decent chance that he is convicted in some of these jurisdictions because there's no no real way for us to
see him getting a fair shake. And the reason why we know that is because he was already found liable for sexual abuse and defamation from decades ago by a complete psychopath of a human being. This crazy woman who named her dog after a vagina in the civil case. What what's her name? You have to look her up for me Ryan. She I I can see her face and she she just screams blue haired lunatic.
She would have been a trans if she had time to do it now but she's too old so because she just wants the attention. So that's the former presidents Great. What's your name? Yeah, yeah, Gene. God, she's awful. She's she's really atrocious. And when you see her, she's the one that said she thought rape was sexy of all people. That's the kind of person that we're taking seriously in this country because we're not serious. We're being ridiculous.
And so you know, This is why when you're looking at the argument, why would Joe Biden be 10 points underwater to a Donald Trump who's been twice indicted and has been, you know, or sorry, four times indicted and twice impeached? It's because they have nothing. They're just they're basically they're overplaying a hand that is weak. They're overplaying a hand that has no strength to it at all.
They're bluffing. I'm I'm back in poker mindset because I actually got to play some poker with Tim and some of the the the the cast of or the the staff weather at the time cast studio and and it's it's a it's a weak hand that is played with a strong bluff and Donald Trump is just calling him and many of you guys know that and you guys know I have no significant love for Donald Trump I don't want him being a
role model for my kids. I I don't think he's necessarily a great guy on all the things but when it comes down to the options it's just like it's night and day. It is absolutely night and day what your options look like. Do you want corruption? Do you want more war? Do you want American taxpayer dollars being sent overseas on this foreign grift which looks like a money laundering operation? Do you want failed with military policies? Do you want more woke?
Do you want dudes who are stealing woman's suitcases to steal their luggage because he doesn't want to buy he has some sort of fetish? Do you want those people in government posts working for the Department of Energy like Sam Brinton? Do you want a? Do you want a? What do they call that? The Your Public Health with Rachel, AKA Richard Levine. You want, you know, a dude who should have been, like, in a fetish magazine in the 80s? Not me. I'll pass on all that stuff, I really will.
It's sort of nauseating. It makes me kind of sick. But there's no way around it. You can't do anything about it. Like, it's just we have to vote it out or we have to be prepared for something worse, right. You have to be prepared to handle business. You've got to be prepared for whatever comes next. And it's not looking really good
for that. So before we go into the next set of topics, because the recommendations from the political left is pretty amazing, the the, the hot takes coming down are coming in hot and fast. We'll talk about that in just a second. How do you solve this crisis of violence in America? How do you solve the crisis of of gun violence and all the other things? It's probably not with necessarily just Kamala. It's not just Kamala that we need to hire, we actually need to hire women.
Going to talk about that second. But first we're going to talk about our friends over at Catholic vote. Here is the loop. There it is today's loop, Monday, September the 25th. What's on there? Pope Francis stepping up, saying no about euthanasia and abortion. At least the Catholic Church is is doing the right thing there. They're saying. They're saying don't play with life. I can appreciate that. We got AOC saying Menendez should resign, 00 Bob Menendez being sacrificed on the altar of
political expediency. So read about that. There's going to be a poll saying that the Democrats are not particularly keen on free speech. You don't say. You don't say my friends that the Democrats don't like free speech. You've got parents suing the Virginia school district. All these things are pretty good. They've got Newsom vetoing a radical trans bill. In a surprise move, he decided that he's gonna try to tack back towards the centre. Is he the guy running for
president? He's going to step in for Biden. Worth asking the question. Check out Catholic vote. Just go to catholicvote.org. You can click on the little top bar where it says The Loop if you just want to read it and see what you're get into. But you can also just give me your email address and they will send you the loop and you can read it right there in your email box.
We'll say thanks to Kim Wexler. MA. JD Kim is great on Twitter. If you're not following her, that's the same handle on Twitter, $10 Rumble rant saying smash the like button. Yeah, folks, give us a like, give us that little thumbs up. You can. You can click the like so we can smash the lives over here on the Kyle Serafin programme. Make sure that thumb is green.
That means that it was recorded. And if you're watching us on YouTube or the other places do the same thing, we'd appreciate it. We are actually monetized on YouTube for all. Let me see. How many of you are over there? Eight of you. Nine of you. For all nine of you that watch us live on YouTube, we are monetized, so that's even funnier. I'm not sure how long that will last. I found out there's some landmines I don't even know about on YouTube, but they'll
crush you for for other reasons. OK, so let's keep pushing forward. This is an article that I saw sometimes. So I follow a lot of people that are on the political left because I want to know what they're talking about. It's worth hearing. I'm gonna get into something. This might be a little bit spicy for you all. Let's bring up topic #7, if you would mind. It's from the Washington Post. And you know what? When I think, how do we solve the problem with American policing?
It's not give them more money. It's not give them better training. It's not get a police force that is more representative of the areas that they're policing then No, no, that's not what I want. What I want to do is I want to just blanket hire women because they have a vagina. That would be good if we could just fix our broken policing system. The solution is hiring more
women. This is an opinion piece written by Karen Tumulty. This shocked me a little bit because I assume that as the deputy opinion editor and columnist at the Washington Post, Karen Tumulty number one has no idea about anything related to policing. And more importantly, and probably #2, I guess this is probably the most important thing, has no facts to back this up. But here we go. We're going to read some of this article because it's worth
hearing. Not quite a decade ago, the Newark Police Department was desperately looking for a way to address its need to hire 400 officers, a shortage stemming from layoffs that had taken place in 2010 and the subsequent attrition from retirement. It was around that time that Police Chief Ivonne. There it is. Ivonne Roman saw a disturbing pattern.
Although female applicants did better than their male counterparts in the entrance exam test and the background cheques, 60 to 85% of them were flunking out of the Academy. Why would that be? Oh, here it is. She's going to tell you this is the quiet part. Out loud. She noticed something else. The physical fitness test, which men and women had previously passed at similar rates, had moved from near the end of the five month Academy to the first three weeks.
Ah, So what you're telling me is that women who had to meet a physical standard up front were unable to do so unless they were groomed to be able to do it at the end of the five month long Academy. Almost like the same thing the FBI is dealing with that they can't get people to pass the fitness test because they show up unprepared to do the job, which has a small but very important physical component. And what is that physical component, folks?
The physical component is you have to carry a gun. That's what being in law enforcement is about. You are the teeth of the state. You are the fangs in the mouth of whatever the prosecution apparatus is. And that means you have to carry a firearm and you may have to use these, these dangerous weapons. You may have to put hands on somebody and let them know that they are not free to go and they may not like that.
It turns out that when you try to hire a bunch of women for a job that they test really well on and they have a good background check, but they can't hold on to the freaking gun in a in an adverse scenario, then that is a liability to the public. There needs to be a physical standard way more, way more for people that are involved in local law enforcement than it does for people that are in federal law enforcement. The number of times that you draw your gun as a fed is very, very few.
They're almost always on planned operations. And you can always find that the women always complain. They go, oh, let me just put these women in a let me put them in a a place like in the perimeter. Let me put them Outback. Who is spamming our chat right now? I think I don't like that. I'm going to get rid of somebody for you guys. OK, goodbye. You're done. All right, so you can't put women in a place where they
can't hold on to something. You can't put women in a place where they are unable to hold on to the single most dangerous thing in the job. Now, it's not a big part of the job. It's what I would call a high gravity, low probability event that you have to pull your gun and shoot somebody. But it is overwhelming that the average male grip strength is significantly more than the average female. Let me give you kind of an anecdote about how scary this stuff is.
And the Academy at the FBI, this is at the Quantico Academy. They used to have a thing called bull in the Ring, which is actually fantastic. It's where they would put you in the middle of the ring and you would have multiple minutes where you had to basically just stand by and fight with boxing gloves on and head gear and stuff. You would go full contact fighting against multiple opponents, like four or five of them in a row.
And I would say more about it, but I didn't do bull in the ring because they removed it because it was too dangerous. It was just too hard. It was too hard and we have too many females now. Like now dudes were not sending it full speed against women. That's just not the kind of people that get hired. If you're a guy and you're blasting a female and faced at your full force, you're going to have that meeted out back on you.
But they would have these women at least understand that a full fledged fight against multiple assailants was something that they had to be able to, you know, get through. And then at the end of it they would feel good because they accomplish something that everybody else accomplished. They removed that. What they did have was a single, what they call Redman suit exercise. So if you've ever seen the red man, it's like a guy, he's
wearing a big puffy sumo suit. You're padded in all directions so they can beat on you and you're basically a a mock bad guy. And I was the bad guy. I'm 5/8, weigh 180 pounds. I was the bad guy for my Quantico class. I was probably in the same, you know, weight and height range there. So as this as this person, the red man, my job was this. This was the scenario. It's very simple. I would push somebody really hard into a fake ATM which was
made out of foam. They would turn around and then I would have a gun on them and I would tell them, give me all your money. And this is supposed to be an FBI agent who's off duty. And then I would point the gun at them and then they would do either a disarm or they would attack me or whatever it is. And I would have to give them the gun. I would give up my weapon because they would take it from me with this, like, you know, John Wick Judo, Jackie Chan ninja stuff, which is also
absurd and fantasy. And then you would fight them for a few seconds and they would try to put you on the ground. One of the things that I found was the most effective ways to disable female FBI agents was taking one of my hands, my right hand, which is my good grip hand, holding on to their ankle and not letting go, period. No matter how many times they drop elbows or beat on me, or try to get down and punch me in the face, if I just laid there and held on to their ankles,
they were incapacitated. Almost every single one of them could not overcome that non attack. It was just me hanging out. I would just hold on to the ankle and all I had to do if I wanted to do was pull them and pull them off their feet and take everything they had. But I didn't. I would just hold on to them and they couldn't. They couldn't make that happen. This is the danger, the very, very small probability. And now in a federal sense, very small.
But in a in a local law enforcement, like women get into physical things all the time. And the problem is this. There is a subset of women that can handle themselves against men. Don't don't get me wrong. I know they exist. I know you're out there. If you guys are out there, you're mad about this in the chat. Like there are women who can handle it. But the FBI and local law enforcement are not recruiting women out of CrossFit gyms that are top apex, you know, physical athletes.
And they're not getting them out of MMA gyms where they are fighters and they train for physical contact. They're going for people that are former prosecutors that have, you know, law backgrounds. There's people out there that are interested in law enforcement, and then there are people that are physically capable of it. And the overlap for women is a very, very small number. And so recruiting more women exclusively because they're
women is a very bad plan. It is going to result in some of the worst, the worst problems. And you can look at some of the woke cities that do this. Let's go ahead and pull up topic #8. Ryan's over there trying to crush bots on the hit our live that right now apparently we got we found the spammer. So good for us that means that people are paying attention to what we're doing. So that's fun. So check this out.
You've got this is hey Jackass. If you guys have never been to heyjackass.com, I highly recommend it. If you just want to have talking points to be able to go out there and share with those that are in the political left space that hate things like, you know they hate things like you owning A firearm go and show them hey Jackass and make them look at it. It's illustrating Chicago's
values as their subtitle. I've been looking at this page for years including when I was on active duty or when I was actively working for the FBI. And so they just have some basic stats. Let's just talk through them. September up to date, the number of people shot and killed in Chicago 30. Total number of homicides 37. We are on day #25, ladies and gentlemen. We are 25 days into a month that has 37 homicides. That should be shocking. Ryan and I were talking about
this before the show started. Last week alone, nine people were killed. And that's not the people that were shot and not killed. There were 226 people that have been shot and wounded or killed in Chicago this month. That's incredible. That's truly incredible. We're talking about almost 10 a day. OK? The total number of people shot this last week, which just wrapped up on on Saturday, 62 people shot and that's down 5% from last year if that tells you anything. So they're doing better.
They're advertising an overall gain against this problem. The the, the numbers that click up here, they have a shot clock, which is absolutely terrifying. During the worst times, they had people that were murdered twice a day on average. Right now it's 13 hours and 23 minutes. There's a person murdered in Chicago on average. You see that. You're seeing our Rumble channel
right now. That means and a person is shot almost every three hours, like more than every three hours there's a person shot on average just at an incredible rate. And here's the other really scary think about this stuff. It it overwhelmingly affects men. Like 5 to 1. It affects men. If you'll Scroll down to a halfway down the screen, Ryan, you can show people this. Most of these people that are dying and most of the cause of death are going to be gunshot
wounds. That's almost 91% of them. And it's a 5.32 ratio of male to female. There it is right there, 5.32. This overwhelmingly is men that are getting killed. This is men with guns killing men with guns. And the worst thing, particularly for someone like Biden, who's trying to win the black vote and continues to do ridiculous things like that, his, his. The average over here is that it's 82 percent is blacks are being killed. This is the victims, OK? And another 13.5% are Hispanic.
When you talk about the number of people in Chicago that are being affected by this violence, it's 20 to 1, Black to white. This is just people that are actually murdered. OK, 20 to 1, black to white. If you want to hear people talking about gun control or solve your policing problem, how about you talk about one who's committing the crimes? Because overwhelmingly, the types of people that are involved in the actual killing are the same race.
We We kill each other by race because we kill each other by proximity and we're talking 20 to one. It's awful. And then we might as well play some videos of it. We got some videos of our boy. How about the sort of racial tins that exist with the Joe Biden? If you'll play video number four, I think people will appreciate this.
Joe Biden has always had a really troubling problems with race and you know he likes to call young black men boy even though he's like an 80 year old white guy that's trying to get the black vote, Go ahead and play video number four. I think this was fun. This was at a dinner that he played at the other day. Two of the great artists of our time representing the groundbreaking legacy of hip hop in America, LL J. Cool J, You're making a mistake.
Is that boys got he got Man's got biceps bigger than my thighs. I think he spent. And MC Light both of you. Thank you. Because they both have the light off on the mic. You know you're you're all here to listen to the new edition. Mike Bivins 40 years producing music that lifts our souls. Yeah, 40 years of music that lifts our souls. He doesn't know who LL Cool J is because he's 1000 years old. He has no idea. And he's a. That boy got big biceps rubbing. Was he always a racist guy?
You think maybe let's do video clip #5? Because I'm just gonna show you the evidence here. The guy has never been right on this thing. Let's go ahead and play out the video #5. You guys, this is Joe Biden when he was a senator, just walking around and on the Senate floor saying what he really thinks. That this midnight basketball didn't get them together. A bunch of giant folks living in their city to do, you know, try to see if they can be Michael Jordan when they found out they
were keeping schools open. So gangs come off streets instead of out raping my mother marauding me. Robbing the local store. They're in a gymnasium and my daughter will be safer, my wife will be safer, my mother will be safer and I will be safer. And I will be happy found out that's pretty crazy stuff. He he wants black people off the street so they're not out there raping his mother.
That's the concern that Joe Biden I mean Joe Biden unfiltered is pretty wild and for some reason they were able to memory all this stuff and let him run. Why this stuff is not playing on a loop on the RNC research channels. What they do these oppo research
I have no idea. But this guy's got some real troubling issues and maybe it's starting to show because I would say when you start being, when you're underwater, 10 points to a man that has four federal indictments and was impeached twice and was, you know, the the whataboutism is failing on you, that's worth noting. It's not working anymore. They're gonna have to do something else.
So you know, some of the fears that we hear people like Tucker Carlson talking about, is Donald Trump going to be assassinated because they can't get him any other way. Man, this is something that we talk about in the circles on the the suspend tables on the offline side. We talk about things like this, like, how do they even deal with it? What's the next step of this?
When you deal with a man who's 10 points underwater and he's being floated, they're going to obviously have to try to replace him with somebody that's more palatable. Maybe that's why that Gavin Newsom is, you know, declining the radical trans bill that was in California, even though I'm sure it just hurt his little heart strings to to say no, maybe that's what's going on here. Pretty scary. I got a couple of things out here. I want to play video #7.
This is what's going on in New York. We showed you a little bit of taste of what was happening with the the people climbing onto box cars and then we're going to have a guy, this is a guy named Claire Schwa. Curtis is the founder of the Guardian Angels, which is this kind of like vigilante group from New York. But I think what he has to say is really interesting the
techniques that are being used. This is what's happening in New York City right now under Mayor Adams and I think it's a microcosm for the for the political left experiencing a little bit there getting their chickens coming home to roost. They are reaping what they have sown. So let's play video number 7 and then we'll play the the counter protest to it, which I think is also fun video.
Seven Behind us is the old dormitory for Manhattan College that they sold five years ago to a nonprofit called Stag, and the community agreed. They needed affordable housing for senior citizens, for homeless and for veterans. No problems. And then all of a sudden Eric Adams came dialling with dollars, doubled the amount offered it to Stag. Stag accepted to now suddenly turn it into a migrant centre. The communities in a rage. Manhattan College says we see no evil, we're out of this.
The elected officials and Democrats act like there's nothing we can do. They don't want to offend. Eric Adams and Stag won't even return phone calls. We're going to become their worst nightmare because they are the three stooges. Yeah, there you go. They are the three stooges. And he's exactly right.
What happens is you get these NGO's come in, they buy something like that, they take a lot of government money cause the government throws twice as much money as anybody else because the government doesn't care about the money. They're not trying to be efficient. They're not trying to do something that makes sense or help out veterans or help out people.
So you got homeless veterans now sitting on the streets in New York City and you got people watching HBO in these dormitories that came here illegally. That should bother everybody and it doesn't bother these people. Let's play video number six. These are the counter protesters. Look at their eyes. This is the craziest group of people I've ever seen. But, you know, at least they're out there, you know, using their First Amendment, I guess. Here you go, New York.
This is what this is standing up to, what Curtis Lewis just said. Come here. Welcome back. Look at this redhead. Immigrants are welcome here, This guy. Prince. Yes, man. He's weird looking, though. So there's the protesters. Immigrants are welcome here. Are those people opening their homes up like we were talking about in Massachusetts the other day? Are they gonna open their homes up and allow these immigrants that are welcome here to come and stay with them?
They got a guest bedroom, maybe maybe just a closet. You know, I've seen a lot of MS13 houses where we go in. And they'd have something like 25 families living in a four bedroom house and they would just divide the room in half. They'll live in a closet. You could put a family of five in a closet. I mean, it's got like 35 square feet. That's 77 by 5. That's good. You put five people in there, they can all sleep right on top of each other. This is what we're talking about.
This is not a good scenario. Like New York City is already jam packed full of people. It's already one of the worst places for population density in the United States and their services suffer. Now you're bringing in like 90 thousand, 100,000 migrants and you see what happens. It's going to get ugly, but that's OK. That's what they wanted. Immigrants are welcome here. So let's go ahead and do it. Now. I want to pivot to my ex girlfriend for just one second
here. The FBI, they did something really fun. I think this is the other piece of it. We've talked a little bit about the police state. You talked about the invasion, the migrants coming in. You talk about they got to do something as Joe Biden so far underwater. Maybe we could just have a federal judiciary that decides to totally discredit itself. You'll bring up topic #9. Ryan, this is coming from the New York Post. I just saw this the other day. We've covered the story before
actually. So the story is that there was this, there was a private safety deposit box company and Beverly Hills. I'll have to look up the name here because I know it's in the article. It was called US private vaults. So it is not an FDIC insured bank. But what happened was is the FBI decided that they were laundering drug money, maybe, and they engaged in what's called civil asset forfeiture, which means they came in, they seized all of the boxes for 1400
customers. And anybody who had cash or silver or gold or any sort of monetary instruments was immediately assumed to be involved in criminal enterprise. And so they had all their money taken. I want you to think about this because many of you are probably younger than the age of, like, the social, the safety deposit box era. But my folks, my my parents, age and older, a lot of people used to think that your money was safe, is not under your mattress, not in a personally
owned safe. That wasn't a thing that people generally did. They would go and they would get a safety deposit box. It would be at a bank or a private entity where you would go and you put all your valuables, your documents, your barrel bonds, which is even funnier if you watch like things like die hard, you know what I'm talking about. They would put these, these bonds, these paper money, these, these instruments of financial transactions, and they would hide them away in a box that was
insured. And they would lock them up. And they would be sitting in a locked area that was under, you know, lock and key. And then it was in a vault, and the vault was guarded by security alarms and and a private security company that you would outsource basically by putting all the stuff there. And that might be foreign to people that are in the age of, say, 15, but that's what people did. And so these people that are in this story, they had all their money in there.
And one of them that's really incredible. And I reached out to a couple of former FBI agents, and I said, you know, what do you think about this story? What's your, What's your take on this? And they're not on record saying it, but they might be on Twitter later on doing the same sort of thing. They said that the stickiest fingers and the most shady people that we had were always the professional staff. They were paid the least compared to something like a
federal agent. And the scariest thing was is that they're not accountable in the same way. Like if a federal agent lies or steals something, their career is over. Not only do they have a higher standard, but they're gonna be dealing with what's called Giglio material. And Giglio means that you're never going to be able to testify again, which means your
career is over, you're done. But if you are an evidence technician and you go in and you sneak a bunch of gold coins out of some guys safety deposit box that you decided to raid, the FBI cut all the corners because we're hiring lazier and stupider people. We have a lower hiring standard,
the diversity hiring quotients. The higher all women attitude has resulted in hiring a bunch of like single moms and people that have no business holding this job because they don't have the credentials for it. They pay them. Not very great. They sit around and mostly they do nothing. And then suddenly they have an opportunity to seize gold coins. This guy had 110 gold coins in his box. They were worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. This was his life savings.
He put them into an asset that he thought would not depreciate. And when he got back his, he, he sued the government to get them back. And he ended up getting back, like 47 of them. That means 63 of them were stolen. And they go, well, let's go to the tape because in theory, the FBI could videotape the opening of each one of these boxes and put that into the evidence. But they didn't. They just wrote miscellaneous coins. So it was, it was poorly
catalogued, which is a problem. And the default position should be that if this guy said they were there and he had a record of what he bought. And, you know, people who collect coins are kind of neurotic anyway. They're like people that have already gone out and decided they're going to buy coins. Imagine everybody has something I used to call the stamp collection. This is kind of like this actually ties back into your guns. If you have guns, you know how
many guns you have. You know roughly how many guns you have. You know which guns have. If you're like, oh, I'm missing my 1911. Where is it? Oh, I lent it to my buddy to go out to arrange day with his girlfriend. I only say that because I've done that before. Ohk I'm missing my M1A oht. I'm missing this AR15 that has the Punisher logo on it. I don't know, like whatever it is, you know the thing, it's got a specific type of configuration. You know what's going on in your
gun collection. If you're a stamp owner and you're missing like a couple of pages of stamps, you would know that your stamp collection is deficient. And if you are a coin collector and you have your net worth tied up in hundreds of thousands of dollars of coins, you know when those coins are missing and I guarantee you this guy has a record of it, he's had to sue the FBI over them stealing his stuff and and filing suit against his property.
That's how civil asset forfeiture, you can go back. We've done two shows on it, one with with Amy Nelson and another one we did just that was called What's evil about asset forfeiture. You can watch those and we talk about what civil asset forfeiture is. But they literally file suit and they claim that your property is involved in a crime, whether or not they have any proof. And the burden of proof is on you to prove that it wasn't in a
crime. And so they did that to this man, the dude, 79 years old, That's where he kept his cash. That's like his financial security. And the FBI came and took it and somebody pocketed it almost, almost exclusively. That's what happened. They claim they might have lost it. I guarantee you they would tear this thing apart and find it.
So when my friends are telling me that evidence, tax and people in professional support, because you don't even need to be an agent to be on the search warrant. You could be anybody. You could be an IRA, you could be an SOS, you could be one of the secretaries there who just happened to go in because it's a nonviolent white collar search warrant. They could be pocketing this stuff and there's no video evidence to prove otherwise.
And this man claims there's 110 gold coins for thousands and 10s of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars. The default position is the FBI employees took it. It's disgusting. And when you don't trust the judiciary because we're dealing with this police state, of course, of course they took it. What else would they do? Awful, awful times. Awful times In America. This is obviously heading to a climax of sometime. Maybe we get to the 2024 election, maybe we don't.
Count your pennies, people. And maybe maybe know that keeping things in a safety deposit box isn't what it used to be. It didn't used to be like this. You used to be able to trust your law enforcement. But when you lower hiring standards you lower the types of people that come in you get the people with a good background cheques but are not physical, they obviously don't care about at least one part of the job and maybe they don't care about the other part, which I would call integrity.
That's what the suspenders are about. That's what we're about here folks. We really appreciate all of you for sticking around here. And I want to say thanks for the how many people we have in the live chat right now Ryan. Cause you guys have been awesome so far. Today I just 1043. Kyle broke the 1000 mark folks. You guys are killing it. You guys are so good. If you haven't given us a like we really do appreciate that we had over 500 likes last week.
We're starting to average over 400, so you guys do make a difference. It does bump us up on the rumble rankings and we we really do massively appreciate it. The other thing you can do is you can Scroll down through our show notes and you can click through and give us a 5 star review on Apple. We cleared the 500 or the 700 mark rather handily. We went right past it And so here's one from Danny Moe. You know, we read these on the show for you. Finally, five stars, he says.
You are the first I've heard making the point that the FACE Act this is the free access to clinic entrances should be used to protect pro-life reproductive health facilities as well and call attention to the fact that it's not being used, even though there are many cases of damages done to these facilities. We need a running list of pro life versus pro. I think he means pro choice. Prosecutions sought using the statute included the total number of incidents being
reported. Danny, thanks so much for that. I do really appreciate that you recognise that we're calling it out. We try to be fair on this show, but moreover, you can go to catholicvote.org and they keep track of all this stuff. Catholic Vote is actually keeping a running tally of the number of churches and the number of pro-life pregnancy centres that are being vandalised. And of course, the prosecutions, which is almost none. It's almost 0.
In the meantime, we got DOJ locking these people up in DC. So folks, we do appreciate the five star reviews. We appreciate you Danny Mo and you know, go check out our friends at Catholic Vote. This show does continue to grow because you guys are sharing it. So if you did like what you heard today, by all means share it on your favourite social media platforms. You can share it on Apple, on on
Spotify and iHeartRadio. We're on all of the major audio channels and those ads that are coming in, apparently they're paying us for us. So we'll see if they actually cut us a check. But supposedly if you're catching an ad, there it is paid for the show. So we appreciate you sitting through them and your patience with that. Ladies and gentlemen, we will do this again tomorrow and this week, Stick around. This is gonna be a really fun week.
We've got a US congresswoman from Ukraine, born and raised in Ukraine. Is that right, Ryan? We've got Victoria Sparks coming on. That is correct, my friend. I'm super excited about it. Yeah, Ryan's been out there hustling to get us some really cool interviews. So we're going to be talking about the KGB sort of status of the FBI. The police state is here, and we keep saying it. My buddy Dan Bongino has been spot on. What a sad time in America that we have to talk about that.
